In short

A Piers Morgan Uncensored episode reacting to Dave Rubin’s appearance on Jubilee (“Rubin ruin”), arguing Rubin is incompetent and dishonest on right-wing talking points, especially about the Iran war, economic “metrics” under Trump, and immigration/birthright citizenship.

Guests (backgrounds)

Will Chamberlain, Senior Counsel at Article 3 Project; Jubilee contributors Mason, Evan Martinez, and Hunter Dunn (young Democrats/left-leaning debaters on Jubilee).

Key claims

Rubin couldn’t name Trump’s “main metrics” improvements; he defended the Iran war despite civilian deaths and contested claims about control of the Strait of Hormuz; he misrepresented Iran’s nuclear enrichment and the relevance of the JCPOA; he framed immigration/birthright citizenship as consistent with “America” while opponents argue it’s about ideology vs reality.

Notable examples

“13 soldiers” and “200 children” deaths; “contested” Strait of Hormuz; disputes over 60% enrichment and IAEA/Tulsi Gabbard testimony; rent/grocery/gas price complaints vs stock-market claims; birthright citizenship and “temporary protected status” arguments; Gaza/Israel genocide/ethnic cleansing comparisons and Geneva Convention references.

0:00Piers Morgan:It's official Dave Rubin is the dumbest man in right-wing media. What's the main metric that he made better off? What? What's the main metric that he made better off? GDP, unemployment, inflation? Do you have any idea? It's not news that Dave Rubin is one of the dumbest people in media. We did lose 13 of our soldiers and that is terrible. And killed over 200 children. But, well, things happen in war. And I like Dave a lot, but I think I'm probably a little better than Dave. I mean, he's just a good dude. What does he contribute to the right-wing space? Do you still believe America controls the state of the foremoons?

0:34I think that control is contested. I think that's the best way to frame it. They can't get their ships out. We can't get our ships out.

0:39Piers Morgan:God, mom, whoa. This is why your guy's position is so obviously facile. And you know why 25-year-olds in Los Angeles shouldn't be setting foreign policy for the United States of America. When you beat up a kid's dad in the back of a parking lot, you should apologize to that kid. So thank you for giving me the opportunity to apologize to Dave Rubin's son. The Jubilee format is always an entertaining joust of ideas with a barrage of big viral moments. That's why I went on it myself last year. But a recent episode featuring Dave Rubin has generated one of the biggest reactions ever. The formerly left-wing podcaster was challenged on his new MAGA credentials by 20 young Democrats who took particular issue with his faltering defence of the Iran war.

1:19We're now in an economic embargo of them, right? We've basically done a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. So to say it's a disastrous war, we did lose, hang on, hang on, we did lose 13 of our soldiers, and that is terrible. And killed over 200 children. But, well, things happen in war, right? Oh, yeah, yeah. If someone is born here, they're an American. If someone believes in the ideals of America, they're an American. No, wait, wait, wait, but that's just not true. Meanwhile, if someone believes in the ideals of America, they're American. So if someone in Canada believes in the ideals of America, they're American, of course that's not true.

1:50To quote the great conservative, What is one main metric that Donald Trump has made better off since he got in office? An example would be GDP, unemployment, inflation, etc. Right now, even the tariffs. All right, so let's do tariffs. Are you for or against tariffs? I'm against the universal tariffs. So what's the main metric that he made better off? What? What's the main metric that he made better off? GDP, unemployment, inflation? Do you have any idea? Listen.

2:13Piers Morgan:Well, reviews of the episode have not been kind. Conservative pundit Dave Rubin branded a complete imbecile, reported the UK's independent newspaper. MAGA host mocked after failing to name any of Trump's achievements, said the Daily Beast. Commentator Mehdi Hassan declared, it's official Dave Rubin is the dumbest man in right-wing media. Glenn Greenwald, meanwhile, said it's not news that Dave Rubin is one of the dumbest people in media, a theme developing there. Well, given that this doesn't seem to have been a fair fight, he decided to invite some of the breakout stars of what's been called the ruin of Rubin.

