In short

Sweet 16 recap (Houston, Arizona, Iowa, Purdue, plus discussion of NIL/transfer portal and coaching), plus NBA/Luka-Jokic hot streak talk, MLB Opening Day notes, and promotion for a May 5 live “Netflix Is a Joke” show in LA. Also includes “Fyre Fest of the Week” and sponsor reads.

Guests

John Harbaugh (New York Giants head coach) appears for the Sweet 16 discussion. Max Homa stops by (PGA golfer; also discussed as playing The Masters and his upcoming schedule). Other recurring hosts are PFT, Hank, and Big Cat (no additional named guests in the excerpt).

Key claims

  • Houston’s Sweet 16 loss: Illinois out-rebounded Houston by 9; Houston’s offense was “snake-bit” (couldn’t hit shots).
  • Arizona is framed as the best team: Arkansas was overwhelmed; Arizona had 106 points with only 7 threes attempted (5-for-7) and six starters/bench players scoring 14+.
  • Iowa’s upset run: coached, disciplined, and “Cinderella” (9 seed); Iowa’s late defensive miscommunication was corrected by Hoiberg taking responsibility.
  • Purdue survives Texas via a late tip-in; “just basketball” on the physical play; Texas’s best player had a broken foot and another star injured an ankle.

Notable examples

  • Ben McCollum’s postgame message: he “broke his marker” and told Iowa they were “soft.”
  • Jay Bilas tweet criticized as disingenuous about loyalty/tampering vs coaches’ portal openness.
  • MLB: Phillies first home save on Opening Day in franchise history; White Sox first leadoff home run on Opening Day in franchise history.

2:34PFT Commenter:Okay, let's go.

2:44Born and mighty, yeah, born and mighty, yeah, born and mighty, yeah, born and mighty, yeah, born

3:00Big Cat:and mighty.

3:03PFT Commenter:Dedication isn't born in the light of day. It's carved in the quiet hours before the world blinks awake. At Boar's Head, we rise with a mission to deliver craftsmanship worthy of your table. A slice of something special folded into every moment worth savoring. Because dedication means delivering only the very best. Boar's Head, committed to craft since 1905. Today is Friday, March 27th. and Sweet 16 boys, the Houston Cougars have been eliminated. PFT, I'm sorry for the fifth year in a row.

3:45Big Cat:If you think this is going to deter me from believing in the Houston Cougars for the next four years, you are sadly mistaken. I will never learn my lesson when it comes to this team. They're bad. Their offense was clearly a limitation for them tonight. Hank, you guys both said blowout. Yeah. I was right. I said eight points. But you've thought your hearts blow out. I said eight points in my heart. Yeah, I mean, PFT, this is his team. He convinced me. He was talking about them all year. He was riding and dying with them, and his team lost tonight. Thank you. Thank you, Hank. Soggy sorrows? That was a great job of Hank taking responsibility for that.

4:23Big Cat:Soggy sorrows? I don't think I should have to do soggy sorrows for the Houston Cougars. For the Houston Cougars? I don't like to get wet for the Cougars. They get wet for me. For the Cougars?

4:30PFT Commenter:You should probably soggy sorrows. No. No. Soggy sorrows. Thank you, Max. If we do soggy, I said that. We talked about this off camera. If we do soggy sorrows for the Houston Cougars for PFT, then Big Cat has to do soggy sorrows tomorrow for the Bulls when they get eliminated from the playoffs.

4:47Big Cat:Okay, deal. I'm not even a Cougars fan. I'm just, I just. You can't be doing soggy sorrows every episode. I have like a strange compulsion. Like I have an unhealthy fixation with the University of Houston basketball team that I fall into every February. Yeah. It's like in my calendar. It's how chicks, when they live together, they sync up on their periods. When me and Hank watch Houston basketball together in February, we both start to believe.

5:14PFT Commenter:Yeah. Well, Illinois was just the tougher team tonight. Illinois out-rebounded Houston by nine rebounds tonight. They were better offensively, duh, because Houston couldn't hit a shot. But Illinois, I mean, they're just a really fucking good team, and it's one of those teams that like maybe at points because the Big Ten, I think we're finding out the Big Ten was really, really good because three out of four teams in the Elite Eight so far are Big Ten teams. But Illinois, they're the most efficient offense, and when they play tough like this and they're able to out-rebound a Houston Cougars team that's known for rebounding, watch out in a road game in Houston.

5:54Big Cat:Yeah, I mean it was their bigs. It was Snack and Uzan that had tough games tonight, very tough games. shooting the ball. But that's always kind of the story with Houston. It's like their offense is liable to show up in a snake-bit fashion. That's what they did tonight. So, listen, I'm still going to believe in the Cougars next year. I regret nothing. Great job, Illinois. Illinois is a better team tonight.

6:17PFT Commenter:Breaking moves. Breaking moves. We just got a text from our good friend Tom Fernelli. He said, I'd like to know where Hank and PFD are right now with the Ryan Day meme.

6:28Big Cat:I mean, Tom Fernelli just added himself as being a nipple-piercing guy.

6:32PFT Commenter:He is, big time.

6:33Big Cat:Big time. That's fine, Tom. He wants to know where you guys are. I'm right here. Tom, I'm awake doing my podcast. Where are you? He's texting us. Yeah, texting.

6:41PFT Commenter:He's a keyboard warrior, Tom. Yeah. Hank, what did you just text back? Oh, just a picture of us podcasting. Illinois was awesome, though, tonight. I mean, like I said, the toughness. Because they've had games where they've looked a little bit. I mean, Brad Underwood has said it. Like, we're soft. And they answered the bell tonight. And they were the tougher team, the better team. We also had, and we'll get to the two great games early, we also had Arizona just showing that they are probably the best team in the country because they absolutely whooped Arkansas to the tune of, right now there's two minutes left in the game.

7:15PFT Commenter:They have 106 points. How many threes do you think they've attempted, Hank? 106 points. They attempted seven threes. They went five for seven from three. They are absolute monsters down low. all five of their guys uh starters scored 14 plus and uh a walk off the bench had 14 as well so it's six guys 14 or more they shot 65 from the field they just absolutely killed them they absolutely killed them and i mean this is we kind of figured this was going to happen with arkansas because they have a cuff but they're not i mean bigs have hurt them this year and arizona just that's what they do they're just efficient efficient to the absolute max they don't even they can make threes they just don't have to make threes yeah and they're five for seven from three the only way

8:05Big Cat:that arkansas was going to be competitive is if they made like 45 of the threes if they had a great night shooting the ball they did not have a great night shooting the ball they didn't have a single player that had more than one three-pointer on the night acoff got his he was always going to

8:18PFT Commenter:get his but they needed the threes to fall yeah i i think arizona it's going to be very tough This is what we were talking about, you know, the idea that Cinderella's are dead because of NIL and transfer portal. And yes, that's part of it. But the other part when we were talking about it on Monday of the best teams in the country are building with just monster human beings who just scored an efficient level at the rim. And guess what? Those shots, there's no variance in those shots. If you have guys that are all 6 '10 and above and they can just dunk the ball and lobs and just score at the rim like that, it's not like, oh, we might be cold shooting one night.

8:57Big Cat:Yeah, it's like the Jonah Hill moneyball meme. Yeah. The moneyball, find really tall guys to play on your basketball team. Right.

9:03PFT Commenter:It's not like they're not using analytics. They are. They're just using analytics to be like the best shots are the ones as close to the rim as possible. Yeah, it's true. So those were the two blowouts. Then we had two incredible games to start. Should we start with Iowa? Yeah, let's start with – yeah, yeah. My obsession with Ben McCollum is growing even more. He's the absolute man. Iowa takes down Nebraska. We had – it was a wild game because, first of all, it came out – they shot the absolute lights out in the first half at both teams. Nebraska jumped on Iowa. Iowa is so – they're just a team that's like so well coached.

9:43PFT Commenter:They're never kind of – they never wavered. And then at the end of the game, two things happened. One, Matt Rule was shown on the screen. So Matt Rule was shown on the broadcast with six minutes left in the game. Iowa went on a 15-6 run to end the game. And then including in that run was Fred Hoiberg installing a defense where he only had four guys on the court.

10:09Big Cat:That was the very last take all the way down the court that Iowa had. But that was a very important. Yes. It was 72-69. Yes. No, that was the game. Yeah. That play was the game. There was a guy that was running off the bench to the scorer's table at half court as the ball is in the air going down the court. And that guy is like, oh, fuck. I should have been in. That's like the ultimate bad dream that you have when you're like 30 years old and you're like, oh, shit. I haven't been to class all semester. This guy was like, I was supposed to be standing right out there for this play. They got all toasted by it.

10:41Big Cat:And yeah, that game was over at that point.

10:43PFT Commenter:Iowa is a Cinderella. Iowa is a bunch of guys who started in lower-level college basketball, and they are the Cinderella that everyone's looking for, a nine seed in the Elite Eight. This game, too, this was the payoff for when everyone was like, oh, where are all the upsets? These first two games that we watched on Thursday night for the Sweet 16 were so, so good. And Iowa, Bennett Sturtz is awesome. he just controls the game so perfectly and Ben McCollum do you so they asked Ben it starts after the game because they were down 10 early and uh they asked him what coach McCollum said to the team and usually you would expect an athlete to be like oh you know he said hey guys we you know we've done we practiced this all year like let's not waver Ben McCollum told the Iowa Hawkeyes he slammed his whiteboard and broke his marker on the floor ink everywhere and he was just telling us that we sucked and we were soft i absolutely love it's the best he is kurt signetti yeah that's what he's doing right here football guy it's a bunch of guys but it's a bunch of casts off on a team iowa hasn't been in the sweet 16 since 1999 like it's it this is not a program known for basketball and one coach is changing all of that yeah it's fucking awesome and you're going to hear

12:00Big Cat:all the talk about unc and that unc needs to talk to him they got to make him say no i got to make Ben McCollum say no. Gotta make him say no. There's so many dudes that you have to make say no.

12:10PFT Commenter:Yeah.

12:10Big Cat:Yeah, we add another one to the list every day. I don't want to talk too much about it, though. If you're an Iowa fan, enjoy this. Don't be thinking like, oh, he's going to leave.

12:22PFT Commenter:I don't think he's leaving. He might not leave. No, I actually, I don't want to do reputation bet, but think about it. He's from Iowa City. He coached for 15 years in Division II. had pretty much every opportunity, maybe not every opportunity, but you'd assume after 15 years winning multiple national titles, I think he won four in a row in Division II, he would have gotten some calls. He gets a call to Drake. He's at Drake for one year, then gets his dream job at Iowa. I don't think he's going anywhere.

12:50Big Cat:In Iowa, you know their history of coaches. It's like if you want, you can – based on this run. What if he gets a bag? You can probably retire there. He might get a bag from Iowa. Iowa might give him a bag too. He's from Iowa City. The North Carolina bag would probably be a little bit bigger, I would think. Yeah, no, it definitely would. The Kansas bag. But I don't know. Iowa's got some bags. Duke bag. Don't count Iowa out. They got some bags in Iowa.

13:16PFT Commenter:People are saying, well, actually, I shouldn't say people. Our former colleague, one of the brightest guys we know, Barstool Dukes, said that Kansas, Kentucky, Duke, and UNC could be open this year. And it's Bill Self retiring, Mark Pope getting fired, UNC already open, and then John Shire taking the Bulls job.

13:40Big Cat:There you go. You never know.

13:42PFT Commenter:That's a lot of no's from Brad Stevens.

13:44Big Cat:I think you also have to make Will Wade say no. Yeah, you've got to make Will Wade say no. That would actually be the funniest possible outcome if UNC calls just to make him say no. And he's like, yeah, I kind of do like the state of North Carolina. Maybe I'll go back. Yeah. Can we talk about Will Wade real quick? yeah i mean this is he is the originator of the phrase on part of my take who cares it's louisiana right where things don't matter yes not like crimes don't matter anymore if you no matter what you do in louisiana it doesn't matter they will hire you if you can win sports games yes and will wade for a while he was under that investigation they had like wiretaps and shit on they had a federal case against them and lsu was just like yeah we don't really care we're well you can keep coaching for us yeah and then eventually they were going to get hit with some big show cause stuff and they were going to lose scholarships so they're like okay well we'll let you go so he goes to mcneese state he wins there gets hired by nc state last year goes to nc state

14:42PFT Commenter:takes takes the same picture that jim valvano on the cover of sports illustrated being like i'm

Read the full transcript

14:47Big Cat:gonna restore nc state to glory yeah go pack pack up so he uh he has one pretty good year at nc state i guess like an okay year yeah they made the they made the play-in they lost in the play Yeah, that's fine. And then they were all like, he's our coach for life. We got him. LSU calls. They're like, hey, sorry about firing you, but you know that we had to because the feds were going to arrest you. And so he goes back to LSU like everybody kind of thought he would eventually. But people are big mad about it. If you hired Will Wade, you did that knowing that he's probably going to leave you at some point.

