Mackenzie next question please T Raid says what is the best way to find a new job and does it make me an asshole for leaving a job I interned at after only four months of full time working no it doesn't make you an asshole it happens at VaynerMedia all the time residents do that all the time this is not the right job for you this is a free country this is a free world you're allowed you're not an asshole you're doing what's right for you and the family like it might be the wrong thing you might find out that you are an asshole later but it's too early like if you constantly jump at some point if you leave nine jobs after a year it might be you not the jobs but right now you don't know that yet and you need to figure that out so if you're feeling it and you're asking me this question you gotta bounce
