In short

Dr. Bruce Lipton argues that health and disease are driven primarily by subconscious “programming” and epigenetics rather than genetics. He frames cancer as a symptom of disharmony, explains how early-life learning (especially before age 7) creates limiting beliefs, and claims the mind can influence gene expression via cell membranes as “programmable” receptors. He also critiques Darwinian “struggle” as a fear-based paradigm that fuels competition, inequality, and environmental collapse, offering cooperation and “garden” metaphors as an alternative.

Guest backgrounds

Dr. Bruce Lipton is a stem cell biologist and author of Biology of Belief. He shares his personal experience with throat/tongue cancer and how his teachings shaped his response. Host Darin Olien is a health-focused interviewer and promotes supplements and sustainability products during the episode.

Key claims

95% of life is programmed; the subconscious runs daily autopilot behaviors; epigenetics makes genes “read-write” based on perceived reality; stress and fear drive disease; conventional medical prognosis can become self-fulfilling through belief; corporations’ profit motive creates societal harm.

Notable examples

Lipton’s throat/tongue cancer leading to a renewed teaching focus; an infant “helper vs non-helper” triangle/square demonstration; adoption studies where cancer risk follows family environment despite different genetics; “survival of the fittest” reframed as modern 1% vs 99% resource struggle; plastic/toothpaste and food-price pressures as symptoms of broader system stress.

0:03Darin Olien:Welcome to Super Life with me, Darin Olien, a podcast where we explore, discover, and share solutions that promote a healthier life and a better world. Together, we'll ignite possibilities, inspire change, and build sovereignty, creating a roadmap towards a super life for you and for all. Get ready to start living your super life.

0:34Darin Olien:I'd like to take a quick break from this episode to thank our sponsor, Fatty15. That's right. I want to talk about something that isn't talked about enough, keeping ourselves healthy. Here's what I'm doing now to prioritize cellular health, supplementing with this new, exciting research, and it's called Fatty15. Fatty 15 has three times more cellular benefit than omega-3s or fish oil. This is dietary odd chain saturated fatty acids, OCFAs. There are present trace levels in dietary fat, some fish, and plants. Higher circulating concentrations of this OCFS. we realize through the research that higher circulating concentrations of this is extremely good for us.

1:30Darin Olien:It is called pentadonic chaotic acid or C15. Omega-3 fish oils and algae oils often go bad before they're even in the bottle. That's right. They're susceptible to oxygen and sunlight and the supplements can't even help to improve our health usually. But fatty 15 or C15 naturally protects against damaging oxidation both in the bottle and in your body. If you want to get a little more sciencey about it, studies show that C15 works by strengthening our cells, improving our mitochondria function, and protecting us against damage from free radicals on a very deep level. The result, better long-term metabolic liver and heart health functioning.

2:21Darin Olien:It ends up, many of us are massively deficient in C15, which results in weaker and weaker cells that makes us have less energy and we quit working earlier. We're seeking to find that energy. Where is it? All of this makes us age faster and faster, and the science around this is so fascinating. We sleep poorly, we feel sluggish, and we're all looking to feel better and have more energy. Does it sound familiar? Fatty 15 is science-backed, award-winning, vegan-friendly, and pure C15 supplement. That's it. By replenishing ourselves with this newly discovered C15, the nutrient of fatty 15 effectively repairs our cells and restores our long-term health.

3:18Darin Olien:That's when you have to celebrate science. When science discovered something sitting there all along, after 90 years of discovering essential fatty acids like omega-3, 6, and 9, we now have discovered this incredible odd chain saturated fat C15. Fatty 15 is on a mission to replenish your C15 levels and restore your long-term health. And I'm with them in that. You can get an additional 15 % off your 90-day subscription starter kit by going to fatty15.com slash Darren, D-A-R-I-N, or use the code Darren, D-A-R-I-N at checkout. 4:15Welcome back to the Super Live Podcast. Today,

4:18Darin Olien:I am freaking honored to sit down with a visionary stem cell biologist and author of the incredible biology of belief, Dr. Bruce Lipton. In this episode, Dr. Lipton opens up about his own battle with throat cancer, sharing how he applied his groundbreaking research to realize that disease is often a symptom of the subconscious programming rather than a genetic death sentence. We dive into the science of epigenetics, exploring how our cell membranes act as a programmable computer chip that read our environment. Dr. Lipton explains how the Darwinian struggle for life is a false fear-based paradigm driving society towards collapse and how we are secretively programmed from birth to be powerless, but we can do something about it.

5:22Darin Olien:More importantly, he reveals how to break free from these self-sabotaging programs so our minds can become the true architects of our biology and manifest true health this is an incredibly empowering conversation about taking your freaking power back let's dive in so you had something in your throat cancer of the tongue cancer of the tongue and you didn't know and then the doctor found it yeah and then what what state of like what was the part that look how many years have i been teaching by how many years of belief. How many years have I been saying there's no gene that causes cancer? How can I turn around and go oh!

6:12No, I can't. I have to go okay, that's what I said. Oh, that was my response. And he after telling how many patients they have cancer and watching them go like that, was waiting for me and I go

6:28Darin Olien:I'm okay. Wow. So then you got basically like this this was downloaded years ago but then it came to the forefront it came to the forefront because it's time and I kept putting it off and the universe says now stop why because we're in it we're in the upheaval this is what an evolution is looking like and if you know knowledge is power which you don't know it's a scary shit time for a lot of people totally totally but that's a very very powerful statement and just to button this up so you started writing this thing and by the time you ended cancer's gone

7:24now it makes it so I see my tongue because as a muscle you don't use a muscle for a while atrophies. So it was paralyzed for a year and a half or more. Wow. And now it's like I gotta wag my tongue a lot.

7:43Darin Olien:Well I'm happy for you to contribute your tongue. Well I I like this story because people need to know the idea is don't freak out. cancer is a symptom it's not the problem it's telling you a problem that's why cancers different parts of the body reflect different consciousness so for you what was the biggest so when you're like cancer of the throat it's powerful you've been an educator yeah lost my job right you lost your job like that instantly yeah and then you're like oh this thing move to the forefront. And how wonderful how it went. It wasn't like like that. It just came right. This is it.

