In short
Joshua Macin discusses “parasites” as a near-universal health issue driven by “terrain” (acidic environment) shaped by trauma, heavy metals, processed foods, bad water, chemicals, and stress. He argues parasites manipulate the mind and body, and that the goal is not just killing them but repairing detox/gut function and maintaining an environment where they can’t thrive.
Guest backgrounds
Joshua Macin says he was severely ill for about four years (panic attacks, depression, anxiety; psychiatric meds after 10 meds over six months). He reports mercury/chemical poisoning and Lyme disease, and claims he later “resurrected” himself through detox/cleansing. He now runs a business coaching high performers globally.
Key claims
Everyone has parasites; you can’t fully eliminate them, but you can keep them in check. “Itchy anus” and “parasite hunger” (needing food to function) are signs. Sushi/fish and restaurant food supposedly trigger rapid replication (itchy anus within 24 hours). Cooking won’t destroy eggs; parasites are resilient.
Notable examples
Macin reports passing hundreds of worms (earthworm-like, rope worms, roundworms, tapeworms) after learning parasite cleansing; he describes a “worm” feeling that reframed his illness. He recommends castor oil monthly, coffee enemas, and discusses CDS (chlorine dioxide) as an oxidative antimicrobial tool (with dosage cautions).

Together, we'll ignite possibilities, inspire change, and build sovereignty, creating a roadmap towards a super life for you and for all. Get ready to start living your super life.
0:32Darin Olien:One of the biggest questions I get constantly is, Darren, where can I find the best non-toxic cookware? Listen, I don't mess around with things that go ultimately in my body. And that includes what I cook with. That's why I swear by Our Place. Because from day one, they've been committed to making clean, healthy, non-toxic cookware and kitchenware. No sketchy coatings, no forever chemicals, just pure conscious design that are beautiful as well as highly functional. I've been using their titanium always pan for months now. It's the only pan I cook with and here's why. Pure titanium, non-toxic, PFAS free.
1:21Darin Olien:Extremely durable, metal utensils, high heat, dishwasher safe, and this is the thing. This thing can handle it all. All-in-one performance. The best stainless steel cast iron nonstick in a single pan. And here's the real kicker. Most nonstick pans, they're still loaded with PFAS, these forever chemicals that break down in your body and stay in your body and they accumulate over time. We just don't need that. They disrupt the gut microbiome, testosterone, dysregulation, metabolic issues, hormone imbalances, immune dysfunction, and chronic inflammation they contribute to. Think about it. Every time you cook, you could be introducing toxins into your body.
2:07Darin Olien:And the simple act of switching to safe cookware eliminates that. This is why it's the easiest, most powerful change you can make, certainly in your kitchen, for long-term health and the elimination of toxic exposure. Our place just launched their full Titanium Pro collection, and you can get 10 % off with my code. I've been using it for months, and I cook my tofu, I saute things, and it's fantastic. So ditch all the toxins and cook with confidence with the Titanium Always Pan Pro. So you can upgrade now. Go to fromourplace.com forward slash Darren or just use the code D-A-R-I-N Darren and you get 10 % off the site-wide.
2:55Darin Olien:And with a 100-day risk-free trial, free shipping, and returns, you can experience this game-changing cookware with zero risk. come on who wouldn't want to do that check check check one of the mics super life coming in hot dude welcome round two super life yeah well the difference now yeah from the first time you came i hadn't gone through your protocols yeah i went through a bunch you thought i was just some random bullshitter yeah there's no part of you that would have been bullshitter because of your story. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right? So everyone wants to really hear that story, the episode that you did.
3:40Darin Olien:But we can highlight it. Yeah. But the difference is that I wasn't feeling great. I've been in 35 countries in my life in gnarly situations. I knew I had parasites. Origin, 2003, I was blown up. I was using a rife machine. I was using the black walnut, the clove, and the— was it black walnut clove? And what's the third one? Garlic or neem. Yeah, I was using the black walnut. Dr. Holder Clark's work. Okay. And I actually had a zapper still. Did you ever know about Dr. Holder? Yeah, yeah, a zapper. So I was actually proactively, but then getting back from India, I was screwed. That was my first, like, dude, you got parasites in a massive way.
4:33Darin Olien:And going through some of that, I was able to kind of function again. And the reason I say that is because you started, you're doing this because you were screwed. Right? So you want to just highlight a little of that origin story? Yeah, I mean, basically four years of severe, severe illness, panic attacks, depression, anxiety. Like, I could literally talk for days about this story. i'll do it in two minutes right in two minutes tried everything under the sun western medicine ayahuasca mushrooms ketamine all the different psychedelics um tried yoga and mantras tried to leave the planet tried to die yeah wanted to die i literally was just drinking ayahuasca until i could potentially leave right like how can i escape this this hell um nothing was getting to the root of what was actually wrong with me.
5:22And then I started to learn about detox. I started to learn about mercury, parasites, Lyme disease, heavy metals, all this stuff, leaky gut, all this stuff works together, by the way, EMFs, chemicals, toxins, it's all the same shit. It's just bad energy,
5:35Darin Olien:right? Stuff that doesn't belong in a human biological system. Creates an environment. Exactly. Acidic environment. It creates interference. They all work the same way. mold. It's all the same shit, right? But anyway, eventually I learned how to actually get rid of the toxins out of my system. It took me years and I completely resurrected myself from the dead. I'm all in on detox. I still detox to this day, but it's also about repair work and regeneration and all of that. And healed myself, started a business and started coaching high performers around the world. And like most, mostly everyone that knew me during that time would think that I either went schizophrenic or completely mad or was going to die.
6:17Right? Like people definitely, no doctors thought I had any chance whatsoever of ever getting off of psychiatric medications. They were persuading. Yeah, I took 10 different kinds over six months. That's where I started the journey. I was a normal New Jersey wrestler. Like I didn't understand spirituality, emotions. So when it first started, I was like, I'm dying. I was like, I'm dying. And the only thing that made sense was psychiatric medication because I'm going nuts. Wow. So, yeah, that's where I started. I've come a long way. Just a little less nuts.
6:55Darin Olien:You've become having relationships with those voices. Yeah, absolutely. It's all integrated now. Who are we talking to today? Which one? It's funny. Talking to the entrepreneur part of me. Yeah, so that's, I mean, listen, that's gnarly. And it kind of, you know, we could spend a long time even talking about how intense the human experience is and how vulnerable having a body is in that interaction. I'm too, like I never, other than I grew up Christian, It wasn't really my dad tried to push it, but I didn't have a spiritual sense until I started kind of breaking the patterns and realizing how vulnerable the body is, but how powerful understanding the body, but how powerful the life force is in us.
