In short

The Hauraki Big Show discusses Keezy’s brand-new oversized white “guardrail” sneakers for Europe, a costume-party dilemma (going as James Brown vs possible offense), and a shoe-themed improv set in a shop. They also preview a live Christchurch broadcast for Bear and Pie July (with free pies/Backbone tea), run improv ideas via texts, quiz Mogi with Oasis/Gallagher clips, and interview Charlie Gubb about State of Origin Game 3 (NSW vs Queensland).

Guests (on-air guests)

Charlie Gubb (NRL/league correspondent; provides State of Origin analysis). No other external guests appear; the main hosts are Jason Hoyte, Mike Minogue, and Keezy (Mogi).

Key claims

Keezy’s shoes are “massive” and may be too big for airport trays; people voted 66% “no” on Instagram. Charlie predicts NSW on paper but Queensland emotionally, with Munster/Munster or Cleary as best players.

Notable examples

Airport security holding up Keezy due to shoe size; costume-party as James Brown with Beyonce as the wife’s theme; Oasis clips about Jamie Oliver and Pearl Jam.

0:00The Hauraki Big Show. Thanks to crave-worthy street food. Freshly made with Reburger. Welcome to the Hauraki Big Show. Really big.

0:13Keyzie:Jason Hoyte, Mike Minogue and Keyzie. Oh g'day you mad bastards. Great to have your company this gloomy Wednesday afternoon the 9th of July 2025 and you as always listening to The Big Show brought to you by Reburger.

0:28Hoytey J:Serving good times and good food. Dine-in or takeaway at Reburger today. Good afternoon. Reburger.

0:39Jase:I think that's the worst one we've ever done, fellas. But not because of us. No, it doesn't have to do with us. It's to do with... Straight off the top. Jase. Afternoon.

0:47Keyzie:Yeah, it's an abbreviation. Also... It's what all the kids are saying, Moggy. Afternoon, man. Afternoon.

0:54Hoytey J:Have you been hanging around kids? How have you picked that up?

0:56Keyzie:Well, because, you know, my daughter, I've been dropping her off at Unitech there and just hanging out and chatting. And I go, oh, it's Hoity J, it's Hoity J. And I go, g'day, kids. And they're like, afternoon, Hoity J, afternoon. Does she start in the afternoon? Well, no, that's when I can't pick her up.

1:14Jase:G'day, Mogi, you stallion and you sexy white tea. How's life? Yeah, going pretty grouse, you mad dog, you sick son of a bee. Full of beans, man. Yeah, good. Joye de vivre. all the wonders of the world, the wonders of the universe, coming home to Rooster. I'm just feeling great guns lately, man. I don't know what it is. Good stuff. Depressing, obviously, that my wife's left me. But outside of that, man, I feel like a million bucks. Well, maybe that's what it is. I think it is. You know what I mean?

1:37Keyzie:You have to face the harsh reality that your wife leaving you has made you a happy man.

1:40Jase:I need to wake up. That's the thing, man. I need to wake up.

1:44Hoytey J:But also, maybe it's because you're also going to go see your wife in a couple of weeks when you join her on holiday. Holiday?

1:51Jase:she's left me. Yeah, yeah. If I'm going to go over there and build some bridges, sure. It's going to be no picnic, Keezy, and certainly no holiday.

1:58Hoytey J:Right, okay. It just seems like a holiday. No, it's my bad. It's my bad. Also, just quickly on 3483, people accusing me. You're Keezy. Yeah, I'm Keezy. Hi, everyone. People are accusing me of playing the news over the top of the ads.

2:13Jase:Can I just say, you played the news over the top of the ads, over the top of the ads, over the top of the ads. It wasn't me. You shouldn't do that, man. No, I know. Because what it sounds like, sorry, you're trying to do it again. You're trying to do Keezy talking over the top of Mogi. It needs to be one at a time, Keezy. That's how we get into this mess. Yeah, man.

2:30Keyzie:What are you going to?

2:32Jase:You know, I was thinking of you, Keezy, actually,

2:33Keyzie:as I was walking from the car park today.

2:35Hoytey J:Oh, yeah, what were you thinking about, Jase?

2:38Keyzie:It was pissing down with rain. Oh, Keezy's always pissing. No, no. I thought, jeez, Keezy will be loving his new boat shoes.

2:49Hoytey J:They're not boat shoes, all right? They are sneakers.

2:53Jase:Surely we'll have a result. Did we do a poll on that yesterday? Yeah, man. Oh, yeah. Let's get to the results of that poll. Next, eh? Yeah, man. Here's ACDC. The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy.

3:08Keyzie:Live there on the radio, Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 13 minutes past four o 'clock. We were discussing on the show yesterday, Keezy's bought some fantastic new shoes for his overseas travels. Yeah. And it's really important, actually, to have really good shoes when you're overseas because you do a lot of walking around, you know, a lot of tourist sort of stuff there, Moggy. Yeah. The first thing that struck me about them was how white they were. Well, they're brand new. Well, they're brand new. The second thing that struck me is how massive they were. They are massive.

3:41Hoytey J:They're big shoes.

3:42Keyzie:They're like two single mattresses on your feet.

3:47Jase:Something of an exaggeration, but I take his point. They are absolutely the whitest shoes I've ever seen. Whitest? You know, I tell you what might be quite interesting, if we draw around the side of the shoe, but they are a weird sort of a shape because they've got that little sort of – they're a normal shoe that sit on a platform of little knobs of additional material to make them, I guess, good for sidestepping or I'm not sure what. What are they for, those little bumpers in case you bump into somebody?

4:17Keyzie:I think balance for when, you know, if you might be a bit tipsy and you're on those cobblestones maybe, keep you balanced.

4:24Hoytey J:Yeah, so I can't, when I buy shoes, I can't get regular shoes. I need ones with extra stuff so I can keep my balance on cobbles.

4:34Jase:Yeah, cobblestones, yeah.

4:37Hoytey J:It's like, think of it as the shoes version of when you play tempered bowling and you put the sides out, the guardrails. I have to buy shoes with guardrails on them.

4:46Jase:Yeah. They do look comfortable, though.

4:48Hoytey J:Look, man. If you want comfort.

4:52Keyzie:I'm serious. If you were to take one of them off and put them down there in the studio, I reckon I could sleep in it.

4:59Hoytey J:Yeah, I reckon you probably could.

5:00Keyzie:I reckon I could fit my whole body into your shirt.

