In short
The episode of Snarkbait (Dark Energy Tuesday) is mostly pop-culture commentary and internet drama. The hosts discuss The Ultimatum (Netflix): they call the premise “unhinged” and unethical because couples are mixed and forced into trial marriages, breeding jealousy. They focus on this season’s alleged misconduct: Jeb is kicked off for writing a note to avoid filming a relationship conversation, while they argue Netflix kept Killian on despite him allegedly laughing at group-chat threats to “gangbang” Haley/“anal ultimatum” jokes. They also claim Blake (paired with Haley) was arrested after filming for domestic violence; Haley reportedly declined to press charges, and Blake says charges were dismissed/expunged. They recommend season two over later seasons.
They also cover Love Island post-finale updates (Trinity/Bryce management, “Camp Podwall” speculation around Bryce, and other cast sightings) and two internet controversies: Undone by Kate wedding-dress backlash (rude treatment, no refunds until viral, “trust the process” response) and Fia app fraud allegations (cookie-stuffing/misattribution; Phoebe Gates and Sophia Kiani).

1:05Just saying. Hey Meta, am I forgetting anything else? How about setting a calendar reminder for next year? Meta glasses, available in more than 20 styles. Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of Snarkbait. I'm Christy. I'm Sophie. How are you doing, Soph, on this gorgeous Monday morning? It is a Monday morning. I am good. How are you doing? I'm really out of sorts. Sophie called me. It's another one of those morning. Morning. And I overslept. I just had like a nightmare. It was like really not okay. I'm sorry. What happened? It was like a friend of mine, like this guy I used to date was like murdered in Rome.
1:49What? I don't know. It was really disturbing, honestly. Oh, God. And it was very vivid. And I don't know, you know, when you wake when you're like in a dream and you're like, God, that no one cares about anyone's dreams. I'm sorry that I'm putting you through this. I think it was because I was just very, I don't know, I think I've just been going through it maybe. And I was talking about my experience studying abroad last night to a friend. And now maybe I'm like playing that in my mind as I sleep. Who knows? But in any case, this morning has been quite the doozy. I have my coffee and that's the most important.
2:20How was your weekend in Philly? It was good. It was good. Yeah. So by the way, it's, Christy records 6 a.m. her time. So like, I understand, you know? Like, when she's not texting me back, I was like two minutes. And then I was like, you good, Nance? And then it was like 10 minutes after 9, ET. And I was like, something is wrong. The fact that you even waited 10 minutes, like you're so respectful. I know. I was like, I'm just going to give it 10 minutes. But Christy is like never, ever, ever late. And so I was like, okay, I think something's wrong. And then I called her. I know. And figured that she had overslept, which, again, it's 6 a.m.
2:55her time, so it's completely understandable. Maybe I met someone unsavory. Unsavory. I was like, did she run into any unsavory characters last night? No, but you texted me that you were watching Everest last night, so I knew you didn't go out or anything. How was it? Dude, okay. I only got—I got really tired last night, so I went to bed, but it's really good. And I feel like I know so many of the cast of characters because we did our Patreon episode. If you guys are interested in like true crime, I guess it's like kind of true crime adjacent. Yes. Because people passed, unfortunately. But Sophie did an episode on Patreon a couple weeks ago of not even just the movie.
3:32It's like just all the characters. The 1996 Everest disaster. Yeah. Sorry, not the characters, the humans that passed, unfortunately, on Everest. And it is the most intense story ever. But it was kind of good to put, I guess, an actor to like everyone you were talking about. Yeah. It's really well done. The movie. Yeah, it's a great movie. And yeah, like Christy said, we did a Patreon episode diving into that, the 1996 Everest disaster. But yeah, on a lighter note, I went to Philly this weekend because I got Henry tickets to Shane Gillis forever ago. Like, I forgot I got them, honestly. And then we were like, wait, it's Shane Gillis.
4:14And I was like, I don't know if I, I was like, Henry, you could like bring a friend. Like, I don't know if I I want to I like Shane Gillis a lot, but I was like, I don't know if I'm like in the mood, but he convinced me. And it was really crazy. It was so funny. I told the story on trigger warning Ryan Bailey. So I'm sorry, baddies. If you're a baddie and a baby snark, you already heard the story. But my our tickets were row nine and I saw row nine. And I also saw Shane Gillis's Instagram story from the night before. And it looked like there were just floor seats. It was at Lincoln Financial Field, obviously a massive football stadium in Philly.
4:46It's where the Eagles play. And I saw Shane Gillis' story where he was just on the field. And I was like, oh, it looks like it's going to be like an intimate, you know, small show. I was like, row nine. Henry was like, row nine? I like did not pay much for these tickets. He was like, wow. How did you get that? Like, I literally thought that like Shane Gillis would like roast us. We were going to be that close to the stage. Guys, it was section 235 row nine. The entire stadium was filled to the brim. It was 76 ,000 people. I don't know like where my wires got crossed. I thought it was going to be a small intimate comedy show.
5:19It was insane. Like Meek Mill performed. Three Six Mafia came out. What? Yeah, it was crazy. Jason Kelsey did a little like Eagles chant. One of his openers was not funny at all. I forgot his name. One of them was hilarious. Big Jay Oakerson. Look him up. He was so fucking funny. I was like in such a bad mood because there was so much congestion and traffic trying to get in. It was such a shit show because, again, 76 ,000 people. Not what I expected. I thought it was going to be this whole simple situation where we would just show up, park wherever, and it would be easy because it was going to be a small comedy show.
5:54But then Dave Chappelle came out, which was a surprise, and I didn't love that because I have many issues with Dave Chappelle. But didn't say anything offensive, thankfully. He just was on stage with Shane kind of like riffing for a few minutes. And yeah, it was overall a very interesting experience. So, yeah. That's so funny that you thought it was going to be an intimate gathering. But yeah, you kind of forget because I feel like when we think of stadiums, you think of sports and musical artists. But I don't really think of comedy. Oh, no, it was not a good venue. And he acknowledged that during the show.
6:28So first of all, it broke the record for the most tickets sold to a comedy show of all time. I believe it. Again, it was like upwards almost 80 ,000 people. But there was like an echo. and he even said he was like, this is not, I'm fully aware this is not the best venue for like a comedy show. So I don't know like what they were thinking with that. I guess they just wanted to sell as many tickets as possible because Shane Gillis is wildly popular, clearly. But yeah, I feel like he did his best given the circumstances. It had like just this awkward echo because it's such a massive, massive venue.
7:01So that would throw him off because like you have to, because I know when Taylor Swift is performing, obviously, well, any artist that's performing, they have the earpiece because they have to hear the music while they're singing. So they hear something very different. Like I've heard that when Taylor Swift performs, it's literally just like people snapping and it's like one, two, three, four, five, six, and they shouldn't hear that thing. But like that's very disorienting because you can't hear the audience reception when you're telling the joke. No, like you, I feel like he could hear people laughing kind of, but they would, it would probably happen in waves because first it's the people at the front of the stadium and then everyone in the nosebleeds like we were.
