In short

Jeff Wittek discusses his “Fellas Podcast” guest appearance with the Sidemen, his experiences at the YouTube fitness event High Rocks (including racing KSI and penalties), LA influencer/YouTube culture, gun ownership and growing up on Staten Island, and his recent health/discipline changes (surgeries, running daily, “research chemicals” jokes, peptides/Adderall talk). He also comments on boxing careers (KSI not fighting), influencer beef dynamics, and social media stress (“cortisol,” “nibbling,” goon/maxing/Retta).

Guest backgrounds

Jeff Wittek is a YouTuber/creator and former boxer/celebrity fighter with a history of injuries/surgeries and endurance interests. The hosts are the Sidemen (British creator group) plus their usual “Fellas Podcast” crew.

Key claims

High Rocks was a shut-down, TV-style endurance race; KSI’s team won due to penalties and replacements (Reeve/England-French team context). Wittek says he tried to be a villain/instigator in interviews and that Americans were brought to provoke. He claims he grew up buying a gun at 15 and later regrets it; now he’s running daily since New Year and says surgeries are “11 or something” and mostly done.

Notable examples

High Rocks penalty timing (7-minute penalty after missed half lap); KSI and Theo race outcome; Chardley vs Jay Swingler knockout; Jake Paul vs Cody Ko confrontation setup; Logan/George God-beleif controversy; Texas open-carry; Staten Island “toxic waste” joke; Garmin/Strava and daily 4-mile runs.

0:00Hey, it's Flo here to say drivers who switch and save with Progressive could save hundreds. Nice. With my new savings, I'll get some hiking gear. It'll be great for my outdoor era. I don't know if it counts as an era if you just buy stuff. Um, I got a cute hiking backpack. It's an outdoor era. Well, you only bought one thing. I don't think it's an era.

0:17Chip:Well, I think we're in a agree to disagree era. Yeah, sure. You're probably right. Anyway, with the money you could save by switching to Progressive, you can afford to switch to other things in life. It's my savings era. Also, everything you do is not an era. 1:04Chip:Welcome back to another episode of the Fellas Podcast. And we've got our first guest episode today. Come on. Nah, I know you're a guest, Davey. This is a big one. You're not even a fanboy. When I text you to say, oh, I think we might have this person on, start geeking out on the street. Start doing Jamaican accent and everything. He's gonna fuck up my whole vibe. He can't even hear us, bro. He's in the caravan. Yeah. Oh, anyways, today we have got Jeff Whitting.

1:32Chip:Wait, by the way, has anyone noticed he's got like the Nike tech fleas top on. He's probably be valid in London. Oh no, we're not fucking with that. Yeah. That's cheap. Football. Yeah. Immediately fucks up the vibe. The whole vibe's fucked. You were a fangirl like that? Nah, bro. I barely watched your shit, bro. I know nothing about you. Well, that makes two of us then. Cause what are Are you guys like, are you guys Sidemen? Yes, yes, we are. Yeah. No, we got to start saying yesterday. Nah, we actually, yeah. No, but you're not. It's about time. Sidemen of the Sidemen. It's Sidemen. You're laugh-maxing.

2:08Yeah, fuck it. That's what you're doing right now. Anyway, bro, you look fucking Lang.

2:12Chip:We're both of you. Why do you both look so beautiful? American? I don't know this type of English. It means you look good. It means you look really nice. Lang? Yeah. Yeah. That's a compliment? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's like what you would say to a girl. You are like a six-year-old boy. You guys too. You guys are lying too. I don't want to come right out with the... Straight up lying. But you guys got great teeth, you know? Mine are the real, bro. Oh, is that right? Yeah. Oh, okay. They were fought before I... Wait, wait, wait. You have nice teeth as well. I mean, everything's been replaced on me.

2:41I've had it all smashed out, you know?

2:43Chip:Oh, yeah. Maybe that's what I need. He's the biggest bone smash ever. OG bone smash. Yeah. Oh, you were there before Clive was in. It worked, man. It worked. Like a hammer, bro. Get a crane. Yeah. You didn't mess around. Yeah, so did you guys catch all that? Were you familiar with my rap sheet? Yeah, that's a good story. That's an insane fucking story. Good bit of life lore, though. If I wrote it, if I had planned it, I probably would have changed some things about it, but we're just going with the flow, you know? I just got introduced to you guys today. This is the first time. I found out that we'd be doing this last night right after I did the High Rocks race, so I feel like I've been hit by a truck right now.

3:19I've got to ask you about the High Rocks stuff.

3:20Chip:so it was like a YouTube fitness high rocks event right yeah so it was like the creator Olympics they called it it was like YouTubers from every like a bunch of different countries I've raced your boy KSI did you beat Theo? I was talking to you the whole time you beat them no I didn't beat them they got a penalty so I'm a hate watcher so I was hate watching both of them and so they did it in a minute and five and because they missed yeah not quite a minute at five an hour and five and then because they missed half a lap they got a seven minute penalty it took them to like an hour and twelve. We followed them and we missed the same turn.

4:02Chip:So you got a seven yeah you think they put all this work into this race they flew us all out all from all over the country 20 hours they flew out they had the whole crew they shut down the venue they've never done that for High Rocks where they just have you race and usually it's just open you got everybody out there you got some 90 year olds walking more power to them out there still going after it but you know there's a lot of traffic this was like shut down for us and it was shot like a sporting event so it looked like we were on TV and shit it was a crazy experience but put somebody there to tell us we're dead your brain isn't working you're redlining your threshold for like my heart rate was at 195 for an hour straight fuck me the whole time yeah what is this zone you know i got asked to be in that by the way what the high rocks thing yeah fucking died yeah do you enjoy doing the hype did you enjoy it i'm into endurance racing and stuff like that uh i didn't really have time to prepare for it they told me two weeks ago and i was like yeah i run you'll be sweet right we came out too hard we came out i tried to take over like you know i wanted to be in the lead at least to get a nice instagram photo or something like in the lead and then we just fucked it yeah it was just way too arrogant of us very American to think that we were gonna win that race against who won it some guys from South Korea that makes sense probably in the military they were in the physical 100 TV show that's what it's called right that doesn't seem fair it should be like I don't know if you guys have seen it before but it's like this whole TV show based around fitness it's a fucking banger and these guys are shredded oh so they were just they were always gonna win I think Yeah if you would have known That they were on it You would probably say They were gonna win it But our boy came second I think Reeve Oh what Reeve came second Reeve was in it Yeah He came second He replaced He was from England But he was on the French team Oh she Fucking won Oh French Yeah him Sorry that's our mate So the French guy dropped out So he needed a replacement And Reeve was in it Not fair They should have disqualified Those French Yeah One of the guys He was a real nice guy I feel mad Because I was talking shit The whole time But I felt that's what They wanted out of us Americans That's why they brought us out Yeah and a lot of the stuff that we were saying high rocks would have to jump cut around things like i came right out in our interview i was they were like what do you want out of this race i was like well we're representing for team usa you know americans get a bad rep everybody calls us racist but i'm here to prove that we're not racist we're racers and we're gonna beat all you that's a lot i started come over that you got the insta pic yeah but they cut it out there's the Instapick.

6:38But they had a chop around it, so they just left in, we're racers and we're the best. And I was like, just cut the punchline. I'm a little bit woke. I always see TikToks like, why can't people do a high rocks with their top on? Yeah. I see a lot of people hating on that shit. Yeah. The fucking, I think I'm doing it with my top on, bro. Yeah, you keep that Aiden Ross, you keep that Aiden Ross build away, bro. Fucking fourth time you dropped that joke today. Don't laugh, don't laugh. No, you just backed your top off, bro. And it looked like you still have a top on. God forbid a wipe on I've got a little bit of hair.

7:08The ideal physique. Nothing broke. It was like a dead butt. It's all right. You know, engaged in shit. I got a horseshoe and shit. I've never seen a group of that many people and everybody has a six pack. Everybody is ripped.