5:05Hoytey J:Look, they're not that big. Like, I just, do we have to start the show with, oh, we'll do sort of four minutes here on Keezy's new shoes?

5:13Jase:Well, no, it's really, it's not just about that. I mean, we did do a big poll yesterday, I think, did we, about your shoes? Yeah, we did do a big poll. On the Instagram yesterday, we put it up because Keezy came in, brand new shoes. And here's the other thing about it. I wouldn't have said anything about it, and I didn't actually, Jase, I took your lead. But Keezy said, what do you think about my new shoes, Mogi? bought them especially for Europe. Yeah, for my holiday. So you've opened the door there and Hoity J has run straight through it.

5:39Hoytey J:Well, he's tried to run. He can't in those shoes that he's wearing. My sketches. So what, okay, so we did a big poll yesterday. It was Keezy's new kicks. Yes, yes or no. For some reason.

5:51Keyzie:I reckon. We had two yeses. I think 85 % yes.

5:57Hoytey J:It's bullshit. You do not think that. Yes, I do. Why have you got a big grin on your face?

6:00Jase:Because they are great shoes. The only way Jase would say that is because he knows what the result is. So you've got two yeses straight away that's favouring the yeses. I'm going to go 60 % no.

Read the full transcript

6:14Hoytey J:Well, 66 % of people said no to my new shoes. There you go. 23 % said yes and 11 % said yes. Well, what I think we should do just for funsies is we'll put a photo up of Jase wearing my shoes. I think that's a great idea. And then do a poll. Jase and Keezy's new shoes, yes or no. Yes or no. Why are we adding a second yes? It's so confusing. But we'll do that now. We'll chuck it up on the Hodaki Big Show's Instagram story. By the way, if people want to see the shoes we're talking about, jump on the Hodaki Big Show Instagram story. You can see them. They're not that big.

6:51Jase:It's probably easier if you just go on Google Earth.

6:55Hoytey J:Mogi. They're not that big, right? The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

7:06Keyzie:Yes, indeed. Talking heads there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 25 minutes past four o 'clock. By the way, go on our Instagram account very shortly because I believe Pugs is going to post photos of Hoity J wearing Keezy's new shoes.

7:21Hoytey J:They're already up there. Oh, they're already up there. People can see that they're not that massive. Yeah, yeah. And Hoity J is for scale.

7:27Keyzie:And I've got big feet.

7:29Hoytey J:You do, but if you want to recreate the same thing at your place, just get like a toddler or something and put them in your shoes.

7:34Keyzie:Yes. Yeah, yeah. Fellas, I have a genuine dilemma. Last year, you know how your partners have work dues? I've heard of work dues, yeah. Yeah, yeah, where they say, you know, bring your plus one.

7:47Hoytey J:I've never had that, but yeah, okay.

7:49Keyzie:Have you never had that? No. Oh, okay, interesting. And last year they had it, and what they do for her particular line of work because they like to do costume parties.

7:59Hoytey J:Oh, that's cool.

8:00Keyzie:And you know what I'm like? I don't do costume parties. And so last year I said to my wife, look, no, I'm not doing it because I don't do costume parties. I'm sorry. I promise you I'll do the next one, and the next one has come along.

8:18Jase:Yeah. You were hoping you were going to die between the last one and this one.

8:21Keyzie:I was very hopeful of that, maybe. I gave myself an 85 % chance that I would die before that time. Now, the theme, as you do have with costume parties, is you have to come as your favourite singer.

8:37Hoytey J:Oh. Oh, is that why you dress like you are now? Well, who would that be? Like Limp Bizkit is what I thought. Fred Durst.

8:46Keyzie:Yeah, I'm kind of like him, eh? Yeah. He's internationally adored.

8:51Hoytey J:Yeah, so this isn't the outfit you're wearing?

8:53Keyzie:No, no, no. But I thought I'd go as one of my favourite singers, James Brown. Yes. Because I don't know if you look back on all of his old videos, he was a styly dude. Amazing dancing too, so fast. I mean, he was off his head a lot of the time, of course. Well, you should be. But I won't be, obviously. But that should be all GA. Well, what are you worried about? Well, I'm just slightly concerned, given the sort of environment that we live in now, that in order for me to be authentic, some people may take offence to that. But, I mean, there's no point in having a costume party and going as James Brown unless I'm James Brown.

9:33Jase:Well, I think when it comes to these kind of parties, most parties are just, you know, people turn up, they mill around, they have a chat. But when you're bringing a theme to it, people want you to make a statement. That's right. And you're certainly going to turn heads when you walk through the door.

9:49Keyzie:I think I will, yeah.

9:50Jase:You'll certainly get a reaction. I'm imagining, I don't know why it is, that there will be a record scratch and the music will stop. Probably. And the whole place will go deathly silent.

10:01Hoytey J:And then you can go, I feel good.

10:04Keyzie:Yeah, because I imagine people will take little videos and stuff. Because I'm a bit of a celebrity at her workplace and take little snapshots that they'll post on the Insta.

10:16Hoytey J:I reckon it'll go off. If people do do that, please send them through to Pugs.

10:20Jase:They'll make their way to us. I've got the feeling that this could be the kind of outfit that makes national news.

10:27Keyzie:Well, funny you should say that because I've been going to op shops and stuff like that looking for that particular look, you know, the sort of flared pants and all the sort of chains and all that sort of stuff. I reckon I'm going to look brilliant.

10:38Hoytey J:What are you going to do with your hair?

10:43Keyzie:Oh, I might put a bit of gel or something in it. Yeah, right. You know what I mean?

10:46Hoytey J:Because you've got long enough hair. Yeah, I think I could get away with that. Just quickly, all you're doing is putting on the costume, the outfit, and doing your hair. That's all you're going to do?

10:56Keyzie:Well, you know, I'm going to look as authentically like James Brown as I can. Otherwise, what's the point? Sure. Because, you know what I mean? I've got to turn up there and they'll go, who are you?

11:04Hoytey J:Yeah, right, right.

11:05Keyzie:Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And it is karaoke, by the way. So can you imagine me busting out the tunes? I feel good.

11:13Hoytey J:Yeah. You know what I mean?

11:14Jase:I don't think that's going to make it any closer. so that's going to be hard to guess.

11:18Hoytey J:That's almost, yeah, like, oh, he looks like James Brown. Oh, maybe not.

