In short
The hosts cover multiple pop-culture and celebrity controversies: Jax Taylor leaving The Valley amid safety/liability concerns; Nick Viall and Natalie Joy hosting Netflix’s Age of Attraction; Love Island USA finalists’ backlash involving Nick Viall; a Coldplay concert cheating scandal involving a CEO and CPO; Pete Davidson’s pregnancy news with Elsie Hewitt; and Serena Kerrigan promoting Mounjaro/GLP-1 trends. They also mention an Amy Lynn Bradley Netflix documentary.
Guest backgrounds
No podcast guests appear in the transcript; it’s Sophie and Christy discussing news. Named people discussed include Jax Taylor (The Valley), Nick Viall (podcaster), Natalie Joy (podcast host/producer), Andy Byron (CEO of Astronomer), Kristen Cabot (Astronomer CPO), Pete Davidson (actor), Elsie Hewitt (model), and Serena Kerrigan (Vanderpump Rules personality).
Key claims
Jax’s behavior is “unsettling” and unsafe (including allegedly trying to hack Britney’s Ring camera); Bravo removed him for liability. Nick Viall is portrayed as problematic due to age-gap history and interview comments (“throwaway cast members”), with calls to keep him away from Love Island finalists. The Astronomer CEO/CPO kiss-cam reaction implies an affair; he was asked to resign. Elsie’s pregnancy caption is criticized as overly sexual/attention-seeking. Serena Kerrigan’s GLP-1 “journey” messaging is framed as irresponsible body-shaming.
Notable examples
Jax allegedly attempting to hack Britney’s security system; Love Island TikTok petitions; kiss-cam ducking at Coldplay; Elsie Hewitt previously dating Jason Sudeikis/Benny Blanco/Ryan Phillippe; Serena Kerrigan’s “best journey” voiceover for Mounjaro.

2:03Are you ready? Let's do it.
2:17Hey, everybody. Welcome back. Sophie, how are you today on this beautiful Sunday afternoon? Hi, I'm good, Christy. How are you doing? Oh my goodness. We have so many things to discuss. Like, I don't even know where to begin on this document because I feel like over the last week, there's been so many things reality television wise, pop culture wise, CEO, astronomer wise, Love Island. Oh my God. It's never ending. I would love to kick it off to you to choose the first subject. And I have a feeling I know what you're going to talk about we need to talk about jacks that but i was going to say nick and natalie's new dating show okay we'll get to that but i think we need to talk about jacks we oh my god yes we absolutely need to so he has decided to step away from the valley quote unquote decided quotes per a public statement that he made last week and we all know that bravo pushed him urged him basically forced him to resign from the show because his behavior has become so unsettling a little bit in season one but even more so in season two and as they're wrapping up the entire season we're going to watch the finale air this week we can't ignore it and i think truthfully the network is terrified of a liability that they could potentially have on their hands in the event that he does something so atrocious that could land him in jail and tom schwartz even said at one point a couple episodes ago when jacks was toying around with the idea of getting back with Britney Schwartz goes you're gonna go to jail and I was so glad he said it yeah and it's like Schwartz but you're still like best friends with this person even though you completely sense the fact that he is a family annihilator in the making I actually thought it was terrifying did you watch this past episode of the valley I did I sure did so you so you saw the scene where Jax is very very clearly trying to hack into Britney's like security system her ring camera system I'm trying to get on the ring.
4:13And it's so crazy because so his excuse is like, well, we have the same account. I'm setting up my own. I swear I have them right here because she's not buying it. She's like, Jax, I know you're trying to, I know you're trying to hack into mine so you can see what I'm up to. And for her, because he is so convincing when he's lying. It's terrifying. He wanted to know when she was home, when she was alone, when she was gone, he was trying to literally hack in so he could know her everywhere about and that is terrifying he everything he says on the valley now ever since season two began ever since that diabolical episode two when you texted me and you're like this may be one of the most unsettling episodes of reality television i've ever seen ever since that episode right before he's packing to go to rehab and she admits he has a coke problem i have never believed a single thing that has come out of that man's mouth it is so deeply concerning his behavior that he exhibits on camera no less again we've said it once we'll say it again.
5:11What is his behavior when the cameras are not around, when production is not around across the entire house filming? I would feel incredibly unsafe if I were Brittany. And I am so happy that they are removing him on the show. But the one thing I have to say, I saw this comment of people saying that because her source of income is going to be higher than his, she's going to be responsible for paying alimony. Do you believe that to be probably true? I saw that as a theory that maybe this was his choice because now he won't have a source of income and then she has to be financially responsible for him and Cruz and blah, blah, blah.
5:46I don't think that's, I think that like that could ultimately be what ends up happening is that he has literally no income and she is going to maybe have to pay him alimony potentially. I don't know. There are like apparently laws in place that prevent this from happening. Like it prevents one parent from bankrupting themselves basically so they can be like, well, I'm broke and you have money. So now you have to be financially responsible for me and our child. So there are laws in place to prevent that from happening. First of all, second of all, Jax loves being on TV. He is such a fucking narcissist.
6:21He would never voluntarily leave the show of his own volition. He would never. And it's funny because Bravo, it's a known thing that Bravo lets fired stars say, I made the decision to walk away. Yes. And that's the one grace they will consistently give their Buddha cast members. And first of all, like, I am so glad that Bravo made this decision. Like, I'm very, very impressed by them. I know that there's been a lot of back and forth of like, well, you know, he's good TV. Is it safer to have him on TV? I don't care what's I mean, I do care what's quote unquote safer, but we should not be rewarding someone who's dangerous by continuing to give them a platform.
6:58So first of all, that second of all, people that aren't as familiar with how like this Bravo firing process works. They fire the star. The star comes out and says, I am choosing to leave behind the show, blah, blah, blah. Henry was like, did you see that Jax quit? And I'm like, Jax did not quit. And he was like, what do you mean? He's like, what do you mean? He said that he was walking away. It's like people fall for it. Of course, yeah. Because they're not in it and like mentally ill like you and I who just live on the internet. But that's what they want you to think. Exactly what Henry's, I mean, reasonable assumption was, but yeah, there's no way that he would voluntarily leave the show.
7:35It's my show. It's my show. My show, not yours. He is two for two now and saying this is my show and then getting fired immediately after. Do you think he has a future in reality television at all? Say like, you know, we all have revisionist history, brains of goldfish could in five years, he have his own show again. Uh, no, I think that this was supposed to be his redemption arc. like this was going to be the redemption and he he's irredeemable like I just don't think I know that like when he was off camera for a few years in between getting fired from Vanderpump in the valley premiering people were I think there was some revisionist history where it's like Jax wasn't that bad but like this the him being on the valley has completely like sullied everything in my opinion I think that this is just someone that no one wants to watch anymore he's toxic and you know So you have those people that are like, well, he's actually like really good TV.
