In short

David Reid (Mana Vitality co-founder) explains his decade-long search for “nutrient-dense” substances, focusing on monoatomic gold/“ormus” and shilajit, and argues that restoring cellular voltage (electrical charge) is foundational for energy, mitochondria function, and healing. He also discusses how these materials are sourced and processed into bioavailable forms.

Guest background

Australian; left a traditional corporate medical career path 15 years ago for a spiritual quest. Studied sacred sites and teachers including Nassim Haramein (embassy program in 2011 near Tulum/Chichén Itzá) and did Vipassana and long sun-gazing. Later researched Ormus with Barry Carter and David Hudson; founded Mana Vitality (originally small-scale bottling in Australia around 2013).

Key claims

Ormus is monoatomic and becomes bioavailable when reduced to nanoparticle-sized clusters; gold nanoparticles are described as non-toxic at the right size. Shilajit’s fulvic acid (1–2 nanometers) transports minerals to cell/mitochondria and can raise testosterone (claimed ~20%). Low voltage limits healing; endocannabinoid receptors and mitochondria communicate via electrical/light/sound pathways.

Notable examples

Dead Sea “mana/mufkat” references; sleeping at the Dead Sea for 88 nights; shilajit resin jar-bottling and shipping; shilajit supply access limited to ~300 kilos/year at Mount Kalish; Ormus nanoparticle cost cited as ~3x 24k gold per kilo.

I love their company, I love what they're doing, and you will too. Welcome back. Today we're sitting down with my good friend David Reed, the co-founder of Mana Vitality, and a man who walked away from a career in the traditional medical field to embark on a decade-long global quest.

2:27Darin Olien:That's right, fully committed. David's journey took him from a state of deep physical and spiritual disconnection to the highest and lowest points literally on the earth, searching for missing links in human nutrition. In this episode, we explore the incredible intersection of ancient wisdom and modern innovation. David shares the story behind the discovery of the world's most nutrient-dense substances. From the depths of the ocean to the peaks of the mountains, he has distilled a decade-long exploration into some of the greatest nutrient solutions to our human health. We dive into why so many of us feel stuck despite our best efforts, the importance of restoring our full biological potential, and the life-changing secrets David uncovered while traveling to the ends of the earth.

3:29Darin Olien:Sit back and enjoy this conversation with my good friend, David Reed. Welcome, brother, from Australia to right here, Super Life Podcast. Yes, stoked to have you in person this time on the podcast. Last time we did it, we were virtual. Welcome back. Thanks, brother. Great to be here. Nice to be in your presence. Yeah, man. Share some space. Share some mana. Yeah, so, I mean, you know, obviously you have mana vitality, which is one of my favorite products. and we're going to get into all that because it's foundational in so many ways.

4:18Darin Olien:And I guess, you know, I'd love to hear, like, you had a spiritual journey finding, kind of stumbling upon, right? But I'd love to pragmatically get into the supply, like the supply chain, how you get, if we can visualize with you right now, how you get this thousands of years of Himalayan fulvic ooze into a product. because I have a love for finding stuff and bringing it into the lexicon of the humans to be able to benefit from it. And unfortunately today, more and more products just don't have what they say they're having in it. In products, it's still the Wild West. you know you and i could make a couple phone calls and have a product on the market virtually tomorrow right it's just so easy and there's no oversight the fda doesn't have in the united states fda has no clue what's going on i know that firsthand in a lot of different ways so people have this delusion that just because they can order something that it is what it is So I'd love to, since you're here, I'd love to, because I'd love to be on that journey one day, right, to like see it in the ground.

6:10Darin Olien:I haven't done that yet. but maybe just before that or maybe you as you're describing it how you stumbled upon this black gold right this incredible because you were on a different you weren't looking for this stuff right and then maybe then step into how the hell you're sourcing sourcing it from across the world and getting this incredible. And then I want to talk about some incredible benefits that I don't think has been talked about enough with Sheila Jit. So give it a go. Yeah, exciting. So, yeah, I mean, it really started with me dropping out of the corporate environment 15 years ago. And as you said, going on a spiritual quest, I just had these burning questions inside of me.

7:07Darin Olien:Who am I? What am I? What is this all about? Exactly. And I couldn't go any longer without answering them. Like it was just the questions was just there every day. You need to stop the chaotic life in order to really investigate that too, right? 100%. Yeah. Yeah. So, and that was the greatest gift I ever gave myself was stopping, quitting a really well-paying job in the corporate environment, but just finding that stillness initially, then reading a couple of books which really inspired me. Which were what? Think and Grow Rich. I was just listening to that again literally on the drive. I just repeat it.

7:46Darin Olien:It was literally just recently. Yeah, yeah. I was like I hadn't listened to it for a long time, and now I'm on its third zip around, and it's so awesome. And you can't listen to it enough, right? Because it's based in laws. Correct. Right? It's based in us and limiting beliefs of our humanness. Yes. Right? So it's beautiful. Awesome. Yeah, and I feel like it's kind of got a bad title because you think it's all about making money, but it's actually the secrets and laws of the universe. So I started applying those straight away. I think I, like, that book, it was just the right time for me. I read it in two weeks, and I'm a slow reader, and I was just literally doing everything it said.

8:28And I started three companies within a month after that. Oh, wow. But I was still in my ego. One of them was like an advertising company, and it was with three of my best friends, and I realized it was going to destroy our relationships and their families because we were going to travel overseas and be away for a long time. So anyway, at the same time, I was listening to a guy called Drumvalo Melchizedek who was talking a lot about different spiritual concepts like standing around in Sedona, in Arizona. But it was really touching a place in my heart where it sent me on this journey where I just kind of traveled to visit people that I was resonating with.

9:09One of those was Nassim Haramein, who's a theoretical physicist. Oh, wow. Was talking a lot about, you know, who we are and where we come from. So I ended up going and doing an embassy program with him in 2011. And that was really because that was in Mexico at Tulum. We went to Chichen Itza and through a lot of the old pyramids.

9:28Darin Olien:Before Tulum went completely party crazy. Yeah, well, I haven't been back there since, so I have heard that it's changed a lot. What year was that? 2011. Yeah, I think it's around when I was there. I was running around the Yucatan Peninsula. Yeah. And this little kind of Tulum thing was like, oh, that's cool. A couple of little yoga places, but it wasn't. I loved it. Yeah. Just little chalets and huts on the beach. It was beautiful. And the cenotes there. I don't know if you got into those underground. That was epic. Yeah, so I feel like I had a bit of an initiation there and with Nassim, who's talking about a lot of very esoteric concepts, but also like decoding the Bible and a lot of sacred text.

