0:32I can't wait to see you there. What if I told you you could double your revenue this year? Yeah, like being very honest. This is a very special episode of the Jasmine Star Show. It is a replay of a live event. And this is going to be for you if you've ever, number one, thought that you would like to create and sell an online offer based on your knowledge and have people buy it on the internet. It's also for you if you've tried it in the past and you're like, this hasn't really worked out the way that I expected. There's got to be a different or a better or an easier way. And lastly, this is also for you if you have a thriving business and you're looking about adding more ways to sell your digital offer online.

1:11The best thing about this live event was that you actually don't need a large or massive following. And I get to walk you through my exact plan that I have used for the last 10 years to create over$23 million in revenue. Buckle up. Let's go. We're about to have a really good time. We are here and we're going to talk about the secret to making lots of money online with digital offers. So here is my promise to you here today. By the end of this live event, you're going to have a clear step-by-step plan to make money from a digital offer. Because maybe you feel excited to make some real money from a digital offer, but you're not sure exactly how.

1:52Because maybe you don't know what to offer. Maybe you don't have a website. Maybe you don't have a big social media following. you haven't gone viral. Maybe tech overwhelms you. Or maybe you're like Janelle. Janelle's a business coach. And she just couldn't see sales that she wanted. And she felt frustrated that she couldn't figure out what she might be doing wrong or if it was her offer. Have you ever felt like that? Maybe you felt like Heather, a yarn retailer. And she had a lot of uncertainty whether she was taking the right steps in her strategy for sales. So there's Janelle who's frustrated.

2:25You have Heather wondering, am I doing things right way, wrong way? Maybe you feel like Brenda. She's a leadership mentor and she felt like she was selling her program by throwing together, okay, whatever's absolutely necessary. And then she felt like she was doing it haphazardly with minimal strategy. I'm here to tell you that I have felt like Janelle and Heather and Brenda. But before I can actually explain why I felt that way, I should probably start with the origin story of what actually gave me the crazy idea that maybe possibly I could do something like this. I am a first-generation Latina.

2:57I am the first-generation college graduate, and I earned a full-ride scholarship to UCLA Law School. Now, when I was there, I realized that I wasn't happy. I didn't even want to be a lawyer, but I just thought, well, this is what I do. I worked very hard to be here, so this is what life is going to be. This is the straight and narrow path. And then during my first year, I got some pretty tragic news that my mom had a relapse with brain cancer. And it was during this time of being wildly unhappy in law school, wondering what I was actually doing with my life. And it was New Year's Eve and my dad and his five children went to USC Norris Hospital and we walked into the IC unit.

3:39My mom had had brain surgery and we weren't supposed to be up there, but the nurses, because it was New Year's Eve, said that we would be able to go and visit her. And as we sat around my mom's bed and we talked to her about the things and the life adventures and misadventures, she actually didn't spend a lot of time talking about the things that she had done. She spent a lot of time talking about the things that she hadn't done yet. My mom wanted to visit Austria and she had never been. My mom wanted to fly first class for the first time in her life and she had never had the opportunity to do that.

4:13She wanted to write a children's book and she never had the opportunity to do that. She was 50 years old and I was 25. And I thought to myself, if I get to the end of my life, if I have 25 years left in my life to live, do I want to die a lawyer? Or do I want to take a chance to see if I can do something and build something, even if it doesn't make sense? So I had just gotten married and my husband had said, okay, but if you want to leave law school, what do you want to do? And I said, I want to be a photographer. And then he replied, but you don't even have a camera. And I said, I know, but if I had a camera, I think things would really change for me.

4:55I think I could actually make it work. And so that Christmas, he gifted me a very simple camera from Best Buy. And I just started shooting. I told myself, if I leave law school, can I just take a risk? And even if it fails, and even if it all goes away and I can't be successful and I go back to law school and I end up a lawyer, at least at the end of my life, I will say I tried. And so then in 2007, I started documenting my journey as a photographer. I didn't have a website, I had a blog. And so I just started explaining the classes that I was taking or who I was shooting with. And I started just writing about my journey and sharing my photos on a blog.

5:36And then soon enough, my business really took off. And a lot of people were really confused. Like, how is this person who barely had a camera, who doesn't have any experience and doesn't have any connections and she doesn't have any money and she's kind of really not that talented. How is she doing this? So I took to my blog and I started telling people how I was being booked for international weddings and how in my first year of business, I made a hundred thousand dollars as a wedding photographer. And people were really confused. Like, how are you doing that? So I started sharing this information and they said, Jasmine, but how are you booking your clients online?

6:07And so I would write articles. Well, I'm booking my clients online through email. And people had said, but Jasmine, how are you booking them on email? And so I took a step back and I said, people are asking me really simple questions like how? I wonder if I were to take my emails and I put them into a template, right? So I went to a Google Doc and I typed out all of my emails. There was about like 20 emails. And I put in all of those emails and I left blank spots for whether they would, you know, fill them in. And I saved it as a PDF. And I said, I wonder if anybody would buy these email templates of how I'm booking my clients online.

6:41I sold my first digital offer for$19.99. These were email templates for photographers, and I made over$100 ,000 in one year. And I'm telling you, that blew my mind. I didn't think it was possible, but I started scrappy and realized it was possible. So I want to pause here real quick and ask you, what do you think is impossible? And then I want to ask you, are you going to be scrappy enough to try something to see what will come on the back end of that? Because once I saw that I actually, from a blog post, could make money, I said, okay, let me take my blog and let me add a button and I'm going to put a store here and let me see if I can add other digital items.

7:31And I'm talking to you guys. It was so simple. I was putting out videos for$2.99. Like, this is a shooting tutorial of me shooting. Now, I have to tell you, I struggled because I worried, what are people going to think? Or what are the people going to say? And I was charging$2.99 because I didn't know if what I was sharing was valuable. And I'm here to tell you that it was on the back of those very simple things that I realized, I think I might be called for more. I thought to myself, if I can make$100 ,000 in a year from putting in digital products, I wonder if I can create a system that would amplify my sales.

8:14Could I automate these sales? Did I have to be the person to do every single step of the way, or could I automate some of it? So I started asking these questions, and then I started asking myself, wait a minute, could I make online revenue repeatable? Could it be a machine that is working behind the scenes? Could I ever in my wildest dreams believe that what I had could scale up to seven figures? This is crazy talk. My dad with a family of five children and a wife would work three or four jobs at a time and he wouldn't even make$30 ,000 in a year. So here I am asking myself, can I make seven figures?