7:57At the same time, the desire for other things to live.
8:03Darin Olien:and you said something that I really believe is important is is you know the environment is everything the environment in my first book I started talking about this and like if everyone can grok if you go put your garbage out at the street and the waste management doesn't show up the first time the second time the third time and your garbage just keeps showing up what shows up? Parasites, vermin. The environment's changed. Decomposition. It's breeding something, and that's the life cycle of that. So therefore, it's an invitation and environment for certain things to thrive, and they do it really, really well.
8:53Darin Olien:And fast. Fast. And fast. And really, really fast. And resilient as fuck. Yeah, or a dead animal. one day to the next, what I've seen on my property all the time, you're like, oh, fuck, something got killed. And next thing you know, it's on. Like a whole other world shows up. And it's important for us to, I think, start there because there's so much power in what you're doing and what someone can do. But we're unconscious of what kind of environment we're creating or supporting. and what shift in environment we can do to, a practitioner told me this a long time ago, invite out certain things that you don't want.
9:43Darin Olien:And that's so much of what you're doing. Because, again, the difference between when you first came on here and the difference now is why I want to talk to you more about this because I personally, and thank you for that, you were giving me a lot to do. And I started doing it, bro. I've done some cleanses and stuff. And detox, the word is thrown out way, way too much. And so we can, let's set the table on that a little bit in a second. And we can talk about protocols. But I was starting to go through multiple protocols. And from your initiation, and I did have things that I never thought were going to come out.
10:31Darin Olien:I had a pretty good idea based on you and knowing you, but they were coming out. And it's kind of like when they come out, you're like, I'm glad they're leaving. Big-ass worms. You sent me photos. They were big worms. Yeah, we're talking people. Yeah. Like, whoa. And you were a healthy dude. You were vibrant. So imagine someone's sick. Yeah. Well, imagine that goes back to your origin story. So unpacking that again, kind of stepping into that a second, when you started detoxing, when you started actually going after the parasitic nature, how, like, that intersection, that had to be a moment of like, what?
11:17Darin Olien:Yes. How is this not being, in our culture at least, because there's many great cultures around that acknowledge parasites and cleanse all the time. This isn't something that just comes out of some dude from Jersey. You discovered this because this is kind of innately within the human experience. And countless medical texts from the 1800s talked about deworming. Deworming was a massive thing in our past. We lost it. We completely lost it. Right. Probably for certain reasons, right? Potentially. Scrubs, yeah, potentially.
11:56Darin Olien:So from there, I went through a bunch of this stuff, and you have been battle-testing this now for how long? Ten years. Ten years. Yeah. How did you discover and what – yeah, set this up. Okay. What are some of the things that, well, first off, God, I have so many questions. There's so many places we can go. God dang. When you're, number one, everyone listening has parasites. Yeah. Everyone. Without a doubt. Yeah. It's almost like if they've overrun your systems, you're going to have problems. Yes. And our body also keeps many things at bay to the point where people are like, come on, I don't know.
12:50Darin Olien:It's just who I am. This is what I feel, all this stuff. It's neurological. It's biochemical. So create that context a little bit of the proliferation or the lack of understanding of how this interaction happens and or blows up and gets out of it. So basically, when you're connected to God, to love, to health, vitality, nature, you have an alkaline environment in most of the body. Their systems are functioning in a particular way. When you start introducing trauma, you start introducing heavy metals and shitty foods and processed foods and bad water and chemicals and all of the stuff that we're subjected to that's in your book, right?
13:43then essentially your terrain changes. You become a magnet for low vibrational frequencies, low vibrational energies, as above, so below. So whatever you're attracting spiritually, you're also attracting on a microbiome level as well. So again, that trash example.
13:59Darin Olien:Yes. If you're eating trash. You become that. Yeah. You become that. And you invite those things. And you invite a level of darkness and death and decomposition energy that will change you. It changes your thoughts. It changes how you view the world. that changes how you feel on a day-to-day basis, and you become more like death, like walking death. You can actually see death in a lot of people before they die. Smell it. You can smell it. You can feel it. Their skin, their eyes, things change in their presence, right? And so basically, for me personally, I was going through this illness. I had no idea what a parasite was or I would think like, okay, that happens to like children in Africa, but that doesn't happen in America.
14:37and I was very acidic without even knowing it. That's because I had mercury poisoning and I had chemical poisoning and I had Lyme disease and I had just so much darkness, even though I was just putting nothing but light in my system for years, trying to get out of this hell. Eating the perfect thing. Perfect foods. I was raw vegan for a while. I was just breath work, meditation, like chanting mantras, praying every single day, all day, right? Spiritual bootcamp. There were times when I was living in the Amazon where every single moment of my waking day, I would just say, I love you. So I wouldn't try, like thoughts didn't matter to me.
15:13I would go into thoughts, but I just said, okay, nothing matters except for the fact of me loving myself. And that's all I did all day for like eight, 10 hours, walking barefoot in the jungle. That's how much pain I was in. Picking up other parasites. Yeah, exactly. Damn it. Wrong path. Wrong country. Hookworm. Damn it. Yeah, yeah. So the long and short of it, like I basically, well, I probably want to hear the full story, but basically I, the first worm that I ever shot out was in 2000, ever shot out, so unprofessional. Yeah. It was in 2016. Okay. And I released my first worm. It looked like an earthworm.
15:54And I, it changed everything I thought about my illness in one moment. In one moment, I said, whatever that is inside of me, that is how I feel. That's what my brain feels like. I feel like a worm inside of myself. My thoughts feel wormy. I feel disgusting with myself. I feel sick, tormented. Whatever that thing was, that is part of my disease, if not all of my disease. In the moment, I thought it was all of it. It's not, but it's significant. And since that moment, you know, there was like I did a year parasite cleanse after that. I released hundreds of worms, hundreds. Earthworm-looking things, rope worms, round worms, tapeworms.
16:36I've had tapeworms this long, you know. And I've had to go back every year and continually do a parasite cleanse. It's just something you have to do as a human being every year, once a year minimum, right? Depending on your state. Depending on your state. Even healthy people, I think, would do one a year. but if you're not healthy, you should do multiple. Because essentially what happens is, you know, you keep eating and you keep, you're not actually, people are overeating, okay? People are consuming too much, way too much food. They're also stressed. They're also not chewing their food thoroughly.
17:12They're also toxic with all these other things. They also don't really know how to love themselves or connect to the divine. so you end up just creating cesspools in the intestines in the liver toxic store you know stored up toxins and then the parasites start thriving again and there's now with where i'm at in my journey i know exactly when the scale tips i know exactly because i just did a three-month overseas trip right but i bring ivermectin with me and i know how to you know i can eat almost anything and be fine keep it up but i know when the scale tips you get an itchy anus you start getting famished, that feeling of waking up in the morning, like you need food or you skip a meal and you feel like you're like desperate for food.