8:39And I'm excited to push the book. Why? It's not the sales. That's nice, but it's not the sales. It's like I usually speak to an audience of awakened people. Thinking, new age, whatever there's a bigger audience out there of people who are hitting their heads against the wall every day and it's like wake up yeah i want them to have the book yeah yeah and most and those

9:11Darin Olien:people you know we all fall into it sometimes but like those that's the population of people that is so concerned, so stressed over what they're seeing, right, on social, on media, on all of that stuff. It's falling apart. Yeah. And there's a system in biology. The system is called the biological imperative. The drive to survive built into every organism from bacteria to humans. If you try and kill bacteria, it doesn't go, okay, kill me. No, it will try everything in its power to stay alive. And that's the most primitive. In our case, the recognition of survival and threat is a vibe. It's a vibe for them, but it is for us.

10:09Why? You don't have to know. You just know that the vibe is not in harmony. and that means you're losing the energy and energy is life and when the energy's gone boom game over at this point so there's a feeling even if you don't know it right but shit's up something's up

10:31Darin Olien:here you know so that you know i was thinking about because i read biology of belief when it came out like god it's like but it was so powerful coming from you coming from the position that you were in, being that forerunner, that leader of like popping to this other side of like, hey, listen, we are not, and to the point where even through line into this book, it's that idea that we are not a victim, we are not the genetics as our, this is just the script that's been given. The script we download. I was just putting a slide back into my lecture. I hadn't used it for a while, but it's an infant thing.

11:16And then you have a little stage with a curtain, and when the curtain lifts up, there's a flat plane and a hill. Right. And there's a... Oh, are we on? We're good. Oh, okay. So the objects are a circle, a square, and a triangle. The circle tries to go up the hill and falls back, tries to go up the hill and falls back, and finally gets up the hill and goes, okay? Then the curtains close, opens up again. The circle's triangle up the hill, triangle up the hill, and the triangle comes in and pushes the circle up the hill. Curtain closes. Next part. Circle's triangle up the hill, and there's a square that pushes the circle down.

12:02And the infant watches this, right? And they come out with a tray with a triangle and a square. And the infant picks up the triangle. Why? It saw that was the helper. The square did not help. Even an infant knows shit. Right. And so we program it to be something else.

12:30Darin Olien:Yeah, so like, you know, we're all running around with a certain level of programming. 95 % of our life is programmed. And we download programs from other people. So the programs we are running, they're not us. They're other people. And we can't see the program. and that is the whole failure is you don't see you are creating a problem in your life because the reason you play the program, you're thinking. I said, so what? Well, the unconscious mind is not looking out. It's looking in. So whatever's going on out here, the conscious mind can't see it. And I said, well, if you're driving a car and you think, well, when I get to the store, I'm going to buy this and this.

13:21the moment you were thinking that, you were not looking out the windshield. Autopilot. Subconscious kicks in. It drives the car. You taught it how. It knows how. But the point about it is this. When you're not paying attention because you are thinking, subconscious takes over the things that you do on an everyday basis, walking, talking, driving. Those are programs. Right. And the problem is you cannot see the program when you're playing it because you're not paying attention. But everybody else is reacting to your program. And since we're in 60 % more or more of the programs are disempowering, self-sabotaging, or limiting beliefs, That means 95 % of the day you are thinking and most of your behavior is self-sabotaging and you're the only one who can't see it, but you get the response.

14:26And then you take on the victim. These people mess with me. I go, because of your program, they're responding to you in like. Right.

14:38Darin Olien:And then the trip is, you're so used to the 95 % of the program that you believe that that's you. No, you don't even know you're doing a program. Right. Or at least we believe... Other people believe that's you. Right. Okay? You are not playing, so they don't know you. Okay? That's where the movie... The true you. Yeah, the movie The Matrix. Yeah. That's what I call it. It's not science fiction. It's a documentary. I go, what? Premise. You've been programmed. I go, oh, that's a scientific reality. Everybody's been programmed, okay? But you get a chance to take a red pill. Get out of the program.

15:19I go, almost every adult who is listening has taken that red pill at least once with the most profound change of life in 24 hours. And I go, what? I go, your life is blah, blah, blah, blah. You fall in love. and within 24 hours you have a whole different life experience. I go, why? Because science is right. When you fall in love, you stop thinking. You stay present, which is logical. You've been waiting for this partner. They show up. It's not time to think and disconnect. You be here now. So when you're being here now, you stop playing the program and then you become who you are and you're the love of that whole honeymoon.

16:07And then down the road, you start thinking and then the program shows up and then your partner who never saw your program starts to experience and go, who are you? What kind of behavior is that? And you don't even know what you just said. Hence argument. Hence 50 % of marriages in divorce. Why? because it turns out the person they ultimately lived with is the program not the person they fell in love with who was the real one right so then the big

16:43Darin Olien:oldest question of humanity is how do we continue to fall in love in every day in love you stay in love point is this you've been programmed so the idea is you can try and stay mindful. But I can say, in today's busyness, that's not possible. I mean, you're always thinking, where are you going? The only way to make it work is to rewrite the program. I say, well, think about it. If your program matches your wishes and desires, that means when you're conscious, you're manifesting wishes and desires, And when your subconscious takes over manifesting wishes and desires, what does that mean? You're in honeymoon 100%.

17:35Darin Olien:So it goes to show, like, what do I want? What are my goals? What's my vision? And then taking action towards that vision. Yeah. Here's the problem. When did the programming occur? The brain is a computer. Not like a computer. It is one. I say, so what? It has the same functional elements as a laptop. I say, so what? Well, in the old days, you buy a computer. It didn't come with a program. You spend a lot of money. You got brand new. You plug it in. You push start. It boots up. And screens lit up. And I say, do something. I go, I can't. I say, you got a brand new computer. What are you talking about?

18:17No, first I have to put program in. A baby's brain boots up. three months before birth, and for seven years, its predominant activity is a lower vibration than consciousness. When people put wires on a person, it's had EEG, electroencephalograph, there are different levels of vibration. Consciousness is higher, alpha, beta, even higher, gamma. But just below consciousness is a vibration called theta. Theta is characterized as imagination. So a child is in theta for almost seven years. I say, so what? Well, a child's life is half real and half imaginary. Imaginary friends, you know, games are imaginary, all that.

19:12I'm Superman.

19:13Darin Olien:I'm Spina. You feel it. You own it. You are it. You're on that broom. It's not a broom. It's a horse. Don't try and tell me it's a broom, mom. Okay, so cool, except theta is hypnosis. And this is how an infant is downloaded with how to be a member of a family, how to be a member of a community. I say, how? Watch, download. So you watch your parents. The guys generally watch the father and download his behavior. The mother happens to be the model of what you're looking for when you're looking for a partner. The community has behaviors that are good, things you're not allowed to do. Well, download them.

