In short
The Hauraki Big Show (Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue, Keezy) covers wet-weather coping, naming a new kitten, relationship “pissed off” tells, and comedy/radio bits (stings, giveaways), plus segments on moving house, motorcycle restricted licensing, and TV/movie reviews.
Guests
No traditional guests appear. The “guests” are audience callers/texters (e.g., Vanessa the teacher; Josh the forestry worker; Todd; Dave) and referenced public figures (Zendaya, Josh O’Connor, Mike Feist, Cosmo Jarvis, Guy Pearce, Eddie “the Eagle,” etc.) in TV/movie discussion.
Key claims
Partners are often signaled by specific phrases/tone like “yes, Jason,” “yep,” or “it’s A-OK,” plus behaviors like swearing/redness or passive-aggressive packing. Winter Olympics ski-jumping “Penis Gate” alleges athletes inject hyaluronic acid to enlarge anatomy for suit fabric/flight advantage.
Notable examples
Kitten finalists: Moggy, Spoof, and “Bird Shit Chris” (rejected). Reburger Sting: call 0800 Hauraki to win a $50 voucher. Movie reviews: Challenges (3.75/5) and Inside (3 buzies).

0:09Keyzie:Welcome to the Hauraki Big Show. With Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keyzie. Oh g'day you mad boss. It's great to have your company this absolutely horrendous Wednesday afternoon in Auckland City. It is the 21st of January, 2026, and you, my friends, as always, listening to The Big Show, brought to you by Re-Big-Year. Crave-worthy street food, freshly made with Re-Big-Year. Yum. Speaking of which, g'day, Muggie, you're stallion and you're tidy whitey. How's life?
0:44Jase:Going pretty grousy, you mad dog, you're sick son of a bee. We've got another day of the weather, man. It's not been good all over the country, has it? But we're just going to shut up and get on with it. Indeed. We won't complain about it. Nah. We won't do three or four breaks about it. No, no. We won't ask the audience about their opinions about it and wallow in how bad the weather is. Yeah, nah. Certainly not, man. Are we not doing that? Because that was most of our content for the first hour. I thought it was going to be the first thing out of the game.
1:09Keyzie:I'm reading the Stoic Philosophers at the moment, you know, and it's talking about the things that you can control and things that you can't. Nothing I can do about the weather, Kesey. You know what I'm saying, man? Who are the Stoic Philosophers? I can't remember their names. Epiteaticus. Marcus Aurelius is the most famous. Aurelius, yes. So Marcus, he was like a general, right? And then he was like Caesar's best. And he wouldn't shut up about it. It's a great read. He wouldn't shut up and get on with it.
1:37Jase:He was always coming up with little ideas and that. Because Matt Heath got obsessed with Marcus Aurelius for a while. Yes. Has it made your life better, Jase? Yeah, it's starting to. Oh, that's good.
1:46Keyzie:You know, taking responsibility for your life. And how old are you now? I'm just starting now, Keezy. Yeah, nice, nice. I'm going well. Even though it is wet out there and there are people doing it tough at the moment, personally, I had quite a lot of fun today just with my wet weather gears on, stomping around the Auckland CBD, man. You're just a little kid, really. Yeah, it's great.
2:05Jase:He's like Bear Grylls. Yes. You know, he put on his raid jacket, walked around Auckland City, and he felt invincible. That's cool, man. Yeah, and I drank my own piss for a bit there. Yeah, good stuff. How are you, Jase?
2:15Keyzie:Yeah, I'm good, thanks, fellas. You know, just getting through, getting through as you do. I tell you what, though. Big show, Mogi. Oh.
2:25Jase:What's happening on the big show with old Mogi? Some bloody magnificent content today, fellas. Stay tuned out there, everybody. First of all, we've got the... Well, not first of all, but this is going to be on today, so you've got to stay tuned. We don't know where this one's going to land exactly. This one is how we know our partners are pissed off with us. Yeah. I'm going to need some help from the audience with that one. We're going to finalise the name of my new kitten that I've got. We brought this channel about this yesterday. We've got a list of three. That's right. We've got the top three, and we've also got Backbone Tees to give away to everyone that helps vote, and you will vote by calling 0800 Hauraki a little later on.
3:00Jase:And these are the new, the brand new Backbone T-shirts we're giving away. That's right. They are hot property, baby. And finally, Sleep Chat with the Jizz Bot. Oh, how good, man. I hope that's got a sting. Because that sounds like a number one hit. It's going to be amazing. It's got a sting, mate. Don't you worry about that.
3:21Keyzie:Cheers, boss. In the meantime, it's Nevada. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki. Highly suspect there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Monday afternoon. The time is 13 minutes past four o 'clock.
3:37Jase:Now, Mogi's got a new kitten in his household for his little one there, Mogi Minogi.
3:44Keyzie:It's an inbred, what do you call them? Ragdoll I'd say it's a ragdoll
3:47Jase:It's white, it's got ashy It's like ashy coloured feet Or paws as I call them Boots Tail, nose and ears It's very, very cute Very blue, blue eyes Yes Nothing going on behind them It's got four limps Yes Cross-eyed Because it's massively inbred Does wheeze in the bed But yeah, actually I started to do that last night on my wife's side of the bed. It's very good at burying its wheeze and poos. I'll give it that. It's better than our dog used to be. Can I just say just very briefly to divert you,
4:22Keyzie:yeah, I've noticed that cats are much more fastidious with the covering up of said poos and wheeze than your dog, for example.
4:31Jase:Yeah, to be admired for that. That is an astute observation, Jase. The issue that we're having is that we can't come up with a name. We've had the cat for three weeks. I suggested Bowie because of the eye colours, et cetera. There's been a whole – Snowboard, there's been a whole bunch of rubbish come out. So we've gone to the audience, and we've narrowed it down over yesterday's show, Keezy, to three finalists. That's right. We've got three finalists. The audience helped name Jace's cat last year, which, of course, is now called Jace. So it's Mogi's turn with his kitten. Now, the three most voted for names via the text machine on 3483, We've taken them and now it's about whittling down those three to become one.
5:11So I thought we could do a sort of similar to the Friday Throbber. We've each got one of these three names that we like best. And we'll take calls on 0800 Hauraki to vote for which one you want this cat to be named after. Yes. And everyone that calls and is involved will automatically get a brand new backbone. That's good stuff.
5:27Jase:Will we also run a poll for the duration? We could run a poll so we could have votes on that and maybe we'll make a decision after six there. Yeah, sure. We'll see what we want to do with it. Yeah, yeah. But let's go. Let's start with, should I go first, fellas? Okay.