17:55A lot of people have that and they think that's hunger. That's not hunger. That's parasites. Okay. There's real hunger when you're like genuinely hungry and that has a depth to it. And then there's this parasite chemical hunger, which feels like you're going to die if you don't eat. It feels like you can't think unless you eat.
18:12Darin Olien:So I'd like to take a quick break from this episode to thank our sponsor, Fatty15. That's right. I want to talk about something that isn't talked about enough, keeping our cells healthy. Here's what I'm doing now to prioritize cellular health, supplementing with this new, exciting research, and it's called Fatty15. Fatty 15 has three times more cellular benefit than omega-3s or fish oil. This is dietary odd chain saturated fatty acids, OCFAs. There are present trace levels in dietary fat, some fish, and plants. Higher circulating concentrations of this OCFS. we realize through the research that higher circulating concentrations of this is extremely good for us.
19:10Darin Olien:It is called pentadonic chaotic acid or C15. Omega-3 fish oils and algae oils often go bad before they're even in the bottle. That's right. They're susceptible to oxygen and sunlight and the supplements can't even help to improve our health usually. But fatty 15 or C15 naturally protects against damaging oxidation both in the bottle and in your body. If you want to get a little more science-y about it, studies show that C15 works by strengthening our cells, improving our mitochondria function, and protecting us against damage from free radicals on a very deep level. The result? Better long-term metabolic liver and heart health functioning.
19:59Darin Olien:It ends up many of us are massively deficient in C15, which results in weaker and weaker cells that makes us have less energy. And we quit working earlier. We're seeking to find that energy. Where is it? All of this makes us age faster and faster. And the science around this is so fascinating. We sleep poorly, we feel sluggish, and we're all looking to feel better and have more energy. Does it sound familiar? Fatty 15 is science-backed, award-winning, vegan-friendly, and pure C15 supplement. That's it. By replenishing ourselves with this newly discovered C15, the nutrient of fatty 15 effectively repairs our cells and restores our long-term health.
20:57Darin Olien:That's when you have to celebrate science. When science discovered something sitting there all along, after 90 years of discovering essential fatty acids like omega-3, 6, and 9, we now have discovered this incredible odd chain saturated fat C15. Fatty 15 is on a mission to replenish your C15 levels and restore your long-term health. And I'm with them in that. You can get an additional 15 % off your 90-day subscription starter kit by going to Fatty15, F-A-T-T-Y-1-5.com slash Darren, D-A-R-I-N, or use the code Darren, D-A-R-I-N, at checkout. You will not want to miss this incredible deal and this incredible uptick to your healthy cells.
21:54So basically, you know, it never ends. You always want to keep bad bugs in check and terrain, you know, terrain modification, that's called, where you're just supporting the terrain with all the good things. The bad things die away or get gently kicked out, as you said. But, you know, everyone has to understand that, number one, you'll never get rid of all of them. But number two, most people are already tipped in that scale. They're overrun. They're overrun. It's affecting their thoughts. It's affecting who they think they are and how their mind operates. And that's what parasites are masters of.
22:29Look at parasites in nature. They do unbelievable things to creatures. You see the cordyceps mushroom even. That's the wildest. They're brilliant. I mean, they're masters at manipulation, masters at hijacking. Yeah, they're literally coming.
22:46Darin Olien:I mean, for everyone, you can do a quick Google search on the takeover of cordyceps mushrooms. And it takes over, and then ultimately the fungal horn grows out. They literally infest the ant or many different creatures. but the worm, the normal cordyceps is usually the worm with the fungal root off the top. And the first exposure I had of that was in Bhutan in the wild and, you know, harvesting that. But actually, down to earth. Oh, okay. That's what I first mentioned. Yeah, we were harvesting that. And so it's the worms then dead, but it's this thing. That's what cordyceps are. So that shows you.
23:41Darin Olien:And the other part of it is these parasites, dude, right? Give us a little bit of that history of how strong these parasites are. They've been here way before the human. So their sophistication and they're almost, don't they communicate mostly through, of course, the addictive chemical side of it, But the relationship with the microbiome and biophotonic kind of initial, I need what I need to support this environment that ultimately was created by you to then keep it going. It continues to need food. Yes. Right? So it's, to your point, understanding the difference between my genuine hunger and its hunger.
24:33Darin Olien:Yes. That's a little tricky to... Yeah. As soon as you do a parasite cleanse thoroughly, it's generally easier to understand the difference. Because you have that experience. Yeah, you have that experience. And yeah, I mean, these guys are eating our minerals. They're also releasing ammonia. They're peeing. They're, you know, defecating whatever their off-gassing process is, you know, in our systems, which is toxic gases. They are also sucking up heavy metals. So, you know, they serve a purpose. Like if you removed all parasites in your body with a snap of your fingers, you'd die. Because the toxic off-gassing of what they would release would kill you.
25:09It'd literally kill you. That's how much parasites play a role in the microbiome, you know. So yeah, they're basically consuming heavy metals. And in a sense, that actually protects the human. But there's a massive cost there. Because they're also shitting and peeing and, you know, changing your biochemistry. So there is a symbiosis here. There's some symbiosis. Yes. They're not pure parasitic organisms. They do help out and they do have some grand mechanism that's helping humanity. But there's other problems that are also... But again, that terrain thing again.
25:46Darin Olien:Yeah. What we're doing. Like our environment. Yes. It goes down to like, just like our microbiome, if we just think of it in that way. Like if you're not eating fiber and not eating all this stuff, you don't create the beneficial bacteria to support the beneficial or the beneficial food for the beneficial bacteria. It's the same thing, right? So it's like your environment, what you're doing is going to either throw them way out of balance. And that's the problem that we're sitting with because so many people are so unhealthy that they're breeding ground. Yes. And the different types of parasites, right?
26:21There's microscopic organisms like Giardia and all these things that are still very impactful for a human being, even though you won't see them when they come out. And then you have ropeworms and roundworms and tapeworms and liver flukes. And there's literally any creature, any shape you can imagine has come out of me. Alien-looking things, things with tentacles, multiple different tentacles coming off of it. And yeah, thick tapeworms. And it's crazy. It's crazy to see what's in there. And it's real and it's somewhat scary for someone who's never talked about this or learned about this. But ultimately, you never just focus only on the parasites.
27:02There's so many other things that are wrong that allow the parasites to thrive. But you do have to kill them and keep them weak and keep them at bay. And that's specific. And that's a specific process like you underwent. Yeah. And that's a deep process depending on how deep you go with it.

