1:04Hello everybody, come on you Spurs, what a joyful surprise that was, absolute delight, what a treat, a lot of talk going into this one obviously about people wanting to have a horrible atmosphere, that they need to force Thomas Frank out the door, all that type of thing not for me you know I'm not going to tell anyone that's there you know how or you know well basically how they should support or not support the team if that's what they've decided they want to do but Spurs in the Champions League you know you want to be behind your team I know we've got problems with Thomas Frank you know people don't really like him people wonder what the sort of long-term future with him is but nothing beats that feeling I'm sorry nothing nothing beats seeing Spurs knock the ball about in the way that they did tonight and put a team like Dortmund to the sword you know we've heard as we always seem to do you know every single time we play this lot we're told how brilliant they are how much you know they're going to turn us over blah blah blah blah blah and we make them look like farmers every single time we play them you know we've i'm pretty sure we've beaten them every single time we've played them in the champions league so you know we played some lovely stuff this evening really nice football um is this jed spencer's gareth bale moment that's what a lot of people are asking um don't know is this indicative of the strength or lack thereof of the Premier League in comparison to the Bundesliga again don't know I'm not really bothered I'm not really concerned with that sort of thing what I am concerned with is that Spurs have won what is on paper at least anyway a tough game and has put us in a good position to qualify into the next round of the Champions League which is a competition that's just wonderful I love it you know I always go on about it on here how much I love the Champions League how important I think it is that Spurs are in this competition I did have a bit of a wobble I can't remember if it's it might have been on the Patreon preview or not I did have a bit of a wobble in the respect that I you know kind of said that Champions League felt like a bit of a distraction this season just given our sort of form in the league our form in general really you know I sort of qualify this by saying I've always felt that like when we have qualified for the Champions League through the league so you know when we've had a basically when we've had a good season the team is firing on all cylinders and we qualify for that competition I'm always excited to see how the team's going to do I was always excited to see you know how's Kane going to do in this year's competition how's Sonny going to do in this year's competition you know way back in the day more like you know exciting to see like gareth bale or just that harry redknapp team because that was kind of the birth of gareth bale really wasn't it the champions league but at least how that harry uh that harry redknapp team was going to perform in the champions league so on and so forth this year i don't know it's felt a little bit more muted because again it feels like uh it feels like i don't know it feels like the wrong way to frame it to say that we've snuck him through the back door by winning the Europa League.
4:38Because I don't think it is that. We've won a competition that a lot of people derided last year. They sort of referenced people like Budi Glimp that we had to beat en route to get there. Beat Frankfurt, beat Budi Glimp who have slapped Manchester City about this evening.
4:59But the point is because our league form was so terrible last year. it just felt like we weren't ready at this point in our say like project in our journey to be playing champions league football but you know what sometimes maybe it's just not that deep like genuinely maybe it's just good to play in the champions league because football's fun and playing in the champions league is fun and everything about the competition is just exciting and decent the music the star ball the sort of teams you can play on the regular it's exciting it's a good competition like maybe maybe we don't need to overthink this stuff all the time um so yeah fingers crossed we'll be through to the through to the next round um look i know it's not i know it's not done yet but if we can qualify without having to do a playoff that's delightful insightful um and look i know i know we've got our problems in the league i know everything is far from rosy but this evening i don't care it much in the same way that i didn't care as much when we were doing well in the europa league if we have a sanctuary just embrace it you know and we can look at this as that let's just look at this as some fun you know are we going to go all the way?
6:17Probably not. But, you know, 17th in the Champions League, I'll take that. I'll probably take relegation in the Champions League, to be honest, if I'm brutally honest. But yeah, it's lovely. It's wonderful. Like, what's the point of complaining? You know? I'll complain about Rando Colomawani, if you want. I can moan about him. You know? what's the point of bringing him on like Sankey did a good job I wasn't particularly happy with his inclusion well it was more that I wasn't happy with the dropping of Tell I felt like it was unfair on him I still feel it's kind of unfair on him but Solanke scored well done you know I think after Renda Cullamani showing this evening if you are making that straight swap for say a figurehead when did Solanke come off 65 minutes around that sort of time, just bring Dane Scarlett on.
