I'm your host Ekta and today's brand that I'm going to introduce you to is so cool because I'm always looking for brow options. I don't know if you guys are like me, but I'm very, very selective with anything I put on my brows because it's either too sticky or it just doesn't do anything for me. So it's very rare when I find something I truly, truly love. So without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to the founder and CEO of Genius Beauty, Alison Hogue. Welcome to the show, Alison. I'm so excited to talk to you. Thank you. Thanks for having me on.
37Yeah, I really appreciate it. I'm so excited to pick your brain. I literally never get to talk to anybody that knows so much about brows and you have so much experience. I'd love to start there. If you could tell us like just your background, because I know you've done so much work in this space and been in the beauty industry for so many years. Yeah. So, you know, it's interesting. I'm a makeup artist first. It's actually kind of funny. I got kicked out of my third grade class in elementary school for making over my class. I stole my mother's makeup and hoarded it under my bed and found the perfect opportunity to make over my class.
12So I've been beauty obsessed, but at the same time, I was also an athlete. And so, you know, it was interest, this push pull about getting to wear makeup and getting to explore it and thinking beauty is like the coolest thing that gets glitter on your eye. Like, amazing. And I, you know, came of age in the 80s. And how I even have my whole career is that I worked, I actually modeled in high school and my agent took one look at my brows and said, don't you touch the brows. They're never going to grow back. And I took that to heart. So as I became a makeup artist and I started off behind the counter, I, you know, made my way into the salon world.
51And I, you know, started hearing the stories of my sister laid me down on a bed and pluck my brows out and they never grew back. Right. And I've heard every horror story, the onset of the 90s and people getting their skin pulled off. Right. Like I thought all and I was like, do not touch your brows. And, you know, I ended up going and working with a mentor who he I was apprenticing with him for makeup, you know, to refine my skills, to be able to work on set and do commercial work. And, you know, this is free, any kind of digital enhancement. And he took one look at my brows and said, we're going to do your brows.
28And I said, oh, you're not touching my brows. And he said, we're going to cut them. And he showed me the proper shape of the brows. And all of a sudden, I can no longer do anybody's makeup without doing the brows. That's how it started. And yeah, that's how the whole thing started. And I went back into the salon and I started doing people's makeup. I was like, oh, there's no way I can do your makeup without your brows. And some of those clients are still with me today, 30 years later, which is just really insane to me to think that I've been doing brows for 30 years. But it's true. And once that started, you know, I became very particular about, you know, brow artistry is something that, you know, we're not laying somebody down on a bed.
14You know, and I appreciate waxing, right? I mean, I appreciate it. But it's so different to sit somebody up and actually sculpt in their shape to their face and to their eyes and that's you know my method that's the balanced brow method and then I started seeing how people can grow their brows and the condition of the brows and the health of the brows and like you know the goal is to have your brows be perfect without any makeup right yeah that's exactly exactly no I love what you're saying honestly it's so refreshing to hear because I mean just to I want to tell you my little own personal journey with brows I can tell you please honestly brows for me for were such a pain point my whole life because nobody did anything but waxing exactly what you said like I literally would refuse like my girlfriend's be like yeah let's go get her um you know brows wax and I was like I want to pass on that part because either they round them like I look like I belong in the 20s or like they just don't know what to do with my brows because I have like a lot of eyebrow hair and I always have so it's like exactly what you said like they need to be shaped and they need to be trimmed right and like I remember having one girlfriend in college and I would go to her dorm room and she was the only one that could do my brows and I kid you not if she was not available like even like long after we graduated like I stayed um I stayed close to her and even after we graduated I'd be like hey can you um fit me into your calendar I will pay you good money to do my eyebrows because no one knew what to do and to this day I'm just like I refuse to get an eyebrow wax because I know what's going to happen it's going to be terrible so yeah and and you know it scars this is the thing is that you know now that we've gotten these incredible cell phones as I started taking before and after pictures what I started realizing was that they're scarring underneath the brow hair and that's one of the reasons why I really believe that the brow hair doesn't grow back after people are waxed because you think about it you're putting you know back in the 90s too nobody had any control on those wax pots they were hot they were burning people's skin and i watched my own mother get burned on the she still has a grout guard today 30 years later um and i would look at that and i'd be like absolutely not you know absolutely not i will not what you should be experiencing like going to a professional like there's no no yeah No, and then there's the actual shaping of it, you know, where the everybody right now has a philosophy about how to shape the brow.