7:39And yeah, it was kind of, I feel like, just like an awkward, probably awkward for him. And he felt a little bit nervous, I would say. But overall, you know, it's Shane Gillis. I feel like he's consistently funny. It's some funny bits, but definitely recommend looking up Big J. Oakerson if you have never heard of him. He was hilarious. And yeah, so that was my weekend. I met my new niece, Eleanor. She is so cute. So So yeah, that's about it. You had a good weekend? Yeah. I went, we checked out this new steak restaurant in San Clemente, the town of Life of Ryan. Did you? Oh, Ryan. Sheckler? Sheckler, yeah.
8:20Every time I go to San Clemente, I'm like, am I going to run into Ryan Sheckler? I thought he was so hot. He was everything back in the day. And he always spoke with a weird inflection on the show. when me and my mom went to go see my like I don't know he'd always talk very odd in in the show but in any case I went to Ryan Checkler's hometown and we went to this new steak restaurant called Rare Society and it was so good I've I love that like it's kind of like an innovative new kind of like place so it's not like a an old school steakhouse you get like almost I'll call it a charcuterie board because it's the best way I can think of it but with different cuts of steak so I thought that was really good for like a family style because there was four of us.
9:00And I was like, you know, I don't want to just get a filet to myself, you know, so then you can try a bunch of different steaks. So if you guys are in the Orange County area, I highly recommend it. It's called Rare Society. And San Clemente like is super cute at night. It's just like a whole strip of it's like right on the beach. So there's a bunch of bars and restaurants and boutiques. And it's just like a very cute, cute little street. So cute. I recommend that. And, yeah, should we just get right into it, Soph? Yeah, let's get into it. What do you want to cover first? I want to talk about The Ultimatum.
9:33Do you watch the show? No, but I— This piece of garbage, shit, fucking ass show. So, I saw your story on Snarkbait, and so many people were engaging with this. They were like, oh, my God, are you kidding me? And some people were even saying, is this Wes Wilson? I thought this was Wes Wilson for a moment. Yeah. But it's not. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But can you please fill me in because I know nothing about this show or this man. Yeah. For context, I posted that Blake from this season of The Ultimatum was arrested for domestic violence. And just trigger warning for this entire segment because these men are disgusting.
10:07And first of all, the premise of the show is insane. Have you ever watched it? It's like the same People's Love is Blinds with Nick and Vanessa hosting. And I know, obviously Nick Lachey. Obviously. So the premise is insane. It's basically called the ultimatum, colon, marry or move on. And it's always a couple where one person has given the ultimatum and is like, you need to propose or you need to marry me or whatever it is. Sometimes it's a woman. Sometimes it's a man. And then the other person is the more reluctant partner. That's like, I don't know. I have doubts. And this is why. But with this show, they're supposed to just, you need to make a decision.
10:46And how are we going to do that? We're going to mix up the couples and we're going to do trial marriages with someone from this couple and someone from this couple. What? I know. It makes no sense. Like, how does that make any sense at all? Like, the premise actually makes zero sense. It's unhinged. It's unethical. They obviously all get really jealous. And they're all, like, so unhinged to even go on the show. Just completely insane to begin with. I feel like I should watch it. It sounds like really, really drama-filled. This season is really, really, really toxic, and I would not recommend. Some of the other seasons, I actually haven't watched.
11:22I didn't even realize there was a queer ultimatum. I don't know why I didn't know that. Okay. Have not watched it. I heard that's really good. This is the fourth season of the heterosexual version. Got it. And the past seasons have been, like, okay. Again, the premise, like, makes no sense. This season is fucking terrible, and here's why. So, one of the couple—there are so many 23-year-olds this season. It's like no one needs to be giving or receiving an ultimatum at age 23. You're too young. No, yeah. You're way too young. But there's one couple, they're 23. One of the guys, Jeb, he's incredibly, incredibly immature.
11:55He's saying things like, I need my wife to take care of me like my mom takes care of me. My mom always takes care of me. And my wife needs to fill that role and blah, blah, blah. He's just like so immature and annoying. He wants a nurse with a purse, sounds like. Yeah, sure. Yeah, I've never heard that phrase, but yeah. So he ends up breaking the rules by writing his girlfriend a note so that they don't have to have this conversation on camera. He thought he was, like, going to get away with, like, being sneaky, you know, and saying things like, how dare you embarrass me by flirting with this guy and blah, blah, blah.
12:28And they confiscate the note and make her read it out loud at the table with the rest of the couples, Nick and Vanessa. And Nick and Vanessa are, like, infuriated. They're like, how dare you speak to her like that? We have to ask you to leave the show. And so they kick this couple off the show. Just for, I mean, I'm not defending him, but just they kick him off the show for this note. For writing this note. Right. So like, cool. Okay. I'm sorry. They have, you know, no fucking, like, what is, what is the standards here? Because this guy does that, something, something bad. He's talking really poorly to his girlfriend in this note.
13:04But then there's a guy who's actually disgusting and dangerous and should be kicked off the show, but they don't care. So Killian, that's who I'm talking about. There's this guy, Killian, who is in a trial marriage. His real partner is Ashley. He's in a trial marriage, quote unquote, with Haley. And then Haley, or Ashley is in a trial marriage with Haley's partner, Blake. Again, this makes no sense. It's really confusing. Haley finds a group chat between Killian and his friends. His friends are saying things like, we're going to change the show. We're all going to gangbang her. where it's going to be anal ultimatum saying like anal, we're going to gangbang her.
13:42We're going to fuck her. Like we're going to change the show forever. And he's just laughing in the group chat. She sees these texts and she's like, what the fuck? Like you're threatening to gangbang me, you and your friends, and you think it's funny? Like what is wrong with you? Nick and Vanessa, she presents this information at another one of the group gatherings. Nick and Vanessa don't care. I'm like, that is, she still has to live with this man. This is like a dangerous, dangerous person. He is like for him to be making those jokes. I don't care if they're just quote unquote jokes. He says it's locker room talk or whatever.
14:10He's like, I didn't say anything. It's like you're laughing at it. That's not locker room talk. I have no guy friend of mine would ever, ones that I want to associate myself with would ever say stuff like that. That's disgusting. Yeah. So Nick and Vanessa pretend that they're so strict and they care about how women are treated. But they let Killian stay on the show and live with him. Hayley has to still live with him. I'm like, that's terrifying. So. I'm looking him up. Sorry. He looks like a douche. I know he is a douche. He is a douche. He's disgusting. He is disgusting. And like, I feel bad for his girlfriend, Ashley.
14:44She has to deal with him, but she also sucks. Like, just everyone sucks. So Haley, her real life boyfriend, Blake, who was paired up with Ashley, Blake, this is what we posted on Instagram. And Blake seemed like kind of he was very, very, very robotic and like misogynist and like definitely was like, you know, mansplaining things to Haley and Ashley. But like overall didn't seem as toxic as Kelly. And I was like, OK, maybe he's like, you know, a decent guy. Absolutely not. He got arrested right after the show filmed in October 2025 for domestic violence against Haley. He allegedly put his hands on Haley.
15:21What? And Haley confirmed to TMZ that she declined to have charges pressed. She says she had private conversations with Blake about the incident, but believes accountability needs to be taken publicly as well. Not sure what that means, but also the fact that she didn't press charges doesn't mean that it didn't, like, happen. So TMZ posted this, and then Blake commented and goes, dismissed and expunged within a month. Read the details. And then Jeb, that guy who got kicked off the show at the beginning, goes, my boy, innocent. What a thirsty, disgusting man. I know. My boy, like, shut up. And then someone goes, yeah, because if there's one thing you want, it's Jevin coming to your defense.