2:44Piers Morgan:This time they'll face a battle-hardened, uncensored contributor who often defends the indefensible and thinks he can do better. Joining me now is Will Chamberlain, Senior Counsel, Article 3 Project, and he'll be up against Jubilee contributors Mason, Evan Martinez and Hunter Dunn. Well, welcome to all of you. First of all, congratulations to the three members of the Jubilee panel. You did an awful lot better against Mr Rubin than you fared against myself, so congratulations. OK, Piers, right, right. Congratulations on improving your game. But, yeah, the clips have gone viral. They are highly entertaining.

3:19Piers Morgan:You certainly skewered Mr. Rubin. Before we get to you guys, I mean, Will Chamberlain, you obviously saw it too and seen the clips. Why do you think you can fare better against these guys? Oh, I mean, well, I'm pretty good at this thing. I don't know. I'll leave it to I think I'm probably better than Dave at this. And I like Dave a lot, but I think I'm probably a little better than Dave at this. Okay, well, let's put it. What is the thing you like about Dave, Will? I'm actually so curious. Like, what does he contribute to the right-wing space? I mean he's just a good dude like we can just start there he's not really because when I went to do Megan Kelly's show in Miami and did Patrick Ben David's podcast and went to his place in Fort Lauderdale Dave Rubin asked me to go on his podcast which involved going the wrong way out of Miami for an hour and then crisscrossing back to Patrick and I said you know what I'll do it as a favour to a guy that's been on my show a lot So I went and did all that.

4:16Piers Morgan:And literally about three months later, he's dumping all over me in public. And I was like, wow, you really are a duplicitous little shit. And you live and learn. I can only speak to my own inner hands. The idea that Dave Rubin is a good guy, I'm afraid he's not borne out by my experience. I thought he was utterly, utterly duplicitous. Hold on, hold on. I want to vouch for what Will's saying here. Huh? Yeah, I want to vouch for what Will's saying here. I think Dave Rubin has done some real good in the world. Him going on that debate did a lot for my personal political project and for the political project of the left as a whole.

4:48So I would personally want Dave to continue making public appearances. Well, hopefully you guys don't like me at the end of this very much then.

4:54Piers Morgan:OK, look, let's get into it. I think we've heard enough about Dave Rubin anyway. He died a terrible death and it's all gone viral. So let's see how Will gets on. The first thing is about the Iran war. Rubin tried to support his central claim that wokeism did more damage to America than Trump ever did. He did this by justifying the trans-war in Iran. Let's take a listen. You're talking about a 40-day military operation that stopped an apocalyptic regime from getting a nuclear bomb and exporting terrorism throughout the world. We're now in an economic embargo of them, right? We've basically done a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.

5:31So to say it's a disastrous war, we did lose 13 of our soldiers, and that is terrible. And killed over 200 children. But, well, things happen in war, right? Yeah, yeah. Well, things do happen in war. Wait, you can laugh at that. Hold on, hold on, listen. You want to talk? War is the last. If Donald Trump wanted to prevent the Islamic Republic of Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, he could have just stuck with the Iran nuclear deal that he ripped up.

5:59Piers Morgan:Well, Will Chamberlain, I mean, you've tried to defend the indefensible war on Iran on my show several times. So present a better case for why it's been such a thumping triumph, given last time I checked, the slain Ayatollah has been replaced by his more radical son. The IRGC remains firmly in control of the country. There's been no popular uprising. The Strait of Hormuz remains completely in the control of the Iranians. And every time anyone tries to threaten them, they fire off rockets at their Gulf state neighbours, causing untold havoc whilst holding the entire world to an economic barrel.

6:36Piers Morgan:I mean, where's the big win, Will? No, I don't think we're winning the ceasefire at this point. I think that President Trump needs to stop dithering and escalate. And so I think that at this point, you have to look and say that the ceasefire hasn't been working. It's weakening our alliances with Israel. We're creating tension there. We're creating tension with the Gulf allies, I think. And we're not achieving anything meaningful with the ceasefire. So I think it's time to escalate. But I want to answer the sort of two points you highlighted from that clip that seems sort of, I think, kind of bizarre and poorly founded.