53And, and I it upsets me greatly, you know, because how that brow is arched. I mean, for, for 20 years, the actual state board book had the arch points put in completely wrong. And it was that's why people end up looking like they're surprised. no is that like is that true like some of these rules we think that's a good thing you brought up because you know how we hear about like take a pencil and put it to the like the end of your nose and like is that true all of that like yeah so so again everybody like right now the microblading people you know are don't get me started on it they have this fibonacci code the brow code and they're putting the brow they're starting the brow basically in the middle way past where the arch intersects, right?
44Like way past where the inner corner is and they're going in. And I'm sorry, you look like an angry brow. Like your brows are your expression. You're creating a tiny effect with the shape. Like you're gonna look surprised, right? If you flatten out that arch, you'll look like Spock, right? Men have flatter expressions. Their brows are usually not naturally arched, right? We have usually naturally arched brows and usually our shape is perfect. We just need a little guidance and somehow it got to be really messed up, like with the way that people, you know, when I looked at the board, I got the opportunity to teach in an aesthetic school and I was going through the, you know, how, what I was supposed to be teaching for brows.
31And when I actually lined up those angles, I looked at the students, I said, you're going to need to know this for the test. I said, however, don't do this. don't do this you know because like if you mark those places where they tell you to do the shape and you just draw it in you can see it's not right like we look at people and this is a really interesting part of the journey as to creating genuist is really coming to the realization that many people don't understand the power and the impact of a person's eyebrows. Like I have been really generally shocked. You know, I took it for granted that you like everybody knew the importance of brows, you know, because in being in this world, people come to me because they know their brows need to be fixed, right?
21That's all I've been doing is fixing brows for 30 years. And so when you're coming into my studio, again, I'm booked solid for, you know, 20 years now, I'm not even taking any more new clients. You know, I look at this and I'm like, of course, everybody understands the importance of brows. No, they do not. They do not understand. And they don't know. I believe you. I believe you because you know, here's the thing, like, it really hit home when you were like, it's literally framing your face. And I completely agree with you. For me, personally, like I don't do a lot of makeup. So I don't wear heavy makeup at all.
55But when I do put on makeup, the first thing I look at is my eyebrows, because that's going to change everything you know how i do my eye makeup if i'm using line or not how i'm doing my eyeliner like everything goes with your eyebrows and people i think for a long time i mean we had spoken briefly about the 90s everybody was just taking brows for granted for such a long time like oh it's just something you do at the end of your makeup routine no i know the very first thing you get down like have that salt solidified you know what i mean so like yeah yeah sometimes it can help you i think sometimes with having excessive products on your face that you don't need you know if you just have really nice brows the way you like them like you can frame your whole look around that you know so i just really believe that our natural brows you know are what we need to cultivate you know that's that and also the way that brows grow this is something that that again people don't understand and you know i have this whole philosophy that's called mow it to grow it.
58I don't know if you've got to see a little bit about this philosophy because up until we started getting brow enhancement serums, you know, what did somebody do if their brows were massacred, right? And, you know, and I started learning and seeing how the natural brow patterns were on the face and the brows grow like a lawn. So if you actually don't do your brows, what happens if you don't mow a lawn? It doesn't look fantastic it shrivels up looks like crabgrass turned brown right that's what brows do so you know when i realized that in order to have a healthy brow they needed to be on a cycle otherwise the actual hair started to get finer and so people who don't do their brows the brows end up looking really messy and getting them on a cycle and only tweezing like a few like i'm not talking about going in and doing a met like shaping out your brows and just giving them a clean but it's on a five-week cycle right if you go longer than eight weeks the brows stop growing period wow okay well i didn't know that because i honestly like it's it's crazy because my eyebrows like and i said you know before like i have pretty i guess you could say healthy growth in my eyebrow area absolutely um you know with me though i even noticed what you're saying is like after a while they will just stop growing like they're not gonna like just keep going endlessly and endlessly you know what i mean otherwise we'd be braiding our eyebrows right yeah exactly new trend right there spray those eyebrows that's gonna happen to see you put it out into the universe we're gonna see it on tiktok tomorrow like i'm convinced somebody's gonna take a brow wig and turn it into a french braid and stick it on you know that i would not be surprised today I see trends now that I just think to myself I'm like do you guys really do this and go out into the world like and no one says anything to you I see so many people doing things like that but I mean total side note but I want to actually address one thing and that's the fact that you know I love that you have a product line I love it because the thing is it wasn't just a struggle to get like a person that could do your eyebrows right like growing up for me that wasn't the only problem it was also like when I finally realized hey what if I tried to like take a stab at this you know a little bit myself in terms of just mild stuff you know when it came to like taking care of them or like even trimming like I couldn't find products anywhere like I literally oh me neither and everybody's still doing the same thing right now I looked at what's winning for awards right now that's why I'm so appreciative of the award that you gave me because I look at the lack of innovation inside of the brow care category.