8:29Like it or hate it. He's reality TV gold. Yes, I won't disagree with that. But like, is the juice worth the squeeze? No, he's fucking dangerous. He's toxic. To me, he's not even fun to watch anymore because he is so toxic. That scene where he and Brittany are yelling at each other in their house and he is just completely playing the victim. He's like, why are you trying to destroy the father of your child? 10 years 10 years nothing is ever his fault nothing is his fault again you cannot believe a word that comes out of his mouth so what's the point of watching him and he hasn't been on 80 % of season two and the season has been amazing like it's holding its own with or without jack so I think yes season two was such a good glimpse into what the show would be like come season three they're fine yeah there are so many good villains like we don't even need him as the villain we have Janet.
9:21Fan it. We have fan it. I know that people, you know, hate Janet and hate watching Janet, but I think that she is a necessary evil on the show. She's a necessary villain. I think that Jesse also, even though I'm definitely warming up to Jesse a little bit, unfortunately, because I think he's, I think he's funny. He know he's like so stupid that I enjoy watching him because he's so silly. Like he's, he's one he did. He saw like the fire dancers and then he starts doing the fire dance. Like he's just like a goofball, even though he sucks and he's a narcissist. He's just not on the level of being as dangerous.
9:56He also, I did like how he mentioned to Jax because Jax moved into this four story townhouse. He's like, uh, you gotta kiddie proof this place before Cruz comes over. You have glass everywhere. You have these stairs, these really steep four sets of stairs. So you know what? Good on Jesse. Yeah, I think - The bar is low, the bar is low. Right, right. I think Jesse, from what it appears on The Valley, he seems to be a very active parent. So I can't shit on him for any of his parenting skills. And I think despite him and Michelle's anger towards one another, it seems like despite all of it, they're trying to keep Isabella's health and wellness and like just happiness kind of top of mind.
10:33Even though they don't always agree, I feel like they're always talking about that and trying to at least work together. Whereas Brittany and Jax, Brittany's sole purpose is to ensure Cruz's safety and mental well-being. And Jax could care less. He just cares about being around his son because it looks good for the cameras. To me, he could not give a shit if he was or was not with Cruz. Oh, yeah. Totally. When he left rehab and the first thing he did was get Botox and a haircut. And he said it was to look good for Cruz. I know. No, it's like, I don't look good for my son. My son. My son. My son.
11:05He's insane. Insane. My sister and I all weekend were saying, you're no angel either, sweetheart. You're no angel either, sweetheart. not. It'll probably just gave him like a Boston accent. Okay. The next thing I think we need to talk about speaking of reality TV and horrible men, uh, like you said, Nick Vile and Natalie Joy have been tapped to host a new Netflix show called age of attraction. And it will have people of all different ages. It's going to have people in their fifties, people in their twenties, and try to prove that age is just a number, you know, it's like, they're always trying to make themselves feel better about the fact that they have this really inappropriate age gap in that he met Natalie when she was still a teenager.
11:47She was 19 and he was pushing 40. They're always just trying to make themselves feel better about it because they know, I think they know deep down that it's fucking weird and creepy. He was pushing 40. Pushing 40. But like, actually, yes, he was pushing 40. Yes, he was in his late 30s. She was 19. And can we just stop giving him opportunities? I don't know what Natalie's, I don't know her hosting abilities. I don't listen to the bio files. I have heard not great things about her as a podcast host. I know that the bio files has like a diehard fan base. Like people love his show. I ended up never watching the secret lives of Mormon wives reunion because everyone said it was really boring and it was when I was on vacation.
12:30So I never ended up watching it, but I did not hear that he was particularly good as a host. I am just so sick of him getting opportunities when it's very clear that everyone hates him. He wants to be Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey so bad. I'm Nick Lachey, obviously. Nick Vile is going to come in and say, I'm Nick Vile, obviously. He's so annoying. I cannot even believe how many DMs that we received at snarkbaitpod on Instagram if you're interested in following, if you already don't. But I'm not joking. Our DMs were flooded with, you guys need to talk about this on DET. You guys need to talk about this on DET.
13:03I don't know who his team is. They are magical. They have some magical wand across Hollywood to where they're able to get him all this business and great celebrity, I don't know, reality TV contestants. Like, I'm sick of it. Can we, again, I just said about it with the daddy gang. Who is the Vile Files gang? What do they call themselves? Like, literally, what do they call themselves? Like, there's not many fun acronyms. Yeah. The Violators? Oh no, that's the violators. You don't mean to say it like that. Yeah. Vile, A-T-O-R-S. No, yeah. I don't even know. Like why? Why is that your podcast of choice?
13:44I'm genuinely curious. Yeah, we need to stop giving out opportunities. We need to defund Nick Vile. And I also love how if I'm known for nothing, it's that I hate Nick Vile with a passion. I had so many people also tagging me on Twitter and like they just know me as a girl on Twitter that like violently hates Nick. I'm so proud of that actually about myself. Like our first ever episode of the show, lest we forget, was about Nick Vile. I told Sophie she needs to change her Instagram bio to Quibi, no, Tubi Enthusiast because she loves Tubi. Oh yeah, I do. I like I'm always talking about like Tubi is great.
14:21You don't, it literally is free. It's just, it's financed by ads. So like, if you don't mind ads, like for me, like I can suffer through ads because that to me is just like phone time. I'll just like go on my phone really fast. I really, and I also like work in marketing full time. So like I sometimes appreciate a good ad. No, and I appreciate that about you. Yeah, like I don't mind. So we basically, Christy's bringing this up because, well, I don't know why you're bringing it up, but this was probably in reference to our Patreon episode last week, which was about the Nutty Putty Cave incident.
14:53Oh yeah. And there's a movie about the Nutty Putty Cave incident. And every time you're like, where is this one really random niche movie that three people saw when it came out it's going to be on tubi yeah and so he's watched it i watch it for research for research for the patreon yeah but she loves to be any chance she gets to we should literally be a sponsor the way that genuinely loves if you guys know anyone at tubi shout out sophie's name to them because she's a genuine diehard fan open water colon adrift exactly remember i was telling everyone to watch that movie. It's on, um, it's on Tubi.