5:46I don't know why I played the music. Why not, man? All right. The name I would like Moggy to name his kitten is Moggy.
5:54Jase:Moggy. It was a great suggestion, came through on the text machine. We all laughed because Moggy is a classic. I don't even know what a Moggy is, but it's a cat-related thing, isn't it? A Moggy is another name, a colloquial term for a cat. Yes. Perfect. Yeah, yeah. Obviously, your daughter's name is Moggy. Yes. Your nickname is Moggy, which is very confusing. But you've got Moggy Minogue, your daughter, and then you could have Moggy Minogue, which is Moggy Minogue's cat. Yes.
6:16Keyzie:And that, just to clarify here, Keezy, was one of the top three, was it? It was one of the top three. Yeah, okay, yeah, nice. So that's my vote is for Moggy Minogue. Rightio. Look, I've got to say I'm very fond of Spoof. Yeah, but what about the cat name? That's the cat's name, Spoof. You know, and again, a lot of interest in that. I think it's very cute. Yes. You know what I mean? So Spoof was one of the top three.
6:46Jase:You were saying, Jase, that Spoof really rolls off the tongue.
6:54Jase:It does. It does. It just fits, doesn't it? It just fits. Yes, it does. Now, myself, my vote is for, and I'm very sure about this, it's Bird Shit Chris. We're not naming it Bird Shit Chris. That can't be one of the top three. 100%. Bird Shit Chris. Yeah. Now, the reason for now, let me just say, I'm not just saying it just to be a silly bugger. The colour of the cat, now, Bird Shit is white, and it has sort of like blacky and grey, where the black of the poop mixes with the white. I don't know what that is. It's like when you crack an egg and you've got the yolk and the white. Yeah, it's always the same with a bird poo.
7:34Jase:It always is. Black and white. Now, as we've discussed, the kid in there has got black pores and other extremities, so it's a mix of that. So it kind of looks like bird shit. Now, to relate it back to our show, people out there have said bird shit Chris. And it does kind of look like a Chris. No, it doesn't look like a Chris. My name is Chris. I was called Bird Shit Chris for one week at school, and you guys are trying to turn it into a thing.
8:00Keyzie:To be honest with you, Keezy, I wasn't stoked about having jizz in my house. You know what I mean? But you love jizz now. I do. I do, just not on the bed. Those are the three finalists. Do not vote for Bird Shit Chris. Bird Shit Chris. I mean, look, do you want to have your say in New Zealand? Give us a call now on 0800 Hoduck. Yeah.
8:24Jase:Have your say. And a reminder, this is a binding referendum. The decision will be made today. Yeah. Absolutely, man. In the meantime, here's Kings of Leon. Turn it up.
8:35The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.
8:41Keyzie:Yes, indeed. Butthole Surf is there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon at time 426. We're trying to name Mogi's kitten. We certainly are. We've got it narrowed down to three names, all of which were suggested by the audience. Very strong. Very strong names. Each of them. Well, I think one of them's really strong. Yeah, I agree. One of them is really strong. One of them's a favourite. Yes. I would agree with that. But basically, I'm in team Moggy Minogue. Yes. It was suggested on 3483. Moggy is a cat term. It sounds like Moggy. Yes. I think it all makes a lot of sense. I don't disagree with you.
9:17Keyzie:I think it's a great option. I'm fully entrenched with spoof.
9:24Jase:What is it about Spoof that you like?
9:29Keyzie:I just... I don't know. I just think it works. I just think it suits the situation. Yeah, totally. I agree, man. It's a great name. It's a good name. The one that I don't like is Mogi's frontrunner. Birdshit Chris. And can I just point out... Can I just point out, it's not just Moggy's front runner, Keezy. This is a lot of people saying Bertrand Chris. But it's not a good name for a cat. Are you kidding me? It's a terrible name for a cat. But at the end of the day, the audience has to make the decision. So we've got brand new Backbone T-shirts, the new model that is currently available at mrvintage.co.nz if you want to buy yourself one.
10:12We've got some to give away. So let's just take some calls. Get a vibe? Just see what the people think out there. We'll start with Josh from Gisborne. How are you going? Yeah, good, fellas.
10:22Keyzie:How are you? Yeah, good, thanks, Josh. What do you do for a crust, mate? I'm a forestry worker. Oh, you've got a massive backbone. What's your favourite there, Josh? Oh, I think it's only fitting that we have jizz and spoofs. Jizz and spoofs. Yeah, there is that, too, that synchronicity. You're right. Yeah, right. You're right. Let's go to Todd. Hang on, Josh. You've got yourself one of those brand-new backbone shirts, mate. You hold the line of Pugs will sort you, all right? That's good. Good on you, mate. Good on you, mate. G'day, Todd, you mad bastard. How's life? I just hung up on him. You heard yourself?
10:53Keyzie:Ah, yeah. Good, thanks, mate. Call back. What are you running for, Todd? Moggy. Moggy all day. Oh, Moggy. Moggy. There you go. That's out of the blue. Thank you, Todd. Moggy is a great name. What do you like about it? At least Minogue Jr.
11:13Jase:can call out Moggy.
11:14Keyzie:Oh, that's been so right. That's really thoughtful of you, Todd. Good on you, mate. I never thought about the fact that a kid has to say the name over and over and over. Thank you very much, Todd. You hold the line, and Pugs, we'll sort you out with a new Backbone shirt. Should we go to someone else there, feelers? Yeah, I think so, mate. All right, here we go. Where are you? Oh, g'day, Dave, you mad bastard. How's life? Yeah, good, mate. How are you? Yeah, good, Dave. Good, mate. What do you do for a crust, Dave? Oh, dirty old grease monkey. Oh, yeah, good. That is backbone work, mate, backbone work.
11:50Keyzie:What are you running with there, Dave? No, I'm actually thinking it's Moggy's hat. Good shit, Chris. Yeah, man. Good shit, Chris. Dave, really, you really think that's a good name for a cat that a young child is going to be looking after? Yeah, it's normally dead nicknames.
12:11Jase:Thank you. But imagine walking down the street, calling it when it's lost. How good's that? Yeah, cool. The thing is, it's going to be a real character, isn't it, Dave? Like, everybody around the neighbourhood's going to know that Birdshit Chris is the local cat. You know, and as you say, man, it ends up with a... They do end up with a nickname. You always end up shortening it, so we'll probably just call it Shit.