20:05And then now you're a member of a community, now you're a member of a family, by doing nothing more than being in hypnosis. Now the problem is you have one of the people you're observing, Let's say my father and my mother had a dysfunctional relationship. So when I'm that kid under seven, I'm observing and downloading my father's behavior. I didn't know I was downloading dysfunction. I realized at about 45 years of age when I could not have, I wasn't able to make a sustainable relationship. Why? Well, when I first started, I'd be Bruce the spirit, conscious guy, relationship great. But as soon as my father's behavior showed up when I was thinking, ends of relationship.

20:56Okay? And then what? Changed the program. Now what? I met my partner, Margaret, when I was 50. It's 32 years ago. I've been on a honeymoon 32 years. wake up every day and go, hey, man, I'm still here. I love this place. And my programs have given me that wonderful buffer that the outside doesn't come in. It doesn't bother me what's going on. So what people need to know is, are you living your life? Are you living a program? I have to say truthfully, 95 % program. And you don't know the programs. Why? Well, what programs did you get before you were born? I don't know. Okay, you were programming a whole year from zero to one.

21:51What programs did you get when you were zero? I don't know. Another year from one to two, programming. What programs did you get when you were two? And then finally, around three, memories can come in. Okay? But you got the most fundamental programs from just before birth through two, up to three.

22:14Darin Olien:Fundamental in terms of the most. They came in first. Right. The first programs are the most powerful. Okay. So now I say, so what are your programs? You go, I don't know. I go, now here's a simple answer. 95 % of your life is coming from the program. Your life is a printout of your program. So you look at your life. I go, so what? I say, the things you like that come into your life, they come in because you have a program to acknowledge that. But the things you work hard at, struggle over, put effort, I'm going to make it, I'm going to work it hard, I'm working. I go, why are you working so hard?

22:53And the answer is whatever destination, health, relationship, job, whatever, and you are working hard, is because your program does not support that destination. And now you're trying to use effort to override that. So you think, oh, I'm making it better because I'm working on it. I go, you're not paying attention. Why step back? Why are you working on it? And the answer is because deep in the back, it's not happening.

23:24Darin Olien:By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. over 500 toothpaste tubes have been thrown away since i've started this ad you don't think of these small little things but they add up a lot over time and we can do something about it that ends up to be over a billion plastic toothpaste tubes a year alone that ultimately end up in our environment and in our waterways and ultimately ends up in the ocean do you want to add to this or do you want to do something different? Plus, maybe that exposure to that plastic, getting the plasticizers and the endocrine disruptors and then putting that toothpaste in your mouth also is not a good idea.

24:13Darin Olien:There's some great solutions. You can DIY stuff. I've got many of these in my fatal conveniences, but the easy ones that I use every day and I'm about to travel a lot more and the traveling makes them really easy, I go to bite. I bite down on a little tablet, which is not interacting with any plastics because it's in a glass bottle. And it's refillable and reusable and sustainable. And there's no unwanted toxic fluorides, flow agents, and solvents in my mouth. So my favorite is this Bite Toothpaste. 100 % home, compostable pouches, subscription models. You don't even have to think about it again.

24:58Darin Olien:You're helping you by putting clean products in your mouth and you're helping the environment because Bite Toothpaste is one of the best companies I've seen looking at all aspects of their supply chain and their refillable, reusable, sustainable, regenerative practices. So Bite is offering you, all my listeners, 20 % off your first order. Go to trybite.com, T-R-Y-B-I-T-E, forward slash Darren20, or just use the promo code Darren20, D-A-R-I-N, and you can get 20 % off your first order with a great new toothpaste without using the tube. And so now you have the front. It's not working. I'm going to make it.

25:43I go, you're struggling. The program didn't change.

25:48Darin Olien:Yeah, because there's this whole thing now. Thank God there's deal with the trauma. So that program largely from, call it one to seven, eight. Zero. Zero. Zero to eight, zero to seven. It's this unfiltered response to mom, dad, the environment. Absolutely. And so it depends on where you grow up, who you grow up with, what problems exist. For example, cancer is not a gene. Cancer is a behavior. I say, they study the fate of a child adopted into a family where cancer is running in the family. It turns out the adopted child would get the same family cancer. But the adopted child has totally different genetics.

26:44Where did the cancer come from? the program that was in disharmony and that trying to live in a disharmonious situation is a stress and epigenetics contains the root out of a healthy gene and make it a cancer gene so mind is controlling your genes, if the mind's not in harmony I can turn all my genes into cancer no problem

27:12Darin Olien:so like i love this by the way because i think i think about it a lot and i and i have transcended a bunch of my own programmings over the years and the so like your example of 45 and and having this awareness of relationship and love and what you want what's as people are listening going shit i I have this isn't working, that's not working. I don't have the money I want. I don't have the career I want. I don't have the partner I want. Those are programs based on the experience of the download from that zero to eight from mom and dad and the environment. So now if they're listening right now going, okay, and my pure program is still there.

28:07Darin Olien:Yes, it's still there. How does one then remind themselves of the 5 % rather than the trap of the 95 %? What's the practice there? Well, the first thing, the 5 % has your wishes, desires, and aspirations. The 95 % is your life. It's very easy. You go, this isn't working. Right, because you didn't. This is not what I want. Right. How come? Oh, I'm a victim. because these people, and then you list who interfered, and blame them without recognizing they were just responding to you. I've said the same story for years. You have a friend. You know your friend's behavior very, very well, and you happen to know your friend's parent.

28:55One day, you see your friend has the same behavior, and you get excited, and you go, Hey, Billy, you're just like your dad. And I say, back away from Bill. I know what he's going to say or what he already said. I say, I know he's going to say, how can you compare me to my dad? I'm nothing like my dad. I go, how come everybody else recognizes he's like his dad? Bill's the only one who doesn't. Why? Because when he's playing the program, he's playing because he's not paying attention. and then the summary of this wonderful story, we are all Bill. We are doing this every day. Right, right.

29:39Darin Olien:Yeah, and then the trip is, you know, taking 100 % responsibility for your life. Oh, bad word. People don't like to hear that word. That's sort of like swearing. Responsibility, huh? Yeah, but they did that. I have evidence to support this. I saw it happen. Yeah. And the idea about it is responsibility is a problem because they didn't know they were playing the program. Right. And they knew, but I came here with these very positive wishes, and it's not happening. I'm doing my job. Right. Well, no. you have your destination but your activation is not going to take you there and you can't see it and then responsibility then becomes important because if you didn't know you were playing a program how can you accept responsibility?

30:43Right.

