In short

The Hauraki Big Show (Jason Hoyte, Mike Minogue, Keyzie) covers Keyzie’s brutal hangover after the Pie Awards, plus comedy improv about calling in sick, TV/streaming talk, sports and giveaways, and lots of banter (including “break-up season” teasing).

Guest backgrounds

No external guests appear; callers participate in prize draws. Callers include Jimmy (carpenter/chippy), Tom (chippy), Cam (high school English teacher), and Jack (builder).

Key claims

Keyzie missed a cue at the start and is “a shadow of himself” after partying at the Pie Awards; he ate mince and cheese pie at 2:30am and is woozy at 4pm. The show promotes BeerVana Wellington support-crew access and a Warriors vs Panthers double-pass giveaway.

Notable examples

South Park on Neon (explicit Trump/Satan storyline); Alone International survival (beaver eaten); Choice Bros brewery of the day (Wellington hazy/sour/seasonal beers); Keyzie’s CBD banh mi encounter (“idiot” response); advice question about accidentally calling a teacher “mum” at age eight.

0:00Mike Minogue:The Hauraki Big Show. Thanks to crave-worthy street food. Freshly made with Reburger. Welcome to the Hauraki Big Show.

0:12Keyzie:With Jason Hoyte, Mike Minogue and Keyzie. Oh g'day you mad bastards. It's great to have your company on this gorgeous Wednesday afternoon. It is the 5th of August 2026 and you my friends as always listening to The Big Show brought to you by Reburger.

0:31Mike Minogue:Craveworthy street food, freshly made with Reburger. Reburger.

0:36Keyzie:G'day, Mogi. Absolute stallion, you. Greek God. You Adonis. How's life? Well, I'd like to say I'm going grouse. I'd like to. But old Keezy here, to my left, to your right, Jase, He is a shadow of himself. You heard right at the start there how he completely missed that cue. Yes. For Ree Berger.

1:03Mike Minogue:What do you mean? I nailed it. Wow. How are you going, Geezy? Obviously, you had a massive night last night on the hammer, dressed to the nines at the Pie Awards, and from all accounts, made an absolute fool of yourself. What do you mean from all accounts?

1:20Keyzie:I had a great night, thank you. Can I just paint a picture for the audience? And this is a true picture. It's not me, you know, exaggerating. Keezy is currently embracing himself. I'm folding my arms. And rocking gently back and forth on his seat. He's a very pale shade of green. But other than that, you look fine, man.

1:43Mike Minogue:Thank you, Jase. Thank you. You having a nice time, man? I had a really nice time. Was it worth it? Yeah. It really was worth it. Had a great night. Pugs was lovely. We discussed this on the podcast. He called me in the Uber on the way home, checking up on me there. You blew up at him because you had such a skin full in you. We love just looking after one another here on the big show, so that was really nice. And I was at home eating a mince and cheese pie at 2.30am. Can I ask you, Keezer, you know, the time is 4.04pm. We've got three hours to go. You're counting the minutes down, brother? I'm certainly hoping this is one of those shows that just flies by.

2:18Mike Minogue:I don't think it's going to be.

2:20Keyzie:I've got to be honest. It's the first time that I've come into the office and seen Keezy sort of lying on the couch. And I was like, oh, Keezy. And he said, oh, just having a little bit of a na-na-nap, Jase. I was like still steamed, wasn't I? I'm just feeling a bit woozy. And I said, mate, Mogey and I have got your back. So when does that start?

2:44Mike Minogue:Nobody will be any the wiser. What's coming up on the show, Mogey?

2:52What's happening on The Big Show with Old Mogi? Well, coming up on the show today, we'll be going deep on how Old Keezy's feeling. No, we're not.

3:01Mike Minogue:We're just going to move on for it. We can't do this every time. We're going to be going super, super deep on this. We're thinking we might hold a national prayer circle for Old Keezy. Yeah. 3483. Send us your kind words for Old Keezy here. We'll make him feel better. Totally. Live on air. It's not necessary. We've got your back, man. The audience has got your back. Outside of that, there'll be a little bit of chat about the Beervana support crew. We're doing a live show down in Wellington in a couple of weeks, and there's an opportunity for you to get on board, listen out for the queue, and give us a bell, and you'll go in the draw.

3:35You could be with the fellas down in Wellington at a live show around Beervana. How good. A little bit more goat chat, fellas. The goat's coming up. Yeah, man. Woo! How good. Great time to be alive. And outside of that, just some, well, you can hear it yourself in the background there. What? Some ripping music from the chillies. Turn it up, Kezia. Back, bud.

4:03Mike Minogue:The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki.

4:08Keyzie:Yes, indeed. Liam Gallagher there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 14 minutes past 4 o 'clock. Now, Keezy's not feeling great today. Big night last night at the Pye Awards. But to be fair to Keezy Mogey, we've all been there, mate.

4:23Mike Minogue:We've all been there, mate. Yeah, good stuff, fellas. Keezy, we've all been there, man. What, the Pye Awards? No, we absolutely haven't all been there. You've been to that seven times. Me and Jase have been a combined zero times. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, they didn't even invite us. No. You know? But, yeah, everyone has been there. I've certainly had my fair share of being hungover, but I always turned up. Of course. Even when I shouldn't have. Yeah, yeah. Well, that's what I'm here now. Yeah, you are. I've got good content. Have you? My chat is still, well, not really, to be honest. My chat's still decent, you know, fellas.

4:57It's one of the terrible things of life, I think,

5:02Keyzie:is turning up to work hungover, where you're half-arsing it, your heart's just not in it. You're, like, counting the minutes. Let's just get through.

5:12Mike Minogue:Yeah, that's me. I tell you one thing you don't want to do is have that happening early in the week. Early in your work week. Because to be honest, it throws a spanner in the works for the entire rest of the week. If you can do it on a Thursday night.

5:23Keyzie:Yeah, because you were saying in the podcast outro today that you earmarked last night for an absolute blowout. Not an absolute blowout. For a Tuesday night. God, Jay, the amount of mustard you're putting in this time. Massive blowout. It is interesting because the idea of getting hammered on a Tuesday.

5:42Mike Minogue:Responsibly. Yeah. I know. It's not a good idea. No. Unless you work in the afternoon and make sure you have no plans whatsoever, which is what I did today. Yeah, good. I was so hungover that I – Go on. Did you throw up? No. I almost did. So I woke up at 10.30. Wow. Yeah. I know. and I drank like a gallon of water and then I ate some spicy noodles to just sort of punish myself. Yes.