8:53Could I do that without being overwhelmed? Could I do that without being burnt out? these were the questions I was asking myself. And then I had a realization that when I created a system, not just for selling my online offerings, but launching them, I went from six figures to seven figures. Now, hold on. You said, Jasmine, you went from selling to launching. What is launching? I'm so happy you asked. So a launch. Now, a launch is a marketing word for selling with a specific sales strategy during a defined period of time. That's all a launch is. A launch is selling with a specific strategy during a specific amount of time.

9:33Cool. So a launch is made up of two parts, your irresistible offer and your repeatable revenue plan. The minute I said I am going to launch my digital offerings, I'm going to need to make sure I have an irresistible offer and I have a repeatable revenue plan. So you are in the right place. If you are looking for a step-by-step launch plan, you have this idea, maybe kind of, sort of for this digital offer, but you're overwhelmed with all the advice out there. You feel confused and you're like, hey, Jasmine, just give me a clear, simple plan to follow. I don't want to overthink it. I just want to do it.

10:07Great. Welcome. And you're here for clarity. Whether the offer you have isn't at selling as much as you would want, or maybe you're like, I don't know what to offer. You actually came here because you said, I want to know what works and I want to work smarter, not harder. Here is the truth. Anybody can launch and make money online with just two things, an irresistible offer and a clear step-by-step plan on how to sell it. So if you came here and you're like, Jasmine, I sold$5 ,000 in a course launch. Great. How about I tell you with this system, let's make it$10 ,000 next time. What if you, like me, said, what can I do that's maybe bigger?

10:45Maybe last time you had a membership that brought in 15 people. Why don't I say, hey, let's do this, but bigger. Let's make it 30. What if you had a system that was automated that empowered you to step into the next version of yourself? In your last Black Friday sale, did you make$25 ,000? Good job. I'm looking at you and I'm cheering you on, but let's push it. Let's get it to 50. Now, if you're here and you're like, whoa, I don't even have an offer and you're just getting started, good. Let us save you time, energy, and stress because we are about to blow your dang mind. I'm going to show you how to create an irresistible offer.

11:21And I'm going to show you how we run our revenue, our repeatable revenue plan. Why? Because I want you building a life and a business that you love. Okay, now let's go back to the story, right? Remember, I left the story in 2015, end of 2014, early 2015. What I sold online was on a website with a simple copy and link to buy, right? Click on this link and buy it. But it kept me on a treadmill. I had to keep on sending people back there with my own efforts. I didn't have a system. Now, when I learned how not just to sell, but to launch, remember, a launch is selling with a specific strategy during a defined period of time.

12:04When I launched, boom, that's when things took off. So I decided to say, okay, I know that I can sell a$19 product. I know I can sell a$2.99 product. So I said, I'm going to try a course. I launched my very first course called Insta 180. It's an Instagram for business course for$197. But this time I focused on building a system. I had proven we can sell something online. Now I needed to prove, can we systematize it? So I challenged myself and I launched the course in two months. The course and the launch in two months. So we opened the doors to my very first course, Insta 180, And a week later, we made$255 ,000.

12:51And I say that to you because yet again, what I thought was impossible and what I thought was just this crazy idea. And even though I actually kind of sort of didn't believe, I still tried it scrappy. And I am here to tell you that that course changed my life. Because I created this system, I was able to launch it throughout the year. I continued launching Insta 180, and I made over a million dollars in 12 months. Now, I will tell you, I couldn't even dream that big. And that was just the beginning. So how did we create this launch? Remember, the launch is made up of two parts. I designed my offer to be irresistible and I created a clear step-by-step plan to sell it.

13:45In the past 10 years, I started that in 2015, 2016. In the last 10 years, I have sold a digital offer 29 times and I have earned over$23 million in launch revenue. The repeatable revenue plan contains everything I know about making sales. So I've used it for years and I've taught it to hundreds of business owners like Jira. Jira is a social media educator and she used the repeatable revenue plan and made six figures on her very first launch for her video editing course. She said, Jasmine, I followed it to a T and now I get to use it again. So Tomi, a spiritual life coach, she used it to make$40 ,000 in a single week and$200 ,000 in a year.

14:29Bella, Bella is a casting director, and she used the repeatable revenue plan to double her amount of$297 tickets that she normally sells to a live event. She used this plan to sell tickets to a live event. She came in with a strategy and said, I can repeat this. So you do not need special skills or a massive audience to launch and make money online. What do you need? You need an irresistible offer and you need a repeatable revenue plan. So if you are ready to learn how to do this, Let's get this party started. So what is an irresistible offer? Remember, if you want somebody buying, they have to look at it and say, ooh, that's the thing that I need.

15:09So an irresistible offer is an offer created from knowledge you already have that people want. I had the knowledge of how to book clients via email. That is what other photographers wanted. I had the knowledge of how to use Instagram for my business. that wasn't the information that people wanted. Now, you don't have to be an expert. You don't have to know all the things to sell a digital offer or create an irresistible offer. You simply need to know more than your future customer. So you don't need to be Joanna Gaines to teach someone how to style their home. You don't need to be a coach on The Biggest Loser to help somebody lose weight.

15:49You don't need a degree from Le Cordon Bleu to teach somebody how to cook. You just need to know more than the person who's going to buy from you. So an irresistible offer, it can provide a comprehensive look. It can be really wide, like everything you need to know to start an organic garden. Or it could be very deep, a deep dive on a single subtopic, like how to get your four-month-old to actually sleep. Now, an irresistible offer can look like a PDF or an e-book. It could be a course. It could be a membership. It could be a coaching program. It could be a service. I have tried the repeatable revenue plan along with this irresistible offer with all of these style of offerings.

16:30But now I want to get your mind thinking in new and different ways. So you can have a PDF or an ebook with the key styling principles to use when you're redecorating your home. Maybe you want to have a membership and you want to help working moms balance the needs of their family, their jobs, and themselves. Or maybe you want to coach. Maybe you have a coaching program to help men over 40 lose weight and balance their testosterone. Well, maybe you who said, Jasmine, I think I have a course. There's a course in me and I want to create a course on how to meal prep an entire week of paleo meals in less than two hours.

17:01Maybe you have a service, like maybe you're a wedding photographer for elopements or house cleaning for apartments in Miami. All of these things can be an irresistible offer. But what makes an offer irresistible? Well, an irresistible offer, it solves a key problem or it meets a desire of your ideal client. I want you to think about what is something that somebody is struggling with? What is something they want? An irresistible offer, well, it's a no-brainer for that ideal client because, wow, it's exactly what they were looking for. There were photographers looking for email templates and said, I can't believe this.