7:20Chip:Yeah. Cause that's like your USP, you know, you're like, you're in good shape. Yeah. It is kind of cool. I get why it's blowing up. Like I see the marathon culture. Like everybody goes out to do a marathon to brag about a post on Instagram. Let everybody know you're better than them. Cause he did a marathon. Yeah. But in marathons, you can just go out there and walk it, and it'll take you like six or seven hours, you know, and then you get a medal and you post that. But this thing is like an actual, you can't fake the fitness. Like your brain, your heart rate is redlining the whole time, and the doubles aspect of it is cool because you have a partner.

7:55Chip:Who was your partner? Todd. Todd, yeah. Todd was supposed to be here today, but he didn't trust that we would make it. I was You know Down to roll the dice I'll figure it out You know Find another flight Or whatever But you got flight Straight after this No I'll extend I'm gonna stay till tomorrow Oh okay This came up Pardon with Come on bro That's cool The fellas knock Is a different knock Yeah 500k Or dinner with the fellas Yeah and I do it With talking anyway I feel bad Because I was saying All this crazy shit And I was giving Todd A bad rep Because Todd's a nice guy Yeah I was just going At everybody I was trying to be the villain I was trying to get them emotional yeah it was just foot race you know it's not like we were fist fighting yeah luckily for us you know because we were smoked second lap really yeah so what was it when you get to like the what they called the one where you throw the wall baller the wall balls that shit's hard right that's so bad for me um i look like i'm in shape in the in the pictures and like in person you know my father called me after the race he was like yeah you guys looked like you were in better shaped than the other guys.

8:56You know, that's not how it works. But yeah, it's just the sled push. I'm white. I'm only 168 right now. What's that in kg?

9:06Chip:It's like 70, 72, 73. We got the same belt, bro. I've been thinking that. Victim weight. Victim weight. Yeah, exactly. But you've just come up with that. He's barely heavier than us. They call that victim weight. Bro, when I started gym TikTok back in the day, they'd be like, bro, the victim weight. I was 78 kg. You're top heavy. Okay, bro. So what do you have? 6 kg on me? Yeah, 80kg. Oh, okay. It's probably about 6kg then. So there's no weight down here. Yeah, so I was light, but Todd's got more muscle on me, so he was pushing the sled. But then also you got to carry that weight. So you just got to be fit.

9:41You know, you got to have heart, you got to have the dog in you. KSI was impressive, man. Was he actually good? Yeah, I didn't think he was going to be in shape because I haven't been seeing anything out of him. You know, he's not fighting no more. What are you guys thoughts on that?

9:54Chip:What, on him not fighting? yeah I'm grateful that he's not fighting anymore because to be honest it was after the Logan one just felt like I was always like nothing's ever gonna talk like that was the pinnacle of this entire Jake would have been the pinnacle though yeah but it's never gonna happen if that was gonna happen then yeah Tommy Fury he got robbed he did beat Tommy Fury I've only ever come out here I feel bad because I only come out here for like a boxing match or like it's always USA versus London the Sheffield one the Sheffield one I was at too random place why oh mate why the fuck Jesus, what were you doing?

10:26I got a buddy. Nobody would ever really even expect that me and this guy would be as close of friends as we are. You know Churdly's? He does a lot of brain rot, Facebook content.

10:38Chip:No way. He starts crying and crashing out. But it's a character, right? Was this the most brutal knockout? Like the horrific one? Like actual like... He was trolling the whole time. He had no plans to be a fighter or a boxer or anything. He's strictly a comedian. Everything's a joke to him. and that's why we love them, you know, but boxing, it's a, it's real, you know, that knockout is actually, do you reckon it's on YouTube by now? Oh yeah. And you'll find it. It's, you don't even need to find the highlight. Let's find that one, Stan. Yeah. It's a whole pretty shortly. Chardley's versus who was he fighting?

11:12Chip:Jay. Jay Swingler. Oh, was it Jay Swingler? Yeah. And he was furious. Bro, he is. Yeah. No, but this is like, oh no. So your boy's the guy in the red hat. I dyed the hair for him. Just a moxing in the ring. All I cared about was his hair looking good. I gave him that red mullet, that bright red mullet. And I put the sponsor on the back because I thought we'd get a Tyron Woodley moment where the dude wipes on the ass and he got knocked out. I was just thinking, how can I profit myself? But he got knocked out the wrong way. I was in his corner. I was his coach. I had to wake him up. Waking somebody up when they're knocked out or if they get choked out or something, it's like you're waking them up from a nap.

11:48You ever wake up? I'm sure you guys wake up You know After a night of drinking or something And you're like Where the fuck am I Like I had that Yesterday I woke up I saw the Chargers And the wall I was like The fuck Oh yeah I'm in London And yeah He I had to wake him up And he was like What happened The fight's over Yeah that's it You'll get your money Bought a house You put a down payment Really Fair enough That's a good little story From a hit at all Like if If you go into it With the ego And the shit talk Like Tate or somebody And then you get beat up by his bad guy with pink gloves on and you know shout out Chase you know the goat I feel like everyone's brushed over that too quickly that Chase DeMor just fucked him up no one talks about it as much Tate's whole thing is kind of just in the bin yeah he's done yeah so he didn't take any aura loss or I guess you call it you know there was no aura everyone was expecting to probably get back so it's just like his career's actually taken off since then oh so it actually works out for him I think that's the reason I can never do it It's like the actual fight is probably fine, but it's all the like cringe lead up, like pretending you're really bothered.

12:53It's just, I don't know. It's a tough watch. I couldn't do that. I'm not going to hear me. People just watch me make a ring walk and they're like, what the fuck is he doing? You guys are real nice with it. I feel like you'd be good at chatting shit. Oh yeah. He's like, he's horrible, mate. Yeah. Right, right, right. He is a knob. No, you'll like break up with a girl or something the same day. He'll be like, oh bro, her mouth is full right now. Yeah. Fuck it. and be like, oh, she's busy right now, bro. He'll just say the worst shit possible. You know I'm raised right now. He'll FaceTime me right there, and older I'll be like, oh, you're right, darling.

13:25Oh, yeah? Yeah. That's a bit extreme.

13:27Chip:This is a made-up scenario they've come up with. No, you're not well in the head. This is like an alternate universe version of our setup back in LA, from the pod set. Oh, did you talk about the new set? Yeah, in episode one we did, yeah. This is our first guest episode. Oh, I'm honored to be here. It's kind of similar vibe, kind of 90s. Yeah, yeah, I love the vibe. That was the old set. So this is sort of like a campfire thing? Yeah. We got kicked out of our mom's basement. So that was the last one now in the riot. You guys ever been camping? Yeah, but we're fucking shit. I mean, we're camping right now, technically.

14:00Chip:Yeah, what do you mean we were camping right now? We're going to sleep in there later. Yeah, I mean, I didn't know that was it. I'm just learning about the culture, you know? No, you can't in summer, but in winter, it's just fucked. Yeah, it's just freezing. what's your show like out in the US compared to like UK creators obviously you would have spent a bit of time with them at the high rocks what's it like over in LA with the people are they a lot more because I feel like anytime I've been over to LA people really care about like your subscriber count like it's pretty vapid like that well over there they stab you in the back you know out here in the front yeah so at least you see it coming you guys got no guns here no no no about us Americans and just say we all want to shoot each other.

14:43Have you guys ever shot a gun? I haven't, no. Never fired a gun. I went to Vegas and I did it in Vegas. I feel like clay pigeons with one of them rifles. It's pretty chill here. School's pretty chill.

14:52Chip:Yeah. Pretty safe. What do you think? By the way, first of all, it's a lot harder than it looks. Obviously, I played a little Call of Duty, but the recall, that shit hurts. Desert Eagle. Yeah, I thought I would just roll a cup and just start spraying it. First of all, it's kind of difficult. Yeah. But I just got back from Texas. And they have open carry there. So you can just knock about with a gun and nobody. Yeah, it's fucked. And I was like, I don't like this at all. It's not fucking stupid. No, it's insane. It's absolutely insane. Nowhere else in the world is like that. And you think, I don't know.