11:21Keyzie:Yeah, I mean, obviously I'll practice like I do with the piano and stuff before I actually do the tune.

11:27Hoytey J:Well, I guess it's all going to come down to what your wife is going as, I think, because if you guys are going and appearing, you know what I mean, then maybe it'll either soften the blow a bit for people or really bring it home. So who's she going as?

11:40Keyzie:Oh, who was she talking about? Beyonce, I think. Beyonce.

11:47Jase:Yeah. She should go as a big bag of cocaine. Now you're talking. The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.

11:57Keyzie:Faith No More there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 4.39. Exciting times. Fellas, we're off to Christchurch tomorrow. And if past experience is anything to go by, she's going to be a doozy.

12:11Hoytey J:Yeah, we're doing a live show. Four o 'clock tomorrow from the bridge in Prebleton. lovely neck of the woods down in Canterbury there and it's all to celebrate Bear and Pie July Montee's are on board so there'll be plenty of that going about and also the West Coast Pie Company the first 100 people through the door of the bridge in Prepleton get a free West Coast Pie Company pie which is bloody delicious and also a free Backbone tea absolutely which is great

12:35Jase:you excited about it Jase? you excited about it man? oh very excited about it yeah it's going to be good well got some news This is Breaking News. Diddiddish! Old Mogi's not going.

12:51Keyzie:You what?

12:53Jase:You what? Got you guys good, man. Now I'm staying in Tamaki Makaurau. It's Auckland, Jase. Oh, okay. Yeah, I'm just going to hang back here and make sure everything's sorted out back at the studios. Yeah, so sorry I can't be there. I'll be there in spirit. Cool. I'm going to call in for a couple of breaks as well. Yeah, great. What's your phone number, Keezy?

13:17Hoytey J:0800-08-83-83-83. 0800-83-83-83-83. Yeah, just call that any time you want, Keezy. Just ask for Keezy. 83. Sweet as. Oh, that's a bugger mogy. Yeah. Bugger mogy. Who are we going to get to replace you, man? Pugsan. No. No? You don't want Pugsan? He'll be there.

13:37Jase:But there's someone else. What is it you've got to get? I was sort of leading you down the garden path. Well, I've had an idea, man. Oh, wow. I thought there's no one really that could step up except for Tony Lyle. Tony Lyle is coming.

13:54Hoytey J:No, Bogie, we know who's coming. I just thought I'd leave you there.

13:58Jase:Well, I don't. I was just making it. I had a guess. You have no idea. Who is coming?

14:03Keyzie:Because this is all news to me.

14:05Hoytey J:Pug-san will be there.

14:07Keyzie:I'm devastated. Oh, Pug-san.

14:08Hoytey J:Yay. Yeah, Pogu-san. Tony Lyle won't be there. He'll be up here, I think. Not that we don't love Tony. Well, now he's going to think that we don't because he said that. Well, no, it's just from your reaction. No, it's just that he's not the one that's coming down. And I thought Mogi was going to say the person coming down is... I don't know. Mania Stewart from The Breakfast Show.

14:28Keyzie:Oh, hang on. What? Well, it was his birthday today, wasn't it?

14:32Hoytey J:It is his birthday today.

14:34Keyzie:So he's going to be on the hammer all day probably knowing him. Correct. So he's got, what, going to do the live show with us tomorrow?

14:41Hoytey J:Yes, he'll do the breakfast show tomorrow, and then he will come out to the bridge in Prebleton, do the live show with you and I, Jase, and Pugson as well. He will be keen for a big one. I'll be keen for a big one.

14:50Keyzie:Well, I'm just a bit concerned about the big one happening before the big show.

14:54Hoytey J:No, no, no, no, not for me, Jase. You know me, mate. No, seriously, you know me.

14:59Jase:Well, this is the interesting thing, Keezer. You managed to get steamed at pretty much every single OB without anybody else being a bad influence. You are the leader of the pack. Mania is an animal and one of your best mates. And so I would be very interested to see how things go down there. And put it this way, I'll be tuning in. I will be tuning in. Yeah.

15:20Hoytey J:Well, look, Jase, can I just say that I am a consummate professional? Oh, you can say it.

15:28Hoytey J:All right, screw you guys. I'm going to get steamed responsibly. Hey, come down to the bridge tomorrow, Prepleton. It's going to be bloody awesome. Last time we were in Christchurch, it was a massive party, so make sure you do come down.

15:37Keyzie:Also, Casey, do you think maybe we could fit around a golf in with your in-laws?

15:42Hoytey J:Well, to be honest, we probably could have teed that up. That was an accidental party. Yeah. We probably could have, but not at this late notice. Sorry, Jase.

15:49Keyzie:Are you sure you can't organise a pull-a-few-strings?

15:51Hoytey J:No, sorry. I'll be too busy getting into my pies. The Hauraki Big Show podcast.

15:59Keyzie:Metallica there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. and the time's six minutes to five o 'clock, fellas.

16:07Hoytey J:Certainly is, Jase. Coming up after five, just because Jase's got a mouthful of chips at the moment. Yeah, sorry about that.

16:11Jase:I actually don't. Jase has got a rule that he has about not adding on the mic unless it's him. I was just, I'm still getting over the shock of you stealing them, Kesey.

16:20Hoytey J:So after five o 'clock, we're going to be doing improv, Wednesday night improv. So we're looking for ideas for a scenario on 3483, every text in the drawer for a$50 Reburger voucher. I don't know I'll play a farmer and mogie that's right just any suggestions like that 3483 we'll do that after 5 o 'clock

16:40Keyzie:does that mean we're going to move what's on the TV to after 5 as well because they've got some good stuff on that

16:45Jase:people have been texting on 3483 saying where is it where is it where's what's on the TV it's normally done in the 4 o 'clock hour well you're just

16:51Hoytey J:going to have to wait you have to wait because we yeah we forgot about it but I mean oh no we've made the decision to move it also So, Charlie Gubb. Charlie Gubb. We're going to speak to Charlie Gubb about the state of O tonight. That's right. The big Game 3 decider. All that and more after five. The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.

17:16Keyzie:Welcome back, you massive backbones. Hope you're getting through hump day tickety-boo. You're listening to The Big Show, brought to you by Reburger.