7:17If you want that focal point, that person at the top of the system. Randa Cullen-Winey gave us absolutely nothing this evening. Absolutely nothing. A couple of times when he just didn't chase a ball, he had spent sprint from 15, 20 yards from behind him to catch up to a ball that he could have gone for. Wasn't really that arsed. So, you know, if he's not that arsed, fine. don't take it personally, you don't need to get overly aerated about it just cancel his loan give him back to PSG not that bothered about him but overall, lovely performance I thought Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvold played really nicely together in the middle I really like the energy there Lucas Bergvold I think played in his most I would say typically number 8 type position this evening wouldn't you I think that's fair to say and I think he excelled in that real shame and I guess a bit of a concern to see him go down that was annoying Xavi Simons really relished seemingly being the focal point of the system seemingly relished having an actual you know out and out striker ahead of him in the system and I think he just played really well I think he did really well this evening maybe maybe he's sort of I don't know I was going to say maybe he's happier playing against German opposition or something I don't know that sounds like a sort of stupid jingoistic thing to say doesn't it but yeah happy if you are wondering I am in a travel lodge I'm sorry to report that she's kicked me out I'm afraid she's had enough of me so I'm just sort of getting back on my feet I'm not really I don't want to carry that on in case I start getting messages of sympathy and stuff I'm away with work so I've been enjoying watching the football on a really crap hotel internet from my laptop it's great in a miserable sort of room let's see what some people are saying this is I'm doing this on my phone as well by the way that's why it's this portrait mode, it's kind of weird I'm not used to doing it like this, I hope it sounds alright, don't know my face looks really red I don't think I'm that red it's can I just say it's excruciatingly hot in this room though so yeah I think I am just really red it's a uh it's a travel look what am I acting I'm not I'm not doing this for the BBC acting like I can't mention a brand it's it's a delusions of grandeur in it um it's a travel lodge and I don't seem to be able to you know turn the set heating that they have for this complex off.
10:32I have a window that I can't really open past a kind of little crack. I'm absolutely sweltering. My face isn't just red. It's not just on Mars this evening because Spurs have won. It's been all right, hasn't it? Let's see what everyone else is saying. Stel Morrison says, I'm moist at the thought of Potts getting his hands on the young players. Spence, Odeber, Xavi Speed and Guile It's coming Ricochet Pig says Get in Get in indeed Fasank says Frank Apology incoming? Not yet If he keeps a bit of this up If he keeps a bit of this up We'll be posting all the What was Vinay cooking memes in no time Won't we
11:26but let's have a look James Reid says good result however Colin Moani is a non-player character looks like that Roy Hodgson meme in player form get rid pronto Jack Underhill says not sure how I feel about that decent first half, shut up shop for no reason, second half, still Frank out but my auto hate watch was cancelled I'm just going to say Jack I don't know if I agree that we did shut up shop in the second half I thought we actually played alright I thought we created a number of good chances that if we had been I think we sort of I don't know, it looks like we got a bit worried when we were around the box that might be a nod to the lack of serious attacking coaching that the team receives but I thought we sort of looked like we I don't want to use the word bottled it, but just kind of got a bit worried every single time we came anywhere near the box.
12:30But I thought we played pretty open in the second half, to be honest with you. I thought we created a number of good chances. Stell Morrison says, Did we all fall a bit in love with Xavi tonight? Can really see him becoming a fan favourite. He was really good. He was really good. I'd started to question his no I haven't started to question his worth I just sort of felt that he needs to be doing a bit more and I feel like tonight was a bit more wasn't it Beth Mathis says so annoying to put in a performance as good as that after everything on the other hand could we can you imagine can you actually imagine if we did it here's a question if anyone if anyone is watching this in time i will put a question to you and then hopefully by the time i get to the end of these uh comments and stuff i'll be able to read out a few of the answers if you so say if we didn't if you didn't know the outcome of it from this point on however would you take spurs playing like this all the way through the champions league getting to the final if the final was against Arsenal and then we just watch the game and we see what happens.