6:12Keyzie:To burn the pain away. Burn the pain away

6:15Mike Minogue:and then I was like, oh, you know what, because I was just lying on the couch and I was like, okay, I might just play PlayStation for a bit. I turned the PlayStation on, started on this game I'm playing, died straight away and it made me feel sick. So I was like, oh, I turned the PlayStation off and had a bath and I was just like, oh man, and then I came in here to see you guys. Oh, my God. So it wasn't good. I mean, it was great last night. Yeah. It was always great the night before, obviously. That's right. That's right. I think today more than ever, it crossed my mind, like, genuinely, if I called in sick, how would it go down?

6:48Yeah.

6:49Mike Minogue:Would you guys be understanding? Pugs would then have to come in and do more work, and he was worse than I was. He was shocking last night.

6:54Keyzie:Yeah. Yeah. He was terrible. He just went to have a little spew before. Oh, yeah, 100%. He's still steamed.

7:01Mike Minogue:And so I was like, you know, if I had genuinely called and sick, would you guys have been okay with it? Yeah. Or would you have been a bit effed off? Well, Minaya's got that saying, what is it? Piss up front up. Piss up front up. Responsibly. And that's a good philosophy. Well, it sounds cool, but the reality is something else, isn't it?

7:16Keyzie:What time did they finish up, the breakfast fellas? Because obviously they've got the breakfast show.

7:20Mike Minogue:Minaya very smartly called it quits at midnight. Even that's late. No, even that's late.

7:27Keyzie:There's still heaps of time to cause plenty of damage. Absolutely. You know what I mean?

7:33Mike Minogue:His alarm will go off at 4.30 or something, though. Yes. So by the time he finally gets to sleep, he'll probably have three and a half hours sleep. Yeah. But I was thinking maybe we could do an improv, just so I'm aware for next time. I'll call through and call in sick. You guys play yourselves. Okay. And just how you genuinely react to that. No worries. Because it's good to keep in mind for next time. Sure. Because there will be a next time.

7:54Keyzie:In the meantime, here's Blink 182.

8:00Mike Minogue:The Hodaki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hodaki.

8:06Keyzie:Oh, yes, indeed. Royal blood there on the Hodaki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. But right now it's time for... Quiet on set. Sound speed. Lights. Camera. Action. Now it's time for the Big Show Improv. So to lay the platform here, Old Keezy had a big night last night at the Pie Awards. He's fiercely hung over today. So the improvisation is, what would we do, Mogey, if he caught us up feeling a bit under the weather? That's right. I mean, when you tie one off, as Keezy did last night, got home to bed. He was lying in bed, double fisting pies at 2.30am. So when you've had a night like that, you feel a bit secondhand in the morning, don't you?

8:54So, yeah, we're going to do a little improv here. Keezy's going to ring us up and sort of see how we would react if he needed to call in sick because he couldn't handle the j-andle.

9:02Mike Minogue:Yeah, man. He's on the line now, fellas. Okay. G'day, fellas. I'm ready for the scene to commence. Okay. Yeah, good. Okay, I'm ready. So you've got the phone. So, Pugs, have you got the phone call there? Yeah, you've got to hear, man. Okay, so he's going to ring us up? Yeah. Okay. All right. Yeah, I don't know. So I think I'll just call it quits, man. We'll just leave it at that. Yeah, no, fair enough, mate. Oh, God.

9:29Keyzie:Who's that? Skeasy. Just ignore it. Yeah. Put it on silent. Put it on silent. Yeah. So I don't know. It was just a little bit like when you're put under that kind of pressure, you feel like you should deserve it. Well, hang on.

9:41Mike Minogue:How are we supposed to do the improv if you're not going to answer the phone? Well, hang on. Hoity J and I are in the middle of a conversation. So we're just going to finish our conversation. Right, okay. And then you'll answer the, okay, okay, right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, yeah, what? So, yeah, we got the person over and he was doing the lawns, but the problem was he's sort of missing spots here and there, and it sort of makes you wonder whether there's any point hiring the boat. I mean, how hard is it to mow the lawns? Who's that? Oh, God, it's kesey. Don't worry about it. Yeah, just don't. So I had a word with the property manager, and I just said, look, if he can't do it, then I'll do it.

10:19Like, I don't know why I'm paying for it. Well, yeah, totally. I don't know if we can't do it good enough.

10:22Keyzie:Totally, and maybe take a bit off the rent if I'm going to actually do the lawns and stuff.

Read the full transcript

10:26Mike Minogue:Exactly right. You know what I mean? In order to do this improv, you have to answer the phone. It doesn't work unless you answer the phone. Kesey, do you mind, man? We're in the middle of a conversation. No, totally, but it's just...

10:35Keyzie:That's the beauty of where I am now, of course, because we don't have the lawns or anything like that going on. You know, because we don't have that. Your gas is included as well, isn't it? Yeah, no, it is included. Oh, God. Bloody Kesey. Hey, this spot thing that you can see on my elbow. Yes. What do you reckon that is? I don't know. It's looking a little bit warty, to be honest. It is. It is.

11:01Mike Minogue:Answer the phone.

11:09Keyzie:I'd go and get that checked out.

11:11Mike Minogue:The Hauraki Big Show with Jase, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

11:17Keyzie:Can I get anybody a beer?

11:18Mike Minogue:The Big Show. Beer Vana support brew crew contender. How about a beer, eh?

11:26Keyzie:Yeah, good times. Joining the fellas down at Beer Vana, accommodation paid for. You can hang out with the fellas, have a few beersies. Sounds like a bloody price to me, fellas.

11:38Mike Minogue:Certainly does, Jase. You get free flights as well and you get to go to Beer Vana, which is one of the best beer festivals in New Zealand. And, of course, the Thursday night we are doing a live show at Bethel Woods, which is a bar down there in Wayton town. And you'll be part of the official support crew for that, which, to be honest, Pugs does pretty much everything. So you've just got to sit there and drink and probably have something to eat? Yeah, responsibly. Is that about it? Sounds about right, Mogi. Just sort of pretend to be part of the crew.

12:04Keyzie:Yeah, that sounds good. Let's go to the phone lines. G'day, Jimmy, you mad bastard. How's life? Good, mate. Good, yourself? Yes, Jimmy.

