00Shout out to the civil service. Shout out to the civil service. Love you. We need you. And actually you probably could work from London Fields if you worked in the civil service in most environments because they're quite flexible. Digital nomads. They're quite flexible with their working arrangements. But yeah, I'm very grateful that I'm not working a nine to five despite working as a freelance social media consultant for musicians. I can do it on my own terms. Yeah, for sure. And I get to be with you. And even though we're both feeling a bit weird today, this is still pretty good. Yeah, it's still nice.

38It's still nice. What are you grateful for? I'm grateful for so... Still nice, still nice. Still nice. I'm grateful for the sun today. I'm grateful for... 4:45Sue was on her way here I was tracking a whatsapp location and she was um I thought it suddenly stopped for about four minutes and I was like are you okay have you been accepted and uh what did you say Sue? I said no I'm just depressed and I'm coming. Right. I'm coming. But I am not depressed. I'm not depressed. I'm so full of love and full of positivity. I'm not depressed at all. I'm full of love and positivity. Um full of it. Uh what else? speaking of things i love the charlotte cx single that was good wasn't it spring summer 26 yeah it was good um i want one of the catchiest hooks i've heard this summer yeah 26 i did i did wonder if it was gonna go i did think it was gonna go further and it didn't but that i I guess that makes sense.

34That will make sense in the grand scheme of it all. Oh, to quote her. In the grand scheme of it all. Is that her? Yeah. The one about having a baby. Yeah. I think about it every time. And you know what? Whatever I think of Spring Summer 26, I'm so grateful that Charlie XCX is releasing music. I'm so grateful that... We're so lucky. I'm so grateful that we're in a very public place right now and there are teenagers getting off and men ogling at my arse. Yeah, truly. No, seriously, I'm very grateful that pop has a sort of an interesting icon right now. Yeah. I feel like if you compare pop music right now to like the early tens, we are in a way better place for the most part.

47It's very Pirates of the Caribbean. Yeah, it's really good. It's really, really good. No, yeah, I'm very grateful that pop, I feel like pop music is in an interesting place Sabrina Carpenter is like I would say a more middle of the road pop star right now and I think she makes very interesting music. I'm very grateful that I get paid to talk about music sometimes. Yeah. How do you feel about the state of pop music? It needs saving by Sue I think. It does need saving. No, no, no. It doesn't need saving. I like it. I think it's going into a way of like it's going to the girls and the gays girl. You said that yesterday on the episode of Sex Amos.

22but I feel like it was already there yeah yeah I think so but then it's going to like that oh girls and gays it's going to like compare just now it's like Slater oh right we're getting cooler it's actually going to Pride right okay it's coming up to June girls yeah what are you doing for Pride god I don't actually know but it's going to be great it is going to be great it's going to be so great maybe a fun run I'll do a fun run I'm grateful that Pride has a right to exist we're so grateful that gay people can be free gay gay gay people can be gay yeah yeah yeah and thank you Keir Starmer for letting you know be gay shame about the toilet situation but yeah we'll work on it's okay yeah it's okay it's okay it's great really actually it's really great what else are you grateful for Sue I was grateful for my trip to Hungary that's true it's I went to Hungary it's a blessing to be able to travel to be able to travel also was just wondering they're always talking about or like the fuel and stuff is that just off now have they got the fuel uh i haven't heard much about it but my holiday's not been it feels very reminiscent of covid times where it was sort of like it's become a clickbait thing because so many people are so worried about how it's going to affect their personal holiday situation yeah that it's sort of like a running news cycle but there's not necessarily much information being handed out.

51But to be honest with you, I don't know. I had to get a screenshot of it for the clip yesterday. Did it take ages? No, it was there. It was front of the Independent. Still? Sorry, not front of the Independent, but it was very easy to find on the Independent. I don't know why I found the Independent, but it was the top of the Google search. Paid advertising. Yeah, it was very easy to find, and I wonder if it's with my conspiracy hat on wonder if it's a bit of a clickbait situation um but we're very grateful we can travel um nonetheless and even if we can't go abroad we can come here we could do a staycation yeah um to any of the places i listed and maybe not dean's gate yeah no offense to dean's gate yeah great place probably love dean's probably just not my first choice i've been there many times before.