15:27I just grew up with it. So, you know, I listened to rap music and shit growing up. I was inspired by it. I made a lot of bad choices in life. I think I got my first gun when I was like 15. And I would do the dumbest shit with it. yeah it's not like I shot anybody with it but uh you know just I think I watched Get Rich or Die Trying you ever see the scene where he gets the gun and he's in the mirror and that song comes on what out of dang what out of da and he's he like that's when he grows up like he goes from a kid with a gun and he turns into like 150 cent yeah that was me I was inspired by all that shit so I bought this little gun off this kid on the street how much does a gun set you back 200 bucks what the What the fuck?

16:08How is it? That's really cheap. That's the price of Air Maxers now. You can get a fucking gun. But the thing is, it was tough to get the ammunition for it. Okay. I had to drive to another state where it's legal. Because like New York City, it's more like here. Like, you know, they don't want guns. You can buy ammunition in like Walmart though, right? I swear to God I was in one. Me and my buddies, we drove down to Pennsylvania. It was like a three-hour drive. And we went to a shooting range. And you could, if you have a gun, you could buy the bullets for the gun to go shoot at the range and then you could take them out.

16:40Oh my god. So we did that and I pulled out. I was like, is it okay if you bring your own gun? And I pulled out the gun and he's like, yo, yo, what the fuck? Put that shit down. We were like 16 years old at this time. That is insane, isn't it? And the guns are old too. This gun, it looked like a normal gun, but it was like a 1920. Shit. You had that vintage shit. And it was a little 25. They don't even make them anymore. It's a little tiny like prostitute guns. You keep it in their purse.

17:07Chip:Oh, yeah. Oh, like a little James Bond number on the slide. That sounds cool to him. It's got like the little thing in the middle. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I gave it to him and there was a bullet jammed in it already. And the guy was just like, what the fuck are you guys doing here? But he still sold us the bullets. We shot like three of them and we took them out of there. We went to the park in New York. Nah, bro. This is like fuck. Sounds so casual. It's like after school, we just find a fucking rock and like throw it at shit. Fucking full pistol. I mean, this isn't normal. I wouldn't say we were completely normal.

17:42Is it Staten Island? Is that what you're from? Yeah. Staten Island dump. Is it a bit of a degenerate place? So I think there was some toxic waste runoff or something. It was a generation in our brain development as we were younger. You know, everybody from there. I think there was definitely something. Something going on. Something went wrong. You grew out a bit, though. Right? Yeah. Eventually. Finally. Yeah, 35. Yeah, you made it up.

18:04Chip:I'm an adult. So what do you think about the gun stuff now? Let's get political Let's have to get really fucking serious now What are you going to do about it? I've gone through so many different phases in my life That now I'm a public figure I laugh at the old me It was cool to be Back then I was into stupid shit It's fire by rap music Selling drugs, working in a barbershop That was just what I knew then now like i've grown up i've traveled the world i've been in many near-death situations you know i've come back from it people have saw my my whole journey through it all and like i've had support from like even yeah the uk everybody there's a lot of youtube uh audience like a lot of you guys watch youtube um i don't know why that is but i think the difference is because the uk is so small it's like the whole scene just everyone's in each other's videos it's like one like Sideman videos and there's other guys you guys have like BBC and like YouTube on your TVs and stuff like that yeah BBC not so much we don't really watch much BBC but everybody just watches YouTube because TV here now is just kind of dead nobody really watches it so everybody just defaults yeah everybody just watches no one's watching you on Netflix bro numbers have never been lower it's not a big deal oh you guys just sold the Netflix you guys on Netflix no no no that's Sideman no no no I gotta stop.

19:31Chip:Now you're, you're rage baiting us right now. He's come on here to try and do this, you know, I think that wasn't intentional. No, no, but I, I, what I was saying about, uh, like people like the UK audience, YouTube audience, I got so much support from so many different like walks of life. And it just really opened my eyes to like, uh, you know, my eyes to the world. And I just changed a lot over. What do you, what do you think to the UK in your time over here? I think it's great I come from New York City Where everybody's Mad all the time You know So it's kind of Similar here It's like a bit cleaner Less homeless Yeah a lot less homeless That's one thing I noticed Less people shooting each other You know People still have that attitude In London for sure Yeah Outside of London It's not like that As much It is bad but like Well like up north It's way more chill Well north everybody Just thinks they're better Than everybody right Which is normal Like Liverpool They don't They don't include themselves in.

20:29Oh, yeah. That really annoys me though. When the Scouts were not British. Yeah, I love the Scouts though. They're so funny. They are. They're an unbelievable group. In the World Cup last year like England went out and Paddy the Baddy was cheering that England went out and it was like, bro, Liverpool players playing. What the fuck are you doing? Yeah, you guys are.

20:47Chip:We have a big football culture here. You into football as well? Or soccer? So, yeah, yeah. I was just, that was rage bait when I came in talking about it. Soccer. You guys like soccer? I don't mind. No, I'm over that. You can't raise my cortisol levels by saying that. Yeah, we understand that you've got your own football. I've got a SoundCloud player that's called Low Cortisol Player, so I make breakfast. Yeah, honestly, the looks max and shit is ridiculous, but some of the things make sense. Just don't let yourself get stressed out. You don't have to put maxing on the end of every word and goon and gesture.

21:22Chip:You just ruined it all. You don't have to lingo max. He's been chug maxing and you've just ruined it. Bro, I'm not a chud, Max. Get the fuck out of here. We're on Max and over here. Come on now. That is true. Yeah, you're all actually like 10 years older than me. Just chill out, bro. Don't make it weird. You're making it fucking weird. You guys are chilling with me, bro. But I've taken a bit of that before and even, you know, everybody was saying, oh, this guy got frame-logged brutally. His core is all overspiked and all that shit. Just like avoiding stress. If you could not let yourself get mad, maybe if you have a way of exercising or go to the gym, if you're going to call somebody and curse them out, just go for a workout and then think about it after it's like if you're gonna order a prostitute and then you just goon and then do you still want the prostitute after bro I've been saying this I mean you have been saying that bro the thing is I don't nibble I don't get angry about shit nah you don't you're the biggest nibbler I've ever met someone will do a tweet about it and he'll write a paragraph on Snapchat man it's kind of like nibbling on the bait like on the rage bait someone puts a comment and you reply like you've nibbled yeah are you a nibbler I'm really bad for it yeah someone leaves a hate coming at you hitting a reply I think we all are we're here talking shit with camera fuck yeah we're all nibblers right now I just write my reply in notes that's what I do now I'll just write it and then delete it or I'll film a video and delete it I swear you posted one yesterday bro nah I did do a big you posted an essay yesterday posted an essay yeah I did but that was like that was some wisdom bro I was just sick of Twitter yapping I was like yo get off Twitter man how would you explain your content Is it mostly thirst traps?

Read the full transcript

22:57No.

22:59Chip:Yes, we've been telling him that he just does only thirst traps but he won't hear it. I'll take that as a compliment. Because he does have a stunning body. Yeah, that's what I said when I got here. Fuck, that's what I... Shit, we're gonna... All four of us with stunning bodies. Finally, someone gets it. I said, you're a great shape. You're real tall. You're a real nice guy. I really thought you were gonna cut me there. I was like, fuck, he's gonna be saying... You're okay. He did cookie. Oh, fuck. No, I just vlog with the GoPro. That's all I do. Every vlog is just me walking around with a GoPro.

23:29Why GoPro? Why don't you just use your phone at that point? It's a good point. I don't know. You just changed his whole perspective. You just blow my tiny mind. No, I just, I don't know. I like the little cameras. You can be sneaky. Obviously when you're filming, but like it can just kind of... He's quite funny. You don't seem it like... I do a weekly vlog with the GoPro.

23:46Chip:It does okay. Your main thing, Jeff FM. Is that like the main thing or what is it? It's going low, man. I'm trying to, like we said, keep the cortisol low right now. You know, past year was rough for me because I was still getting through some surgeries. How many have you had now, if you don't mind me asking? I lost count. I don't know. Really? 11 or something like that. But I think they're done, which is real good news. Congratulations. Thank you. Yeah. And I don't want to deal with it no more. Just take the fucking eye out of it. But no, actually, yeah, I just cleaned up a lot of stuff in my life and started blasting Chinese research chemicals.