15:30It's about the people that are on the yacht and they jump off the yacht and then they realize that no one pulled down the ladder and they have no way of getting back on the yacht. Right. They come back from like their scuba excursion. They pop up for air and they're like, Oh shit. And actually when I was in Mallorca a couple of weeks ago, we met up with one of my brother-in-law's like family members was actually there at the same time on their boat. It's not like a crazy huge like yacht or anything, but like a decent sized boat. And I mentioned this movie to them and I'm like, do not get in the water without making sure you have a way of getting back on.
16:02They were like, we actually like, there is something like boats are usually designed this way. Now they have something that you can latch onto and climb. So that's reassuring genuinely, because like, I, that would be such a scary feeling to jump into the water, open water and realize that you can't get back into the boat. Yeah. And then there's the third open water three. I think it's like shark attack or something, which I also watched on Tubi. Anyway, you guys, I'm sorry. We're a little off topic now. No, but speaking of Nick Vile, there's been so many TikToks about people petitioning for the finalists from Love Island to not be featured on the Vile file.
16:40So if you guys are on - I love that. I know, I love it. Everyone is coming together. Our unation is uniting, at least the people that are on the right side of it. So Nicolandria, who everyone knows is my literal favorite couple. when I tell you my whole life has been taken over by Nicolandria TikToks. I spent 45 minutes the other day watching a replay of their TikTok live. I can't stop. I'm obsessed with them. But people are petitioning for Nick Vile to not interview any of them because he referred to the final four couples as quote unquote, throwaway cast members because no one wanted them. And therefore they're just like left on this island to win the prize money, even though that they don't necessarily deserve it.
17:15And everyone was saying like he fixates particularly on black women and how he like never uplifts them and they're just like whatever alandria and shelly need to do is to just whatever podcast you decide to do do not make it be the vile files podcast because i i don't listen to him so i can't even really speak to why he's so problematic but like people i've been reading things that like towards serena and jenna from love island season six last summer he always like never gave them the benefit of the doubt was like really negative about them that he doesn't really speak to about the white counterparts on love island and so i just really hope that no one gives him a platform who are in the final four.
17:56Guys, you know, we swear by OneSkin skincare and now they have a newly launched scalp serum, OS01 hair. Christy and I are both obsessed with it. I've been using it since they launched it just a few months ago. And if you're familiar with OneSkin, which I hope you guys are by now, you know about their patented OS01 peptide and how it's scientifically proven to target aging at the cellular level. We love that for us. It's what powers all of their skin and sun care products. And now it's targeting age-related hair loss and thinning. And the OS-O1 scalp serum is already getting rave reviews, including from us.
18:33My hair has never felt this thick and full in my scalp, which unfortunately often gets sun damage during the summer, has never felt healthier. And it's not just me. One skin scientist did a clinical study showing that after just six months, participants had significantly thicker and denser hair. And if you're ready to give OSO on hair a try, you can get 15 % off your first three months supply with code snark at oneskin.co. Oneskin is the world's first skin longevity company. By focusing on the cellular aspects of aging, Oneskin keeps your skin looking and acting younger for longer. And for a limited time, you can try Oneskin with 15 % off using code snark at oneskin.co.
19:11That's 15 % off oneskin.co with code snark. After you purchase, they'll ask where you heard about them. Please support our show and tell them we sent you.
19:25But regardless, Nicolandrea, Shelly, Ace, Taylor and Clark went on a Disneyland date on a week from today because it was last Tuesday. And it's just so special to see all of the couples chemistry really evolve. Of course, I'm more biased towards Nick and Alandria, but it's just really nice to see how comfortable they've been towards one another since leaving Fiji. I've been watching them on TikTok lives, and they're so much more physically affectionate with one another. And you can tell Alandria is really letting down her guard and allowing Nick in to really lead her. And they've been talking about how they're going to visit.
19:57He's going to visit Decatur, Alabama to visit her family. She's going to go to Florida to visit his. And he's also going to go to Houston to visit like where she lives now and visit her apartment and everything. So everything is really coming together for them. And I'm really excited to see their love story unfold. I'm just really nervous. I always get nervous about my favorite couples from these shows, because there's so much pressure from everyone, including myself for these couples to succeed and make it in the real world outside of the real the confines of reality TV. And I just really hope that they don't let the noise get to them.
20:26I think there was a lot of things that were getting Alandria down, particularly like people were reaching out to her family saying racist slurs and commentary, just really awful things. And you could tell through watching these TikTok videos of people taking them candidly, she's really not comfortable with the spotlight yet. And anytime fans want to take a photo, she kind of stands back, not because she's trying to be standoffish, more so because you can tell she's just not used to all this attention, an overwhelming amount of attention, especially when you're at Disneyland and people are crowding you, right?
20:53And it's really nice to see Nick lead her. And he's the one interacting with fans. He's the one doing podcasts before, like without her, because he knows that she's still trying to get her footing. I just really, really adore them. And interestingly enough, right when we were taking a break between when we recorded our last episode, Sierra from Love Island posted a TikTok and an Instagram reel of her. And it reads, I'm going to pull it up right now. And if you guys are unfamiliar, Sierra is the girl that Nick was coupled up with in the villa before she was. Yes, the one who used the word C-H-I-N-K, which is a racial slur against Asians.
21:24She wrote an apology, but she never really spoke to why she used that slur in the first place. And it seems like, and this is, again, someone who doesn't follow Love Island closely, didn't watch. I have noticed that she, like, is just posting like normal now. Like, there wasn't like a, I'm going to take some space away and just let it breathe for a sec. She is back to just being completely normal on social media, which I think is kind of offensive on its own. I totally agree, and I'm glad you're bringing that up. I think when you are, a racist scandal comes about to your name. You want to really take a step back, I think, just to let people kind of forget, you know, you want to like see like you're like reflecting, even if you're not.
22:03Yeah, exactly. Even if you're not really reflecting it kind of maybe if you are quiet for a bit, people may believe that you were reflecting, whether it's genuine or not, I can't speak to. But in any case, she's been posting all over her Instagram story saying like, ask me anything from the villa. And everyone was like, she's interviewing herself because no one like everyone refuses to interview her. And all these islanders are in L.A. hanging out with each other. people from Qasem or people from the OG villa like they're all hanging out and doing TikToks together and she's clearly like absent from all these events because no one wants to be associated with a person who used a racial slur but in any case literally just three hours ago on July 20th she it's 12 noon pacific she posted this Instagram story saying quote you look happier and you know the Taylor Swift background music you look happier thanks I booked a flight to Mykonos after surviving the villain edit on reality TV.
22:54And I didn't end up with a guy who never actually liked me and wanted my friend the entire time. And when she uses the term, I survived my villain edit, it's like no edit was had. You actually had a pretty good edit. I think people just started to come on to the fact that you seemed very disingenuous, but they weren't villainizing you at all. You used a racial slur. Let's not co-mingle the two together that people hate you because you had a villain edit. No, people hated you because you used a racial slur very publicly multiple times over the last, even just 12 months ago. So let's not get it twisted, Sierra.