27:18Darin Olien:Yeah, so do you want to unpack that a little bit about how one could reorient maybe a couple different phases? Number one, how do we look at what we're eating equating to the foods that they love and the environment that they thrive in? That's major because that habit needs to be shifted. And then number two, how do we go about their life cycle? Right? Because there's life cycles. Moon cycle, yeah. Right? And how do we then, what are some of the, how do we, at least the starting point of how we set this up so people can start to take some action? Totally. So the first question, just remind me a couple words again.
28:11I already had an answer, but I forgot the question.
28:13Darin Olien:Oh, the first thing is that first part of what we're feeding ourselves. Right. So I would say, you know, eating restaurant food on a consistent basis is not a great idea. Sushi? Sushi, awful idea, right? Like the worst things you can do is sushi and eating out at restaurants multiple times a day. People are pissed right now. Right? They're pissed. Because of sushi? Yeah. Let me tell you something, all right? I'm going to tell the audience something here. I have become like a wizard with parasites. My own personal experience, I'm not a scientific wizard, but I am a wizard when it comes to killing these things in my own body.
28:49And I help a few people here too with it. A lot of people. A lot of people. But let me say, if I eat sushi, I will have an itchy anus within 24 hours. And that I know is replication. And I know from sushi is the ultimate way you're going to catch parasite eggs. Guaranteed.
29:11Darin Olien:Yes. If you've been eating sushi, you have parasites. Like beyond guaranteed. Right. I will give you every dollar I have if you do a thorough parasite cleanse and don't see one if you're a sushi eater. Yeah. Right. You know, you must have seen these other videos where people will bring out a salmon or something, buy it from a store and it thaws out. I don't know. Some people put like poor Coke on it or sodium bicarbonate maybe. and then all of a sudden all these worms start coming out? Yes. So does cooking? Cooking is not going to kill all of the eggs. No way. No way. If you eat fish, if you eat sushi, I don't eat any fish, I don't eat sushi.
29:52None of it. No, the squid, shrimp, shrimp is notorious. Oh, squid's the bottom feed. Yeah, all the bottom feeders are going to have major, major parasites and parasite eggs. All of that stuff, again, you will see for yourself if you do a parasite cleanse. You know, don't take my word for it. Once you do one, you're going to feel what it's like to not have bugs replicating inside of you. And then you start eating fish.
30:16Darin Olien:That feels good. Within weeks, you'll notice a difference. Within weeks. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's the thing. It's like the context here is in general, like someone comes from the Mediterranean and Mediterranean diet. It's been studied a long time and they eat occasional fish. They're healthy people. They're happy people. Yeah, but they're balanced. That's my point, that there's a different context to that. Plus, our modern-day world are fish that now is the fish that number one is being caught or it's farmed. Or imagine now if you're a fish farmer and you're spraying, you're dumping antibiotic food and all of that stuff.
31:00Darin Olien:So the environment of going back to the environment, and I'm going to hit this point over and over again. the environment of those fish are horrible therefore breeding more and more of their imbalance more of their parasites so those fish are extremely unhealthy already on top of it probably have infinitely more parasites so now you're consuming that yes because you love fish and love sushi, the modern world has just pushed you infinitely more towards exposure of said parasite. Yes. And so, again, these categories of like fish are good. No, they're not. Yes. You can't make a generalization. You can't make this generalization.
31:50Yeah. You can have a fish that was raised in a certain way, like you said, versus like even the best of the best wild caught in Alaska. I don't even think that is healthy, honestly. But the difference in that spectrum is massive. You can't even compare the two fish together. How could you say fish are good? Whereas this fish is literally rotting a corpse. It's poison. And this fish is probably not too far off from it, even though it's coming from our oceans. That's just because of the state of the world.
32:17Darin Olien:And we don't have a regulatory body that's got your back when you go to your store and you buy this whatever. You don't even know anymore. No. They're chlorinating fish. They're changing the color. They're putting dyes in all kinds of crazy things. Yeah. Yeah. So we talked about sushi. Yeah. So sushi, like pork as well, right? Pigs don't have, they don't have sweat glands. They're just a living, breathing, decomposition, death organism. They're, yeah, they're cute and whatever. They're intelligent. Keep them as pets. Keep them as pets. Don't kill them. Don't eat them. They should not be eaten.
32:55There's a reason Muslims and Jews don't eat pork. It's not for just like this random religious purpose. It's they are infested. They eat their own feces. They will eat anything, and they don't have sweat glands. They cannot remove toxins from their system. They just accrue. They're just accrual beasts. They just take on and take on. They only know how to ingest.
33:17Darin Olien:So the reason they're fat is they're just swollen from inflamed. No lymph system. There's no release. Yeah, but I want my bacon. Yeah. A little maybe wild boar bacon, right, for some. No way. Not even. Yeah. Not a chance. Yeah. Yeah. So in terms of, I mean, let's go there for a second because meat, too. And you go back to, again, terrain. It's any food or any meat is death, right? I actually like red meat, but we have a different opinion there, but it's okay. But I want to lean into your point of view because I would imagine eating too much of it is creating a hell of a terrain. I don't know. I don't know.
34:06Because isn't it? It creates acidity. It creates mucus forming and all of that. I think it depends on the body type. This is what I've gathered. It depends on the body type. I think some people thrive on meat. I'm actually one of those people. If I just eat red meat, specifically cow, like beef, I won't actually get parasite growth. If I eat fish or pig or, you know, restaurant food, even if it's the cleanest restaurant food, I will start to get that parasite growth.
34:33Darin Olien:But you're eating other foods. You're not just eating meat. Yeah, yeah. There's, of course, of course. But so I actually think that clean meats are not havens, you know, for parasite eggs, like red meat specifically and wild game and stuff like that. that but then again yeah the breed that so you can afford that right right yeah you can afford cleaner meats but again again oh normal store-bought meats forget about which is 99 then then they're way better off with vegetables right in that in that department so that that's again the nuance yeah so i understand okay you want to do that and you can afford it right and you can get game you can do all that okay that's your choice but again people here you know carnivore this and all of that other stuff but their choice is the worst form of that the environment just look at the the the environment of these things they're already concentrated antibiotics all it all goes concentrated into the creature exactly a certain level of feces certain level of pus certain level Yeah.
35:41Darin Olien:Like they can be sold to people. So anyway, we can table that for a second. But again, the context really, really, really does matter. Yeah. Because again, those environments. So in terms of ultra processed food. Yeah. What are you seeing with super ultra processed food? I mean. And the simple carbohydrates and all of that. Exactly. All of that stuff is food for parasites. Anything that breaks down super quickly like that, any of the processed foods. First of all, there's a lot of Instagram videos that show like parasite eggs in these processed foods. Yeah, it's weird. Like weird eggs and creatures.