43Yeah. And I'd probably prioritise going to other places. Yeah. Where would you go on a British holiday if you had to go tomorrow? Oh, really good. I think I would maybe like Scotland, maybe, or maybe like Cornwall Tees. Greatest wank you've ever had? Greatest wank I've ever had. I have some nice ones recently because I've come off blockers. Oh, really? It's weird to feel horny again. You've come off blockers? Yeah. I didn't know that. Yeah. I'm gaining I'm a feeder I'm a fucking bear no I yeah so I've decided to come off blockers and now I'm off blockers how long has that been? since January oh I thought January was going back on them I lose track sorry guys no it's okay I know I'm off and on off and on so yeah I was having some nice ones what about you?

32greatest rank of all time

40oof probably just like four tiles multi-screen yeah of like Pornhub X Hamster have you done that? I never do that I've done two yeah really dual screen sometimes and I was at the civil service what else are you going to use the monitor for? it's not working I'm bussing um no I I don't know. I don't know the greatest wank of all time. The one... Yeah, there is one... You've dual screened. Sorry, not dual screened, but like I've on my laptop had one video on one side and another video. It's awful, really. I've never done that. You know what? The best wanks are... I'll open loads of tabs and then you click through for the highlights.

29The best wanks are when you're seeing someone and you just use imagination. And that you don't even have to try. It's just like... or oh no okay i've got a good one i've got a good one post holiday where you're sharing a room with someone post holiday oh yeah or finally or closely followed by five days into a holiday nipping to the toilet just cracking one out five days worth of cum coming out

03things things are grateful for episode five went back to normality very quickly things are grateful for a full bag a full bag honey what else are the best wanks oh i once had a great wank in a pub really i've never felt comfortable enough to do that I was I was watching Liverpool Man City with my brother at this Liverpool fan pub in London which I won't name and I was with my girlfriend at the time and she was on holiday and she sent me a lovely image a little picture and then I was hammered yeah and I went to the toilet and yeah Bust a nut Bust a nut Which is yeah Probably Actually in reflection Probably not one of my best But it was memorable Yeah Maybe I did that Have you ever had a wank In a public space Maybe I did Yeah but like Mutual Did you ever have a wank When I was younger At school No I never even went to the boys toilets at school Oh really I never even went for a wee at school I'd hold a wee all day And what are you grateful for about that I'm grateful that it probably made me realise I was a woman so hang on let's dig into this why were you not going to toilets you felt dysphoric no more that I just felt like I was just not in the right space it wasn't like I wanted to go to the girls either I'd just rather not be in there because it was too laddy yeah I'd never felt comfortable enough it's like weird, it's like intrinsic like it has always been there do you know I mean like things like that I never went to the toilet at secondary school like ever I just didn't drink water at school you're joking on my life no wonder you were so skinny I know fat oh my god what I'm really grateful for is the fact that I've noticed I can't fit into my Valentino mini anymore so glad to hear grateful for that I'm so grateful that I'm gonna have to lose some weight again because I've I've put some on this winter and then I put that a story on and my sister replies yes you have fatty so i'm grateful for that i guess and then so did james james messaged me about fatty um but i definitely put on some weight bill's like don't lose it bill's like you look lovely but i'm like i would like i know i'm like doing too much like how was like i've been like binge eating and stuff so i'm grateful that i've noticed yeah and i want to change it again do you know what i mean but for the record you may have put a tiny tiny bit of weight on?

47It's on my legs so it's gone to my legs which annoys me But you look fantastic. Thank you I don't look like bad, I just like I would like to fit into my Valentino Mini. And your line is still sharp as fuck. I know, thank you And you're looking great okay? But like I would just like to, yeah, Valentino Mini comes out every... And you're a bear anyway I'm a fucking bear. So Pete was telling us off yesterday about Bear Week in Citrus. Oh yeah, in Citrus, yep we booked the hotel so bear week is a thing at an official festival the gag is I used to know a bunch of bears and not anymore not anymore because they're jealous of me and they were telling me that like bear week and all that like the bear like holidays people get really ill because it's so much like bonnie blue teas apparently people get really really what sexually oh no not not like STIs, like flu.