7:09One argument was apparently that because 200 children died, that therefore the war is a disaster. Well, then, if that's the metric we're using, why is it not a disaster that we didn't intervene and save the 40 ,000 people that were murdered by the Iranians prior to the war? So wait, can I respond to that? Can I respond to that directly? Sure, sure. Why would it not – if civilian death is disastrous as it relates to the Islamic Republic of Iran killing their own people, why would it not be disastrous for the United States to also kill Iranian civilians? If you acknowledge that civilian deaths – Well, then because we would theoretically be saving more because the collateral damage would be less than the number of people we'd be saving from being murdered by their own regime.

7:49Obviously. Except our military intervention has killed 1 ,700 Iranian civilians. We haven't saved anyone. So we're only 5 % of the way there in the same time period. So wait, so your standard is as long as we kill under the amount that the Iranian government has killed at their own people. Oh, I didn't say that. I think 5 % of the pre-dramatic production, don't you think? It's dramatically less, right? And that's also not counting over time the 1 ,000 Americans that have died of the hands of the Iranian regime over the last 30 years. So why exactly is that a standard, right? If we acknowledge that civilian deaths are always going to be an outcome.

8:22You're the one who said it was a disaster because 200 civilians died. Yes, civilians that otherwise would have been alive. Okay, so 40 ,000 civilians died in the interim. Why was it not a disaster that we let that happen? It was a disaster that – we can say that it was a disaster that that happened. But there's no evidence that our military intervention could have actually saved those people. Because considering the fact we've now engaged militarily with Iran. We've engaged militarily. We just have to let the Iranians murder everybody they want. Well, well, well. We're putting aside and it's only led to disaster.

8:53Hang on one second. Hang on one second.

8:56Piers Morgan:Will, Will, Will, when you last appeared on my show several weeks ago, you insisted the United States controls the Strait of Hormuz, which led to some ridicule heading back your way. Do you still believe America controls the Strait of Hormuz? I think that control is contested. I think that's the best way to frame it. They can't get their ships out. We can't get our ships out. Come on, Will. It's not contested. Again, why can't Iran get its ships out? Iran is letting us. Why can't Iran get its ships out? will are you saying that a u.s tomahawk missile striking an elementary school in manab iram was not a disaster yes or no i mean i'm saying it's a mistake and a tragedy so it was a disaster is it not a disaster to you you're even calling it a disaster again it's i mean obviously it's a tragedy that civilians died right like you're the central does everything in its power to avoid Hang on, don't talk over each other, otherwise unfortunately we can't hear you.

9:51Piers Morgan:I mean, I do want to play a clip, Evan. This is where you highlighted Dave Rubin's lack of understanding about enriched uranium. Let's take a listen to some of this. I'm impressed with your talking points. You've got impressive talking points and you memorized them well. They're not correct, but I am impressed. First off, the Iranians admitted in the negotiations right before the war started that they were enriching past what they were allowed to. That's number one. Number two, can you agree or verify their claims? It's one thing to say, oh, this is what we're doing, this is what we are agreed to, etc.

10:24But you have to be able to verify that. And the idea that we have people on the ground or the UN or some third-party organization that can verify what they're actually doing. The IAEA assessments agree with me. And Tulsi Gabbard, our director of national intelligence, testified in front of Congress last year. And according to the entire intelligence community, Iran did not have a nuclear weapons program. Okay, that they didn't have a nuclear reference program. They were enriching past the point that they were allowed to force civilian use. Everyone knows that.

10:53Piers Morgan:Most people were shaking their heads at that point. Will, yeah, I will bring the others in, don't worry. Yeah, so I think the central point that I made to Dave in that debate after I brought up the Iranian schoolchildren is that even if we just acknowledge, okay, civilian deaths happen in war, that's why war has to be a last resort. And if this war is about Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon, what preceded Iran getting to 60 % enriched uranium? It was Donald Trump unilaterally withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal in 2018. Have you invented a time machine? Iran did not enrich past the 3.67 % agreed upon in the JCPOA.