15:23PFT Commenter:Well, yeah. I mean, Will Wade's a scumbag. You can say that. Like he is the way he left NC state after years, a scumbag movie. You know what I say? He did it via email too. You know, you know what I say? What? Can't turn a hoe into a housewife. That's true. That's true. I also would like my seat to the LSU game once. That's right. That was when you fell in love with Anthony Richardson. Yeah. Yeah. I, you know, who's being disingenuous online? Jay Billis. Yep. Jay Billis. What's up with him? He's, is he trapped in like a, is he, is he just tweeting from 2005? No, Jay Billis plays the hits. Jay Billis, he said, hey, NCAA, tell us more about players that don't show loyalty, don't want to go through adversity, and how player movement impacts stability.

16:07PFT Commenter:Tell us more about tampering and poaching. The coaches portal is always open. Funny how silent coaches and administrators are about that. Everyone's saying Will Wade's a dickhead. Yeah. And also, players can move around now. Like, this is a tweet from 20 years ago.

16:22Big Cat:Right. Well, I guess what he's saying, if I'm playing devil's advocate and thinking of how Jay Billis is being disingenuous, he's saying that right now the coaches are upset that the players move around too much. Right. But who cares? And so then Will Wade moves around and nobody says anything. But yes, people do say. People did say something. People do say things. People are like, Will Wade's a dick. Yeah. Anytime a coach says something like that, they're like, this guy's a dick. Yeah, right. This guy, we got to figure it out. But like LSU fans are happy.

16:52PFT Commenter:Will Wade's back. No one else is like, Will Wade, what a good guy.

16:56Big Cat:Yes. And tell you what, I mean, LSU has a very, very strong us against the world mentality going into next year's sports seasons.

17:02PFT Commenter:Right.

17:03Big Cat:Like between their football and basketball coaches, they have no choice but to be like, fuck you. We don't care.

17:08PFT Commenter:But this also, what I don't understand about J. Billis is like, so what if people complain about the transfer portal and the NIL and all this stuff? that's just people complaining about something they wish like still existed where it was guys staying for four years you got to know the players we're in a new reality where the transfer portal nil exists and it's not going away so people are complaining who cares players can do whatever the they want and people are getting tampered with left and right who cares and guess what there

17:35Big Cat:are still some teams that figure out how to do it better than others right so you would you would love the system if your team was just better i just think jay bill is being disingenuous oh yeah Well, so he is stuck in like 2015. I'm going to hit this tweet because it's going to get me a lot of engagement because at the time, like before part of my take started in that era, it was like everybody hated players that were one and done that like that did anything for selfish reasons. And then things slowly started to change. And the pendulum, I think we can all agree, has swung back to the players a lot.

18:05Big Cat:But yeah, so Bill is still running that same playbook. He's running. Yeah, he's running like single wing offense. Yeah. And it's we're in the age of the spread. Jay you gotta you gotta update the playbook a little bit I just love that LSU now has Lane

18:17PFT Commenter:Kiffin Kim Mulkey and uh Will Wade and they're like so perfect LSU is just we're just gonna try to win games it's just fuck you we don't give a fuck how they got here we don't care if they piss everyone off that's how everyone should be yeah like fuck hiring the nice guy I would I would

18:36Big Cat:love that for James Madison if if that's all they cared about yeah um okay Purdue and Texas

18:43PFT Commenter:another incredible game Purdue survives TKR with the tip in at the end of the game embrace the bait was that a push in the back? well TKR is he just throws his body at everyone and gets calls that just happens every spring everyone outside of the Big Ten finds out that oh yeah Purdue is still playing hoops it pisses everyone off

19:06Big Cat:I saw the replays of it that's just basketball That's just basketball. Sometimes we're in the age of like slow-mo replays, overanalyzing every single frame of every single shot on a camera that's done in like 60 frames per second. Sometimes you just got to let dudes bang.

19:25PFT Commenter:Yeah.

19:25Big Cat:And that was a classic case of just dudes banging down low, let it happen, that's basketball.

19:31PFT Commenter:Yeah. And, I mean, Purdue is just, they're playing great ball right now. Obviously, it's hard to go through a tournament. Like, yes, they got a major scare. Texas gave them everything. Like, that was basically a coin flip game at the end. Not everyone can win like UConn won what was like three years ago when they beat everyone by double digits. There's going to be these moments. Think about Florida last year where they get bailed out time and time again by Walter Clayton. So you're going to have these games, and that's why you have Fletcher Lawyer and Braden Smith and, you know, the guys who have been there, done that, TKR, who can make the big plays when it matters.

20:09Big Cat:Yeah, and I mean, is it really that impressive if they beat a Texas team whose best player had a broken foot? I mean, yeah.

20:15PFT Commenter:Jordan Pope revealed afterwards that he had a broken foot. And Tremont Mark, who was unconscious today, hurt his ankle in like, what was it? Was it early second half? He was awesome on one foot. Another thing happened to Texas that happened to Nebraska. They showed Sark right before the last possession. Yeah. So you can't do that. If you're a college basketball team trying to go to the Final Four, you can't show the coach that everyone likes to meme and make fun of and hasn't won big games.

20:43Big Cat:Yeah. You just can't. I feel like Sark has been a good coach for them. Oh, no, he has.

20:49PFT Commenter:But if he won a national title, if you show Nick Saban, that's a different feeling of excitement. Right. When you show Matt Rule and Sark has been better than Matt Rule, significantly better. But still, I feel like winning begets winning in this situation. Right.

21:03Big Cat:If you were watching and Connor McDavid showed up on the screen right before some, like the Canadian sled hockey team lost. Right. Then I would have been like, clearly that traces directly back to him. Yeah, it was a tough look for Sark. The big dude on Texas. Clough. He's infuriating to watch. He's so good.

21:23PFT Commenter:Oscar Clough. Yeah, he was catching rebounds at his waist. he uh he's got just he's got a classic big like old school big man game where if they if they throw him the ball 18 feet from the basket no one's even within 10 feet of him yeah they're like there's just no way he's gonna shoot this shot and yeah texas i mean that was a hell of a run by texas yeah great season for texas yeah you gotta make sean miller say no and those two games were awesome so you gotta make sean miller say no the uh it was it was uh it was poor timing by I actually don't know if it was timing by the NCAA other than because they do stagger the tips, but the fact that both games were ending like the exact same time.

22:04PFT Commenter:It lapped.

22:05Big Cat:Yeah, they got lapped on that one. And it was – Well, they should have done – The fucking instant replay. It's a replay and college basketball is broken. It's the most painstaking thing to watch as a fan, especially if it's like two teams that aren't exactly known for fireworks going at each other. And then you've got these replays on – like debatably inconsequential plays. Like out of bounds at half court, did it graze off this dude's fingertip? And then you end up losing 30 minutes of game time and your game gets lapped by the other one. If your game gets lapped, I'm going to stop watching that game.

22:37PFT Commenter:Well, you know what the problem was? It was the instant replays in the Purdue game, but also if you have a Ben McCollum game, you have to do that first because he runs the football. Yeah. Every possession is all 30 seconds. That game is going to go faster. Yeah. So no duh that the Iowa-Nebraska game caught up because that's how Iowa plays basketball. They punt. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, by the way, Fred Hoiberg did say about the four players on the floor, he said, put that one on me. It was a miscommunication. I'm the head coach. Put that one on me.

23:09Big Cat:That's a good coach.

23:11PFT Commenter:Because I was not going to put it on him. That's a good coach. But now I'm going to put it on him. That's a good – yeah. The one we had four guys on the floor with one minute left down three. Footprints in the sand. To get to the Elite Eight. That's when Jesus – That one's on me. That's when Jesus is playing shooting guard for me. Yeah, that's on me. Okay, any other Sweet 16 Thursday night thoughts? Great games. Really good games.

23:33Big Cat:I'm excited for Friday. I am sad that Arkansas is gone. Yeah. I loved watching Acuff play.

23:41PFT Commenter:By the way, my take, still alive for another year. Kentucky will win a national title before Arkansas. So that wasn't even close to a sweat. I mean, Arkansas was a Sweet 16, but they got absolutely obliterated.

23:53Big Cat:I forgot about that take.

23:55PFT Commenter:Yeah, those Arkansas fans reminded me of that take. Probably need a new coach in Kentucky if that take's going to become true. But still, it's alive for another year.

24:06Big Cat:Is this tweet from Aaron Torres correct about college basketball? Or just college coaches? Lane Kiffin's contract,$91 million. Brian Kelly,$54 million buyout. 2026 football roster,$40 million. matt mcmahon buyout eight million dollars will wade buyout three million dollars all in the last six months lsu has spent yeah that's awesome they're just throwing money at it they're just lsu is just a sports team they're just sports team at this point yeah you don't have to go to school

24:36PFT Commenter:anymore i don't know if like do they have classes well i was gonna say i'm sure if we talk to someone in louisiana there's probably some things that they're like hey i wish i wish the state would spend money on this education is one roads yeah but guess what you know what you know what you know what uh can fix a pothole is an 11 win sec team well i'll tell you that's a fact like if your football team wins 11 games your roads could suck if you if you talk true yeah if you if you

25:04Big Cat:talk to the parents of louisiana and you're like would you rather have like 50 coverage paid for for child care or beat florida right they'd be like yeah we can't lose in the swamp that's called

25:17PFT Commenter:priorities yeah exactly and they're in order easy louisiana uh okay let's do a quick ad then we'll talk a little opening day we also have max homo here he's sitting right off camera we're gonna maybe talk to him for like five minutes we can't burn our our masters but you're good right now zach you were that was a quick exit you were trying zach i want to give you an assignment

26:56PFT Commenter:What's our parlay for Thursday, Friday night? I would like Iowa State, please. The automatic fade did not work. No. We went one and two and that was stupid because we were dumb to do that, but we tried. But I think sometimes you've got to fade yourself. Yeah, absolutely. Alright, what was it? Iowa State? Iowa State. I'm going to go

27:23PFT Commenter:UConn minus one and a half.

27:27Big Cat:I'm going to go bama plus eight and a half bama okay bama okay so a lot of smart basketball people have been

27:38PFT Commenter:go bet in the draft king sports book hey can i read you a headline real quick um this headline is from the athletic um and it was uh 12 hours ago from the athletic for 40 years Duke has been college basketball's most polarizing team. People love to hate Duke, but has Duke basketball become less hateable? Perhaps maybe even likable. No. Who wrote? Did Coach K write this article? It's a good question. It's not a good question. You were complimenting Duke the other day. When? Tuesday. For what? Shire. What do you mean? What'd I say? I don't remember this. Did I say that? what'd i say i think you may not have said it what did i say you're like i hate to compliment shire but fuck we're talking oh you're talking about how uh the oh they did the handoff correct yeah yeah that's fine i can that shows that i'm i'm a good journalist that i can still put my bias this person's a good journalist this is the athletic bullshit it's the athletic duke duke needs to be hateable forever don't who wrote this you want them you wrote forever you wrote this that's such a ridiculous i don't think i i think that this is way out of touch is

28:55Big Cat:hating duke falling out of style no no it never it will never it's yeah it's we gotta make it cool again it's always been cool it will never not be do you know what actually this is an own on duke

29:05PFT Commenter:because they haven't won one in so long that's when this article pops up whenever duke goes yeah a while without winning a title they'll be like hey do people not like like not hate duke

29:14Big Cat:anymore yeah it is true this article is probably saying like when you hate duke you're actually

29:18PFT Commenter:punching down yeah right yeah those poor little guys all right that's all i wanted to read a headline for you uh opening day any thoughts congrats pft go nats go nats want to know yeah

29:28Big Cat:can't go undefeated if you don't start one or no uh very excited that we got that one james woods uh no hits four strikeouts the only thing i care about this nat season is james woods getting 35 plus home runs so uh that was that was tough but hey great start to the season yeah Hank, any thoughts? We got two big firsts today in baseball. Two big firsts. One, the Philadelphia Phillies got a save on opening day at home for the first time in franchise history. Congrats, Max. That's an insane stat. I think it is a real stat, which I couldn't believe is true. They've had a couple walk-offs at home in the past X amount of years, but no saves.

30:13Crazy stat.

30:13Big Cat:And then the Chicago White Sox had a leadoff home run on opening day for the first time in franchise history. That's pretty cool, too. Their whole team. So, yeah. Good stuff. Baseball's back.

30:24PFT Commenter:Baseball's so back. And then we can pay attention again in like a month and a half. Paul Skeen's broken. Paul Skeen's not great. World Baseball Classic hot seat. Broke him.

30:34Big Cat:I think you're right. He got yanked after two?

30:38PFT Commenter:No, after two-thirds. Two-thirds. I don't think he made it out of the first, right? No, he did not. He didn't? He didn't make it out of the first. Wow.

30:44Big Cat:Didn't make it out of the first. That was also O 'Neal Cruz's fault.