45You get flu from it. Oh, just because you're exchanging so many lovely bacteria. yeah. Well, that's what it's all about. Yeah, but apparently people get like really, really ill. Oh God. I know. But I'm positive that bare people are having a good time. And we're so grateful that they can go to a lovely place. We're so grateful for that. Is it just like a gay tourist destination? Yeah, a bit. Like it's got like nudist beaches and stuff. So I will be there. I love getting cock out at the beach. Like in Marseille, there's one, the kalonk and we were there naked all day. The kalonk? It was so nice, yeah.

15You got your kalonk out. I got my kalonk out. And the best thing about being a trans woman is you get it out and then it's like, it frees you up from that thing of like, should I talk or not? Because it's like, my little knob's out. Main. On main, IRL. I'm Ethel Kanin. What's the best thing about being a trans woman? You get to fuck straight, man.

40No. What is the best thing? Outside of orgasming. What is the best thing? Outside of the sexual arena. Arena. Honestly? I was going to say dojo and then I said arena. Having little boobs is nice. I don't know. That's really stumped me. What is the best thing? The head tilt from cis women. Yeah. The head tilt from people when Bill introduced me as his girlfriend. I'm just in jeans as a t-shirt and they're like, drag queen? Yeah. Those are the best. So I don't actually know. I think it's one of those things where I probably wouldn't advise it. Whoa. Yeah. You wouldn't advise... It's long. You think about it all the time.

23Right. I think it's bad all the time. Well, I think, yeah, I'll obviously go for it. But it is like, yeah, it's a lot. But you also get to keep your hair. That's the best thing. Go on, blockers. Keep your hair. That's a fucking spider, man. Yeah, I just pulled that off you and now it's just come back to you. Fuck off. Why are you grateful for that spider? I'm grateful for flicking that spider. fucking ages away so it's away from me but I don't imagine you regret no don't regret anything but it is hard but it's hard never regret never regret no regrets it's like when we were in Hungary I was thinking about it all the time they must know the podcast they must don't come on they must see if anyone's DM'd us did you see them guys did you see yourself guys what were you going to say I was just saying that yeah it's hard you think about it all the time I feel very like I don't regret it and I think everyone should do it if you want to do it I'm not feeling very prideful at the minute because it's not June but once it's June I'm going to be feeling so prideful

33if you're big and gay but you're not hairy are you a bear I think so yeah which is interesting you're like a hairless mole rat but I'm grateful for them too how many bears take steroids I don't know because then are you like a hunk like I don't know do you become like something else sorry bears are usually actually a little bit not a hunk what do they call them a jock they call them jocks I don't know I'm so far away from the gay community yeah the buff tings the buff tings what do you think about there Louise anything you want to talk about and what you're grateful for

20I am grateful for the fact I have loving friends and family to remind me not to get too caught up in um not it's not bullshit but like i guess the nature of our whatever we're doing is quite vain and quite um ridiculous and quite it can get overblown i guess in your when you're alone with your phone yeah and so much of what you do is measured by how well it's received or how funny you are or how well a song does yeah you can get very caught up your self-worth becomes very attached to how well something has performed how well it's received yeah and I am very grateful that my friends either through love or through what the fuck are you like just quite frankly just like zoning out of what I talk to sometimes and going like yeah I'm like okay I'm being an idiot actually got me there