46And I'm like, what now that I'm on the product development journey, right. And I see what's out there. I'm like, you're kidding me. Like that primer that I worked, I worked on that formula for two years, right. Because I was like, we're going to get this, we're going to get this right. And the lack of ingenuity and the lack of caring for the brow is its own feature, which is the most important feature. Like you said, Like if you don't wear any makeup, your brows are the thing that carries your expression. It is, it is the thing that balances you. And it's also, you know, when you fill them in, when you're doing makeup, you know, I teach in makeup terms, level one, level two, level three, and your level one, your brows should be perfect without having to do any makeup and they should balance your features.
29And level two is where you get into balancing because if you put more makeup on your face, then you have to balance out with the brow. Right. And that, you know, getting them perfect, you know, and conditioning them, the conditioners, you know, were something that all of a sudden I was like, why aren't we caring for our brow hair the way that we care for the hair on our head? Yes. Yeah, exactly. exactly that's so real spend freaking all this money on our head of hair and people go to great lengths to buy all these products to fill in their brows when if you just did a little bit of care they'd be freaking perfect yeah no i know i completely agree and i think it's like it's i see that happening a lot in beauty where people are kind of waking up now and they're like wait a minute like beauty applies to like my whole body you know what I mean like there are so many things that people are not have not been addressing and with brows it's kind of like I don't know it's to me it's obvious I think anyone who grew up with like I guess fuller brows would understand a little bit also you know the journey of like just trying to just I guess tame them for lack of a better word you know in the right way and making sure that they look good because there was literally genuinely nothing out there there was nothing and and when you tried I was always scared I mean I don't know about anybody else but I was always scared to even trim them because I was like oh god I'm gonna make this look terrible I'm gonna be stuck in that 90s brow thing you know where it's like literally nothing is on my face and I was scared so there's a lot of fear as well you know and it's so for me as a consumer I think of this on a like on different levels because it's not just the lack of accessibility to great products which by the way your whole line is phenomenal I just want to say that point blank like it's amazing like I literally used the revival brow this morning you know so like I use it very differently um but I mean more so not accessibility it's also you know how to how to do it like the education component you know that was never there either so it's almost like we're playing catch up with this idea that I need to understand you know why like what can i do what is preventative care what is what do i do to make sure that in the future my brows are not going to like you know like have like the ends missing or something because i know a lot of with age people's the ends of your eyebrows will start like thinning you know so that's like so yeah it's very interesting to me this whole concept the education piece like that's the part that i'm working on hardcore right now you know i'm saying catch up.
10Like I'm actually sitting here in front of, I just started filming a little bit because it's national brow day tomorrow. So, so, you know, I'm doing a whole bunch of education and trying to get eyes on the brand. You know, I've been dubbed in Atlanta, the brow protector for a really long time. You know, like that's what I'm known for is the brow guru and the protector of eyebrows. Because again, you know, nobody understands, you know, one that you've got to keep your brows on a cycle. And what's going to keep them from thinning on the end is these brow enhancement serums like our roller brow. Okay.
44So let's talk about the roller brow, um, the serum with the serum, because this was a huge aha moment for me. Um, you know, again, people come to me when their brows are really damaged and they haven't been able to get it to grow. And I put everybody in a rehab, which is, you know, you don't go any longer in my world than six weeks without doing your brows. Five weeks is really optimal, but six is like maximal after eight, they stopped growing. And I had this woman come to me who had the most damaged brows I ever seen. Somebody waxed her into a check mark on her brows and they like a check mark, like honest to God, she had thick course brows like yours and they laid down that wax.