13:54So there's no indication as to whatever way the game will go but if Spurs could play like this in every single game of the Champions League from this point on and get to the final but the final was against Arsenal would you take that? Would you roll the dice and would you take that? and then leave it to fate to decide what happens. Let me know. Let me know in the comments. Drop us a light while you're there as well, you pigs.
14:32Ricochet Pig, speaking of pigs, says, Enjoyed watching Xavi tonight. He's a real throwback to when football was more fun. Even though his shooting was wild, he showed so much flair. Proper box office. It's nice, isn't it? It is nice. I do like that. He is a bit of a throwback. I think he's kind of like a segue. Let's say he's a segue baller. Because I do think he has throwback fringes. But I do think also he's quite a modern technical player in many ways. Don't ask me to quantify that opinion. It's just something I've come up with. because I kind of feel like it makes sense in some way in my head.
15:17We all do that. Don't pretend we don't do that. Some people are just smarter and they're better at quantifying their opinions with bullpoo, right? I'm at least honest with you in saying I've got a gut feeling about something. I can't really explain why because I lack the tactical and football technical acumen to do that. but that's what I'm saying
15:46Jack Underhill says Spence apparently isn't a wing back he's a full back or a winger yeah

On December 12th, Disney Plus invites you to go behind the scenes with Taylor Swift in an exclusive six-episode docuseries. I wanted to give something to the fans that they didn't expect. 17:13And don't miss Taylor Swift, The Era's Tour. The final show featuring for the first time the Tortured Poets Department. Streaming December 12th, only on Disney+. Era 7000X says, European home record keeps going. That is true. I don't know how many games it is now, but it's a beautiful record. It's a really beautiful record. And I do, one thing I've always said, you know anybody that's listened to this pod for any amount of time, right? I always get all bleary-eyed about European football. It is in the DNA of this club. We want to talk about the DNA of this club, right? Being spursy, us being losers, all this type of stuff.
17:55Let's focus on some of the positive DNA of this club, right? We might not quite be a Liverpool, but still, we have European heritage. without European football this club is nothing midweek games under the floodlights at White Heart Lane all white kit come on man it's what we do it's what we do people can write off spurs all the time and yes we've had some blips let's not forget Dynamo Zagreb and things like that however right okay it was at FC who's it was it Ghent or someone like that under Pochettino when we got knocked out of the Champions League and we dropped into the Europa and just absolutely kamikaze the Europa at the first time we could I think that was even 16-17 you know I remember Dele Alli getting a straight red for a despicable challenge as well but still aside for that we do have European pedigree we have European heritage we are one of those teams that can hurt teams in Europe we've got a sprinkling of whatever it is that Liverpool have in this in European football we just do won the first ever UEFA Cup Europa League, whatever you want to call it now won three of them Arsenal haven't won any they can turn their noses up it all their life they haven't won any we've won three so you know there's plenty to be proud of there is plenty to be proud of in this football club and we do forget it sometimes i'm i'm just as guilty of it i think that's the reason why i love european football so much um because it just reminds me that you know what like we we are we are self-deprecating right we go along with the jokes we have a laugh when people take the mick out of us and it happens a lot right but i do feel like european football is one of those things where more often than not they make me proud to be a spurs fan and i know that sounds soft and i know that sounds a bit like wet or whatever if you want to call it but they they do you know they make me proud they and they they often do when we play European football I just think we're good at it we've just we've just gotten the knack for it hopefully Arsenal don't win the Champions League this year and um you know really sort of make you know kick into the dirt what I'm about to say but we are good at European football in a way that that lot aren't maybe in the way that that lot can grind out league titles domestic league titles and we have never really had the knack for doing that.