11:30I'll finish my point and then you can speak. Iran did not enrich past the 3.67 % agreed upon in the JCPOA until Donald Trump unilaterally withdrew from that deal. Iran is closer today. In fact, the IAEA actually came out just today on June 3rd, that Iran is actually more likely to pursue nuclear weapons. You've actually made the case for the Iranian hardliners that you can't negotiate with the Americans, because if you come to a deal with the Americans, they'll just unilaterally withdraw from the deal. And if they attempt to negotiate again with the Americans like they did in either the 12-day war or now, they'll just use negotiations as a ruse and attack you during negotiations.

12:10Iran is actually at a stronger negotiating point with their leverage when it comes to the Strait of Hormuz. And there's a reason why they are threatening to withdraw from negotiations. They have the leverage in the situation. There's no indication that we militarily have weakened their negotiating leverage point. OK, do you have a time machine? No. Right. OK, so why is a terminated 10-year-old deal relevant to the decision to go to war in 2026? because Donald Trump uses so I'll explain I'll explain your question you asked the question I'll explain because the the administration uses the fact that Iran was enriching past the need for civilian use and up to 60 percent as one of the reasons cited as as to indicate that they were pursuing a nuclear weapon but they did not do that it before before Donald Trump unilaterally pulled out of that that decision so they are doing it now so should we just ignore it okay Yeah, but my question, my question, Will, would be this.

13:09Piers Morgan:It's obviously irrelevant. Will, do you accept if the Iranians do not hand over the enriched uranium and it's not seized by American or Israeli forces and therefore remains in Iranian possession, that if the goal was to stop their nuclear ambitions, then the goal has failed? Do you accept that? I think that basically that means that we have only partially succeeded in the goal because we have still set back their program with overall, you know, the overall effort. But we certainly haven't fully achieved it. And I think that's a pretty unsatisfying outcome. OK, let's go to the second. I'm still like having trouble understanding which story Will is adopting because I've heard from so many different officials in the Trump administration.

13:51I mean, no longer Tulsi Gabbard saying that Iran was not pursuing a nuclear weapon. Marco Rubio. In that very testimony, she says that they have an enriched uranium. Other Trump officials say we were never an award to begin with. This was a small military operation. Trump's saying that we depleted their ability to build a nuclear weapon last year and now saying that we have to increase the conflict to prevent them from getting a nuclear weapon. I just don't really know which story to buy when I'm hearing so many contradicting narratives from every member of the Trump administration. So which one do you adopt?

14:19They're perfectly reconcilable. I mean, it just seems like you haven't really been paying very much attention. So we both depleted their ability to build a nuclear weapon last year with Operation Warhammer. And now we have to do Operation Warhammer to stop them from building a nuclear weapon again? To prevent them from reconstituting their program, yes. Donald Trump said that we destroyed their ability to last year. Were they already rebuilding? Yeah, they were set back years. Were they in the weaponization process? It wasn't permanently eliminated, but they were set back years, yes. So where is your evidence that shows that we are entering into a new weaponization process?

14:53I mean, they're not going to do the weaponization until they're at a point where they would be in a position to immediately break out and do it. That's why you don't let people get to 60 percent and risk uranium. That's why literally the IAEA was freaking out in the most recent report. Like, all right. Interesting, Will. Interesting, Will. You don't. Okay. Let me just. And then hundreds of thousands of Americans could die. This is why your guy's position is so obviously facile. And, you know, why 25-year-olds in Los Angeles shouldn't be setting foreign policy for the United States of America. Like, obviously, you shouldn't just...

15:23You know what? I would actually quite... I've got to say, hang on, hang on, hang on.

15:30Piers Morgan:I've got to say, I would quite like a bunch of 25-year-olds to be running this Iran foreign policy right now. It would probably make more sense... Sorry, you guys lost the war. More sense than the utterly confusing quagmire that we're now being dragged into with goalposts changing every three minutes. I want to move to another clip from the Rubin ruin. Ryan Reynolds here from Mint Mobile, with a message for everyone paying big wireless way too much. Please, for the love of everything good in this world, stop. With Mint, you can get premium wireless for just$15 a month. Of course, if you enjoy overpaying, no judgments, but that's weird.