10:14Darin Olien:Nice. Yeah, so I did a Vipassana a couple of months later. And then when I came out of that, I sun-gazed for about nine months pretty intensely. And from there, I felt quite guided where I went through Egypt and the Middle East. and through the Himalayas. And yeah, it was still really to answer those questions. And I was starting to feel very comfortable and very free with nothing. Like I literally just had a backpack and the most I ever would have had in my bank account would have been$5 ,000. And when you're in your mid-30s, that's pretty confronting. But I didn't care. It was just like I was doing what was most important for me at the time.

10:55and so yeah I stumbled across the concepts of ormus through Egypt and the Middle East mainly in Israel in the Dead Sea ormus in Israel is called mana which means what is it because they weren't quite sure that's the exact translation and the same in Egypt it's called mufkat and And there's a lot of hieroglyphs of it in the temples. Mufkat with an M. Oh, Mufkat. Mufkat. And that means what is it? Wow, no way.

11:31Darin Olien:Yeah. So how would it show up then? Because it's monoatomic. And that's why, like, if you go to the Western studies, there's not really any, they can't get their hands around it. Yeah. Right? It's kind of like this mystery. Yeah. So, yeah, how was that then? How did you kind of start to understand it? Yeah, I think I was given a recipe on three different ways to make it initially by a gentleman called Goddard, who was the guardian of the Sphinx. And monoatomic, so I went home to Byron Bay. I produced it those three different ways, started sharing it with people. They were having some pretty wild experiences, so I thought I've got to learn more about this.

12:22and I researched who was the best people that knew about Ormus, which is the Western word for it, on the planet. It was two main guys, Barry Carter and David Hudson. So I seeked out Barry, got in contact with him, said, can I come and stay with you? I want to learn more about this. And he opened his house up to me, went and stayed with him for 10 days, and we just went down the rabbit hole on Ormus. He had made it from a whole heap of different substances, and it also come in contact with a whole bunch of underground alchemists who are playing around with similar substances, basically turning gold into an edible substance, similar to what the Egyptians were doing and what they called mufkat.

13:03Darin Olien:So just to create a context for that, right? Yeah. Because people think gold, you know, this thing that you're holding, very valuable right now. Yeah. but then how it actually gets in the body. And listen, the people only know the handful of electrolytes, but in fact we need 90 plus, right? But size matters very importantly in terms of your body's ability to use electrolytes, minerals, all of that stuff. so so describe to me how then you take this large metal call it and make it into a substance that is receptive to and from and for the body yes there's a couple of different ways of doing it you can actually take the 24 karat metal and turn it into nanoparticle size And how do you do that?

14:08Which we do. So that can be done in a laboratory. They do it. There's probably 20 good labs on the planet that do that, both for technology purposes and also medical purposes now. Really? It's a pretty advanced process. And the cost of gold in that form is about three times the cost of 24 karat gold. Oh, wow. So let's say gold at the moment is$150 ,000 a kilo. that nanoparticle form would be about$450 ,000 a kilo. So it's extremely expensive. It's extremely advanced work to get it into those states because you're talking about clusters of atoms. When you get down to like a 5 or 10 nanometer scale, that's only like 200 atoms.

14:54What's Angstrom? Not sure.

14:57Darin Olien:Yeah, Angstrom is a... I forget that. Angstrom is a very... It's, God, I forget. We'll have to figure it out and put it in the show notes. But, yeah, so size. The size is really small. Yeah, really, really, really, really small. Really small, yeah. Like, as I said, talking clusters of atoms. Yeah. Now, one of the biggest questions I get constantly is, Darren, where can I find the best non-toxic cookware? Listen, I don't mess around with things that go ultimately in my body. And that includes what I cook with. That's why I swear by Our Place. Because from day one, they've been committed to making clean, healthy, non-toxic cookware and kitchenware.

15:47Darin Olien:No sketchy coatings, no forever chemicals, just pure conscious design that are beautiful as well as highly functional. I've been using their titanium always pan for months now. It's the only pan I cook with and here's why. Pure titanium, non-toxic, PFAS free. Extremely durable, metal utensils, high heat, dishwasher safe. This thing can handle it all. All in one performance. The best stainless steel cast iron non-stick in a single pan. And here's the real kicker. Most nonstick pans, they're still loaded with PFAS, these forever chemicals that break down in your body and stay in your body, and they accumulate over time.

16:42Darin Olien:We just don't need that. They disrupt the gut microbiome, testosterone, dysregulation, metabolic issues, hormone imbalances, immune dysfunction, and chronic inflammation they contribute to. Think about it. Every time you cook, you could be introducing toxins into your body. And the simple act of switching to safe cookware eliminates that. This is why it's the easiest, most powerful change you can make, certainly in your kitchen, for long-term health and the elimination of toxic exposure. So stop cooking with toxic cookware. You can change that right now. Go to fromourplace.com forward slash Darren and get 10 % off site-wide.

17:26Darin Olien:You also have a hundred day free trial to check it out, to try it out. Free shipping, free returns, no risk to you. Traditionally, before we had modern technology, it used to be done in the Himalayas, as an example, by the monks, where they'd actually turn the pure gold into sheaths of metal, really small sheaths of metal. They would bash it to get it into those sheaths. then they would burn it so it'd become like basically like an ash they'd put it into clay pots put it in the earth at particular times of the moon cycle so it would get charged and then they would sing yantras and mantras to that and they would repeat repeat that process over and over and over sometimes like 42 times as an example until it was basically like a of fine ash.

18:18And at that point, it's like in that nanometer size as well.

18:23Darin Olien:And then how would they use it? So the reason for getting it down into that nanometer size is it's no longer considered toxic and heavy metal by the body, but it's actually bioavailable. So we can consume that, and it can raise the quotient of light in our body. And with our body being a biophotonic electrical system, with the right inputs, it's ready to upgrade itself. So there's a lot written about that in sacred text from the Egyptians, from the Sumerians, lots of hieroglyphs, and also the Tibetans. Yeah, and listen, we don't have time to get into all of the substantiated forms of what we actually are, but we are electric.

