0:59Hi, everyone. It's time for a town hall. There's, as ever, a lot going on at Real Vision. And I like to keep you abreast of what we're doing, what we're experimenting with, how the platform's developing, all the changes. If you remember, we've come a long way since 2014. I know many of you have been around since the early days. And we've developed and iterated. We've created a whole community around Real Vision. We've created now this incredible platform. If we think everything up until that summer of 2023 was kind of Real Vision 1.0. And then we started building the platform out. And you've seen over time, we keep adding new things to the platform.

1:42And there's a lot to come now. So we've basically cemented a lot of what we're doing. And then the improvements and game changes that we've been planning for some time are all about to come. So I'm getting really, really excited about that. this next phase over the next three to six months is going to be an enormous change to what you understand the platform to be and that's that's going to be great so that's going to happen and i'll come on to some of those things in a sec i'm referring to notes because i've got a lot of things happening we've got changes in the knowledge the programming how it's working what you're going to get out of it, changes in the tools and the network, there's a lot to come.

2:28So let me start off with the knowledge. So we have been assessing what you guys do on the platform, what you're after. We've been asking you, we've done surveys, we've done public surveys, done private surveys. We've done a lot of research on what we think you guys want more of. We want you to have the best possible experience in your journey of knowledge to wisdom. So we thought about programming and thought, okay, how can we get programming that fits everybody's kind of needs in here? So what we're going to do for programming is Mondays, well, that will be a macro kind of analysis of everything that's going on.

3:19It's going to be snappy, half an hour with Andreas Stenolarsson. Andreas is going to run us through everything that matters for Macro Mondays. And yes, it will cover crypto technology, all of the things that we cover at Real Vision that matter to us, but within that macro framework. That's business cycle that's going to set you up for the week ahead, give you that knowledge that you really need. Tuesday. Tuesday, well, that's going to be the big interview day, the classic Real Vision interviews around the topics that matter with the people that really matter. So we'll lean into that again, because that's an important part of your experience.

3:57But not everybody wants those hour long programs, hence why Mondays is going to be shorter. Now, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, here's a big change. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are all going to be about actionable ideas and community. So here we're going to have shorter form pieces, 20 minutes or so, of a presentation from one of the rock stars of Real Vision, the people in the marketplace, the people who really matter to you guys, and they will come with a trade idea and develop it through. It could be macro, could be micro, could be crypto, could be tech, could be currencies, could be commodities, whatever it is, they will talk you through it.

4:34And then you get to ask them questions. So you can then understand the trade idea. Okay, and here's the magic part. The trade ideas will then form part of trade idea templates. And I'll come on to that in a sec. Just plant finger in that because this is a big idea coming. So Wednesdays and Thursdays, all about actionable ideas and allowing you access to people. So you're crossing the barriers. You're just watching passively. You're asking questions. You're figuring out what it means for you, how to best implement the trades, all of those kind of things. And these will all be tracked. And I know you want more actionable ideas.

5:13This is where they're going to lie. And it's going to be broad spread and really good. Fridays. Fridays is Ralph Howell, The Journeyman, my big deep dive through my whole journey, plus the new show, Rectivision, which is crypto, degen, but a macro lens too. That comes on Fridays. However, we're also going to be adding flash updates. So we tested it with me and the flash update around crypto recently. People loved it. We're going to get more of those from our contributors. So again, the people who are regularly on the platform, the people in the marketplace, the people you know and love, when they've got something that matters, we're going to let them film content and get it out immediately.

5:56Short, snappy, 10 minutes. Here you go. You need to know this. And I think that's going to really increase the value of Real Vision and save you time. The other elements of time-saving that we're going to do is we are going to have AI summaries, decent, lengthy enough summaries of every piece of content on Real Vision when they come out. And those will be captured as notes. And I'll come on to the notes section again in case you're not using notes. I know a lot of you are. but then every piece of content will have a note with an AI summary that will become searchable. Well, it is searchable, but it'll become an easy place to find stuff.