27Like there's a healthy reason why you didn't do your brows, right? Why you didn't wax your brows. And yeah, me too. Like nobody's ever waxed my brows and you know watching that check mark and I said to her I have no idea if it's going to grow back and then you know we started monitoring growth I grew back in so much of her hair and then there's this you know as we got the cell phones I started seeing this damage and she came in about five years ago and again we got amazing growth using the enhancement serums we got amazing growth from getting her just on the cycle I mean it was still you know a 90 % 100 % better than it was it just wasn't fully fully fully grown and then one month she comes in and all of a sudden like she has growth from one end of her face on one of the brownies and I said what have you been doing I mean this is like my she's my she is my subject like she is the person who I'm like what are you doing with your brows and she said well I decided to use a a derma roller on my eyebrows.
30And I was like, excuse me. She goes, you know, I was told that it helps serums. And so I said, why the hell not? Let's use a, let's use a derm roller. And I was like, all right, well, I'm documenting this journey. And so I knew that when I started working on the serums, oh, we have to talk about something else as I'm talking about these serums, because this is for my people with big brows. Okay. So I started carrying brows. We're going to come, I'm going to leave it in the Andrea story in here. So I haven't stopped Andrea's story, but this is for us. And this is for big, big people, big brows.
07Okay. Like with the concern about them getting better as we get older. Okay. So, so I've been using serums inside my studio. We tested them all out and they first came. I'm always testing on clients. I see about 375 clients a month, just me personally. And I have 3 ,000 clients total on my roster. So just, you know, and I've been doing this for 30 years. So getting people in and documenting these results for what I've been doing for the past, you know, since we've had cell phones, right? I mean, I just document every single brow that comes and sits in my chair. So anyway, during COVID, all right, I'm shutting everything down.
46I'm about to go home and quarantine. and I'm picking everything up. And all of a sudden I look at the serum that we were selling at the time in the studio. And I said, you know what? I've never had a personal experience of using a serum. I have full brows. I've never been waxed. Why would I use a serum, right? Like same thing for you. Like, why would I, I am afraid my brows are going to grow down on my nose, right? Yeah. So I go home, it's quarantine. And I'm like, you know what? They're going to grow to my nose. Let's have it happen here because nobody's going to be looking at me for a minute.
18so I start using serum and all of a sudden what I started noticing is all of the shortness and the unevenness of my length the health of the brow all of a sudden they started growing in the most beautiful pattern and the most beautiful natural like it did when I was a kid all back into full freaking bloom I gotta tell you I was like oh my god and so that's when I was like all right I need to study up on this on on the on the actual actives like i hadn't really i was just like okay well this is the one everybody's using and we've got good results but you know fine we work for some people it doesn't work for some right but so i started experimenting and the ingredient active ingredient that in also different actives and different brow products aren't created equal like some like latisse was the first thing that everybody started using it makes fuzz on the brow it doesn't it irritates the skin it doesn't actually make the brow hair grow right you think like oh what using on lashes you just use on your brow absolutely not and it doesn't work the opposite either so when i started using my active which has a pixel in it i was like because we know the peptides will strengthen the hair like no question that there's peptides and everything right we know that works but the active capixel what it did for brows was unbelievable so i I was just going to sell, right?
46The derma roller separate from the serum, right? Once I got my serum down, I was like, oh my God, this is like, when I started testing, I was like, this is, this is nuts. And it was on myself. I mean, I'll send you pictures of what my brows look like before I started using. I already had good brows. Like, I, you know, clearly I, the brow guru, right? And I couldn't believe, I just, I still look at my brow. I just did my brows today and I'm looking at them. I'm just like I still can't believe they're my brows well the before and afters on this product are phenomenal like by the way like crazy yeah like it's insane like the first one is just like out of this world if anyone's curious if you go to genuosbeauty.com and you go to this product with the the derma roller yeah the derma roller on top like you'll see the first picture after the product picture I mean it's insane like it's night and day difference literally so yeah it's that's crazy You have products, though, that have great ingredients, I was going to say, you know what I mean?
45Because even when I look at, we were talking about, you know, the Revival brow, which is like one of my favorite ones in the line. I mean, if you look at what you've included, it makes sense that you understand that we're dealing with hair, but also skin. Like, it's important to understand that, you know, with eyebrows. I mean, you made that point so clear earlier. And I love that you brought this up in the very beginning was this idea of like, are we scarring the tissue under our brows when we get waxed? Because for the longest time, I don't know about anybody else, whenever I did get a wax a few times, the redness was so insane to me.