24:24You don't have that shit. I did a couple. I did some BPC 157, whatever. Bro, whatever. You know, since like the beginning of this year, I really cleaned things up, got back to the old me, got back to my running routine. I've been running every single day. I heard that too on the podcast. I like that you guys asked that. You were like, are you going to go for a run today? And he was like, eh. And I was like, oh, this is my type of podcast right here. No, but I actually do have running, my first running shoes arriving today. And then I'm locked in. There we go. Do you run most days? I run every single day since New Year's Four miles a day And it's changed my mentality It's changed my discipline I got it all back Because I became a real piece of shit last year I was just victim mentality Feeling sorry for myself I cringe looking at that shit I'm like what the fuck was wrong with me So now I've got back to myself And I think The Chinese research chemicals Was a joke But I mean, who knows?

25:20Something worked. You gotta fucking just jab something every now and then. Yeah, that's the spirit. Fuck it, why not? Let those young people know. Just jab some shit. If I start running, do I have to like, have I got to buy like a Garmin watch and do Strava? Yeah, you do.

25:35Chip:Bro, I love my Garmin. Look, you just whipped it out. That's the shit that stresses me out. Have I got to get a whole new inventory and become a whole person? It helps, man. You check my screen time, you know, everybody's like on TikTok or Instagram all day. My Garmin is like seven hours a day. what are you just looking at your heart rate? I don't want to lose myself to it. But it's a good thing you're burying yourself up on Strava every night and just... I don't want to lose weight either. I kind of want to get fucking wham as well. You already... Bro, what do you want to get out of this social media world?

26:02Do you want to just inspire these young... Maybe telling me... Developing minds to shoot peptides. Or nail kicks or just... This guy couldn't nail a fucking... Plank to a wall. I choose not to. Nah. Sorry to the fucking... Religious? nah not at all just shit with girls I'm religious actually I'm Catholic I'm a Shia LaBeouf shit nah not actually because he said something nah he's actually what are your thoughts on that is that like a stereotypical American Shia well I said I love that podcast and then people said I was homophobic which that's not I wasn't referring to him saying that I just thought

26:40Chip:you're nibbling again bro you're nibbling on another comment but it was a really funny podcast that one yeah I enjoyed it yeah and everybody goes through shit you know i love how open he is he's just like a he's like a white kanye i feel like yeah he was really self-aware like when he was drinking the beer he was like yeah i don't know why i'm drinking his beer i think i'm just doing seem cool and i'm like bro this guy he's just speaking his mind yeah and he's saying crazy shit like that part that i saw a clip i didn't even watch the whole thing but i saw a clip where uh he's talking about the catholic religion or something in the bible yes i'm deep up into the bible yeah he's like man i was just like homosexuality you know the bible says like he's he's like nah he's like that's what the bible says and he's like yeah it says nah yeah this is how he worded it why do i feel that in my head that's how old people from la are like though la yeah la seems like a different place to the rest of america to me so the thing is with la everybody moves there nobody's really from there i think shy is a rare case that he was like brought up by uh his father was i think a entertainer or something to put him into acting real young.

27:43So he's like an outlier in that case. But everybody else, like social media people, they all move to LA not to be a better person or, you know, change the world. They do it for themselves because they think that they are better than people or like above average to make it as an entertainer. Just, it's kind of like, you got to be a bit selfish. There's nothing wrong with it to an extent, you know, that's how anybody that's something makes it, you know, you got to believe in yourself like have a healthy ego but um it's got a bit oversaturated to where like now you could just be a streamer going out telling bitches they're cooked to their face and you'll be going viral for that yeah yeah yeah i think people it's kind of skewed how like you know there's no culture anymore there's no like uh like how you guys grew up here and your accents and everything it's like the neighborhoods you grew up in and the people like you have inspirations and stuff.

28:40Now these kids just talk like what the chat says, you know, like shit like he says, you know, Max and everything. No, bro, don't put me in that category. I'm just fucking around. Nibble, nibble, nibble. Nibble, nibble. Even for me, like, I'm doing it because that's what I see now. I'm not living in my old neighborhood in Staten Island no more. Like, my culture now is the internet. Like, we're all just internet culture. It's kind of, like, who knows? Even a hundred years from now, are people even going to have accents? Are we all just going to be blended together? like skin color like all just gonna look like the rock you know just all jacked and just tan goon maxing yeah please bro bro god forbid a guy dropped some fucking wisdom yeah we're all just gonna be looking like the rock and just goon maxing I saw a guy make a TikTok he was like everyone looks the same everyone's got peptide face yeah everyone's just glowing or the yeah everybody's also skinny now too that's the thing everyone's on Retta yeah Retta's blowing up it's so it's so socially accepted too like i don't know about out here but in america it's like i'll go out on a run like on a hike and i'll see somebody that i barely even know and i'll just be like i don't even know if i know them or not so i'll just be like good to see you like you know i don't want to be like nice to meet you and then like yo what do you mean that's always a risky one yeah brain damage dude my bad i was just in america i was in la for a week and then ohio for a week for the Arnold's.

30:04A lot different, huh? Yeah, but I don't think I met one person who wasn't on Retta. But they were all like... Not even fat. No, they didn't need it. They were already shredded. Everyone's just on shit. It's not an Adderall. I got given 15 milligrams of Adderall. Is that a lot? 15 milligrams. I love that. How did it make you feel? I felt like Bradley Cooper in Limitless, bro. I was having a piss, and I was like, I need to hurry up this piss because I've got so many business ideas to tell everyone about it. I went back to the table and was just chewing everyone's ear off. I was like, bro, shut the fuck up.

30:33It was amazing I want more All the time Bradley Cooper That was a sick movie I love that movie Limitless is class That's cool that you know Movies and stuff Oh yeah I've got I know What the fuck I'm 22 He's a little fucking boy

30:47Chip:You know a movie You got a TV People his age nowadays They can't watch them Yeah No he does have that problem He does have that problem I make like an active effort To watch a film Like regularly now But with a bit of TikTok on the side Doomscroll as you watch Nah He said he can't I said to him We should watch a movie He said he can't But at least I watched All the movies already Yeah Everything I needed to see Watch it What's your go-to What's the number one Goat movie Some godfather shit Yeah Probably all just like Success stories Like gritty crime shit Like Kingpins making money Yeah It usually ends Like Power I turn it off before the end of the movie You know The TV show Yeah Power got me This meaning of a balcony You ever see Blow Johnny Depp Yeah No, I haven't seen that.

31:34Yeah, bro, hell. You're a fucking liar. I've never seen it. I only know that because I've heard you talk about it. You don't got me now. I'm so dialed into your pod. Yo, but that's like, that's such a sick story because he's just a guy from the East Coast. I grew up in Boston. His father in it is Ray Liotta. He reminds me of my father. Like, my father talks like that. You've seen Goodfellas, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. My father just sounds like Ray Liotta. He reminds me of like an old Robert De Niro or something. Yeah. Yeah, you looked like you were in shape, but you did a shit job out there.

32:06You know? I feel like I'm living in a movie if I was speaking to someone like that on a day-to-day basis. That's how I feel. I'm not sure that's quite it, though. This is bang on. I look funny too, fucker. That's how I feel talking to you guys. I'm so sorry about him. He's normally actually more sound. Are you laughing at me? Told you he could be funny, though. Yeah, yeah. I don't know. or something I don't know and your accents are great too that's another thing the strongest accents in the world we must all sound the same to you though right not for me I sound different he's got a bit of Scottish going on you sound like you're a bit smug like you know that you're like what are you 6 '5 6 '3 even he knows wait so what

32:48Chip:so it must just be something I give off this is terrible I need to reshift my whole thing nah you got tall aura about you yeah he's group leader he's from Manchester group leader yeah so you have a more north actor. Yeah. He's not far from me. Yeah. Yeah, but it's for posh area, Harrogate. I'm Jon Snow as well. His mom's from Generational Wealth. Yeah. You kind of have that. What about Jon Snow? Like, you could play a character from, like, medieval times or something. Oh, what about the small fella? What? Fucking Peter Dinklage. Yeah. Oi. Could play him. Good actor. You kind of look like him, like, facially, you look like him.