6:36And as we build out the AI tooling and the AI search functionality, it'll surface these things for you in new and exciting ways. It also will save you time from having to watch videos when you just want to find, okay, what were the most important things around Solana or the most important thing around copper? You'll be able to find it by the notes. And then you can go and look at the video as well. So it's going to make it a lot easier to navigate the breadth and the depth of the content that we have on Real Vision. So that programming is all built around knowledge. Now, if you remember, there were three tiers or our three tiers of Real Vision, that was a Freudian slip, which was the essential tier, which was information, the plus tier, which is knowledge, and then the pro tier, which is the journey of wisdom.

7:32And many of you know, we've done a lot of work iterating and improving on the pro crypto product is now incredible. And Jamie has got even more stuff coming. Nico has been working on more plans for that. Pro macro, improving that. I mean, it's done obviously phenomenally well and remains a firm favorite product of everybody. That's super cool. The other thing we're doing is we gave to the, and this is big news, by the way, We gave MIT the macro investing tool, which is Julian Bittle and myself. It is a tool that helps you understand where you are in the business cycle, what's moving in the business cycle, and how to allocate assets accordingly.

8:17It's like the idiot's guide to the business cycle. But it's not for idiots either because it's in depth, gives you everything you need, and it doesn't exist anywhere else. Julian's work is exceptional. I think he's the best business cycle analyst in the world. that has been free for the pro users and above. But we're going to change the game. 10:03What we're actually doing as we've gone through the programming is we've realized that the essential tier doesn't really function for what it does anymore. People actually are much more hyper engaged in the knowledge level of plus and that is where the value is going to lie. so the macro investing tool is going to be free from everybody because we're also going to remove the essentials here so everybody who's in essential will go to plus so you will run your your um your term all the way through getting all of that incredible plus content plus the macro investing tool which will literally change your life it will give you now in plus you'll get the academy.

10:48That's all the full education. It'll give you all the actionable trade ideas, the ability to speak to the rockstar guests, the flash updates, the macro investing tool. Now, when it comes up for your renewal, you'll have a chance to be able to renew into the new tier. The essential tier will no longer exist. 12:22But let me explain it to you simply. I can give you one idea to 20, 30 ,000 of you, and you have one idea. If you all create ideas, there's 30 ,000 ideas. The value of a network is exponentially greater than the value of an individual. And that is what we're about to unleash. Let me show you some stuff. So here we are on the platform. Now, there's a couple of big changes. First, if I go down to the Real Vision network, I'm going to access it via here or here, but I'm going to go to the network button. We've got something new down here, which are these channels. They're called event channels. It's about to change.

13:05It's still all beta test. But basically, these are chats. These are chat channels, which will come alive. Feel free to use them. This is where you can all talk to each other about anything. Nobody's discovered them yet because we've not announced them. So this is the announcement. This is where when you want to talk macro, or if I go back, you want to talk crypto, this is where you can chat. It's also where you can share these ideas. So what are these ideas I keep talking about? Well, if I go back to the control center and I hit explore all, you can see at the top we've got videos reports news and this is the search area these are members but if i go to ideas there's now trade ideas in here and these get really interesting people have started experimenting again we've not announced them but people are trying them out they've got a real real time calculator of the position what profit what loss again this is still the beta test.

14:12So the entry price take profits are not working yet. That'll get fixed in the next sprint or so. So it'll happen very quickly. But basically, you get these incredible ideas where the community can share them. So if I pop that one open, here's an idea. Buy BA, risk reward, five times, take profit. You can write it all down. So if I go to, and if you remember, there's also the notes section. If you haven't used the notes section, look how populated this is. People are taking notes all across the platform and making them public for you guys to understand what they're writing about, what they're thinking about.

14:54There's trade ideas, there's general notes from content, there's all sorts of stuff. This will become keyword searchable and much easier to navigate. It already populates in the search itself, but we'll make that as part of a core component. But all of the content will start having these notes as well. So then we're creating this massive hive mind of knowledge. And again, I keep saying the AI will then be able to read that and serve it back to us so we can navigate the knowledge of the hive mind. The information within the Real Vision network is super priceless. And the ideas will form part of that too.