17:23Hoytey J:Craveworthy street food, handmade by Reburger. Reburger. Street food or something. It's actually freshly made. I said handmade. But I guess they make it using their hands. Oh, they do. What else are they going to use? Hey, fellas, just ahead of the improv. Quite a lot of good suggestions coming through on 3483. Oh, yeah, they're pouring in, Keezy. They sure are, Jase. Do you want to read a couple of your favourites?

17:47Keyzie:Oh, there's one where a young farmer...

17:51Hoytey J:No, no, just turn your screen on. Okay, just... No, okay. A lot of text coming through 3483. Keezy's in Europe on a romantic canal cruise in his new catamaran. That's great.

18:03Jase:It's pronounced Kainal.

18:05Hoytey J:I thought it was canal. Nah, Kainal. Kainal. Mm. God's sake.

18:11Keyzie:What did you say? Kainal. Don't say that over there, man. Right. It means something completely different.

18:20Jase:Okay, so I'm on a Kainal cruise. Yes. Yeah. And if you get lost, just say you're looking for Kainal. Okay.

18:27Hoytey J:Thanks, fellas. Improv idea. A prevalent farmer. Not really a lot of farms out there, I don't think. Farmer sees Kesey wearing his new shoes and decks him in the bridge car park.

18:42Hoytey J:That's us doing...

18:45Keyzie:It's not that funny. That is quite funny. No, it's not. I don't know why. Well, because I've got new shoes on.

18:53Hoytey J:And he gets smacked over in the car park. So, ah, cool. Well, we won't do that.

18:57Jase:Look, can I just say a massive kia ora to all the people that bother to send in texts. There is some gold that gets sent in here. There are some very funny people out there, and we do some good laughing in the studio at what comes in. A very small percentage of it can be read on radio. Agreed. Yeah, that's the issue.

19:15Hoytey J:Look, improv. A young farmer named Jack meets a girl named Diane outside an ice cream shop, and they discuss what they should eat.

19:21Keyzie:I actually really like that. So do I.

19:24Hoytey J:I really like that one.

19:25Keyzie:That's right up my canel.

19:27Hoytey J:Up your canal. Okay, look, keep the suggestions coming through on 3483. We'll be ripping into some improv next. Of course, every text in the drawer for a$50 Reburger voucher.

19:36Keyzie:Too good. Here's Muse. The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey. Aussie Osborne there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday evening. The time is 5.13, which means it's time for... Quiet on set. Sound speed. Lights. Camera! Action. Now it's time for the Big Show Improv! Yes, and as Keezy mentioned, the ideas have been pouring in some funny bastards out there, that's for sure. Yeah. And as you mentioned, Mogi, 95 % of them we could never do on air. Never read, certainly.

20:13Hoytey J:Not without getting cancelled. So what we're doing today is sort of a mixture of a few suggestions that have come through. For example, this one, Keezy's going through airport security on his way to Europe. and gets held back because of his large shoes.

20:25Keyzie:Yes. Because they won't fit in the tray or something. Yeah, sure, man.

20:29Hoytey J:They make me check them into oversize. And this is on the back of me getting some new shoes.

20:34Keyzie:Actually, that's quite a good one. Should we run with that one? We should have.

20:37Hoytey J:It's on the back of me buying new shoes and them being larger than Jason Mike thought they'd be.

20:42Jase:Yeah.

20:42Keyzie:And then you can't get on the plane because that's too much carry-on.

20:45Hoytey J:Yeah, but we're not doing that one. We're not doing that one, although that would have been funny. What are we doing instead?

20:53Keyzie:So I thought, you know, with the shoe theme that we've been running with this afternoon, that Mogi, who coincidentally is going overseas, is looking for a good pair of shoes. Because, you know, as you know, when you're overseas, you do a lot of walking and stuff. A good quality shoe. Keezy, you're a shoe salesman, and you're keen to help him out. Yeah.

21:14Hoytey J:All right? All right.

21:15Keyzie:And action.

21:20Hoytey J:Are you okay there, sir? Anything I can help with?

21:22Jase:Yeah, good as gold, thanks, man.

21:23Hoytey J:Okay, cool. You just give me a shout if you need anything, alright? Yeah, I'm all good, man. Yeah, what are you just shopping for shoes or are you...

21:32Jase:You're still here.

21:34Hoytey J:Oh, no, sorry. I'll leave you to it. And don't forget, if you need anything, you just give us a yell, alright?

21:39Jase:Actually, man, I am looking for some shoes. I'm off to Europe and I need some... Mrs said I need some sensible walking shoes.

21:46Hoytey J:Ha, ha, ha, yeah. It's good from here, actually, because you're probably going to do a lot of walking, man. Where are you going?

21:52Jase:Dude, have you got any shoes? I want to get in and out of here as quick as I can.

21:57Hoytey J:Sounds like you want slip-ons.

21:59Jase:No, I'm happy with laces.

22:01Hoytey J:You said you want to get in and out of the shoes.

22:02Jase:I want to get in and out of the shop as quick as possible. So the less chit-chat, the better. Can I say this to you, man? You've already got the sale, all right? Congratulations. Now just find me the shoe. Let's just work together to get the shoe, all right?

22:13Hoytey J:Okay, so I can just give you anything then.

22:16Jase:No, no. No, no. No, I was just joking, of course. I want the shoe that's going to be a good walking shoe, man.

22:22Hoytey J:Good walking. Okay, so what you want is a walking shoe, which gives you better support because you'll be on your feet a lot, man.

22:30Keyzie:Just then, Keezy's manager walks in to see how the sale's going. How are you going, Chris? Everything all right?

22:36Hoytey J:Yeah, under control. Thanks, Jase, man. Who's this? G'day, mate. How are you?

22:41Keyzie:Very well, sir.

22:42Jase:Yourself? Yeah, good, mate. I'm Mike. I'm just making sure that Keezy's looking after you there. What's the story, man? Is he sort of on some kind of learning? Yeah, he's just started.

22:52Keyzie:He's been working here for six months, hasn't sold a shoe yet. So he's feeling the pressure.

22:56Hoytey J:Sorry, Jason. I was actually in the middle of it, man. He said I already made the sale.

22:59Jase:Well, yeah, you're doing your best to bugger it up, if I'm honest with you. What's your name, man?

23:03Hoytey J:My name?

23:03Jase:Yeah.

23:04Hoytey J:Keezy.

23:05Jase:Keezy, is it?

23:06Hoytey J:Yeah, that's whatever I call it.