16:19Piers Morgan:This is where he tries to talk about the economic metrics that have made America better under Donald Trump. Let's take a listen. What is one main metric that Donald Trump has made better off since he got in office? An example would be GDP, unemployment, inflation, etc. Right now, first off, the big, beautiful bill was just passed last year and it's kicking in now, right? It's kicking in now. So we are going to now see results of that. Like even the tariffs. All right, so let's do tariffs. Are you for or against tariffs? I'm against the universal tariff. So what's the main metric that he made better off?

16:49What? What's the main metric that he made better off? GDP, unemployment, inflation? Do you have any idea? Listen.

16:59Piers Morgan:Hashtag orcs. I believe, Mason, you want to say something about that? Yeah, I mean, whatever Will's going to try to say is like this abstract idea that the economy is great is probably going to say like the stock market's at all time highs, even though that's been increasing. Stock market's abstract? What are you talking about? well when you're talking about a metric that probably it's a mythical being like a mythical genocide in gaza market that applies to probably 20 americans well rent is continuing to skyrocket people are seeing increases at the grocery store or their gas prices are skyrocketing because of this bullshit foreign policy from the trump administration these aren't really good economic consumer dependent i mean the the fact that most americans feel like the economy is leaving them shows that Donald Trump lied on every variable.

17:45Who's really interested in metrics? Now you're just talking about how people feel. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You guys are great at this, man. I'll do this all day. Oh my God. Violent crime is down 10 % nationwide. Murders are down 20%. Crossings at the border are down 95%. It's one of, you know, the stock market's up 20%. Immigration crime, the economy, the administration's killing it. In places where federal resources have surged, it's down 35%. Explain to me what policies Donald Trump implemented to get these metrics. Yeah, he imposed a massive new increase in federal resources, surging to impose law and order.

18:18He ended the ridiculous woke nonsense at the FBI. What law are you talking about? And surged federal resources and put the National Guard on the ground in D.C. That made the whole city much, much safer. It's so funny how you guys talk about law and order. Massively liberated energy production in the United States. Massive deregulatory. Will, let me ask you one question.

18:34Piers Morgan:Does the average American feel better off now? Will doesn't care. He said he doesn't give a shit about what Americans feel. I don't know, but we're talking about metrics. He said, I don't care if gas prices are going higher. Will, you want to talk metrics? My point would be, President Trump campaigned to keep America out of pointless wars in the Middle East and campaigned to raise living standards and reduce inflation for the average American. Right. So my question is, my question is, my question is, he's now waged the biggest possible war in the Middle East, which is turning into an increasingly pointless war.

19:13Piers Morgan:And at the same time, the the the the financial situation, economic situation of the average American has been damaged by it. It's just inarguable, isn't it? No, I don't think so, actually. I mean, like with the stock market up 20 percent, I think in general, the overall economy is booming. You're seeing a lot of economic progress. And I mean, honestly, you're saying people are like oil prices have skyrocketed. Here's the statistic for you today. If you actually look at the oil spot price, eighty two dollars a barrel. You know what it was under the last two years, the Biden administration on average, seventy seven dollars a barrel.

19:45And that's with a war in the Strait of Hormuz, obviously massively disrupting the oil supply. President Trump's doing a lot of things in order to make up for that. The brilliant stroke of genius in Venezuela that flipped an adversary to an ally overnight. The general liberation of our overall energy supply. Also, I don't know why these guys are so upset about energy prices being higher. Aren't they all environmentalists? Aren't you all global warming freaks? Let me bring in Hunter. I want to bring in Hunter Dunn now.

20:13Piers Morgan:Hunter, you've been very patient. Now, you attacked Rubin's claim that the modern left cares more about ideology than reality by countering with a claim Donald Trump is attacking the fundamental fabric that makes America America in regard to immigration. Let's take a listen. Make America Great Again is an ideological claim, that they are trying to make America great again. That is fundamentally incongruous with reality because Donald Trump is not making America great. He's attacking the fundamental fabric that makes America America. For example, birthright citizenship. One of the things that distinguishes us from other countries in the Western world, in first world countries, is that we have just solely.

20:54If someone is born here, they're an American. If someone believes in the ideals of America, they're an American. No, wait, wait, wait. But that's just not true. Meanwhile, if someone believes in the ideals of America, they're American. So if someone in Canada believes in the ideals of America, they're American. Of course, that's not true. To quote the great conservative...