12:13Mike Minogue:Better than Keezy anyway. Ha ha. How are you? Yeah, well, understandable. Thanks, Jimmy. What do you do for a crust, mate? I've got lots of different jobs, but mainly I'm a chippy. I'm a carpenter.

12:25Keyzie:Oh, yeah, bad bone. Massive bad bone. Tell me, Jimmy, if you were to win this, who would you take with you? Oh, shit, I'd probably have to take her indoors, I suppose. Oh, yeah. Hold her indoors. She wouldn't let me out of the house. Yeah, no, fair enough, mate. Good call, good call. Hey, well, good news for you, my friend. You're in the draw, all right? Thanks very much. Thanks, mate. Good on you, mate. G'day, Tom, you mad bastard. How's life? Yeah, good. How are you, fellas? Yeah, not too bad. Thanks, Tom. Tell me, Tom, what do you do for a crust? Believe it or not, I'm a chippy as well.

12:58Mike Minogue:Oh, you're a bad bone. You're a bad bone. Hey, Tom, are you a good team member, man? Hey, I'm the best team member, Keezy. Oh. Well, you can't be the best because Hoity J is a number one best in the world team member.

13:10Keyzie:Well, I guess there's going to be a two number ones in there. Oh, okay. I like it.

13:15Mike Minogue:Okay, Tom. And who would you bring with you, Tom, if you won? Probably have to grab one of my mates. He fronted me up the ticket for getting up to Wellington to see Smiths and River Downs. Oh, yeah. It's a favour, eh? Can I ask you, man, what did you pay for those tickets or what did he pay, more to the point? No, put it that way. We've got the art of presales, so we'll get in there anyway. They're not cheap, are they? No, they're not. They're definitely not cheap, but it'll be well worth it. It'll be unbelievable. One of the great concerts, I reckon, man. Hey, you hold the line, Tom. Tom, you're in the draw as well, man.

13:46Mike Minogue:No, bloody good. Cheers, Casey. Cheers, fellas. Good on you, mate. Good on you, mate.

13:50Keyzie:And finally, Cam. G'day, Cam. How's life? Yeah, g'day. What are you, Jay? Now, tell me, Cam.

13:57Mike Minogue:You guys have got amazing chemistry. Yeah, we do. I can already tell. I can feel it.

14:00Keyzie:Tell me, Cam, what do you do for a crust?

14:02Mike Minogue:Oh, I'm a teacher, mate. Oh! Mate, mate.

14:05Keyzie:Primary? Mate, mate, mate. Secondary? Intermediate?

14:09Mike Minogue:High school, yeah.

14:10Keyzie:Oh, yeah. Oh, God. Can you imagine anything worse? Have you ever been along to Biavanna before, man?

14:17Mike Minogue:I think I've been to the Auckland one or something like it, yeah Yeah, right You've been somewhere once Yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, that's right

14:23Keyzie:You don't want to be in a situation where it's like, sir, we saw you at the beer festival What was going on there? Yeah, what was going on there?

14:31Mike Minogue:Why would the students be there? Yeah, let's just, yeah, I'll chuck on a disguise and Oh, that's smart

14:35Keyzie:Yeah, good on you, mate Can I ask just briefly, Cam, what do you teach? Do you have a specialty?

14:41Mike Minogue:High school English, yeah Oh, okay, English.

14:43Keyzie:Yeah, nice, nice. Well, the good news for you, Cam, you're in the draw as well, mate.

14:47Mike Minogue:Oh, awesome. Thanks.

14:49Keyzie:Good on you, mate.

14:50Mike Minogue:Big shout out to Bear Varner as well. Don't forget, if you'd like tickets, bearvana.co.nz. It's happening Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd of August down in Wellington at Henry Stadium. It is New Zealand's ultimate celebration of good beer. Good stuff, Keezy. You're doing really well, mate. Thank you. Good on you, mate.

15:08Keyzie:Excelling at the moment. Here's the Arctic Monkeys.

15:11Mike Minogue:The Hauraki Big Show with Jase, Mike and Kesey. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

15:17Keyzie:Aussie Osborne there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 4.53. Let's talk TV. What's on the telly with Mike Minogue?

15:33Keyzie:Yeah. Last night I was sort of a little bit in between, in betwixt in between, if I can put it that way for you there, Keezy. Cheers. Wrap your head around that one, brother. So I was trawling through, well, every single platform available to man. Yes. And ended up having a little geezer. I think they've got pretty much every series, every season of South Park available for you on Neon. So I watched the first episode of the most recent season and it was pretty funny. I mean, they haven't changed much, have they?

16:06Mike Minogue:No, it's just always pretty funny. It's always pretty funny. This one, what they've got is Trump is the Antichrist. Yes. And he impregnates Satan. And now Satan is going to have a baby. I can't even give you the details. But let me tell you, it's pretty explicit. It's full nudity on Trump. They portray him as having a little one. It's pretty relentless. And that's intentional. Oh, yeah. Because if he says, oh, defamation or whatever, It's always you agreeing that this is a likeness of you with this tiny pecker. They just say as many horrible things as they can about as many people as they can.

16:45Peter Teal's on it as well, who bangs on about the Antichrist and all that sort of thing, because he's a self-proclaimed expert on the Antichrist, which, for all intents and purposes, doesn't exist. But yeah, pretty funny. Three buzzies out of a possible five available for you on Neon.

16:58Keyzie:Yeah, great stuff. I've seen some of the clips from that. They're bloody good. Very good. Fellas, we went back to a series we've been watching called Alone International And it's basically a survival show Where people get dropped in a very harsh environment And they have to build their own shelter They have to catch their own food It's actually a very entertaining show Have they got Wi-Fi? They don't have Wi-Fi or anything like that And winter is coming, fellas So everything is freezing over, which is making it all the more complicated. Four or five of the ten have gone now. Have they got like Uber Eats?

17:39Keyzie:Oh, no Uber Eats, Mogi. But what's actually really fascinating about it is how people survive and they go in their ups and downs. Like one of the guys, the Australian guy, for example, who's from Australia, he was really struggling and looked like he was about to. Like Keezy. Yeah, like Keezy. Was he hung over? He looked like he was about to pull the pin, but then he caught a beaver. And he was jubilant. Did he eat the beaver? He ate the beaver.

18:10Mike Minogue:So you were just sitting there watching a guy eating beaver.