30:47PFT Commenter:Oh, yeah. Dropped two pop flies right to him in center field. So that is. So Paul Skeen's not broken. O 'Neal's Cruz may be broken.

30:55Big Cat:I'll also say that baseball has the absolute best commercials for opening day. Like nothing gets you feeling nostalgic. It's romantic. Like baseball opening day. Yeah. I even watched like a four-minute long Japanese Major League Baseball opening day commercial. Awesome commercial, right?

31:11PFT Commenter:Awesome commercial. Made me want to be Japanese. Yeah. You can I did I was just like This is cool Yeah no one's stopping you Just go and live there Yeah just become What if we just did Part of my take from Japan Daniel-san Daniel-san That would be Should we do a Japan week Down What golf courses Do they have out there Probably a lot Like give me You have one that you've looked at I don't know Fuji? No I was Yeah I don't know Were you going to say Were you going to shout out The Atomic Bomb Non Fuji After you did Bin Laden No No I did not shout out I just shout it out. Shout out Hirohito. All right.

31:47PFT Commenter:One last thing I had before we get Max on, and we also got to talk about a big show coming up. Have you guys seen two things that are happening in the NBA right now? One is Luka and what he's been doing. Have you seen what Luka's been doing? Hank, are you aware of what Luka's been doing? His last eight games, he's averaging 40.9 points on 50 % shooting, eight or nine rebounds and seven assists i think he had what does he had he's had uh yeah he he's he's basically just been ripping off he had 43 on wednesday night 32 33 60 40 36 these are all on the road too he's just been absolutely on fire and the other one was yokich who uh this past week his stat lines have been 23 21 and 19 22 or 23 17 and 17 22 two 14 and 14 go back to the lucas stat how much the last how many games last eight games he's

32:46Big Cat:averaging 40 points a game is luca is he bam hunting he's on an all-time fucking tear is he going big bam hunting listen he would do it in a more ethical way he would he would do it like trying to get that the record back for kobe maybe i feel like that's that might be what's going on here he did score 60 uh yeah against the heat yeah he's trying he's going bam hunting going bam

33:07PFT Commenter:hunting yep but yeah both those guys the i mean jamal murray had 53 on wednesday night and it was still like oh yeah but yokich did 23 21 in 19 i mean the thing about 19 by the way were insane yeah nba did you see oh yeah no there's a couple about well that's home nba always does that with home accounting for assists yeah there was a couple really there was there were just jamal murray isos that they were giving joe yeah no there's one that was a handoff and jamal murray They dribbled for like 15 seconds and then scored, and they're like, oh, assist. Hey, look, that's home scoring. They do that.

33:43PFT Commenter:Max, are you afraid of playing in Denver?

33:45Big Cat:Are you?

33:46PFT Commenter:Wait, what was the stat you did?

33:50Big Cat:Triple doubles? Yeah. So as of last – when was that? Monday's part of my team? Jokic had four fewer triple doubles than Joel Embiid had games played since Joel Embiid won the MVP award.

34:05PFT Commenter:Has Embiid been playing recently or has he been injured? That's funny you ask that. He actually came back against the Bulls yesterday. He won that game by 30. Oh, great. Against the Bulls who were trying to tank. They just tanked too late. So wait, he did come back. Correct. Embiid had – or Jokic had another triple-double. So it's still four away. Still four. Okay. So he kept pace. Yeah.

34:26Big Cat:And then, wait, aren't the Sixers playing in Denver soon? Oh, that won't be – Embiid won't play. So Embiid's not going to play. They are not playing in Denver soon.

34:33PFT Commenter:All right. at some point soon as relative dude think about how we've this earth has been around for billions and billions of years if they play in denver next year that's pretty soon comparatively and and i don't think joe lmb is gonna make that trip buddy he ain't making that trip buddy he ain't making the trip you guys are so funny you guys are being so funny right now I make that. The Chattics are being so funny. Fire up the DNP awards. Chattics are being so funny right now. It is an interesting stat. Have they played in Denver? No. Yeah, they're done. Oh, they're done playing in Denver. But next year.

35:12Yeah, there's like eight games after the regular season.

35:14Big Cat:Oh, they did. March 17th. Embiid didn't play. Embiid didn't play. Oh, that's interesting. That's interesting. All right.

35:21PFT Commenter:Anything else before any other news?

35:24Big Cat:Yeah, congratulations to the Italian soccer team, Max. They won 2-0 against Northern Ireland, so that means that they play against Bosnia and Herzegovina. That's like playing two forms of Hank, righty and lefty. And if you are able to beat Bosnia and Herzegovina, you qualify for the World Cup. That would be sick. That would be sick. That would be sick. How is this still going on? Isn't the World Cup in like a month? Yeah, but they added more teams. They had expansion of the field, and there are some teams that still have to qualify. If they didn't go through, like Italy did not qualify through the European qualification, but they were one of the best losers.

36:06PFT Commenter:They're getting like a sponsor's exemption.

36:07Big Cat:They were one of the best losers, so it's like you can still qualify if you beat other losers. Got it. Didn't they already give out the groups of death? Yeah, they did the group drawings.

36:17PFT Commenter:Yeah, there's like a spot for whoever gets that qualification.

36:21Big Cat:Yeah.

36:23PFT Commenter:Got it.

36:23Big Cat:So like in the U.S. group, it's us, Australia, Paraguay, and then one last team that's to be named. Oh, so could Italy and the U.S. be in that team? No, I don't think so. I think it would be like Turkey is the team that we want to avoid, I think, in that. In the group of life. In the group of life. In the group of life. Yeah, I mean, we did win the fucking FIFA Peace Prize. Yeah. Okay? Yeah, we got this. How many you got over there in Italy? None. I'm American.

36:53PFT Commenter:Look at that. Big boy Max. I'm American. Okay. Should we talk about the big show we're doing? Yeah. Let's talk about the big show. What's the date of it? May 5th. May 5th. May the 5th be with you. Cinco de Mayo. Yeah, Cinco de Mayo. Also known as Cinco de Mayo. We are doing a live show in LA for the Netflix is a joke comedy series. And it's our first big live show. We did one, I think a year after BVT.

37:26Big Cat:We did the Vaniversary in Manhattan.

37:28PFT Commenter:That was a fun show. So, yeah. So, this is a big theater, so please buy tickets. We're going to make it special. We've been approached to do live shows, tours, a bunch. We've always thought that we didn't want to do it mostly because to do a live show, we want to do something different. We don't want to just go sit up there on a couch and do a podcast and take everyone's money. We wanted to do something different. And to do that, it would take a lot of our time away from the podcast coming up with a live show. So we're like, hey, we're going to do one. We're going to do one live show. We'll be the 10-year anniversary live show.

38:04PFT Commenter:It's going to be awesome. Rumors of Jerry O 'Connell. Well, not rumors. Jerry O 'Connell will be there. We're going to make him be there. Potentially Rosillo. Potentially Todd and Gordo. Possibly. I don't want to put him on the spot. Jerry O 'Connell is married to a supermodel. Supermodel.

38:18Big Cat:Yeah.

38:18PFT Commenter:Yeah. So we're going to have some guests. And I'll say this. This will be happening two days after Max's bachelor party. I would imagine some of the stories we don't tell on the podcast will be told at a live show.

38:33Big Cat:I imagine there will be a lot of stories that are told at this live show, spur of the moment, with no ability to hit dump or delete. Yeah. That will start a fight after the live show is over. It's going to be a problem. It's going to be a good time. I'm excited about it. Yeah, I really am. Can we do that thing in comedy shows where they take phones at the door? Yeah, I bet you we can, actually.

38:54PFT Commenter:Yeah, put in the silver bag. I bet you they might. Yeah, we could do that. Let it rip. Yeah, it actually would be awesome if we did that, because we could let it rip. What memes?

39:07Big Cat:Sorry, this bracket on the Weather Channel.

39:09PFT Commenter:They have a bracket on the Weather Channel?

39:10Big Cat:Yeah, they just did a March Madness bracket. What was it a bracket for? It was about the heat.

39:14PFT Commenter:oh okay cool it was for weather sorry that's hard oh sunny is one scene humid was up against mild oh human this is in the final four human beats sunny like no no no let me just explain this

39:29Big Cat:real quick sunny was a one seed wait go back yeah oh wait sunny versus p cloudy and tornadoes cloudy versus few clouds tornadoes got beaten by mild in the second round that's a major upset wow wait no No, tornadoes got beat by Windy. No, tornadoes got beaten by miles. That was impossible. No, look at the bottom. You're not looking correctly. No, no, no. Tornadoes are in it twice. They use tornadoes twice? Look at the bottom. Tornadoes got beat by Windy. This is a terrible bracket because tornadoes are up top, too. The right side is just numbers. 64 beat 88. 88 is more than 64. Stu Finer. Shout out, Stu Finer.

40:03Big Cat:It's pool, 88 degrees. You can't have tornadoes on the top and bottom of the bracket. What is this? We should do them, not Rushmore degrees. Yeah. Wait, wait. Wait, inhale beat freezing rain? I hate that. In a stunning upset, hazy topped hot in the opening round. How the f... This is a terrible bracket. This is the worst bracket ever.

40:25PFT Commenter:And so it's humid versus mild. Look at it. Mild's in there twice too. Mild is versus breezy. What? All right, so back to Netflix.

40:37Big Cat:Yeah, anyways, we're going to be doing a live show. You know what? If you think this is good content.

40:41PFT Commenter:No, I'm going to say right now on the Netflix live show, we're going to do our own weather bracket. 64. 64 weathers. We're going to do it.

40:50Big Cat:I like where your head's at. Let's pull back a little bit. Let's do 32 weathers. No, we can do same. Because they very clearly had a tough time filling out 64 weathers.

41:00PFT Commenter:Yeah, we could come up with more than this, though.

41:03Big Cat:What about? Yeah, Sharknado. Yeah. What about, Hot as Balls? Yeah, just wet. Yeah.

41:11PFT Commenter:Hot as balls. Brick. That perfect football weather. Football weather is a good one. Tailgate weather. Chocolate rain. Chocolate rain. Yeah. Good call. Good call. Chocolate rain for sure. Acid rain. Mm-hmm. We got more weather than this. Just war. You step out. Oh, shit. Thundersnow? How do they not have thundersnow in here? Yeah. Oh, damn. That's a ball. We're in Arizona. That's probably why they don't have thundersnow. Good point, Hank. They have a couple of them twice, by the way. They have mostly cloudy and partly cloudy up top. We already did that. Oh, shit. We were talking about tornadoes being in there twice.

41:50Big Cat:I'm sorry, but tornadoes getting beat up by mild is just a travesty.

41:55PFT Commenter:Again, tornadoes getting beat up by windy is a travesty. Tornadoes are way more badass than windy. Cinderella story. Yeah. For mild. Yeah, mild did make an unreal run. I would not have had mild. human actually human sucks all right so that's our live show we're gonna do it in may 5th in la um buy tickets it's gonna be awesome we will maybe slowly roll out some of the other special guests that we're gonna have on in the next couple weeks maybe one of us does a little stand-up hank memes no we want people to buy tickets so we can't say memes memes redemption would memes redemption would be awesome all right well we'll figure out uh zach go sit where max is max homework you come sit here zach you give max because max we don't want to burn having you on master's week by the way you're on master's week right are you playing the masters this year against all odds i am yeah i think this is the year i do too shock the world

42:54Big Cat:zero expectation max at your best this year you've been the best golfer in the world yeah I eagled the first hole. I was on pace for, I can't even do the math, but so many under. So many under. And then I was on pace for a miscut. Yeah. I was just on pace for 30 seconds.

43:08PFT Commenter:Wait, how is your game feeling? Actually really good. It doesn't look great, but yeah, it feels good. I have to say something just because I was bummed at how low my intimidation factor is. But when I walked in here and locked eyes with Hank, Max didn't move. And I know a big Dom, he ran. And I felt like, man, I carry zero weight. Yeah. not even enough to be like i didn't even knock i just walked in i thought i could make an entrance to be fair you guys are friends like big dominant had threatened before that interaction yeah i thought you'd be on edge but i got nothing i was excited to see you wait so where's the next tournament uh san antonio okay that's gonna be hot that's gonna be hot that's gonna feel there do you realize how this person who made that someone at some point said hey you have multiple things and they said there's no fucking chance anyone pauses this ever wait yeah so wait max you live in scottsdale like what is this what the you got nothing to talk about weather wise so you do brackets do they have haboob up there i can't really see no that's a because that would be my winner for the coolest thing we've got going on look up the boob it's like a dust storm it's fucking sick.

44:22I've heard about those.

44:23Big Cat:It's just the giant wall. Yes. It's like the Mission Impossible movie where it just comes going. We have that. We do not have snow.

44:32PFT Commenter:Yeah. I mean, once every blue moon. Yeah, the haboob rocks. Alright, so are you in for Max's Bachelor Party and also the live show? Yeah, I'm in for both. I have to see Jerry, man. Perfect. Yeah. He'll be there forever. Jerry's actually the only one who's RSVP'd yes to the Bachelor Party. outside of these walls. And he's ready to go. He actually sent us a picture tonight from the gym and was getting ready for the cabana. Love that. I mean, we're going to need a graphic of everyone invited to everyone attended.

