0:00Leah Spears:Leah Spears, are you ready for your Fast and Curious? I was born ready. Great start, great start. Let's see if you can follow this through then. What three personality traits do you share with Paddy Power? Mischievous, bold and I can definitely take the mickey out of myself. Nice. A night all dressed up in high heels or snug on the sofa? Oh, dressed up in high heels. Has anyone seen the heels? Like seriously? fill in the blanks most people think your job is but it's actually most people think my job is very easy and it's actually the most difficult job i've ever done in the whole wide world in the whole wide world yes correct danny dyer or peter crouch oh my god that's too hard i'm gonna go danny why because he is the best actor that i've ever seen in in motion honestly now crouch is acting skills are definitely good and he's definitely brilliant brilliant fun but Danny is on a different level when it comes to acting yeah but they're both so gorgeous I love them both it's so hard is Danny a lot of fun Danny is so much fun yeah he's brilliant like like when you work with actors um it's just amazing the the ability for them to deliver correct their own performance hold everyone's attention i mean god i could just watch danny diet all day i don't know if anyone saw him in rivals but oh my god oh so good so good rivals 2 is coming soon okay who is on your wish list to have in a paddy power ad we would welcome anyone mischievous into our ads as long as they're happy to take the mickey out of themselves and have a great time and shoot for the stars then anyone anyone who applications are open how do you keep your team courageous when the stakes are high by making sure that we're all holding hands and going into it together and when one says jump we all jump that's really nice if you were single would you go on first dates um yes i would because i absolutely love food so i'd i'd do it for like three courses Yeah, I just admit I'm completely with you there.

2:16Leah Spears:What's your favourite movie of all time? I think Lost in Translation. Bill Murray. Very, very good. Yeah. What advice do you give the next generation of female leaders in bold industries? Be yourself. Working at Asda or Paddy Power? I'm sorry, Asda. It has to be Paddy Power. What's your go-to karaoke song? Got a few, actually. I love Heart Alone. How does that go? Oh my God, I'm not singing it now. Go on, dare you. No! This is courageous leaders. Anything from the 80s. I should have been born in the 80s. Like, I really should have been. Anything from the 80s. Isn't there a song? Born in the 80s.

2:54Probably. Should have been born in the 80s.

2:56Leah Spears:Yeah. I should definitely do that one for my karaoke next. That's your next one. That's your next one. If you were to get a free£100 bet on you winning an Olympic event, what would it be? I think it would be show jumping. Ooh. I'm not a show jumper. I can imagine that. I just think I'd go for it. You look very good. I can see that. What's the best thing about Yorkshire? The best thing about Yorkshire is the people. They're amazing. The tea? Was that really stereotypical, me saying tea? See, I'm not supposed to be about the tea, actually. Sorry, Yorkshire tea. No, the people. Because they're so down to earth and funny and everywhere.

3:37And their accents are gorgeous.

3:39Leah Spears:100%. 100%. what's harder work being a mum or dealing with creatives dealing with creatives that says a lot doesn't it yeah yeah what's your go-to tipple oh go-to tipple i love a negroni nice what's harder being brave with a big brand or being brave with yourself oh brave with a big brand if you won the lottery what is the first thing you spend your money on my mum oh i'm gonna get emotional there that's really nice what's the weirdest thing you've ever had to sign off as part of a campaign there was a campaign once called tits after pits which was for a breast cancer charity and it was all about um reminding people to check right and it was when you're in the shower after you've washed your armpits then slide down and check your boobs yeah tits after pits do you know what we went with that for a few months until we then all realized there's no way we can launch it so we never saw never saw the light of day but you know what we tested it with so many people um in seriousness with um people who had breast cancer people whose family members might have had breast cancer and everyone who we spoke to about it loved it because of the bravery because they were like why can't we say the word tits and i I was like, well, I think we all can.

5:03We maybe just can't say it in a big brand. That was maybe the downfall of it. Because it's so true.

5:07Leah Spears:That is what you do. Yeah. It's a very true insight. Yeah. To create a strong team and culture, you need to have trust, transparency and... Trust, transparency and chemistry. Nice. What's something people would be surprised to know about you? I used to be a ballet dancer. Oh, were you good? Well, I'm not one now.

5:35What's your pub quiz specialist subject? It would have to be something like Marvel superheroes or Star Wars or something like that.

5:44Leah Spears:Paddy Power rewards your hard work by buying you a racehorse. What would you call it? I'd just call it after myself. And then I could stand there going, go on, Leah. You could do that. And everyone would be doing that. Go on, Leah. And then you'd have your own ovation. Be wonderful. I love it. That was so much fun. Thank you so much. That was your Fast and Curious. Thank you very much.