19:10Darin Olien:uh dr jerry you ever met dr jerry tennett i had him on a podcast a long time i gotta get him back but diagnostically you can go to almost any hospital and see that we're using diagnostic measuring of like heart like all this stuff like that we're diagnostically using it but but since the flexner report and all of that stuff they pushed out all of the other beneficial electric healing protocols is starting to come back, maybe showing up in PEMF mats and red lights. And like, it's starting to make this little merge back. Dr. Halda Clark, I used to have a zapper that go, I'd strap it on, I'd zap my blood when I was running around like crazy, probably getting tons of parasites.

20:02Darin Olien:And I do this proactively all the time. So this is we are electric. The field of electricity that we have in our heart, that is straight up what we are or else checking our heart pulse wouldn't exist. So I just want to set that table for anyone who's like, what do you mean we're electric? We're electric. And there's a lot of emerging, I'll talk to you offline, about some incredible scientists I've recently met i'll just say quickly i got five hours of assessment all through frequency um recordings a million inputs of what's going on in my body wow a million through voice or no through scanning through scanning nice very the most advanced i've ever seen wow anything that you've seen times a hundred thousand amazing and it found out all the stuff that i've never known about myself wow right tomorrow i'm going in for six hours to get the quote-unquote treatments nice right so i the treatments through sound and frequency as well or a whole bunch of stuff all about yeah it's 37 000 volts zero point stuff but very precise engineers doing it it's not just like you know saging you with uh you know it's very it's the next time i see you look 18 and you'll be going even more yeah but the point is like it found out like a root canal thing that i just had and i thought it was clear clean but that was 10 years ago and it was slowly infecting me and it found out all the stuff so i just want to say like i believe the the bio electric medicine should it was being used should be used uh and hopefully coming back into our our atmosphere of medicine because it's it's very very powerful if you don't have voltage you can't heal well said right yeah you literally cannot heal and chronic biologically chemically all of that follow but you can't heal with low voltage so you can take all the stem cells you want even but if you don't change the state of an injury or chronic condition if you don't increase the voltage you won't heal and and jerry tennett very clear on that he goes you you measure the voltage of something and then an acute injury the body increases the voltage to then pull in the chemistry the biology the exosomes the stem cells all of that stuff right that's it that's it so that so that's the table that i want people to understand here that we're not just talking and you've just you know you've rediscovered uh gold ormus or other ormuses just for the hell of it that what you have in mana what you've been doing is we we're yeah she legit and every it's got very legit research backed by it but this other electrical potential that we're able to now bring into the body is very powerful especially sunlight grounding minerals in your body the right kind of minerals so anyway i'm stoked about this stuff and that's that's why we've partnered that's why I believe in this stuff.

23:52Darin Olien:So that said, I just wanted to, before we go too far off on people not understanding the context of why monoatomic gold or other things are important, I want them to understand this important thing that we have not had in our American Medical Association or Western medicine. so it is extremely maybe one of the most important things that we understand in our health is increasing our voltage yeah and that's at manna that's what we're all about yeah that's our entire thesis it's about restoring cellular voltage restoring charge because as you say once you have that cell membrane potential then the mitochondria which is really the decision maker of the cell and the mover actually it moves energy moves energy creates energy moves energy exactly and in combination with the endocannabinoid receptors exactly and the microtubules exactly there's this whole kind of the fascial tubules are like electric you like think think of avatar think of looking at that tree like that's that's running all over in us that's it right yeah i met Jerry at a conference in Austin last May.

25:16Darin Olien:Dr. Jerry Tennant. Yeah. Yeah. And yeah, he actually had a scanner there where you could check your voltage. And it was a body analysis reading, basically. Yeah. And, you know, it would tell you what your millivolts in your cells were. And it was a pretty advanced scanning. It would give you like your metabolic age and all of that. But it's all about the charge of that cell. and you know when those membranes are charged and the mitochondria have their own membranes and there's up to as you know like a thousand mitochondria in a cell right and their millivolts are actually double the many millivolts of a cell so let's say a cell healthy cells around minus 70 millivolts the mitochondria is like 150 right and there's a thousand of them in a cell Right.

26:07There's like 10 quadrillion mitochondria in the body. Right. So if that cell membrane has the correct charge, the mitochondria, which are controlling the cell, can basically send out messages saying that the mitochondria is happy, the cell's happy, which produces more ATP, which is energy, produces hormone signaling, intercellular communication, metabolism is going to be operating appropriately, and the endocannabinoid receptors, which I've learned a lot from yourself, from watching podcasts yourself and done my own research with AI.

26:49Darin Olien:Yeah, Danny Fontaine. Yeah. You know, that's regulating the body system. There's about 100 quadrillion of those receptors. and they're informing the mitochondria which are like the energy generators and and they're essentially informing the nervous system yes so they're like endocannabinoid system nervous system informs the rest of the body yes and you're like whoa right receiving giving all the time constantly taking in information all the time. And they're doing it through charge, through electrical systems. The mitochondria is doing it through light. The microtubules are doing it through sound, just as much as chemistry.

27:37So science is mainly just looking at the chemistry of it. Yeah, so I want to pause there for a second.

27:42Darin Olien:This is interesting. So a microbiologist told me I was traveling with him in Cambodia, and he was taking samples of microbes, and I was looking for plants. And so we were kind of running around together. And he informed me this thing. He goes, they don't communicate through chemistry. They communicate through bio light. And I was like, huh? like bio photo light communication infinitely faster yes the microbes so think about that trillions of microbes that are not you that we need that we need in the right balance that are creating other co-factors other up regulation factories that we need that are not you but that are infinitely communicating beyond the human kind of understanding of or at least our understanding of chemistry and biology it's communicating infinitely faster through light so like we're barely understanding how important microbes are to our health and obviously then you can have checks and balances if you're not having voltage eating poor food all of that stuff it's lowering lowering lowering the voltage it's changing the microbes population then you're moving into a different terrain which then goes into the terrain theory versus germ theory right so you're not catching something germs can actually morph itself from within you to create a disease zone or a healthy zone exactly right so these these are and i the audience is going what the fuck are these guys talking about right these are big concepts but but it's important to understand that you don't have to understand all of this but that voltage is a huge huge thing communication systems light systems electrical potential all is based and i think every nutritionist will tell you if you're low in minerals if you're missing minerals there's no amount of sleep that can overcome that there's no there's a physical matter here that we need in order for us to operate in a regulated way.

30:35Darin Olien:Yes. Right? Which is why you've spent so much time understanding this so that you can deliver a foundational product, but it feels more than a product. Anyway, I don't want to go too far on that, but I want to go back to your Ormus discovery. So you've went through all of these different, from ancient ways to more updated ways, to understanding Ormus. So how did you then get from studying with this guy and then going, how can I bring this? And then how can I bring a wide spectrum amount of Ormus to people in a way that is a small size so that the body can actually use it? How did that process happen?

