Notable examples
the hosts joke about men not visiting doctors for a decade unless something is “hanging off” or a bone is broken.

I'm the director of the men's clinic at UCLA Health, and I want to tell you about my new podcast called The Mailroom. It's a podcast for guys and the people who love those guys. This is where we separate facts from hype, the science from the snake oil, and learn how to make men healthier and maybe even happier than they've ever been. And I'm Jordan, the show's producer. And like most guys, Guys, I haven't been to the doctor in 10 years. Oof. I'll be asking the questions we probably should be asking, but generally aren't. Exactly, because guys don't usually go to the doctor unless a piece of their face is hanging off, or they've broken a bone.
0:41Well, it depends which bone. Exactly. Every week, we're breaking down the wide world of men's health, from testosterone and fitness to diets and fertility, to things that happen in the bedroom. You mean sleep? Yeah, Jordan, sometimes. I've spent my career helping men understand their bodies, their hormones, and their health. But this isn't about lecturing. It's about learning together. I believe good health isn't about quick fixes. It's about smart choices. No miracle pills, no internet nonsense. We'll talk science without the jargon, facts without the fear, and get you real answers to the stuff you actually wonder about.
1:23The science will be heavy, but the vibe will be light. It's going to be fun, a little irreverent, and relatable, whether you're 27, 97, or somewhere in between. That's right, because Men's Health is about more than six packs and supplements. It's about energy, confidence, and connection. We don't just want you to live longer. We want you to live better. So check out The Mailroom, starting on November 18th on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your favorite shows.