12:35Keyzie:Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, for God's sake, don't call it Chris. Thanks for your input, Dave. You hold the line and Pugs will hook you up with a new backbone shirt, all right? Thanks, guys. Good idea, mate. Well, I tell you what, actually, fellas, it was split evenly there. So go to our Instagram account. Incidentally, on that front, there's just been a new image posted, apparently, on our Insta. Yeah, Pugs has made a meme of old Hoity Jay. Go to our Instagram, have a look at that. I think we'll probably put it up on Facebook as well. But the Instagram story is where you can vote for the official name of Mogi's new cat.
13:10Keyzie:Yeah, good stuff, Keezy. The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at 4 on Radio Hodaki. Lenny Kravitz there on the Radio Hodaki. Text the word BENCH to 3483 to win a spot for you and three mates on the backbone bench. That'll be a bloody good night, fellas, a bloody good night.

13:45It would be. Manai Stewart from the Breaky Show went over the summer holidays and he said it was excellent. Yes. Even though the break has actually lost quite badly, he said it was one of the best games he's been to. Right. So I'd love to go and give it a go at some point. Fellas, tomorrow is a big day for me. I have booked to go and sit my restricted motorcycle license. Now, about a year and a half ago, I bought a classic motorcycle that I'm going to restore and ride when it's a nice day. and as part of that I had to get my learner's licence and do like a basic handling and skills test but other than that I haven't ridden a motorbike on the road since.
14:22It's been a year and a half and tomorrow I'm sitting my restricted.
14:24Keyzie:Can I just start this off with, you know, as we had breakfast with your parents over the weekend there, Keezy, and old Don, he's not happy about it. My dad. Yeah, your dad. He's not happy, is he, Moggy? He's not happy. About the idea of his little fella hooning around on a motorcycle on the open road there. Well, I can imagine, Jase, that you can worry. Yes. And if Don was listening right now and didn't hate the station and the music and all that, I'd probably say to him, oh, look, I'm a sensible guy. Yeah. I'll be taking all the steps to make sure that I am as safe as possible. I'm a nana. I'm a nana.
14:59Jase:Well, this is the thing about it. He trusts you implicitly, Kesey. He knows that you're a nana. That's not the issue that he's got. As he put it to us, and I guess there's no other word for it, he said the trouble is your unco.
15:14Mogi, look, if there's one thing I am not, it's unco, all right? And I know this because it's one of my wife's ex. Oh, yeah, yeah. He's being unco. Yeah, yeah. If she sees you being unco, she is like, ugh. So fortunately, I am not unco, so I don't know what he must be.
15:29Jase:Oh, yeah, I don't know.
15:30Keyzie:Look, and in defense of Mogi, it wasn't him that said that. Right, it was Don. It was Don. It was Don. And I don't want to put cream on it, but he said massively unco. Is that putting cream on it? I've never heard that say. Well, what are your concerns, Kesey? Well, my concern is I haven't ridden a bike on the road. Like, I drive every day. I know the road rules. I grew up doing motocross and stuff, even though despite being massively uncoved. So I've ridden a lot of motorbikes in my time. I'm just like, do I know what I need to to go and pass a restricted?
16:01Jase:Well, this is the thing. It's completely different to getting a car licence for those people that don't know. You go out, you've got to ride around with an instructor who sort of rides right behind you and follows you around. for an hour. It's not a short test by any stretch of the imagination. It's an hour-long ride. Wow. Because they want to be absolutely sure that you're not going to end up as, you know. Yeah, totally. Is that true? Oh, it's an hour. Holy cow. It's an hour. It's a hell of a long ride. So they are going to see all of your faults, if you've got any, of course, you know, laid out there.
16:35Jase:And the fact that you haven't ridden a motorbike for a year and a half, Keezy, I think nearly, man, you're taking the piss. I haven't ridden a motorbike on the road in a year and a half. Where have you ridden it?
16:42Keyzie:Can I ask, you're not riding your toy bike, are you? My toy bike? The one you bought, the little... My vintage bike. Does it have to be proper size because that's like a miniature? No, it's not a miniature bike, Jase. No, it is a proper size bike, but mine's not through compliance yet.
17:00Jase:Right. Because it's old and it has to be re-registered. So what are you running there, Keezy? I had to rent a bike. So I've rented a bike which comes with the L plates on it and stuff.
17:09Keyzie:You could borrow my Ducati if you want. You don't? Which Ducati is it again? Red one. It's red, the X500. I thought it was a motor ad. Wasn't it? Oh, yeah, I love it. You can't remember the name of your own bike. That seems crazy. It's a Ducati. Yeah, right. No, I have to use the specific learner spec one. Are you worried, man? A little bit. Yeah. Especially considering it is a massive storm right now. Yeah. And I booked it about a month ago without realising. and now I'm going to probably be doing it in the rain as well. But fingers crossed I'll pass. Yes. Yeah. Yeah.
17:46Jase:Wow. How much does it cost these days to do one of those? I can't remember. Like maybe 200 bucks or something.
17:52Keyzie:Oh, you're joking. Oh, no. That's just throwing your cash in the bloody bin there, isn't it? No, I think it's a good investment.
18:00Jase:Well, my only advice for you would be don't let your wife see you're doing it because you know how she gets the ick. Yeah, no, I don't want to see me do that. Here's Danny Walton. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki.
18:18Keyzie:Beastie boys there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is ten minutes to five o 'clock. Let's talk TV. What's on the telly with Mike Minogue?
18:34Keyzie:Yes.
18:40Keyzie:Yes.
18:42Jase:Jason. Yes. Hey, fellas, I watched a movie over the break called Challenges. Tennis? Challenges. Zendaya? Zendaya. Mike Feist and Josh O 'Connor, they're the three leads. Zendaya is an up-and-coming tennis player there. She does her knee though, sadly, in a terrible accident on the court. Right. Anyway, she's got a bit of a three-way how's your father going on with these other two fellas who are best friends and also tennis players. And they sort of have varying relationships with each other. She ends up marrying one of them, but she still has feelings, or does she, for the other one. And then they sort of cross paths a year later after having her falling out earlier on.
19:31Jase:It's very sexy, Keezy. Sexy and steamy is what I would say it was. A bit of a slow start for 20-odd minutes, but once she gets going, she's a bloody beauty there. And yeah, great performances, low budget. It's probably 90 minutes long, not too long at all. I give it, I'm going to give it 3.75 buzies out of a possible five. It's not quite a four, but I really enjoyed it. That's good. Really enjoyed it. Challenges. And I'm not sure where you can see it, actually. I can't remember even when I saw it. If you Google it, or if you go into justwatch.com and enter in the name of the film, it will tell you where you can watch it.