15:59So again, just because the charges were dismissed and expunged doesn't mean that it didn't happen. It just means that Haley didn't want to pursue charges and cooperate. So basically cancel this entire fucking show. Fire the casting department expeditiously. Like, this is ridiculous. This is insane. And I think it's incredibly negligent that Netflix allowed Killian to stay on the show, even though, you know, it's like, like I said, you're going to kick Jebun off for the note, which I agree the note was bad, but you're going to keep Killian on the show and you're going to force Haley to still live with him.
16:31Like, it's just absolutely absurd and I can't believe the show is real. Wait, now I need to watch this. It's so bad. I honestly don't, usually I'm like, yay, drama, but like, this is so bad. It's so bad. Is there a specific season of The Ultimatum that is actually good that you would recommend? because the premise actually seems fascinating to watch. And it makes no sense. It makes literally no sense. It's like marry or move on. Let's put you in a trial marriage with this random person. Yeah, you're right. What does that have to do with anything? Yeah, how would that elicit them to want to actually move forward with a proposal?
17:08Exactly. I would say that season two was pretty good. Season one, season two. Season three definitely went downhill. And like this is just a fucking shit show. So I don't know. If you guys are watching, let me know what you think. I think that, you know, this show just needs to be put to rest because, again, premise makes no sense. Casting department can't do its job. You're putting people in, like, dangerous situations. Again, these people are all toxic to begin with. And then they mix up these couples and kind of, like, really breed jealousy because you're having your spouse, your partner, live with another person of the opposite sex that they're kind of attracted to because they choose each other.
17:46and all of these people just go insane. They choose each other? Yes, they choose each other. No, that's so mentally fucked. It's so bad. It's so unhinged. He has sadistic eyes. I'm looking at this shot. Oh my God, it's piercing through the screen. It gives me the heebie-jeebies. I'm not joking. He's very unsettling to look at it. Absolutely. So, of course, I watched all eight episodes. The next two drop next week. I'm going to watch those two, but that's what I've been up to this weekend also. And you won't watch Love Island. Won't watch Love Island. Trigger warning Ryan Bailey was like, thank God this season of Love Island is over.
18:23No, it is. Like I said, last Sunday, I turned off my television the second the finale ended. And I was like, thank the Lord. I am so sick walking in every night. It's a chore. You turned off your TV and you like washed your hands a bit. No, literally. It really was good during Casa. But towards the end, it was Connection Island. And it was no longer like bombshells coming in. and it just was not good. I don't know about you guys, but with summer in full swing, I am on the move constantly. And if you're looking for some footwear that can move with you, rather than slow you down and give you those pesky blisters, look no further than bionic shoes.
19:03From sneakers to more elevated styles like ballet flats, all bionic shoes are made with bio-motion technology, specifically engineered to keep you comfortable all day long. I got the Alameda Mary Jane flats in navy suede, and they're so cute. They're the cutest little Mary Jane ballet flats and perfect for those days when I have a million errands to run or want to walk Baxter or I'm commuting to work and I want to wear something cuter than my usual sneakers. I throw them on with a sundress, and that's pretty much my go-to uniform all summer long so far. I can schlep all over the city in them, and as a New Yorker, that's all I can ask for in a shoe.
19:41Vionic also offers a 30-day guarantee. Wear them and love them or return for a full refund within 30 days. Try them out. I promise you won't be disappointed. Use code SNARK at checkout for 15 % off your entire order at www.vionicshoes.com when you log into your account. One-time use only. Vionic Shoes. Wearable well-being for your feet. Your home design should feel like you. And if it doesn't, it's not because you have bad taste. It might just be a budget problem. Well, Wayfair fixes that. This is my sixth apartment in 12 years in New York City, which is crazy to think about. So when you move that much, you become less and less enthusiastic about spending money on new pieces.
20:21Of course, I still want my apartment to feel chic and elevated, but knowing it's not my forever home makes it hard to want to splurge. That's why I've turned to Wayfair for home upgrades for over a decade now. I'm obsessed with my latest purchase. It sounds kind of silly, but we were previously throwing our laundry in an open laundry bin that just ended up looking messy and cheap in the corner of our bedroom. It became an absolute eyesore, so I searched for closed wicker laundry bins on Wafer that can hide the mess and add like a chic, beachy touch to our bedroom, and I found the perfect one for under$100.
20:51It seriously was such an upgrade to our bedroom, aesthetically and functionally, it's hard to even describe it or put it into words. And it's little purchases like that that can make all the difference in your space. Ready to upgrade your home for way less? Head to Wayfair.com right now to shop all things home and get your space ready for less. That's W-A-Y-F-A-I-R dot com. Way fair, every style, every home. The weather has been beautiful lately, which means I'm pretty much always out and about doing things. Errands, workouts, beach days, you name it. And of course, I need clothes that can actually keep up with all of that.
21:26That's why I joined Fabletics as a VIP. It completely changed how I shop and refresh my wardrobe when it needs an upgrade. New VIPs unlock major savings on their first purchase, So stocking up on practical, comfortable, and cute pieces doesn't feel like some major splurge. When I signed up as a new VIP with Fabletics, I got 70 % to 80 % off everything. It made it super easy to grab multiple matching sets, shorts, tanks, and lounge pieces for summer without overthinking it. And genuinely, you guys, the quality is so good. Fabletics pieces feel like ultra luxe activewear you'd expect from those other high-end brands, you know the ones, but without the hefty price tag.
22:03These pieces are built to actually last, and I love that for me. My absolute favorite piece I've gotten is the Anywhere Cropped Bra Tank. 22:42But speaking of Love Island, I just want to talk about a couple of Love Island tidbits after the show because I always find that post-show, it's even sometimes more fascinating than the show itself because obviously these people blow up. They have microwave fame. They come from like small towns. They come from nothing. They're very young, no career yet, no money. They go online, they get their phones back, and they have close to, you know, anywhere from 200 to over a million, if not 2 million followers. I think Trinity, let me look. I think she hit over 2 million. Trinity Instagram. 2 million?
Read the full transcript
23:12Wow. Oh, shit. She has 3 million now. Wow. Wait, that's actually, that's crazy. 3 million is, because I feel like when Leah Katawb left Love Island, I think she was like over 2 million, but obviously the show itself has grown so much more. But what I was going to say is like these people leave and I feel like it's very important for them to secure really good management. I think if I think of last season, season seven, the only notable people from that season that actually made a name for themselves well after the show, months after the show, are Nick and Alandria. And you have to remember, they didn't even win season seven.
23:47They came in as runner-up. And if I think about season six, Serena and Cordell, they won. They're still together. Love them. But I really feel like the breakout stars of season six were Miguel and Leah. Most notably, Leah. What about Rob? Rob didn't even make it into the final four. Oh, wow. Yeah, he was never, the funny thing with Rob in season six, but he was never paired up really with anyone. He was kind of bopping around different people. I would say his most serious connection was with Andrea. And when the girls dumped her, you know, remember how it was like so crazy. And you've seen those edits before.