36:24Guys looking under microscopes, breaking apart. And there's metals. There's metals in cereals, like metal flakes. Yeah, I remember this guy broke apart a Twix. A Twix.
36:34Darin Olien:And he went under the microscope and there's worms in it. Wow. And you're going, what the hell? How is a worm surviving a shelf life of 12 years? It's crazy how resilient they are. They can withstand like 400-degree cooking temperatures. Like it is absurd. See, that's what we're dealing with. Yes. That's what I want people to understand. It's not just a raw fish. No. It's shit food, and these things have been – these things are the origin of life. Like dinosaurs. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, maybe they killed the dinosaurs. The dinosaurs became the worms. The ancient old worms. They shape-shifted. Yeah, yeah.
37:20That's how they really knew to take over the world.
37:22Darin Olien:Yeah, they're like, hey, we killed the dinosaurs, but we got to get a little smaller. We're too big and we're too obvious. We got to get smaller, guys. I think we discovered something just now. That's pretty funny. um so so clearly these things are so resilient which which again ultra processed food is is nitric oxide for the engine of these parasites right so it's like and sugar refined sugars yeah refined sugars and all of that stuff so and going back to your point acidification environment all of that stuff creating the environment for the waste to continue to be waste for those parasites to be breeding and proliferating and continuing yes and feeding on you and feeding on your chi and just occupying your body more and more and more yeah yeah i mean And this whole area, which I don't, I would love to see one day between the mindset, the mind thought, the like, you know what I mean?
38:33Darin Olien:You say it. And that was, and I believe that too, as within, so without, as above, so below. and I really do believe that because we can also acidify our lives and ourselves and our bodies with just negative and what starts first, right? It's chicken or the egg. Maybe that shows up. Maybe it was a trauma that started it. You know what I mean? It's all together. It's a web of connectivity that I think is important to understand. And I think that if anyone is having a hard time in life, to not look at what you're feeding yourself and the environment you're creating is a disservice to, right? I mean, it's psychosis.
39:20Darin Olien:To not look at that is like, you must be psychotic. Yeah. And you're saying not even tongue in cheek, you literally went through it yourself thinking you were, people thought you were crazy. You thought you were I thought I was going, I thought I was a tormented soul. I thought I was literally put on this planet to suffer. I thought I was diseased. I thought I had every diagnosis in the book. The context shift that happened when I started to learn about toxins and cleansing and rejuvenation and all this stuff, cellular restoration, it was like, wait a minute, every one of those like labels I put on myself were wrong.
39:56They were just flat out wrong.
39:58Darin Olien:Yeah. Yeah, and then so it's almost like if we didn't reduce ourselves down to whatever the hell this healthcare system is, and if we looked at it from this holistic perspective, like, okay, speak to someone and work on yourself, but without the body and without the protocols and without, again, ancient wisdom, ancient indigenous knowledge applied today, except in our western culture it's not much at all right right but everyone flippantly throws i'm detoxing i'm drinking green juice yeah no you're not yeah like this is like warrior shit yeah like you know this is like be ready for it i've done a bunch of stuff but it's like you you got okay i'm going in yeah well what how is your can we just talk about your experience i'm super curious about it yeah uh you know i think it was good in the sense that busy person busy life i can't be thrown off a little bit so i was like hey where can we start so yeah some of the herbal stuff to just easily take the cds stuff and take in the morning gets you're still taking that i actually dude i don't even know later i realized that it was probably unconscious but i did a a coffee enema your protocols with CDS this morning and I didn't think about it until I was driving here going oh I'm seeing Josh because I felt yesterday I felt something in my flow in my body was not so I'm like I woke up I didn't do the casserole because I wasn't prepared to shit today in front of you.
41:54Darin Olien:But I did a sodium bicarbonate liter. So I flushed. And then again, I wasn't thinking I was going to do, but I was like, I need to do, I felt something. And I did the coffee enema with the CDS. boom and the light turned on yes yes bro i was up last night this is how off it was yeah i don't know what was going on i still don't i was up every hour to two hours all last night i felt weird yeah i had to pee like i don't get up like that yeah something was going on so i woke up the tools that you gave me. I just did a little mini kind of pop. Yeah. And bink, a light turned on. Yes. It's like, what the hell?
42:46Darin Olien:So going back to the protocols of, I don't know, how did I, how long did I do it? I think only 30, 40 days or something, right? Yeah, yeah, I think so. Maybe 50 days, yeah. And so I started those, like the phase, was that phase one and two? Yeah, there was like a mimosa, and then you were doing a CDS, which we'll talk about in a moment, and then you were doing, did you do the cell med stuff or you didn't do that yet? You did? No, no, no. No, some, okay. I couldn't, I had no place to sell. And you were traveling. Yeah, yeah. Okay. It was a soaking, right? No, no, cell med is a different thing, which we'll get to you after the show.
43:18Okay, okay.
43:20Darin Olien:So I started taking that and I just noticed a nice, like nothing major. Yeah. And then the CDS in the morning and then probably a couple weeks in if I remember like my stool started shifting and then I I remember I just keep reaching out to you I'm ready for a little more yeah and then you'd like because you have like you have this governor that you could go all the way right and I was like well I still need to operate yeah because I wasn't prepared to just be at home doing this right And so I think it was really until the preparation of the CDS and the herbs and then with the enema and the castor oil, once it started cranking into that, Wormtown, USA.
44:20Darin Olien:Small, the consistency changes, the stool is different. The smell, the stink is horrible. If you ever had just worms come out, the smell is just unbearable. No, not just worms. You haven't had that yet? Yeah. Okay. And this is TMI for people, but it's like looking at it. Yeah. Chopsticks. Just take chopsticks and do this. Yeah. Chopsticks to look at it because some of it's shit, right? Yeah. And so when you start seeing the consistency change and then, I mean, dude, when you do see that big old worm the first time, you're like, oh. And this isn't like I've had the mucosal lining release from a colon cleanse before.
45:09Darin Olien:Right, like mucoid plaque. It's different. That's different. Yeah. That's not a worm. Yes. It's clearly a worm. Sometimes you can even see like a head on it. Yeah, so there is a space that opens up both, for me, a space opened up both mentally and physically. It's like instead of almost your stomach feeling a fullness, there's like an emptiness in a sense. But yet not empty like empty, but an ease. Yes. A well-being. It's like a hum, a well-being in the belly. Yeah. Like, ah. Yeah. Yeah. So but I also because I had the travel and I had a bunch of stuff going on. I do feel like I and I will be ready to go all in.