30:44Darin Olien:That's the leap. That's the it seems as though there's times where things build up and things we have hard time yeah right and these are opportunities to reorient ourselves to what life is and that's part of the that when life throws things at us because i also love the idea to take on that um everything's happening for us For us. For us. Well, actually, with us. Because for us has that positive thing. Oh, I want this. It's for me. No, it's happening whether you want it or not. You are still playing the program. So it's happening because of us. Yeah. And if we disconnect us or deny our influence, then we're only left with victim.

31:47And victim by definition means powerless. And powerless means you will become a consumer of what? Whatever will give you that power back, you will pay for it no matter how much that costs. It's unfortunate because, hey, I was a professor in medical school. I know how the thing works. And the idea is for people, they should know this about health. I say, in a conventional family, people grow up, they have a doctor, family doctor. So if somebody's sick, we go to the doctor. If you're under seven and you're in hypnosis, what do you download from this behavior? And the answer is, oh, sickness, I can't, I don't do anything, I can't fix it.

32:39That guy, the doctor fixes it. So you have transference of what? Belief. I don't know how to heal myself. They know how to heal me. And then, and here comes the whole problem after that, the prognosis. Oh, you have cancer. You've got maybe three or four months. You better go home and settle your details. I go, you don't recognize. If you've been programmed to buy the truth from the doctor, then the doctor's prognosis is your future. If they say you're going to die in three months the system goes, okay and we'll die in about three months. If they say this is going to happen and you can't fix it then you can't fix it.

33:29Not that you couldn't but you bought a belief and the mind this is a summary statement of the mind the function of the mind make coherence between your belief and your reality if you have a negative belief your mind will manifest a negative reality so you can say yes see I was right I didn't think it was going to happen and it didn't

33:58Darin Olien:it's always running in that coherence positive or negative yeah it's job is just to make sense out of your life and if you've been programmed this is the way your life is going to be, then the mind's job is to say, yep, it was just the way I thought it was.

34:19And it's like, holy crap. And the idea about this is, is this new, this whole idea of programming? I go, first of all, no. It's 400 years old. I go, what do you mean? the Jesuits told their followers a truth, but the followers didn't understand. They would say, give me a boy until it is seven, and I will show you the man. What did they know? Give me the boy until seven means let me program it. And whatever program I put in before it is seven, 95 % of that life of that person as an adult would be playing that program.

35:06Darin Olien:It was programming that, which was programmed then. Yeah, and they knew it was programming, so Catholic school. I'm going to train you how to be a Catholic. And these are the rules, and then you live it. And school. School systems. They were the first, not the best. I always give you an example. you see an infant with an iPad. And I said, well, there you go. See that programming? The kid can't even walk. He's got an iPad. That's programming. So the Jesuits have never imagined how intense the programming can become. It's so, and if you think about that in our modern world, how infinitely intense that part of it has become.

35:55Yeah.

35:56Darin Olien:And to this point of this, then, it's, you know, we built our society on competition. Right? We built it on... On genetics and competition. Right. Genetics, you're a victim. You pick them. You can't change them. Genes turn on and off by themselves. You have nothing to do with that. Your life was pre-programmed with the genes at conception. called genetic determinism. Okay? Well, let's get rid of that. Why? The belief that genes turn on and off is 100 % false. They can't. I say, why? A gene is a blueprint to make the proteins which are the building blocks of the body. It's a blueprint. I guess so, why?

36:48I say, blueprints don't control themselves. They're not self-actualizing. You need an architect to read those blueprints. That's where the mind comes in. The mind looks at the world and says, I need to build this. And it will activate the genes to manifest what you just thought. If it's a negative process, it can take a normal gene, make a cancer gene out of a normal gene. So epigenetics is, remember I said the mind's job, make coherence. well it can do that by adjusting the genetic readout to match what you perceive as the reality of that.

37:32Darin Olien:Right, because at that cell level what you said in biology, I believe is like that outer cell or the cell membrane is really the brain because it's literally listening, reacting. It's actually an organic carbon-based computer chip. That's an actual definition. I'll give you the molecular definition. It's a crystal semiconductor with gates and channels. That's the definition of a membrane. It's the exact same definition of a chip. A cell is a programmable device. The chip is the membrane. The nucleus is the hard drive. We always said read only. Whatever the genes are, that's what you are. But now it's read-write.

38:31I can take a gene and rewrite the output of that gene with consciousness. So I become the architect. The sculpture to make this body match whatever I think. If it's a positive one, great. If you've been programmed to have something negative, I'm sorry. The job of the mind is to manifest that.

38:57Darin Olien:So here's the rub, right? So if you look at your life, take a snapshot. You're like, I don't like this, I don't like that. It's kind of cool, I like that. so all of that is an outward expression of this program that you're either getting some part of it on a higher level and all this other stuff it's still running itself and you don't have quite the awareness and that's the rub where it's like wow if i look at all of that and take responsibility for that. Only then could I then have influence over some of that 95 % that's been playing itself out. 100 % true. That's it. You have to take your power back.

39:42You didn't even know you had power, and that was taken away before you even were conscious, and you grow up without any idea of how we have been programmed to be consumers.

39:54Darin Olien:Right. Why? Because people can sell you things if you think you need it to fulfill the image that you're working on, whether it's a new car or whatever. It's like, I have to buy it. Why? I have a program. I don't want to. Oh, I saw the ad, the new one. And all of a sudden, you're in the market for a car. and it's like, why? Well, mine is three or four years old. I go, oh, mine personally? 96, 4, 30, 20, oh my God, 30 years, 31 years old. Your car. My car. It looks brand new. I love it. And I take care of it. And I don't want to buy a new car. I love money. But most people are like, well, the style is a little old.

40:53I go, how much money are you going to put yourself into debt for not taking care of your car or because you feel I must have the new one because the programming said so? Yeah, that's a lot.

41:11Darin Olien:And, you know, the thing that I, you probably find this too, but even our friend that connected us, Lauren Monroe, Rick Allen, dear friends. Lovely. And the best. And I'm finding that there's a lot of people gathering. There's a lot of wonderful people gathering, which is why I love your book so much in the sense that that cooperation, that gathering, that contribution energy is also building. That's what evolution is based on. You see, this is part two. Darwin's theory, genetics, wrong. Part two is summarize the theory. Survival of the fittest in the struggle for life. Well, two problems. Struggle?