24:18It was like one of the best episodes of television maybe ever. But it always seems like the runner up does far better than the winner. And I feel like with season seven, you have Brian and Amaya. And everyone loved Amaya. but I feel like we voted her as the finale winner because she was kind of just this beloved girl that spoke her mind, was very sensitive, was always crying, and the guys kind of treated her like shit. And we as the audience wanted to rally around her and wanted to show the Islanders, like, you may shit on Amaya, but we all love her. And so that's why she won. But ever since Love Island stopped airing, she really hasn't done much with her fame.
24:54Really no one from season seven has as much as Nick and Alandria. And it's because Alandria has secured such good management. I believe she signed with DBA and UTA and she has been taken to the moon. She was on the cover of Rolling Stone Africa. She's in the biggest campaigns. Nick is DJing all over the world. They have probably acquired so much wealth in the last year because of their good management and because everyone just was really endeared to them in season seven. Now, season eight, we have Trinity and Bryce that have won. And I actually do feel like they, coming out of the villa, they're not going to get the finale treatment like last season.
25:27I really do feel like they're going to come out on top. And it's very clear that everyone is so endeared to Bryson. He already has like a big name for himself in LA. Actually, I don't know if you know about this or if you've seen this online, Sophie, but did you see that he's kind of an Eric Podwall circle? Do you know who that is? No. Who is that? So Eric Podwall, he is like Beyond the Blinds covers it a lot, but he was, I think he's JC Chazay's manager. Chazay manager. Wait, really fast also, why did people turn on Amaya? Because I know that she lost like a million followers. Was it because she was on Beyond the Villa and people didn't like her?
26:08I think that is it. I did not watch Beyond the Villa season two, but I feel like her, Hannah, and Iris, although they were very beloved on their season of Love Island, something happened. They got really villainous edits or they were really just behaving badly and people just didn't like them anymore. but I don't think Amaya ever got canceled, so to speak, at least from what I remember. But she just didn't have that staying power. I don't really know what it is. Eric Podwall, though, he is J.C. Chese's manager, and people call it Camp Podwall. He's very close to Zac Efron, Nina Dobrev, J.C. Chese.
26:40And I was texting with Kelly from Beyond the Blinds, and she does a whole Podwall episode on Beyond the Blinds. And she was texting me, and she's like, I didn't watch a single episode of Love Island. I have no idea who this guy Bryce is. I know everyone's talking about him. I know he's very close with a lot of people in Hollywood. He's just like that guy. He has pictures with Kendall Jenner. But I guess he's like a Pauldewell guy. There's just a lot of allegations that people that are in Camp Pauldewell, like J.C. Chazay, are kind of like Yacht Boys, like Zac Efron. And maybe Bryce, if he's amongst this cast of characters that are Yacht Boys or Yacht Girls, there could be something far more sinister when it comes to Bryce.
27:16I hate hearing that because when you watch Bryce on screen, maybe I'm just a sucker because I believed it just like everyone else, but he just seems so pure and so good. And it would break my heart if he was not who he says he is, if you guys are catching my drift. Like if he became a yacht boy? Not even a yacht boy. I don't know. Maybe he's not who he says he is sexually. I don't know. I'm not saying this is true or not. Oh, is there speculation that he is like not straight? His door may swing the other way. Not straight. Yeah. Okay. And if you actually did watch season eight, him and Zach's bromance was honestly called into question.
27:56Like, Kada and Zach, you've probably seen them, right? Uh-huh. Yeah. Kada's father has even come on Instagram Live and was like, I'm questioning Zach's sexuality based on his behavior with Bryce. It's very suspect. I've talked about this in previous DETs, how Bryce, like, opened his shorts and Zach looked at his, down his pants and was like, look at that snake in there. And they're humping each other. They're holding, not just, like, holding hands like this, holding hands like this. So you're saying if he actually isn't there for, like, if he actually isn't in it for Trinity. Yeah. Like, if he's there for ulterior motives, become famous, and he's not actually into Trinity.
28:31Because I think people actually believe in his, like, love story with Trinity. They do. And as do I. I genuinely do think they really love and care for each other. And maybe I'm just a sucker and an idiot. But it is a little unsettling, nonetheless, that he is close with Eric Podwell. Because Eric Podwell is just very— I've never heard of this person. That's so interesting. Yeah, Beyond the Blinds as a whole. I think they call it Camp Podwell. They have an entire episode on him. So you guys should definitely check it out. I don't want to, like, say too much because I just don't know enough. But this is just based on, like, you know, a couple text messages Kelly and I exchanged.
28:59So that's number one. I hope that Brinity and Trice are good. But Brinity and Trice. Trinity and Bryce are good. But who's to say? Number two, I guess Caleb, people are comparing him to Rob Roush from season six. You know who Caleb is. He's the tall. Oh, he wishes. He wishes. Yeah, right. I love the edits that are like, because when I'm with him, I am. And then it's Rob Roush thinking of you. No, one million percent. Caleb fucking wishes. I guess Caleb was spotted with Tara Yummy leaving like a target. I saw on Reddit. it's so random because actually Tara Yummy she's an influencer I don't even know who she is you guys but I looked her up on Instagram she has like millions of followers she was actually spotted with Rob Roush right after Love Island season six wrapped so she just is kind of like hanging on to the hot cutie guys of Love Island so I thought that was interesting Caleb was also spotted in Vegas he was there for the Conor McGregor fight he was DJing up there at the DJ booth with DJ Polly D and he was so awkward like it was very incredibly awkward seeing him with a bunch of gaggle of girls screaming for his name.
30:04And now you kind of know why all the girls were kind of icked out by him because he seems just very awkward. Number three, Melanie, Melanie and Sincere, Melanie and Sincere was spotted out with Charlie, Zach's brother, Zach and Kada. So people were like, oh my God, is this like a double date? What's going on here? And Sincere was nowhere to be found. It seems like Sincere is back with his family. But as if I couldn't hate Sincere anymore, I guess on the finale episode, Sincere's family was live streaming their watch. I saw that. And Sincere's family was comparing Anaya, who is now paired up with Carl, to Fiona from Shrek.
30:39Oh, my God. They were being, like, extremely, extremely mean on this. They were, like, live streaming themselves, videotaping themselves, like, making fun of her. And it was very, very, very mean. And again, I don't watch Love Island, but I know what's happening. Yeah, I'm so glad that you're keeping up with this because it was just not a good look. and as if I couldn't hate Sincere anymore. Yeah. He's just so disingenuous. It's like, oh, it makes sense why he is the way he is if this is his family. And every time he talks— And his name is Sincere. It's intense. Do not see the problem with that.
31:11It's so problematic. And every time he talks and he's making excuses for his atrocious behavior, he always goes like— he does this thing with his hand where he kind of puts it in like a circle. Well, Melanie, and he's always moving it like this if you guys are on YouTube. And it just bothers me. It's like, put that hand down. Put it down. Put it— I don't know. he just he annoys the hell out of me um another one other thing that i've been noticing is that people are calling anaya kata melanie and trinity as the core four even though in fact kenzie was part of the core four she was one of the og girls it seems as if the core four is not really engaging as much with kenzie's oh is that i don't know it's kind of weird and i see that kenzie was um she was at a brand activation event with cowboy colostrum with jayden who was paired up with Caleb and a couple of other blonde islanders but I don't know what that's about they just there seems to be a bit of a schism and I don't know if they necessarily dislike her I think it's more like they just weren't close with her oh it was sorry it was Jaden and Jen you know who Jen is right she was like the big boobs yeah yeah yeah she's hilarious um but yeah that's kind of my that's the Love Island drama tidbits since the show wrapped last week but I genuinely I wish I wish them the best.