46:10Darin Olien:Keep going. But it's it's such a it's such a gratifying feeling. Yeah. Because, you know, it's it's the body. I don't want to say it's a computer because it blows away a computer, the body. but when you give it certain things and you adjust it's like oh my god yeah josh just gave me a bunch of this protocol i followed it and the worms come out whereas if you think you're just gonna live life and not kind of acknowledge certain things you've done certain things you've not done certain things you've eaten and not and not follow some of these i'm not saying you need to follow everything josh is saying but i'm just saying yeah i've always been blown away by changing something do a fast three-day water fast it's unbelievable what your body your whole context changes yes yeah your body goes oh this is what we're doing autophagy let's start eating up old debris and let's start body's amazing yeah and with these protocols same thing i don't want those things in me i want a better balance so i walked away feeling because i reached out to you go i don't know what's going on i don't feel i'm bloated yeah i don't walk around like this and my stool was weird i was bloated i wasn't starting to get a lot of pain yeah and that was kind of when I reached out to you, I was like, bro, I don't know what's going on.
47:48Darin Olien:None of my things are working. And that's where I was like, oh. And then when you come, there's like this, oh. There's an ease in the body that kind of showed up. Yeah. That's beautiful, man. And you've only probably done like 20 % of the protocol. It's terrifying in one respect. No, some of them are not intense at all. They're just different. Some of the regeneration protocols. But I think that's part of the thing. That wasn't hard. No. This wasn't hard. Doing a coffee CDS enema is not hard. No, and it feels good. What's hard is to live like shit. Yeah. And the thing is, you just got to do it.
48:28Darin Olien:Yeah. And that's the whole thing. If you just continue to run life thinking that you're going to change, you're not. You've seeded your environment. environment if you don't switch it up and follow something that works you're not going to get anything different yeah it's like creating a protective force field around this vehicle i think a lot of people don't don't understand the value in that yeah or they don't understand they don't love themselves enough to do that yeah like if you're not feeling well there's ways where you can just say okay i'm going to block out the world for the next hour i'm going to do something whether it be a coffee enema or whatever the practice is and if you know what you're doing you can you can give yourself that boost.
49:08You can turn the dial of the day in a major way. And that's what you have to do consistently. Anyone, especially the busier you are, the more voltage that someone is carrying, like how many businesses do you run? You need self-care is twice, five times more important because you are the machine. You are the vessel. When you go down, everything goes down around you. Yeah.
49:31Darin Olien:So let's talk about some of the protocols just so people walk away with tangible, tangible thing. So like, how do they, if someone's like, okay, we basically said everyone's got parasites. Yeah. The first thing to understand is if someone is in a deep, deep chronic illness, they wouldn't just jump straight into a parasite cleanse because as you saw, your detox pathways have to be open to release the toxins and all of the chemicals that are released from the dying of the worms. So if your liver is screwed, if your lymphatic system is screwed, if your colon is not open, you're just going to toxify yourself.
50:05So you got to work with some gut healing. You got to do some mucoid plaque cleansing. You know, there's many different protocols I think we talked about in the last episode, but long and short of it is, you know, I like gut healing first and, you know, replenishing the flora and mast cell stabilization. And then we move into taking binders, like things like pectins and charcoals and zeolites and stuff like that. And then, And then you start working on the parasites. And for that, there's a lot of different things on the market. I've done hundreds of different protocols. And there's no right answer.
50:42But what I found is one of the single most powerful tools is castor oil. In terms of efficiency, just drink this stuff down, poop all day, release crazy amounts of microscopic organisms on top of some worms sometimes. How often do you think? Once a month. once a month. Once a month is a golden every human should. If every human did casserole once a month, this planet would be so different. So different.
51:07Darin Olien:Do you think by doing that it would keep some of the parasites at bay? Absolutely. Yeah. Absolutely. It would not solve a complex issue, but it would definitely change someone's orientation of how they think and how they view the world and how they feel about themselves. Just from once a month. So if you're generally, I don't have anything wrong. If you just do one. That's a great thing to do. Yeah. As a maintenance in this world. Yeah. Gestural is just a utility knife. It's on the skin too. It's amazing, right? And it is toxic in the wrong dose, but all medicines are, right? So you have to understand the right dosing.
51:46Darin Olien:Is that a tablespoon? So one tablespoon usually gets the job done, max two tablespoons. And two is intense. You'll be going for, you'll definitely see fungus when you do two. I was surprised when I did the thing, because you literally can't leave your house. No, you can't. No, it's like six hours. You have to be home. Yeah, because I've done, I've done sodium bicarbonate. I've done vitamin C flushes. Yeah, Himalayan salt. I've done those things. You're like, okay, 20 minutes, I'm going to get the feeling, a go, maybe an hour max. This thing is like relentless. Yeah, six hours. Yeah. Yeah, and to do it on a Sunday, it's a total reset.
52:28You will definitely feel different after those six hours because your colon is empty. So that's a really good tool. That's not going to heal everything, and that's not going to heal a complex case. But it's a really good tool. There's also oils like BioPure 10-in-1 oil, which you can take orally or take rectally. If you really want to go all in, man.
52:50Darin Olien:BioPure 10? 10-in-1, it's called. Let's do this for you next round, and we can talk about it maybe again one day. You're smiling. Yeah, because you're going to do suppositories where you take essential oils and you make a suppository, you insert it rectally. Just parasite destruction, man. Just an atom bomb. Like you will see worms within 48 hours. Wow, really? Yeah, at the right dose. At the right dose. How do you find the dose? I got to be conservative because we're talking to the public here. I'll tell you a different dose. But now like, you know, 20 drops in a suppository is a healthy dose.
53:23I've gone much deeper, but essential oils can be damaging. They're intense, right? They can definitely degrade the mucous membrane. You got to be careful. They're ozonated oils. They're generally pretty, they're safer than other random essential oils. And BioPure is a detox company, Dr. Klinghart. So they know what they're doing. They know what they're doing. But, yeah, you can still hurt yourself with these essential oils. So be careful. That's a strong one. CDS, this is a fascinating thing, man. I don't know how much research you did on it. Not as much as you. So this is a very controversial thing, man.
53:56Like I might even get kicked. Are you going to cancel us? I might get canceled, man.
54:02Darin Olien:Yeah, yeah. But do you only give this to people that are kind of like what? All? It's like it. What is it? Okay, look, I'll just be very humble about it. I'm not going to tell everyone to take it. So it's called chlorine dioxide or chlorine dioxide solution. They're different compounds. It's not chlorine that puts in the deal. It's not chlorine. It's not bleach. Bleach is sodium hypochlorite. The FDA has a warning against chlorine dioxide and says, this is bleach. Run away. Anyone who sells this should be arrested, blah, blah, blah. And there were some shady characters who were doing some work with chlorine dioxide during COVID, and it got a really bad name.