42:07When did life become a struggle? Once we believed it. I go, from 1798, this guy, Thomas Malthus, a philosopher, his school of philosophy, the pessimists. So you can see right away, it's not the best school. But his premise was plants grow at a very slow rate. If I use the numbers, a farmer gets a bushel this year and works hard. it gets two next year, puts extra work in, it gets three, and then four. That's called arithmetic. One, two, three, four, five. But then he said animals double their population. Two, four, eight, 16, 32. So if you're charging it, plants don't grow anywhere near the rate as the animal population is doubling.

43:03Conclusion. Not enough food. Too many people. Too many animals, okay? So what was the point? Struggle. Who's going to get the food? Struggle for life. Is it true? No. It turns out animal populations and plant populations are in equilibrium. If the plant population is high, the animal population comes up. If the plant population goes down, the animal population goes down. They're always in balance, so there's no struggle, except if we believe it. Okay? And then I say, so where does the next part come? Survival of the fittest. And here's a screw-up. The word fit, definition, plain, fit. I am fit.

43:51Definition, I am capable of surviving. Well, Garvey didn't say survival of the fit. He said survival of the fittest. What does that mean? I say, well, take all the people. All of these people are fit. But this group, they're more fit. They're fit too. Oh, and this group at the other end, they're the most fit. They're the fittest. So all of a sudden, Darwin's theory is competition of the upper group against all the rest. Well, that was Darwinian theory from Victorian England. They had upper class, lower class. so the whole idea was the upper class according to Darwin is the worthy class of evolution the best and screw the rest and the competition was they should win now we don't have that same exact dynamic but we have this dynamic imagine the resources of the planet as a pie and then I say how much of the pie is used for today's life, civilization?

45:09Well, the answer is 1.6 pies. Okay, wait, we have one pie. Where's.6? Oh, we're destroying the environment to pillage what we can from the ecosystem at the cost of destroying the environment. That's where we are, okay? But more so is this. The idea of Darwinian struggle is the idea is I need to have more. I need to get my share. You say, how much is your share? As much as I can get because fitness means the most.

45:47Darin Olien:Mine, mine, mine. Mine. Okay. So today, not upper class, lower class, 1%, 99%. The 1 % is, how much of a pie can I get? And the answer from that small little 1%, more than 50%, 60 % of a pie has gone through that little 1%. So what's the problem? 99 % of the people are struggling to get a little piece of the leftover pie. So we're manifesting our own struggle because now there's not enough of the pie. Why? The 1 % took way beyond anything that could have fed the 99%. No problem. So it's survival of the fittest in a corporate situation. And then I have to add this part. Corporations are entities.

46:47They're not humans, although they've been, by law, given the status. The mission of a corporation is not the mission of a human. The mission of a corporation, by law, and this is important, make a profit for the shareholder. Then a corporation's job is to make as much money as it can. Or the people who are running that corporation, make as much as you can. I go, and what are the rules for making this? I say, there aren't any. Whatever way you can make the motion, do it. Yeah, but if I hurt 1 ,000 people, I go, that's not your problem. That's a Darwinian issue. They're not the physicists. Screw them.

47:35And so the 1 % screws the 99 % because they don't care about how they've taken the resources is out of the pie and left a struggle that was never necessary from day one because there's always enough, but not when some group, a small 1%, leaving 99 % to fight over the remnants. And that's today's world. And it's hell for those people because can they make it? And I feel so badly because of climate change. People go, oh, the ice will melt and the water is going to go up and blah, blah, blah. I go, no, that's not the problem. I go, what? You can't plan agriculture if you don't know what the weather is going to be.

48:30I go, I say, so what? Food is failing. The wheat basket, Kansas, the center of the wheat basket. There is no harvest this year. I go, why? The weather does not support the growth of wheat. I say, well, wheat, you make bread, right? You make pasta, make cookies. I go, great. Less wheat, you better have to have some more money to buy that piece of bread now. And all of a sudden, you see what's happening. And people, I'm sorry, they know it. They go to the market and the prices are going up and up and up. Does their salary go up? No. I said, I think this is a crisis looming. Why? People cannot afford food.

49:23As I understand, I just read this, a large portion of population is now charging their food.

49:30Darin Olien:They don't have the cash. I go, so what? I said, well, when are they going to get the cash? You know? Yes, probably not. Yeah, so it's now become a massive symptom of the same thing, of this program that's now affected the majority of the people. So this is like a tipping point? Yes. It's like a... What we're seeing is an evolutionary upheaval. Why? It's not sustainable. Right. Scientists from NASA have given us 10 to 20 years, and I think 10, before we face, and this is from NASA, an irreversible collapse of civilization within 10 to 20 years. Why? Not sustainable. We can't do this. Built on implosion.

50:29Darin Olien:It can't survive. Yeah. And it's very important for people to know before they're free. Is civilizations have come and gone in history. The way of life changes. The people are still here. But they have to move into another way of living. And we have to change this world. The more is better. Give me more. And start recognizing you don't need so much. and where are you getting all of this so much from? You're taking it out of the planet. It doesn't work. In my book, something people don't even know, this is not even out in the public, or something new, and that is this. Plants take energy out of the atmosphere because they have things called chloroplasts.

51:25Okay? It takes light and turns it into food. Humans have a parallel. I say, what? In our skin are protein granules called melanin, pigment. The pigment is a crystal. It takes energy out of the environment and converts it into food. 90 % of the cells' available energy comes straight out of the environment. Just by being in the environment takes the energy out. That's evolution. And yet we believe, no, supersize me. I need more. Give me some more food. I go, you're killing yourself with food. I go, huh? You have to digest food. That means burn it. That's where the body temperature comes from. Metabolism.

52:21I go, yeah, but anytime you burn fuel, you get waste product. I go, yeah, toxic. Don't breathe the exhaust pipe from your car if you're a fuel-burning car, okay? Toxic. When you eat food and digest it, there's a toxic byproduct called free radical. I go, what is it? A highly charged particle, an ion, that punches holes in the cells and kills cells. The more you digest food, the more cells you kill. And the point is, we are always replacing ourselves because we have stem cells, which are embryonic cells. And the point about it is this. Over time, we even kill the stem cell population. And that's the end.

53:12And so the minimum life of a human should be 150 years, 150 years. And now if you get to 100, it's like, wow, you get 100, I say you're missing a third. I go, what? You're eating too damn much. And if we return, breatharians are your model. It doesn't mean you eat nothing, but you eat minimum, not supersized, the completely opposite. And your lifespan can almost double from just doing that.