18:13Keyzie:And they're a very fatty animal, so they give him all the proteins and fats, and he's smoking all the meat and stuff. It's great stuff. It's highly entertaining. I'll give it a solid 3.8 buzzies out of 5. That's not bad.

18:27Mike Minogue:Wow, that's really good, actually. watching Outrageous Fortune guys watched an episode the other day I think it was like episode 5 of the first season I've never seen it before it's on TVNZ and I was like this episode's a bit slow to be honest it's probably the first slow episode by the second half of it however all the stuff goes down which has massive implications for the future story of the show and I'm like this is good stuff it's good stuff man yeah it's such a good show loving it what did you give Alone? 3.8 I've got to give this at least 4.3 buzzies out of 5 that's good buzzies Yeah, that's good, Buzzi.

18:59Mike Minogue:Every series on TVNZ +, which is pretty cool. Hey, fellas, coming up after 5 o 'clock, we have got a double pass to the WARS this weekend to give away. Oh, yeah. How good. They're playing the Panthers. You're G? Yeah, man. They're playing the Panthers Friday night. It's sold out once again. It's going to be one of the best games of the season. 19:31Mike Minogue:You guys put money in. I pick the bets, and usually I lose everything. If you're keen, download the Betcher app, jump onto BetSocial, use the code BACKBONE, jump in there. R18 bet responsibly, of course, and old Keezy will bring it home for you. Yeah. The Hauraki Beat Show with Jace, Mike, and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at 4 on Radio Hauraki.

19:55Keyzie:Welcome back, you massive bankbones. Hope you're getting through your hump day tickety-boo. You're listening to The Big Show, incidentally, brought to you by Reburger.

20:03Mike Minogue:Handcrafted burgers, loaded fries and gourmet eats that will change the game. Reburger.

20:09Keyzie:Mmm, yummy. Old Pugs aren't in Studio B there, fellas, giving me a filthy look. I may have just caused a bit of a ruckus between him and his lovely partner. Yeah. Unintentional, of course. I didn't mean to cause a ruckus. I was just repeating to her what Pugs had said to us earlier in the show

20:26Mike Minogue:Yeah, and doing the classic haughty J of putting a crapload of mustard Essentially lying Lying to get someone in trouble Hey Pugs, is your relationship going to survive this? As I said to her, she took every bit of the bait that you were putting out there man Yep Every bit That's right She's not used to the mustard

20:45Keyzie:Yeah, I was just

20:46Mike Minogue:Why do you like seeing people's relationships fall apart Jase? Why do you get such a kick out of that? Well, if merely the moulders remarked like that can send shockwaves through a relationship, surely Jase is only speeding up the process. Thank you, Mogi. You're right, Pugs is hanging on for dear life. Yeah, it totally is.

21:04Keyzie:And I'm one of those people that just have it out, have it out. Clear the air or divorce or break up. Incidentally, we were told yesterday from our producer that it's break up season, which we may touch on some other time. That's right. We're going to get into that tomorrow. Yeah, good. Look forward to that. It's break-up season. They have break-up seasons. There's certain times of year, Keezy, when people are more inclined to get rid of their partners. Yeah. Yeah, so keep that in mind. All right. What do you mean? Keep that in mind, Keezy.

21:37Mike Minogue:I am. Yeah. No, don't. I don't want to talk about this topic because I know what it's going to be. It's going to be, oh, Keezy's wife called me in tears. It's break-up season. Yada, yada. Here's She-Han. The Hauraki Big Show with Jase, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

21:56Keyzie:Yes, indeed. Weezer there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 13 minutes past five o 'clock. And fellas, I've had another strange encounter. Strange encounters of the hoity car. I don't know what it is about me. but I seem to attract strange people. They seem to be drawn to me for a reason and feel like they can say whatevs.

22:32Mike Minogue:Have you heard the saying birds of a feather?

22:35Keyzie:Yes. No. This is about your pigeon. Now's not the time, Keezy. Oh, sorry. Now this is another weird encounter that I had in the CBD. And that stands for Central Business District? Correct, yes. Now, I was going to get some lunch. I was a bit peckish. I only had a toasted sandwich for dinner last night.

23:02Keyzie:So I got my skull candies on, as is my want, wandered through to the city. Dish, dish, dish, dish, dish. And I went to my local Barn Me place. What's a banh mi, Jase? A banh mi is a Vietnamese bun, basically, stuffed with your beef, your pork, your chicken, primarily. And anyway, I went there at lunchtime. So in this little area I go to on Queen Street, there's a lot of little sort of shops and cafes. So there was a huge amount of people just milling around. Sure. Right? So I went and ordered my banh mi on the little computer there. And I was standing at the front in my skull candies on the street, Just people watching.

23:46Keyzie:Just looking at people. You know, as you do. It's one of my favourite things to do. And then out of the corner of my eye, I sort of accidentally locked eyes with this guy. Just for the briefest moment. It wasn't a long time. Just a brief moment we locked eyes. Now, can I say this guy was a big unit. He was a massive guy. Muscley or? Yeah, just a huge unit. And the only reason I mention that is because it kind of added to the incongruity of the situation. So I saw this guy and then I was sort of listening to my beats. Doosh, doosh, doosh. And then I noticed out of the corner of my eye, he'd walked about halfway towards me.

24:28Keyzie:But I was feeling a little bit uncomfortable, so I deliberately didn't look at him, thinking, oh God, I hope he's not coming to have a little chat to old Hoity J. So I was just looking ahead at the place, you know, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. with my skull candies on. And then he was standing beside me without a word of a lie. And he was towering over the top of me. And I looked up at him and he said something, but I didn't hear him because I had my skull candies on.

24:54Mike Minogue:And you said, sorry, what was that, mate?

24:56Keyzie:I took my headphones off and said exactly that, Casey. I said, sorry, what was that, mate?

25:01Mike Minogue:That's what you always say.

25:02Keyzie:And he said to me, what did you order? Oh, nice. Trying to pick you up. Now, my first reaction was, well, that's none of your business.

25:11Mike Minogue:Really? you couldn't just say, oh, a barn me.

25:13Keyzie:But I'm an amicable kind of fella.

25:15Mike Minogue:You are.

25:16Keyzie:And so I said, oh, a lemongrass chicken barn me. And he looked at me, and this is absolutely true. He looked me in the eye and went, idiot. And that was it. That was it. And he just walked off, and I was like.

25:33Mike Minogue:Shame. That's so funny.