21:08Piers Morgan:So before I come to you, Hunter, let's get Will to try and put up a better defense. I have a hard time understanding how Chinese birth tourism is integral to the fundamental fabric of America. That's a bizarre claim. Go ahead and try and defend it. OK, Hunter? I'm just going to go. I'm going to go with the great conservative Ronald Reagan and give the actual full quote, which I wasn't able to give during the debate. You can go to live in France. You can go to live in Germany or Turkey or Japan, but you cannot become a German, a Turk or a Japanese. But anyone from any corner of the earth can come to live in America and become an American.

21:38Right. What makes America great? What sets it apart from every other first world country is that we want people to come here to improve America. That's why we were leading in innovation statistics on most of them until Trump took office a second time and then did everything he could to not try to just shut down undocumented immigration, but also shut down legal immigration. That's why he's trying to send back 500000 people who came here illegally by removing temporary protected status. Right. He claims he's going after the worst of the worst, but he's not going after the worst of the worst. What does temporary mean?

22:09What did Donald Trump run on? Did he run on removing the worst of the worst? Or did he run on removing people who are working hard? Actually, no, this is a real question, right? You're defending Trump. You seem to struggle with this conversation. Trump's administration needs to defend its own supremacy. They don't have— Yeah, when was it supposed to end? Was it supposed to end? Was it supposed to end in the first month of Trump's presidency, yes or no? Bill, when was it supposed to end? I didn't hear a question. When was it supposed to end?

22:30Piers Morgan:We can't hear any of you if you do. Oh, this is a question for Will. When was temporary protected status supposed to end? When the immediate disaster in the area that led to the granting of temporary status obviated. Right. And so Venezuela, obviously temporary protected status should be over. Who invaded Venezuela and kidnapped the president again? Who kidnapped Venezuela's president? Oh, you mean the one that flipped the adversarial nation into an ally and was the greatest stroke of military strategy this century? Yeah, that would be President Donald Trump who turned Venezuela from an adversary to an ally.

23:05Oh, come on. Things have not improved their lives to the adversary. You guys seem to struggle with this one. I know he's like your friend. We're hoping for socialists to win in Venezuela because they're all a bunch of communists. But here on the patriotic side, we might see it when America wins. Trump loves the authoritarian regime in Venezuela because there's his buddies, right? He loves the authoritarian regime in El Salvador that's beating up American citizens. He loves the guy he just deposed. What are you talking about? He's loving the authoritarian regime in Israel that's making genocide in Gaza.

23:29He loves authoritarian. Genocide in Gaza. What did you take hallucinogenics before you came on tonight? It's nine in the morning. It's a little early down in Los Angeles, as far as I can tell. Genocide in Gaza. What are you talking about? You know, the forced displacement of Gazans, right? A guy who just won in New Jersey 12. OK, here's a question for you. Did Britain commit genocide in Germany in the air campaign in World War II? Simple question. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Simple question. Did Britain commit genocide in Germany in the air campaign they conducted in World War II? was britain targeting germans yes britain was targeting germans have you heard of operation they killed 35 000 german civilians in a week in houndary in targeting germans for the sake of them being germans or were they actually targeting the regime did disney wasn't targeting gossians for the sake of being gods they were targeting them because mass had kidnapped hundreds of people surrounded their borders maybe that's a little bit different than a people that have been subjugated to apartheid for the past 75 years totally irrelevant now you're missing again did again right did england commit genocide by killing 35 000 german civilians in a week intellectual titan you brought to talk to us somebody who can't even acknowledge basic you can't even answer a straight question yes or no what what's the question the question is commit germ genocide in germany britain was not targeting germans because of their ethnicity Britain was targeting a country that had its own military that was invading.

24:54If they wanted to kill every last Gosman, they could have. I mean, they could have – they moved Gosmans around. Oh, because the genocide isn't happening fast. So you're just like – No, you're metric for it. You're literally – You're arguing that they're bad at the genocide. You're arguing that the genocide isn't happening for the bad of it. You're arguing that the genocide isn't happening for the bad of it. You're trying to kill every Jew and he failed. And that's why – So if you're setting the boundary – If you're setting the boundary at having to kill every single person of an ethnic group for it to be a genocide, then no genocide has ever been committed in anything.