20:43Done it, you know, twice in our history. But, you know, we've had very good teams that just haven't managed to, for whatever reason, get it over the line. We seem to just take it to Europe. Brexit Tottenham, you know. Showing all those Euro files what it's all about. Balls of British Steel and all that. Fensak says we should move to the Bundesliga. Cameron Arthur says RKM performance. pushing Winks vs Everton as one of the worst cameos in the history of Spurs. Deuces Wild says Bergvall is clearly better as part of a double pivot. You'd think a professional manager would have figured that out by now.
21:25Surely not, but could we?
21:31Joe Batty says, get in. Just shows why we are correct to have been annoyed. This team is a bit of something. The extra inch said it. Please, three correct decisions at board level and it can turn around. Burnley is so key. Is Burnley key, Joe? Are you one of these that's saying Burnley is key because you want us to lose and you want Frank to get sacked? Be honest there now, please, young man.
22:05I don't you know I'm not saying you're doing that I'm just reflecting on a lot of what I've seen this week a lot of a lot of weird jubilant chomping at the bit to get into the ground or just you know make it make it a toxic atmosphere from minute zero minute zero is that a thing from the first minute I don't get it I don't yes I have a moan on here I know I have a moan on Twitter but don't we all have that mechanism that reflex ultimately deep down where you still want Spurs to win really I don't know Jesus Chris Tucker says first half good second half a bit poor we looked like we had 10 players a better team would it could have um a better team could have drawn oh well it's a win so shut up he said that i didn't say that he said that at the end just to you know um again i said i think we were right in the second half i think we were right profligate profligate i think that's the term isn't it Ricochet Pig again says Spence was class Big Kev was solid Romero running things as usual are we ready for the Mickey Van Der Ven is the weak link discourse yet I'm just joking sort of
23:45Ridley says love the fact we won but does it give Frank a few more matches if it does or it doesn't Spurs won. Focus on that. IMHO. Up to you. I mean, up to you what you want to focus on. But I say, like, just focus on the fact Spurs beat Dortmund tonight. And that's nice. And that's good. And it's a nice, warm feeling for your team to have won in the Champions League. Isn't it?
24:14Doug Drinkwater says, Good performance. Love Xavi. suspect it may be a false dawn given how poor Dortmund are and our next bunch of matches. Alas, Stefan Dalmat vibes from Randall Calamawani. Get rid. Yeah. Wow, man, Stefan Dalmat. Stefan Dalmat, though, he did score that absolute screamer. I can't even remember. Was it against Sheffield United? I want to say. I just remember an absolute scorching goal from Stefan Dalmat. and also didn't he get in a punch-up with someone was i seem to recall it being one of those like urban legend type things that stefan dalman got in a punch-up at the training ground or something um maybe uh fuznac says dortmund went poor we were great mitch k 32 says much as i want frank out i can't help but really enjoy a good outing in the Champions League yes mate yes yes that's what it's about in it yes top four of the Champions League is Arsenal Madrid Bayern and Spurs lovely jubbly mr.
25:37Steven Stotch says not sure what to think if the process to remove him had already started do you carry on and go through it through with it or do we wait to see what the Burnley result is I mean I think carry on like looking for an interim or something but I don't think it's ideal I mean look the press have obviously been briefed that there's not going to be a permanent appointment made halfway through a season we would wait till summer to assess options and all that type of thing. Look, if he can keep winning games and getting the team playing like they play tonight, I'm not going to complain about that.
26:20Still reassessing summer or whatever. If there's a good option come up, then fine. But I don't think an interim is ever really preferable, is it? But it could be a false dawn. I don't know. I don't know. I just want to enjoy Spurs winning tonight, to be honest. Do you know what I mean? I mean, I know this doesn't exist in a total vacuum, and I know it is relevant to the overall picture of everything going on at Spurs, but still, you know.