15:32So let's go to my library. So I made an idea before, and this was about the Bitcoin ETH cross. Now, again, it's not populated with the entry price, take profit price, but I actually did this on Saturday before ETH exploded. And I wrote out why I like the trade, my thoughts behind it. I stuck in some charts, a link to some other research, and then I published it publicly. You can all go and look at that. You can like it. You can look at it. All of these kinds of things. So all of those trade ideas on Wednesdays and Thursdays, well, they're going to populate these. So we can hold people accountable.

16:14And you guys can find all of the ideas. So don't get lost in this platform. You've got all of these ideas, two new ideas by experts every week. And you guys are going to be creating hundreds, if not thousands of ideas. And you're going to be posting them in the chat channels. So you can share them with each other. You'll be able to share them on Twitter. You can share them with your friends in other ways. So again, we create network effects around the ideas that are held within the Real Vision network. And I think this is going to be fascinating. So that's, I think, a big game changer for all of us.

16:53If you haven't been aware also in the network, we can, if I expand on the network, don't forget you've got group chats for regions. And so make sure that you meet your members there, go and talk to them, arrange meetups, arrange drinks, chat about stuff that matters to you. There's a lot of people around the world in the Real Vision network. So make sure you say, even let's say you're going to New York, well, you can pop into the New York chat and you can find, well, there's one and a half thousand people in New York City alone, but this whole area, thousands of people. You can connect with anybody.

17:30If you're going to Hong Kong, you want a restaurant recommendation, pop into the chat. It's there for you. And we're going to bring these more and more alive as we go. So that's the new programming and knowledge and the essential tier that is going, you'll all be upgraded into plus. And I promise you, it's going to be an extraordinarily powerful experience for you all. It should really help you in that journey for your own financial future. The other big change coming is because we're becoming more actionable, there's all of these trade ideas, and there's going to be flash updates from people.

18:48And we'll have the macro Monday, and we'll have the Friday that's going to be more about crypto, but plus macro. We've decided that the daily briefing will go on hold for a while. The feedback is some of you absolutely love it, but many of you are asking for more, for more different types of stuff. And it just becomes too much content. We're having yet another layer in the day when we can kind of integrate it into everything that we do. So it becomes more vibrant, more actionable, but you still get the deep dives as well. So it's taking the learnings from the daily briefing and improving all of our programming to make sure those of you who love the daily briefing get what you need.

19:28You'll still have the great guests. You'll still be able to ask questions, but it'll be on a whole different level. And we'll get news when it matters, not because we have a daily show. And so I think that is more powerful. That's what we've been testing and asking you guys as well. So that's another big change that's having on the platform. Also, as I mentioned, the macro investing tool is a very big deal for everybody. Now, that product is a$300 product, and you're all going to get it for free, everybody, because I think it's going to change your life. And that is really, really important. Obviously, that is not in the free tier.

20:05That is for Plus Pro. So everybody in the subscription tiers, I think you'll find it incredibly useful. Julian's always active in the comments section. There's a piece every week, there's a piece that guides you through the business cycle, guides you through the asset allocations. You can do that. And that's one of the great things of what we're trying to do. So there's a lot more functionality coming as we add to the tech. So there's going to be a lot of product releases coming, improvements to all of these things we've talked about, the trade ideas, the regional chats, the group chats, all of that.

22:55There are member meetups going up, going around the world. I'm in Australia. So there should be meetups happening in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne. I'm not fully organized yet. So I'm trying to get that sorted out. We've got an RVIP event that I'll be attending and others will be attending in Mallorca. RVIP is an extraordinary community that's absolutely come alive as all of our communities have. I'm going to be doing some work on the communities too. So there'll be some big changes coming there to superpower and enable the communities in new and interesting ways. Again, I want to unleash the power of the network of you guys because you guys are the rock stars.

23:37It's not me. It's not the people on the platform. It's you guys. The knowledge held within what you guys do is truly extraordinary. So look, there's a lot in this, and I'm very excited about it all. We will have an AI note to summarize all of this to help you understand these incredible changes that are coming and how it impacts you. Check your emails about the essential plus migration. That's going to be an important part. It'll clean up the member journeys to make it, I think, more suitable from the feedback that we've got from you guys.