31:32Yeah, I mean, I guess back then I understood that we were salt water beings. and a lot of what I was exploring was salts. So it kind of started pretty basically. And then with the ormus, I just felt like there was more to it. The ancients revered it and talked about it in such a profound way, especially the Egyptians. The hieroglyph for it is like this really steep triangle with a high angle of repose. And the fact that the Egyptians and the Essenes and the Hebrews gave it a name of like what is it the mystery talking about it like some kind of heavenly substance and the mystery schools the rosicrucians the knights templar the cathars yeah they all talked about this substance so i knew there was a lot more to it um and then shilajit was an interesting situation as well because i totally stumbled across that as well i was in um i'd like

32:34Darin Olien:to take a moment to mention my amazing sponsors, the company Body at Shakeology, my baby, who I helped to formulate way back in 2006. Most people think of a protein shake as a quick fix, but Shakeology, because I know, was built with a completely different intention. It's superfoods. It's nutrient density. It's a superfood nutrition shake where quality actually comes first. I know this firsthand. When you talk about the quality story, we're talking about a refusal to take shortcuts. While most of the industry uses generic blends to cut costs, every single ingredient in Shakeology literally is individually researched, vetted, and sourced from global partners all over the world who meet the strictest standards of purity and sustainability.

33:28Darin Olien:We're talking about seven layers of testing. These are not just words. This is actual. From the raw ingredients to the finished bag to ensure that what's on the label is exactly what's in your glass. There are no artificial sweeteners, no fake flavors, no compromises. It's measurable quality that evolves with science. Experience the difference for yourself. I still drink this every single day. Head to shakeology.com and use the promo code Darren O, D-A-R-I-N-O, one body, B-O-D-I for 15 % off your order. That's Darren, D-A-R-I-N, the letter O, the number one body, B-O-D-I to get 15 % off. I can't wait for you to try it.

34:20I was in Kathmandu and had the opportunity to go to Mount Kalish. There's a three-day walk you can do around Mount Kalish, and it's effectively the most sacred mountain on the planet. All the Hindus, like it's the most revered place because it's where Shiva lives. So I went there with a gentleman called Ram, who was actually, yeah, Ram means king. And the reverse of that, Ma means sea. but yeah he was a descendant of the Tibetan royal family and he was the guy that I did a lap of Mount Kalish with the first time and we did a ceremony with Shilajit the day that we started. So the morning that we started and they used it over there as a high altitude substance as well to get more oxygen in the body and get the blood kind of primed.

35:17So, yeah, I didn't know too much about Ormus and Shilajit after those two introductions to it. But then over the years, I've just explored it more and more and then dove into the science.

35:31Darin Olien:So you're on this journey. Yeah. And these ancient people are dropping these nuggets. Yeah. And it's leaving you with questions going, well, why are all of these people revering these substances? And then you're experiencing it. So on some level, your body's now attuning to it. And then you start to use because you have a strong engineering brain, right? And you start organizing. You start asking other questions. So then I'm curious when the light clicked on. Yeah, well, I was also getting access to a lot of amazing other products, like the Kakadu plum in Australia. I was going out into the centre of Australia and spending time with the indigenous.

Read the full transcript

36:19I almost, yeah. Up in Oregon, through Mount Shasta, like different pine pollens, down through Peru, different mushrooms. And like I was getting exposed to a lot of stuff that had been helping people for thousands of years. but I after kind of traveling around for a period of time I thought what what's the most powerful substances that I'm coming across here and it was coming back to these salts and these minerals and the two that really stuck with me was the shilajit and the ocean plasma which we turn into the ormus and then gold was kind of sitting there with me but at the time it was just It was so expensive.

37:01You know, I remember buying an ounce of gold, which was a lot at the time. I think it cost me like$1 ,500. And I got this tiny little amount of white powder, and I just thought, you know, it's too elitist for me to bother putting into a product. So, yeah, it started with Shilajit and Ormus, and then really the self-journey and talking with different doctors that understood things like cell membrane potential and going down that path of understanding the body to be an electromagnetic system, it became super clear to me that that was the most powerful thing I could share with the planet, was getting this charge in the body up and raising our frequency and looking at things from a frequency and vibrational perspective, which a lot of very famous scientists in the past had been alluding to, like after 50, 60 years of their life's work, they were saying everything's about energy, like start looking at things from frequency and vibration.

38:07So it's not as esoteric as we think. It's actually like very obvious science.

38:15Darin Olien:It's as obvious as a battery. Yes, exactly. If you look at a battery and it doesn't have the right chemistry, it doesn't work. That's right. Right? Yeah. And same with the cells. Same with the cells. It's constantly doing it. Sodium, potassium pumps, electrical conduction mechanisms, which is why biologically, chemically, if you don't have a mineral, you can't create. It's cofactors. Yes. It cannot do certain things. So it's very, very grounded biological as well as supporting real energy production that the body needs. Yeah, exactly. And like Shilajit's an interesting one because the indigenous have been using it for thousands of years and it's cured all kinds of things.

39:10There's some people in the east that say like Shilajit can literally cure everything, no matter what it is. And I guess they've never really known how, but modern science is showing how. One of the amazing components of it is fulvic acid, which is important to talk about because fulvic acid and the mineral matrix is able to transport nutrients at the nanoscale. So we're talking about cell membrane potentials. We're talking about the mitochondria having membranes. And so most supplementation is never actually getting to the mitochondria. But fulvic acid is only like one or two nanometers in size as a molecule.

39:53So it can cross those cell membranes. Yeah, and it's a cool thing in the sense that fulvic grabs minerals

40:02Darin Olien:and surrounds them and helps guide them and bring them. And that is legit. People are going to look this up right now. 100%. There's science to show we're not just making shit up here. Like it grabs minerals and it doesn't teleport. It transfers them around the body, which is incredible. It's incredible. Because, again, you can look at, you know, testosterone. There's an amazing testosterone, about 20 % testosterone increase, which is huge. You know, people are running to their doctor to get exogenous testosterone just to get that. but they're not even working on foundational aspects. Anyway, that's a side, and we can talk more about that.