53:42Darin Olien:Yeah, eating less they know, and we now know fasting is, is a clear power. I mean, Dr. Bragg's back in the day was like a massive, he was like the guy back then. And it was the first book I read on fasting. It was 20-some years ago. Every Friday I would fast. Well, it's true today more than even then. And if we stop destroying a rainforest to make hamburgers, then the planet will last longer. That's the whole idea. We're upsetting the ecosystem to make more food, which we're dying faster. Yeah. But the cool thing is there's hope here in the sense that, yeah, this can be intense in terms of seeing reality, like mask off, seeing it.

54:41Darin Olien:And then I always have this thing, because I don't know about you. I've been around the world. I've been in far off places. I've seen go to India, go to Africa, throw a dart at that continent, and people are suffering, don't have water, power, food, shelter. It's a problem. And going to your point of the Darwin idea, if we wanted those people, if those people wanted those people to have those resources, it would have been done a long time ago. So no one's coming except we. Ah, responsibility, you brought that up before. Yeah, we are creators. I say, why? Your life is a manifestation of your consciousness and subconscious, okay?

55:32And that as creators, if we're living out of harmony, then we're manifesting life out of harmony. And that responsibility comes back and says, wait a minute. yeah those people are dying in Africa and we write it off as dogworm oh they're not the fittest screw them and the idea is simple point the book emphasis a garden is not a battle ground a garden is the height of cooperation every organism insect animal plant a garden is beautiful because it's balanced and harmony. The only thing that's messing up the garden is the human at this moment, okay? And the idea of a garden is harmony and community and cooperation.

56:26We have lost the fact that we are the garden. I go, well, the conventional Bible, Genesis, God created the planet, the water, nature, and then added the humans like an option at the end of the creation. I go, that separated us from the idea of nature and humans being the same. Oh, we have dominion over nature. I go, yeah, we are powerful, but look what we're doing with it. So the whole idea is that Darwinian idea separated us. And I said, well, science replaced that. I go, yeah, but then separated us in a different fashion. I go, why? according to Darwin theory, how we get here. Random mutations over history that animals mate, and then there's like a little runt of the litter.

57:20It's slightly different. And if you made it once, maybe you make a whole new line of runch from them. And the whole idea, so I say, well, how we get here? Answer, a whole series of accidental mutations. But that leads to a very important conclusion. Why are we here? The answer is, hey, it was an accident. There's no reason for us to be here. I go, oh, my God. Why? The Native Americans, the indigenous people, they knew it was a garden. And they knew they were gardeners. They were here to support the garden. Then when the Europeans came, they came originally to be like the Native Americans, but when too many Europeans came, they brought that culture from there to North America.

58:18Imagine the Native Americans who would kill one buffalo, have all the meat, use the bones, use the skin, use the sinews, use everything. Okay? And then the Europeans come and the Indians watch and they kill a thousand buffalo on the field. Take the skin, leave the buffalo. Those Native Americans, oh my God, who are these aliens? you know they're so not in balance they're so not in harmony well that imbalance that disharmony is the reason why we are now unsustainable and so we're facing the wake up call but the wake up call the resolution is so cool because if you understand it life is a joy life is fun life is to be here.

59:22We are creators. We came here to manifest. I wasn't spiritual as a science guy. Remember, I was a professor in a medical school for years, and that's my thinking. Oh, genes and chromosomes and cells here and gone, big deal. But there was something I learned when I left the system and started studying. there are no two people the same. What do you mean? I cannot put my organs into your body. Why? If I put a kidney into your body, Darren, your immune system will look at it and go, that's not self, and destroy it. And if you took a lung from your body and put it into another person's body, the recipient, their immune system will say, not self, and destroy it.

1:00:16Well, I used to teach immunology, and there's something important. The immune system sees physical things, viruses, bacteria, parasites. How can it look, if I put my kidney into your body, then how does your immune system know it's mine and not yours? Or it's not yours and it's mine. How does it know? It sees something.

1:00:44and I started to recognize through the research on the surface of our cells with the exception of red blood cells that's why we can transfusion of red blood cells just A, AB, O but kidney cells with a nucleus have an identity that the immune system can see that says it's my cell and not your cell I said what is it on the surface of our cells are a set of receptors on the skin, facing outwards. I say, look, as humans, we have receptors in our skin. Eyes and ears, nose, taste, touch, these are built into our skin to read the environment. There's a set of receptors, which are, by definition, antennas.

1:01:34They download a signal. That's what a receptor does. they're called self-receptors. I go, what? No two people in the whole world have the same set of self-receptors on their cells. So I'm getting into this because I see the cell membrane, it's this chip, it's like a PIN code. I go, what? These receptors are downloading environmental signals. I say, what? Self! You download your identity from the field. I download my identity from the field, which in quantum physics, definition, field, invisible moving forces that influence the physical world. Okay? Spirit, invisible moving forces that influence the physical world.

1:02:25Quantum science recognizes that there are energy fields that we download, and these fields are called spirit. I say, why? It was important. Consider your body a television set and those antennas on it, the self-receptors, the program. So at this moment, Darren, you're looking at the Bruce show on the Bruce body, which is a television which has antennas downloading Bruce. and I saw this and I said oh my god I said what? I cannot die I said why not? I am not in this body I am receiving the broadcast of Bruce in this body if the body breaks the television you're watching a show it breaks oh TV's dead did the broadcast die at the same time?

1:03:25No It's still there. Then what? An embryo in the future shows up with the same set of antennas that you have now. You're back. It's called reincarnation. I go, so what? Does the TV make a difference if it's male or female? I go, that's the TV. You're the broadcast. Does it make a difference if the TV is white, brown, black, red, yellow? I go, no, no. you're not the TV, you're the broadcast. Does it make a difference if it's a Christian, Muslim, or Jewish TV? I go, no, you're not the TV, you're the broadcast. All of a sudden I say, oh my God, we have so separated humans based on all these characters, gender, race, religion, nationality, and there's something lost.

1:04:22I say, what is it? We're not the TV. we're all the broadcast. We all came from the same place. We're all the same source. And the idea is, and I love it, because when I started figuring out, so why am I here? And the answer is to manifest. I said, what? Wishes and desires. I go, what? Oh, like falling in love? And I said, what's falling in love like?

1:04:52Darin Olien:Heaven on earth. I go, aha! Damn it, that was the point. You don't die and go to heaven. You were born here. Why? You were given a device, a body, a mechanism to do what? Manifest heaven. And then if you say, yeah, but look what we're manifesting. It looks like hell. I go, well, that's the program, my friend. But when you fell in love, you didn't manifest that. You manifested a whole different thing going on. if we all understood that and everybody started to manifest the wishes and desires then all of a sudden the idea is don't waste your time you came here to manifest love and creation and God and where else and the point about it is you've been programmed to hey forget about living here just do a good job according to the rules I say what rules?