33:24Chip:You see that? Yeah, yeah, yeah. No. It's like a stretched out version of him. I'll walk off, bro. I'll walk off this fucking new set. No, you won't. You guys see those impulsive walk-offs? Give us an example. There's been a bunch of them. I think I walked off. Oh, shit, really? Wait, they're not real, though. You were the third host for like one episode, I swear. Yeah, I came in because they needed damage control. Jake and Logan just beefed the whole time. You were just nonverbal. You saw that? That was so awkward for me. I came on. So they had me just fill in on the boys' episodes. uh i was never technically like the official third guy we did a photo shoot but i was like uh i i don't know because you know like once you become an employee logan your relationship kind of changes yeah see how like mike deals with it and mike's such an asset to logan too like they're they both need each other as much i know it looks like mike gets all the benefits yeah mike seems like a great guy one glance and shit yeah yeah yeah but behind the scenes like every time logan's at some shit mike is the one stressing about it logan's just like whatever it's gonna be more famous and rich but mike's like i gotta fix this damage control he's a good guy man he's he gets a lot of shit you know yeah but he really is a good friend like off camera um he's he's one of the exceptions in la but he's also an east coast guy too so he reminds me of like my right guys i grew up with but um so you walked it was a what there was beefing on the pod that You were on it.

34:49I think it was like when Logan told George that he shouldn't believe in God or something.

34:54Chip:Oh, I remember this. Fuck. I know this one. He's a smart guy, but he says a dumb shit. Yeah. Like he must say that off camera or something, you know? That was insane. I remember that kicked off a whole thing. You were on that app. What are you canceled for this week, Logan? Oh, I went on the podcast and told my co-host he shouldn't believe in God. Didn't he say you were going to go gay for a month as well or something? Probably, yeah. That's what I was scared about when I joined this. I was like, am I going to be George Janko? Am I going to just end up getting held off? Because I've listened to this podcast at my warehouse job for like years.

35:25Oh, yeah? Yeah. So I was like, everything happens for a reason. George made it on his own. That was meant to be. And yeah, that's the thing with the internet. Shit could seem like it sucks and you got the whole internet. Have you had people walk?

35:38Chip:I'm pretty sure you have. You've had people walk off your show? Yes or no? Yeah, yeah. I set up Jake Paul. I set up Cody Ko with Jake Paul back in the day. Oh my God, nah. That was fucked. Wait, why? What's the, he was getting a, Cody was getting a trim. Yeah. And then Jay Paul just walks in. I remember seeing this. Yeah. Yeah. Cody was doing those commentary videos, tearing people to shreds. And he did one about behind the camera, you know, behind his keyboard. And, uh, I was kind of like, I kind of, I kind of do that. Jay Paul looks so different there. Fuck. He looks so young. Yeah. Massive head come from like, how did his head just triple in?

36:11Chip:Is it a beard bro? Yeah. It was the beard and the trim. Damn, man. That's how I used to walk out of that closet too like the intro yeah yeah yeah yeah so this i'll tell you the backstory to this so cody um i was friends with both of them you know i i can see like what the good in people like i know a lot of people jake would get a bad rep especially back then in those team 10 days like he was fucking wild yeah and cody would uh he would talk shit on a lot of people but like commentate in a funny way he's a comedian you know and jake's a real person you know so and all those people that he's talking about it's they're not playing characters in a show reading the script like these people are just being themselves and then you get torn to shreds by a person the videos go viral so it got to jake you know but it also got to a lot of people like um lele pons i don't know if you remember oh yeah um well vine she was massive on vine was it yeah Yeah, and her shit was, you know, cringe.

37:09But I love her. She's my friend. You know, she's a real nice girl. She was like an 18-year-old girl. English isn't even her first language. And she blew up in America making content, you know? We're all given the same tools, and she figured it out. She's fucking killing it. But Cody, you know, he would tear the videos to shreds. And it really got to her. And she was my neighbor. She lived next door to me in my apartment building. and she would like cry to me and like tell me how like that would affect her and really never say

37:38Chip:anything publicly yeah but i will come on yeah but no whatever it's so long ago now um so i presented the idea to her like hey i'm gonna have cody on the show would you be down to like show up and confront him and like a latina like character and be like fuck you like but but like play cool at the end you know like it's a light-hearted joke and cody seems like the one who's kind of like, oh, fuck, what did I step into here? But she backed out last minute. So the next person in line, I think Cody's like next biggest victim was Jake. So I reached out to Jake and Jake loved the idea. He was like, hell yeah, I'm going to come in there and confront him.

38:16That was like more scary as well. I was, yeah, I was like, fuck man, this guy was downstairs shadowboxing and my guard downstairs, the doorman, it was like, this guy was shadowboxing in the garage. Like he was ready to come in there and fucking fight.

38:29Chip:and you could even see the energy so he didn't come in on like a jokey no he was actually like he wanted to like press cody about his stuff and like make him apologize on camera and i was like bro i'm an accomplice here i fucking instigated this whole shit so i i kind of like backed out of it halfway into but i just kind of let them talk it out and it ended up being a big viral moment it got me a lot of shit because cody's fan base all called me a snake and all that right Yeah, which whatever, you know, I deserved it. Now you're friends with Tana. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Tana. Oh, yeah, and then they had a big beef.

39:03That's a small world, bro, you know?

39:05Chip:Yeah. So are you still friends with Jake Paul and all that? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You still keep in contact with him? I was hanging out with Jake a lot at Logan's wedding over the summer. That was a late coma, right? That looked crazy. Yeah. These two both got Italian weddings. Yeah, not quite on late coma. We're not spending, I think he said something like$4 million or something ridiculous. Bro, that was like, I felt like I was on the island. What do you mean by that? Whatever you think. Bro, the wedding gift was like the meta glasses before they were even out yet. There was like a Facebook team was there.

39:42Chip:You guys need to do something like that. His wedding was like sponsored by... I ain't doing no shit. I'll just get the Facebook team to come through, bro. I can vlog from being a groomsman with meta glasses, bro. That's going to go off. Yeah. It was called George St. Pierre. was just there like he he wasn't drinking I don't drink so but I like feed off other people's drunk energy so I was just kicking it you know GSP that's sick a lot of it was a it was a cool lineup man he had a cool guest list there who do you think wins in a mug off Prime Jeff or Marlon what do you mean Prime Jeff bro bro bro he is in his prime right up to interpretation okay yeah yeah yeah yeah no Marlon's a fucking good looking he's tall too Yeah, but he could have some Recessed chin We've not done The facial scan I think he's good Yeah, pretty stunning Blows me away Happy to still be getting compared To these new Up and coming moggers You're on the Mount Rushmore Yeah, for sure Mount Rushmore You got Jeff, Mylon Todd in there as well Who else is the washed up mahoggers now Don't even say my name Bro no one's saying your name Don't even look at me Get the idea out of your head little guy No Chip I was going to say you as well But since you don't want to be on it I won't put you on there Speaking of looks What do you think about the whole vlog squad Just having six packs now I put all those motherfuckers on mute I didn't want to see none of your shit I think they all like get skinny for like a week, take the picture and then, you know, they don't really keep it up.

41:27I think it's more like... Yeah, I don't... I don't know. Are they in shape now? Yeah, I mean, a fair amount of them are. Who are you talking about? The vlog squad. I met Dave...

41:38Chip:Because you know they all go on those boot camps and then they get fucking shredded. I mean, is it really impressive? I think it's more cool to be fat nowadays. Because everybody could just do... These guys made it not cool. They ruined it. Are you really pulling this motherfucking stage up? I'm pulling up his biggest offstand. This is insane. Yeah, but sorry about that. Honestly. I met him at a young LA party, and I just went like, nah. I'm a Jeff FM guy. I did glaze him a little bit. It's all good. I get it. I was drunk. I've had to come to accept that. Look at that guy. Oh, shit. Alex looks good, man.