23:24So I don't know. Regardless, I'm just really happy that Nick and Alandria are getting their happy ending, that they seem to be thriving and really ingratiating with one another's lives. Love Iris and Pepe. I feel like Taylor and Clark are really doing well. Like, I think she's at his farm right now. And Ace and Shelley seem to be like ingratiating into one another's lives as well. And they're like, they're just always together, all these guys. So I'm just really happy. Good. Did you see that? again like I don't follow the Love Island stuff very closely but I did see on TikTok the chicks in the office girls are getting some backlash for their interview with with what's his name okay thank you for bringing that because I've been seeing that a lot on my TikTok so I listened to the entire interview because every interview that either Nick or Landry does I listen and people were basically criticizing Fran and Rhea for kind of putting the direction of the interview more so as if they were in disbelief that he and Landry are still making it out in the real world and they kind of kept questioning, you know, you were just with Sierra before she got exiled from the villa.
24:22And it seemed from the edit that you jumped onto the Alandria train within like 24 hours. And to us as viewers, it felt very unnatural. Can you speak more to that? And he was explaining like, you know, what you guys see on TV is like an episode where I bounced from Sierra to Alandria. But in fact, there were days in between to where we were talking about one another's connections being lost to other people or to external circumstances. And Alandria and I were really there for one another. And that's kind of where our friendship even started to blossom even more. And then the romantic connection followed like days after, which the show did not portray.
24:53But I think people were criticizing Fran and Rhea more so for almost, I didn't really take this in because I didn't watch it on video either. I was listening to it in the shower. So I didn't necessarily catch up on this nuance or catch on the nuance if there were any. But people were basically saying, Fran and Rhea were saying, oh, how could someone that looks like Nick, who's this like white man, be interested in a dark skinned black woman that is Alandria. It almost felt like they weren't bought into it. Like they couldn't believe that Nick would be interested in Alandria. And that's frankly, like a very common thing.
25:28I think Alandria has experienced that she spoke to in a variety interview. She said, when I came into the villa, everyone kept saying, how did you not see that Nick's interest for you was palpable? From literally day one, they had this blindfold challenge where everyone put on a blindfold and Ariana instructed them. She said, kiss the Islander that you're not coupled up with and you don't know who kisses you. And day one, Nick put down his blindfold and kissed Alandria, but no one in the villa knew, nor did Alandria know that it actually was in fact Nick, that he was expressing interest with her from day one.

25:55But I think as a society, people are uncomfortable, maybe with a white man portraying interest in a dark skinned black woman who has more African leaning features. Like, and I talked, I heard this from a TikTok user who is black. And she, I don't know if she's from Africa, but she basically said, Alandria has very African features like high cheekbones, a wider nose, like, but they're beautiful features. They're just not people in America aren't used to seeing these features. And therefore they think they're not Eurocentric. They're not Eurocentric. Exactly. So people are shocked how there's no way this has to be producer driven.
26:26There's no way Nick could be attracted to these features. And it's like, have you have we been watching the same show? He's been so physically attracted to Elandria from day one, which is what we saw in the blindfold challenge. In the first moment of them all filming together, they kiss one another because they were interested in one another physically. So it's like, come on. So I think people are saying Fran and Rhea were perpetuating kind of that stereotype. Again, I didn't catch that, but I wasn't watching on video. I was listening in the shower. And to me, I felt maybe to play devil's advocate, maybe they were just asking the questions that perhaps viewers like us on the ground wanted to know, like, well, why did you switch up on Sierra so quickly?
27:00Maybe they were just trying to clarify that, but people felt there were undertones of racism a bit in there. Yeah. Can I just also say that, like as someone again who doesn't watch and just from the outside looking in like alandria is so out of his league physically as far as i can tell like physically she is stunning a 10 out of 10 a 100 out of 10 body i've never seen a beautiful body sorry body is tea body is tea and he is just like whatever to me like i don't i don't think but again it's the fact that it's like a white guy and a black woman. It's like misogynoir is the term for it. And we talked about this a little bit last week on DT also, how BuzzFeed posted that knuckle sandwich for Shelly.
27:44It's like the way that black women are treated in our society is so fucked up. Yeah, yeah. And I, Alandria, I totally agree. She's one of the most stunning women I think I've ever seen on the show, on reality TV in general. And I saw this TikTok of this woman saying, for anyone who says Alandria does not cater to like a typical male gaze it's because like you're not running in the right circle she was saying like she's not a woman who wants to be part wants to be a wag like that's not her end goal she is a type of woman that like billionaires want to be seen with she has that high class yeah she's like a model the model like she literally could be modeling for high fashion yeah absolutely body her face like everything about her is just stunning and i'm just it's so cute to see Nick so entranced with her on these lives like he just gave like also her personality too and she's funny as fuck like people always say that Alandria and Nick were the funniest in the villa and that's why their chemistry was so apparent because they like they riffed off of one another I get so excited when I talk about them like my all my friends all my text messages I text Olivia our researcher and Rachel our social manager all the time about this I'm like did you see this edit did you see this edit and I'm just very happy to see their relationship evolve and I hope it last and I hope they don't feel societal pressures to stay together if it's not working either.
28:59But that's my spin on Love Island. But all that to say, Nick Vile, stay away from them. Get a job. Yeah, literally stay away from them. We should touch on the whole cheating scandal at the Cold Play concert. So the CEO of Astronomer, which is a company I never heard of. Based in New York, though. But his name is Andy Byron. He was obviously, you guys all saw this by now, I'm sure, that he was caught on the kiss cam with the chief people officer of the company, Kristen Cabot. And they did a thing where as soon as the kiss cam went on them, they freaked out and like ducked. And it was really funny.
29:36It was obvious that they were doing something wrong and clearly having a cheating scandal, which why did they even react like that? Like they shouldn't have reacted like that. That's the thing. It's like, no one would have thought anything of it. It would not have gone viral if you guys just played it cool and acted natural. I'm like, oh my God. what are your thoughts sophie oh sorry keep going i was just gonna say i saw a tweet that was like you can't have a ceo that acts that way under pressure which is true wait that's it's true that's so true yeah the whole job of a ceo is to be calm cool and collected under investor pressures like are you dumb but i'm curious what you think about the theories that perhaps this was maybe orchestrated by like one of the Andy or Kristen's significant others.