25:36Keyzie:And I looked at him, and I just shrugged my shoulders, like, what the fuck was that? He just dominated you. What am I supposed to say to that? He didn't even give me a chance to replace you. Totally. And walked off. He's made you look an absolute idiot.

25:50Mike Minogue:That's what's so great. You ask an innocuous question, regardless of what they say back. You go, idiot. Yeah, yeah. No, he's done you there. He's absolutely done you. I mean, you were saying there was lots of people staring around, so did anybody witness that? Because he is done you there.

26:04Keyzie:No, there were just people, you know, people were just waiting for their orders. I don't think I even noticed.

26:08Mike Minogue:I didn't even watch it that I was doing.

26:09Keyzie:He just lumbered off. And I was like, oh, God.

26:15Mike Minogue:Yeah, how was the sandwich? It was beautiful. It would have been hard for you to enjoy. You know, because you're sort of sitting there with lemongrass, chicken, barn meat, and you go up and you're just looking to yourself, God, that guy is absolutely done, mate.

26:31Straight on the radio, though. Good on you. Yeah, thanks, mate.

26:35Mike Minogue:Here's LMNOP. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from 4 on Radio Hauraki.

26:41Keyzie:Yes, indeed. Head like a hole there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 5.24. And fellas, big, big game this Friday against the Panthers. Am I right in saying this is like a litmus test for the fellas? Well, it's been a huge year. We're currently sitting in third position. The Panthers are in first. We've played them already this year. We lost by two points, but there were players missing on both sides. So it is, it's an absolute monster. It's a great yardstick of where we are sort of heading into towards finals, Keezy.

27:14Mike Minogue:Yeah, that's right. Hoity J. It's a couple of good matchups this round, but this is definitely the matchup. It's also the game to target to go and see at Mount Smart Stadium. It'll be absolutely hissing to have the best team in the competition for the last five years, the Panthers, in town, and for the Waz to hopefully get up for this game. Yeah, good stuff. And as a result, sold out bloody ages ago. Yes. It's impossible to get tickets. We've got a double to give away.

27:37Keyzie:Let's do it. then, fellas. G'day, Jack, you mad bastard. How's life? It's amazing. How are you fellas doing? Yeah, good, Jack. Thanks, Jack, you massive backbone. What do you do for a crust?

27:49Mike Minogue:A builder. A backbomb? Yeah, good stuff. Hey, Jack, do you like the Warriors, man? Oh, of course. Yeah, yeah, nice.

27:58Keyzie:Tell me, Jack, what do you think the score's going to be here?

28:03Mike Minogue:Oh, it'll be a close game. Panthers seeming pretty good at the moment. but it'll be a couple points for the Warriors. Yeah, there you go. Nice.

28:13Keyzie:And who are you going to take with you, Jack?

28:16Mike Minogue:Oh, it depends. I'm in the dog box with my missus, so see. She can stay home then. I don't know if she enjoys the league, but maybe one of the workmates. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Welcome to the pot as well. Yeah, right. Okay, good stuff, Jack. Well, the good news is, mate, you've won that double pass, mate. Awesome. Thank you, guys. No worries, man. No worries, bro. You're welcome, Jack. You hold the line and old Pugs' arm will sort you out, all right, mate? Appreciate it. I've got a bit of a conundrum, fellas, because it's only just dawned on me that, well, the International Film Festival started. It's on up in Auckland.

28:49And on Friday night, I've been invited along to the premiere of a film called Mum, I'm Alien Pregnant. It's got a couple of our mates in it, Hoity J, Johnny Brough, Jackie Van Beek, Yvette Parsons, amongst others. Karen O 'Leary's in it as well. So it's a comedy then. It is a comedy. Doors open at 8 o 'clock, same time as kick-off Wilders Panthers, for the film to start at 8.45.

29:18Mike Minogue:So what do you do here? Because obviously, Mo, you are a thespian. You're of the, you know. Well, I haven't been to it. I used to go to like 20-odd films a year in the film festival. I haven't been for ages. So I've got to go. I have to go. Get along and support. So I'm going to sit in my car and watch the first half. On your phone? On my phone. Yes. And then I'm going to go in and watch the second half on my phone. In the theatre? In the theatre, yeah. Do you have your Waz jersey on? Yeah, I think so. Yeah, nice, mate. Nice. I have Waz. Yeah, just every now and then. Yeah, yeah. Woo! But it's a shocker.

29:54It's funny because - Shocking, shocking timing. It is bad.

29:57Mike Minogue:Just before, while the tunes were playing, you were like, what's on Friday? And I was like, the Warriors. And you were like, oh, no. it's such a bad clash because I'm desperate I obviously love both but it's like yeah you've got to sacrifice one of them so then the other thing is no I'm not going to say it because forget it I'll get stitched up

30:19Keyzie:what are you going to do for the game Keezy

30:22Mike Minogue:I'm going to watch it at home yeah I'm just going to watch it at home you know maybe get a cheese board going maybe a bit of a bit of red wine because you watched a recent game at the pub I don't really I never I don't like that Well, it was awesome because it was the game where we got pumped. It was a shocker, yeah. So I could just immediately just go, all right, well, I'm now concentrating. I'm locking in on just getting responsibly steamed. Yeah, right. Which was nice. Yeah, good stuff. The Hauraki Big Show, weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki.

30:49Keyzie:Soundgarden there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 5.37.

30:55Mike Minogue:Fellas, in a couple of weeks' time, the Hauraki GOAT, the greatest of all time countdown, will be firing up. We're talking 9 a.m. August 17th. If you'd like to vote, text the word GOAT right now to 3483. We'll hit you with a link. Fill out the link there. Go through and nominate your three songs for the Goat Count.

31:13Keyzie:Okay. Yeah, okay. Well, Mogi did that yesterday. I did.

31:17Mike Minogue:He did do that yesterday.

31:18Keyzie:It was very, very good.

31:20Mike Minogue:I was impressed.

31:21Keyzie:It was interesting, wasn't it?

31:22Mike Minogue:It was. He nominated his three GOATs, which were Nirvana, Breed. Yeah, Nirvana, Breed, Prodigy, Omen, and Booker T with Green Onions. Yeah, yeah, so a nice variety there. I've got a variety too, fellas, so I thought today I'd tell you my three nominations for this year's GOAT, and I highly encourage the audience to take these songs into consideration when they're voting, especially this first song. This song, fellas, as you know, it's played a pretty special part, you know, in my lifetime with my family, but also this year for you guys as well, and I know it's a song that you guys love. Off the 1968 album A Man Without Love, it is Inglebert Humperdinck, Quando, Quando, Quando.