45:08Big Cat:So, Jerry, if I know Jerry O 'Connell, I think that I do, he'll get invited to this live show, and he'll think that this is his opportunity to do a full 2026 fantasy preview. Yes. So we'll have to stop that. We'll have to nip that in the bud, Jerry. No, I don't know PFT. That's less work for us. What if he does just draft? What if he just does like a draft preview?

45:28PFT Commenter:What if we just MC his live preview? Just speaking from a fan side, because I'm sure they're all thinking the same thing from my side. I consider skipping halfway through him going through the draft every time. And I never do because I know it's going to keep going. Well, it ends up being worth it. It's hilarious. But every time I'm like, I do not need to know this. No, it's essentially, he lulls you to sleep, and then you break through the wall, and it gets funny again. Yeah, well, it's always funny because you guys are like, dude, we have like 30 seconds left. And then he'll go on for 15 more minutes.

46:03PFT Commenter:By the way, we never have 30 seconds left. It's a podcast. We can go for as long as we can. You just can't. He's the only one who makes us radio hosts. We're like, hey, we're coming right up against a break, Jerry. We got to go. He's the absolute best, though. He's going to be on it. So yeah, you are invited to Max's bachelor party and you're invited to the live show. I'd love to be there. Max, this is way more incriminating to make people turn their phones in so you could talk about your bachelor party than just tell the stories from your bachelor party. It kind of doesn't even matter what happened.

46:28PFT Commenter:Yeah, that's true. Now I'm picturing what you're thinking. Well, now we have to do so. It's really fucked up, man. See, now you have me. No, this is a chicken or egg because now we got to do really fucked up shit so that we can have stories. No, now I'm just not going to do anything.

46:45Big Cat:Yeah. Yeah, sure. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah, Max. You're definitely not going to do anything. This is giving, like, I'm not going to get worked up about the Eagles. All right, Zach, you got something for Max? I've got a quick discourse for you. I was just curious. There's been some, like, back and forth. Okay, honestly, not back and forth. Really, it's something I've been thinking about last couple days. I was curious what your thoughts are on this, which side you may take. What are your thoughts on – so traditionally, currently, we have – a lot of us in this room have cars, right? So many work.

47:12Big Cat:Yeah, cars. Full-size cars, SUVs, trucks. What is your thoughts on maybe moving away from cars and really locking in on the golf cart as transportation A to B and only using cars, highway use only? So like neighborhoods outside of that, we're just using golf carts on an everyday basis for travel, like kind of like going to see your friends, going to the grocery store, cruising and like going to work.

47:38I like that. You could drop the driving age down like nine years. would they go faster? So I was kind of thinking same golf cart speed. Same golf cart. Maybe like the slow down life. Yeah.

47:52PFT Commenter:Okay. What do you need to go to the grocery store? Would you need like a bigger trunk? So you make a golf cart that's like maybe a little bit bigger. You could have the four seater and you laid the back seats down. Yeah.

48:02Big Cat:So when we were down in Florida the other week, playing the same tournament as Max Homa, we drove to the golf, drove to the golf course. And Scotty Sheffler. We had the same tea time actually. We drove to the golf course in a giant six-seater golf cart, and it got up to 25 miles an hour. It felt like you're flying when you're going 25 miles an hour in this electric golf cart. And then we took it right up to the front, and they valet parked it, and we got out of the car, out of the golf cart, and started walking to the clubhouse. And then Max just steps out of his car, and he's like, what the fuck are you guys doing up here?

48:35I forgot to tell you this, Big Cat. The funniest part of this, so PFT goes, hey, you'll never believe what we're doing tomorrow. And he was right. He was like, yeah, we're playing the other course. I said, that's not, that can't be possible. It's like the biggest tournament we've got. So we're like going back and forth about how it's not possible. And he's like telling me how it is possible. And then Hank comes through with, no, dude, we already have the golf cart. And I was like, yo, so we don't play in fucking golf carts. It's like he thought he threw it on the hammer. I was like, you are less believable now.

49:06Don't worry, guys. He's the guy who pulls up to Augusta with the practice round pass saying, no, I have the ticket yeah that's what he did he goes no dude i already picked up the cart yeah the cart

49:17PFT Commenter:gets me through all right i like this idea it's good really like that idea the only problem is that like you need 100 buy-in because people would abuse it it takes one person that says i'm driving a car i'm driving my pickup truck yeah what about weather that was michael that was what's the question about what you're talking about like stuff like humid mild hot sunny yeah

49:38Big Cat:Which weather? There's so many different weathers. Let's bracket the worst weathers to have a golf cart in. I think a lot of people would actually enjoy their trip in a golf cart through a little bit of light rain maybe. Sometimes embrace the wet. Listen, I would say embrace the wet. Let's hear it agrees. Embrace the wet, embrace the snow. But if you'd like to stay out of the elements, just get a little bit equipped. You could third-party upgrade all sorts of things. You'd be amazed the attachments you get for a golf cart.

50:04PFT Commenter:Get a windshield on them. Well, no, the third-party upgrades would just be making it a car. No, we're talking, but like car door, you're not taking that off. Well, most doors, maybe on the Jeep, you can take them off. Anyway, it's not important. You can get quick removal of things for golf carts. Like that front glass panel, you can throw that on the sides. You're not entering snow at all. Snow? That's true. I didn't think too much ahead on snow just because when it snows, people just stay inside.

50:30Big Cat:This is Zach's maybe most.

50:32PFT Commenter:No, people still go outside. You stay inside. I do have a follow-up, though. How – because people would still have cars to go on, like, the freeway. What percentage of people do you think would just stop having a car? I think there would be a decent amount of people who don't travel that far that are freeway necessary that would just go straight golf cars.

50:53Big Cat:This is Zach's most Florida take of all time. And it does work. That is. If you're in, like, a Florida community, that absolutely could replace your car. But you're right. like you have to have total buy-in i got a question that just popped my head max how many times have you seen snow um not a ton from los angeles to here yeah like it's not a lot how many can you count on one hand yeah we had a there's a mountain it's called mountain high in southern california that's where we would go like skiing and oh that doesn't count though like actually

51:26PFT Commenter:coming down no yeah like you're you're like oh shit it's snowing outside we've been to deer valley for Christmas twice and so that's it one time of the two there we actually saw it come down that's yeah that's actually a really good what a great maybe three times what a great life yeah that's so I didn't realize that people said that snow is fine it's it's like the the icy rain that sucks yeah they're all like oh no we don't mind when it snows but like that's not super common yeah because I was oh it'd be cool to live in like a little winter wonderland and they said No, it sucks. When it's snowing, it's cool.

51:59PFT Commenter:It's when the snow stays on the ground for weeks, and it looks like shit. I learned about black ice within the last five years. Oh, really? Those videos are hilarious. They're really dangerous. People just sitting in their car watching for, you would assume, an hour, knowing it's going to happen. Wait, are you talking about people slipping, or are you talking about cars? No, people. I don't. I mean. No, the cars ones. Imagine a golf cart. They're not hilarious, but they're also like, I'll always stop and watch it when like a fire truck will just be going down. Have you ever looked at videos of people pouring hot water onto car windshields?

52:36Yeah, that's a bad idea.

52:38PFT Commenter:Really bad idea. Don't do that. Those are some of the freedoms you get with those golf carts. I love that.

52:42Big Cat:Yeah, so many freedoms. That is a good point. You do feel more connected with the world when you're driving in the golf cart too.

52:48PFT Commenter:I actually think though the accidents would probably go up because people feel like when they're in a golf cart, they're just like, I can't get hurt. But you're still going 20, 25 miles an hour. You guys started a – not you, I guess, but your company started a whole trend of just hitting people. Yeah, that's true. That was a problem. No, we were part of that because I laughed every time. I actually thought about hitting Hank yesterday on the court.

53:10Big Cat:So there was a moment yesterday.

53:13PFT Commenter:Lefty or righty?

53:15Big Cat:I was driving Big Cat in this golf cart, and Max was out in the middle of the fairway. And I aimed the cart at him, and I just floored it. Had like an intrusive thought that won. And I was just flooring at him. I was like, big cat, this would be so funny. But then I stopped. I stopped like 10 yards. Say thank you, dude. But it would have been. Max, admit that it would have been kind of funny. It would have been so funny. I would have been so mad.

53:37PFT Commenter:Why?

53:38Big Cat:It was a very bad trend. Yes.

53:40PFT Commenter:What if we had let you tweet it out so you got the numbers? I don't know.

53:46Big Cat:I might have killed you. Yeah.

53:48PFT Commenter:Say thank you. I'm going to just say thank you Because I know that you're just going to say Say thank you 30 times Yeah to PFT

53:58Big Cat:You're welcome Don't ever forget what I do for you You'd be dead if it wasn't for me Saved your life You could have killed you dude Saved your life man

54:10PFT Commenter:Alright Max so You're on for Masters week Love it One of our favorite traditions Brooks either bails or takes my slot and then I get the midnight slot. That was the last three years. Hey, Brooks, can you come on? Sure. And it's like, actually, Brooks did come on, but we're free at midnight. And of course, my dumb ass is like, sure, man, fuck it. I do have a question for you.

54:39Big Cat:Condolences on Jupiter Golf Links. Yeah, losing to TGL finals. Many are saying, like, are you the Buffalo Bills of TGL? How long did it take you to get over that loss? um i got six beers down real quick okay i think that six beer really i actually need like a tgl

54:59PFT Commenter:like beat super fan to be like fuck max homo for doing a podcast two days after losing the championship it's actually pretty fair yeah like god damn it how could he do this i got a bit of grief uh i was super short with marty smith and then super short with somebody else and it was a crazy i was watching you just like what do you what do you think right now you're like it sucks yeah i'm not a big fan of like how you feel yeah not a question but i do really like marty so i said i'm sorry he goes no it's not your fault we made you guys stay there forever and you guys just lost yeah cool and would you what was the winning prize oh it's a lot of money shit yeah did you do the stefan diggs thing i i should probably specify which stephan

55:48watch the confetti come down uh no fuck no i got out of there i don't know how people do that

55:53Big Cat:yeah yeah it is kind of crazy that's probably the weirdest thing he does yeah by far walking in uh this dude told us he goes hey just so you know la was here early like literally practicing going on the podium because i kind of whatever and like you know i thought i was walked in there so oh man we're just gonna crush them then like glad they got that hope and then right when i finished i was like well at least they know exactly where they're fucking going they would have had to direct us but yeah that was a uh tiger came back it was cool as fuck and we played 10 of 15 holes so that was a tough tough tough look for the boys what's next year what's it like are you uh are you boys of tiger now yeah tiger i got lucky a handful of years ago played with them at the open championship and then um Um, started to get a bit closer with him.

56:38I won his tournament, which helped, but, uh, he's been super cool to me. We played practice rounds at majors and then playing on his team the last two years. It's pretty awesome. But, uh, I try to tell everybody, man, like Tiger's just like a guy. Yeah. And I honestly do feel bad for him a lot of the times when we do these interviews, because he hasn't played golf in a while. And I mean, he'll, he has some days where he looks great. And some days you could tell he's really limping. And every question is just like, so are you going to like golf for us next year or next week at the masters? And it's like, can you just.

57:06yeah let him just live he's just a person man he's won a shit ton of golf tournaments he's everybody in golf's like you know at some point favorite golfer near near to it so that's been hard because i just think he he wants to play obviously right and he looked really good i he's is pretty incredible when he sets his mind to something but at the end of the day i just like for him to like enjoy playing golf and you know his son's super good at golf and do you know charlie enjoy yeah he's the man it was great yeah he i think he loves all you guys yeah oh really i mean That's cool. All the head covers and all that.

57:36We didn't know. We just picked him because we love him. He's awesome. He's the best. He kills us. He tells us how bad we are all the time. And then at the last match, they were doing like only in-state classic Charlie. He probably learned it from you guys. We call him Chaz. In stadium, they were doing like the celebrities in the crowd. They panned to Charlie, and we just went nuts. He was super embarrassed.

57:57PFT Commenter:I think he just kind of wants to live.

57:58Big Cat:Oh, man. Yeah, I don't know. Don't put Chuck in like that.

58:00PFT Commenter:So Tiger's just a regular dude? Oh, yeah. Like, you just, like, call him right now. He'll pick up and we can just, like, talk to him, right? He's on the East Coast. It's pretty late there. We've done that before. He has been on the show. SVP called him and didn't let us talk to him. I remember.