17:40Of course, I'll pay$19.99. An irresistible offer makes your ideal client excited to pay you and say, you want to know what? I have to tell my friends about you because this was so awesome. That's how you know you have an irresistible offer. So there's a three-part framework to creating your irresistible offer because at the end of this class, I want you to know what it is that's going to make your offer irresistible so you can use the repeatable revenue plan to sell it. All right. How to create an irresistible offer. Part one, know your ideal client's deepest desires and pain points. Like literally, what is keeping them up at night?

18:19What do they want relief from? Because I say this and I don't want to rush past it because most people know it's really important that I know what people struggle with, but very few people actually do it. If you're struggling to sell your offer, I'm going to beg you to say, does it meet a desire? Does it solve a problem? If it doesn't need a desire, and if it doesn't solve a problem, they're going to have a hard time selling it online. Because the people who understand how to get over problems, how to relieve pain, those are the people who get results. Successful seven, eight, nine-figure business owners obsess over knowing, hey, what is our ideal client's desires?

19:03What is the thing that they want? What's keeping them up late at night? Because I need us to be real. Figuring out your ideal client's deepest desires and pain points, it takes time. And oftentimes what happens is we get so excited with this idea. They're like, and we say, people are going to love this idea. I'm going to put it out there and people are just going to eat it up. And then they don't. And then you wonder why. First things first, the secret to making it irresistible is actually knowing, did it solve a problem? Did it give them a solution? Did it relieve any of their pain? So I want to make this as easy as possible for you.

19:35I've developed a prompt that you can use with ChatGPT so you can get crystal clear on the problems you solve. Why? I want you creating an irresistible offer. Now, don't worry about copying this. I'm going to send this to you via email. I want you to sit. I want you to watch. I want you to think about what we're prompting to get us these answers. So you're going to put this prompt into ChatGPT. You're an expert copywriter. I am what you do, and I sell what you sell. I need help getting really clear on the deepest desires and struggles of my ideal client. Can you build out an entire bio of an ideal client for me?

20:09Give me their name, where they live, their age, and where they hang out online. Please list their top 10 deepest desires related to what it is you sell and their top 10 pain points. Give me examples of 15 statements that would truly resonate with them that I can use in my marketing copy for my offer. What ChatGPT is, is a thought partner with you. You get to develop those pain points so you could speak to them clearly. Yes, and you're welcome. Now let's get into part two of how to create your irresistible offer. Focus on one clear transformation that your ideal client can easily picture. What is it that they want?

20:50Because your offer should promise a straightforward transformation. Like what are they struggling with? What do they desire? Think Think about that and then paint out what's the result that they want. You have to know their struggle and the result. Because if you can speak to the result, what it is they want, and you speak clearly to their pain points, oh man, hook, line, and sinker, they're ready because they can see the future of how your offer helps them achieve that. Now, I have to be very clear, your transformation, it does not have to be profound. But it has to be easy to understand. because the minute that somebody can see it in their mind, everything changes.

21:31So let's go through a few easy-to-understand transformations. Let's say you want to sell an e-book on pantry organization. You'll go from frustrating searches to an organized space that saves you time, reduced waste, and makes cooking more enjoyable. Oh, transformation. You went from the struggle, frustrating searches, to the desire, making cooking more enjoyable and saving time. Okay, now let's go through another easy-to-understand transformation. Maybe you're selling a group coaching program to lose weight. Cool. How do we easily show the transformation? You'll go from feeling stuck and discouraged about your weight to dropping 10 pounds in a pant size in 60 days.

22:13Ooh, easy to understand. People buy what they can easily see in their minds. I want you to ask yourself, if you have a digital offer, can they easily see the transformation? Do they know exactly what it is that they're getting? Do they understand it implicitly? Because you want to keep the transformation easy to understand. So I'm going to give you another chat GPT prompt that I'm going to email to you. So now let's sit in this one. You are an expert copywriter. I sell what it is you sell, of course, an ebook, to help. And then how does your offer help? How does it meet a desire? After completing my horse coaching program PDF, they will, what will happen?

22:54What's the result? What did they want? What did they get? I need help coming up with a strong, clear transformation sentence for this offer that helps them see this is just the offer they need. Can you write 10 very clear, catchy sentences for me to choose from? They should be in this format. You'll go from feeling to feeling. Ooh, do you see what we just did there? Chat to PT is a thought partner and a writing partner for you to get crystal clear on that transformation so that when you are talking about your offer and selling your offer, people say, oh, I get it, I am ready to buy. Now, the last part of an irresistible offer is to create urgency and limited time bonuses with discounts.

23:37So we know that urgency makes people act. We see this all the time online. Why? Because it works. Like look at here in a very simple checkout page. Oh, the offer ends tonight. free shipping with your order. Oh, the price is discounted, large red letters. Oh, 417 people have it in their bag. You don't want to not get the pants that you want in your size. Urgency makes somebody say, I want it versus I want it now. So how do you create urgency when you have a digital offer when it's around all the time, right? Well, you can create a limited time bonus. You can create an extra digital training. You can offer a free one-on-one call.

24:17You can offer an exclusive resource. Maybe you have an expiring discount code that somebody has to buy before a certain time so that you're incentivizing, oh, I want to save some money. I'm going to sign up right about now. Another way to create urgency is perhaps early bird pricing for the first group of people who buy. Maybe for the first 10 students who sign up for the coaching program. For the first 100 people who sign up for your subscription service. Now, another way to create urgency is closing the doors or making it unavailable after another time. This means you're asking people, are you in or are you out?

24:52That right there is a very clean way to make somebody make a decision. Now, I want to know, because we're going to be moving into Q &A, which is my favorite part because I get to hear and listen from you and workshop your ideas, but I want to know where are you at right now? A, I haven't created an offer yet, or B, I have an offer, but I need to make it irresistible. This helps us help guide the conversation. And part of the reason why I'm asking this is because I want to come very real here. Because I think that when we talk about creating an irresistible offer, I'm an excitable person. I get so excited that you have the capacity to change your life with a digital offer.

25:29And sometimes people are like, Amps, I can do this. Here I go. I'm going to do this. And I'm going to say, you can. But there is the second part, remember? Because a launch is made up of two parts. We just talked about the irresistible offer and you're like, oh, Jasmine, I think I can do this. There's something in me. I'm not sure I'm being called. I got you. But we also have to tether that to the repeatable revenue plan. Because without a repeatable revenue plan, you're going to struggle to get sales, even if you have a really great offer. So when I first started selling digital offers online, I kind of felt like I was on a rat race, right?

26:07I had to set up a website and an online storefront and I had to create and post so I can reach a new audience. I had to write blog posts and information on my website. I had to participate in vendor fairs or go to conferences so that people could understand what it is I sold. Maybe I should boost a post. Should I try Facebook ads? Should I try Google strategies? Is there SEO? How do I optimize results? Should I start an email list? Should I get freebies to opt in so I get in front of more people? And it felt like that was the old way of doing things until I realized, could I create a system? Could I create a repeatable revenue plan?