23:07Jase:Okay, Keezy. Yeah, man. So, sorry, Jase, isn't it? Yes, Jason. What I'm looking for is, you know, I was just saying to old, what was it? Keezy. Keezy over here. that I want to buy shoes. I'm here to buy shoes. I don't want any idle chit-chat. I just want to get in and get out. You come to the right place, man. So I'm looking for a comfortable walking shoe. Jake, maybe you can help me out here, but I just want a comfortable walking shoe that's got as big a sort of an area, covers as big an area as possible, you know, when you're walking in there, all right? Yes. That sounds great. So just huge shoes.

23:39Jase:Massive. Have you got any massive shoes there? Yeah, we've got some massive shoes. Now, another thing for me is it's so important to me that they look terrible. Yeah, okay. Fashion means nothing to me.

23:51Keyzie:So they look like cheap sort of offcuts of like a major brand. I want offcuts. You balance your Nike. Actually, Keezy, you go back behind the counter there, mate, and I'll sort this out. No, no, no.

24:01Hoytey J:I feel like I should stay here and just stick up for the shoes.

24:06Keyzie:We call them floaters in the business.

24:09Jase:Yeah, that's it, man.

24:10Keyzie:They're real head turners.

24:11Jase:because people are like, what the f*** are they?

24:14Keyzie:Yeah, exactly. Also, you know, if you're going to the beaches and stuff and you're Spain and so forth, they can work as water skis as well. Yeah, those are there, man. Have you got any of those? Absolutely, mate. I'm going to get you a pair. Actually, Alkeese, could you go and grab... What size are you there, mate? 11s. 11, okay.

24:33Jase:I've actually got a pair of those on right now if you want. Oh, not the ones you've got on. Oh. They're reeking.

24:40Keyzie:Can you go and get them, Keezy? Actually, you might need to get the old forklift there, Keezy, if you get that round the back there. Yeah, sure, yeah.

24:47Hoytey J:I'll get the forklift, yeah.

24:48Keyzie:Was it Mike, was it?

24:49Jase:Yeah, man, Mike. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

24:51Hoytey J:Discounts as a sale for me, though, eh? Because I butted them up. I butted them up.

24:59Hoytey J:That was me$500.

25:01Jase:What's that?

25:02Hoytey J:Huh? $500.

25:05Jase:Does he get any commission?

25:08Hoytey J:Shit no. Sorry,€220 if that helps. Travel man. When's the scene ending? Well, Jase has to say cut. The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.

25:24Keyzie:Fleetwood Mac there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is 5.27. Now, Mogi, in all seriousness, of course, you are about to go away on holiday overseas, following on from our little improv there. Are you excited about it, mate? Because there's some very exciting things happening for you over there.

25:43Jase:Number one, of course, Oasis. Number one being Oasis. Well, obviously I've got to go and repair my marriage. I've got to meet my wife in Spain for a period, which is a close second. But Oasis, yeah, they played their first three gigs last weekend. Gigs. And it looked amazing, to be fair. My algorithm was getting smashed by it. They sound amazing. It looks incredible. I absolutely can't wait. I'm fizzing about it now. Really am. And now, other than that, what I saw, I saw a little bit. And other than that, I'm staying away from it. I don't want to know the set list. I don't want to know nothing.

26:15Hoytey J:Yeah, right. Are you aware that the gig you're going to at Wembley Stadium is the largest on the entire tour, and there's going to be 90 ,000 people there? Wow. That is huge.

26:27Jase:That is pretty big, isn't it? It's rather large. Rather large.

26:30Hoytey J:What's a packed-out Eden Park?

26:31Jase:Was it 50, 60 or something? Yeah, maybe. That was in the World Cup. They added seats. Yes. The most I ever went to was over in Aussie Stadium Australia, a Bledisloe Cup, and that was 109 ,000. I think it's still the world record. We lost, you'll remember, this was 2001 or something like that. Tautai Kefu scored beside the left hand upright after time was up to win the game. Wow. We lost, yeah.

26:57Keyzie:Over 100 ,000. Was that the one where Geoff Orson dropped the ball? No. No, okay.

27:02Hoytey J:with this in mind not the 2001 Bledisloe but the fact that you are going over to watch Oasis live at Wembley that's not for a few weeks but you know it's coming up soon I was just wondering how well do you know the Gallagher brothers

27:15Jase:yeah we're going to find out I'm big fans of them as individuals yeah I like them as brothers they're very very funny people take them seriously but they're just because they aren't laughing when they say stupid things doesn't mean they're not joking that's right people don't get the humour

27:28Hoytey J:so I've got three clips here now this is all stemmed from me watching a few clips of them yarning and then going, I want to play these on the radio, let's do a quiz for old Mogi. Oh, great. So you're just going to tell me which brother is saying this. This particular clip is in regards to Jamie Oliver. That is who he's talking about, Jamie. I can already guess who this would be. Jamie Oliver. He used to go to the pub across the road in Highgate, on Hampstead, and he bought the house foolishly right across the road from the boozer that we were drinking. And on the way home, we'd be going, he's got some scant in there.

27:57Oh, ****. And he'd come out of his window and he'd be going, and stop f***ing about and getting the kids to bed. We're going, just chuck us down a couple of bacon sandwiches.

28:05Hoytey J:So that was one of the brothers talking about Jamie Oliver owning a house across the road from the pub. They used to throw stones at it, wake him up, and then yell at him to throw down bacon sandwiches. That's right. Who was that? That was Liam. That was 100 % Liam Gallagher. Isn't that hilarious? Yes, it is very funny. And you would too. He's trying to put the kids together. These guys are drunk. Ask him for bacon sandwiches. Just throw a couple down, man.

28:26Jase:And also the beauty of it is putting the kids down. What's that? 6 or 7pm Yeah true And the esteem

28:32Hoytey J:Yeah which is great Alright here's another Great clip Guess who this is In the 90s Oasis and Primal Scream And Blur And Pulp And all those We were the mainstream And what The music industry Doesn't like the mainstream Being a load of fellas On drugs Drunk Half the time On a Tuesday They don't like that They like people Like Harry Styles Yeah And they say Wear this dress And shut it Wear this, sing that, and go on. Wear this dress and shut it. That's no. That is no, yeah. Oh, that's brilliant. True. Wear this dress and shut it. All right, this is the last one. This is quite an old one. This is the band that they're talking about is actually Pearl Jam, one of all of our favourite bands.