42:12Yeah, all right. Enough, Stan. I can kill the cortisol. No, no, it's all good. Cortisol is only getting spiked for nothing, bro. That's, that's what I was just getting at. Like I, I've come to the realization that nobody actually gives a fuck about you except like your family, your loved ones, like really close friends, anybody that's like I was saying earlier, like the people that move out to LA, they're doing it for themselves, you know, and it's okay. It's fine. But once you understand that you can play your cards differently and navigate things and not get as emotional and attached to certain relationships like i know who my social media friends are and i know who the real ones are and that's why like even mike you know i thought mike was a social media friend but bro when i was struggling like he was there for me he had my back and as much shit as i give him you know i'm like lucky that he's even still sticking around he's a hard time you know yeah but he seemed

43:02Chip:lovely yeah yeah we did he did he did message for a while you both got your burger memes yeah i know he messaged me about that burger shit as well you mean your burger memes well he everyone makes fun of how he says, because he's got a bit of an accent. When he says burger, he goes like burger. Why do you say burger? Burger. Burger. Yeah. Does that sound okay to you? There's a burger. Bro, why are you talking about burgers like that? I'm not. It's his fucking thing, bro. Mike, there's a burger in Vegas. Why are you talking like it's a movie trailer? Like about this? Wait, no, no, I've got to stick up for Mike here.

43:34Chip:As a food reviewer myself, like, yeah, we have to make it as entertaining as possible. So Mike, keep doing the movie trailer. You were just, yeah. You were consuming as dumb. That's why. That's his whole shit. That's my whole shit. It's okay. It's okay that we could disagree on this. Why do you think it's even called 1010? Because I came in, I mocked the whole shit. I just gave every burger a 10 out of 10 and it stuck. I name everything. My friends are all lucky to have me around to give them their nicknames and it just comes out. What's his nickname? It's got to come naturally. I'm just checking your meat under your juggers, bro.

44:06Nah, sorry. I got my. Checking his talk. I was checking. I got my. You reckon that'll come by the end of the... I'm going to force it out and just call him like a Jester Gooner or something like that. Bro, that's already taken. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. One of them's claimed Jester Gooner. Yeah, we'll figure something out.

44:21Chip:What was it? You'll work it out by the end of your pod. If people don't know, we're going to jump on Jeff FM as well. Yeah. By the end of that pod, I need you to be able to give him a nickname. Okay. We need a time. We need a deadline. You got to have a think of that. Yeah. Think about that. Yeah, so... No, but I've just been pretty much streaming lately. Dabbling in it. I kind of keep it low key. Like I'll stream on Twitch. I have a YouTube channel. I've been putting in work my whole life on YouTube, but you guys know like YouTube, you've like planned your videos out, shot them, got collabs in them, like edited them down, clickbait title.

44:55You have to have everything perfect and you stress about it. Is it going to perform well? Am I going to lose all my brand deals and sponsorships? Am I going to fall off? With streaming, I just go out there and I feel like I'm not even streaming. It's kind of dangerous. Are you streaming from your house or like IRL? I do both. I'll stream and talk shit on people. Oh, when the woman Yeah, first day I was like, should I even do this shit? I bought the backpack to go out in public and stream Well, like the 30k one? No, no, it was like two grand It was a 30k one? Yeah, it's what like speed and shit is Yeah, well, not at that level yet I'm just having fun with it But it feels like a fresh thing like when you guys first started out This stuff does become a bit of a It gets a little stressful when you're thinking about everything Overthinking things with streaming I just go out and I get to be authentic I'm at the point now where like I don't give a fuck about these fucking people like I used to have to be like oh with the split like divide in friends in like LA and just the internet like you don't know who's on your side or what I don't give a fuck about none of that no more like I just go out do my thing do you find those

46:01Chip:when you're live streaming do you not think like oh I need some more entertaining stuff to happen that's one of the things why I think I couldn't do live streaming like constantly think I either need to get the clips or I need to do something entertaining at all times. Yeah, well, you know, I had that feeling in the beginning. And that's what I was about to the video where the woman fell. So I didn't know what to do for IRL streaming. I don't want to be like a jerk off like these kids that go out and act like harass people. Yeah. Like Dean the Greek and smack like three times in 24 hours. That's got to go down as one of the worst 24 hours.

46:35Generational run of stinkers. I can't do that. I can't go out like clav and just tell you know like tell these bitches they're cooking to call a woman a bitch to her face and just i can't do none of that so i'm like the opposite of that i'm like the batman streaming you know i'm going out to get all these jokers you know that's actually a good that's a good way to do it and yeah yeah so i gotta kind of like i was like i'll just go to venice beach and just i guess go for like a workout stream or something it's on twitch on a new channel like nobody even knows about it i had it under like a my name spelt wrong or something in the beginning I just didn't want to do it on my YouTube Because I would be like in my own head about it Like it needs to be entertaining the whole time I need to fill all the dead air But it's not really like that You know you just go out and people that are watching understand That you know it's not going to be like a Perfectly curated edited thing It is it does end up like that Like shit just starts happening Like when I went out for that run I was like five minutes into my run And I was like I shouldn't even be streaming this shit right now Like what am I doing I start like taking off my shirt And this woman with her two kids is on an electric bike on the bike path.

47:39And she hits this turn at like 40 miles per hour. And she's looking dead in my eyes. And she wipes out and scrapes her whole face. Like there's a layer of her skin just ripped off. So I run over. I help her. I help her up there. I don't know what to do. You know, it's like nothing you really can do in that situation. But then that was like my first like clip to get like flipped. I was like, fuck, man. I can't post this because I just care too much about that woman Like how she's gonna feel the next day If she Like wakes up probably feeling that pain Plastic all over the internet And then she sees this 35 year old man Like 36 year old man fucking posting her Like what am I doing you know Did she crash because she saw your buddy That's what happened in the clip So somebody clipped it and Jeff Mogg's woman to death Oh my god Insane type It's fucking good Because I was like not, I didn't go film that.

48:37You know, I didn't, I didn't intentionally mock someone to death. You know, it's not your fault if it gets clipped. That should be happening to me all the time, bro. That's out of my head.

48:45Chip:I haven't seen that clip yet from you though. I need to watch that. Yeah. Like a crazy butterfly effect situation. I would have never posted that. You know, if that was like my Instagram, I would never be like, oh, I'm going to upload this, you know. But it gets clipped and it's, you're alive. So it has to go out. You know, it's kind of like a good thing. It's kind of a bad thing It's scary Yeah Because Yeah you could say some dumb shit That gets clipped And it's over Yeah And I have a dark sense of humor You know I've said some horrible things before I don't You know Mean anything by them But You know If something's got clipped That I've said on the internet before Just that It could be bad But I feel like If I say enough horrible things Then it'll all Just watery So you're like Well I've actually said way worse Yeah This guy says his shit all the time Don't worry about it That's AB's strategy at the minute as well I don't even Bro fucking East Chat GBT once dried up a whole reservoir doing it awful no I think America way better for like IRL stream because Venice like I was at not longer and it's like there's just shit happening there's NPCs everywhere people are fucking weird no one gives a shit well let's go Scunfop then everyone's all iPad fucking kids and shit it's like no one I feel like in London nothing really eventful you couldn't IRL stream in London it's too shit also I feel like if I was IRL streaming I'd feel too much pressure to like constantly like when you're When you're at a setup and you can game or react to shit, it's so easy.

50:03Yeah. Gives you the shit to talk about. That's a thing I'll bring up a lot, like the political streamers and stuff. So if somebody gets bombed the night before, you're like, hell yeah, I got a topic today. I got a headline. Yeah. Oh, USA's bombing everybody. That's perfect. Bang a thumbnail, yeah. I got my title for today. I guess that's just journalism, though. The world happens and you just react to it. I saw you cut Hassan's hair on stream. I think that was the last time he'll call me for hair. Really? Why? Did it all kick off? Yeah. Did you ever see the shot color shit with... Oh, shit. Yeah, yeah.