26:44Could I create a short training offering three or four valuable things? Hey, this is what I know and I want to get to know you. Could I use a simple promotional sequence that leads into a training, like an opportunity for us to get to know each other? Could I use this training to point customers to a customized sales page that lets them know that I see them, I understand them, I speak to their pressure points, I show them a future that looks different? Could I use high-conversion email and automation templates to convert those people into sales? And the answer was yes. The repeatable revenue plan works for all digital offers.

27:21It doesn't matter the type of your offer, the price point of your offer, the size of your following. People say, oh, I need to go viral. Oh, I don't have hundreds of thousands of followers. And I'm here to tell you, I have coached people with hundreds of thousands of followers, millions of followers, and they don't have a revenue stream. And I have coached people with hundreds of followers, but it is a small group of people who want to know what it is they know and people will pay them for that. I do not think you need to be popular to be profitable. In fact, I see a lot of popular people who run no profits.

27:51That's not what I'm talking about. And even if you're not tech savvy, this works. And I'm telling you, this is exactly what I used to make$255 ,000 in one week from a$197 course. And it is exactly what I have used to make over$23 million in the last decade. Yes, this is something I still use today. The repeatable revenue plan is the secret to making lots of money from your irresistible offer. Because you set it up once and then you repeat it for consistent sales. This was the thing I was missing. It was how do I work smarter and not harder? How do I build it once and put people in and build conversations and build trust and people get to know me and then they find the offer?

28:35That was what I wanted. And so I started teaching other people and they've used it to sell a book on leadership, a membership for luxury travel advisors, a coaching program for yoga teachers, a course for making money with Pinterest as a stay-at-home mom, a certification program for private jet flight attendants. one-on-one photography sessions, and hundreds of other ideas. It is so exciting to see digital offers launched with an irresistible offer and a repeatable revenue plan. Jodi said that she had a five-figure launch using this plan with conversions that blew her other launches out of the water.

29:16The repeatable revenue plan takes place over three weeks. During weeks one and two, you're going to focus on warming up your audience and building your leads. Now, people say, Jasmine, I don't have an audience. I know. I did not have an audience on social media when I first started. And when I made my very first course offer, I didn't have hundreds of thousands of followers. A crazy thing happens when you launch. People begin to know you and notice you in new ways. In fact, every time I launched, I got more social media followers. Every time I launched, people signed up for my newsletter list.

29:48And so I'm a big firm believer is you start scrappy and you make it happen. And then the followers come because they get to know you. You have something important to share. I don't want to argue with it about it. You wouldn't be here on this class right now if there wasn't something in you that was aching to come out. Because I'm telling you, my personality rubs people the wrong way a lot of times. But if you're still here, I might be annoying you, but I'm also saying something that's piercing your heart in a way that says, dang it, I have to keep watching. Yes, you do. Because in week three, you're going to sell.

30:20This is the phases. Phase one, I'm not going to make any jokes about it. It's work. This is work. This is building out what is our plan? How are we going to email people? What's the sales page? How are we going to get this work to be built? We build it and then we repeat phases two and three, promotion, cart open, promotion and cart open. Now you could repeat two and three over again, or you can have it on what people call evergreen, which means it's available all the time. So you just go through that prep phase once. And every time I launched a digital offer, I went through the prep phase once, and then I got to repeat it again and again, because this was helping me move faster because I was taking out the guesswork of what to do and when to do it.

31:03It was inciting urgency in buyers because people said, yes, this is what I want to invest in, I want to invest in now. It requires a one-time setup because those emails, the social posts, you can use them again. I tweak them, but I use them again and they make sure that they're staying fresh, but the basis is the same. Why? Because I wanted to have and make money with ease. I wanted to step into a future that even if it felt uncertain, and even if I just actually didn't believe, I had the willingness to try to do something new and do something different. And every time I did something new and different, I was scared and I felt so unprepared.

31:43And guess what? I learned along the way. So much so that in 2017, my husband, my co-founder, my business partner, my high school sweetheart, we launched Social Curator in 2017. And I said, if we could have 500 people join us, it would blow my mind. And we use the repeatable revenue plan. And we continue to use the repeatable revenue plan still to this day. And we have welcomed over 40 ,000 members in the last seven years. Why? Because it works. So I know I'm right about now and people say I talk fast or maybe you just listen slow. A. Okay. So I want to do a brief little recap because I don't want anybody getting overwhelmed right now.

32:25What we just learned, Number one, it is possible to make money with a digital offer. I did it by selling a$19.99 PDF. It is possible. It's possible to make even more money in an automated way when you launch your digital offer. That is what I realized. And I realized that by launching a digital offer, it came in two parts, an irresistible offer and the repeatable revenue plan. When you have both of these things, making money online becomes simple and predictable. And that is what I wanted. I wanted a business that served my life. I didn't want my life to serve my business. So you might be asking, okay, but how?

33:14Like, how do I actually do all of this? Or maybe because you're here, you're already thinking of a lot more detailed questions. Like, when exactly should I send emails? What are the specific dates and times? what if I don't have a newsletter list? Should I be posting on social media? How often should I be posting? Do I need to have a large audience? Do I have to go viral? Do I have to show my face? Does a repeatable revenue plan work for a new offer? I get it. Those are all very important questions. And I know those questions that you're asking because I asked them and I couldn't find them no matter how hard I searched on Google and YouTube.

33:54I tried for many years and people would tell me how. They would tell me the what. They would tell me what to do. They didn't tell me how to do it. And so I spent years and thousands of dollars trying to figure it all out. Like I needed to know like, what are the tiny little steps? I don't want to go from 0.1 to 2. I want to go from 0.1, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3. I need to know all of them, the tiny things, because I am a simple girl. I work hard, but I'm simple. I needed to know what are those things that I need to put my offers into place. And it was a lot of trial and error. I made mistakes. I wasted time and I felt overwhelmed.

34:40Worst of all, I just felt stupid. I said, I don't even know if people want this thing. But eventually, I figured it out. And then I realized something. That all of those resources, all of the coaching, all of the courses selling your offer, they're missing the how. They were telling you the what. So I decided to create a live force experience that I wish I had years ago. I want to work with people. I want to work with a group of people and say, you and me, we're going to be doing this, and I'm going to walk you to how. I want to answer all of your questions. I want you to have all of the answers.