32:27Yeah, I genuinely don't see any of these guys working. I think with Bryce and Trinity, maybe. Okay, so this is our last update on them. Yeah, let's see how it goes. But he seems, I'm starting to raise my eyebrows at him, and I hate that I'm even saying this out loud because I love him. But let's see. We'll see. Yeah. Okay, well, wish them the best. Speaking of, like, influencers, influencers, I, there, there are two like internet drama things that I want to talk about. First of all, this Undone by Kate drama, if you guys are on TikTok, basically this, uh, woman on TikTok, whose name is Alex, I think, and she's not like an influencer or anything.
33:06She has like, you know, maybe a couple of thousand followers, but, um, that's relevant because she went to an influencer, famous custom designer named Undone by Kate who to make her wedding dress custom. And this Undone by Kate girl works with all of the New York City influencers, the Acquired Twins, Serena fucking Kerrigan, Miss What, all of the influencers. And one of Selena Gomez's. Yeah, she did something for Selena Gomez at one point. Like she does, you know, a lot of work for famous people, internet famous people. And yeah, so this girl was like, I heard good things. So I, and I wanted this custom dress.
33:48So went with her and she basically went back for, you know, first it was like the prototype of the dress and she was like, love it. Great. And then the next time she went, looked terrible. And she was like, okay, I have some notes. Went back again. It just kept getting worse and worse. And she kept having to add fittings. She was only supposed to have three and it just kept getting worse. And she was like, okay, like, I think it's time to call it. She was getting married in August. It was like June or July at this point. At that point, like, you're really down to the wire, you know? Oh, 100%. She's like, if I don't buy another dress now, I'm not going to have a dress.
34:22Like, today I need to buy another dress. So she was like, what the fuck is going on? She said that Kate was incredibly rude to her and refused to refund her. And then this girl went on TikTok and made a TikTok series about it, which I highly recommend watching because she's a great storyteller. And then Undone by Kate made a response video. First of all, completely like just rancid vibes in this video. But even before she made the... So by the way, Alex never actually even named the wedding dress designer. She just said it's a wedding dress designer based out in New York City. She never specifically called her out.
34:57Didn't name her. Yep. And after her video went viral, Undone by Kate quickly posted a TikTok of this girl, Alex's dress. on like a silhouette mannequin or whatever. Yeah. And it said, wait, wait for the, you have to trust the process. And it's like, when you're down to the wire, it's not about, your dress should be, like, it should be your second fitting that you're like, yes, my dress is great. Let's just get the alterations done and voila. But her dress was a mess. It literally looked undone. It did. Which is ironic because her name was Undone by Kate. It looked undone, unfinished. So Kate made this response video.
35:32Also, after she posted that, the mannequin of the dress, everyone was like, okay, this is undone by Kate. And also, if you look up this girl's video where she's like, I'm doing custom for my wedding dress. Here's who I'm going to. So people figured out that it was undone by Kate for a multitude of reasons. And so Kate makes this video, like I said, rancid vibes. Just completely, like she was reading off a script. Robotic. Robotic demeanor. Very bizarre, Kate, and seems really mean in this video. And she's like, so I did refund her. And then she shows a screenshot of her like being like, I'm refunding you.
36:05This was after she made the video. So she only refunded her because she got called out. But she was trying to like spin it to make it seem like, you know, she was doing everything to make the customer happy and blah, blah, blah. And I saw theories that, you know, obviously all of these influencers work with her and they seem to have good experiences. I have never thought that her designs look good. I'm sorry. I'm just going to say that. I have seen many of her designs on influencers. I think they always look bad. Sorry. So I'm just going to say that. But people are like, I think that she uses better materials and does a better job for influencers.
36:41And it looked like people were like, did she just like order something off of Shein for this bride? Like it literally looked like it was from Shein. It was so bad, so cheap looking. And this girl's like, I have sunk thousands and thousands of thousands of dollars into this. Yeah. Yep. I'm looking at all of the dresses on her website at Undone by Kate, and I agree this, none of her dresses are anything special. No. I don't know. I don't understand what the fuss is all about, but I think you're completely right. I think that she's probably trying to keep costs as low as possible and maximize her revenue with her non-influencer clients.
37:16So I bet you either, one, she's getting the cheapest materials and throwing it all together with her eyes closed, it looks like. or she literally is shopping off of Shein or ASOS and like undoing it and then redoing it so it looks custom. It genuinely looks that bad. And I was most disturbed by the fact that the girl who was the victim of all this, she described her experience with Kate in person, the last meeting that they ever had. And she kept saying like, my wedding is in six weeks. These are the alterations that I need to see. When can we do the next fitting? And when she's like, no, no, no, it's just one more fitting, da, da, da.
37:49I guess Kate looked at her and was like, she like moved her screen and was like, thank you for your time and like escorted her out of the building. Just like very sadistic. It was not like a customer centric experience from this girl. And I just feel like when it comes to these brands that exclusively tailor or do services for influencers, you have to ask yourself, I don't know. How will I be treated as a regular person without followers? Yes. Thank you. Thank you for explicitly saying what I was having the difficulty spitting out. But no, that's exactly it. It just feels like she's rolling out the red carpet for Selena Gomez and the acquired style twins or whatever, but like treats these normal people.
38:27And I put normal people in quotes. Every customer should be treated equally. Maybe you offer your celebrity clients heavy discounts or even a free service in exchange for a post. That's fine. But the experience should be the same for every single customer of yours. It's give influencers a good name because and this is why people hate influencers which it shouldn't even be towards the influencer but people are like influencers are you know given unfair favorable treatment that i'm not given and it's like well who should we be blaming the influencer or just the person that's doing it i don't know i don't like it at all i don't like it at all right it's really in her video it's so funny did her no favors like it did not like her trying to be like, you know, you have to trust the process.
39:13And she didn't want to have her final. And it's like she didn't want to have her final fitting because she went to four other fittings where the dress was a disaster. And she has a month until her wedding. Like it just she made herself look so bad. And yeah, just not a great look. So the other Internet drama that I want to talk about is have you heard about this? The Fia app drama. So I have been seeing this online and I just have say this is about Bill Gates is one of his daughters. Do you remember when they had when the daughters had that weird podcast on Unwell? Yes, I think they might still have that podcast.
39:50I'm gonna look it up. Bill, what is it called? Bill Gates is Oh, yeah, the burnouts. I could have sworn it ended. But let me burn out cast. We love a Nepo and Nepo. Okay, the burnouts with Phoebe and Sophia. Okay, wow. No, it's no longer. The last episode was published on May 7. Oh, okay. Never mind. So but yeah, point eight stars, by the way, in 73 reviews. So literally not a single person listen to this oh god but they have like the same rating as us basically right so so we can't say anything guys leave us a five-star review please no joy stark made thank you get us back get us back in the fourth no it's so embarrassing it's so embarrassing we're in the threes like sorry everyone hates us sorry for it says okay so anyway um fia and this the same girls that hosted this podcast founded this app called Fia.