26:56Gavin6535 says, more like it. Straight from the kick-off. Vic is our weak link at the back. Xavi ran the show tonight.
27:07Peter Gordon says Spence on the wing was a bit of a Hail Mary. It does seem that way, doesn't it? It does seem that way, but it paid off. It was decent. It was good. It was nice. Come on, you Spurs.
27:24Tadare is too risky, says Jareth Spale.
27:31Howard Spencer says if Frank plays more like that, first half he can stay also loves a travel lodge
27:42bronxfr says i'm new to this channel what's up hi um or unless you mean what's up what the hell are you who are you what are you talking about um then can't help you mate you don't have to be mad to enjoy this but it helps
28:09really says it sounds good for a phone good nice yeah howard spencer's other hotel chains are available they are they are
28:23bill rg8040 says the jacket potato chat with phil about vinai sacking frank made me burst out laughing on my flight home today i'm glad it was it was a it was a it was a fun podcast that i enjoyed i always enjoy talking with phil um and i think we both conch like we we we tell Is it telekinesis? We like psychically beamed to one another. We're losing our asses a bit too much on this one. We need a bit of lightness. So let's just talk about nonsense things. And I'm glad it was well received.
29:04HackerCPS says, I don't get the Dortmund rooster banter. It's just a cockerel. Yeah, I mean, I'll be honest. I'm going to be brutally honest here HackersCPS I was rattled by it because I thought they were being disrespectful I thought it was like a dishevelled chicken and they were making fun of us I feel like a lot of other people took it that way maybe their admin just saw when they were around in London I mean I think their socials are run by a social agency in the States to be honest so you know I don't know but maybe their admin was over in London and just saw something that they thought looked a bit like the Tottenham badge and thought it might be interesting maybe you could call me sensitive I just say I'm passionate in defending my football club maybe you should try it as well but I did take it yeah I took it I took it badly not badly I mean It didn't ruin my day.
30:08I didn't chuck my phone out a bus window or something like that in frustration. But I did send it to WhatsApp and say, I find this a bit disrespectful. What a middle-aged, boring man. Jack Kenny says, Xavi is pure champagne. Back-to-back man of the matches in the Champions League at home. Get in there. James Popple says another game in the bag for Frank. Peter Gordon says it's one game against 10. You know at any time a goal could cause us to capitulate. But we didn't. We don't have to worry about it because we won 2-0. And we are looking like we're going to go through to the next round of the Champions League.
30:58So who cares, mate? I mean, I'll be caring when that happens against Burnley on the weekend. but we'd have to worry about that now it would be chris tarrant that wouldn't it would you love to give you that i saw him doing an interview the other day actually chris tarrant i think he's in like his mid 70s now mid to late 70s he suddenly looks really old i mean you know people age i get it it's just it's mad isn't it it's not one of those reminders that we're all slowly falling to pieces i mean i don't look so great myself now i've had a i will say i've had a very long day had a very full on very busy day so you should count yourselves all very lucky I'm doing this bestowing upon you my garbled ramblings after a Tottenham game Ian Sinfield says we'll go and beat Burnley now won't we won't we I hope so I really hope so Pissed Off Commuter says Porro pooed his pants I'm not going to throw him under the bus by misquoting him but Flav on the fighting cock led a pretty passionate critique of Pedro Porro that I agreed with wholeheartedly it was basically centering on the fact that Pedro Porro doesn't seem to have his mind on the game at the moment he's more concerned by policing the fans telling the fans what to do i think flab said he was sat relatively i don't know he i think he had a good view of poro or something during the game on the weekend and you know he just kept getting rattled by the fans kept gesticulating at the fans all that type of stuff um i thought this evening he was in a defensive sense really quite poor uh i think he got caught dwelling in possession i think i counted two or three times and i think he was just generally sloppy in his play i think he just needs to i think he's got a lot more talent than he shows and he he is obviously very very effective going forwards um i do think he just needs to screw his head back on a bit and just do i mean get on with it a bit so yeah i kind of that's sort of how i feel
33:27Bethnal Green Bear says Dortmund are no West Ham are they? No So I think I've got some questions back about some answers back from my question would you take Spurs being bombastic throughout the entirety of the Champions League if it meant a final against Arsenal and we don't have any idea how that final goes Taddeus Tuariski says yes Roy Porteous says absolutely never Fsank says yes with an exclamation mark Ridley says yes Bilagi says no that would be pure hell Roy Porteous does also say my heart would implode Dedea is too risky says we win finals Gavin says yes Izak says could not handle that Howard Spencer says yes we would take that win the final 3-0 and the Gooners have an epic meltdown Can you imagine?