35:18I don't want there to be any detail left behind because what I see are people investing in other courses, and they don't finish them because it's not you. It's that the course says this is what to do, but you're like, wait, how? How do I do this? That is why I created your biggest launch ever. This is a live course experience. This is not recorded. This is me and you for eight weeks with a group of people to do everything you need to sell a digital offer. And my goal is for you to do it with ease and confidence. Now, hold up. I did not say easy peasy. I said ease. Ease that if you do the work, you're going to be confident that your efforts will be rewarded.

35:59So maybe you're here and you're like, okay, this sounds good, but Jasmine, I'm just not sure because I don't have a digital offer. I am here to tell you that we have created the Offer Lab. You can create your first digital offer in just a few hours. The team and I put this together because we know how difficult it was, but I am here to tell people, get started, get scrappy. This is valued at$497, and it is included in your biggest launch ever. Because inside of the Offer Creation Lab, we're going to walk through, hey, how do you create an offer? Like, you have a lot of passions, but what's the offer that's going to leverage your skills?

36:31What is the best way to sell it? Should it be a PDF? Should you have a membership? Should it be a coaching program? Should you beta test it? Oh, we're going to get into that. What about setting it up and pricing? Those are two very difficult things, but when you follow our framework, we want you to start making sales as soon as possible. Past students have called your biggest launch ever the exact game plan, the blueprint for selling your offer. Nicole said it's the best investment for your business. If you want to know all the pieces for a successful launch of a course, product, or membership, YVLE is a must.

37:05Dr. Lauren said I had over 200 people enroll in my masterclass, all organically without running a single ad. Plus, I'd hit my biggest month ever in business from this launch. Thank you, Dr. Lauren. Now, Lindsay, she said that YBLE completely transformed my business. I surpassed my sales goal for my first launch after YBLE. Her first launch, she did$40 ,000 and have since gone on to generate over$200 ,000 in core sales in six months. Lindsay sent me a DM. She's on track to do$500 ,000 in 2025. That is what people who say I'm going to do the work and build the system will get. So if you're wondering what Dr.

37:47Lauren and Nicole and Lindsay and Jira have all gone through with us together, I want to walk you through what we're going to be doing over eight weeks. Me and you and a group of people live in real time with your questions. We're going to be in the dirt. We're going to talk about the successful messaging framework. This is a multi-million dollar level strategy. I want you to develop your irresistible offer, your messaging that speaks to those pain points, and you're going to get a detailed roadmap. I am talking about every single step. Week two, we're going to design a free training with you.

38:17I want you to know what's something that you need to teach something. Three to four tips to make somebody say, oh, I like this person. I think this person is going to be the person I want to go deep with. In week three, we're writing your profitable sales page. Remember, we're going to do this work once so that we can continue to put people toward it. What do you need to write in that sales page? Do you have a blueprint? There is a way to have an effective sales page. When it talks about building out emails, how do I connect with people online? I wanna connect. I'm going to try to answer, writing into Q &A.

38:48I'm gonna try to answer every single question and just in case I can't, what do we do? I wanna communicate via email. You wanna communicate via email with people as well. In fact, we've made it so easy that I had spent months, I had spent tens of thousands of dollars helping hiring people to set up email automations. And I said, I can't believe I've spent so much money. How does anybody do this? I've collaborated with Kit to offer step-by-step tutorials and automation templates to make your setup effortless. We are giving you our email funnels. So this is what Janessa said. I did not grasp that when we click on the link in the resource page of the ConvertKit tutorial, that it automatically copies that automation exactly into my ConvertKit account.

39:32I want to cry. I'm so happy. This alone is worth the course. This is literally done for you. No paying somebody to do it. No being confused. No trying to figure it out. Exactly, Janessa. I would take these other things and people would say, set up your funnels and your automations. And I was like, what? Tag I got a person. What? I paid somebody to do it for me and I'm saying, no, no, no. I'm going to make this and I will give you mine. And if you don't use Kit, don't worry. If you use Entreport, you do ActiveCampaign, if you use anything else like MailChimp, it's all good. You can follow our tutorials, but you will find the methodology done there for you.

40:10Week five, this is our power play. Creating social media content. Do you hate social media? Does it make you cringe? What if we just gave you our exact templates? What if we told you exactly what to create? What if we gave you my exact calendars so you're not overthinking. Yes, we're going to do all of that. In week six, we're going to talk about creating irresistible bonuses. This is where someone's like, I can't believe that that's going to be included. I have to say yes because I want that thing now. In week seven, this is execution. This is where the rubber meets the road. This is where we're going to say we're no more playing anymore.

40:41We're not going to play small. We're going to take a big bet on ourselves and we're going to plan for our success and we're going to show up. In week eight, ads are optional. Ads are totally optional. But if you want to understand that game, we're going to have a training there ready to go for you. Now, your biggest launch ever is normally$2 ,500. But when you join this week, it's$1 ,999. You can join us at yourbiggestlaunchever.com. You can also go there and set up a call. Set up a call with an alumni of this course. You want to know about their experience, they don't get paid if you join or not.

41:17They just, they're there to handle your phone call. Now, if you decide to invest for$19.99, you'll also receive the Maximize Sales and Visibility Summit. This is where you want more attention on your offer. We're going to get into Q &A. We can talk about your offer and workshop this, but this right here, this summit is going to be a goldmine of information. But that's not all because I want to make sure that your success is inevitable. You're going to get access to a private community. I want you getting accountability partners. I want you getting feedback. I want you getting ongoing support. This is the place where you say, can you check on my sales page?

41:51Can you test my Zoom? Can you give me feedback on your Facebook ads? This is us helping each other get better, like iron sharpens iron. You're also going to get trainings by experts. They're going to help you reach your goals even faster. Like Amy Porterfield, do you want to know how to build an email list? Let's learn it from the queen. You want to learn AI and how to expedite how fast you can write those emails and leverage it in your voice. We got Ashlyn Carter. You want to learn how to say, you know what? I'm not comfortable on camera. Zaley Barkley will come in with some powerful tips to say, you got to show up before you blow up.

42:22Tony Rooley is sitting here. Tony is the man when it comes to ads. He's blown our dang mind. And he gave you a training beginner ad setup for advanced results. You know, maybe you're here and you said, Jasmine, I don't have an offer. I want to remind you that when you join YBLE, you get the offer creation lab that is$497 and it is yours when you join. Now, YBLE can give you the exact how that you've been searching for, or you can spend years and thousands of dollars trying to figure it out on your own. Now, here's a quick summary. I told you all the things. We're going to get into Q &A, but what we have are eight weeks of live classes.

42:59We have hundreds of dollars worth of trainings, automations, templates, bonuses, savings, well over$85 ,000 of value. And you can join today for$19.99. In fact, you can get started today with a payment of$799. You can join us at your biggest lunch ever. We're going to get into Q &A. Now, please use the Q &A tab. We're going to be getting into this Q &A. But this is the number one question I get, so I'm going to start here. what makes your biggest launch ever different from, and then they list another course, another coaching program. This is what makes it different. I want to be very clear. Other programs tell you what to do.