32:09Mike Minogue:And, you know, if the audience was to jump on the song and maybe get it up the charts there of the goat, you know, that wouldn't be a bad thing, wouldn't it, fellas? Yep.

32:20What does Kondo mean?

32:21Mike Minogue:Is it like more, more, more or something like that? No. What is it? Well, like win, win, win. Win, win, win. That was it, yeah. I didn't even know that. No, you didn't know that. That's embarrassing. My next song is one that I, traditionally whenever we do the GOAT Countdown, I always, Gimme Shouted by the Rolling Stones is my favourite song of all time. I always vote for it. It's always in the top 100 somewhere. And so I've decided just to stop voting for it. Oh really? Yeah, 100%. Okay. If I just come in every year with Gimme Shouted. Yeah, it just gets a bit tedious. Yeah, I want to mix it up a wee bit.

32:53Mike Minogue:So this year, and I know Pugs, this is a special song for Pugs as well, David Bowie, Heroes.

33:02Mike Minogue:It's my ultimate road trip song. I put it on when I'm steamed on YouTube there. So great.

33:11Mike Minogue:Do you guys like this song, man?

33:12Keyzie:I do love this song. Brings back memories, actually, Keezy.

33:19Mike Minogue:Such a nice song. It is a good song. David Bowie, Heroes there. And this third song, which is traditionally where Gimme Shelter would be, It's actually a song I associate with Radio Hodaki Because I never ever used to listen to it Until I started working here And then I started hearing this song more often And I was like hang about That's one of the greatest songs ever We're talking Barbara O 'Reilly by The Who Yeah Such a tune man It is

33:59Mike Minogue:And I mean, obviously that's mostly instrumental there, but it's got one of the all-time great sort of build-ups and I guess you'd say a drop later on.

34:07Keyzie:Yeah, sure.

34:11Mike Minogue:Makes you think you can achieve anything, doesn't it? Yeah. It's one of those ones. So does Heroes by David Bowie, actually. So those two together, such heavy rotation on my playlist. Yeah. It's ridiculous. It's good stuff. And Horty J, tomorrow I guess you will talk us through your three goat votes. Oh, will I? Oh, okay. Oh, he's going to be sassy about it.

34:34Keyzie:I'm of the inclination to not.

34:36Mike Minogue:Why?

34:37Keyzie:Well, I just, I don't know, I just feel like, you know, my musical choices have taken a bit of stick lately and I'm not happy about it. Right, so you're suggesting that the fact that you've ruined the throbber,

34:55Keyzie:I'll see how I feel alright Yeah cool man I don't even care Oh This is one of my favourites Yeah yeah Is it? Is it shit?

35:04Mike Minogue:David Bowie Do text the word GOAT to 3483 Choose your three GOATs And we're going to rip into things August 17th Jason's going to choose the last three songs That played on the radio Before he talks about it Oh my god The Hauraki Big Show Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki.

35:22Keyzie:Jet on the Hauraki big show this Wednesday evening. The time is 5.49. Fellas, I've got a bone to pick. Got a bone to pick. I've noticed on our chat, in our sort of private chat that we have. The group chat. The group chat. That you, when I say you, Mogi and Kesey have some sort of date on Saturday. Yeah. Oh, yeah. No, I may have just, I mean, I may have missed something in terms of the messages, et cetera. I don't recall getting any kind of invitation for said date. No, that sounds right. That's correct. So. What? Well, it's just going to be you two on the date. Yeah. Well, us and, you know, I imagine there'll be maybe six to eight other people on the VIP table.

36:13VIP table, yeah. The event we're going to there.

36:15Keyzie:Right, okay.

36:16Mike Minogue:Movers and shakers. Yeah. Well, then I – it's probably in my email or something like that then

36:22Keyzie:if it's movers and shakers. No, I don't think so. No, no, not like, you know, not like shaky hands.

36:27Mike Minogue:Yeah, and barely being able to move, you know. How dare you, Keezy? Are you referring to – Kevin, your state at the moment? How dare you? Are you talking about the fact that Mogi and I are going to be sitting at a VIP table at the Cruiserweight World Title Eliminator, David Nuka fighting Floyd Mason?

36:47Keyzie:Well, I guess I am talking about that because any time I try and bring it up, you guys go very quiet. So now I know actually what it is. Well, look, it's one of those things. I don't know what you're meant to do, Jase. David wanted us there. David wanted us there. So he requested our presence. He said, VIP all the way. I want you sitting front row, front table, getting sprayed with sweat and blood. Yeah. And we said, we'll be there.

37:12Mike Minogue:We'll be there. And when Davo, when he asks. He's a mad dog. He's a mad dog. I was going to say, you know he's a man.

37:18Keyzie:Well, I do know because we've interviewed him. Yeah, but he's interviewing him. I felt we had a really good chemistry. More so than you fellas. He was off you straight away. Oh.

37:29Mike Minogue:So, yeah, me and Moggy, we're going to have to get some tuxedos, Moggy. Yeah, we've got some tuxedos going. The backbones, Jase, is what we call them at Barkers. They're going to boot and suit me and old Keezy over there. Black tie, tuxedo. Oh, that's great. Peyton leather shoes, you name it. We're going to be looking sharp as a tack. until we get covered, of course, in the blood of David's opponent. Yeah, yeah. So it's pretty exciting. I'm glad you're happy for us. So it's like a big table of people, is it? It's a big table. It'll be other VIPs. Well, not that big. It's sort of six to eight people total.

38:00That's not a big table.

38:02Keyzie:Well, I mean, the chances are someone's not going to turn up. It's quite intimate. Saturday night, they might find something else to do, and old Hoody J can slip in there. Tell you what, you wouldn't miss out on something like this, an opportunity to see an Eliminator with David Nekker involved. I think they'll be there, certainly. But I tell you what, if you get suited and booted and come on out and just wait in your car, and if it happens that somebody doesn't come in, we'll see what we can do. But you might just end up waiting in your car all night.

38:28Mike Minogue:Yeah, because do you want to watch the fight, do you? Yes. TV and Z. Plus. It'll be on there. Oh. Get on there, man. You've got to get yourself involved in that. You don't want to miss it. Jase, you don't want to do this anyway. Wouldn't you rather be at home, you know, having a hot pot, watching Samsung TV, get a frozen yogurt? You know, that's way more your sort of vibe.