34:23Can you imagine? That's the thing. A final against them, the risk and the reward is so immense. Beating them in a Champions League final to win our first ever Champions League at their expense. Denying them the bragging rights of saying they won it first. I think that would be pretty massive. that makes that i'm just saying that makes up for a winning the league at white heart lane that makes up for a taking soul campbell off us you know that that that's that's a big one that would be a big one i feel like it's kind of worth it in a way you know to dare is to do oe grace says yes i would have to watch the final under sedation i don't i don't think i'd actually be able to watch the final.
35:15I said this before, if we had to play in a sort of final of a major European competition against Arsenal, I would turn my phone off and I'd go to the cinema or I'd watch like Lord of the Rings Extended Edition or something like that and then look at my phone afterwards and see just totally unemotionally because I just don't think I'd be able to sit through that actual game. Jack Kenny says, is this the Chelsea-Conte switch to three at the back moment where we go on a filthy 18 game winning run can you imagine that henry williams says we have way more european heritage than the woolwich scum so yes pirate dread robert says frank earned his millions of pounds tonight fair play he did he did earn his millions of millions of pounds a millionaire a millionaire

37:28It's a tough question it's a tough question that one
37:34well done to the 17 year old lad says yeah by field really really nice nathan a clark was saying on twitter that he uh very much rated the performance and sees him as like a long-term prospect for topman so you know there you go
37:57Peter Gordon says I think Xavi's attitude still sucks a bit goes down too easy and moans but damn he could be good maybe he just needs a bit more of that a bit more of tonight to feel like he's the main guy the star of the show
38:17apparently Poro got man in the match tonight what? I mean, whatever. Fine. I'm not gunning our players tonight. I'm not doing it.
38:30Bale is a gorgeous man, isn't he? He is. And he kept saying we as well when he was doing the punditry. We. It's much better. I'd rather be listening to... Do you know what? Gareth Bale, since he has left Spurs and now he's sort of having this media career. He was always quite media shy as a player, but he's clearly embracing it now the past few years. he actually loves us and i i really like that i you know we always sort of worry about players not really liking spurs ex-players and all that type of thing and you would imagine wouldn't you that if you're gareth bale yeah you've won all that amazing stuff at real madrid but they're always horrible to him you would say that the place where he was most loved in his career was topnam right a long way you saw that when he came back during covid people were waiting outside the training ground to welcome him back to the club i don't think i've i genuinely don't think i've ever seen that with any player coming to tottenham um i'm glad he loves us he kept saying we um it's like good on him what a player man like honestly what a ride that was what a privilege that was to see the sort of the the glory of gareth bale spark into life and become what he did like just what a player man just unbelievable unbelievable like a cheat code really really was um
40:0410m scally here we go putting me in my place says as bad as we are in the league please stop talking about relegation we'll get enough performances like tonight to ensure it's not an issue love the pod Koi's yeah fair enough you're not the only one to say that to me as well mate you know I've got plenty of people like mates and stuff that will say what are you going on about shut up talking about that Charlotte says the same to me as well she's just like nah not a chance my only thing is right there's always a chance that's all I'm saying but yeah I'd sort of you know it's hard isn't it when you're just off the back of seeing us lose at home to West Ham right these these these post-match ones are all about you know a bit of what's front of my mind isn't it right and I'm just pouring it out pouring it out my something mouth as the hound said in Game of Thrones once upon a time Toby Jones says so the players good they clearly can play good football is this even more reason for Frank to go is he holding the players back I mean that's it's a pertinent question we'll just see right matter jack says nice to just have a normal straightforward home win no stress no drama no booze coys yes love it oh there's more more for the van der van der venn um agenda peter gordon says has van der venn's attitude been bringing the team down around him we looked a lot better without him we'll see hey Brian Park 6906 says we beat in crisis Frankfurt and we can skip the punishment round please we've done it once already right let's just do it again I didn't even know they were in in crisis so that's good to hear