40:46Darin Olien:But this is huge. This is powerful stuff. It's huge. So you can look at fulvic acid as nature's nanotechnology. And to be able to get nutrients in and waste out of the cell and out of the mitochondria and to the endocannabinoid receptors and to the microtubules is profound. because we're taking all these supplements, but if they're not actually getting into those areas, then they're not doing anything. So, yeah, fulvic acid is built into shilajit. And when you get it from high altitudes, it's got the higher percentages. Higher percentage. And then when you're combining it with all of those sea minerals and with the amino acids, it can actually transport it to those different areas as well as get through the blood-brain barrier.

41:38Yeah.

41:38Darin Olien:Yeah, Sheila Jit is not all created equal either. And so going back to the sourcing story, I'd love to be on a journey there at one point with you. But how was that stumble when it finally clicked over going, this is what I'm going to do. I need to bring these elements to people's bodies. how do you because i i'm like it is hard to source there's a bunch of stuff that i have found that unfortunately the infrastructure is not there it's just a couple guys in a hut and it's never going to be seen the light of day yeah because there's not enough money there's enough time there's no way to have a chain of custody there's no there's no ability to get some of the stuff and and you know high in the himalayas a plant ooze but also sustainably how do you do that yeah i never really looked at it that way because i was finding these substances super organically and where i was finding them they had decent supplies at the time and the original business that i started was in 2013 in australia and it was just putting shilajir in a jar and it was just putting the ormus into bottles and so you know to get it from the dead sea and and from tybet that was 2013 yeah wow yeah yeah the website's still online it's called uh sacredway.com or ormusaustralia.com um but yeah i mean i'm talking about i would sit in my kitchen and get the Shilajit resin and put it into 100, 200 jars, sometimes get my friends' kids to come and help me because it's a pretty laborious process.

43:31And then pack all those up, go down the post office and send them out to people. But it was very small scale. And then Ram, who has the lease at Mount Kalish, he can only access 300 kilos a year of Shilajit. So in 2019, I set myself a goal to find the top 10 suppliers on the planet. And most of them were from the Himalayas. I also went through the Altai Ranges, which is in Mongolia, and then up into Russia and Siberia. Wow. Because I knew if I could find the best quality of that, and just inside of me that's like, I wouldn't feel comfortable if I was dealing with something that I wasn't going direct to the farm, testing it and finding the best quality of that.

44:19But I wasn't planning to have a business in America selling tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands of products. So that scale kind of built slowly over time and through finding different suppliers, you just build that up over time. There's no shortage of Shilajit on the planet. some of those ranges are massive especially when you get up into Siberia

44:48Darin Olien:how long does it take the decaying process how long does it take to create the sheila nature's process of creating it it's a good question I don't think anyone knows the answer but I would say tens of thousands of years yeah I've wondered that I haven't found it either I don't know if anyone knows but maybe they can they can carbon date it or something yeah there'd have to be a way to do it yeah and i mean i guess it depends where you get it from as well i think some of those lower altitudes it might be younger yeah but i think those higher altitudes yeah it's it's really really really old yeah and the and it begs to share that or talk about as because she legit has made a a push yeah right i mean i I was consuming it not on a regular basis, consuming it way back in the day.

45:46Darin Olien:Going, wow, this is, I've been in India several times, and you're like, what the hell is this thing? And Ayurveda, it's revered, obviously. But now it's making a push. And always when consumer demand and supply goes up, you can get some tricky supply chains not so great sourcing so kind of being ahead of that whole thing and locking in relationships and i'm sure those relationships now are kind of family to you yes right and i protect that was the same way when i was starting to work with beach body and i had like families that were relying on me before that even and you're like i remember having conversations pulling them aside going hey if they're not treating you well you let me know like because i'm going to i'm going to fight for you like you know that kind of stuff so so so i understand that and then because before the boom because you were before the boom those relationships mean even more because you were there and i'm sure though so talk to me about all of you don't have to say exactly where they are but all of the different supply and then how long like what is that like do they have to go like go hike to an area take some down take a certain amount per year like go to different areas you know how is that what does the shilajit forging look like yeah i mean it's there's a lot involved for both the shilajit and the ormus yeah that we use um I guess because I went to those locations and met with the people, they are like family.

47:37It's amazing when you go and sit in those locations for an extended period, and then they take you to places where their ancestry have been going for hundreds and thousands of years. It's amazing the bond that you can develop in a short period of time. A good example of that was when I slept at the Dead Sea for 88 nights. and there was a kibbutz up behind me at En Gedi. And the people there now, like I could ring them and ask for something and they'd be there straight away. And likewise, yeah, it's just there's a special bond that gets created probably when you're travelling around in a vulnerable situation of not having anything too, right?

48:18Darin Olien:Yeah. And then over the years when you develop almost like an online relationship from that, you can develop an amazing trust just by doing what you say you're going to do. Right. And paying for things when you say you're going to pay for things. And so over years. Because by the way, many of those situations, people have taken advantage of those people. And I have almost every farmer I have ever met, thousands, there was always a bad story of someone not doing what they're saying doing not paying like always and so you're you're you're there there's a rehabilitation going on and again like that trust and then years of that trust and then their supply and they're doing it correctly and it's it's an it's a very people you know they're buying a product they're sticking their water and you know it's important to understand that if you go on Amazon you buy She Legit the chances of you understanding and having what you have cultivated for over a decade is you're also buying into that and you're supporting families like everything everything the sustainable world is trying to share and set up.

49:48Darin Olien:I've very much operated that way too. You've already done that. So it's like if you want to change, that's where purchasing with your own dollars, the vote is important. So I just want to say that because I, from day one, I've always appreciated that side of how you have gone about building this business. Because it's, like you said, it's a long journey. But the cool thing is you weren't setting out to do it. So the foundation of it was kind of naturally slow. So you weren't going and going, okay, I'm going to bring some VCs in. I'm going to build a business and then accelerate it. And that's where supply, when it goes crazy, that's what people do.

50:40Darin Olien:And that erodes the opportunity that you have created. So it means a lot to me, and I hope people start to understand that certain products, it's worth it. I just had a friend of mine saying, she texted me this, I think it was Manuka Honey, New Zealand or whatever. And she goes, oh, this QR code, I just flashed on there, and they took me through a real journey of how they make. she literally just texted me she goes i'm glad i'm glad to be paying 150 dollars for this real stuff yeah right and she's not rich but she's like i'm literally told me that today and i'm like yes that's that's the power it's like yeah of course it's some of these things are expensive gold's expensive like there's some real and when you understand how important it is for ourselves and our bodies and and nothing is a reductionist even though our brains want to reduce things down it's just me and i just need this but you're it's a network of of of support of you and a bunch of people yeah yeah it's beautifully said and i mean i guess the way i was introduced to the substances was i was also in a very open space and a space of reverence right so it was always about finding the best quality and honoring the place it was coming from the people that were sourcing it because I really saw them as like, I see shilajit as black gold.