20:11Keyzie:Good stuff, mate. I watched an Australian movie last night called Inside. Oh. It's a prison movie. It's got a good cast. Yeah, it does. Who's the dude in it? Cosmo Jarvis. Yes. Who was of Shogun fame. Of Shogun, yes. And our old mate Guy Pearce, who I'm not a fan of, generally speaking, but I have to say his performance in this particular movie is very, very good. Right. A very good performance from him. And Cosmo Jarvis, his performance is out the gate. Every time you say Cosmo, all I hear is Cosmo Kramer. Yeah. From Sidefire. But he plays a sort of preachy kind of character. I won't tell you the crimes he's committed, but they're horrific.
20:50Keyzie:And it's a very grim film. It's basically based around the story of a young fella who kills someone when he's a young fella and is dealing with all these rage issues and stuff. And he gets befriended by both of those characters and there's some scheming and there's plots to take out certain members of the prison. It's a very grim, very gritty... You know, if you're not in a great state, it's not a happy watch, but I would say I'd give it three buzies. Oh, that's not many buzies. Well, three to 3.2 buzies, there's some very intense scenes, can I say that? And it's called Inside? Inside. And where did you watch it?
21:32Keyzie:Netflix. Yeah.
21:36Jase:It's good. It's just grim. Grim doesn't really fire me up, you know what I mean? Yeah, sure. Jase loves grim, though, I've noticed. He watches a lot of grim stuff. I do. You do. There's two days in a row you've watched something grim. That's true, actually. Do you want to go for a third day?
21:50Keyzie:I don't watch comedies, which is the weird thing. Yeah. If you want to go for a third day, you could watch Broken Wood Mysteries. It's pretty grim. Here's the Black Keys. 23:05Jase:Yeah,
23:10Keyzie:I don't like that one. It's been a bit hit and miss lately. Well, no, it hasn't. What are you talking about? Well, there was that one yesterday that was a new one. That I loved. Yes. And another new one that I hated. Oh, this one. Yum. You hated that one. I don't even know what it's saying. Apparently it's yum. Oh, okay. I don't hear that in that, but anyway. No, neither. Do you like this one? Scrumdedlyumptious. I like that one. Yeah, no, that's a really good one. What about this one?
23:43Keyzie:How many of those do we actually have? I didn't know there were so many jizz bloody stings there.
23:49Jase:I love that one. It's Jizzbot. That's your nickname, of course.
23:52Keyzie:Incidentally, make sure you jump on the Instagram and vote for what the name of Mogi's new kitten's going to be.
23:58Jase:Yeah, absolutely. We've got some great options. I'm beginning to wish one of the options was Jizz, Jizz, Jizz, Jizzbot. Well, to be honest, the rest of the options aren't that much better. Yeah, head to the Horaki Big Show's Instagram story. You can vote there. Also, keep an ear out if you hear this particular sting in the middle of a song. You call straight away on 0800 Hauraki and you instantly get a$50 re-burger voucher if you get through to us.
24:22Keyzie:Yeah, sounds good, man. In the meantime, let's get the music started with the killers. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki. Red Hot. Chilly Peppers there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. Now, fellas, I don't know if you know this, but I'm moving house.
24:41Jase:Yeah.
24:43Keyzie:And fair to say I've been living in the place I've been living in For quite some time now Fair to say 26 years? 26 years And how old are you? I'm 39 So she's been a fair old
24:57Jase:So you bought it when you were 13 Yeah They gave a mortgage to any bastard back then
25:01Keyzie:Well they did, didn't they Moe? They did You know, and I had a very successful milk run And I invested wisely, Keezy In durries In durries Now, well, you would know this, Mogi, because you've moved around a bit in your time. Is there anything more designed for annoying your partner than shifting house and packing shit up? Can I also add, I've been there for 26 years, and my four girls have lived there for 26 years, and all of my girls, apart from my youngest, who's still with us, are overseas now, so we've got all their shit as well. They've gone, oh, can we leave this with you guys? and my wife goes, yeah, fine.
25:42Keyzie:And I'm like, what? Right. What? You will also know that I've been with my lovely wife for a long time now. How long? Quite a long time, Kesey.
25:56Jase:27 years? 29 years, I think it is. Wow, it's gone up three years in the last two weeks. So you got married when you were 10.
26:04Keyzie:Yeah, I started young. and I don't know about you guys but because I've had all that experience with my wife I know when she's shitty with me and I'm wondering if you guys are cognitive or aware of when your partners are shitty with you I'll give you an example we were doing some packing last night I know my wife is shitty with me because she'll answer me with something I'll say something and she'll go yes Jason I get something similar but not exactly the same It's yes, Jason. And it's not yes, babe, not your big hunk of spunk or anything like that. It's yes, Jason. And I go, oh, okay. I need to tread very, very carefully here because she said yes, Jason.
26:52In my relationship too. It's weird when I hear my wife say my name. Yes. We never call each other by our names. It's all like babe and honey buns. Or just hey. Unco. Unko. Yeah, yeah. So to hear your full name especially.
27:09Keyzie:Oh, does she say Christopher? Not really, no. Right, okay. But in your case, Jason instead of Jace. Yes, yes, Jason. I mean, you must know when your wife's filthy with your mogie. Well, generally it's, so you've got a yes, Jason.
27:24Jase:So it's a very deliberate. She's a very calm guy. Slowing it down. She's trying to say, the way she's saying that, she's trying not to explode. Yes, Jason. Get it through your head, Jason. Yeah, you know that tone. It's unreal, isn't it? You go, oh, any male knows that. Your ears prick up. I'm in trouble here. So if we've got something that we're sort of doing, I'll say to my wife, is that all good? And she'll go, yep. High pitch, yep. Yep. That's a good one. I'm like, it's not all good though, is it? Yeah. Oh, no, no. Hang on. You're saying yes, but I know that's not what you mean. So what's the problem here?
28:05Keyzie:No. The, yep, is I no longer want to have this conversation. I don't agree, but let's just do it anyway, okay? Because that's what you want to do. Yeah, exactly.
28:16Jase:Let's do everything you want to do. You want to do. But yep, yep.