30:22People were saying, what if someone nudged the camera guy and said like, they're about to divorce him. We need more information. Like people were saying that on the internet. And I was talking to a couple of friends and they were like, I could see that happening. No, I don't believe that. I think that it was like literally just a plain accident coincidence. And yeah, they're both married to different people. obviously he was actually asked to resign and he's been replaced by some other guy already. Wow. But it's crazy. And I saw like, it's obviously gone mega viral and it's caused a lot of like discourse where people are like cheating.
30:58Cheating is wrong and immoral, but it like, shouldn't like be something that affects your career. And it's like, well, if you're cheating with someone who's part of your company, who's on in your C-suite and you're a CEO, that's not great that's not great yeah and and regardless too it's just bad press like basically his name forever will be attached to a scandal that has really taken the globe like people at work that are not online like you and i have brought it up to me like the cfo at my company was like did you see that i'm like you don't even have ticked like you're not in it like we are like people everywhere across the nation are seeing this and it's just bad press like you don't want someone like that to be attached to the you're the face of the company and now you're a meshed in scandal you have to be asked to resign.
31:40Like I wish I would be shocked if they didn't ask him to. But are you seeing all the trends of sporting events? Yeah, people like making fun of it. So anytime they put someone on the Jumbotron, they'll just pretend to be in an affair and like scurry away. Like it's so funny. Everyone was saying on TikTok, this scandal is uniting our nation. Like everyone is in on the joke. First of all, I think it was writer Lewis Staples who said this was the scandal for people who can't attach a PDF to an email. And honestly, true. Love that. That's honestly so true. brilliant it's so funny also it's like exposing people on twitter for how dumb they are like first of all the people saying what like why is that why is that illegal they're like the same age and it's like again this is bad you're not supposed to have an affair with someone in your c-suite as the ceo let alone the chief people officer and then also i saw a viral tweet that was like he's the ceo how can he fire himself it's like it's called a board of directors you Fucking idiots.
32:35No, these people are not critical thinkers. I know. You think he just has a stake of the entire company? Like, oh my God. I know. Yeah, he's just like in charge. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like he has 100 % stake in the company. Yeah. Give me a break. Nothing makes you appreciate good bedding more than a hot August night. You wrote Pete Davidson's girlfriend, Elsie. Hewitt. Yeah, I think Elsie Hewitt. So Pete Davidson is going to be a daddy. And his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, posted the announcement. And can I just say, I called this out on our Instagram. Can people not with these captions? It says, well, now everyone knows we had sex. You're so quirky. You're so quirky. It's giving. We did a thing. So this happened. No, Sophie texted our Snarkbait group chat and was like, this caption is giving.
37:37so we did a thing with like the sparkle emoji and I was like oh my god that's a perfect analogy she's so crazy I love her also I'm so curious I know they've been dating for a bit now Elsie and Pete but she seems to be very intertwined with famous people but I am struggling to really understand who she is she's a model and she previously dated she previously dated Jason Sudeikis. Oh, wow. Okay. And Benny Blanco and apparently Ryan Phillippe, who Ryan Phillippe is one of my OG celeb crushes. Fun fact, Sebastian and Cruel Intentions. Great movie. That's such a snarkbait coded movie. Congratulations to them.
38:18But like, yeah, it is. It definitely is. Congratulations to them. But like, can you not with like that caption? Just like, don't. I feel something about her energy on Instagram and especially that caption kind of validates my feeling all along. You could tell she's just, she's wanted to be like super famous for so long. And now that she got pregnant with Pete Davidson, the like player of all players in Hollywood in the 2020s, she like knows that she's made it and she couldn't be happier. Oh my God. Okay, thank you, Jordan. Thank you so much, Jordan, who mentioned this in the chat, that she actually, when she sued, okay, sorry, I was just complimenting Ryan Phillippe for cruel intentions.
38:56Fuck him. She sued him in 2017 for allegedly kicking, punching and throwing her down the stairs. Oh, my. No, he is problematic. There have been blind item theories for years that he was having sex or hooking up with Ava, his daughter's friends. I did. Oh, my God. You're so right. You know what? Fuck Ryan Phillippe. No, he's like he's he's definition of dark energy. Unfortunately. Yeah. He's like the heartthrobbing Cruel Intentions, which is Sophie and I's one of our mutual favorite movies. but and he was just so hot in that movie i hate hate how hot he was in that movie given how problematic he is we're gonna have to separate the art from the artist and yeah we can appreciate his performance i mean he hasn't done anything since then that's why i only know him for that like what else has he been in he was in that fx series that was airing on hulu called like yosemite but it was it wasn't yellowstone it wasn't yosemite but it was a type of show like that and it was like a thriller.
39:52Those shows are like just made for like our parents. Wait, I need to Google this on what it was called. But I remember always seeing it on Hulu. Big Sky. Oh my god, that's what it's called. Yes. Yes. It doesn't he spoiler die in the first episode. And he's billed and he's okay. So I actually I watched the first episode. You would. I was That's a show for parents. I know. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. So I watched the first episode because I was curious. And he's like billed as like the lead, the main draw. And then he like dies in the first episode. Spoiler alert. I don't know. They probably show him again in flashbacks, but I just watched the first episode.
40:32It was bad. And then I never watched it again. He was all over that trailer. I remember like they were really trying to market the shit out of that show. And unfortunately, I never heard anything about it after season one. That's so fun. It's like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Big Sky. Like, you know what I mean? Like, yeah, just like in the West somewhere. Yeah. Some national park show. It's not Sark Bay coded. That's not a Sark Bay. No, definitely not. So the last thing I want to touch on before we get into Dio's and Elio's is I just want to call out Serena fucking Kerrigan. So she posted on TikTok, you know, that TikTok trend that's like when someone tells me they're they're pregnant.
41:13That sounds like congratulations. That's amazing. I'm so happy for you. And then when someone tells me they're starting Vanderpump Rules from episode one, you are in for the greatest journey of your life. Let me know if you need anything at all. Enjoy every moment. You know that trend? Yeah. No, I haven't seen that. You haven't seen that trend? Oh my God. So she did that trend. And it's when someone tells me they're engaged, it's like, congratulations. I'm so happy for you. And then when someone tells me they started Manjuro, she goes, you are in for the best journey of your life. Why are you?
41:47It is okay. If you are a creator who goes on a GLP one, goes on Ozepic, goes on Manjuro. Sure. And if you are honest about it with your followers, even better, that is a personal choice. Amazing. If you are being transparent with your followers, do not encourage people to go on it. That is where I draw the line. I'm sorry. You are saying, oh, this is going to be such an amazing journey. Why? Because you'll get skinny. Why? What about it makes it an amazing journey? Because now you're a size zero. I am so fucking sick of influencers. Like why do these people have a platform? Why does someone like that have a platform?