25:17It's in the point.

25:18Piers Morgan:It's in the point. It's in the point, Will. Will, Will. Will, it's in the point. Surely, Will, surely the main... Hang on. Hang on. Time out. It's in the point, Will, that after World War II, after World War II, whatever people think about the point you've raised, and there are passionate views either way, after World War II, the Geneva Convention was set up specifically to prevent people targeting civilians in the way that they were targeted during World War II. And it's a convention that everyone signed up to. Right, but nobody would have accused your hero, Winston Churchill, of genocide. And the argument against what has happened in Gaza is that it breaches the Geneva Convention.

26:05Piers Morgan:That's the argument. Yeah, that argument is wrong. Can I respond to yours? Yeah, you can. So in the 1990s, the Srebrenica massacre, part of the Bosnian War, was ruled to be an act of genocide by the ICJ. Only 8 ,000 Bosniak men and boys were killed. Another several thousand women and children were forcibly displaced. That's exactly what is happening in Gaza. Murder under the laws of war to facilitate. Really? They rounded up 8 ,000 people and killed them all in cold blood? So Netanyahu. Or was that actually October 7th? Excuse me. Excuse me. I'm still talking. No, no, no, no, no. I'm not going to let you do this ridiculous slander.

26:40The civilian to combatant ratio in Gaza is much worse than what happened on October 7th. No, but we're just talking about blanket targeting of civilians. But let me explain. Benjamin Netanyahu last year in testimony under the Foreign Affairs Committee said, we are deliberately destroying civilian infrastructure. We're destroying more and more houses. Our only issue right now is finding a nation to accept the Gaza population. You guys literally don't know anything. In fact, just this last... Excuse me, I will let you speak... They booby-trapped the houses. That's why they had to blow them up. Excuse me, Will.

27:14I will let you speak... Excuse me, Will. They built all their military infrastructure underneath the civilian population. As soon as you allow me to finish.

27:19Piers Morgan:The truth is that Israel has also destroyed about 75 % of Gaza. So the idea was only targeting places where... Have you seen Berlin? And let me just say this... Again, Will, the Geneva Convention... The Geneva Convention was set up to stop mass civilian deaths of this kind. Right, but they're calling this a genocide, which is sparking back to pre-Geneva Conventions and what Hitler did during World War II. Well, I haven't called it a genocide, but I would say, I would say it constitutes... Hold on, hold on, Will. I would say it constitutes... Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. The goal has to be ethnic cleansing.

27:55Piers Morgan:I would say it constitutes ethnic cleansing. Very hard to dispute. It's not ethnic cleansing. When you hear Smodrich and Ben-Givir, Smodrich and Ben-Gavir have been very clear. They want to get all the Palestinians out of Gaza and get them all out of the West Bank. That's ethnic cleansing. I mean, that's what, like, Hamas is trying to do in reverse. One, and what, first off, they're not men in Yahu. They're not in charge of the government. I do think Hamas is a genocidal. What is the chant? Come on, come on. Is Hamas funded by the US military? Yoke Kitch, one of the lead ministers in the Israeli government said about Palestinians, those are animals, they have no right to exist.

28:27I'm not debating the way it will happen, but they need to be exterminated. Where the hell did he get that from? Joseph Goebbels, guy. He said that they have no right to exist, that they are ammo. All right, let me ask you a question. All right, let me ask you a question.

28:41Piers Morgan:That is a leader in the Israeli government. Let me ask you a question. Let me ask you a question of Will to round up things with him. Then I'm going to ask the other three guys a question about Will. So, Polymarket said the likelihood of any peace deal being signed before the end of July is now at 38%, the lowest it's been in weeks, which suggests there's no sign of this ending soon. At what point do you start getting a bit twitchy, Will, about the way this is all going? Oh, I would say I'm already twitchy now. I'm kind of, I mean, they shot down the, they shot at the Kuwaiti International Airport yesterday evening, which is, I mean, Iran's a terrorist state, guys.