1:05:52Well, the ones we make up, you follow those. And if you don't follow them, you can't go to heaven. Well, you can, but you can pay us some money. Then we'll get you to heaven. We'll get you a ticket. And the whole idea about it is what? They want you to disregard that you came here as a creator. And each of us, by definition, a piece of God. I said, what is God? I said, put all the humans together. and that download collectively. It's an organism called humanity. We are cells in the body of a bigger organization. The organization is not the body. It's the energy that we represent. The body is just playing that energy.

1:06:46But we are the spirit. And if we want to have heaven, well, that's our creation. But then you have to understand, I'm sorry, you've been misprogrammed. Your disease is a program. Less than 1 % of disease, less than 1 % of disease is connected to genetics. 90 % plus one cause, stress. I go, and that's why the health crisis every day is going up and up and up. No matter how much the damn medicine costs, it's not fixing it. Okay? I go, where's the problem? The stress is we're killing ourselves.

1:07:29Darin Olien:And the stress comes from the program. Yes. The stress tries to fulfill a false program. The struggle that was false to begin with. So we manifest a struggle because of a belief in the struggle, and now we live with a struggle which is out killing us. Yeah, so if we flip that whole script. Evolve.

1:07:58I'm happy. Why? Well, I'm aware of the science. I'm aware of the mechanism. I'm aware of the program. I change those programs. And in the midst of a world that is crazy, I'm not involved. I have my own thing going on. You do too, Darren. And the friends that we share, many of us, why? Because we seek each other out. The ones who are saying, wait, I'm going to create better. I'm going to make a better life. I'm not buying into that stuff.

1:08:31Darin Olien:Totally. you know it's it's it's so it was such a beautiful whole thing you said there and it got me thinking and i mean i was just in this conversation with other good friends of mine that have created clean energy technologies that will blow your mind yeah and and we started plotting out a community right so communities of growing healthy food and and shelter and coming together and incubating ideas and like it's a very active thing it's not even it's not even wishful for me anymore it's an active participation and and when i think of my first book's called was called super life and underneath it i didn't even realize the program that was influencing me that i i really my vision bruce is i do see a world that works yeah i do see that world you know and and i think you more than see it I think you live it that's different seeing it separates you no no you are it yeah and that's people ask all the time because they come to you they're influenced by the world events every day they're getting yanked around I'm like I'm good I know enough of what's going on you can't not but that's I don't need more information to know where I want to put my focus you know and so I agree with you in the sense that we get to create and we get to come together with incredible people and build from there yeah I mean it's a gift life is a gift and people see it as a struggle but as you live I live I wake up and it's like oh my god I'm still here I have another day to hang out on this planet Do I have to buy into your mess?

1:10:30No. Why? Because it would take my harmony out if I buy into your vision.

1:10:38Darin Olien:What do you, you know, coming from that place, this is such an amazing contribution to where we need to go as a society because I think hope is such a good thing to bring into the world. And I know that that's needed more than ever. Hell, I'm working on a docuseries on happiness right now, right? That's the motivation. Yeah, yeah. And also, we get to show communities and people living in this way and illuminate this idea that not all people are buying into this idea that we need to struggle. Yeah. and building this army of people that want to create something else. For you personally, when I just met you and you came out of the car, you already beamed.

1:11:40Darin Olien:That wasn't a manufactured thing. It exudes off of you. And so you've gotten to practice this beautiful part of yourself and be a leader for so long in this space. So for you, as you get to the next day and you get to continue to create, what are you excited about that's showing up in the world like what we're talking about right now? People like you, my dear friend, I say why. Knowledge is power. and people have been disempowered because much of the knowledge they've been programmed with is not valid like Darwinian theory and genetics it's not valid the way out is knowledge, knowledge is power and therefore I was honored to have an invitation to be with you I say why?

1:12:37because you are a beacon of light and hope, why? you are offering a world starving and misinformation you're offering them power and to me this is the wake up and people are passing that on you know I've healed myself of this and I've done this and people the ones that are not there always reminds me of the movie Harry met Sally and Sally's faking the orgasm and the woman at the morning table says, I want what she's having. That is a way of life on this planet. I want what they are having. I'm not having that, but I want it. And I have the deepest appreciation for the invitation to be here. Why?

1:13:32Because your audience represents people who are waking up. People who say, I need to listen to this because I know I'm going to get some power from this program. So thank you for letting me be here with you on that.

1:13:47Darin Olien:Of course. Yeah, it's funny that it's taken this long because I've admired you from afar all this time, and I love how it happened, and the fact that some of my dearest friends on the planet were able to, I'm like, great, finally. but yeah I you know going back to what you said it clicked into me and then so I lost my mother two months ago yeah and she's still here because remember she's a broadcast that's what I was so my experience of her passing obviously the grief is the grief and it's hard and all of that stuff, but I felt her and still feel her so strongly, and it wasn't something I needed to manufacture.

1:14:46Darin Olien:It was real. And as you were describing it that way, it was like, oh, well, the program of my mom is still present. She just isn't receiving it through her body anymore. And that's the disconnect why they're still there, but they can't talk to me. Right. And they have no physical way of doing that, but they're still there. Yeah. And when, look, first example of a dog. A dog, when taken into your family, turns into the vibration of who you are, reads that vibration. You talk to it and say, do this and do that, and the dog doesn't understand a word, but has the understanding of the energy. If you're happy, the dog's happy.

1:15:44If you're afraid, the dog's upset about all this. I say, so what's the point? I say, that communication is nonverbal. That's an energy field, okay? Well, all of us are energy fields playing through a mechanism. And if you can connect to the energy field, does it make a difference if you're in the physical body or you're just the energy field? You can connect with the energy field. Unless you're programmed not to believe that. Right. Yeah.

1:16:21Darin Olien:You know, the... the thing that I'm more and more aware of is this power, this other side, this, wow, I get to create. I get to face the things that may have challenged me in the past or may have kept me from, but I get to overcome and I get to create from that place. And, and that, that to me is part of the dance, part of the journey, part of the thing, but I, so goals, vision, all of that stuff is, it's, it's a very real, uh, aspect of leading us forward? What are your thoughts on that? Is it that true that if I have a vision, if I have a vision for I see a world that works, I feel it, I see it, I have evidence showing up, I have people, places, and things that literally have these aspects, And so the clearer I get on that vision, is that the counter, for lack of a better way of saying it, of that 95 % that may still be informing me?