54:40But if you actually look at their history, chlorine dioxide started to get known because a guy cured 600 or even maybe 6 ,000 cases of malaria with it within 48 hours of giving chlorine dioxide to people in Africa. And malaria has massive money in it, patents and uncurable disease and this and that. And so people started taking it. And, again, mainstream science is going to say it's totally, you know, stay away. If you start to dive deeper into the research, you'll find that it's an oxidative treatment like ozone. Okay? But it is more powerful than ozone in that it basically electrically kills germs.
55:24Okay? And it only attacks acidic bonds. Ozone attacks alkaline bonds. Right. Okay? So you can degrade your flora.
55:31Darin Olien:Yeah, you can actually get too much of that stuff. CD only attacks alkaline bonds, and it's very reactive. Sorry, only attacks acidic bonds. It destroys germs, man. It destroys bacteria, destroys viruses. It will make you feel different whether you do it rectally, orally. You must learn the dosage because just like hydrogen peroxide, just like ozone, oxidative treatments can damage you in the wrong dosages. But nonetheless, it's something to research. If you're a viewer, don't take my word for it. Consult your doctor. Talk to your doctor, but also just research it on Google because you will see unbelievable scientific work and data.
56:06Darin Olien:How much was I taking? 20 drops per quart or liter or something? What was it? So this, again, talk to your doctor about this, but chlorine dioxide, when you mix the two compounds together, sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid, the max, max, max dose in a given day is like 15 drops of each. When you do chlorine dioxide solution, it's more diluted. and it's different. There's no acid in it left over. That is usually like 5 to 10 ml per day in 32 ounces of water. But please do not do it based on just listening to me. You must do your own research. It needs to be drank in an empty stomach. You need to understand what it's doing to you.
56:48You need to understand you can't take antioxidants with it because it's an oxidative treatment. But I will say that it's, in terms of just the cheapest, most unbelievable thing on planet earth that can heal disease and help people with acidity and viruses. This is one of, this is one of those miracles, man.
57:06Darin Olien:So this is like a tool. This is a tool. This is in the toolbox. Is this something that you could take, like similar to what I did, I felt weird. So I just actually put some CDS in, like I think I'd said, CDS in the coffee enema. Uh-huh. That's my favorite. That is my single favorite tool. Coffee enema combined with CDS. I do it three times a week. It's mind-blowing. Three times a week. Yeah, three times a week. Just on a... Standard. Almost every week. Two, three times a week. Wifey. Be in the bathroom. It takes me like 20 minutes. Yeah, yeah. How long do you hold? I forgot how long. 12, 15 minutes.
57:43Darin Olien:Yeah, I held it for 15. There was a certain point. It's not hard for me to hold. You could use more coffee and more liquid. Got it. It should be hard. It should be just hard enough around 18, 20 minutes. It was like half of a bag. Okay. you want to do enough liquid because everyone's size is different right whatever that bag it's going to be like a liter plus two that's that's 64 ounces those enema bags i think it's fully full yeah so it's half of that okay yeah for you because i do that so you'd probably want to do a little more okay yeah you're bigger than me yeah yeah that's right i'm sorry for that to take you a lot longer to get there but that's right and i would be bigger and you'd be bigger it's fantastic Are you Austrian?
58:27No. Norwegian. Norwegian. Anyway, so look, there's a lot of tools, right? You got the whole DeClark stuff, the black walnut and all of that. But that's kind of obsolete technology in my opinion. It still works. It still works. It still works. She's amazing. But yeah. Rest her soul. Exactly.
58:46Darin Olien:She did some – Life-changing. I mean, when she was dialing in people with the Zapper tube, by the way. Yeah. I have the Zapper. I never used it yet. Really? You put it on your wrist or you put it on your neck? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, she had both. So she had a – I had several of these. Okay. Because I knew I was getting stuff when I was in Peru and when I was in Africa, when I was in India. And, like, so you run on pulse points. Okay. That frequency, that low-grade frequency. And then you take the – and I do it proactively. Right? So every night when I get home, I just run that. Okay. Okay. So, but she, I mean, we could get into this, because I now, by the time this comes out, I'll have my own patrons.
59:34Darin Olien:If we get into stuff that we want to edit out, we can leave it on Patreon and do less public. But the thing, since we're kind of talking about some of this stuff, the, what was I saying? What was I going to say? Oh, so Hulda, Dr. Clark, was saying that she was saying that the parasites are absolutely behind cancer. Oh, my God, yes. And you're talking about the MS as well. Did you see the MS thing? Oh, yeah. That doctor who came out, and she was a world-class MS doctor, and she basically said the industry is a bit of a sham. It's parasites. I found parasites in all of the brains of clients with MS, of patients with MS, and in the spine.
1:00:20What? Parasites in the spine. Jesus. Yes. Yeah, Dr.
1:00:24Darin Olien:Clark was saying, she goes, yeah, and she was saying, like, what in the, she passed away, I think, in the 80s? She did pass away in the 80s, yeah. And she was like, she goes, no, here are the herbs. Here's the zapper. Get rid of all the cancers. Because cancer, the source of the cancer is the parent. Yes. so you know and the thing is people regular people listen go no it can't be that simple yeah but then when you start looking at what the origin what i'm gonna say again environment ding the environment is is our power it is our your power it is the power that we have So it's not just about eating meat or eating ultra-processed food.
1:01:24Darin Olien:It's literally so much deeper. What is the environment you're creating? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that for you, eating more meat is good for you, but you're choosing high-quality stuff. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. We don't need to— It's not a debate. It's not a debate. It's sovereign here. You're sovereign. I'm sovereign. I can eat whatever I want. I don't need to eat death. I don't need to eat it. It doesn't work for me. I want to eat whatever I want. So I'm creating an environment that works for me. You're creating an environment. But it's very important that we don't follow these things not based on knowledge of self.
1:02:09Darin Olien:Yes. Right? Yes. So the knowledge, the soul, the spirit that's always in communion with our divine, but the stillness we need to create in order to listen, to be a good steward for our body. Yes. That is so important that then clearing out this beautiful system, this beautiful body we get to play around with, then the communication becomes clearer and clearer and clearer. And therefore, it is none of my business what people want to put in their body. No, as long as they're enhancing their channel and their clarity. Exactly. Because we can't pretend to know what's right for every human. That's my point.