58:17Big Cat:Do you have to, like, take out a full-page ad in the Jupiter Gazette or whatever and be like, sorry, we let you down? Yeah, we probably did. Dude, it was actually great. The first night of the series of the finals, I mean, the walkout, by the way, that is the corniest thing we do. I've never felt worse about myself every single week. So we, I don't remember what our walkout song is, but then LA came behind us or second. They were, they came out to Dr. Dre and kids was like, damn, this is a great walkup song. I said, yeah, it's pretty tough to compete. LA rap and Jupiter links, Jupiter rap. So the rap scene out here is not super sick.

58:53So we were way behind the eight ball so early.

58:56PFT Commenter:Oh man. All right. Next year. Next year. Next year. Next year. We'll get them next year. All right, Max. Well, we can't wait to talk to you in a couple weeks. And also, you're coming to Max's bachelor party. Yeah, no, I can't wait for that way more. You're definitely coming. Put me on the graphics. The graphics is going to be dream team level. We've got to actually maybe invite Michael Jordan. Just so we can put it on the graphic. You got to make him say no. Just put it on the graphic. You got to make... Will you please invite Tiger for us? I will. Okay, thank you. Yes, done. Are you guys going to leave Edelman off?

59:27PFT Commenter:Yeah, we got to invite him. Hank, invite Edelman. Who else? But can you just text Tiger and be like, hey, the guys from PMT want to invite you to Max's bachelor party. Ha ha. Just say that. Perfect. I'll screenshot it and instant delete it.

59:46Big Cat:What about Charlie?

59:48PFT Commenter:Charlie's underage.

59:49Big Cat:I think he's 18, right? First off, Vegas is absolutely not like an 18 and over place. Charlie's a grown kid now. I don't think so. He's also gotta be 17. I don't think he's in college. He's definitely 17. He just committed to FSU. He's a girl He's a girl I miss his birthday Oh my god Dude Dude, Tiger's definitely not coming now When was his birthday? It was in February Okay Yeah How old is he? He's 17 Okay

1:00:28PFT Commenter:When is your birthday, Max? No bachelor party No, I'm not tired When is your birthday? Alright, okay Imagine if it was like yesterday If it's today Or even worse If it was two weeks ago When you were with him Yeah I'll tell you at 12.01 tonight Okay, I got plenty of time. 1:02:57PFT Commenter:Living in New York is definitely a different beast. It's crowded here. Did you notice? Have you noticed when you're out here, there's a lot of people that live in this area. I'd heard that.

1:03:04Big Cat:Yeah, much, much different. Yeah. So congratulations. Big offseason for you. We were speculating because when the Ravens let you go, we were like, John Harbaugh can probably take whatever job that he wants right now. You're probably going to be the number one name in contention out there. did it ever occur to you like maybe maybe i just don't want to coach football for a year maybe we'll see what that's like and maybe do media whatever that might be or was it always like you need to get back into football uh yeah i mean i thought about for like a bit like maybe about 20 seconds and then i was like nah nah it's uh well how would i explain it to my brother you know i mean he you know i'd be yeah he wouldn't he'd have nobody to hang out with at the owner's meetings no one wants to talk to him usually anyway so he's got me so i can't leave him alone like that uh no I never really thought about it too much.

1:03:54I was really surprised by, I mean, there's a lot of, you have a lot of thoughts, a lot of emotions that you kind of deal with in moments like that. And I don't know, it's really hard to explain it all. But one of the thoughts I did not have was not coaching. That was really not a thought. And if I had, my wife pretty much was telling me like, oh, you're still coaching. You know, you're not going to be hanging around the house here at any point in time for the next year. So just plan on finding another job. So that helped. That helped make my decision. Yeah. Yeah.

1:04:24PFT Commenter:I would imagine having the fear of having to call your brother and dad and saying, hey, I'm thinking about taking a year off that you can't you can't have that. And I think they probably Jim probably feels the same way. If he if he ever got fired, it's like, hey, I'm not I'm not taking a year off. I can't you guys you guys were built to coach football. Yeah. You're off from what? Yeah. You know, my dad, my dad's theory on that. Jim asked him the advice one time about, like, you know, how long do you coach, Dad? You know, when do you know it's done? And my dad always felt like he probably got out of it a little bit too early.

1:04:57You know, he stayed with Tom at Marquette there for a few years and helped him out. But I think he always – but he had us, so he still coaches. You know, he basically coaches us every day. Sends us texts. He watches our practices. Sometimes not so nice. But he said, Dad, you know, when do you know that it's over? He goes, you know when it's over, Jim, is when you get up in the morning and you really don't want to even get up and get in your car. You get in your car, you drive in, you hate every minute of the drive in. You drive in the parking lot, you see the building, you don't like the building anymore, you don't like the cars in the parking lot because they're the people you don't want to see when you get in the parking lot.

1:05:32Everything about it is just something that is distasteful to you. You hate it. When you get to that point, you coach for two more years, then you'll be done. That's perfect. That's great advice.

1:05:44PFT Commenter:Two more years, man. Two more years.

1:05:46Big Cat:That's really good advice. Yeah, so congratulate. We knew that you were going to be back. We never thought that you would take a year off either. It's not in your DNA. That's not the Harbaugh way to step away from football for a year. Was there a moment, like, did you know that it was going to happen before the end of the year? Did you have an idea that, hey, if things don't go our way, if we don't make the playoffs, whatever the case might be, that it might be time for that parting of ways? Well, I think you always, you know, coach, player probably, but you know i don't never take the next day for granted you know even even when things are going well i always feel like we're one day away from disaster you know one day away from the apocalypse pretty much you live your life that way in coaching so i always felt like hey you know if the job's not getting done it's not good enough you know that they'll make a change you don't you don't you don't you don't have a job it's not your job you don't own it i guess you rent it maybe is what is what people say uh you just try to do the job not keep the job so i really wasn't worried about it ever, keeping the job.

1:06:40And I felt like, you know, at some point in time, if they felt like I wasn't the best guy for the job, to do the job, then they're going to put me out of the job, you know, and that's what they should do when they feel that way. So it didn't bother me in that sense. I took a lot of pride in what we did. I took a lot of pride in this season. I thought, honestly, as a coaching staff, it might have been our best job this year coaching this team. I thought we did a great job, but it wasn't good enough in terms of getting us where we needed to get for whatever reason. So sometimes, sometimes God's in control too.

1:07:12You know, sometimes, sometimes there's another plan. You know, I read, I read my Bible. I think there's some, some Amos maybe, or Isaiah, or one of those prophets, you know, God said, go. And he said, where? He said, just go. And, and he went. So that's what the Raven said to me. They said, go, you know, I said, where? And he said, we don't care. Go wherever you want. And, But then my agent called in about 20 minutes. There was a bunch of calls, and I did not expect that either. I don't think you really know what to expect, but Giants called right away as well, and that was something that worked out, and I'm really, really thrilled to be here.

1:07:50I think it's a great organization, great people, a great city, obviously. Players have been phenomenal. All of it has been just beyond my wildest dreams, so really excited about it. Can't wait until the players get in here in April, man. They're going to be here in a couple weeks. Can't wait.

1:08:05Big Cat:Yeah. As a Commanders fan, I wish that you'd gone to a different team, so I'll be rooting for you every weekend except for two this year. So just take it a little bit easy on the Commanders when you have that chance. But what was it about the Giants that made you think, okay, this is the team that I want to go to? Well, you know, first of all, it's just the Giants. I mean, that's a big part of it, and I'd always admired the ownership here. You know, I'd admired the family ownership and really had known the Maris to a degree, starting with John, who was always representing the organization at the owners meetings and all the committee meetings.

1:08:34I mean, I just thought he was a giant, literally, in the league, an icon in the National Football League. So I had great respect for him and for what they stand for here as an organization. And then, yeah, you grow up as New York Giants. I mean, when I was in Philly, we played against them. You'd come into the parking lot. We lost to them one year when I I was in Philly and we had seven buses and the the wives bus going back to Philly got got left behind. I mean, like literally, you know, like that that series of books left behind. Yeah. Us got left behind in the parking lot in New York and they started egging the bus and rocking the bus back and forth.

1:09:13And and my wife is calling me, you know, on the phone, you know, it's like, you know, help, help. We're stuck here. You know, you forgot us. And they had to send security back to get them. I don't know if the bus broke down or just got surrounded or what, but it's crazy. Well, Philly had their share of issues, too. My wife's first game when we got there as assistant coaches was against the Giants. And she was walking in all excited for the game from her parking spot to go to her seats and see her husband coach in the National Football League. And she saw these two Giants fans with their Giants jerseys, and they're two guys, two buddies.

1:09:50They're walking the game. They're talking. They're laughing. and they had to go through this row of cars where they were grilling. Their Eagles fans were grilling. And she sees them, and all of a sudden they get surrounded by Eagles fans, and they get kind of jumped. And they don't hit them or anything, but they grab them, and they grab their jerseys, and they pull their jerseys over their heads like hockey style and just pull them both off, walk over and throw them on the hibachis, and they light them on fire. They gave them their T-shirts. It's like, wow, the National Football League.

1:10:19PFT Commenter:Yeah, that's the NFC East. That's the NFC East. That's the NFC. I have one last question. I have more questions about the Giants. I had one last question about, you know, leaving Baltimore and everything that happened this year. Did you have a conversation with Mike Tomlin afterwards? Because it was kind of sweet. Obviously, no one wants to get fired, but it was like, you know, a 95-year-old couple, you know, the husband dies and the wife dies like two days later. That's kind of what happened with you guys because you had so many years together. It's like, yeah, we're just going to go out at the same time.

1:10:53I guess that's the way it went. Yeah. We haven't spoken since. We haven't spoken since. I guess we're dead to each other now. I did text him, but I haven't gotten the text back. I don't know. Maybe he lost my number at that point. It was unbelievable, amazing. Like I said afterwards, so much respect for Mike. You play the Steelers. You were playing a Mike Tomlin coached team. It was always the same. It was always the same thing, same problem. Well-coached team that knew how to win. So, yeah, I'm sure we'll get a chance to have a beer, talk it out one of these days. It's history now.

1:11:29PFT Commenter:Yeah. On to the next thing.

1:11:30Big Cat:It was a great era in both your lives.

1:11:32PFT Commenter:It really was. It really was. All right, so now for the Giants. You're in one place for 18 years. Now you're in a new place. Is there any part of you that's – I assume you're not going to change how you do this, but are there updates you're making to your coaching style? I know it's a new staff, but is there like a little self-assessment like, Like, hey, I got another shot here. I get kind of a blank page, a new locker room, guys that have never been around me. Is there any kind of new approach you're taking? Yeah, I mean, I don't know if it's new, but I hope it's better. You know, it's along the same lines probably, but better.

1:12:06You do have a chance to kind of sit back and say, okay, I can start fresh. I'm not dealing with things that maybe I was dealing with before. Everything's going to be a clean slate for everybody, you know, so it's a clean slate for players. We've talked about a couple of guys that are coming back to the team that are excited about having a new opportunity with new staff. It's a clean slate for me. You know, it's a clean slate to just kind of work the way that you approach the team with the belief system that we have or the motivation stuff or the way we build the offense. We're building out a whole new offense.

1:12:35We're building an offense out that has never been seen in the history of the National Football League. I mean, like literally because we're building the New York Giants offense, you know, with our terms and our schemes and for our players. And that's really fun to do. Same thing on defense and special teams. So how can we do all that stuff better? But there are things that you look back and you say, you know, that got a little away from me. That got a little out of hand. I don't really like the way that evolved and went. How could I do a better job of making sure it doesn't go in that direction in the future with the new team and just start with a fresh slate?

1:13:07So you're right, Big Cat. I mean, that's a big part of it.

1:13:10PFT Commenter:Yeah, and then like bringing in a couple guys, because I know you guys got Isaiah Likely, you got Ricard. Is that also where you have a couple of eyes and ears in the locker room where those guys can help along? The new guys being like, hey, this is what coaches is asking for from us. The standard is the standard. Like, you know, just helping them understand you where it's almost a go-between. Not saying you have like moles in the – or, you know, snitches in the locker room, but it's smart to get those guys. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I'll be hanging out in the locker room too, so, you know, we don't really need some moles and snitches.

1:13:42But hey, guys, how you doing?

1:13:47now we uh um it's part of that yeah it's part of that because i do think there's an element of the guys that just kind of understand like who who what it's about the guy's crazy like plow talk to the players a lot of players come up i'm talking to guys all the time and they're always basically the same thing they're like like yeah talk to so-and-so i talked i've talked to about 10 of your former players or these three guys and they all say the same i say i'll say well what do they say? What'd they say? Right. Yeah. They say, Oh, you better be ready to work. Make sure you're in shape. I'm like, well, that's good.

1:14:17I'm glad they said that. Yeah. Cause that is actually true. Uh, and then they, they're smart enough to follow that up with is, is, uh, yeah, that's, I was really glad to hear that. I was excited to hear that. Cause I like to work good. Cause we are going to work, but, um, I think it's partly that, you know, they can kind of say, Hey, you know, is he, is he crazy? No, it's not crazy. This is what he's saying. This is kind of how it's going to go. Does he mean that? Yeah, he means that. That's what he means. That's what he's talking about. Or he means this or whatever. Is this for real? Is this genuine?