42:27There's no one less deserving. And you guys know like Serena Kerrigan, like we did a whole episode on how problematic she is. that person does not deserve a platform. I saw this and I was fucking irate. I too would be irate because you're encouraging people that want to take a drug that is not necessarily required for them. And this is what I have a problem with. It's like, you shouldn't be encouraging certain medicines because you don't know people's medical history. Like, you don't know how that drug could potentially impact their body, their brain. We have no idea. Ozempic is still a very fresh and new drug.
42:59I'm not hating on people who need to go on it for legitimate health reasons. But for vanity in the in the case of Serena Kerrigan, for her pushing that to her audience is frankly just irresponsible. And number two, what are you actually saying with that message? Are you saying when you are skinny, you will therefore be valid and worthy and better? Yeah, exactly. Why can't people why can't people be valid and worthy and happy in the way that they're at? That's natural to them. That doesn't that doesn't encourage disordered eating. Like shut the fuck up. I'm so sick of it. Like I. Oh, my God. I know.
43:30So it's like the greatest journey of your life is is turning into a size zero by like tricking your body into never being hungry. The greatest value in life. I completely, completely, completely understand why some people go on it. And some people it's something that they find useful. Sure. Yeah. And it's a personal choice. Again, if you want personal choice, but do not tell your audience of young women that it's this amazing, incredible journey to becoming skinny. Fuck off. We actually just, I won't spoil exactly who it was, but before this, we have, we're doing a two a day today. So we just recorded an episode about someone from the early 2000s.
44:08I won't say who and spoil it, but we were talking a lot about how the culture in the early 2000s was all about shaming women celebrities when they had just one little bit of cellulite on their thigh. If they gained, you know, maybe 10 pounds, they were all over the tabloids, being called fat, being called disgusting. It's like, oh my God. it's like we've reverted back to the early 2000s. It is so toxic. And it's because of people like that. Right. Again, I would be curious to ask her, what were you trying to really say when you did this voiceover trend about Manjaro? Because to me, again, that reads that your followers are not cool enough until they get skinny.
44:46I just, I hate her. She is so self-loathing. She's so self-loathing that she unpacks all of it and puts it through these stupid fucking trends and these voiceovers that are just so vapid and shallow and not uplifting women. It makes people feel worse about themselves. So, okay, when I'm not on Manjura, then I'm not going to have the greatest journey of my life. Shut the fuck up. Oh, my God. I know. Just because you hate yourself, Serena Kerrigan, doesn't mean that everyone else does. You fucking hate yourself. Let that be your own problem. Correct. Oh, my God. Just someone who does not. We need to de-platform her.
45:24Like she is the worst. Her and Nick Vile. Defund Nick Vile and Serena fucking Kerry. Defund them. And lames. Lames. Lames. Really quickly before we get into DEO, LEO, I just wanted to plug the Amy Lynn Bradley documentary on Netflix. Sophie and I were kind of going back and forth on this because we had recorded a Patreon episode about Amy Lynn Bradley a couple weeks ago. So a few weeks ahead of this documentary, knowing it was going to come out. And frankly, I thought I knew everything about this case. Just doing the research ahead of time. And if you guys don't already know, patreon.com slash snarkbaitpod, we release episodes every Wednesday, bonus content.
45:59And you can also get the Tuesday, Thursday episodes from this main feed on the Patreon ad free. But in any case, there has been a lot of questioning as to whether she either died by suicide or she accidentally fell overboard because she was a little bit impaired from drinking and being a little bit inebriated that night. Her brother claims that she was just like buzzed. She wasn't even that drunk. But in any case, if you do believe those theories, there is some validity to some of these conversations online about that being the truth. But this documentary, again, I thought I knew everything. But this has now convinced me more than ever that Alistair Douglas, also known as Yellow, the bass player from the Blue Orchid, who was the band's cruise ship entertainment, had something to do with it.
46:39And I won't give away too much, but they interview Alistair Douglas's daughter, Amika Douglas. She's really close to her dad. She's a daddy's girl. but she had some evidence that she needed to talk about with amy lynn bradley's family that she believes would certainly insinuate alistair had something to do with this have you gone to that part of the dog yet sophie i know you haven't finished the episode no i haven't finished it yet okay so i i won't give it away because there's folks here that probably haven't seen it but it's deeply unsettling and you got to hear from all of the witnesses that we talked about on the patreon episode the people that have seen her since she went missing from the cruise ship on various islands throughout the Caribbean, such as Barbados, Curacao, so many eyewitness people that came on camera and said, this is the exact experience I had with Amy.
47:24I know it was her. This is what she looked like. This is what she told me. It is so deeply unsettling. And I think it really called to light her, just how close her family was with her and how close they are and were. And it just gives life to the person. That's not just like a statistic. It's someone who has a family who deeply loves and cares about her. And after 25 years of her missing, the fight is still as strong as ever. They're still trying to bring her home. They still are convinced, honestly, that she's alive. I struggle with that a little bit. But in any case, I would definitely check out that documentary on Netflix.
47:58And if you want to hear more of our opinions on it, we talk about it on the Patreon. Yeah. So we recorded that a couple of weeks ago ahead of this documentary. Marie and I was seeing a lot of discourse online, on Reddit about how this isn't even a mystery. She obviously just fell overboard. This is just an open and shut case like Oxum's razor. And then when the docuseries released, I saw a lot of people going back on that and saying, you know what? Like I thought it was one way. And now I think that she for sure got trafficked. And then I've seen the other way around where some people are saying I was on board, no pun intended with the she got traffic theory.
48:36And then after watching the docu series, I think it's really obvious that she like jumped overboard. So I guess it's just one of those things where you make your own conclusions from it. There are no definitive answers. I don't know if there ever will be. I've also seen people speculate that this documentary was kind of a way of the family trying to reach her and trying to they want her to see it. They want like if she's still out there somewhere if it's been so long that she has Stockholm syndrome and she has no interest in coming home at this point, they're trying to reach her and reach out to her.