40:42And one of them is Phoebe Gates, Bill Gates's daughter. The other one is Sophia Kiani. And they founded this in 2025. And the concept is basically it's a browser extension that finds the lowest price for a product you're shopping on other websites or resale sites, et cetera. So say that you were shopping for something on Net-A-Porter and it says, hey, we actually found, like you can use the extension and says, We actually found a better price on MyTheresa.com or TheRealReal.com or whatever it is. Not a bad idea. But investors include Kim Kardashian, Hailey Bieber, Sydney Sweeney, Karlie Kloss, like a bunch of A-listers.
41:18And it was kind of suspicious how all of a sudden they were like super, super, super profitable. And people in the industry were like, that's kind of crazy. Like you just started this company in 2025. You're already raking in like a million dollars in affiliate money in like a month. It's crazy. Like crazy, crazy, crazy. So a Bloomberg investigation, they did an investigation, Bloomberg, and they found that they were quote unquote cookie stuffing, aka taking credit for sales that weren't actually their sales. So basically taking that affiliate money instead of, you know, and this takes money away from the actual affiliates that drove the sale or the retailer, etc.
42:01So this is fraud. Yeah. And basically how it would work is that their extension would covertly open another tab slash window and inject its own affiliate code during checkout so they could take credit for that sale. Oh, shit. Like, that's like fraud. Yeah. Think about it. Like, if a sale is$100 and, like, the influencer that linked it to you gets$7 of that and this site's supposed to give you$3, they're probably taking from the$7 and adding$2. Yeah. Like, actually, instead of you getting$7, we're going to get$5 and you'll get$5. That's fucked. Something like that. I don't know how like affiliate links or affiliate, like I don't know how that works or what the exact cut is, but it's something like that where they were taking money away from other affiliates, other people linking, other, you know, the retailers.
42:44And they, they, I know it's like, that's fucked. Yeah. Fia denied the fraud and said it was a bug in their programming that they quickly fixed. A bug in the programming? That's an engineer that develops that, just so we're clear. Exactly. It was clearly like on purpose. Yeah, of course. They said, within the last 24 hours, we were made aware that in a recent release, our code base was causing misattributions. I was like, why can't I say this word? I'm such a fucking idiot. So stupid. Misattributions from a subject of users. Adding that FIA maintains compliance and is regularly audited. Our team worked overnight to identify, mitigate, and has since resolved the issue.
43:25You're just mad because you got caught. Yeah. That was based into the code. Like, give me a break. Convenient excuse. Exactly. So they have been, I guess Honey also was doing this at one point. Like, this is a common tactic. So people are like, okay, we know what you're doing because people have done it before. Right. They have been banned from affiliate networks and their reputation is, I think, permanently tarnished. Like, people are not going to take them seriously anymore. Because how are you a billionaire's daughter and you're still committing fraud? Can't you just be a billionaire's daughter and just, like, enjoy being a billionaire's daughter?
43:57Like, why do you have to commit fraud? Honestly, it seems like they can't really, they can't sustain, there's not longevity to this girl. Because, I mean, she had a podcast that had basically everything handed to her. Well, I guess you could argue that it didn't have everything handed to her because it was signed with Unwell. The fact that this podcast has only 73 reviews and it was on Call Her Daddy, which is supposedly one of the biggest female podcasts in the entire world. And that marketing on Call Her Daddy only gave it 73 reviews and only 52 episodes. Okay, so that business tanked. Then we have this business where they had everything.
44:31They probably had the best software developers, the best C-suite executives overseeing the entire company, and they still committed this. And then now they're doubling down and saying, oh, it was a bug. No, nothing is a bug in a code. Like, you built that code. Your engineers built that code. Right. Oh, my God. I don't know anything. I mean, I work at a tech company, and I know that everything is very intentional. Like, every single thing that is embedded in your project is because the engineer team said it that way. So what's interesting also is that I saw this comment on the Cut article about this by Placebes.
44:59They said, not so widely remembered these days, it seems, but Bill famously at the time built his company on aggressive, underhanded, sometimes illegal business maneuvers. Bill Gates. Pending a more satisfying explanation from FIA, we may just be looking at a microchip, haha, off the old block. So we haven't done a what's the snark on Bill Gates, but like, so I don't know enough about what underhanded or illegal practices he did. But like that is interesting. That would be a really good Patreon episode. Should we do a what's the snark on Bill Gates? Because I do feel like there's a lot of nefariousness about him.
45:29Or like what's the snark on like tech executives? Yeah. Because like, yeah, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, even like the notable tech, like tech CEOs that you don't even know about that are equally as dark. I feel like there's a lot there. What do you guys think? Oh, also she was Forbes 30 under 30 and everyone's like, oh my God, this again. It's always like Forbes 30 under 30 committing fraud. Like the Charlie Javis, like obviously Elizabeth Holmes, like there have been so many. It's almost like the kiss of death. I feel like Forbes 30 under 30 quickly becomes kind of moot. Wait, it's like that girl who said, who keeps track of all the people who get divorced after having their wedding in Vogue.
46:08Which, speaking of which, perfect transition, perfect segue. Laurence. Laurence. Oh my God. Laurence married Tommy Paul. First of all, she looked beautiful, obviously. We knew she would. We knew she would. She's stunning. She knows how to put a look together. I think she has great taste. She's still fucking psycho. Oh. Did you see this? Of course. Did you see that every single post of Paige Loren's wedding on NYC Influencer Snark has since been removed by the moderator? Every single post. There's a theory that she is a mod of that subreddit. Crazy. Because I feel like, you know, generally people are like, oh, she looks really pretty.
46:44Just everyone thinks that she looked really, like, she's gorgeous, obviously. I mean, objectively. I think that it was tasteful. It was, you know, I knew it would be beautiful, but she is so fucking psycho because did you see that Olivia Jade posted a photo where you can see that she started to get because, you know, how she went from like, you know, blonde fake boobs to like, I'm old money now and I have brown hair and I got my boobs removed and I'm getting my tattoos removed. You know how she kind of like changed her personality? Yeah, of course. So it looks like one of her tattoos, she was getting lasered off, and it still was a little bit visible on the back of her, what's this called?
47:20Bicep? Tricep? And Olivia Jade posted her from the back. And again, looks great. The hairstyle looks a little crazy from the back. Otherwise, she looks great. Olivia Jade deleted it, re-uploaded it with not only that tattoo remnant removed, but also a mole on Paige's back. Can you imagine someone posting a photo from your wedding and it's like, okay, hold on, delete that. I'm going to send you one that's edited. Wait, holy shit, Sophie. When you posted this on our outline, I saw the mole being removed, the tattoo on her left tricep. Yeah. Oh my God, the fact that she removed, that is so crazy.
47:56Also, what does that tattoo say? I don't even know. It looks like a heart with words on it. It's a heart, something in a heart. I don't know. But how psychotic is that? It's like you could be the most beautiful, wealthy. You just had this gorgeous wedding in Vogue, hot husband, successful business, and you're still fucking psycho. Well, and do you know what the funniest part is? I read the entire Vogue article, and she said the entire event was focused on taking photos. It was about living in the moment. Meanwhile, she's literally meticulously micromanaging every single photo that is released, micromanaging every post that is talked about with her.