42:08K9 McGurn says new format hate it or due respect no mate as I said I'm I'm literally in a I'm in a hotel room doing it on my phone because I'm away with work so you know is what it is is you know I'm not I'm not paying Travelodge like 15 pounds or something to use their patchy wifi I'm just doing it off my phone so Soz I hate you tonight right you hate it all due respect I hate you tonight there you go K9 McGermond I know you're a long time listener but right get some back Z Gold says Osper's better than United don't know I'm not sure Bell Blake says how do we change the Champions League squad going into the knockout stage Brennan Johnson leaving opens a spot and Ben Davis injury opens another Kolo has got to be dropped for tell who else gets in Conor Gallagher doesn't he like straight away who else does get in I don't know I haven't got it all down to be honest there's too many machinations with the Champions League mate and I'm not smart enough to pretend I understand how it all works the squad building for it maybe someone else can say something
43:32Matamarez says where has the team been all season Hanek Kotscher says happy with the win got some issues with the choice of subs but let's focus on the positives one less match till this season is over
43:52David Bowman says would you accept Spurs finishing 17th if the scum end the season trophy-less yes because you haven't specified that Spurs would also be trophy-less so I'm holding on to hope that we can finish 17th and win the Champions League so there we go Isle of Lily White says Hi Jack, up the Spurs Thanks as always You know the bit in Peep Show where Mark doesn't know how to feel after Jez snogged Sophie That's me right now I'm happy because Spurs won but Frank stays Yeah that's a good one to put it Yes I'm angry, furious but also very relieved It's very difficult to express both emotions at once
44:41Richard Hanscom says we're so back this evening guys what could go what could go wrong against managerless Frankfurt yeah and on Nomad says maybe it's a fluke but I don't know seems weird does a bit don't it Los Angeles why says wow that was a crazy time to join the stream I'll be interested to know what point that was but that's good
45:17so we're doing Totspur says since performances and results are better in Europe than England I'm becoming more amenable to a Super League Adam Withers says how was Frank able to get so much energy out of that team in the first half? Kudos our fifth win in a row against Dortmund in the Champions League delightful for. Ida Lilywhite says, does Pesuma get into the Champions League squad? Had a similar resurgence last season around this time and was key in Europa's success. Yeah. Lovely.
45:55Let me just reiterate. Spurs have won. I think that's reason to be very happy. Because it's good, isn't it? Isn't that why we do this? Spurs doing well in the Champions League. Spurs just doing winning games up the spurs come on top them all that malarkey eh i know we're a bit annoyed with thomas frank i know everyone has been but i would just say don't lose sight of why we do all this eh eh um right much love if you like more podcasts or you just want to support the show ad free podcasts as well patreon.com slash rtr pod there's a supporter tier where you get all the pods ad free or there's the inner sanctum for extra pods please like subscribe all that stuff if you are watching on YouTube if you're listening please drop it a 5 star rating on Spotify or on Apple podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts all of that malarkey much love everybody I'm going to have to stumble about and try and work out how to stop the stream on a mobile now so just enjoy anybody watching on youtube and join me for a few moments as i waggle my sausage fingers all over the screen if you're listening to this bye bye