21Like, I could not understand. I was like, there's no, I will not do this. Like, I don't care if, you know, pain is beauty. I don't care. Like, you know what I mean? like it's no you know I'm not gonna put up with my brows looking like I just I don't know like spread like chili peppers all over them or something like it was insane so I mean for me when I look at products now like with that I guess more refined lens of now in 2024 we have products even then I look at your this product for example the revival product and I the ceramides you know and the nourishing ingredients you have in here make sense to me from the skin perspective as well which is the bottom line i mean if your skin is not healthy you're not going to grow hair from that area you know what i mean like it's just not going to happen and so i mean i think that's brilliant that you actually did put that time in to understand like skin health as well as hair health you know when you're cropping these products yeah yeah i mean it is it is to strengthen the hair and nourish the skin, right?
25And then the derma roller, the onset of that derma roller, which acts like, you know, if we keep my lawn analogy, right? It acts like an aerator for the lawn. And then the serum is your fertilizer, right? And then the conditioners are your nourishers. And I gotta tell you, the conditioning of the brows. So fun fact, if you use your brow renewal, the pink stuff, myself where use it every single night. My clients, of course, is, you know, I have a lot of women who are over 60 and the brow hair starts to get really coarse and we call it, you know, you start getting old man brows. Like, so like over my mother, you know, is really my, she was the one who really, I was like, Oh hell no.
12My brow guru of Atlanta cannot have her mother cannot not have old man brows like that is not happening. And, you know, to watch the, that her brow is now at 81 laid down because she's been using that brow renewal at night. And the clients, our clients came in and we're like, we're just sleeping in it. And I was like, okay, we're not making it a mask. We're making it a night treatment. And now personally, I can't go without using that pink stuff every single night. Like if I forget, I pop my butt out of bed and I run back into the the bathroom they're like oh hell no yeah no I don't believe me it's so it's also like so like self-care like who the max like I feel like it's so nice to just do your little routine for your brows at night like it's just really therapeutic too I mean I really like it I enjoy it personally I'm so glad I'm so glad you drank the brow kool-aid it's I really do I really do no I feel like it's just I don't know I think natural like being an for me like enhancing natural features has always been my thing you know what I mean so like I think a lot of women resonate with that I mean we love our makeup I think all of us love our makeup and we love the you know whatever we can do to just you know really doll up and go out for a great night but when it comes to everyday beauty these little things go a long way and you know it's hard to understand that especially if you grew up like, you know, growing up in the nineties or the eighties.
38I mean, it's hard for us because we didn't have anything, you know, to establish these habits. But now I feel like I almost like I'm the kind of consumer, like I go the extra mile because we didn't have it for so long. You know what I mean? And now we do. So, you know, get into a routine. So I completely agree. And I'm a huge believer. The brow ritual, right? Yeah. The brow ritual. Absolutely. And that, and it's as important as everything inside of the, you know, You can tell the difference when you don't pay attention to them versus when you do. It's just such a, and I'm with you about what I call it as an art, my artist self, because you know, it's, that's still, you know, where we're heading with Genuist is actually creating an impactful over 50 brand that has to do with defining your features and having products that actually, you know, I, I don't know about you, but every woman that I come across and all my clients that walk in my studio go, I'm not going to do all that.
32like you got 10 minutes give me a 10 minute routine but also something that isn't boring that I always you know I'm now in my 50s like I don't want to wait I want to look like a troll under the bridge right yeah yeah well you know what's interesting though is like the west has some very I don't know why we have such like rigid you know terms when it comes to like brow care because I'm like I'm Indian so I grew up with the idea of like threading like threading was a big thing like you know what I mean and so even my mother was like what are you doing getting your eyebrows waxed just go to a threading salon and I was like we don't have those either so you know I mean they're all over India you're right in India but like here in the west we don't have a lot of options and and I think you know when it comes to waxing or anything like that it's barbaric at this point to me like I just don't think it's important to do all that I mean I and I want to ask you you know this is the reason I'm mentioning all this is I want to ask you for sometimes for the fall because I know there's a lot of women out there that in the fall like the whole look changes I feel like we go towards the more bushy look you know yeah something changes so I need tips that you have for us so you know first is you know make sure you're really conditioning those brows um hardcore in fall because you'll start to notice with the weather changing that the brows will start to dry out so you might need to add you know a little more of the mask you know Use it as a mask.