28:20Keyzie:When my mum, for example, was really pissed off with me, it would be, you listen to me, sunshine. When she said sunshine, I went, oh, okay. she's probably going through her no I won't well I
28:35Jase:look to avoid the arguments which do sort of happen a fair amount it's stressful for people around the moving time yes so you wouldn't know that because it's been 26 years that's right so 26 years of stuff you've got to move the last move that we did I did that move while my wife was overseas yes I remember I found the house I packed the house I moved the house she came back we'd already moved no arguing Yeah, nice. I got to throw out so much crap. It was a dream for me. I don't mind about moving. She doesn't like it. So to avoid the arguments, I moved entirely without her.
29:09Keyzie:In fairness to my wife, when we're packing stuff up and she'll be packing something into a box, I'll be passively aggressive and I'll say, we're keeping that, are we? Sure. You know what I mean? And she'll say, yes, Jason. Yes, Jason. Yeah, yeah. My one's pretty easy, really. It's just after you guys have said anything about my wife on the radio. is when she's pissed off. Yeah. So most days. I can't imagine what it would be, Keezy. I mean, we're always very highly flattering of your wife. She's a beautiful woman. Thank you. She is. I agree. Could you chop that off, Pugs? I've got to send it to my wife to make amends.
29:45Keyzie:But what are your partner's triggers? Text us 3483. Let us know. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki. The Verve there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday. afternoon and of course the phone lines have gone crazy fellas. They certainly have. We played the Reburger Sting in the middle of a song which means if you hear it you call straight away on 0800 Hauraki. If you get through you get a$50 Reburger voucher. Vanessa did exactly that. G'day Vanessa. Oh my gosh. Whoa. I've got a very happy car load with me. Good on you Vanessa. Good on you mate. How's the life Vanessa?
30:24Keyzie:You good? Oh we're driving north on the motorway in the pouring rain. Be careful. Yeah, be careful with that, mate. Tell me, Vanessa, what do you do for a crust?
30:33Jase:I'm a teacher. Oh, backbone.
30:36Keyzie:So you're still on holiday then?
30:38Jase:Well, no, I've been working all week, but now I've taken a couple of days off before I start.
30:42Keyzie:You're talking to the flowers now, Vanessa. You don't bullshit a bullshitter.
30:47Jase:We work very hard.
30:48Keyzie:Oh, of course, of course. Great respect. Well, Mogi and I do. Keezy bags buddy teachers off air all the time, but we won't have a bar of it tonight. Hey, Vanessa, I don't want to pry into your private life here, but do you have a partner? Yes, he's driving the car. Oh, is he?
31:06Jase:Is he one of those guys that just never lets you drive? He's got to be the one behind the wheel? He's a shock and chauvinistic bastard, isn't he? Yeah, no, I'm not allowed to drive his car.
31:19Keyzie:Hey, Vanessa, do you know the signs when he's a bit moody? when he's a bit shitty?
31:26Jase:Always.
31:26Keyzie:Oh, okay. What does he do? What sort of...
31:29Jase:He usually swears and turns a bit red.
31:31Keyzie:Oh! The Hoody J method. Yeah, right.
31:34Jase:Sort of throws bowls of cashews against the wall, that sort of thing. Yeah, absolutely.
31:39Keyzie:Yeah. Good stuff. Hey, well, I'll tell you what, Vanessa, you've just won yourself a$50 Reeburger voucher, all right? You and your lovely partner enjoy. Thank you. No worries. Thanks for listening, mate. You hold the line and old Pugsun will hook you up, all right?
31:52Jase:Awesome. Thanks so much. Have a great day. Same with you, mate. I wonder who was clapping because he was driving. Yes. She was holding the phone. That was a concern. Yeah.
32:00Keyzie:Maybe there were kids in the back. Oh, yeah. Fellas, a lot of people have been texting through on 3483 with signs that their partner is angry. What are they saying, Kesey? Oh, Mokey. Get a load of this. Basically, if she says things are, it's A-OK. Oh.
32:17Jase:So that's her saying. She starts going back to like 1980s, 1970s. That's right. That's from Chris in Hamilton. And also talking through closed teeth. So it's A-OK. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Mogi. My mother used to suck her teeth. She'd go, no, that's fine.
32:33Keyzie:Yeah, yeah. But I think actually Mogi. Sorry, isn't that what Anthony Hopkins does? Oh, yeah. But your high-pitched response is a very good one. It's the OK. Yeah. Yeah, 100%. I can tell when she's mad when her hand is attached to the knife sticking out of my chest. this one here, breathing and eating is what sets me off about my partner. Yeah. It can do. It can do for many. Yeah, and everyone has a different way of telling whether their partner's in a whore of a mood or not. Yeah. I'm so chill, I don't think, you know, that I'm ever in a whore of a mood. I reckon I could get you in a whore of a mood pretty quick if I wanted to.
33:13Also, someone texts through here that my wife gets pissed off whenever I'm listening to The Big Show. Oh, yeah. That's quite common, actually. I don't know why. Back, back. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from 4 on Radio Hauraki.
33:26Keyzie:Stone Temple Pilots here on the Radio Hauraki big show this Wednesday afternoon, but we have breaking news.
33:37This is breaking news. Fellas, it's our job as radio broadcasters to keep people abreast of the biggest news sweeping the globe. Yes. And this is the biggest thing happening in the world right now. It's called Penis Gate. Penis Gate.
33:52Keyzie:Oh, yeah. Yeah. Okay. mate. It's linked to the 2026 Winter Olympics which are happening this year. That's this year. Have you heard of ski jumping? Yes. Yes I have, yeah. So it's what Eddie the Eagle did. So you go downhill really fast, go off a big ramp and try and fly through the air for as long as possible and get the longest possible distance.
34:12Jase:You want as little drag as possible. That's right, you want as little drag as possible. Apparently when it comes to the suits that the athletes are wearing Yes. Now, I say apparently because these are allegations at the moment, but several news outlets around the world have picked up on this thing. They measure your body and give you a suit where the design of the suit is dependent on the size of your downstairs. Right. Yes. So obviously they have to make a custom suit so that it's all fair for everyone that's competing. So they want the suit to be pretty much the same for everyone, but they need them to be comfortable as well.
34:48But if you have a larger downstairs, then they have to allow for more fabric in that area. Yeah. So, athletes have been apparently injecting themselves and doing all sorts to give themselves a larger downstairs in order to get more fabric in their suits in order to fly for longer in the ski jump.