43:39They don't tell you how to do it. So for instance, if you've gone through another program, they'll say, oh, you want to send one email sales email for seven days. And each email should include a personal story with a link to your sales page. And you're like, great, I got to write an email. Okay. So I know what to do. But in YBLE, the live classes walk you through what to do and why it's part of the strategy in those weekly live classes. You get to ask your questions and then you go to the how. This is how to do every part with detailed tutorials and step-by-step instructions. Literally micro step after micro step so you're not lost.

44:18We also include plug and play tutorials and real life examples. We don't want you guessing. We just want you doing. Get it done. Now, if you join today by 11.59 p.m. Pacific Standard, you're also going to receive, for the first time ever, we've never done this before, a printed and bound copy of your Biggest Lunch Ever workbook. We're going to be mailing it to you directly. The doors close Tuesday, February 4th at 5 p.m. I would love to see you, your Biggest Lunch Ever. Let's get into some Q &A right about now. Thank y 'all so much. This has just been a dang blast with y 'all, a dang blast. Okay, let's start here.

44:56Joy, I currently offer one-on-one fitness coaching services, but want to create a digital offer. Well, YBLE help me with this. I'm really bad at tech and nervous about being on camera. Joy, I made this for you. The team and I created YBLE because there's too many people who are trading hours for dollars. So Joy gets paid when Joy does a one-on-one training session. That's amazing. Joy can make more money when she's selling a digital offer so people can buy it and get trained in their living room from anywhere around the world. So Joy, yes, we will walk you through exactly how to start with a digital offer.

45:39And since you said you're not comfortable with camera, Zaley Bartley is going to go through a few tips to get you comfortable. But just like anything, the first time you kissed somebody, it was awkward. The first time you rode a bike, it was awkward. The first time you were in French class in high school and said, je ne sais quoi, it was awkward. The first time you do anything, it will be awkward. But inside of the community and with people, you get to have accountability partners. You get to have practice sessions. You get to say, hey, would you join this workout program if you're my ideal client?

46:11And people go say yes. And people can say no. And you make your offer better. That is the power of doing it in a community. Tracy, good morning. I'm in Australia. Oh, good day. I sell niche-specific gift products and want to add digital downloads as an addition to my online business. How do I find an irresistible offer to complement this? So I don't know the niche-specific gift products, but let's just use a few examples. If you were selling hair care, shampoo and conditioner. I would sell a digital resource, a low ticket digital resource on hair care tutorials. Or I would sell tutorials on how a lot of times people want to wrap their hair with non-heat related products.

47:00Why not create a tutorial, a low ticket tutorial on a camera having a tutorial on no heat products? If you want to, if you're selling hair products like hairspray, you could do a tutorial on updos or how to curl, how to get a beach wave, how to get the mermaid wave, how to do an 80s braid, and then you get to use your products as part of those tutorials. Or perhaps you have a digital resource on how to pick the right gift for your significant other, a tutorial on how to prepare. What kind of gifts do you send during a funeral? And have a guide that tells people what to buy and how to buy and points to products that you currently sell.

47:39I hope that that helps. Darlene, I've already created a ton of content, but it's just short of sitting there in an online shop. Can YVLE help me figure out how to actually make money from it? Yes, but I'm going to be very clear, Darlene. I'm a straight shooter. Just because you have an offer doesn't mean, and just because you have content doesn't mean that it is an irresistible offer. So first things first, Darlene, I'm going to have you walk through our offer lab and you get to go through and you get to ask yourself, does this product in my product suite seem like an irresistible offer? If not, I either need to scrap it or I need to rework it.

48:19Does this offer look like it's going to be making money? And so what we're going to do as you go through YBLE is you're going to build a system with the product that you think is the most viable product, the most irresistible offer. You think, I think this one is my most irresistible offer using the framework that has been laid out in YBLE, and then we're going to say, okay, I have my irresistible offer. It solves somebody's problem. It overcomes a desire. I offer a solution. I show a transformation. Great. Now let's build out the revenue plan towards it. So first things first, let's get our house in order.

48:53Then we put the attention where it is deserved. Yes. Catherine, I tried and failed so many times before. I've taken so many courses. Will there be anybody to help me? I don't know a single entrepreneur and no one understands when I say I want to do this. They think it's a waste of time and money and I'm wondering if maybe it is and it's really only attractive people who can make this work. I have to tell you, first things first, if somebody else is doing the thing you want to do and they are, according to your terms, unattractive, anybody can make it work. But here is my strongly held belief that some people will say, I am too black.

49:36I am too white. I am too male. I am too female. I am too fluffy. I am too skinny. I am too dumb. I am too poor. I am too ugly. And my nose is too big. And my thighs are too thick. And I don't have a neck. There won't be people who are finding excuses for why they're not going to sell. But I am here to tell you and anybody else, there is somebody out there who is doing more with less. There is somebody out there using Instagram and TikTok and Facebook in the jungles of Vietnam making money with nothing. So we can sit here and list all the reasons why we think we're not selling when what we really need to do is say, am I creating an offer that's valuable?

50:21Do I know something that's going to help somebody in the future? If the answer to that is yes, then what we say is we're going to hedge our bets. Now, here's why it doesn't work for most people. But you are not most people. Anybody who's here at this point in the training, let me just tell you, I have burned bridges from people who are like, I just can't stand this girl. This is not for me. Cool. But if you're here, you're not the kind of person who will be watching this right about now and being like, you want to know what? I think I would do this, but I'm going to quit. I am so proud to say this, that the average course has a completion rate.

50:55If you have bought a course, anybody else, the average course completion rate is about 9 % to 10%. That means about 90 % of people are not finishing the courses they buy. I am so proud to say that YBLE, we had a 48 % completion rate. 48 % of people went through this course. And you want to know why? I was there. I was doing it live. We had no excuses. Every time somebody ran up a wall, somebody was right there next to them being like, I'm against that wall. Let's pair up. What are we going to do? Let's practice. Let's have a sales call. Let's work with each other. So if you're asking, will somebody be there to do it with me?

51:33My question to you is, will you be there to do it for somebody else? Because if you show up for somebody else, they're going to do it with you. We have the content. We have the tutorials. We have the community. I'm teaching live twice a week. We do optional Q &As. We have a week in there. So it's an eight week course, but we got some two weeks in there. for makeup weeks, because sometimes life is lifing. And I get that. And I get that. So if you're asking, will people be able to do this with us? Well, the answer is yes, they will. But what also happens is just in case you want an inside look, I want you to book a call with one of our alumni.

