00The four biggest enemies of success. I'm in the process of doing the Seller Finance Mastery Program. We had our first week this past week. It's six weeks of boot camp each week and a Q &A after. And in addition to the information that I go through in the website, the Q &A always is interesting to see what people focus on. And one of the things that you pick up along the way is what's holding people back. So I wanted to talk about the four biggest enemies of success. The first is the comfort zone. People end up doing what they're comfortable doing, and 80 % of the population finds reasons not to change what they're doing, even if that change is positive or beneficial.

54And everything that's good happens outside of your comfort zone. Think about the things that you've done, the successes you've had. Oftentimes you were scared to go through those steps, but when you did and broke through that comfort zone, not only usually did good things happen, but you tend over time to expand your comfort zone. So that's number one. Number two, learned helplessness. That is where people feel, I can't do it. Maybe it works for other people, but not for me. I can't do it. Number three, the path of least resistance, and that is always looking for an easy way to achieve a result.

41Napoleon Hill famously said the path of least resistance is what makes rivers and most men crooked. Well, I don't know about the crooked part, But I do know that most people look for the easy thing. And success, and particularly success in this business acquisition journey process, this is a simple process, but it is not an easy process. And the barometer of success is tied very closely to self-image and self-esteem. And these things can help you improve that as well. And then number four, failure to focus and take action. People get distracted. They decide that they need to procrastinate for any number of reasons.

28And those that stay focused the longest usually have the best chance of winning. So I hope that helps. Remember comfort zone, learned helplessness, feeling that I can't do it, the path of least resistance. and then focusing and taking action. And if you can conquer those four, you will do much better than those who can't. If you're interested in the Seller Finance Mastery Program, the first week is recorded. It's up in the Kajabi accounts, so you could join us now, and you could attend the live Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Eastern webinar followed by the Q &A. Those are six consecutive weeks. Again, the first one's already done.

16And then these are put into your Kajabi account and uploaded so that you have lifetime, whatever that means, on-demand access as well. So if you go to brucewhipple.com, you can go up to the Boot Camp and Classes, and you can see the Seller Finance Mastery Program. If you want to go there directly, just go.brucewhipple.com forward slash sellerfinance. and think about as you read through the program each of those four things that would hold you back and are the biggest enemies of success and then think about whether or not joining us and continuing in that regard would be helpful for you. Seller Finance and this course has been the best attended and quickest purchased by the largest number of people course that I've done And I think a large part of that is people wonder if bank financing will work for them because of credit or just a concern of lack of a down payment.

17And seller finance might be what would be their source of getting these deals done. And it's always the preferred method for me, seller finance. So I hope that helps. I hope you take action and remember the four biggest enemies of success and how you can conquer those.