50:38I just carried on saying that. Boy, you just kept bringing it up. You kept bringing it up. Yeah, I just... I mean, it was just so funny to me that... Not even... I don't think Hassan's a bad guy, you know? I think he loves that dog. It's just so hilarious that, like, all the memes, like, Hassan's set up, where it's just like a keyboard, a camera, and a big shock button, like a big red button that just electrocutes the dog. Like, just so much funny shit came out of that. And then the AI song where they made a song, shock, shock, shock, shock my dog, I can't stop. It was fire, music video and everything.

51:11And, you know, I just think that the situation's funny. Like how the internet was like, that's what he gets canceled for. This guy's doing political takes on all these different things. But he shocked his dog.

51:25Chip:Who's been your favorite guest that you've had on Jeff FM? Jeff FM. Jeff FM, I had some fun ones, but there's not like some barbershop episodes I did were great. We had a good Hassan episode. We really fucked with him. The way I look at a good episode is if we execute our style perfectly. So I want the person to feel uncomfortable, but to an extent where like they don't like hate me after you know like cody and jake hated me after that situation you know like a lot of sometimes i would i would film episodes especially the barbershop like i would shoot episodes with guests and um the way i feel after is like did i just ruin that relationship and it kind of feels counterproductive for like a a social media person you know like i'm just ruining every relationship i have through these collabs yeah like mike my first time meeting mike i went pretty hard on him not even him i went hard on him and he could take it but i i went pretty hard on lana she came along and fucking hell yeah we did a bit where uh we had these like flash cards like i was playing like like an idiot host where like i have to read my questions off the card and like the guest sees them too so i was like uh i read the first one i was like does it bother you that your girlfriend gets nailed on camera and I was like oh fuck man we can't ask that it's disrespectful there's a girl right here and then he switches it and then the next one was like does it bother you that your girlfriend gets railed on camera and then it was like well fuck man come on not that same thing and then it was like does it bother you that your girlfriend gets piped on camera and then Mike just lost his shit and I wasn't taking into consideration how Lana would feel like that you know and she was upset about it so Mike was upset about it and look at us now best friends besties What's their relationship like now?

53:15Because I swear they meet On the vlogs They're like chilling together again Yeah Mike tells me all the time Bang my ex Bang my ex You don't care Oh yeah fuck it Oh wait so he just is Just cutting about Yeah As he did He's active bro Yeah He ain't settling down Yeah How old is Mike now? Alright That's all we needed to know Yeah fine bro Shit He's got a few years left He don't have a date for that one No he's 41 Yeah yeah yeah We were saying in the last pod though it is just mental that all these teenagers are just self-doubt. 41 is pushing 50 on the internet.

53:49Chip:Yeah, yeah, yeah. There's 50-year-olds. Everyone says we're pushing 40. In this day and age, it's probably like 35 on paper with peptides and fucking tech. That's what I go by my fitness age and my garment. What is it? It's 27. Oh, okay. Yeah, fuck it. Just start saying you're 27. That's what I tell people. I'm like, what do you want, my fitness age and my biological age? Well It's Bro running makes you live longer There's studies that You know Have proven it You actually Spend your life AB went into a K hole The last time he went for a 5k That will reduce your life No I didn't actually Go into a K I actually took over Running talk Off this Off this speech I tried to do a 5k And I just I was like Oh This is meant to be some shit Called runner's high I'm in a runner's K hole And it just got clipped And everyone was putting it Over that marathon I've not really ran since then You like ketamine?

54:42nah I feel you know what I feel like in America it's like everyone just does like ketamine therapy it's really casual yeah yeah yeah ketamine therapy nah that's just called getting on it no they get like they call anything therapy put therapy at the end of it and then just that's outrageous legalized cocaine I don't like ketamine we've been waiting a minute perfect time for ketamine ketamine or ketamine or ketamine yours yeah in the UK it's actually like one of the entry level drugs Is it? Yeah, it's like Isn't it a cat tranquilizer? As in like not Not that it should be But in the UK Like everyone gets on it When they're like 60 Don't you get What?

55:19Nah Cat wigs, right? Isn't that what you call like a I don't know No, I'd be in like You don't call people cat wigs Or is that Gowzer?

55:26Chip:Scouse trim Is a cat wig Is it? Nah, he's talking about He's talking about somebody That bangs cat Nah, I mean I don't know One of my real close friends Is from Liverpool Oh Yeah, all right, bro. Chill out. Yeah, yeah. You'll tell him where he was fucking born next. Liam is a character, man. He's just... He's such a legend in the boxing world and he's just such a one-of-a-kind human being. But then I met his brother and there's just two of these Liverpool blunt, fucking aggressive guys. They're boxers. So I was walking... I just met this guy. I've been friends with Liam who was, you know, a boxing coach, ex-fighter, retired now.

56:12And he's a nut job, but I never met the other, like, version that still lives out in Liverpool. And he's just like, so, you know, you think you're going to fight? You're boxing. And, you know, I was like, yeah, you know, I don't know. Liam and I trained together. He's like, go ahead, throw a punch at me. He's just like, come on, fucking hit me, fucking hit me in the middle of the street. And I'm like throwing punches at him, and he's like a heavy guy, but he's moving past and he ducked and fucking he's like no actually try to fucking hit me like I was like throwing a little jab and he's like no actually try to fucking hit me and he just had me throw like a 10 punch combination at him in the middle of the street and you missed all of them yeah whiffed him he was just slipping him yeah I might have whipped him a little bit on the forehead but one of them but he didn't that was it

56:56Chip:yeah yeah yeah was he drunk no bro just got a suck son bro just his vibe they all just built different yeah I think fighters have a little like permanent drunkness and like the CTE I got it too you know it's like brain damage whatever you want to call it you know just shake it up just a bit of spice to your life man fuck it yeah yeah yeah that's how I don't need the booze now you know just getting there permanently bone smash dude bone smash that's all you need to do yeah I mean that whole is that like literally what has kind of taken over the US is the whole US bro that's right here in front of you no well it's infected I think we started I used his natural ship bro I just spawned in like this What?

57:40Stunned? Yeah I'm in a rocket Whatever bro So how far into you Looks Max and Journey Are you? Would you say? Well if you look at him How far do you reckon he's in? Would you just get that tattoo Yesterday or two days ago? Yeah I see it peeling off No it's just scabbing bro It's just healing Oh so That's a real tattoo? Yeah Okay It looks so good That it looks fake It looks it looks like one of those press on ones but not in a bad way Just like so it's so nice looking crispy. This is all are you gonna get get a little sleeved out? No, I'm gonna get a few more doctor on here that I'm done Because then I think you get carried away.

58:18Yes run out of cool ideas So do you get tattoos that are meaningful to you? Nah, this is from Red Dead Redemption the game. This has no meaning at all. I just thought it's sort of Like a dinosaur skeleton. Crocodile skeleton. Same family. You inked up as well? You inked? I had I had to remove People think I'm MGK now When I walk around Oh yeah Yeah They know I'm affiliated I'm going to buy a Harley Davidson I can't decide I couldn't decide on tattoos Like there's nothing that I just look at the way I dressed 10 years ago And I'm like What the fuck was I thinking man You know like If I was making the decisions Like I had to permanently Like Be like that That's what I thought But then I've done it now so Yeah so But also Nowadays you can remove shit He's not saying that You gotta remove those But like If you want Bro you can get it Don't trust You can get that shit zapped off quick Pete Davidson did like his whole body What zapped it all off

59:14Chip:I've heard it's so painful Was it painful when you did it Way worse than the actual tattoo What did you have I got an eagle God bless America bro You know he's gonna go get an eagle now Eagle on the chest Conor McGregor type beat Bro, every podcast needs a punching bag, but he's the one that should be fucking... So I am George Jenkins. No, you're not. You're not. You're like Theo. You are, but you know what? You're similar to Theo. Like, good guy, in a way. Theo, who's that? Theo Baker. Oh, yeah, yeah, Theo. Good guy. Yeah, but he's like... I didn't think... I can't believe he fucking beat me in the race.