52:30It's like God's nectar. It's produced by the earth. It's nothing new. It's like I'm just a steward of it. It's like this product is so profound. There's still nothing that I've found in all of my research that is more profound than shilajit for the human body from a nutrient perspective per gram. like the amount that's packed into that per thousand milligrams and what it does for the body is profound so there's again the space that i was in and the way i got introduced to it there was such a reverence for that that it was never about making money it was about finding the best source of that nurturing that source of that so it could get into people's kitchens in a way that was easy to use with that level of reverence for what it is.

53:25So it's never been about like mass producing it or getting as much as I can. We're a fairly boutique business in that way. We do have a limited supply, even though we're expanding on that every year. And then the business model these days is just so interesting because as a brand, you don't really end up making much money, if any, right? because there's so many costs and it's so expensive. And for us being heavily reliant in e-commerce, I'll give you two examples. So in e-commerce at the moment, paid ads is like wild. So we sell our product, let's say for every$100. At the moment, we're going to spend$150 to acquire a customer.

54:13That's not including any other costs. And I'll give you an example of retail space. So let's say it's for sale for$100. Retail space will want half price. And then the distributor for that retail space will want 25 % margin.

54:34So for every$100 product, you're down to$25 before you've packaged it, before any of the cost of the product. So let's say the cost of the product is$25. Nothing left. Nothing left, yeah.

54:49Darin Olien:It's basically like advertising at that point. That's exactly what it is. People seeing it. So we're in a couple of really amazing retail stores, and we only bother with a couple because it's an advertisement, and it's positioning. And again, it's giving that product that reverence and most importantly making it accessible to people. but yeah it's it's a wild environment and and ecosystem at the moment in in selling a product online and i think that's because a lot of the big companies are gobbling it up like they'll come in and they've got no problem paying 150 to sell a hundred dollar product because they'll get someone on a subscription and they might have a subscription for three months they'll make it up over time but they might come in with 10,$20 million to kick that off, knowing that they'll squash all the other guys in the process.

55:47So it's a brutal game. And that's been a really interesting transition for me as like wandering around the planet with nothing, finding these amazing substances and going, okay, my life's work is to share this with people and make it available for them because I know the benefits. And then having to run a company and navigate through the Wild West of regulation and then this crazy process of the expenses in getting it into people's homes. Yeah.

56:20Darin Olien:People don't realize. They don't realize, especially when there's no compromise and the cost of just those goods and the travel that it takes from deep in the Himalayas with families gathering it to quality control, to shipping it even to a place that you can put it into a form in a product. And then all of that, all of the tests that are involved in all of that, the batch testing and all of that stuff. And then it has to ship to the individual people. And when you're not compromising on quality, the price does go up. And then of course people have no idea. They just go, oh that's expensive you're like yeah well there's barely a margin in there because and and and unfortunately because the wild west you get this you get this uh manipulation of real costs of anything i mean tell you could use a side note a t-shirt yeah like a t-shirt if you do it right without 3 ,000 chemicals, it's more expensive.

57:38Darin Olien:If you plant diet, use natural fibers, specific sourcing, good material, organic, all of that stuff. But everyone sees that T-shirt as like, why would I pay more than$15 for that T-shirt? Because it's skewed. It's toxic. It's from slave labor ultimately. And so even the meatonomics is also an example. The meat that people are consuming way too much of all the time is subsidized. So we get this, I'm bringing those examples up because we get skewed to the real cost of things. And when you don't compromise on something, it's just the real cost of doing that thing. And it's also the real labor and money and time cost of someone dedicated like yourself to get that damn product to people.

58:41Darin Olien:Even in the face of like I have razor thin margins. It's not like you're selling it for X amount and you've marked it up six, seven times. and reaping in all this benefit. Like you said, you just explained the retail side of it. You're basically, hopefully not in the red, but sometimes you are because you're playing a longer, larger game. And that's a tough, it's a tough world. but again if you're not dedicated to it doing it the right way it's gonna either be done by some unconscious entity it doesn't give a shit or it's gonna spit out the person that thinks it's gonna come in and just do it and make some money and then leave the person who really cares about it which is you you know that's the kind of thing like if it doesn't like that's kind of life too it's like you know part of life is not easy all the time so it's like it's forging our truth all the time because you could have quit i'm sure you could have quit a million times yeah i mean i've kind of cultivated like an obsession inside of me around the brand and around the products um and again because i've gone so deep into like what they are what they're doing for the body.

1:00:18It's like, it's what I live and breathe, you know, 16 hours a day, my attention's on it. It doesn't matter what aspect of it. Some days are harder than others because you're caught in the clunkiness of the business side, you know, and creating content and working on promotional material and dealing with, you know, different sales teams, whether it's a paid ads team or a retention team or a content creating team or a growth team, you know, there's a lot involved um but because it's my life's work it's quite easy for me to just keep showing up to those days and getting it done and um i feel like the universe supports you when you're putting enough attention in the right areas as well um so yeah anything and and and mana's been super successful i think because of the quality of the product and the reverence people can sense and feel that whether it's through the packaging whether it's through the dosage that's in there whether it's through the testing or whatever it is um so you know we also look to support community initiatives with any leftovers um and examples of like super life or patreon are that like when i see what you're doing it lights me up i'm like I want to help in any way that I can because that's what MANA is really about.

1:01:44It's providing these exceptional micronutrients which can charge the cell and increase that cell membrane potential and cell voltage so we can get nutrients in and out. But ultimately, it's about the education. It's about raising our frequency so that we see the universe as being friendly again rather than they're trying to do this to me. So understanding that relationship from a true perspective with greater awareness and higher processes to then support community initiatives like what you're doing and like what some other beautiful people are doing because that's what we need on the planet at the moment.

1:02:28We're going through this transition and this change change where we need to be supported biologically we need our mitochondria producing ATP and electrical potential and sending out the correct photons of light but why do we need that so that we can be on the right side of the change so that we can support and contribute to the change

1:02:52Darin Olien:so that's really important to us as well it's resiliency yeah you know it's the ability to deal with the punches that are coming in life and going okay I'm strong I'm here I'm here okay let's let's do it yeah or I can make a change because I'm clear thinking I'm got energy I'm doing the right thing I'm in integrity like all of that stuff matters and also like just a side note like our attention what do we want to put our attention on all of that energy all of that potential your people consuming supplements products trying to be the best and then their attentions on distraction and everything else should be aware of what's going on in the world but ultimately like let's create let's generate let's come together let's let's build okay what's not working in our community let's let's do it let's change that's it yeah and i found like the energy crisis on the planet at the moment, it's not just political.