1:14:47Yeah, he's pretty much going to be like this every day. I hope that's what they'll say to the guys, you know, but also really mainly though, Big Cat, it's the fact that these guys are good players and they fit the, you know, they fit what we're trying to do offensively, defensively. They fit in real well and they're going to like play a big role for us. So not just those guys. And we brought 16. We signed 16 guys. Yeah. The agency. And we did it with just mid-level spending in the National Football League for free agency. We were right in the middle. And we signed 16 guys with that. You know, so I think the Ravens had about the same.

1:15:18And they signed eight guys. So I'm really excited about the fact that we got a bit. I think we got a lot for our buck, so to speak. And these are all guys that are motivated guys that wanted to be here for the right reasons that are going to fit like our style of play. We'll see. But I'm really kind of pleased with these guys, and we're not done yet.

1:15:36Big Cat:Yeah. Well, the Ravens had nine guys for a little bit, but then it went back to eight after a second. That must have been weird for you to be like, now you guys are trading draft picks. Okay, interesting, cool. No, that never went through my mind. No, of course not. Of course not. So you get to the Giants. Like Big Cat said, you bring in Ricard. You get the most physical guy maybe to ever play the modern game on your team. Just, okay, go out there. Let's hit some people, Patrick. Have you had a chance to talk to Cam Scadaboo, another very physical running back? Because he said something the other day that might be concerning as a coach.

1:16:09Big Cat:He said that he's talking about his ankle, and he's like, yeah, I'm kind of in good enough shape right now where I can get away from a baby hippo. And if any other player had said that, I would think it's a metaphor. With Scadaboo, there's a decent chance that he actually has rented a baby hippo that he's training with in his backyard. That's dangerous. Yeah, have you followed up on that quote? Well, I don't know if you guys know this or not, but baby hippos are surprisingly fast with amazing change of direction skills. So I'm kind of happy to hear that he's that far along. I mean, you know, and that's probably a pretty good training method.

1:16:40His guys do this dude, man, is like one of a kind. I was just weird when I was getting interviewed, just they're showing me the facility, which they're tearing down here like in four months as part of the facility. But he was back in there working out on the treadmill that lifts you up and doesn't make it quite as heavy. And he didn't see me coming around the corner. He's like, it was the ownership. It was everybody. And he's like, oh, dudes, how you guys doing? He starts screaming, hey, Scataboo, doing a Scataboo thing. All of a sudden, I came around the corner. He's like, oh, oh, oh. So then he's on the phone.

1:17:11He's on the phone FaceTime like three days ago because he got a new puppy, a new puppy wiener dog. Wiener dog. He's a wiener dog guy. Yeah. And he's got a little – he's got three or four – two or three wiener dogs. So it was kind of cute. I love that. See that. Yeah.

1:17:28PFT Commenter:He's a perfect, like, the Harbaugh family sees a guy like that. That guy just wants – you know, your brother always tells human body craves contact. That is Cam Scadaboo. Right. Yeah. That's our kind of guy, man. I mean, he fits the personality of the team, the offense, the family. Yeah. All the guys do. The quarterback does. The left tackle does. The tight ends do. I mean, I'm really kind of excited. Kind of excited is an understatement. fired up to be around these guys. It's just a bunch of hungry guys that want to work. That's what they tell me, and they're ready to go. Are you still getting hands-on with the special teams department?

1:18:06Hands-on, yeah, hands-on, very hands-on. Very, yeah, it's kind of important. You think it's important? Special teams.

1:18:13Big Cat:Yeah, I think these playoffs actually showed us exactly how important it can be.

1:18:18PFT Commenter:Yeah, you just have big play after big play happen. I mean, the Seahawks, one of your former guys, Mike McDonald who we had on the show who actually told us a very funny story that once he went from you to your brother he said that he kept on getting asked what's by like media and people what's the difference between the two Harbaugh brothers so he went to Jim and he said hey I keep getting this question what am I supposed to say and Jim just said just tell him I'm taller so that was a good answer but he you know the Seahawks spend a lot of money on special teams and it's very important and you can see in their playoff run, in their Super Bowl run, how important special teams, it always feels like one of those swing plays in the playoffs comes down to special teams.

1:19:00Well, they have a great special teams coordinator. Yep. It runs in the family as well by the name of Jay Harbaugh, and he's kind of grown up with it. He was in college. He was a special teams student assistant and was in Baltimore. Then he was with Jim. So he's been trained the right way, right out of the cradle. So, I mean, to me, they had by far the best special teams in the league last year. And Jay did a great job, great job, great job coaching those guys. Great players who played hard. But I think they were a reflection of Jay. I mean, you could argue they were the difference. Yeah. In a lot of ways in that team last year.

1:19:35So, yeah, we got to do that. I mean, if you look at the Seahawks, all credit to Mike McDonald. I just, you know, they did a great job. The whole organization obviously did a great job. But Mike brought in a, you know, a mentality, a mindset, a way of doing things. He's really smart, really bright, really thoughtful guy, honest guy. They built the kind of team that we would like to build here. I mean, if you watch the way they played, that's the kind of team that we would like to build in New York. And, you know, we're going to have to be competing against them in this conference. So, yeah, just much respect for what they did.

1:20:04I hope we can do the same.

1:20:06Big Cat:Yeah. I've got a really, really dumb question for you, Coach. But I have to ask, as coach of the Giants, we heard a rumor like, what was this, five years ago, that Ben McAdoo, when he was the coach there, had a tiny door that led to his office. There were all these doors in the hallway that were normal-sized, but McAdoo, his door was really small, and it led to a normal-sized office. Is that true, or have we just been believing just a fake rumor that we got got with? I'm looking around at the guys here that were here. They're shaking their head absolutely not. Of course they do that.

1:20:39PFT Commenter:Of course they do that. They don't want to know. He's on to this. They don't want you to know about the tiny doors. We'll tell them about the little door. I'm going to choose to believe it Even if you tell me it's not true The little door that's been removed from the office In there that used to be there But just be on the lookout I think now you'll at least Take a second glance at a couple doorways Well what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to my office walls I'm going to kind of go feel for scenes Maybe there's hidden doors in there somewhere

1:21:09Big Cat:Yeah like JFK In the White House right He had one where he could get out if he needed to during the day Yeah, there's hidden doors By the way, when did you realize that you sounded just like Joe Biden?

1:21:19PFT Commenter:Oh yeah You know, I'm not happy with that at all I mean, I might have had a little sore throat that day I got a little sore throat today You know, Joe Biden, really? I mean, come on Did you guys think I sound like Joe Biden? When someone said like, close your eyes and listen to it I was like, oh my gosh, he might be right

1:21:39Big Cat:Was it like the whole interview or like one sentence maybe that they clipped out? It was probably just the one part that sounded like, how about this? Can you just say like, hi, this is President Joe Biden and you're listening to part of my take? I could do that, actually. Oh, Dion's like, do not do that. He's like, absolutely do not do that.

1:21:58PFT Commenter:How about you just say, I love ice cream and you're a dog-faced pony boy. I do love ice cream. I love ice cream. That's not right. I don't know. It was so funny when it hit the air I can't eat ice cream anymore Can Joe Biden still eat ice cream? You can eat ice cream Why can't you eat ice cream? There's a lot of issues That sounded like Joe right there You sounded just like Joe Yeah it's crazy because You've been in our collective lives You know the NFL fans lives For so many years The fact that it took that long And then one tweet and someone was like hey if you close your eyes it kind of sounds like president biden we're like what oh yeah i'm gonna have to dispute that i'm putting that in dispute right now i i want that to be i want i want a judicial hearing red flag yeah that's fair i'm not accepting that i will not accept that comparison okay that's fair um all right so uh by the way congratulations on uh your your college basketball team i have ohio unbelievable love and honor uh incredible season march all that and i also saw that you are doing commencement at the end of the spring semester.

1:23:15PFT Commenter:Have you done a commencement speech before? I did. I did one for Stevenson University, which is in Owings Mills about 12 years ago. I can't dust that speech off. It's got to be unique. I was talking to some of my college buddies. They've sent me some suggestions for stories to tell, maybe some that will not be told on the commencement stage, but man, I'm fired up about it. Like a lot of, a lot of great memories. Love that university kind of makes you, you know how it is the people you meet and the, and the things you go through in college and all those types of things that kind of make you who you are in a lot of ways.

1:23:54So I was just like David Saylor and appreciated the president and the, and the organ, you know, the administration asking me to do it, but I can't wait to get back on campus and celebrate that, that NCA tournament victory, the one they're going to get, gonna get maybe maybe a couple more here we'll see what happens but yeah yeah so so like do you get

1:24:13PFT Commenter:you i would assume you don't get nervous whatsoever doing public speaking right uh nah you get a little nervous still really i mean you know do you ever get nervous no i i would assume for you especially like you're in front of a bunch of you know big strong guys having to command a room of alpha males like getting up in public speaking is second nature to you because we do it a lot and I don't really get nervous anymore. I kind of wish I did. I just kind of, I feel like, Hey, I can do this. I've done it before. I could do it again. I know I can kind of fall back on what I've been able to do. For me, it's about a room that's like

1:24:49Big Cat:10 to 20 people. That's when you get the most nervous. When it's like a small group and when it's massive, you can just like kind of tune it out and say, okay, I'm going to go up here. I'm going to do my thing that I've rehearsed. But yeah, that small group, when everybody's looking at you and you're making eye contact with every person that that's when you start to overthink things for me i'm just going to try to like try to have a decent message you know try to have a couple funny stories maybe yep and uh and but that relate maybe to the message but you want to try to like in a commencement speech you want to first of all you want to you want to follow the five b's of uh of uh of public speaking i mean you want to start with that jim caldwell taught me that the five B's of public speaking.

1:25:28Be brief, brother. Be brief. That's good. That's really good. But, yeah, maybe have a word or two, and then maybe take everybody out to CJ's, which is our football bar out there, and buy them a Rolling Rock or something.

1:25:44PFT Commenter:Yeah, yeah, you're right, though. The commencement speech, like, you can't – you want to nail it, but if you go too long, you're going to – because it's a bunch of kids that are 22 years old, probably hungover or drunk having their last weekend on campus. You got to hit them with some good stuff and then get out. Get out. Get out. Make them laugh. Say something poignant and then move on.

1:26:07Big Cat:Let's go to Brick Street. Yeah. Exactly. Keep it moving. So, yeah. So, what's the calendar like for you guys right now? Is it all hands on deck for the draft? Are you like getting your hands dirty with the draft prep now? Yeah, it's everything. It's like it's wall-to-wall draft prep, watching tape. And then with that, it's finishing up on free agency. We've got the 30 visits coming in. We still have some free agent guys coming in. That's kind of a big part of it, too. And then for us, it's players coming in, and we're still building our systems out. So, like, we're still meeting, like, heavily on football, offense, defense, and special teams.

1:26:41Like, you know, what are we going to call motion when the tight end goes across the ball and then comes back the other way and kicks out the defensive end? What are we calling that? You know, you've got to pick a word that kind of makes sense to everybody. So, you know, how are we going to build all this stuff out and do it? So, like, everybody's been avalanched in work, but they're doing a great job. And we just want to make sure that when the guys come back, they see that we're ready, you know, that we're ready, we're fired up, we're organized, and we've got a plan. Even, like, signs in the buildings and paint, you know, painting things up and throwing TV screens up that are going to have messaging.

1:27:13All the things that you want to do to try to create the environment that the guys feel like, all right, we're going to do this the right way. So, that's what we're doing.

1:27:20Big Cat:It is a little bit like if you're taking over a brand new job for you, it's a little bit like interior decorator as well as it is like football coach. You know, like I think Bill Parcells said, if you if you want to change the culture, like start with changing the carpet out everything about the place. So have there been any like major like changes that are major to you that might seem like a small deal to everyone else? Well, yeah, I mean, like we do. We do a lot of stuff with TV screens. So we're putting that up for like different reasons and all those. So these big, huge. I didn't know they made like 98 inch screens.

1:27:49Those are like really massive. So I want to get one for my house if we ever move into one here. Just signs on the walls. You know, one of the signs we had. I was thinking about like, okay, do I want relentless? Relentless is a big word, right? So I want relentless on there because being relentless is like it's a relentless thing to do. We got to do that. I wanted persistence. Like persistent. That's big too. Relentless and persistent. They seem like they're the same thing, but they're a little bit different. I couldn't decide, so I just put them both up. I put up relentless persistence. could have been persistent relentlessness yeah that was a little too long for the wall so i went relentless persistence and i felt like that kind of captured the mindset and then the other one was finish everything all the time so like everything is going to be a big deal too like everything confront everything you know work hard at everything everything all the time all the time everything that's what we're doing everything necessary all the time finish everything all

1:28:40PFT Commenter:the time that's that you just basically described how i eat every meal it's just everything in front of me is gone. It's really important. Yeah, Clean Plate Club. 1:29:55PFT Commenter:But we're good friends with Jameis Winston. You could use Jameis all over the field. He could catch. He could be in the backfield. He could throw. He could do everything. Just throw it out there. He's a Swiss Army knife. You saw that touchdown against Detroit last year. We dubbed it the touchdown of the year. So just never forget that Jameis is there and ready to go. Jameis, the last time I saw Jameis was a couple days ago in the weight room, five in the morning with the gospel music blaring, full blast. It was energy, man. It was pure energy. So that's it.