29:21So you write it, you know what I mean? I'm not into writing f***ing morbid music like the rest of these pricks that are playing here. They all write bollocks, you know what I mean? and they're all like f***ing and they're all in pain but my f***ing ears are in pain f***ing air in your f***ing voice you t***

29:39Hoytey J:I don't like that one No, that's hilarious Who is it? That's Liam That's definitely Yeah, yeah, yeah Just bagging Pearl Jam for writing

29:45Jase:Yeah, they don't mind it They never did just bagging everybody If they didn't like somebody that was it But also similarly if they were just bored then they would say that they didn't like somebody Just for fun, right? Just for fun Just for kicks

29:55Hoytey J:Yeah, highly entertaining by the way I recommend you go down a bit of a rabbit hole of funny stuff those who have said because very, very entertaining. Very good interview.

30:02Keyzie:Speaking of good interviews, up next, Charlie Gubb. Oh, great stuff for the State of O tonight. Yeah. Beautiful. The Hauraki Big Show podcast. Foo Fighters here on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. Now State of O tonight, of course, the big decider. And with that in mind, we thought we'd get our expert league correspondent, the legend that is Charlie Gubb. And funnily enough, Charlie, we were talking about you this afternoon. We're coming down the big show to Wellington a little bit later on in the year, and we were thinking, wouldn't it be great to get on it with old Charlie?

30:38Keyzie:Would you be keen, mate? Heck yeah, I'm keen, brother, especially if you bring that kilo, whatever it is you found. Yeah, you got it, mate.

30:46Jase:Well, we thought we might come down and go to the barber's shop, man, get a couple of Cody's in us and work our way through a packet of darts. I understand that you always get changed out of your clothes before you get home to your missus. So keen to be involved in that. Nah, yeah. Nah, keen to. Let's tee it up, brother.

31:03Hoytey J:Yeah, good start, buddy. Oh, hey, speaking of teeing it up, State of Origin Game 3 tonight, Charlie. Unsure if you're aware, man. But it is a decider, which is great, because I thought it was going to be a New South Wales whitewash. What's your gut telling you about this one? I can't really tip against New South Wales. They're obviously better on paper, But with everything that's gone down, I mean, the real what they call Queensland spirit is going to come out with Cameron Munster's old man passing away. You can't really, you know, that adds a real another, I don't know what you'd call it, but it's another angle for the game.

31:38And it's going to be a big game. So I'm tipping New South Wales, but I wouldn't be surprised if Queensland won. So I'm sitting on the fence.

31:46Hoytey J:You're on the fence. I agree. When you look at the teams on paper, you think New South Wales. However, as you mentioned, Cam Munster, who's in the halves for Queensland, his father unfortunately did pass away over the weekend, I believe. So he's still playing, which is massive. Also, they brought in Charlie, NRL legend, Big Papa, Josh Papali 'i, who's, you know, he's broken the record for most games played for the Raiders. He's certainly in the latter part of his NRL career. They're not bringing him in to, like, come off the bench and run for 200 metres, right? That's got to be like a Queensland spirit thing.

32:16Yeah, yeah. Yeah, but he's still, to be fair, he's still doing a great job at the Raiders. He's scored two tries in his 319th game or something like that, but he doesn't have the minutes. But I think probably it would be like when you're sitting across from Hoidi, you just get a lot more confidence. Yeah, absolutely.

32:34Jase:And I think from a New South Wales point of view, when you see Big Papa on the other side, if you had the choice, you'd rather not be playing him. He's got that kind of a vibe about him. He does get metres and he's not a lot of fun to tackle. That's right. He's a big body and he's a presence. And, jeez, I would have loved for them to bring in Corey Halsborough with him as well. But they haven't done it. Billy knows what he's doing. But his stuff might be too good. Who do you reckon is going to win Mogey? Well, I'd like Queensland to win. But I guess it just depends what kind of refereeing that we're going to get in this game.

33:06Jase:It feels like the last couple, they sort of haven't let it flow. There's been a lot of whistle. You normally get our origin refereeing, don't you, where he just puts the whistle in his pocket for 20 minutes and let them punch it out for a bit. Yeah, have a bit of biffo. So, yeah, I mean, what I'd like to do is see that, but it's also been pretty average rugby league as well. You expect it to get better, but it hasn't been any better than what you see week on week. I think ultimately what it will come down to is how Queensland respond to the death of Munster's father. It could be an inspiration, or he could be completely distracted and come out and have an absolute shocker.

33:40Jase:So who knows? Yeah, you're right. And you're right about the refereeing. it does play a big part, like not determining the winner, but just on the style of game, eh? When they keep giving six against to a team, you can't really get any momentum either way.

33:54Keyzie:Do you want to know who I think is going to win there, Charlie, or are you just going to leave it with the other fellas there? What do you reckon, fellas? Should we give Hoody a say? Sure, man. What do you think? Just throw him a bone, man, I guess. Thanks, fellas. Look, it's a great...

34:10Jase:Jase, don't say the Warriors.

34:12Keyzie:Oh, right, okay. As the great Wayne Bennett once said, fellas, you don't win games on paper. And I agree with you. I think New South Wales on paper look the stronger side, but I've got a feeling and a vibe in my testicles that the Queenslanders, on a tide of emotion, are going to take it out.

34:33Hoytey J:What do you think, Charlie? I like that. I like that, Hoity. I'm with you, brother. Thanks, man. Are you a Queensland supporter? Sorry, Charlie? this year I am I chop and change how I'm feeling because you played

34:46Jase:there for a couple of three seasons didn't you and they didn't sort of endear themselves to you as human beings that you'd follow them in the old state of hope I was a Queensland junior mate I know that's what I'm saying yeah no not really I never felt like real connection more like a I kind of despised them at the time but I don't know I don't have a real connection to anything I'm just I'm kind of like just a free spirit I'm a mercenary You're just like you're sort of like one Portaloos standing in a field at a musical music festival aren't you Charlie Yeah I'm just waiting for someone to push me over

35:26Hoytey J:Thank you very much for joining us Charlie Don't forget if you're in the Wellington region and you need a Portaloos hit up Portaking that is Charlie's Portaloos company and just quickly before we let you go prediction for your Portaking man of the match Charlie I gotta give two Okay. I think if Queensland win, it's got to be Munster. And if New South Wales win, I'll give it to Cleary. Yeah, good on you, mate. Good on you, Charlie, you legend.