35:07Jase:What are they using to inject themselves to make themselves bigger out of interest? Come on, Mogey, don't play coy with me, mate. No, any details? Hyaluronic acid. Where do you get that from? Where do you inject it? I'm guessing into the downstairs. I'm not sure. You could probably just Google H-Y-A-L-U-R-O-N-I-C, hyaluronic acid. Oh, see.
35:30Keyzie:It's why I quit.
35:35Keyzie:What, ski jumping? Ski jumping, mate. Yeah, yeah. Like, I was naturally gifted at it, but there was way too much drag. And we tried everything, wraparounds, all sorts. Tuck unders. Yep, tuck unders. Looked like I had a hunchback. So obviously because, Jase, you, as everyone is well aware, you have a large downstairs. It's massive, yes. And so how much fabric did you have down there? Was it like you were walking along in a sleeping bag, or what was the deal? Yeah, it was pretty big. It was, they had to, yeah, there was a lot of material they had to stitch in there.
36:10Jase:It's quite weird, isn't it? Because you would think the bigger the downstairs, you know. The more fabric. The more fabric, the more drag. I don't know why they're trying to be bigger. You'd think you'd want to be smaller. is because when they jump, they've got legs apart. Yes, and they're taut. And now if you've got a big anchor hanging down the middle there, that's going to create drag keys. No, but it's like a kite. And you tip over. It's like one of those squirrel suits when you jump off a cliff, base jumping, and you fly along in a flying squirrel suit. It's like that. It's more like a rudder situation.
36:38Jase:I wouldn't have thought it would be good. No, because it's like if you picture a man with a huge, like picture a man with a huge downstairs. Got it. Okay, he's hanging there. He's naked. He's naked, fully naked. He's got no skis on. No skis. He's just fully naked. He's in bed. He's in my bed. He's in your bed. Okay, now take him out of the bed. Why? He's just got there. Yeah, good point. Okay, now picture a second man, and he's dressed like a ski jumper. No, he's in bed as well, my bed. Okay. Picture a woman. No, it doesn't work. It has to be a man. Okay.
37:11Keyzie:But can I tell you, actually, fellas, that it is important that that area is firmly contained. I remember in my first suit, and I had a horrific accident coming down the ramp there, and I was just about to launch off, and the old fella hooked up onto the ramp there, and I just went, put, twang, and whack on the underside of the ramp. Yeah. Right, so you sort of pendulum down and over. I pendulum down and up into the bottom half of the ramp. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She was a shocker. What was your nickname when you were doing this? Because there's like Eddie the Eagle. Did you have one? Jase the Pathological Lawyer.
37:51The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki.
37:56Keyzie:Lincoln Park there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday evening. The time is 10 to 6. Now, we were talking yesterday, fellas, about how Hooray Jay is blown out over the summer holidays. If you want to know what my naked body looks like, go and check out our Instagram page at the moment. Old Pug Sons put a picture up there. It's a pretty accurate description of how I'm looking at the moment.
38:20Jase:Well, you know, not to spoil the outcome there, but it's got you looking like E.T.
38:24Keyzie:Yes, and that's not inaccurate.
38:26Jase:That's because you're overeating, aren't you? Yes, I am.
38:29Keyzie:E.T. And it's not just that. Oh, God. The amount of phlegm in there from all the cheese he's been eating? I'm not just overeating, Mogi. I'm eating crap. Yes. You know what I'm saying? We've got to change his name to E80. So you got in touch because, you know, you're very good with these sorts of things, Mogi, with diets and things. And you sent me through a program for my sort of get in shape. I did. I started it this morning. How'd you go? Yeah, good, man. Six eggs on rye bread. Hang on. Are you trying to lose weight? Well, no, I'm trying to eat the right foods and get the right proteins. Are you bulking?
39:09Keyzie:I'm bulking, yeah. Because what's happening at the moment is I've sort of expanded out and the flesh around my muscle is sagging.
39:18Jase:Yes. Your skin. Yeah, my skin.
39:20Keyzie:So I need to bulk out. Right. Like at the moment I've got man buzzies. At the moment, yeah. Yeah, yeah. What I'm wanting is for them to be sculptured. Yes. And there's just sacks of sort of skin hanging off me. I need to push that and fill that skin out.
39:34Jase:Your skin's been affected by gravity for too many years. Yes. You've been here too long.
39:39Keyzie:Exactly. It's time to go. So six eggs on rye bread, two heavy desiccated chicken breasts. Yes. As prescribed by Mogi there. 14 florets of raw broccoli. Yum. I was farting like a horse today. Were you? Yeah, bloody hell I was. Right, and this is all breakfast. This is all breakfast. A protein shake. Yeah. A small bowl of raw nuts. That didn't help the wind situation, I can tell you. All the protein shake. Two packets of raisins.
40:12Jase:That's a treat, Keezy.
40:13Keyzie:That's just a little treat. A little sweet. It's a sweet treat. Two bottles of Nippy's iced coffee. That's part of the diet, is it? Well, that's what Mogi said. That's a treat as well. Yeah, and two bags of cheese balls. Okay, so, and you sent this through, Mogi. Oh, and six sucks on my vape.
40:31Jase:Yeah. And that's part of the diet. Yeah, and that's part of the diet as well. It's a reward system. If it's too hard, I know Jase isn't going to do it. Yeah, fair enough. Thank you. So over a period of time, we'll slowly reduce the chicken. We'll slowly reduce the protein shake, the nuts. The eggs. We'll slowly reduce the eggs and the rye, and we'll just increase the nippies, the vape, the cheese balls.
40:56Keyzie:So sorry, I missed out a full block of Whittaker's nut and raisin chocolate. Yeah, man, that's good eating. Right. Have you noticed the difference? I'm feeling better already, man. I mean, surely you can tell.
41:08Jase:You have to go to the gym as well. You have to do some exercise. What do you mean? Well, you're going to have to turn all of those calories, you're going to have to turn that into muscle. Yeah. All that protein, et cetera, et cetera. I know you've just quit from the gym. you worked out after 12 months that when you quit a gym membership you don't call the manager of your bank you call the gym but at least now you know when you want to start your membership you call the gym not the manager of your bank so you need to start that up tomorrow so you need to call the manager of your bank so call the manager of my bank and ask them to sign you up to a gym
41:46Keyzie:ok so they'll do that for me well I'll set up like an automatic payment or something if you look up bank manager That's what it says under the job description. Oh, okay. And also, well, I need you to send me through a little workout thing too, Moggy. Walk, idiot. Walk. The Hives. The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki. The Hives there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time, 5.57. That's right, Jason. Clear your throat now, man. Coming up after six o 'clock, if you'd like to win a$50 Reburger voucher, then text us right now, 3483. What are you having for dinner?