1:30:31Big Cat:He's ready to go. If you need to play linebacker, he'll do that. Yeah. Doesn't matter. He's ready to go. Swiss Army knife. Yeah, he'll do whatever you need.

1:30:39PFT Commenter:Yeah.

1:30:40Big Cat:I'm going to mention that to him.

1:30:41PFT Commenter:Yeah, tell him we said that. He'll agree. I will. I got a great idea. I'm a big cat. Good boys. A lot of actors. All right, well, Coach, thank you so much, and best of luck to your Redhawks. Thanks. Great being with you guys, man. It's been the high point of my day. I'll see you guys. That was mean. You don't have to do that. Very mean. Sorry about that. I just said you did it again. I love you guys, man. Love you guys. Love you too. Thank you so much, Coach.

1:32:49PFT Commenter:Okay, FireFest of the Week, finishing off PMT Spring Break. Nick Hank, what's your fire fest? I mean, it's tough to have a fire fest on spring break. Right. Great week. Not one that I can talk about. There's one we can talk about in the future. Oh, like a golf video that we filmed? That we did that, you know, can't talk about it today, but we won't. We will in the future. Future fire fest alert. Big time future fire fest.

1:33:13Big Cat:I wonder what this fire fest could be. It sounds like maybe Hank played really well at golf. Something like that. Maybe somewhere in the middle of that.

1:33:22PFT Commenter:No, I'm not going to say it. i had a question but i'm gonna save it but i could ask it now do you do you think you should be better at golf yes okay i agree that's the whole that's the beauty of golf that's the lefty thing he just hasn't practiced like right like i play a lot like i that's why i switched because i was not getting better right right okay but i'm also not yeah it is what it is right golf is it's it's fun to be with the boys. It goes into it. Like I would, I feel like you should be like borderline pro. Yeah. Like, I feel like you should be like the greatest gambler of all time, but like, you're not.

1:34:00I suck.

1:34:01PFT Commenter:You're right. This is, yeah, it's, it's, but that's, you know, our hobbies are our hobbies and we love, and we love to do what we do. Even if time and time again, we fail. Right. Absolutely. What are we going to do tomorrow? Gamble. Get back on the horse. Get back on the horse. Uh, I don't put in as much time gambling as you do golf. No, So making picks is not like if I spent two hours every day researching games, then I would maybe say yes. I do not research games for two hours a day. I don't golf. But what if you what? No, the act of games that you would not watch. Watching games is totally different, though.

1:34:39I'm saying like if I was actually prepping, I'd be I'd have to be a professional gambler. Got it. I know what you're saying.

1:34:44PFT Commenter:Yeah. Like if I was if at 10 o 'clock you came to the office, I had spreadsheets everywhere. And I was breaking down matchups and shit. I don't do that. I shoot from the hip and I lose. That's me. I don't practice. I just go out and play golf. Expect to get better. Don't get better. But that's, you know, I got to just practice more. What?

1:35:01Big Cat:You practice. Can I do my fire fest? Yeah. All right. So my fire fest, I was playing. I've been playing a lot of golf with Hank this week. And it's been a lot of fun doing some desert golf. I like the golf out here. We did walk past a bush the other day. And the bush started to rattle at me and memes. So that was kind of cool. I was into that. But the real fire fest is I went to play golf with Hank. I think this was Tuesday morning. We had a great time. Awesome course. Shout out McCormick. Yeah. Right, McCormick. So Hank hits me up. We talked about getting there maybe like an hour before, maybe 40 minutes before.

1:35:35Big Cat:And so I got there about 40 minutes before the tea time. And I was like, Hank, where are you at? And Hank was nowhere to be found. And one of the guys that was running the course came up to me. He was like, yeah, Hank's over there getting a lesson. And I was like, oh, okay. And I kept waiting for the lesson to be done, for Hank to come back. We can get started. Turns out Hank was getting a lesson not from one guy, but Hank had two different teachers that were teaching him how to golf. And then I was late and I was lessonless. You got gangbang lessoned? Yeah, there are two men teaching Hank how to golf at the same time.

1:36:14Big Cat:Shout out to Bryce. Shout out to Keith. uh two dudes at one time lesson i i mean pft we we talked about it that like i said like i was gonna go early these guys were gonna have you know hit us give me a few tips before we play because we played with them like the guys that they're they're they're like brish cope keep they're like instagram like golf teachers uh influencers great great golfers me and pft were in a league of completely different they were playing a different sport playing with good golfers it's like we're playing a different sport um you said you're at the range of 10 25 our tee time was at 10 40 uh yeah but i told you i was going up there like 10 o 'clock i think you i text you what's your eta at 10 you said 15 did you did you take two dudes at one time lesson i told i invited pft to do the same i said i'm gonna get there early did you get double lessons i know there would be lessons i got double tips you you just didn't listen i told you i told you exactly what the they were just both you know looking at my swing give me tips was there any point where they both were like holding your hands behind you no yeah one guy was holding my lower body one guy was holding my upper body i just didn't know that you were getting lessons from two men at the same time i've never even heard of that happening that's fucking kinky yeah i guess yeah i mean listen that's how much hank loves golf i was i'm just trying to try to get better every day i love that yeah and he is getting better hank's getting better the real fire fest is that Hank has been developing so quickly left-handed that I fear that we will lose him at some point because he's just going to get too good at golf.

1:37:42PFT Commenter:The word on the street is your lefty game has gotten awesome. I mean, we're making progress. We're making progress, trying to get better every day. Are you better lefty than righty yet? I don't think I'm fully better lefty than righty yet, but I'm only three months in. But you've gotten the arrows pointing up in a steeper fashion than lefty. The thinking was like I have a much higher ceiling and I can progress faster and we're on that trajectory. So we're going to the ceiling. Yeah. We just got to keep going. I have a question. Are we right now? You're doing like a hybrid. Yeah. Chipping. Cause like we, with the simulator, which no one wants to hear any of this, but like a simulator, I want to hear, I want to hear it.

1:38:20It's good for like hitting balls, like full swings, but chipping is like, you know, more handsy and it's like, you got to practice kind of like in a real facility or like at a real course. Can we get it?

1:38:31PFT Commenter:Can we get that for the office? No. Once it gets nice, I can do that elsewhere in my free time. But so I've just been chipping and putting righty until I can get to a course and practice those things lefty. Got it. So you're not – My plan is to be fully lefty. Okay, okay. Yeah. You're going to go full lefty. Yeah. So two dudes at one time.

1:38:50Big Cat:Two dudes at one time. Two guys. I was over there just – I was on the range by myself developing bad habits, thinking I wish I could get one person to teach me. and then hank's just got more guys than he can count working around at the same time a hundred percent told you my plan and was like did not know that did not know that there would be a double lesson did not know it was supposed to be one for me one for you we're supposed to do a two-man that's not true that's not true we're on a two-man mission that is not true it was not it was not set up yeah well not pft oh yeah yeah but all three people are just being i had double yeah oh and then during the round there were just every time hank would hit a shot be like oh yeah Yeah, Hank, didn't that feel good?

1:39:27Big Cat:That was really good. I was like, wow, these guys really like Hank for some reason.

1:39:30PFT Commenter:It would have been sick if you had pulled up a chair and watched Hank get two guys at one time.

1:39:35Big Cat:Yeah, I did feel like a cuck out there.

1:39:38PFT Commenter:Wait, what was your fire fest, Hank? You don't have one. PMT spring break was great. Best trip ever. Best work trip ever. Well, we were saying in the car, this is kind of like Super Bowl week. We just are. It's madness. And a lot of people like have like one thing and then they can like go out. We don't get that in Super Bowl week. So we finally have a week where you have fun. Yeah. It's been great. We did dinner with the boys last night. Love that. Yeah. Did a lot of fun. Been a great time. Hanging out by the pool. Shane slept with an onion. Bumping tunes. Shane slept with an onion. You know, good old fashioned fun.

1:40:13We did. We should. I booked the dinner and I regretted once I got there. I was like, I should have backtracked, found a place with tiramisu first. and then like i should have that should have like i was looking for a good dinner spot but i should have been looking for a good tiramisu spot that has dinner yeah the only i guess the only really

1:40:31Big Cat:fire fest besides hank and gang bang by uh two golf instructors is i i usually my rule is i have vacation gelato i have ice cream every night when i go on vacation or when i'm out of town and i haven't had any ice cream at all on this trip no and it's it's tough i pulled i i i mean

1:40:48PFT Commenter:that goes into my firefest. I open up the freezer. There's just no ice cream and my ice cream guy is here with us.

1:40:53Big Cat:Yeah. You're my ice cream guy. The ice cream's going so soon. Like he could be hitting this corner at any moment. You're the cream team. Which is bad timing for us actively recording audio for him to come. Yeah. I understand that in its own self. Misstep, completely not cool as the ice cream guy in this team to not have ice cream stocked up for you guys to enjoy in a hot day in Arizona. Yeah. It's just unacceptable. If you could run it back, what would be an acceptable time for the ice cream to get here like it should just be it should have just been here it should have just been here as we're in an airbnb there should be ice cream there's icies and it should have just existed in the freezer and so anytime it's like oh i would like a sweet treat you tap in yeah and it's just not i did i guess this is a firefest kind of uh call back to tuesday show before we were like in the kind of like bag drop area like all the carts where you know there's workers and people like getting ready for their rounds uh awl was like heck like lefty right today I was like lefty like he was like weird distance where we're kind of yelling and then he's like gets in his car and drives away he's like guy loves Osama bin Laden I was like and then my buddy was like what was that and like there was you know it that conversation happened where like a lot of people heard it and I was like or Wednesday's show might have been our like

1:42:06PFT Commenter:peak idiot jazz show but it was all time trying to explain that I was like yeah I might have shouted him out yeah the other day and he's like what shout out yeah but I mean like I didn't remember how he even got brought up in the first place bl gets a quick shout out yeah deal yeah i

1:42:20Big Cat:mean you got to separate the art from the artist sometimes yeah the kid was just like hey go up to right he's like galo's been loud and i was like yeah shout out and then like it was just one of those things where the workers and people around were like what yep the fuck was that oh all right so my fire fest is uh yeah no ice cream um that's a big fire fest it is here yeah it's here oh go get it.

1:42:41PFT Commenter:We'll keep the show going. Come on. Go get it. Come on, Zach. I'm so hungry for this ice cream. Zach's about to also pre-fire fest. We haven't had dinner. Yeah, I know. He's got to cook the dinner, which we'll see how that goes.

1:42:56Big Cat:Maybe have a little bit of ice cream before dinner. Just a little bit. Oh my god.

1:43:02PFT Commenter:What do you get? Oh my god. There's four bags.

1:43:07Big Cat:That looks like...

1:43:07PFT Commenter:Alright. We're going to...

1:43:09Big Cat:$100 worth of ice cream.

1:43:10PFT Commenter:Here he goes with the ice cream, and he's nervous about this. Also, the grill's on right now, and no one's attending it. That's another Zach part. Do you smell that? Yeah. All right, Zach. No, no, show us. Come here and show us everything you bought. The only candy you got was Reese's, right? Get here.

1:43:26Big Cat:Yeah.

1:43:26PFT Commenter:The only candy you got was Reese's, correct?

1:43:29Big Cat:Talk to Mike, Zach. Talk to Mike, Zach. So we do have vanilla variants here. We got some vanilla. I know guys also like chocolate ice cream. What kinds did you get? Oh, those aren't pints. Those are... There's 10 to 12 people here. I was thinking, if you wanted to scoop out of different options, we do have... So I was like, safe play is you get chocolate and vanilla. And then we have some toppings that'll go with those in a bowl. Okay. So like make a sundae. Oh, okay. So we just... Make your own sundae. Run the football, chocolate, vanilla, ice cream. We got chocolate, vanilla. There's also...

1:43:58There's like some two audible flavors in the back you guys might be into if you're not into chocolate or the vanilla. And then we have like a chocolate sauce, caramel sauce. And then I got so many Reese's to put in this can. We got the cups and I'm pretty sure we have the pieces and they also make a mini Oreo Reese's combo tiny cup which will be good to put in these ice creams. Love that. Love that.

1:44:18Big Cat:Zach, I'm lactose intolerant but I love ice cream. Is there any ice cream that you got that I can have tonight? That's not true. I'm just a bad guy then. No, no,

1:44:27PFT Commenter:it's a trick question. All that ice cream. We don't respect people who are lactose intolerant on this show. There's so much lactose in all of this ice cream. Okay, good. We'll be in the bathroom.