35:51Keyzie:Listen, we'll be in touch when we're down in Wellington, all right? Yeah, brother. You enjoy the school holidays, mate. Thanks. The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey. Yes, indeed, Eero Smith there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday night. Now, after 6 o 'clock, we've got to continue with the food chat. I had a shocker last night, fellas. Yeah. And it's continued today in the studio, actually.

36:14Hoytey J:You are eating a lot.

36:15Keyzie:I am eating a lot. I don't know what's going on.

36:17Hoytey J:But when you say a shocker, you mean you ate lots, right? Yes. Yeah, okay.

36:21Keyzie:I'll go through that. Also, we give out advice. Meet Patty Nips 69. Oh, yes.

36:26Hoytey J:That's right. If you ever need advice on anything, email us. MeetPattyNips69 at gmail.com. It is a real email address, and if we read it out on the radio, you instantly get a$50 Reburger voucher. Also, just quickly, don't forget that tomorrow we are doing the show live from the Bridge in Prevelton, Christchurch. There's a great pub in Prevelton down there. 4 to 7, free backbone teas, free pies as well. Montese flying around as well. That's all thanks to our Beer and Pie July. So we'll see you down there. The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at 4 on Radio Hauraki.

37:00Keyzie:Don't fight it, just listen to the big show. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? I hear you. Because I know there's a lot of people out there that are probably fighting against their instinct to listen to us, but just give into it, I say. By the way, the big show is brought to you by Reburger.

37:14Hoytey J:Beef, chicken, vegan and vegetarian options available. Reburger, redefining the norm. Reburger. Options.

37:22Jase:Reburger.

37:26Hoytey J:So good, fellas.

37:27Keyzie:I've actually set myself a goal of trying all of their burgers throughout the year.

37:32Jase:Wow, that's a great... Is that sort of on a par with you learning how to play that album by Paul Buchanan on the piano there.

37:39Keyzie:I think I'll be much better at this.

37:42Jase:Yeah, I think so. I think you'll fail at both.

37:45Keyzie:But I'm definitely going to try all the burgers on the menu by the end of the year.

37:50Jase:Now, stay tuned. When the fellas come back, obviously off to Christchurch tomorrow for the big broadcast down there. But when we're back on Friday, very exciting update about where Jase is at with his album and his piano and the situation with his piano. Yeah. And what a disgrace he is.

38:07Hoytey J:Yeah. You're quickly becoming someone who now I just think most of the stuff you say is just not true. Right. That's what you're becoming.

38:17Keyzie:That's outrageous, Casey.

38:18Hoytey J:No, no, no, but that's what you're becoming based on just...

38:21Jase:Everything that he said for the last four years.

38:23Hoytey J:Yeah, and just like stuff you say, oh, I'm going to do this. And it's like, well, you're not though, are you?

38:27Jase:Yeah.

38:27Hoytey J:You know? Yeah. I'm there ready to support you.

38:30Jase:Well, you have been very supportive. Very supportive. I've been completely unsupportive from Jase from pretty much the start of getting to know him. And I wish. I recognise myself in him immediately.

38:40Hoytey J:Right, so you.

38:41Jase:I know. He's the same as you. Yeah.

38:43Keyzie:So I'm going to eat every burger from the menu at Ree Burger by the end of the year.

38:49Jase:Shall we put some money on it?

38:50Keyzie:And I'll always have a side of their delicious fries. Shall we put some money on it? Sure, man. How much? A thousand bucks. A thousand dollars.

38:58Jase:Yeah, yeah, yeah. A thousand bucks said you won't do it. I will give you a thousand dollars. I'd be surprised if you set foot in a Reeburger this year. Yeah. Because you'd probably get it on Uber, eh?

39:09Keyzie:Exactly, Mogey. It won't mean I'll have to take pics of it all the time, though, of course. 100%. Yeah.

39:15Hoytey J:I'll meet you down there, man. Sure. The Hauraki Big Show Podcast.

39:20Keyzie:Marcy Playground there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday evening. Fellas, I've got a problem. I'm still getting electric shocks, first and foremost. Yes. I don't know what that is. It's just ridiculous. But my eating's got out of control. Really? Today, and this is without a word of a lie, three pieces of tiramisu. This is in studio. A bag of salt and vinegar chips.

39:42Jase:Can you finish the first thing you were saying? You said three pieces of tiramisu.

39:46Keyzie:Cake.

39:47Hoytey J:Who the hell is tiramisu?

39:49Keyzie:Tiramisu's cake. Three pieces of tiramisu cake. One bag of salt and vinegar chips.

39:56Jase:Which you stole. I didn't have any of those.

39:58Keyzie:A pottle of chili noodles.

40:00Jase:Right.

40:00Hoytey J:Yeah, you have eaten a lot. And so traditionally, Jase, I don't like the way you eat because you eat nothing. You'll eat a cracker and then you'll come into the show at four and be like, I'm starving.

40:09Keyzie:I don't know what's happened. I do. Again, without a word of a lie, I ate a packet of chips yesterday in the studio and noodles, you'll recall. Well, to be fair, pugs ate most of the chips.

40:23Hoytey J:Wow. I would say.

40:25Keyzie:So I ate a packet of chips. Yes. Then I went home and this is what I ate and this is the honest truth. One large bowl of spag bol.

40:35Jase:Yum. What was on the spag bol? That was the one from the other night there, was it?

40:39Keyzie:Yeah, your mints, your olives. Yeah, good. Your parmesan cheese. Two small packets of popper jacks. Like kids' lunchbox size. You know the little snack packets? Yeah. Which is stupid because I just end up eating like 10 of them, but I restrain myself there.

40:54Hoytey J:Two.

40:56Keyzie:10 pieces of chocolate. What kind of chocolate? Fruit and nut. Little squares there.

41:01Jase:So it's had a couple of rows, is it?

41:03Keyzie:And to be honest, I think it was more than that.

41:05Jase:Yeah.

41:05Keyzie:Wow. Probably 15. Four crackers with cheese and kasundi. Cracker? One bowl.

41:16Hoytey J:Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. I've just realised that because it's Wednesday. Oh, God. I can play the sting and it makes sense.

41:27Keyzie:It's Cassundi Wednesday Back on the Cassundi jokes You love it I love it man I do love it One bowl of Sultana bran See Wow What's that? And finally Three pieces of toast with peanut butter

41:46Hoytey J:Okay so I need to clarify something You're not pulling our leg with this list

41:50Keyzie:I swear to God that's true Yeah

41:52Hoytey J:And you ate that from the time you got home after the show, so let's say 7.30 you get home.