49:07So I don't know. It's very spooky. It's just such a freaking sad, mysterious case that, again, I don't think we'll get any answers. One thing I have to say, which won't be a spoiler, I just one part of the documentary I found super interesting was, you know, the woman that I talked about in the Patreon episode, she went and turned the bathroom. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So that woman said she overheard these men that later dragged her out of the bathroom talking about her children or sorry not her children can we see the children the children so her family in the documentary points to the fact that perhaps amy has a family maybe not like a husband but like children that she doesn't want to leave that's number one number two there was this website in like early 2000s maybe 2010s called missing amy bradley.com and they were tracking the ip information and the location of which people were browsing the website and for how long on certain holidays and on the family members birthdays there was a user in barbados looking at the website for like 15 minutes or longer and people were speculating whether or not that was amy and they were posting like pictures because they were thinking if this is her on the other end of this reading this website they were posting all these like pictures like here's your new car that we still keep in the garage and we keep it really like really clean so when you come back you can you can drive it or here's pictures of the dogs i mean like the family home like all these really really sweet things so So yeah, we cover a lot of true crime on the Patreon because it's honestly something Sophie and I both really are interested in aside from pop culture.
50:33So we like try to cover both things on. Yeah, it seems like her parents are definitely like stuck in time and haven't really been able to move on. It's like, how do you really move on, honestly? And also there's the layer of apparently she came out as a lesbian and her parents were not super receptive of it. Correct. And so there's that, which I wasn't aware of when we recorded the Patreon episode. But yeah, just a crazy, crazy, crazy case and a really good Netflix doc so far. Again, I haven't finished it. But yeah, again, if you guys are interested in more of like our true crime talk, come over to the Patreon because we do that way more over there.

Written and read by me, Curtis Garner. Listen to the free audiobook now. Okay, let's move on to dark energy objects of the week. What are yours, Christy? Okay, so I spoke about this on another episode on our main, but I was at my cousin's house yesterday and we were having like an alfresco lunch, like eating in outside and there were so many fucking flies and nothing drives me more nuts when I'm just trying to enjoy the rest of my night and it's like kind of it's dusk you're just winding down and you hear the oh when it's the fat slow ones yes i hate the fat slow ones maybe even more than like a fruit fly 100 because and they make that stupid fucking noise and they're fat and slow yes i hate them and there was flies everywhere at my cousin's house because we were dining alfresco or whatever so we just kept having to swat them and like my cousin-in-law was like trying to do it like all afternoon and i felt so badly for him because he kept having to get up and swat it.
53:50And I'm like, flies in the house are just dark fucking energy. I can't. I had such a fruit fly. Sorry to interrupt. I had such a fruit fly problem. I've talked about this for in one of my old apartments. And I became an expert on making the traps, which is you do like an empty bottle of something like a water bottle or whatever you put in like soda or like balsamic or something sweet. And then you make like a funnel, whether you have a funnel or have like make a paper one and then they go in and they're too fucking stupid to know their way out so they get stuck yes yes why is it like a rite of passage to have a fruit fly fruit fly problem in your 20 something apartment i don't know ask cupcakes and cashmere that was quick if you guys haven't already listened to og blogger emily schumann from the 2010s of cupcakes and cashmere go ahead and listen to that it's available on the main feed second one and I I apologize deeply deeply to this baby snark who messaged us and I forgot to write her name but just know that you are hilarious and funny and smart she dm'd either snarkbait potter my christy noel in their instagram but she goes dark energy object is having to switch purses and like oh I saw that I saw that and I was like oh my god that is such a good one when you when you have to make your purse again for like a night out and then you realize you forget something also oh my god it's the worst it's the worst and i was cracking up i was like that is so again snarkbait coded like she's a baby smart snark she's a girly pop she's one of us again i'm so sorry i don't have your name but just shout us out if you're listening on spotify or if you are an apple user we want to give you credit yeah go on to your instagram our instagram at snarkbait pod and let us know who you are and you were take credit where credit it is due because you were hilarious.
55:33Sophie, what are yours? Mine is inspired by a few influencers I've seen recently who use their followers as like their own personal task force for very easily Google-able information, whether it's James Charles, which we talked about this on our Patreon like blog post. I was ranting about how he posted a video asking what the truncated domes are in front of like grocery stores and airports and therefore visually impaired people to figure out where that they're in front of like an important place like an airport or a grocery store intersections hello keeping safety right he could just google that the fact that he was like ranting he was like what the fuck like I need an urban planner to tell me why these exist it's like just google it dumbass and the same thing with Michaela Podolsky Michaela Poto at Michaela Poto So she's Ariel Tarnas' sister and her husband is like the farmer's dog CEO founder.
56:32And she's so annoying, by the way. But I posted this on her Instagram also. And everyone was like, do an episode on her. And I was like, honestly, yeah, but she's also so boring. And like, there's just nothing to her. But she posted, she was like, I'm going to New York next week. What's the weather like? Like, is it humid, muggy? It's like, there's this thing called a weather app. And I get like that influencers do this for engagement. I understand that. find another way find another way to get engagement because it's so annoying to me when they act like they can't even just fucking google something no it's it's also too when i see influencers on podcasts asking like open-ended questions like for instance this is why no one not everyone should have a podcast and i'm not saying we're like the best of the best but it really is not as easy as it looks like you have to direct questions such in such a way that leads your your interviewee to know what you're asking and like when people ask something like i saw that you went on a retreat um in grace how was it like like do you know like tell me everything okay it's like yeah okay well like okay well what do you want to know do you mean the excursions like you and i can obviously be a little bit more open-ended because we're each other's co-host but when you're like interviewing i guess how was it what did you do that's also like when you get home for vacation that reminds me of people being like hey how is portugal and it's like it was great Like what is there, what is there to even say?
57:54How am I supposed to answer that? And like, you know what it is? You fall privy to that so much in a corporate environment. Cause when you're on zoom and you're waiting for the other members to come on. Oh, so yeah. It's like those TikTok trends. So, so my father was a, what was that? My father was a Jehovah's witness. My father was a Jehovah's witness, believe it or not. He had a cocaine problem. My father was at the pop shop. So I had some of my like sweetheart coworkers actually when I was like on a zoom call. We were like some of the first people on like a work call. And some of them mentioned like our new snark bait artwork, which was so sweet and like complimented it.
58:31And then I was like, Oh my God, thank you. But then I didn't want to talk about it too much. Cause then everyone started enjoying it. I was like, I don't need everyone knowing about my podcast. Oh no, no, no, no, no. No, that gives me so much anxiety. Like more, more head bubbles come up and like your snark bait cover. And then I just, I just start like just winding down. I'm just like, yeah thanks it was really exciting we went out to LA for oh shoot but yeah the small talk you went to the LA the small talk at the beginning of a work zoom call is another dark energy object of the week DEO someone at work was paying me asking for like something about a deal or whatever and they said DEO and they did colon and I go and then one person at my work knows it and I text him like are we talking about dark energy objects at work what What did it stand for in this context?