58I just did it for three clients today as it's pulling down here. I'm in Atlanta. I'm starting to see the change in people's tactics. That's one. If you start filling in your brows and the brows are really dry, then you end up getting that where the brows are excessively dry and powdery when you start adding more makeup into the brow. When you go to fill in the brows, the first thing you want to do is use a brow color. We have several things on the Authentic Beauty website, not the Genuist because it's not a Genuist. We're going to be coming out with something really amazing for a brow fill sooner than later.
35Very, very new and very cool. And it works with the whole system. But you want to color the hair, right? So finding each individual hair on your brow when you go to fill in. So you're actually playing with it so that it coats not the skin, but the hair, right? So that's first. So you want to make sure to go very gently, try not to hit the skin, right? So we had a lot of products that are staining the skin and that's kind of the effect of the microblading too is if you want it to look natural, you keep the brow color on the brow hair itself. That's why I tint. That's why we tint professionally is if you keep it on the hair, you can get that level one and that natural look just by tinting.
19And then when you go to wear more makeup, because that's what's happening in the fall, right? everybody's wearing more makeup as we hit the fall and then you want to go under the skin with a product so you know in creating in the line if you saw the roller brow pen that pen is it has a lightly pigmented brow stain and i think that's what everybody wishes you know that microblading look like yeah it's so natural to just hit right where you see the empty spaces of the brow and you can just gently like roll that in and it just will bump up the definition of the brow because it's again you don't inherently need to color underneath the brow to make it look natural and i think it's a huge misconception about how we fill in brows is that oh we're just gonna hit that pencil and we're gonna wake it in and if you have thick brows like i'm sure you know that pencil is not necessarily your friend it makes it look too thick and the waxes in it are not great right so exactly you know and the primer you know the brow primer which you awarded us and i so appreciate that that is one way to be able to get the hair to get it to not lay on the skin because it will that wax base goes and it coats the skin so that if you go to draw on with the pencil that's waxy, it just makes it makes it look so much softer and it going straight on the skin.
45And so it just depends. You know, what I say is look at what your lip color is. Imagine you were a black and white picture, right? And if you grayscale yourself out, you know, if you look at yourself and you're like, okay, I have on a deep, deep color on my lip. You want to make sure that your brows are not like are not lighter than the color that's on your lip right yeah that's like a really great you know we learn that as artists right if we're going to create balance you you have to look at yourself like a gray scale look at your client you know like a gray scale and make sure that they're balanced with the depth right so you know that's one way to look is if you put on your lip color are my brows too dark for what i'm wearing are they too light for what i'm wearing and that's when you adjust the color.
29So does that make sense? Yeah, it does. I love that. And I completely agree when you put it. Like, I remember when the first eyebrow pencils that I used, like when I tried them, that was a big problem. Exactly what you said. It would be too much under the brow, like on the actual skin. It just looked like I was drawing on my eyebrows. Like, that's what it looked like. So I feel horrible. Yeah, not natural. And, you know, if that's what you're going for, again, I believe in the personal expression. you know everybody's image should be a reflection of their authentic self right and so you know that to me is if somebody wants to have full down full eyebrows i personally think that people just don't know like they just don't know what the eyebrows are supposed to look like so then we have all these pencils and they're like oh i guess i'm supposed to fill them in like this this is what everybody's showing i'm like no don't do it no i think it takes a lot of playing around to you know what I mean and I think it's a little scary you know I mean the eyebrows are a scary space I mean in the sense of like if you don't know what you're doing that's what I think all of us are scared of I don't know what I'm doing so I don't want to screw it up you know and so that's where it's just very very helpful to have these kind of tips so thank you so much Allison that was really helpful because you know I I really believe that if you try the right way like you'll eventually figure out what's good for you and like you're and in addition to like going to a professional making sure that they're done right you know all that but like at home stuff it's very i kind of a great area for me as a consumer is like you know figuring out how to do maintain that daily look for your eyebrows yeah so you know for everyone listening i hope you know that helps you guys and if you have any other comments please let us know but allison this was so fun thank you so much for coming on the show and for sharing yeah thank you so much for having me.