42:22Yes. Because it's what's on the dinner with me, Keezy, after six.
42:26Keyzie:Is that the first one of the year? I believe we did one at the live show on Friday at the Mount. Oh, we did. Yes, yes. Yeah, good call, good call. But what's for tea? Text us 3483 and you can get yourself a$50 re-burger voucher.
42:41The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Hauraki.
42:47Keyzie:Welcome back, you massive backbones. Hope your Wednesday's going along very nicely. You're listening to The Big Show, brought to you by Reburg Year. Serving good times and good food. Dine in or take away Reburg Year today. Yum. Yeah, great stuff. Great stuff. Yum. So you like that sting or do you hate it like the other ones? That's fine, man. It'll do. Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, it's all good. I might actually get some Reburger on the way home. Why? Don't bring back the pretending you're getting Reburger for dinner thing. I don't know why you guys think I'm pretending about it. Why would I pretend?
43:22Where are you going to go? Grey Lynn. The Grey Lynn store? Yeah, yeah. Have you guys used your Reburger vouchers? I've forgotten what the code is. It's pretty easy. Yeah, I'll tell you off here what it is. Okay, cool. Yeah, yeah.
43:33Jase:I thought I knew what it was, but then I was like, is it this or that? I'm pretty sure. I'm sure of one part of it, but then, you know. So, okay, actually, stuff. I'm going to tell you on here. You go up to the counter. Yeah. And you look them in the eye and you say, and you place your order, no more than$50. Yeah. Vouchers for$50. And you literally just say, I've got a code word for that, and then they go, oh, what's that? And then you just say, jizz. Sweet. It's jizz. So jizz is cat. Jizz, yeah.
44:02Keyzie:I actually know what my password is, but I just don't use it. To be honest. I don't want to rip the people off at Reburgring. Man, they do a great job. We're not ripping it off, man. We're plugging the arse off at Reburgring. I'm not trying to get free stuff. That's not what I'm about, Keezy. Yeah, bullshit, it's not. How would you guys feel if you found out that I, maybe down in Christchurch, had used one of your names to get free Reburger? I'm fine with that. One of your passwords. I'm all good, man.
44:26Jase:I'm fine with that. I know you're doing it tough at the moment, Keezy. Okay. I'm totally fine with that, brother. Who did you use? Mogies. I went down there and said Jizz. Yeah. And then they gave me a free burger. Oh, how good. Yeah, yeah. Oh, crap. I suppose now the audience will know as well. Oh, they're all going to be going in there. Insane Jizz. Don't do that.
44:44Keyzie:They'll love that, Keezy. How good. By the way, coming up next, what's on the dinner with me, Keezy? Feel free to text 3483, tell us what you're having for dinner, and you can win a$50 Reebok voucher. Here's Collective Soul. The Hauraki Big Show, weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki. Pluto there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday night, but right now it's time for... Hey, guys, text here from Steve. What's on the tea with me, dinner?
45:15Jase:I start my life pretty early there. It's like I knew it was coming. It was weird, wasn't it? It was. Can you play that again, man? From the start. I was actually going to suggest, I think we need to put it back to how it normally is, but here we go. Oh, yeah. Hey, guys. Text here from Steve.
45:28Keyzie:What's on the tee with me? Dinner. Yeah, he's shortened. No, he's cut it all up. He's shortened that. He's done some editing magic on that. I was going to say. Do you guys think we should put it back to the standard one? I love it.
45:39Jase:Yes, I do. Because it'll make no sense to our listeners. That's what I like about it. It doesn't make any – that's what I don't like about it, is that it's something that happened like three months ago. What's on the tea with me dinner? Look, it's a natural evolution. I think, if anything, we have to redo this thing properly with you voicing it. Yeah, I think so. Because this is your segment, and I do feel – and this is nothing against you, Jase. You've slightly hijacked it with that genius name change. I agree. It just needs you to revoice it, Kesey.
46:07Keyzie:We'll do that tomorrow, Kesey. I mean, is it my segment? It just feels like if it was my segment. 100 % your segment. On the window. Basically how it works is people text through on 3483 what they're having for tea. Oh, yeah. And then we read it out.
46:22Jase:That's right. G'day, guys. Peter here. Peter Plumley Walker. Hot. Peter Plumley. Is that hot? Is that what you've got to offer?
46:30Keyzie:That way he was a good-looking fella. Don't you usually? Okay. G'day, guys. Peter here. Peter who? Plumley Walker. three Rothmans and a Diet Coke. Rothies. That's a proper dinner right there. Oh, well, no, actually. Just have a proper Coke, not a Diet Coke. What's wrong with a Diet Coke? If you want a Diet Coke, it's fine. I'd rather it was something like a V or a Live or a Red Bull, to be honest. A what? A Live? Yeah, it's an energy drink. Oh, right, okay. G'day there, fellas. Hi. Zoe here. Oh, Zoe Ball.
47:08Jase:Kiwi stunt woman there.
47:09Keyzie:What was that? Zoe Hobbs. That South African runner? Zoe. Oh, Oscar Pistorius. Zoe Meller or something?
47:18Jase:Yeah, I remember. I remember, but I can't remember. I mean, I've given two options. Keezy's given one. She used to run in bare feet. Oh. Oscar Pistorius. Oh, yes. No, he had. Yeah, he used to run in bare feet, didn't he? No, not bare feet. Oh. He had no feet.
47:42It's Zoe Ball
47:46Keyzie:It's Zoe Ball Zoe Ball, okay It's Zoe Ball, Mogi What's she having? G'day fellas Just picked up a beef pecan A beef pecan A rump cap From Westmere Butchery Which is apparently a really good butchery I don't know what that shit is, what's that?
48:07Jase:I've never heard of that. Can you spell that for me, Keezy? Picanha. P-I-C-A-N-H-A. Oh. Yeah. That sounds good. Never heard of it. I mean, it doesn't sound good. It sounds interesting.
48:21Keyzie:It sounds chewy to me. Does it? Yeah, it sounds like a cheap off cut. G'day there, feels. Pete here. Sampras. Damn it. I literally did Pete just before. Peter Plumley Walker, remember? Yeah, you did. You've already forgotten. I love this segment. It is so good. It's cohesive. Is it him again? No, it's not. It's Pete Sampras. Oh, right.
48:54G'day, Phil. Mac and cheese. Wow. Yum. I missed. My mum's mac and cheese rules.
