Every week you'll hear from startup insiders such as scaled founders and senior investors as well as get masterclasses from me about how to grow and scale your business. I'm your host Amadeep Palmer and three years ago I was a complete outsider to the UK startup ecosystem. Today I'm an author, founder and investor. I released my first book in September of 2025 called Startups for Outsiders. I'm the co-founder of Bay HQ and we're the community for high growth Asian heritage founders and investors. In our first three years over 7 ,500 people have attended our events with the likes of HBC, Google and Imperial College.
0:48Over 200 people have been for our impact programs such as what we do for schools and early stage founders. We've released over 250 episodes of this podcast so far, including the people who've sold their companies for hundreds of millions of dollars, as well as people who've built unicorns. On the investment side, I'm an angel investor in six companies so far, as well as a small limited partner in two venture capital funds. This podcast helps you go from outsider to insider like me.