48:31And the thing is, the one post I saw that was not removed by moderators was on NYC influencer snarking. Okay. And someone was like, there is not a bad thing to say about her wedding. Because if you look at the aesthetic, beautiful, classic, elegant. Oh, no. People will find things. That's true. Anyone's wedding. Any influencer gets married. It's like, nope. Nope. But for the most part, yeah, she looks beautiful. I have to give credit where credit is due. her aesthetic in the way that she does everything her events her curation her photos her outfits like yeah everything is 10 out of 10 but the thing is she says that she's not interested in like capturing the moment as much as she was about living in the moment she literally said that in vogue weddings and then meanwhile she's telling olivia j to take down a photo because there was a mole and a tattoo remnant like she is psychotic i'm sorry she is you guys the fact that we did what's the snark on page lorenzo we put it on our patreon because we're like scared of her because she's so online and she still found it somehow and blocked us and again not on the public feed it was on our patreon feed how like how did you even find that she blocked me she blocked Sophie she blocked Snarkbake so even if we talk about this it's crazy it's crazy it's like how much time do you have on your hands aren't you supposed to be like a happy newlywed like why are you doing this it's so crazy I'm sorry like I'm sorry if that sounds congratulations to them like I said she looked stunning the wedding looks stunning it's in vogue like absolutely stunning but like you need to work on your mental also no you could have all the work done on your face and your aesthetics but like there is something mentally unhinged about making a guest oh and by the way olivia jade was there with taylor fritz because taylor fritz remember and morgan riddle broke up oh my god she's publicly with olivia jade because i was apparently dating olivia jade now shut the fuck up.
50:19And we also did a Morgan Riddle episode on our Patreon. I'm sorry. I like her. So if you're interested in, I don't. I like her. I don't. She had a weird, I mean, she's fine, but like, she was getting a lot of backlash recently because she went on a podcast and she was like, you know, like, I think sports is all about like this, the stats and like this and that. And it's also about the fashion and the lifestyle. Like we should make it less about like the male centric stuff, like the stats and more about the fashion. And people are like, I'm a woman who's into sports and I care about the stats. Like you're dumbing it down.
50:50And you also have never, ever, ever promoted women's sports. Yeah. No, that's that's I'm sorry. I'm like, I guess I'm in a bad mood today. I'm like being really mean. No, I know. I think you're kind of playing devil's advocate because I didn't even see that interview. I just kind of liked her because she's a bit outspoken and I don't think she really cares about what people have to say when it comes to her political beliefs. At least I feel like she's a lot more outspoken about that, whereas a lot of influencers will not touch the topic. You know what? You're totally right. You're totally right about that.
51:16Which I appreciate from that point of view. I'm like, oh, wow. She just doesn't give a fuck. And she'll say how much she is leaning on one side of the political spectrum, which I feel like is more to say than most of the other influencers. Totally. But I can't believe that Taylor Fritz is now public with Olivia Jade. Yeah. Like, for some reason, that blows my mind because I heard rumblings. I didn't realize that she was out and about with her at these events. Yeah. So, Taylor, it's interesting because Morgan Riddle, if you guys want to hear about their, like, beef, listen to our Morgan Riddle episode because she has had beef with Paige.
51:44and um it's undeniable like it's 100 % real and yeah two sides of the same coin two blondes dating the top like american tennis players but we do both those on patreon page lorenz and morgan yeah but it's interesting i'm like i wonder if she were still dating taylor fritz if she would have been able to go to the if she would have been invited to the wedding i bet you page lorenz would have told her no yeah she would have said no certain page would say yeah no but oh my god this wedding is truly funny. I mean, it's so stunning. But did you see how she said in the book article, Tommy and I always knew we wanted to get married in America in the state where we met and somewhere that felt accessible for the people that we love the most.
52:23You wanted to get married in America? I wanted the wedding to feel true to who we are and where our story began, as opposed to where exactly. So in America? Yeah. Everyone was like, oh, you're so cool. You don't want to get married in Italy or like England. Like that makes you so not like other girls. What do you mean? You guys are both American. You live in America. You live in America. Naturally, you would likely get married in America. Like, it's crazy. Also, I am so sick of the performative, like, Mary Kate Olsen wedding cigs. Now, everyone does that. It's so annoying. My girl's culture is not your costume.
52:54Like, please. That actually makes me so mad on behalf of Mary Kate. Like, you think that she wants to be anything but herself? She has Starbucks coffee. She has her cigarette. She wears droopy clothing. That is Mary Kate. Yeah. You can never piss me off. Nothing makes you appreciate good bedding more than a hot summer night, especially when your air conditioning is broken like ours was recently. I don't want to talk about it. Having something that's lightweight, breathable, cool, and easy to sleep in, no matter how hot it gets, is so freaking important. That's why I love Quince. It's a night go-to for bedding for so long now, with high-quality materials like 100 % European linen and organic cotton.
53:29You can literally feel the difference. I love waking up not sweaty. Quince has everything you need to make your bed feel cooler, lighter, and more comfortable for summer. From breathable sheets to linen shams and duvet covers in soft, seasonal colors, relaxed stripes, and timeless neutrals. My absolute favorite is their 100 % organic cotton percale sheets and duvet cover. The material is so crisp and comfy and even has a cooling effect, which is obviously perfect for those hot summer nights. I also love the look of it. It's a soft gray gingham and just has this classic look that instantly elevates our bedroom.
54:00And I love knowing that we're sleeping on 100 % cotton and not some cheap polyester blend. I also love their Mulberry Silk pillowcases and eye masks. They help keep your hair smooth and skin hydrated overnight because they don't absorb your natural oils like other materials do. Quince bedding is made for literal beauty sleep, you guys. And in case you need a reminder, everything at Quince is 50 to 80 percent less than similar brands because they work directly with ethical manufacturers and cut out the middleman. So you're paying for quality materials without the luxury markup. Make your summer bedding feel better.

This whole thing is nuts. There's nothing traditional about this line. On August 7th, the clock starts on the summer's biggest rom-com. I'm Owen. Allie. What about me and me? Monica Barbaro. Callum Turner. I've been told I'm a 7th.
55:09By who? Your mom? No. She thinks I'm a 10th. One Night Only. Rated R. Only in theaters August 7th. Amazon Health AI presents Painful Thoughts. Why did I search the internet for answers to my cold sore problem? Now I'm stuck down a rabbit hole filled with images of alarmingly graphic sores in various stages of ooze. I can clear my search history, but I can never unsee that. Don't go down the rabbit hole. Amazon Health AI gets you the right care fast. Healthcare just got less painful. Plan B is a backup birth control option that's there for you when things don't go according to plan. It's the number one OBGYN-recommended brand of emergency contraception, and it won't impact your future fertility. That's Freedom the B. Use as directed. Okay, so let's move on to our LEOs and DEOs. videos what is your light energy object this week i am still watching love island uk season five and maura higgins i know we all know maura higgins from traitors and now she's gonna be on dancing with the stars her more is so unhinged on love island uk she has she kind of has a temper and it's so funny because she's just fiery like she's a fiery like irish girl from the country and she's just so she's hilarious she doesn't let the guys get away with anything and if they love her fuck around with her.