41:56Keyzie:If we put that through the mogey calorie count,

41:59Hoytey J:I don't know what we're looking at there.

42:01Keyzie:Probably three times my daily intake.

42:03Jase:Why is he eating so much mogey? He's going through a growth spurt.

42:09Keyzie:Am I? That would be great.

42:11Jase:I thought you were pregnant. My daughter does it all the time. When she's going through a growth spurt, she'll want to eat nothing, not interested in anything, and then all of a sudden she's just eating like a goddamn hoity jizz. And, yeah, that's all I can put it down to, man. You're shooting up. Yeah. Wow, finally. How cool is that, man?

42:28Keyzie:Only a matter of time before I'm Keezy's height.

42:31Hoytey J:Nah, it's going to take a while, man. You have to eat plenty more Sultana bread. The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy. Yes, indeed.

42:41Keyzie:Sheehan there on the radio. Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday evening. And if you like Sheehan and if you like your music, you should be part of our Music Jury New Zealand. Get on board. Tell us what you like. Tell us what you don't like. And it's not just about the songs. And it's not just about the music. You can say you hate Hoity J or you hate Keezy or you love Mogey. Why is it love Mogey? You can have an opinion about anything that you want.

43:09Hoytey J:You can also come in and say, I hate Mogey.

43:11Jase:And most people do. And so Jase was just letting them know that there is a second option when it comes to Mogey. It doesn't have to all be I hate Mogey. Thanks, Mogey.

43:19Hoytey J:That's a good point, actually. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Because, and that's why you, yeah.

43:23Keyzie:You understand now, Casey? Yeah, because everyone says they love.

43:25Jase:He was trying to make me feel better.

43:26Hoytey J:Oh, this didn't seem like it.

43:27Keyzie:And the amazing thing about it is not only do you get a say in what we play on air, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, and have your opinion heard, there is an extraordinary, and this is genuine, prize going, if you do participate, you could possibly win$4 ,000 cash stuffed inside a bear fridge.

43:45Hoytey J:Yeah. $4 ,000 worth of cold, hard cash inside that little bear fridge there. Very easy. You text the word music to 3483. We will send you a link. Sign up there. Listen to a few tunes. Tell us if you recognise the songs, if you like them, if you don't like them. So, for example, if you think we play too many old tunes, every time an old tune comes up, comment, I don't like it. Give me any new tunes. Or any new tunes.

44:09Keyzie:Give me an example of an old tune there, Keesey. Oh, look, I don't know. Heaven forbid, like Tom Petty, for example.

44:15Hoytey J:Let's just say they play a bit of Tom Petty. I know you love Tom Petty. 100%. Running Down a Dream, one of my all-time favourite songs. Running. Down a dream You can't help it I know, it's great But let's just say For, you know Argument's sake Let's just say they play a snippet of Learning to Fly by Tom Petty You then go Oh, you know what? I think this song sucks Is what you might say Or you might say I love this song But I don't want to hear it But I've heard it too much Or I want to hear it more Those are the options Yes, those are the options You decide on a little scale there Where you sit And then that helps us choose The playlist here at Hodaki That's how it works and of course you can get paid to do it.

44:52Hoytey J:If you do the whole quiz, you can have I think five entries into the draw for this amazing prize. It'll take you no more than 10 minutes. Very enjoyable. Half of it's just like, do I know the songs that they're going to play for me? Because they don't say the name of the song. They just go, do you know the song?

45:05Jase:Quite fun. I might do it, even though I can't obviously win it. Yeah. But I'd like to see what it's got going on.

45:12Hoytey J:You should and then you can go Moogies, Grace.

45:13Jase:Oh, Moogies. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love Moogies.

45:16Hoytey J:Two ticks Moogies. Two ticks Moogies, that's how it works. so if you are keen to join and potentially win that four grand text the word music right now to 3483 get involved with the music jury it'd be much appreciated for example do you like this song?

45:29Jase:I do I do

45:31Hoytey J:100 % I love this song we should play it way more Iggy Pop No Nah Plus the right amount The right amount Yeah The Hauraki Big Show with Jason Hoyt Mike Minogue and Kesey

45:52Keyzie:CC. Ah, Jase. Yes, yes. We were just talking about Spain and A Place in the Sun, a show I like to watch. We didn't do what's on the TV, by the way. We'll do that maybe Friday. That's shocking. Yeah, it is. I'm disgusted with myself. On the podcast outro today, what have we got for a clip there, Keezy?

46:10Hoytey J:This one says clip cap. Clip cap.

46:14Keyzie:Oh, he's wearing your cap backwards, maybe. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

46:17Hoytey J:And it's bonus content. We do it every day. If you like the Honaki Big Show, listen and search Honaki Big Show where we get your podcasts from. I don't know. I still wear my hat backwards occasionally. Limp Bizkit style. The kind of hat I was wearing was like a flat peak, and it was backwards, and it was a bit of a f***ing move.

46:34Jase:Well, it must have been sweet at the time. God, that takes the ears off you, Jase. Jase has just turned his cap around. He looks f***ing sick.

46:40Hoytey J:He does look like if Limp Bizkit went on tour in, like, 2040. 2040. It's good chat, fellas. That's how we do it. Hody J had his hat on backwards.

46:51Keyzie:So is good chat. Hey, now listen, speaking of good chat, make sure you turn up in Christchurch tomorrow. Otherwise, we'll all look bloody stupid. Where is it again, Keezy?

46:59Hoytey J:Good question, Jase. Is that the Bridge Pub? Yes. Oh, God. The Bridge Pub in Pebbleton.

47:06Keyzie:Oh, God. It started already.

47:08Hoytey J:No, it's at the Bridge Pub in Pebbleton, Christchurch, celebrating Bear and Pie July. free backbone teas, free pies from the West Coast Pie Company as well. It's going to be a bloody ripper. It will be. No, Moggy, but Manaya Stewart from the Breaky Show will be down there. We're going to have a party regardless. It's going to be awesome. I'll miss you, fellas. I will miss you too, Moggy.

47:25Jase:All the best, and if you need any advice or anything like that, just give me a call. Yeah, no worries, mate.

47:29Keyzie:Hey, New Zealand, you take care out there. Until tomorrow, see you later.

47:42Thank you.