45I am very grateful for that and I'm grateful that I get to speak to Simon my therapist each week yeah even though i didn't want to talk to him today because i actually just i thought i was telling you i felt like i could have just actually you know what would have made me feel better simon is actually just doing my work just actually yeah spending an hour telling you how i feel telling you how i feel but you're grateful i was actually really grateful he was very very helpful today he was talking about firewalls and second arrows something from buddhism which i can't really figure out but he was telling me kind of similar to what i was just saying now is that you can't you need to have some sort of internal measure of what makes your whatever you're doing good you can't just because well i'll i'll say without naming the people but i had a i had a bad dream last night about a sketch we were meant to do today with an artist and I a PR of this artist got in contact with us and was like they love your videos, let's do this they want to do a sketch, I was like okay great that sounds cool and then suddenly I was lying in bed last night, I was like they want to do a sketch with us there's no way I can just imagine getting there and they're going to be like a sketch yeah i thought we were doing like an interview like we're doing into like we've been doing interviews yeah i can't really be asked to a sketch and then he was just like why were you nervous about that and i was like i don't know what if they didn't think it was good and he basically just brought me back he was like if you think it's if you think it's good trust your gut trust your instinct you need to have some sort of internal measure rather than just going like well because also circling back if we just did what performed well and clips we would just be ranting about shit because um i appreciate that people don't want to hear us be miserable all the time but as we may or may have not said we do post good stuff we do post stuff that isn't positive stuff yeah i'm not even it's not even like it's not negative it's not it's not it's not uh hating on anything or anyone it's just not it's just silly um but quite often it doesn't do as well uh so not to make it your fault guys but it is but we're grateful for that yeah we're grateful it's your fault because it makes us feel better about ourselves um and that we can continue doing a podcast in a park on a wednesday afternoon On a Wednesday afternoon.

36Anything else you're grateful for? Not really.

43Have you gone flaccid? Yeah, a bit. Have you blown your load? Yeah. Well, Sue, I regret to inform you that's 24 minutes of content. Okay. I mean, so we could do our shortest episode of all time. Or do we make this a Patreon? Or do we make this a Patreon question? Ooh. Ooh.

10Any questions, you fucking kind?

16Oh, I don't even have Wi-Fi. Oh, my God. You grateful for Bill? I'm so grateful for Bill. I miss Bill very dearly. And actually, I feel like if Bill was here, I would have told him how I feel at the minute and he would have, like, put me to fucking rights. early on in the day how does he put you to write he's just like girl grow up like he just like hits it with the the realism the um I don't have any signal uh but if I go on our whatsapp chat whatsapp whatsapp was that pay that was pay he was asking me if I wanted to work with a band called oh right yeah yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah. I did, it was so good And informative, very informative I didn't realise what cerebral posey was, but no I did It was much Not to be negative, Jesus It was How do I frame this positively?

13It was maybe her favourite video I also watched her favourite YouTubers Yeah Which wasn't quite as amazing Yeah, because we went on it And then And then also her, surprisingly, going through her Facebook profile pictures wasn't... As fun as you thought. As fun as I thought it was going to be. I loved it when it was getting to the ones that she liked. I did like that because she was like, just look at this. It was amazing. And I'm grateful for you for introducing me to her because if it wasn't for this podcast or you... I know, I'm grateful for you. I never would have found Kate King. No, that's great.

47And I feel like I'm in on a secret, even though she's obviously... An industry plant. I'm grateful for running. Do you know who Kate King's parents are? I've started lifting weights and my arms hurt, so I'm grateful for a little bit of pain. Yeah, why are you grateful for pain? Because you come out of pain and know that you've grown. You're literally tearing muscle tissue. Yeah. To regenerate new ones. Tear it up, motherfucker. Really? Is that what it is? Yeah. That's how you build muscle. You tear it and then put it back together. Yeah, you're making micro tears and then building more back. I'm grateful that I know that.

27I think that's right. I think I've watched enough... Porn. Yeah. I think I've watched enough daddy porn. Have you got... Have you got any other sort of content you're grateful for? Content? Music, just in general. No, that's not content, that's music. Okay, content. Yeah, Christine Hurst. Who's Christine Hurst? She's like, hi, I'm Christine Hurst, and I'm here with your chips. Oh, the one that sings? I'm here with your chips. She just gives you chips. No, that's Laura Loves New York. Because Laura loves New York. I'm grateful for the Brockwell Park Lido. Lido. Lido. Lido Festival. Lido di... Lido di...

15Lido di... I think they say Lido in Italian. I'm grateful for the Brockwell Park Glido BBC Archives documentary on YouTube. Honestly, you should watch it. Really? Yeah, it's really, really good. We're covered in bugs, girls. We're outside. I'm grateful for Natar. For Natar. Honestly, you should watch that. It's really, really good. Okay, I'll say that. It's just like fly-on-the-wall documentary of Brockwell Park across like three days in a heatwave in 1997. It's BBC? Yeah, and this person's just going around talking to people. And it's so great.
