0:00Last Friday we held the Business Acquisition Sales Summit. My marketing director, John, and I led that. It was well attended. We went from 9 a.m. in the morning until 529, I think it was, in the evening. Covered selling skills, listening skills, fear and how to deal with it, objections and how to deal with it, etc., etc. And while that registration is closed, obviously. The event is behind us. If you did not attend that but think you would benefit from that, I've got some good news for you. So if you want to be notified and placed on an action taker's waiting list to be the first to be notified when we reopen registration and allow you to access those recordings, send me an email.

0:51Again, these will be the recordings of that day-long event. It's more than seven hours of video, about 15 modules, which will be in that course. So send me an email, bruce at brucewhipple.com. Just let me know that you would like to be notified when that happens, and I will do that. But it was really helpful. We did tons of role plays, which is always really insightful. There is no question in my mind that that course will help you if you are looking to improve your batting average and what you want to see with respect to the success of contacting people, prospects, etc. So I wanted to read you the comments I got back so far.

1:36Been a ton of comments. I'm not going to go through them all, but here's several of them. Robert, the follow-up tips alone was worth the price of admission. This is gold. Got a dose of perspective on what I should be focusing on by Nathan. Robert, wow, this was so awesome, John. Thank you for sharing. What if there are multiple objections? Would you repeat these phrases again? Well, we did that. Two comments from Tim. I'm looking forward to more role plays for me and group coaching, Bruce. This was gold from both of you. A great learning episode today. Second comment from Tim, a great session, a valuable insight into the standard of sales skills required.

2:21Thank you, gentlemen. Hashtag death to the bots. Sam Peters, I learned a lot more than I thought I would. Well, I'm glad. Nathan, seeing others, LinkedIn helped show me things I need to update in mind. Lots of notes on speaking. Mutrib, this is absolutely a good one. I'm struggling with most of these topics and definitely I will go back to it for practice. Is there a way of doing role plays in the future? Yes, you are in groups so you can do that. Sam, it's a wealth of information in this call and tremendously helpful. So that's just an insight into what people said. Again, it was well received.

3:09I didn't get any negative comments, which is always nice. Got some positive comments, as I just showed you. So again, if you would like to have access to the recordings of that one day, give us some time before we produce that. But we will be doing that. And again, send me an email, bruce at brucewhipple.com. If you are looking for how to do this process, go over to brucewhipple.com, The Acquisition Advantage Bootcamp will lead you through the steps, has templates, etc. And if you're looking for how to start some conversations, there's also a free course, which is on brucewhipple.com. Just enter your email and you'll be sent that.

3:53And then if you want to go there directly, you can just go to brucewhipple.com forward slash free course. But the Sales Summit was better than I thought it was, and I thought it was going to be good. So it was great to see the engagement. It was great to also confirm just how lacking a lot of the sales and listening skills were and how we were able to, through those role plays, at least begin the process of showing what needed to be done. So it was a great day, great learning for those that attended. and again you're spending a lot of time and effort to to know how to do this business acquisition process sales skills are important and if this would help you I would highly encourage you to send me that email and say yes I'm interested in knowing when those are going to be produced and put me on the waiting list okay so take action that ultimately is the biggest test there is and the biggest factor in addition to self-image and self-esteem that will result in your success or not.

5:04And I encourage you all to do the best you can, take the most action you can, learn how to do this, learn what you can do as opposed to the bots to separate yourself, that's important, and then again, take action.