59:53He looks like... No, he's a beast. He's an Ironman. He's a beast. Yeah, but like his face card... He's fucked, yeah. He looks like You can say he's chopped Maxon No not chopped He just looks like He's like a Like a normal guy Like a normal dude Yeah Not been through it Nah he's He's 24 you know Yeah No fuck Nah he's not He's had a hair transplant 28

1:00:16Chip:28 I didn't want to say that He just had a hair transplant I know hair I've been seeing I know I've been cutting hair I've been seeing the old hair transplant Where they would cut like a slab of skin out And put it on the tray And pluck the things That look like a slab of sashimi You know, it was like somebody's skin and then I would have to cut around that scar So I didn't like cover it and they would take those hairs and put them up here. Yeah But now the hair transplants they got so good that like they can I see or well I'm in the shedding phase you can put a sensor on No, no, no, no, it's gone.

1:00:48Chip:It's so I'm in my room. Oh damn, bro. That looks good It's still look at me through so I've got like look at me for months three four months Wait till it gets a lineup and they put that white sprayer. You're gonna look okay. Do you get a little rock? like that the buzz would you mean like well i just had it done last month but do you keep your hair short like that the uh nah usually i haven't but i would prefer to keep it as buzz it's so easy living life with a buzz car and especially if you've got the hairline for it right now i mean you've got i mean you fucking won the genetic lottery that's kind of pissing me off actually a bit like so you're telling me there's no no nothing going on there like that looks too Nah, we're natural.

1:01:26I got, I got. Yeah, right? Pop off it, right? Yeah. You know, we don't really do that. But yeah, Jeanette Gloria, whatever you call it. Yeah. I mean, I'm in the biz, you know, I'm in the hair business. Yeah. You know, I got to make sure I keep the hair looking good.

1:01:41Chip:I feel like it's the same thing. Like if you go to a dentist and the dentist doesn't have good teeth, you're there like, uh, or like you go to a PT and the PT isn't in shape. Yeah. Most, most PTs are actually not in great shape, but they, but they should be. See, that's an advert for their work. Exactly. Yeah. So like when I look at your hair, I'm there like, yeah, I trust this guy to cut my hair. It's fucking good. Down to every, like when I used to work in the barbershop, you know, people come in, they're walk-ins and they got to pick the guy they want to go to. So I'm like looking at the barber's taste and their sneakers or whatever, you know, their hairstyle, if they're chopped, you know, I'm not going to fucking take that risk.

1:02:15We did a, we did a, um, I did like a, like a philanthropy vid today. I did a collab with this guy, Big Man KG from South Africa. He was one of the guys that competed in the High Rocks. Yeah. And we went around doing, like, acts of kindness. And we went into a barbershop. And I, like, sat down to get a haircut. And I just started chopping into my own hair. And the guy was like, what the fuck are you doing? And I was like, yeah, can you just give me something like this? And I just did it myself. Oh, whoa. Flex. Yeah, that is a flex. Then the dude came over, gave him 500 bucks. and he was like, what is this for?

1:02:51I was like, because you gave me a good haircut, man. What the fuck's going on? And then we went outside and we were like, speaking of like people in London, like on the street, like how, you know, a lot of people were like, not like just, we'd be like, hey, and they were just like, get the fuck away from me. Classy one. Yeah, but it's so good because when you watch the video, like they would have got$500 if they would have just been nice. Yeah, but that's funny. And then I went over like an asshole to this guy that's working, like building a building up or something. I'm like, hey, what the fuck are you doing over here, man?

1:03:26And he could have been like, I'm fucking working, you know, like obviously. But he's like, I'm building up shop. And we were like, oh, all right, cool. And he's like, what are you guys doing? And I was like, we just, we came out here to give people money. And we gave money. He's like, what the fuck is this for? And he's just like, he's fucking out about it. Yeah, I feel like in the UK, people don't really do that at all.

1:03:49Chip:It's a bit rare. Yeah. Acts of kindness, that is, by the way. I don't do them, but I mean, it's his niche, you know? I always looked at the YouTubers, like Mr. Beast, and obviously, you know, my arch nemesis, like giving away, doing those videos where it's like, I need a video idea. Let me go, you know, do this. On camera. Yeah. It just feels like the act is to build your image, you know? And I guess there is a bit of like, you know, I never gave anybody a car, but I don't know. I just feel like when you jam the camera in somebody's face, it's like, yeah. But at the same time, the person receiving the camera doesn't give a shit.

1:04:36They're like, this has changed my life. There's like two sides to it. It's a 50-50, isn't it?

1:04:40Chip:But I think if you only ever do those acts of kindness when the camera's on, then that's very different. Whereas if you kind of just do stuff like that whenever and then occasionally it's on camera, then it's like it is what it is. Yeah, like Steve will do it and Mr. Beast going at it. The beef with like, who gives away more money? Oh, is that exactly what they've got? Yeah. That Steve Impulsive was a crazy watch. Bro, that was my fault too. Was it? Yeah, because I didn't make it on time. I missed my flight. We were supposed to do a boys episode and they were like, love, we don't want to wait.

1:05:08We're just going to do Steve. So they subbed Steve in for you. They subbed Steve in. damn you're the reason for so much fuckery man yeah like that episode bro and i brought it up too just logan and jake just beefing the whole time like dead serious argument he's just not verbal in the corner i said something because i i said one question i was like uh i was like you guys i think i said something like you guys should fight the diaz brothers or something and uh logan was like yeah you stole my nate diaz fight or some shit yeah and then it kicked off It's like, why the fuck would that be your fight?

1:05:41Like, I've actually fight real people and stuff. Bro, they went at it. I don't remember about Tommy Fury. It's like classic brother stuff, though, isn't it? It was actually, like, real. It was real. I was actually like, what am I doing here?

1:05:53Chip:That would do numbers, by the way. The two brothers going at it. They probably should never do that because it would get techy, but fuck me. That would be insane. Yeah, but if they know they're getting paid so much for it, they could just be like, look, bro, let's just go for a draw. There's always going to be an element of wanting to win, though, isn't there? Yeah, of course, of course. Yeah. But I think the aspect of it, like the brothers, you know, that that's what drives them to be so massive, you know, like they, they build each other up. One of their, if one of them fucks up really bad, it makes the other one look better.

1:06:24I think they just kind of go back and forth with like, you know, and then, yeah, they're, they're close for brothers. You know, I didn't speak to my brother for years, you know, until he had a kid who grew up a little bit and then we rebonded over like running and stuff, you know? Yeah. So sick.

1:06:39Chip:so before we wrap this up we ask all our guests as of season five we need one motivational quote oh sure and you got yeah yeah yeah it's coming back we need to let people pre-prep no because no because it can be it can be awful as well because usually it's terrible i might but you have to look down the camera down the lens and drop it for example chip i've done so many of You're the unlimited one. Yeah. Catch a stone. Yeah. Yeah. Like, what does that even mean? Like, just something out of this world. No matter how many times you wipe your ass today, you'll still be dealing with new shit tomorrow.

1:07:14Fuck. Damn, dude. I can't follow that. Yeah, fucking write that down. That's a fucking take.

1:07:17Chip:Do you see what I mean? Like, there's just some, some that are. That's something about Jester Goon and also. Play it safe to the Gen Z audience. Yeah.

1:07:28Chip:Jester Goon and? Yeah, bro. Just fucking wing it, bro. Throw some. Throw some shit at the wall to see what happens. Hear about goyslop? You know what goyslop is? Fuck. This is his new thing. He's got it, bro. He's got it. Yeah. Don't pay for sex. Just goon. And then rethink your life. Yeah. Nah. He said, nah, nah, nah, nah. Let me change it. Bro. No, that's not changing lives. Keep your cortisol low. Yeah. If you're feeling depressed, feeling like a piece of shit, just go get a fresh haircut. There's no better feeling than a fresh haircut. Yeah. All right.