56:48She's screaming in their face. She doesn't give a fuck who is looking, who is listening, who she's giving it to. She is the fieriest one. And she's always like super crude about the way she talks about sex. It's just so damn funny watching her because I've only seen this other side of her, which is just on traitors. But oh my God. And then Molly Mae and Tommy Fury, I know they've had their ups and downs, but I am so obsessed with them as a couple. First of all, Tommy Fury is maybe one of the hottest guys I've ever seen in my life. Like so fine. He's a boxer. He's tall. I mean, he's not like my type, but I think it's because I've seen him on the show and he's such a softie.
57:22And listen, listen, I know people have a lot to say about Tommy Fury, okay? I know there's been allegations that he's cheated on Molly May. He was caught partying with Chris Bowne. I know all the things about him, okay? I'm talking about in my isolated world, that is Tommy Fury on Love Island. Yeah. Just the funniest, sweetest, probably not the brightest, but just like the nicest guy. And I just love him and Molly May. Molly May is just like perfect. I know she's also had her moments where she's like, everyone has the same 24 hours in a day when it's like no. Oh my god I hated that. Like please enough you have 8.8 million followers you're super wealthy your husband is Tommy Fury you guys are doing just fine.
57:56Sorry not husband the father of your children is Tommy Fury you're doing just fine. But again I'm talking about in my isolated island of Love Island on UK it's so good and I'm at the part if you guys have seen this season where Curtis comes back from Casa and he tells Amy, she's like, I came here today to tell you that I loved you. And now you're breaking up with me. It's so, oh my God, I just, I can't stop watching it. It's so good. If you guys want to watch this on Hulu. I've heard really good things about Love Island UK season five. Everyone says it's like iconic. No, it's so, I told you, I loved you.
58:31You come back from Casa Moore and you tell me that you want to break up with me and you want to go with Joanna. Like, it's so good. Okay, what's yours? Mine is saying, we hated it to the waiter when your plate is empty. No, it's like, it's so kitschy and cute. I always do that. I got my favorite dessert, my death row dessert, I call it. My favorite thing in the entire world last night, the chocolate souffle at Mineta Tavern. It is like, I can't even put it into words. And it is so hard. Their souffle chef only comes in the evening. So like, if you go during the day, you can't get the souffle. And it's really, really, really hard to get a reservation in the evenings.
59:07And I somehow snagged this reservation. And I was like, yes, it's my favorite thing in the entire world. And went with my girlfriend and she was like, I can't wait to say we hated it. Can't you tell? And it always gets a laugh out of them. you know that's funny that's funny i that's how i felt when i was eating my body weight and steak this this evening or last evening and on saturday um my deo yours inspired me i'll do mine first when men do duck faces on dating profiles ew when men do duck faces in general on instagram it's so weird like west wilson is one of them doing a duck face oh he does do that chase stokes is another Did you see his stupid ass fucking, sorry.
59:48Yeah. He's so lame. He's so annoying. He just is like, he's so quirky. He like had this video on the last like carousel, on the last reel of his carousel or whatever. Yeah. And he's like, I was shaking my salad and the dressing got all over me. And I'm like, oh. I didn't even, you sent it to me and I like, I think I was out somewhere. I was like, I don't want to watch this right now. He's so annoying. Like, you're not funny. You're not cool. Stop trying to be relatable. He's always posting these like dumps of his face with like, he had like a cricket on his finger. oh my god I can't stand him and I guess him and Kelsey are back together again oh god that's such it's like at this point like you're beyond help yeah you're just weird and I actually want I don't want to see you anymore like yeah over it over it um so mine is when men take pictures of their food like as a girl I'm allowed to do that but I saw like a table they were like finance bros like why are you taking pictures and like boomerangs of your food please I'm sorry but when I see men caring about their Instagram feed.
1:00:44Yeah, that's what it is. And it's like super curated stuff. I think that's what it is. It's like, it implies that you are going to post this on your Instagram. And it's like, why are you so active on Instagram? I need to show you, Sophie. There's this person. It's like a friend of a friend who cares so much about their feed. Like their dumps are so curated. Like they've edited every single photo. There's like, and every song in the carousel is so like intentional. It's really weird. It's an epidemic and it needs to be stopped. I hate to like enforce gender roles. I don't care. Traditional gender roles.
1:01:17But like it's just something that personally gives me an ick. No, I think it's objectively. Because it's like let us. Can I just say let us. Let women have something. You know? Duck faces. Taking pictures of our food. Like sunsets or like being on a beach at the Hamptons. Like on a swing set. Like you were so stupid and icky. It just it gives like thoughty. I think that's why it's triggering. It's like you're so thoughty. It's like thirsty. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, totally. So yeah, that is our show today. Thank you guys so much for being here. We love you. We have bonus episodes on Wednesday, ad-free Tuesday, Thursday episodes on our Patreon.
1:01:54Link is in the show notes. We also send out a sub stack every Friday that you will probably enjoy if you like listening to us. And that is also in our show notes. And yeah, I think that's it. Yeah, we love you guys so much. and we'll see you tomorrow on Patreon or Thursday for another episode of What's a Snark? Talk to you later. Bye.
1:02:29Your home design should feel like you. And if it doesn't, it's not because you have bad taste. It might just be a budget problem. Well, Wayfair fixes that. This is my sixth apartment in 12 years in New York City, which is crazy to think about. So when you move that much, you become less and less enthusiastic about spending money on new pieces. Of course, I still want my apartment to feel chic and elevated, but knowing it's not my forever home makes it hard to want to splurge. That's why I've turned to Wayfair for home upgrades for over a decade now. I'm obsessed with my latest purchase. It sounds kind of silly, but we were previously throwing our laundry in an open laundry bin that just ended up looking messy and cheap in the corner of our bedroom.
1:03:05It became an absolute eyesore. So I searched for closed wicker laundry bins on Wafer that can hide the mess and add like a chic beachy touch to our bedroom. And I found the perfect one for under$100. It seriously was such an upgrade to our bedroom, aesthetically and functionally, it's hard to even describe it or put it into words. And it's little purchases like that that can make all the difference in your space. Ready to upgrade your home for way less? Head to Wayfair.com right now to shop all things home and get your space ready for less. That's W-A-Y-F-A-I-R dot com. Way fair, every style, every home.
1:03:40The weather has been beautiful lately, which means I'm pretty much always out and about doing things. Errands, workouts, beach days, you name it. And of course, I need clothes that can actually keep up with all of that. That's why I joined Fabletics as a VIP. It completely changed how I shop and refresh my wardrobe when it needs an upgrade. New VIPs unlock major savings on their first purchase, So stocking up on practical, comfortable, and cute pieces doesn't feel like some major splurge. When I signed up as a new VIP with Fabletics, I got 70 to 80 % off everything. It made it super easy to grab multiple matching sets, shorts, tanks, and lounge pieces for summer without overthinking it.
1:04:18And genuinely, you guys, the quality is so good. Fabletics pieces feel like ultra luxe activewear you'd expect from those other high-end brands. You know the ones. But without the hefty price tag. These pieces are built to actually last, and I love that for me. My absolute favorite piece I've gotten is the Anywhere Cropped Bra Tank. It's the perfect workout top that I can throw on for a workout or to just record, run errands, go to lunch, everything in between. I love how easy getting dressed is with Fabletics and how put together I look without having to actually think about it.