59:18I don't even know. I don't know. But she was saying DEO and I was like dark energy object. But like, obviously not. Oh my God, that's so funny. But that's so funny about that. Did they blow up the screen? Like the snarkbait cover art? No, no, no. They were just because I posted it. We'd posted it like on Instagram. And so they saw it come up on my Instagram feed. I know it was very sweet of them. That's so super. But again, like as the other bubbles pop up, I'm just like, nope. No. Um, okay. Let's move on to light energy objects of the week. So I want to shout out the Savannah bananas on Tik TOK, which I saw you actually wrote down when it came to all of the mascots doing like the cold play affair joke on the big screen of like these games.
1:00:02So like the Savannah bananas, do you get what they are? Please enlighten me. So they're like not a real baseball team. They're like the Harlem globe trotters for baseball, where they combine like musical numbers and dancing and singing and like funny skits and stuff with this kind of different version of baseball. They still play a game, but it's like very different, has different rules. And again, they like do the Harlem Globetrotters thing where they make it more of like a show and entertainment experience. I discovered them on TikTok because their TikToks are amazing. And I think they're so fun.
1:00:39And I told, I was like, Henry, have you heard of these people? And he was like, yeah, actually I've seen them. Henry's not a TikToker. He likes YouTube shorts. All guys do. All guys love YouTube. Great men love YouTube shorts. They do. I don't know why. Yeah, I don't get it either. But he's seen them on YouTube shorts. And I was like, can we go to Savannah to like see them? I also know they like travel. I'm like, I want to see them. And there's this one guy, Kyle Jackson, KJ. He's like the heartthrob, like star of the team. I just know if I saw like as a teenager, if he existed as a teenager for me, like he would be like people say he looks like Zac Efron.
1:01:18Like he, he has that like heartthrob look to him. He's actually from Ohio, Bowling Green, Ohio. Fun fact. Uh, but I just think they're so fun and funny. Yeah. He's such a little cutie. Jordan just posted a picture of him in our chat. but he's Zac Efron. He's not my type like now as an adult grown woman. You know, he's so pretty. Oh, he's an Aries. What's his birthday? He does give Zac Efron a la High School Musical. Oh, April 19th. Okay. Cutie. Cutie pie, Aries. And then my other light energy object of the week are Lifetime movies. Christy, are you a Lifetime movie watcher? Shockingly, no. Like I've never been on that train.
1:01:59so I'm like am I shocked that you like lifetime movies I don't know I love them they're everything to me what's your favorite oh my god I can't even probably something that's like my evil mother-in-law they all follow the same tropes or like bad bad stepsister they all are like I actually made a I actually made a chart once that was like find your birth month find your birth date and that will tell you what your, oh, here we go. Here we go. So what's your birthday again, Christy? March 3rd. March 3rd. So your, look, I literally made this in back in December, 2020, I made this because I just love, they are so comforting to me.
1:02:45They're the same formula every time. Your Lifetime movie is Nightmare Crush. Like that is one that would just like exist. Like they all are like the same. It's like, yeah, psycho killer nightmare, the wrong stalker, deadly dangerous, you know? Oh, so there's like horror movies on there. No, it's like, that's just how they're not horror movies. They're just like about like some psycho, like roommate, mother-in-law, best friend, contractor, roommate. Like I made this list of like neighbor, house guests, landlord, you know, like that's the formula. It's always like this person seems really nice and charming at first.
1:03:21And then they, they're evil. Wow. I don't know something about lifetime. I feel like it would be so corny that I couldn't keep up. No, it is. I'm just so cerebral. It's you're so highbrow. I'm so highbrow. They're the corniest, terrible acting budget films. They all take place in like the same house in Vancouver. But they're so good. Like they're just my comfort. Like whenever I'm like, I just need like a comfort lifetime movie, like throw them on. They're on demand on YouTube TV, by the way. Lacey chabert is quivering like she she's like the the og right sydney sweeney actually was in some lifetime movies before she like hit it big and honestly not to be mean but i feel like her acting can sometimes be a little lifetime-y i could kind of see that i could see that god did you see that she's opening a lingerie oh with jeff bezos yeah yeah well it doesn't surprise me though.
1:04:18I'm like, that's pretty on brand for her. That's very on brand for her. Yeah. My LEO, bringing out my cousin's house again, but there's all these kids running around. So I started to play with bubbles. And like, why have we forgotten about bubbles? Like it actually is so fun when you're in the sunlight to see it glistening and like the different colors, like the rainbow. And honestly, children's toys are actually pretty self-regulating. Like there is this, it's not a puzzle. I don't know how to describe it, but basically the activities you do as children, it's so mindless that it kind of feels almost therapeutic, like coloring, cutting, like my cousin's four year old was cutting like shapes.
1:04:55And I was like, this will be actually very therapeutic just from like a mindful mindfulness activity. So just like children's activities in general, I just I feel like there could be something very therapeutic if we had those were to do them. I love puzzles. First of all, I also was with two of my nephews this weekend just playing with the cars like they love. I only have nephews. So it's always just like cars everywhere. Yeah. Hot wheels. Yeah, yeah, yeah. My mom, my oh, when you were asking about things to like relax and to help with your anxiety, my mom actually suggested what she does, which is coloring.
1:05:30She has an app where she colors on the app and she does it all the time. She doesn't really relaxes her. So coloring has been a huge suggestion, actually. And I apologize that I I don't have the list ready. We had a lot of DMs when I posted about it. Like so many people were saying, share the list, share the list. It was coming from so many different avenues, whether it be our comments, our DMs, our Instagram. So I was trying to figure out a way to consolidate it. And I just didn't have time to put it together. But maybe on a Patreon episode, we could do like, I don't know, talk about things that make us feel a little bit more balanced and like offer.
1:06:00People can kind of share their tips and tricks. I feel like that would be a good collaborative thing we could do. Yeah, we had so many amazing suggestions. So thank you everyone for helping with Christy's anxiety. Also my own, because I'm definitely going to take some of your suggestions. The one thing I actually did do was when I was working at the office, I would go outside to the courtyard and put my feet in the AstroTurf, albeit it wasn't real grass, but put my feet on the AstroTurf and just sit in the sun for maybe like three minutes and go right back up. That was actually very helpful. So just getting outside and being in the sunlight.
1:06:32Yeah. Love that. Yeah, for sure. I mean, it's so hard sometimes for me living in the old concrete jungle. But it's like so important to get outside. That's also the amazing thing about having a dog. Yes. You are outside a lot, which is good. I'm always running around with Baxter and going on adventures with him. And if you're watching on video, you can see he's right here behind me. He just wants to be with mommy while I record today. Cute. He's so cute. Okay. Anyway, guys, I feel like that about wraps it up for Dark Energy Tuesday today. Thank you guys so much for listening. This was such a fun one.
