00Stefanie, welcome to your Fast and Curious. Are you ready? Yes. Let's go. What's the most un-humble thing about you? You will probably catch me selling my business to anyone and everyone on a plane, at a party or in a restaurant. I'll always be talking about it. Brilliant. Early riser or night thinker? Night thinker. I wake up early but I do think my ideas happen better between the hours of like 3 and 10pm. What is one tip when you ever doubt yourself? Forgive yourself quickly. what's something you used to apologize for but never would now replying late to emails my whole thing is thank you for understanding thank you for your patience top one what's your happy place and why usually on holiday on a beach by the sea love watching the sun glistening on the sea with a partner with my partner with a partner with a partner with my partner a cocktail in hand of crisps I love crisps very basic and the reason why I do love a good book as well but more just staring at the seat and the reason why I think it just makes you zoom out and be like wow I'm just a little speck on this planet you know it gives you perspective always and so calming always calms me down what's a career rule you think is completely outdated if you work hard you'll go far you get one free pass to break any rule in work or life what rule would you smash that women aren't paid fairly as men.

21What's your go-to, I've got this song before a big talk? Oh, so good. Even Gwen Stefani, Let Me Blow Your Mind. Oh, how's it go? I'm definitely not going to sing it, but it's very much Let Me Blow Your Mind. It's this kind of very, it's R &B, 90s, but it's very much like pumps you up. It's like, yeah, it's good. What advice do you give out but find hard to take for yourself? Put on your oxygen mask first. Favourite holiday destination? Probably going to say New York. Oh. Yeah. Yeah, as a city break. Yeah, city break, New York, possibly beach break would be Thailand, probably Thailand. Very nice.

57Fake it till you make it or own it before you earn it? Neither. Nice. Blag now, worry later is my go-to. Blagging is just the belief you can do it. Yeah. Worrying later means you'll have already sorted it out. Fancy dinner or messy takeaway on the sofa? Fancy dinner. What's one thing you wish more women did in the workplace? Advocate for themselves. Dream job or dream lifestyle? Dream lifestyle. When was the last time you felt out of depth and what did you do? I recently just presented in front of 800 people and totally out of my depth. Deep breaths. Yeah. Had a smiling supporter and had someone to text straight after to say, I just think I messed that up.

35And then go, don't be daft. Do you want me to get you a gin and tonic? Oh. Fabulous. Amazing supporter. Support group. What irritates you? Injustice. What do you say to someone who thinks self-promotion is cringe? How's that going for you? That was quick, that was good. Dancing in heels or trainers? Trainers. How do you decide when something's worth fighting for? If it's making you feel like you'd be sad to not have got involved. Meditation or motivational playlists? Motivational playlists. What's your guilty pleasure TV show? Too many. Everything from Love Island to any teenage rom-com drama.

11The Summer I Turn Pretty, I'm obsessed with Ginny and Georgia. Ginny and Georgia's back. Ginny and Georgia's wonderful. anything that makes me feel like a teenage 15 year old girl falling in love like totally yeah and your last one what do you want to be doing in 10 years time doing some good in the world thank you so much that is your fast and curious thank you that was fun that was really good