48:59Keyzie:I made that a couple of nights ago, actually. Well, my mum's macaroni. I don't think so, brother. Actually, it was. She sent me the recipe. Here we go. It was rubbery. No, it was a bit dry. It was a bit dry, yeah. One more. G'day, guys. Oscar here. Wild. The Grouch. Yeah, Oscar Wild. Oscar Wild. Noodles. Ba-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. There's nothing funny about noodles. Why is that funny? The Hauraki Big Show. Weekdays from four on Radio Hauraki. Yes, indeed. Green Day there on the Radio Hauraki Big Show this Wednesday. evening. Now fellas, Magic Round is back again this year and by God, we'll be back again this year.
49:43Certainly will, Jase. Unsure how it's going to look for us yet. We've got a few irons in the fire, let's just say that, but we will be there once again.
49:51Keyzie:Hodaki will be there. Hodaki's going to be all over it. Yeah, totally, man. If you don't know what Magic Round it is, is every single team in the NRL, except for one, playing head to head all games at Suncorp Stadium Brisbane over three amazing days. It's the 15th to the 17th of May, 2026 and if you are keen to tag along with us head to boystrip.co.nz book your packages there they include flights, accommodation transfers and tickets to all the games and you'll be sitting in the same areas as we are and you'll be at the same functions as we're at bloody good hey fellas just on that front obviously the NRL starting up again soon I haven't heard much chatter from you fellas about the Warriors how are they shaping up have we got some amazing buys going on?
50:34Keyzie:What's the team looking like?
50:35Jase:Well, Kesey will be able to remember people's names better than I, only because there are people that have come from other teams, in which case I don't know who they are. Yes. So we've had one fella arrive from the Titans who's fast. Alofiana Camp Pereira. We thought we'd get someone who could run fast. Winger? Oh my god, yeah, Winger. Yes. Probably the fastest guy in the NRL. There's a few names around that sort of gets thrown around about. It does. But I'd say he's probably the fastest. Okay. He's pretty quick. shocker on defence, which is good. Terrible. But we've already got one of those guys.
51:07Jase:Yes. Well, but we've already got people who are shocking on defence on the wing. Might as well be fast. Yeah, so we might as well. And the thing about his name is AKP, they call him, Camperera is, yes, he's bad on defence, but you put a kick through, he will get it and he will score a try. He scores pretty much every game that he plays for the Titans. Yeah, outside of that, I can't remember, there's been, we've picked somebody up from the UK who apparently is a bit of a weapon. He might be a back rower there, Keezer. You'll know better than I. Yeah, to be honest, I've been zero dark on the Waz.
51:38I'm about to fire up again.
51:39Jase:But there hasn't been a lot of news come through. No, it's been quiet actually, which is a shame. Although big news I saw today, Angus Crichton, who's a huge name in the NRL. You might not have heard of him because he plays for Aussie teams. He plays for the Roosters at the moment. He is signed to play for the Wallabies for the next Rugby World Cup on a one-year deal. Yes. Jeez. And he's an amazing back rower, one of the best in the NRL. and he's going over to the Wallabies. And usually when NRL stars go to Rugby Union, I'm a bit like, no. But to be honest, I just want the Wallabies to be better.
52:09So if it means that the Wallabies are more competitive come Rugby World Cup time, I think that's awesome.
52:15Keyzie:I just want the All Blacks to be better.
52:18Jase:I have heard a little bit of a whisper, actually, that Charlie Gubb is going to be back with the Waz.
52:24Keyzie:Oh, I was just about to say, and I'm looking forward to chatting to Gubbie again, the backbone. Yeah, we'll have to fire up the old line there again, see what he's been up to, see what old bloody Porter, what is it, Porter King? Porter King, baby. Down in Wellington. Yeah, but Boys Trip. Oh, yeah, sorry, we're plugging Boys Trip, not Porter King. BoysTrip.co.nz. If you want to come with us to Magic Round, get in there now, guarantee your spot, and, yes, we will be giving away a couple of tickets and flights, et cetera, for a couple of backbones later in the year, but guarantee it by going to BoysTrip.co.nz.
52:52Beautiful. The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike, and Kesey. Tune in weekdays at four on Radio Holackey.
53:06Keyzie:Well, there you go, you mad bastards. That's the big show done and dusted this Wednesday night. In the podcast outro today, we got into weird dreams and all sorts of stuff. But what's the clip, Keezy? It's funny you mention that, Jase. Today's clip is called Nightmare. And I woke up and I was like, oh. Yeah. So I went into the bathroom and sucked in my vape for a little while. And then I did wheeze sitting down and I couldn't hold back a fart and I know my wife heard it. That's good. What a catch. I'm such a catch, eh? But also if you want people to listen to a podcast, that's the kind of clip you want to play.
53:47Yeah, totally. Because it leaves them wanting more and definitely not way less.
53:53Jase:Hey, Moggy, what are you up to, mate? This evening I'm going over to the Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna. In this way, though? Takapuna. And I'm going to go and see Stuart Copeland, who's a drummer from The Police, and he's going to either fascinate me with tales of rock and roll from days long ago, or it's going to be dull. We'll find out which one. But I'm looking forward to that. I like rock and roll stories. He's a hell of a drummer. I like him as a drummer, and I'm sure he'll have some good yarns as well. Great stuff, mate. I think he liked getting on the hammer a bit, Whereas I think the sting yarns would be pretty dull.
54:26Jase:Yeah, pretty tame.
54:27Keyzie:Yeah. Kesey, what's for tea tonight, mate? Tonight we're making Mexican burrito bowls, which I'm excited about. And then my wife and I are going to be watching our new sitcom, which we're enjoying. Yes. British sitcom. I'll talk about it at some stage. And then she'll go to bed early. Then I'm going to go online and play Ark Raiders. Nice, dude. With my friends. Yes. Yeah, yeah. Feel free to jump on at some point. Let us know how you go. Yeah, yeah. No, I'll jump on. What time are you thinking? Nine. Okay, sweet. I'll be in bed by then. Have you got a PS5? Have I? Have you? Have I? What are you doing tonight, Jase?
55:03Keyzie:Eating, packing. Playing Arctic. Monkeys. Cave. Arctic Cave? What? It's called Ark Raiders, you idiot. Oh, yeah, no. Arctic Cave. I just saw that the Arctic Monkeys are coming up after seven. so it's just a bit thrown off there. Good on you. Make sure you check out the Instagram. Make sure you check out the podcast till tomorrow. See you later. Bye.