1:44:35Big Cat:The freezer's open by the way. Can I just throw it in there? Yeah, go, go, go, go. The freezer's probably hotter than the grill right now.

1:44:40PFT Commenter:Okay. Good job, Zach. Good job. Ice cream sundaes with the boys after Zach cooks us dinner. All right, my other Fyre Fest, well, I have two. One is I saw Ken Rosenthal and was not able to speak with him, which I'm regretting. I went to Cubs spring training with my kids on Tuesday, walk in, was with my kids, was like it's 100 degrees in Arizona. I'm going to see Ken Rosenthal out of the corner of my eye. I'm like, all right, I'm going to drop my kids under the shade, and then I'm going to go back and be like, I have no problem. I'll be like, hey, you probably hate my guts, dude. Like, it is what it is.

1:45:16PFT Commenter:Go drop my kids off. Walk back. He's just gone. Poof. I don't know if I ran him off, but I can't wait for the day to be able to talk to Ken Rosenthal. Because, again, I don't really hate him, but I also would like to – I like awkward interactions, so I would like to have that awkward interaction.

1:45:32Big Cat:If I were you, I would have been scoping out the rooftops nearby, looking in the bushes, trying to make sure you were safe. You okay, Max?

1:45:39PFT Commenter:Max doesn't like the awkward. Max, why are you covering your ears up?

1:45:43Big Cat:I'm just saying that's what I would be doing in that situation.

1:45:45PFT Commenter:He hates awkward interactions, and I love it.

1:45:46Big Cat:Oh, yeah, you got to enjoy them.

1:45:49PFT Commenter:I would have walked up and been like, bet you hate me, dude. Because he probably does, which he has every right to. And then my other one is I'm thinking about doing a 72-hour fast. no what do you guys think about that like water fast yeah no i saw people it's like all the rage right now and i was like maybe i just do it no that's been noise does he did one recently i've kind of followed it but that's like he's like do you want to try it with no maybe no i don't know what if we just 72 hours seems like a lot it's a lot but like if we're on a show after 54 hours not eating. We can't be together.

1:46:28PFT Commenter:People help me out. Let me know if I can do a 72 hour fast. No.

1:46:32Big Cat:You're going to get all these freaks that are going to be like, you can do it. I did a cleanse. You have the cayenne pepper drink. No. What's the perfect?

1:46:42PFT Commenter:My body just feels like it's breaking down. I've had diarrhea for five days in a row. If we're just being honest. I'm on a diarrhea fast. Hank's not allowed to do the fast. Why not? because breakfast. Oh, yeah. You get so angry. You get so angry when you're hungry. I'm going to try. I'm going to try. I think 8 o 'clock on Sunday night, I'm going to start. I'm going to go 48 hours. 48 hours. I think you can do like water and bone broth, they say. Yeah, I'm not even going to do the bone broth. I'm just going to do water and black coffee. 48 hours. Reset the whole system.

1:47:14Big Cat:What do you mean reset the whole system? What does that mean?

1:47:16PFT Commenter:You know what I mean.

1:47:17Big Cat:I don't know. Science. When people are like, reset your system. I'm like, wait. You're just going to put more of that. It sounds awesome. Doesn't it sound good? You're going to end the fast and put ice cream and shitty food back in your system. All right.

1:47:28PFT Commenter:I don't like your judgment there. I just don't know what the reset means. It's like I'm taking the cartridge out and blowing it off.

1:47:36Big Cat:Is that what you do when you fall asleep at night, though?

1:47:38PFT Commenter:I don't sleep well, so maybe this will help me sleep, too.

1:47:41Big Cat:You wake up in the morning and that's the reset. I don't know. Maybe it's just because I've been talking to Mincy too much recently about all his colonoscopies and colon cleanses that he's been doing. But apparently they pulled a bunch of poop out of his butt. Oh, I don't want to hear that. So I'm going to reset. Okay, but that's what he was saying was like they reset by like getting all the poop out of his butt.

1:48:00PFT Commenter:I'm not doing that. I just want to test myself. Can I stop my addiction to food for 48 hours? Probably not. I did try this like 10 years ago. I did the juice cleanse and I was eating sausages like 16 hours in. because I was so hungry for meat.

1:48:19Big Cat:I think everybody's addicted to food.

1:48:21PFT Commenter:Yeah.

1:48:22Big Cat:Like quite literally.

1:48:23PFT Commenter:All right, well, we'll see. So fast people, let me know what I should do and tell me how to safely do it. There's also a chance I could die in 48 hours. I know everyone's like, oh, you could go, the human body can go like 40 days without food. Not this body.

1:48:39Big Cat:I actually don't think that's true. Yeah. Like every time I hear somebody say that, I'm like, no, because after one day, I want to just end it all. Yeah. If I don't have anything to eat.

1:48:47PFT Commenter:I'm going to reset the system. Hit the reset button. Yeah. All right, Zach, finish this off.

1:48:51Big Cat:My favorite.

1:48:52PFT Commenter:Hold on. What? Sound guy said he has done it. Adam, the sound guy said he's done a 72-hour fast. And Adam, tell me. Let's go. Love this. Love this. This is Adam who helped us with time zones on Wednesday. Right. If you basically train your body already before, if you go to keto, it makes it easier. Nope. But another thing is if you do it, you have to use after that half the time to eat simple foods. So now it's like a whole week that I can't eat good food? So if you do 48 hours, you have to have 24 hours of just an egg, just broth, so your body bounces back or else you're going to regret it. I'm actually going to disagree with you there.

1:49:33PFT Commenter:I think I'm going to do 48 hours and then shock my system. If you want to. Get some McDonald's and just be like, shock my system back and forth. I've also heard that. To break a fast, you have to have a meal of bone broth. It's the only way. Again, I'm going to take this under consideration. I'm going to throw it out. But that's the whole point of this fast. What if I do a 48-hour fast and then I have McDonald's? It's like a defibrillator to my body. Then you just shouldn't do the fast.

1:49:58Big Cat:Okay. There's some things I got to think about. Also, what is bone broth? Isn't that the same? Chicken noodle soup? Like broth is bone broth, right? I don't know. What's the difference? I don't know. Like if I have chicken broth, it's broth made from chicken bones. If I had bone broth, is that just a fancy name so they could charge double?

1:50:16PFT Commenter:Yeah, probably.

1:50:17Big Cat:Probably.

1:50:18PFT Commenter:Okay, well, to be continued on the fast, Zach. There is a good chance it might just be the same broth, just double labeled. Yeah. Zach, can you please do some research for me? Yeah, on the fast, definitely. Yeah, before Sunday. Okay, yeah. All right, thank you. We can fast. I'm done to get into a fast education. Okay. My favorite this week is a quick one. it's kind of pivoted. I don't know if we should even it's just this is a beautiful weekend and I'm really very grateful to be a part of it. What a week boys we've had. What a time. My fire fest was just going to be that the sun's out. It's hot.

1:50:53I just can't deal with the smell of sunscreen anymore. I don't know how we haven't changed the smell of sunscreen. You guys are in on the smell of sunscreen? If they need a cologne out of sunscreen, I would wear it.

1:51:03Big Cat:I'm in on it at the pool i'm not in on post pool like once you exit the vicinity of the water you still just smell like sunscreen and i'm just kind of confused on like how we haven't made any advances on this we're such a developed like globe i couldn't disagree more really what do you what do you want your sunscreen to smell like i don't know maybe the aloe vera maybe like uh what's what's

1:51:24PFT Commenter:the thing for headaches the purple uh lavender oh lavender i think myles cramps yeah lavender would be nice. Maybe some essential oils. I think a long day in the sun and then getting out of the sun and smelling a little bit of sunscreen is awesome. Yeah. But if we're being completely honest here, my Firefest is that this grill's on low, a lot of guys are saying it should be on medium, and that there was no ice cream in this Airbnb. That's a true Firefest going through my head right now. They also make scented ice cream.

1:51:55Big Cat:Ice cream sunscreen. Ice cream scented sunscreen. You're way ahead of the game than Max Irmond. That's actually a great idea. So I would track my previous one.

1:52:03PFT Commenter:Oh, I bet you they have chocolate ice or sunscreen. Do you think

1:52:07Big Cat:they have? Yeah. Yeah, that could be fun.

1:52:09PFT Commenter:They definitely have chocolate scented sunscreen.

1:52:12Big Cat:Do you think anybody makes sunscreen flavored ice cream? Doubtful. Yeah, I'm gonna say no. I bet somebody's tried that before. Zach, you're gonna nail this. Yeah, it'll work out. I shouldn't give any thought to the safety of the grill thing. Everyone preheats the grill. I should have put it a little bit higher. That grill's probably not the temp we want it to be at right now if this is a safe space but hopefully it'll be a little bit warmer right now i can go bump it up yeah i can go bump yeah i i i knew it van lewin made end of summer sunscreen scented ice cream yeah that's crazy that is nuts i'd try it it was last year

1:52:50PFT Commenter:i have to try it i mean it's ice cream yeah you'd have to try it not on my fast though i'm gonna i i think you guys are doubting me which i just don't know why i don't know why

1:53:01Big Cat:people reset the system it's to me when you do the fast stuff that's like uh that dude jack from twitter when he would like lock himself in a cave for for a week and a half every year with just water just like because he was bored and he was like i want to feel something i just want to

1:53:15PFT Commenter:reset the system what if i reset everything what if my brain just your new man wakes yeah wakes up It's like, oh, dude, you're just a totally new guy.

1:53:25Big Cat:That would be so sick. Yeah, it would be cool to like, people talk about like a sense of clarity. I think their bodies are just excited that they're allowed to eat food again.

1:53:33PFT Commenter:Hey, what if I don't eat for 40 hours and then I'm all of a sudden awesome at golf and like can flush a seven iron from 180 out?

1:53:40Big Cat:That would be sick.

1:53:41PFT Commenter:Yeah, so like what's to lose? I mean, you'll never be able to do that. What's to lose? Let's go. All right, Zach, you did it? Okay. Did you turn it up?

1:53:50Big Cat:Yes, sir.

1:53:51PFT Commenter:Alright, good show boys We'll be back in the studio Should we do numbers again? Numbers?

1:53:59Big Cat:Yeah, but you don't even want to get this

1:54:01PFT Commenter:No, you don't

1:54:02Big Cat:It sucks to get this one 88

1:54:06PFT Commenter:23

1:54:08Big Cat:17 3 Adam 19 2

1:54:13PFT Commenter:22 22 Oh, I didn't guess 62 Oh, I thought you just guessed

1:54:19Big Cat:No Oh I was going to say 62.

1:54:22PFT Commenter:Go ahead. Just guess again.

1:54:24Big Cat:91.

1:54:26PFT Commenter:58.

1:54:27Big Cat:Okay.

1:54:28PFT Commenter:So there you go. Who got for birthdays?

1:54:32Big Cat:Was it March 27th? Oh, no. You're for sure going to miss one.

1:54:38PFT Commenter:I fucking love the birthday. This birthday is my favorite. They're so bad.

1:54:41Big Cat:They're so bad. They're not all bad. But it makes you look worse. Peyton Manning's 50th. Yeah, I don't care. I'm glad I missed Peyton Manning's birthday, by the way. Fuck that guy. Okay. He's got enough people to suck his dick and wish him a happy birthday. Awful announcing. Quote that. What? Yeah. I'm glad I missed Peyton Manning's birthday. I'll say it with my chest. I hope I do it again next year. Happy birthday to... Checkmark. Elijah Moore, Max. Okay. Happy birthday to Elijah Moore. Who is that? He's a wide receiver on the... Jets. He was on the Jets. He's on the Eagles. He's on the Eagles.

1:55:17He's on the Eagles? You didn't know that?

1:55:19Big Cat:Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow.

1:55:22PFT Commenter:Wow.

1:55:22Big Cat:You're so bad at birthdays, Max. That's fair.

1:55:25PFT Commenter:Wow.

1:55:26Big Cat:They got him to be like an emotional support wide receiver for A.J. Brown. They're like best friends.

1:55:32PFT Commenter:Didn't even know that, Max.

1:55:34Big Cat:They hired a best friend for A.J. Brown, and you didn't know about it. You're a bad friend.

1:55:40PFT Commenter:Bad friend.

1:55:42Big Cat:Bad partner.

1:55:43PFT Commenter:All right.

1:55:43Big Cat:Well, they signed him yesterday.

1:55:45PFT Commenter:I'm a partner. All right, we'll see everyone back in the studio Sunday. Zach, get on that grill.

1:55:50Big Cat:Love you guys. Happy birthday, Mariah Carey and Fergie.

1:55:53PFT Commenter:Love you guys. Memes. Memes, the birthday guy.

1:55:57Big Cat:You know what? That was such a horny. I love it. That was such a horny happy birthday. Love you guys.

1:56:17Thank you.

1:56:47Thank you.

1:57:17Thank you.

1:57:46Thank you.