38:48Keyzie:True that, Kesey, true. Yeah, yeah.

38:50Mike Minogue:So no hard feelings, man?

38:52Keyzie:Well, we'll see how you turn out on Monday afternoon.

38:56Mike Minogue:It is free food and booze as well. Oh, yeah.

39:01Keyzie:Here's the Black Kings.

39:05Mike Minogue:The Hauraki Beat Show with Jase, Mike and Kesey. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

39:11Keyzie:Welcome back, you massive backbones. Hope you're getting through your hump day tickety-poo. You are in fact listening to The Big Show, brought to you by ReBurger.

39:18Mike Minogue:Handcrafted burgers, loaded fries and gourmet eats that will change the game. Yum. Yeah, man.

39:24Keyzie:Hey, fellas, you'll be very proud of me. I was talking yesterday about the fact that I'm putting on a winter pelt. Yes. Eating a lot of Asian and spicy food. And I've thought to myself, enough is enough. I've got to start looking after my diet. Just a toasted sandwich for old Hoity J for dinner last night. Just a plain old simple toasty. We actually had a nachos. Oh, nachos. Nachos. I love a nachos. My wife said to my daughter, would you like nachos for dinner? And my daughter said, oh, thanks, mum. Yes, please. And then my daughter had a bath, which is the situation I came into when I got home.

40:05My daughter's in the bath. My wife's in the kitchen. I go into the kitchen. My wife has filled up this nacho concoction with grated carrot. Oh, no. I'm like, she was happy that you were making her nachos, and what are you doing here? And my wife was cracking up going, yeah, I'm just trying to get good food into it. I was like, you can't do this. That's not what nachos are for. She was like, it'll be fine. It'll melt. It's like, it's not cheese. Carrot doesn't melt.

40:30Keyzie:I told you this a little while back, Moggy. One of my daughters reckon, you know, was big on the vegetarian thing and vegan and all that sort of stuff, and she loves pizza. And I said, well, what do you do for cheese then? and she said grated carrot. I kid you not. And I was like, no, no. No, that's not it. That's completely unacceptable. No, they do a vegan cheese, and it's an abomination. Yes. It's either you can have the real thing, in my opinion. Now, I was vegan for four years, and when we were doing it, we would do all these replacements. Yes. It's kind of like a meat beef patty. You can have a beef burger, et cetera, et cetera.

41:05It's either it or it's not. Have it or don't. I agree. Otherwise, it's just this processed God knows what, Keezy. 100 % fellas. What are you having for dinner tonight? I'm not sure.

41:15Mike Minogue:I hope it's substantial. I was thinking that you might be keen for a bit of Reburger on the way home. That would be perfect. That would be, Keezy. That would be perfect. Dream scenario. I text my wife, hey, what's for dinner? Oh, I'm not sure. I'm thinking Reburger. Then I would be like, yes, but she always has something planned. Yeah, right. Yeah.

41:31Keyzie:Why don't you just tell her how it's going to be? Yeah, man. Yeah. Because you've had your spicy noodles already today. Yeah, I've already had noodles.

41:37Mike Minogue:so probably have a split chicken or something. I don't know.

41:41Keyzie:I think I'll just have a bit of fruit or something like that, bit of salad. Sure you will. Lenny Kravitz? Another toasty maybe with dumplings inside.

41:49Mike Minogue:Lenny Carrots? Oh, man. Still good at Keezy. The Hauraki Big Show, weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki.

41:59Keyzie:Yes, indeed, Rage Against the Machine there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday evening, but right now it's time for We're out to find the brewery of the day

42:13Mike Minogue:With the fellas That's right, every single day in the lead up to Bear Varner At Henry Stadium in Wellington Which is happening on the 20th and 21st of August We've shown the spotlight on a different exhibiting brewery Today's brewery of the day, Choice Bros Choice, are you familiar? No No Tell me all about them Okay. Yeah. What? Huh? Born and brewed in Wellington. Oh, yeah, that's our capital city. Bloody cold down there at the moment. Yeah. I've heard of that. Didn't you live there? Freezing. In Wellington? Yes. Choice bros are born and brewed in Wellington. They are the kind of legends who like to keep things interesting.

42:59Mike Minogue:These locals aren't afraid to mix things up, experimenting with flavours, styles, and ideas to create beers that stand out from the crowd. They stand out from the crowd. Yeah, good stuff, man.

43:10Keyzie:Do we have any examples?

43:12Mike Minogue:For example, they make a delicious hazy hop monster. Hazy. They make hazy hop monsters. Hop. You know, hop. Yeah, I'm with you. You know, a hot pot without the T and hop.

43:25Keyzie:Sounds like something I'd be into.

43:27Mike Minogue:From hazy hop monsters to sour and seasonal creations, Choice Bros bring plenty of personality to every pour. They brew the beers they want to drink with a bit of creativity, a bit of attitude, and a whole lot of flavour. I like attitude in my beers. Yeah, totally. Bloody good stuff. They're going to be down at Bear Varner. They are a true Wellington original. Choice Bros bringing their unique take on craft beers to Bear Varner. Once again, tickets available at bearvana.co.nz. We'll be down there. Yeah, totally. We absolutely will be down there, Indeer. We've been down there. Is this our fourth year?

43:56I think so, yeah. Jeez, man, we absolutely love it. And, yeah, we get around inside there. It's on the concourse. There's food. There's music. And there's beers, fellas. So you've got to get amongst. It's a hell of a day. It's a hell of a weekend. Could I put it to you that way? Yeah, you can. And the way they do it is they split it up, Jase. You won't know this. But you have your morning session and your afternoon session. You're joking. No, 100%. And so you get a few hours to really taste the local wares. Yes. Did you not know that, Jase?

44:23Keyzie:I didn't know that. Do they have a night session or is it morning, afternoon, that's it? Well, I think the first one starts at about 11 o 'clock in the morning. Is that right?

44:31Mike Minogue:Yeah, it's a morning-ish session and an afternoon-evening session. And I'll tell you what it does. It goes until 4 o 'clock. And then at 4 o 'clock, they stop everything for an hour. You're joking. And you'll remember this because the first couple of years we went down there, we did the live show from Beavana. And so for the first hour of the show, there was absolutely nobody in the joint except for the cleaners. Yeah, there was a guy on one of those little carts. Those little sweepy bastards. With the brushes underneath it. Yeah, that was great stuff. We'll stop doing that now. Hey, beervarner.co.nz, get your tickets.