1:17:49Yeah. Basically, you stepped outside of a program. Now, your consciousness is an energy field. Quote from Einstein. So right to the point. The field is the sole governing agency of the particle, matter. The field is the sole governing agency of matter. Your brain is generating a field. Well, that's why I put wires on your head. I can read your brain activity, okay? That leaves people to believe, oh, my thoughts are in my head. that's called EEG, electroencephalograph. Another device reads brain activity. It's called magnetoencephalograph, MEG. I go, so what? The probe doesn't even touch the head.

1:18:43The probe is out here. He said, wait, you're reading my thoughts out here. I go, because your thoughts are broadcast into the world. You're generating a field. You have the Darren field. I said, so what? It affects Darren. Okay? You can affect, like you said, I can create the life I want in spite of all that other crap going on. Okay? But then I said, well, the amount of output power for an individual is not that great. And that's the power in my life. My thoughts, my feel, shape my biology and shape my life experiences, my thoughts. Okay? And your thoughts are doing that. And your thoughts are not contained in your head.

1:19:32So you have a broadcast going on, right? If people share the broadcast, the foundation of the broadcast, each person that begins to share, their energy gets added up to the others. So community is an amplification of a field. Yeah, but the collective field is manifesting the experience. And so there's this negative field out there with a large number of people. And then there's a group of people, and especially I'd like to include the audience, because they're thinking and they're generating a field that a change in evolution is a change in consciousness. the field changes the more of us that can be in harmony the more amplification of the field that we are providing that's why community is the foundation of evolution bring us all together more and more and more awareness more and more broadcast greater the amplitude and there's a point where we can trip the system I go, how many people do I say more than half?

1:20:51I go, no, because the others are making noise. Their vibrations are noise. But if you can get a smaller group to be coherent, it transcends noise and becomes a signal. And that's the Harry Met Sally part. Because outside people are going, my life is noisy, but your life, I like your signal. And all of a sudden, they're open to tell me. We can't change people. People change themselves. This is really important because as we become more aware, we want others to be more aware, and we want to help them, and they're not doing well, and we put our effort in. Let me help you. Let me give you the secret.

1:21:39And I go, it's very frustrating because if that person you're trying to help is not open to being helped, then you get frustrated. You put all this effort in, and they're not responding. I go, save your energy. Wait for somebody to come and ask you for the help. Because when we want to push to help, it may not be received. And then it's like, I see them going to hell, and I can see where they're going wrong, and I tell them, but they're not listening. Why? Because they're not ready.

1:22:20Darin Olien:Right, yeah, plain and simple. If you were to guess, what do you think the percentage of population needs to go into coherence for it to affect the larger? I think Transcendental Meditation people have the formula. I think they said the square root of 1 % of the population. Well, that mathematically. first of all, the square root of 1%, so first of all, you're only doing the 1%. And the 99%, you know, and the square root of that 1%, that's not the whole 1%, it's the smaller version. So basically it says, in a world of noise, a small coherence can make a signal that will stand out above the noise.

1:23:12and it would be like a light drawing people to that Sally Met Harry experiment.

1:23:20Darin Olien:I want what you have done. Well, we all know one candle in a dark room lights up a room. That's it. Yeah. And CM people have done this where they got people gathered together to meditate in a war zone or a place to meditate on peace. and the statistics reveal that the small number of people make a change in like the police records of violence and things like that or the violence is reduced from a small number of people. See, so, you know, there's a hopeless part where people say, oh, how many people have to come this way? I go, not that many. Not that many. Not that many. Yeah, which is, In itself hopeful.

1:24:10Yeah, I have great hope. Why?

1:24:13Darin Olien:Yeah. Because evolution is going to happen. A lot of people are not going to make it. I say, why? Not because the process is killing them. The stress is killing them because they're holding on to a system that is collapsing. And that's where the stress comes from. Oh, my God, I can lose my job. Oh, my God, I can't afford my health care and blah, blah, blah. stress as it's going down. Those that disconnect are not going down. But the number is those that are not connecting are the small number that you and I have been talking about. And they're going to survive and thrive through this whole process.

1:25:01Darin Olien:I'm excited. I'm excited. I love it. I'm excited because it was not my life for 40 plus years and now for almost 40 years a second life and the second life is oh my god if I only knew this when I was 20 I would have 100 years of this and I want people to have what you have what I have, what our friends because our friends share that energy field our friends collective viewers mine represent a community that are in harmony with us so they're in they have their own harmony so that's the beautiful part I got out of the conventional world but now I find myself surrounded by people I love why? because together we're always having it up it's up all the time all the time yeah I'm I pinch myself at the people that I have in my life.

1:26:13Darin Olien:If I have a bad day, I know I've done a lot right by the people that are around. And now you're including you. Well, I'm so happy again to be here because this is a beacon. This is a beacon of, man, there's a safe shore right here where this light is coming from. Yeah, yeah. Thank you. Thank you. I so appreciate it. And let me especially thank the audience because it's our collectiveness, our community. Thank you. Thank you, my man. Appreciate it. Thank you for the book, everyone. That's it. Cool.

What if your genes aren't controlling your destiny nearly as much as you've been taught to believe? And what if many of the patterns shaping your health, relationships, behavior, and perception of the world were programmed into you before you were even consciously aware of them?

In this powerful conversation, Darin sits down with stem cell biologist and bestselling author Dr. Bruce Lipton to explore his theories around epigenetics, subconscious programming, consciousness, stress, evolution, and the mind-body connection. Bruce also opens up about his experience with tongue cancer and how it forced him to confront the very ideas about biology and belief that he had spent decades teaching.

Together, they explore Bruce's claim that we spend as much as 95% of our lives operating through subconscious programs, many of which were downloaded during early childhood. Bruce explains why he believes our perception of the environment influences biology, why taking responsibility for unconscious patterns is essential to reclaiming personal power, and how those programs can be rewritten.

The conversation expands beyond individual health into humanity itself, challenging the cultural story of "survival of the fittest" and exploring cooperation, community, consciousness, spirituality, environmental collapse, and why Bruce believes the upheaval we're experiencing may actually represent an evolutionary turning point.

"You have to take your power back. Much of what shapes your life may be operating beneath conscious awareness, but Bruce's central message is that those patterns don't have to remain permanent. By becoming aware of the programs you're running, taking responsibility for what you're creating, and consciously choosing the beliefs, relationships, communities, and vision you want to reinforce, you can begin creating a life based less on fear and struggle and more on love, cooperation, and possibility."