29:17Like, this is, you know, basically a terrorist organization in charge of a sovereign government. I think that Trump has been negotiating for far too long and it's time to escalate. We shouldn't just let our allies have their civilian airports get struck by missiles.

29:29Piers Morgan:Okay, let me ask the three guys one by one. I'll start with you, Evan. Do you think he's done a better job than Ruben? Oh, do I think Will has done a better job than Ruben? Yeah, but that's not a high bar to pass. I think actually, as much as I enjoyed our exchange on Jubilee Peers, I think Dave Rubens was probably my favorite, and I've done several of these, because it was so great to expose such a fraud like Dave Ruben. The fact that Dave Rubin has been doing a show on politics for well over a decade and can't get past like the most simple surface level talking points. He didn't have the modicum of a modicum of understanding about things like the Iran war, the Iran nuclear deal, or even, for example, the economic statistics that Parker debated him on.

30:16It's just ridiculous to me that this man is a multimillionaire, does this full time. OK, I do this part time. I really enjoy this. I'm I'm much younger than Dave. I've been doing it for much less time than he has. And yet I was able to surpass him on every single point. We couldn't stick to a single point because he needed to consistently pivot because he had no idea what he was talking about. And that was ultimately why I enjoyed it. But yeah, Will, of course, did better because I think most conservatives, even random conservatives off the street could do better than Dave.

30:46Piers Morgan:Okay, so a victory for Will for one of you. Mason, what do you think? You know, I love talking to people like Will. I think he's a real inspiration for people out there, that if you memorize the propaganda of the regime, you can be in good standing with him and come on debate shows to just repeat those. Has he done better than Dave Rubin? Just cheerlead for Donald Trump, do mental gymnastics to try to justify what clearly every American is hating right now. It's fantastic. But the question is, has he done better than Dave Rubin? Yeah, I mean, I'd agree with what Evan said. It's a pretty low bar.

31:19I think a coughing baby would probably put up a bigger fight than Dave Rubin.

31:23Piers Morgan:And finally, Hunter, your view. Has he done better than Dave Rubin? Well, first, thank you for bringing us on, Piers. When it comes to Dave Rubin, something one of my personal heroes, Kendrick Lamar, demonstrates in the entire world, that's when you beat up a kid's dad in the back of a parking lot, you should apologize to that kid. So thank you for giving me the opportunity to apologize to Dave Rubin's son. When it comes to who was better between Dave Rubin or Will Chamberlain, I think Will was a lot better of a debater. I'd actually love to debate Will in a longer format in the future just because at least he can keep up with us.

31:56He's got his own talking points. He actually knows what's going on and is paying attention the whole time. And, like, Dave Rubin, I think my five-year-old cousin could have done a better job debating me than Dave Rubin did. Well, you know what?

32:05Piers Morgan:I would like to say, I would like to, well, congratulations to Will on being judged better than Dave Rubin. It is a low bar. And to the three guys, I'd like to say, you know, I'm actually really pleased for you that you finally got a win after the ass-kicking I gave you all. So it's great to see you all again. I haven't debated you we've got to have a rematch on that so you can cry about genders again I'm really excited about that I'm actually identifying as a natural born winner today there you go because I'm looking at three people that I vanquished but guys it's great to see you again I really enjoyed the Jubilee it's a great format it's great fun but Dave Rubin was an absolute horror story thank you all very much indeed thank you Will you're welcome thanks Piers Piers Morgan on Sensor is proudly independent the only boss around here is me If you enjoy our show, we ask for only one simple thing.

A recent episode of Jubilee featuring Dave Rubin has generated one of the biggest reactions ever, after the formerly left-wing podcaster was challenged on his MAGA credentials by 20 young Democrats who took particular issue with his faltering defense of the Iran War.

Reviews of the episode have not been kind, pretty much summed up by Glenn Greenwald’s assessment that Rubin is “one of the dumbest people in media.”

Piers Morgan invites some of the breakout stars of what’s being called ‘The Ruin Of Rubin’ to come face-to-face with Will Chamberlain, who claims Dave is ‘a good guy’...

He takes on Mason, Evan Martinez and Hunter Dunn who all had their moment opposite Rubin in the Jubilee ring.