52:09They do not get paid if you join or not. They are just there to take this call. So you can go to biggestlaunchever.com forward slash call, or you can go to our sales page and you'll find a link there to book a call. But more than anything, you can get all of this information on your biggestlunchever.com. Anonymous, as a financial coach who helps people get on a plan to get rid of debt and build their savings, would that be something I could create a digital offer? Oh my Lord. Or an offer idea for those who work on dreams, goals, visions, etc. Are you familiar with My Rich BFF? You have to check her out.

52:51She's brilliant. She is in the business of digital resources around financial planning. People absolutely want digital resources on financial planning. In fact, it's one of the largest markets. They call it TAM, Total Addressable Market. It is one of the largest markets because people want to know how to make money. They want to know how to save money. They want to know how to invest money. If you can create resources around that in a digital way, you're killing the game. Caroline, hoping Jasmine can answer, how if this applies to smaller digital offers? So not so much a course or a giant downloadable offer.

53:26What about multiple small offers? Caroline, I sold digital resources for $2.99. Like there's a volume game. When we first launched Social Curator, it was a membership for $25. We did hundreds of thousands of dollars on a$25 offer. And here's the thing I want to tell Caroline and I want to tell anybody else who's here. I am not a special snowflake. If there are people in your industry, in the equine industry, in the car racing industry, in the hair industry, and they are selling digital products and they are not the most well-spoken, the most beautiful, the skinniest, the richest, the most popular, but they're doing something to make revenue that changes their life and their business, you can do it too.

54:14If you see somebody doing what you want to do, you can do it too. The only difference is that they're doing it and you're wondering how. And I'm sitting here saying, here is the how, not the what. I'm not going to tell you what to do. I'm going to tell you what to do, the strategy of what to do, how to do it in a community. So we say, okay, let's cut the excuses. I wouldn't do this. We're going to not. And sometimes the way I coach is not for everybody, but I want you to live a big freaking life. I want you to say, it makes no sense to dream this big. And yet you do so that when you have an extra thousand dollars at the end of the month, so that when you have an extra$100 ,000 at the end of the year, so that if you have an extra$10 ,000 at the end of 10 months, what happens then?

55:06That is my question to you. So people will find excuses to not do it. But you would not be here on this call right now if you were not saying, my time has come and I'm ready to make a difference. That is my invitation to you. Let's do this together. Let's get our group think and let's change our lives to get the thing that we want. Arisa, do you already need to have a brand? No, not at all. We have people come in and create digital offers from scratch with a very small following and they go deep with that following and they make this offer and they grow their newsletter list. In fact, there was a student from last year, Dr.

55:45Marie, and she started off with maybe 100 Instagram followers. and then in October of last year, after going through YBLE, and she's a full-time doctor, she has four children and a successful career. So she was a little bit going at her own pace. But then in October, she said, you know what, I'm going all in with everything I know. I'm gonna be committed. And now, starting from October, still to this day, we're in January on the 27th, she has over 11 ,000 followers on Instagram. And she's using that now to push people in to these digital offerings, friends. that's just the game. The game is doing the work.

56:23The game is finding your cadence. And the game is believing when other people doubt. That's how you win. Amber, hey, Jazz. I'm loving the excitement. I feel I was born to do more of this in life. I would love to sell digital products that help people. I'm passionate about organization, whether that's making a trip packing list for the fam, social media content generator spreadsheet. can I open up a stand or a website and sell a bunch of different digital products at once? Do you have to focus on one digital offer at a time? The answer is, I suggest focusing your message. So if you are, you love organization, I would say great.

57:03Organization is a big topic. You can do organization of your home. You could do home by office organization. You can do car organization. You could do social media organization. So what I want you to do is, yeah, you love organizing and you could talk about all of these things, but I want you to focus because all of your messaging needs to go around that one thing. In the beginning, when you're starting off small, in the beginning, when you're starting off small, remember how I said I created an offer for who? Not any photographer in the world. I made an offer for wedding photographers specifically.

57:36And I started really small and I started expanding, and expanding, expanding. Then I offered an Instagram for business. I didn't say I cover all social media. I said, I'm going to Instagram. If you want to use your Instagram for business. So starting small and getting concentric larger circles has always been a very good suggestion. So I suggest we start small, then expand. That is how people get to know you and you get to bump out into bigger circles. Devaki, thanks for the advice and information. Much of what you said is great to me. I'm so not techie. Don't worry. I wasn't either. Like templates and chat GPT.

58:09I'm still jumping through hoops to get my SSDI. I got to find an investor for seed money and or learn how to create a blog or a podcast. Okay. Okay. Okay. So first things first, first things first. I would heavily recommend that we do not depend on investors to fund our dream. in this day and age, we can fund ourselves so we get to what it is that we want. In fact, I will go on a limb and say, in order for you to save enough of your company and equity, build out your offer, know who you're selling to. Having sold it, then go to an investor and say, this is proven. So what I want you to do right now is at this point in time, figure out what is it that you want to offer?

58:58Who is it that you're speaking to? What problem are you overcoming? What solution do they want? And are you selling that? That's the game, friend. Don't go to step Z. Let's not get stressed out. Let's not talk about a podcast. No, no, no. Let's start with the basics. Start with the basics. What am I going to sell? Who am I going to sell it to? what problem or desire do I overcome? Is this the solution? That is what we're doing all day, every day. Classes for us, we're going to be doing this live, but they're all going to be recorded and you can watch them live and then watch them again. You can go at your own pace.

59:40Classes are at 9 a.m. Pacific Standard on Tuesday and Thursday, and we will have replays in the community and our team is there to support you. Nobody is doing this alone. We want you creating your accountability partner pods. We want you showing up. We want you saying, hey, where are you getting stuck? Where do you get need? I stay on for Q &A. Katie and the team are in there as well. Remember, book a call. Like, I'm trying to get through all of these questions. Talk to an alumni. They are not paid if you join or not. They're just there to answer those questions for you and see about their experience.

1:00:13I want you to talk to people who went through it and said, oh, we this and that, but I got the thing that I wanted. Anonymous, is it possible to sell a digital offer without posting a lot of social media and showing your face? Yes, it is possible. I don't know if it's recommendable. It's possible. So what happens is that studies have shown that on social media, a post is more likely to get 64 % more engagement if there is a human in the photo. 64%. So while you can have a piece of content that's very popular and not show your face, statistically, it's going to be harder than not showing your face.