45:00Mike Minogue:We'll see you down there. And a big shout-out to the brewery of the day, which is Choice Bros. Bit of Oasis, fellas. The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at 4 on Radio Hauraki.

45:14Keyzie:Pool jam there on the Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday evening. Fellas, let's give out some much-needed advice.

45:22Mike Minogue:Be pretty nips 69. at gmail.com. Get in touch with the fellas. Do get in touch. Do get in touch with the fellas. Meet pattynip69 at gmail.com. Really maladressed, man. Do it. If we read it on the show, it's anonymous and you get yourself a reberg about you.

45:44Keyzie:Wow. Do you feel like you're in a state to sort of be giving out advice, Keezy? No. Exactly.

45:49Mike Minogue:You of all people. But I'll read the question and you guys can do it. Okay, yeah, sweet as, man. Now, don't bumble or stumble your way over these words. For God's sake. Cool. If you guys could just not interrupt me. Why are you hugging yourself like that? What? I've got my arms folded.

46:06Keyzie:It's like you're giving yourself a little hug. Yeah.

46:09Mike Minogue:Because I'm volnies, all right? G'day, fellas. Phil. Anonymous here. Oh. I found myself in a difficult situation. I accidentally called my teacher mum when I was eight. We recently moved house and she is now our neighbour. I'm 23 now. is it too late to apologise or do I just not bring it up? Cheers, Anonymous. You guys ever done that? Called his teacher mum. No, not that I can recall Kesey.

46:35Keyzie:But to be fair, I think most teachers would have heard a lot worse. Yeah. And in actual fact, I'm sure that she looked upon it with a certain amount of affection, Kesey. She was like, oh, how cute. Yeah, if I was him, I would ask her if she remembers it. Yes. And I bet she does. Yeah. It was probably a really poignant moment in her life. What? Where she was like, I've obviously been such a good teacher that he's getting mum vibes from me. Yes. Because I'm caring so much. I think so.

47:05Mike Minogue:I feel like that would happen a lot, though. It would have happened to her 20 times in her career, sure. It wasn't only to bag him, Casey. The guy's writing in asking us for some advice, and you're just going, oh, it happens all the time. What's the big deal?

47:16Keyzie:That's literally not even what I said at all. Just because you're feeling volnies, it doesn't mean that you can diss other people's needs, Gizzy. I'm not dissing the man. There's no need to kick this sucker when he's down. Yeah, I mean, he's not even down. He's probably listening to this as we speak in tears. Yeah. This guy, you've got to look at it from his point of view. When he was eight, he had an absolute shocker. He called his teacher mum. That is sucker material. All right? And then you're kicking him when he's down when you should be trying to be supportive of him and make him feel better.

47:48Okay, I'll try it.

47:49Keyzie:And you're laughing at him. I mean, this is unbelievable, Keezy.

47:55Mike Minogue:Just because he's a sucker, you're going to laugh at him? Well, I don't think he is a sucker. Okay, I'm laughing because of the funny nature of the situation. Okay, I'll try and be supportive. Hey, man, it's tough. I really feel for you. I think front-footing it with her so that every time you see her, it's not an awkward situation.

48:14Keyzie:So every time he sees her, he goes, I called you mum once. Yeah, come on, man. I mean, what kind of advice is that, Keezy? I mean, he's obviously very self-conscious about it. If I was him, I would sort of just play it off. Every time I saw her, I'd go, hey, Mum, how's it going? Yeah, nice. I like it. Well, I mean. All that sort of stuff, and then just ask her out on a date. Yeah, totally.

48:37Mike Minogue:Yeah. The Hauraki Beat Show with Jase, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

48:51Keyzie:Well, there you go, you mad bastards. That's your Wednesday done and dusted. In the podcast outro clip today, wow, we were just giving all Keezy a bit of jip, really, weren't we, fellas?

49:02Mike Minogue:Fellas? Yes.

49:06Keyzie:Come on, man. In your own time, Keezy. Well, I came and hung over,

49:10Mike Minogue:and then whenever I'm hung over, you guys seem to go, you turn things up to 11 in terms of making life hard for me, and then you keep saying stuff like, we got your back, Keezy, We got your back So here's a clip entitled Pep and your step Comes out at 7.30 7.30 tonight Wherever you get your podcast from What do you think about this weather We're having Keezy And my four inch nipples Just went twang Man I'm full of beans today That's great man

49:43Mike Minogue:I'm full of beans That was such a good example Of what I was talking about It's just ridiculous

49:50Keyzie:Now, Moggy Your plans for the night Another hot pot maybe? No, well I'll tell you what I've got I've got to I get to go to A new show called Settling I was doing the trumpet there Sorry, I thought you'd forgotten There I had Settling Starring Pax Asadi and Hannah Marshall The idea behind this A new TV show that's going to be on 3, I believe Tomorrow night and it's about a couple of mates, they're friends at high school, they say if we make it to 30 and we haven't found our partners, our wives, our loves, then we'll marry each other. We'll settle for each other and just crack on. So it's a great premise.

50:30I actually had that at high school with a mate of mine. Yes. And yeah, and then we're going to talk to them tomorrow on the show. Hannah and Pax are coming in tomorrow.

50:39Keyzie:Good stuff, mate. Kesey, well, I mean, it's pretty straightforward, isn't it?

50:43Mike Minogue:Well, to be honest, I've just tried to pull a fast one on my wife. Yeah. I was like, what's for tea tonight? She's like, I can't remember. And then I said, I think I remember you saying we were going to get re-burger tonight. She hasn't responded. So hopefully that won't. We'll be having a salad or something. Yeah, something healthy. Nice. What about you, Jase?

51:01Keyzie:Well, I'm in the same camp as you, Keezy. Trying to be a bit healthier. Stay away from your hot pots.

51:07Mike Minogue:That's a completely different camp from Camp Keezy.

51:11Keyzie:Staying away from your spicy foods Yeah My wife and I We said we'll just have a wander tonight See what we find And then go home Watch a bit of TV And then tuck up into bed there There was a point where you said That you have takeaways like once a week It's absolute rubbish It's five days a week Four at most, Maggie Hey, now listen Thanks for listening to the show Check out the podcast Check out the Instagram Till tomorrow Goodbye Bye!