1:03:57It's biological. And when our voltage is low, our energy is low, and it's very challenging. Our thinking is low. That's it.

1:04:09Darin Olien:Lower our voltage. That's it. You've got access to less inspiring and lower frequency ideas and lower frequency inspiration. yeah so if you've got low inspiration low motivation lower ideas it's very hard to keep raising yourself up but if that voltage is there you've got the energy you can get the inspiration back you can get the ideas back and that's when you can start contributing in a positive way yeah exactly yeah and it's compounded right it's just like a bunch of choices and that's the work yeah it's not like the thing that will heal everything like not one choice ever does that You know, it's choices, being consistent, showing up, letting go, receiving, like all of it.

1:04:56Darin Olien:And, you know, and then every so often we have these incredible, like mana, we've got these things that show up that are like, oh no, this is a special compound. Compounds, right? this is something that is foundational. And I always go back to that because you see people make choices, call it picking on maybe the peptide world or the TRT world or, you know, listen, everyone has got their own journey. I'm not picking on people and they're listening to it and don't go into shame for whatever choice you're making. But if you don't look at your foundation mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and you don't do the work there, build from there, we can't bypass.

1:05:55Darin Olien:Well, we can. We think we can. But we never do. It's only in our minds. You're never, you've got to pay the debt. You know, you're going to pay it eventually. Something's going to break. and that's why like from a foundational principle getting our mind right hanging out with good people getting the nutrients getting the voltage eating well hanging with again good people go and put your feet on the ground in the sand in the ocean and getting the early and late day light this is if done consistently changes your life straight away you know and that's where consistently doing things that are foundational and I really believe that with mana too like my morning water down in the it's coursing through my brains right now drinking it on the way in I kind of laugh into myself going oh i'm talking to david today i'm like you know what i mean it's and and then linking all of the hard work quote unquote that you took for me to be drinking that's it of anyone who understands that i understand that how hard like getting something and making sure it's what it is it's supposed to be that way and it's now in my in my bottle the way it was meant to be yes and that whoa that's that's work that's commitment yeah because god it's so easy man to to cut corners i i've been in a thousand facilities around the world i'm looking at going i'm seeing names on boxes of where that shit that's that spirulina is going to that company i'm like oh my god they don't even know that this is you know like a lot of a lot of facilities i never worked with because there's no way because you're seeing poor everything yeah so it's it's really important and unfortunately it's hard to know that as a customer which is why we're having this conversation it's impossible to know it's impossible to know you can't there's no label there's no it's a marketing spin 100 right yeah and dare anyone listening to this and say i don't believe him you know what i mean yeah it's like i can have thousands of stories i have about an ingredient because i was there you can't take that away from me i was there i experienced it nice straight away yeah right same with you yeah you were there you're you had the experience of it all and you can't take that away and that's that's what these four these types of conversations and this type of our connection and and celebrating you know products that are legit and that are done correctly in every direction.

1:09:17And for me, being an Australian and having kind of that adventurous spirit, it just kind of, that's how I thought products were produced. I thought people would go to the farms, talk to the suppliers, develop a relationship, and then figure it out from there. That's what I did.

1:09:33Darin Olien:I don't know. Yeah, when I first came to the States in 2019 to manufacture Shilajit for the first time, no one would touch me. No one would package it because I hadn't bought it from their facility. Suppliers or their suppliers. From their suppliers. So to manufacture in their facility, you would end up with a whole bunch of certification, but you had to purchase the raw material from their suppliers. And their suppliers had powders sitting in 1 ,000-litre tanks that they purchased from China, and you didn't even know how long they'd been sitting there. You didn't know how many fillers were in there.

1:10:13And that was 90 % of the manufacturers in the US. I couldn't believe it. I was like so disappointed.

1:10:21Darin Olien:Okay, everybody. Are you ready to upgrade your operating system? I know I am. I'm always game to do that. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 1:12:01And what's in them is not actually getting into the mitochondria or the cell. They're literally, you might as well be eating cardboard.

1:12:07Darin Olien:Yeah. but they can work out unit economics so that they can run a business, tell a great marketing story to your point. But it's a pretty sad state that we've found ourselves in. And I do think that that marketing will become more transparent over the coming years. One thing that we're working on is putting everything on the blockchain. So exactly where it comes from, all of the costs, so the whole thing is visible and transparent. And I think that will become the marketing story of the future. Nothing to hide. Nothing to hide. Like you can't just spin up a good story that's not true. People do it all the time.

1:12:45Well, you can, but long term you can't because everything's coming to the surface and everything's got to be more transparent. And, you know, you've inspired me a lot over the years. We've only known each other for like three years. You actually came into the business organically by buying the product. Yeah. But I feel like I've known you for a lot longer than that. You've inspired me in a lot of ways. and your passion for minerals and good water and being happy is something that's like super resonant to me and a lot of my community and my tribe. And, yeah, I guess one of the beautiful things with us partnering is during that time, the amount of people that have come up to me and told me how amazing a person you are and, like, your glow and your contribution to life and it's like famous musicians, famous actors, whatever.

1:13:39And that's a credit to you, brother, because you don't deal with anybody for the sake of taking a buck. You have your morals and your compass and your relationship with God that is so dialed in and it's rare, man. And it's so beautiful that with the environment that you're in and the, I guess, ability that you have to make change with the people you interact with, it's so beautiful that you hold that relationship with yourself and with God and, like, nothing's going to penetrate that is what I feel from you. So, yeah, it's always so fun for me to have these conversations with you because you have the same passion for the earth, for the minerals, for the good water, and you understand the importance of that now and being able to access those higher processes so that we can have a super life and we can be happy and we can contribute to this incredible period that we're in.

1:14:41And we're so lucky to be here. To be operating in those lower frequencies is just such a disappointment. We don't have to be there anymore. To serve us through our life. That's it. And if we've got to pay$3,$4,$5 to get access to these super nutrients, these hyper nutrients, these premium shilajits and ormuses and gold to get into our water to structure it and have our body lighting up and glowing and accessing these higher frequencies. Like that's a commitment to ourself. And it's a commitment to everyone we know to be operating from that space. So I know that's a bit of a rant, but I just wanted to say that, man, because I really see, I feel like I see you and I appreciate you.