1:00:57Now, I get it. It's very frustrating having to show your face. I understand that. There's many times that I don't want to do it. But I'm here to remind you that there are the things that you want and there are the things you don't want to do. And sometimes you need to do things you don't want to do to get what you want. I do not want to be posting on social media all the time, but I want a successful business and a life that successful social media posts can afford me to do. I am not trying to be popular or funny or cute on Instagram. I am trying to use the platform to motivate me into a different stratosphere, to provide for my family, to show my daughter what is possible, to build out a college fund, to give my parents money, to take my family out to eat, to one day I wish I can take my whole family to Puerto Rico.

1:01:52And that's where we're going to be staying so that we can celebrate the history of my life and my culture. I do things I don't want to do to get the results that I want, but it's not just for launching, right? It's not just for business, right? If I want to lose weight, Well, then what do I need to do? I want the results. I want to lose weight. But what do I need to do? Things I don't want to do. I need to meal plan. I need to go to the gym. If I want to learn how to be a better writer so that I write a book, what do I need to do? I need to sit my butt down and type out these words every single day.

1:02:24Do I want to type out the words every single day? No, I don't. But do I want a book and to be a published author? Yes, I do. So I must do things I don't want to do to get the results that I want. So yes, you can create content and not show your face. Yes, and we could talk about that in the community. But if you're willing to try to do things you don't want to do to get a different result, well, then heck yes, all day, every day, we'll support that too. Okay, just as a reminder, your biggest launch ever is where you go to sign up for a call to get all the information you need. Sarah, I have a course helping parents prepare their children for preschool.

1:03:05I make about$50 ,000 every time I launch. Hey, Sarah, let's go. But I know I can make more. Is YBLE for me or just those starting out? YBLE is for you. In our last cohort, we had people who were starting from scratch and we had people who had offers. And a lot of times people who already have gone through their launches, they were like, I'm not sure this is for me. But what YBLE did was because it's so robust that let's say you have an email funnel or let's say you already have a pre-existing sales page. You'll run your sales page through our lens. You'll run your sales emails through our process.

1:03:45You'll look at our funnels and automations. You'll say, oh, wait a minute, here's an opportunity that I didn't see. And this is a thing that we saw before. In fact, there were other people who were saying, I keep on launching and I keep on getting the same amount every time I launch. And a big pressure point became great, but how are we expanding? How are we getting new eyes on this offer? And that became a very different, powerful conversation around getting something that works and amplifying it through the Visibility Summit. That's where Julie Solomon, Amy Porterfield, Rory Vaden, Colin Boyd, myself, we all spoke about getting more exposure on that to up-level those launches.

1:04:19That's a great question. Thank you so much. Lindsay, hi, Jasmine. I knew you back in 2007 from the OSP days. Oh my gosh. Before you were selling. So proud of what you've accomplished. I have so many ideas. I don't know which one to start with. Will this course provide clarity on that? Lindsay, I want you starting in the offer lab. The offer lab is$497. It is included in YBLE. Because what I don't want to happen is people come in and say, I have 100 ideas. No, no, no. We need to start small. Remember, I started with an email template. I just did that. And I said, okay, here's an email template.

1:04:54And I've had some success. And then I added another template around the same thing. I added a, I had a template for photographers for emails. And then they said, hey, well, what about templates for these types of emails? And I was like, interesting. I created another PDF for emails. And I sold that for$19.99. So we're going to start very small, very simple with one idea. but the offer lab helps you decide which one is the most viable, which one will get you the sales the fastest, which one will build your confidence more so that you can then step into it. Okay, Claudia, I promised myself I would do uncomfortable things this year and the Instagram algorithm showed me your class today.

1:05:35I love that. I know I can create a digital offer. I have an idea for a membership for moms of triplets, but I'm scared. What if it doesn't pay off? Ah, Claudia, what if it doesn't pay off? I did finish that story in the beginning of this class when I talked to my mom and she was talking about all the things that she hadn't done. And I am telling you that my mom is still here with us today, that I had the opportunity to text with her this morning. And since that time, she has gone to Austria. And since that time, she has flown business class. I hope that my mom has many years left with us. But what I can say now, which is what I couldn't say then, is that she will not live with regrets.

1:06:25And she has taught me to not live with regrets. And so Claudia, for you, let's play this out in the worst case scenario. Let's say you join YBLE and you invest$1 ,999. And let's say you come in and you go through these classes. And let's say you learn a new skill and you become uncomfortable. And let's say you put your offer out. And let's say you want 10 people in there and only four people come. Is that a loss, Claudia? Will you say I'm a failure because of that, Claudia? Or will you say that you have impacted four moms of triplets who needed the thing that you wanted to say? Do we end your journey there, Claudia, or do you do it again, Claudia, and you bring in more people?

1:07:12Do those people who have such a good idea of what it is that you do tell other people about what it is that they do? Do you start simple with digital resources so that people can say, you know what, Claudia, this is so cool. This is great. How do we go deeper? And that's when you expand into the membership. There's so many ways for you to get to where you want to go. But how are you defining a win, Claudia? What is success for you? Because if success is I need to create a membership and only if it makes a million dollars will it be successful. Really? Because what about the hundreds of people that you can be impacting?

1:07:42What about the one mom who was on the verge of being hurtful or harmful or sad or desperate and you met her where she was? Is that a success? In order for us to say we're willing to take a risk, we have to say there is the chance for me to do something different. When I put out this PDF for$19.99, I had no idea what was going to happen. And the next day I woke up to$2 ,000, 100 people bought in my bank account. I didn't know then that my life would become what it is today. And Claudia and anybody else who's wondering is a digital product for me. You don't know unless you try. I hope that if you get to the end of your life, you look back and say, I am so glad I did that, even if it didn't turn out how I expected.

1:08:44But let me tell you, there is also a chance that you say, I'm so glad I did that. It didn't turn out how I expected because it turned out even better. That is my hope. That is my wish. And that is my prayer for you. Thank you so much. I would love to see you on the inside of your biggest launch ever. If you are ready to stop overthinking your offers and start making money online, this is your opportunity to join me on the inside of our live course experience, Your Biggest Launch Ever. Now the doors close because I teach this just once a year and I'm the person who's going to be walking through step-by-step twice a week teaching live with you.

1:09:29We close the doors on February 4th. So yeah, you're going to have to make a decision if you're in or out before then. We will not bring this class back until 2026 if we decide to bring it back at all. I believe in this product and I know that if you've ever felt stressed, overwhelm or wondering, please, this is your opportunity to learn more. And if you would like to speak to somebody personally, you could set up a free non-commitment, no pressure call with an alumni from the course. They don't get paid if you say yes or no. They're simply paid for their time to guide you through a decision that is going to be right for you.

1:09:59Again, that's jasminestar.com forward slash digital offer. I hope to see you in our live course experience soon.