1:02:59Darin Olien:Right? Right? So clear it up. But if you're coming out of a dogmatic point of view, trying to tell everybody something. You've already lost. You're already lost. And those people, 99 % of them, are stats, but probably true. their parasites are communicating to them, wildly controlling their choices from an intelligence that they've been around a lot longer than humans. So it is a tricky thing. I got a lot. I think what you're talking about is sovereignty. You said the word a few minutes ago. It's like to be a sovereign being on this planet, literally that's what I care about more than anything.
1:03:47And sovereignty doesn't just mean that you're rich. Sovereignty doesn't mean that you have a six-pack. Sovereignty is where you are genuinely operating from your soul and your spirit and your connection to God and your connection to deep, deep parts of yourself, whether it be ancient parts, whether it be soul. We are like a mystical creature, every human being. But, you know, people treat themselves like a garbage dump, right? And so, you know, to be sovereign, you also have to understand your own wounds. Because you can have someone who's really, really rich, who goes through every dogmatic principle about what healthy is supposed to be, who has really good metrics on their lab test.
1:04:25But that doesn't actually mean that they're sovereign. It doesn't actually mean that they're living a sovereign life. So I like what you said about using your own knowledge about yourself. Because that's, in my opinion, I believe that's more valuable than medicine. More valuable than science, in my opinion. In my lens, after four years of illness and going through the science, through the medicine route, my connection to myself and my intuition, that calculator is the most valuable thing I have. It is how I make all of my decisions. It is how I get what I want in life and what I need and how I'm happy.
1:05:03So, yeah, go ahead.
1:05:04Darin Olien:I love that. And, you know, I came to, and I'll get your point of view on this, because, you know, I came from a world of superfoods, finding elixirs and great foods so that ultimately people could live a super life. It wasn't about the perfect herb in the Amazon. It might have seemed like it, but it's about liberation of people. It's about, for me, that's why I choose the word super life. I want people to live that super life. And ultimately, it's so that they're not dependent on anything. So that once you have this vessel that's in operation and in concert with your soul, I would imagine it's the same for you.
1:05:53Darin Olien:You're trying to clean up something that needs cleaning up for most people. So that, and this is where we share, so that people can live. And feel. and feel an extraordinary opportunity to live that life. And then what is life then? Exactly. Right? Exactly. So where do we want to go? Because it's not about, okay, maybe you want to feel better and you're in pain or you want to lose some weight or whatever. That may be a starting point. Authenticity. Yeah. It comes back to being what's authentically you. Yeah. You know how much trouble people have finding their authentic voice or their authentic life path?
1:06:28Darin Olien:Yeah. Because they don't know how to purify this antenna. They don't know their own thoughts. Yeah. They haven't drummed up an individual thought of their own. Everything is a calculator from fucking podcasts. Yeah. And all the other data out there. Exactly. And social media is algorithmically trying to tell you what life is. Yeah. And also media itself. That's part of the reason I don't like it. I don't. Like, I'll use it as the tool it is. Yeah. But also jump off of that. One thing I'd love for you and I to do, I want to do a little master class because I'm opening up this whole thing. Whereas we could do this little thing to really dive deep and to help people.
1:07:06Darin Olien:But that's where I want to go. And I want, that's the highest expression. Yeah. To get it to where people can understand this vessel that we get to use. And then where, if, it's not if. When we get it humming. and when we hear that true voice, because that is only between you and God. There's nothing else in between, right? I can't tell you what you're, I can't tell you that. That's your decipher between that listening, right? That's where I want people to go, right? That's what this whole thing's about. So you were being hijacked back in the day. multiple voices coming through. Oh, my gosh. Tormented by voices.
1:08:01Darin Olien:Tormented. Tormented. Right? And ultimately, it's led to this place of, I want to help other people clear it out so that ultimately, where could life be then? Man? Yes. What is possible? And we would stop destroying the planet. Exactly. Because when you have that channel open, you cannot destroy. I literally can't even litter. I will feel pain in my heart if I litter. Yeah. I used to litter all the time. Yeah. I just didn't understand that it's a living, breathing planet. I couldn't fathom it. I was from New Jersey, I remember. Well, again, it's like those moments happen when they happen. I remember it was a common thing growing up, and people would throw trash out the window.
1:08:40I'm eating McDonald's, and I just throw the trash. That's what I used to do. I'm sorry. No, I mean, it's like, and then all of a sudden, you're like, what am I doing?
1:08:48Darin Olien:But that's the stewardship. When we can understand the stewardship of self and take that on, take ownership. Yes. And then what else is life? That's when life starts, when you have that agency. And then you've got to fight to keep it, by the way. You've got to be proactive because this is what we signed up for. This is a school of opportunity, of extraordinary, but it's not a spiritual bypass or pretending or I just want to live my life. It's a training ground. Yeah. It's definitely a training ground. For me, it is. Yeah, it's extraordinary, but it's a warrior path, too. Where can people... There's so much we can tell about, dude.
1:09:35Darin Olien:I'm so grateful for the work that you're doing because it's a dedication that you've taken on here that even when you were helping me, you can tell your whole being is involved with this. And now from the person suffering, what does life look like for you? What are you up to? And what is that dream looking like? I couldn't even imagine that guy is who I am now. If I could talk to him, man. If I could talk to him. Stealing tinctures at Whole Foods because I was in$75 ,000 of debt. I would steal tinctures from grocery stores. We won't tell John Mackey. The owner. Yeah, thanks for helping me get through, man.
1:10:24now I mean dude I travel the world I have abundance I have massive vitality and love and connection and spiritual like intuition and presence and awareness I have a family a wife a kid I just bought a house last week a beautiful home I'm living a dream and I still feel like I'm just getting started I still feel I'm young I'm 36 but and I'm also helping like the world's coolest people like right like look who i get to connect to right so i'm living i'm living a dream i'm not happy all the time i'm not gonna say that uh i do think life is still hard somewhere like life is still challenging and i feel like i challenge myself more than anything um and i do grind on myself a lot like uh i'm not good like i'm not good enough sort of thing but uh but my life is fucking amazing.
1:11:17Right. And, um, and, uh, yeah, I'm, I want mastery in this life. You know, that's the path that I chose. And I think that's why I went so down in the dark. Um, but that guy where I was to, is it been 10 years? Yeah. It's more than 10 years to where I am now. Didn't even understand that that was possible in the human experience. Right. Um, and, um, And I'm learning still. And I'm growing still. And I'm still evolving all the protocols and how I view the world and my intuition and all of that. And I also run amazing workshops and things. I get to coach the fucking coolest people on the planet, like Navy SEALs.
1:11:58I got multiple Navy SEAL clients. I got rocket scientists who I work with. I got all kinds of military vets and athletes. And I worked with UFC guys and stuff like this. So I feel blessed. I feel blessed