1:15:28And, like, as a brother, I just, like, I want to thank you for everything that you do because it's huge.

1:15:34Darin Olien:Thank you. Thank you. It's, I don't know. I mean, on the one hand, I don't know where it comes from. And on the other hand, you know, growing up where I came from and being a small town and kind of also having a lot of pain of, like, people lying. and just like what like it took me in my 20s to like like straight away finding people lying like like on a big scale and relationships and and i still i just don't get it yeah i still don't so there's this little solid state in me and i just make that commitment also every day it's like the more crazy shit goes the more i lock in love it you know and and and we all have to watch where our attention is being stolen totally because it's it's created that way yeah and we have to like whoa okay like my energy is getting drained by staring at this thing or going into this space and getting angry for nothing I can control at this point.

1:16:50Darin Olien:So the new space we have to be in is literally, like you said, from a foundational place. And I would say to everyone listening, we have to, I don't like to use the word, but I'm going to use it just to be clear. we have to fight against that which is fighting against us and that is not fighting us we have to stop fighting ourselves and when we give energy away to other people um god be very careful where that where is that energy going where where is it being harvested and what where is that harvesting going towards and i think the more and i love what you said about foundational energy and the the mana and stuff like that that's an internal deal you know it's an internal choice and um and i think you know it doesn't mean that we don't have challenges and it's been a hell of a 2025 for me but all of it leads to well i'm here and how can i be the best best version of myself and for me just naturally when i find something incredible for myself for the world i can't help but wanting to share it it's just a part of my nature and i just can't support something that i just don't fucking give a shit about yeah like and someone reached out today at some stupid company and they're like how much how much for uh uh you know a ad read or a real i'm like i'm not like i only support companies that i absolutely love and that are changing the game so i don't give a shit like i've returned money when i found out something about companies and And I'm like, nope, take all that down, give them their money back.

1:18:56Darin Olien:I am not interested at all. And that's part of the, and I'm grateful for our partnership, and I'm grateful for the expansion of what's going on. And ultimately, this is what we need to do, is just keep building a solid foundation for people to be invited into. And I don't know of another stronger thing that we can do in the sense that build a freaking good army of people that literally want something else. And I don't want to wane around for governments or people in authority. They don't have authority over my sovereignty. No, never. And so the more we build towards that, let's go. Totally agree, yeah.

1:19:46It actually reminded me of a time when I was sun gazing back in 2012. And I think I was about six months in. So I was up to like 25, 30 minutes and just staring at the sun in the morning. And it's a beautiful experience because a lot of my fears around separation dissolved. I realized, you know, that connection between all things. And yeah, it's like what was shown to me at that particular time was that the change was going to happen through community and through sovereign beings just cultivating exactly what you're doing with super life and with patreon it's not going to come through the governments they're too indoctrinated they're too like programmed into the system which is fine but through community initiatives you know those um communities will offer options for people whom resonate with that option.

1:20:44And then they'll just organically move into those spaces. And then some of the great technology that we've discussed offline will also be available in those communities and they'll start to thrive. They'll become abundant. People will understand our infinite eternal nature, that abundance will rise, the awareness will rise. They'll be operating on a whole different level of consciousness. They'll be receiving whole different information from the field. And if those foundations are built correctly, and that those people are collaborating in harmony, yeah, that's where it's going to happen. That's where the change is going to happen.

1:21:19And then that will just spread. I see it like spreading like mycelium throughout the rest of humanity. So yeah, the more that we can do to support that, I know you're doing wonderful things here in the States. We've got similar setups in Australia on the Sunshine Coast and throughout northern New South Wales near Byron Bay. And that's what it's all about, brother. We've just got to keep raising that frequency, getting those foundations and just incorporating more and more goodness, more and more good news. And people that are attracted to that can enjoy it. Exactly.

1:21:54Darin Olien:That's why we created the Roadmap to Happiness, the docuseries. There you go. It's like we released a little bit of that at Sundance, the little trailer, the eight-minute trailer that's online right now. And you could have seen that room of people just going, and they said it. They're like, oh, my God. We want this. Because you want something else. You're sick of all this shit. It's like, what are we putting our focus on? There's so much we can do together. And we always have the numbers. We have billions of us that want the same thing. So let's go do it. When's that going to be released? Who knows, man.

1:22:39Darin Olien:I mean, it's months and months and months because we have a bunch of countries still to go to. And it's just a process of you're waiting on the next celebrity's availability and for this episode. And, you know, we're doing it kind of entrepreneurially, too. Like, we have great partnerships like Hyatt and Toyota and stuff like that. Nice. But we also work with the tourism boards in the countries, which has been great. But that's a lot of each little episode is its own business of finding the capital, keeping our own sovereignty so we can do what we need to do. And then waiting on the right people to show up and then to produce it and who we're going to see.

1:23:31Darin Olien:And each episode is like a whole entity of itself. So you might be actually going to a particular country, like New Zealand or Australia, and each one of those is a particular episode. And you're going into those communities, finding people that are living in a happier way than a lot of people, and then sharing that message. Yeah, it's not necessarily country to country, other than it is on one hand we're going country to country. But each episode is exploring kind of a deeper understanding of objective happiness criteria. Wow. As well as certain ways you set up a community seem to lead towards a better state of contentedness, right?

1:24:19Darin Olien:Love it. So if you do these things, and there's great communities around that are doing it, and then there's where you get to explore certain aspects of like hey children's education or or some we did some great sustainable engineering stuff i was i can't say a lot but i was got to do some cool things so you know and and there's some pollution stuff and so we get into all these little nooks and crannies but ultimately it's about hey man what can we do to make this world a better place and every celebrity uh alec baldwin elijah wood jason momoa shalene woodley and then we have a few others coming wow they all resonate they all like all of their teams all of the peer they're all like you gotta do this i mean it's just availability but people people come into it because they also want to contribute to something greater so there's nothing more powerful we can be doing on the planet than what you just said like that's it that's supporting the opportunity that we have moving forward i love it congratulations man yeah yeah it's a journey yeah i can imagine thanks brother awesome thanks brother nice

 Key Takeaway

The future of health isn't going to come from systems that are already broken—it's going to come from individuals who choose to reconnect with nature, rebuild their foundation, and create communities rooted in truth. When we restore what the body has always needed, everything else begins to align.
