0:33I'm an author and I'm an activist. And GoFundMe is my go-to platform for fundraising. The first GoFundMe I did was to raise money for a chat book or a collection of poetry and essays and short stories. So we started a GoFundMe and our goal was$7 ,000. What I've learned that is so special about GoFundMe is that it's a whole collection of people offering anything from like$4 to$400. And each time you get a ping that someone donated, even if it is just$4, it's so exciting. So if you have a goal and you get there, you can keep making it bigger and bigger and bigger. We did go past our goal. It was amazing.

3:10Ben Meiselas:All hell is breaking loose across the United States as Donald Trump gets more desperate as Donald Trump's cover-up of his involvement with Epstein is backfiring in his face. He unleashes more hell to lash out, and he's unleashing hell across cities and towns across the United States of America. We have the videos. We have the photos. We have the receipts of Donald Trump's militarized ICE and Border Patrol Gestapo engaging in Nazi tactics throughout the United States. Let me bring those receipts. And as I've said before, This is among the most important videos we do here at the Midas Touch Network.

3:51Ben Meiselas:I also want to be highlighting the work of these citizen journalists who have done an incredible job capturing this and standing up to the ICE Gestapo. So please share this video with as many people as you can. We need to get the true word out about what's going down here in the United States. We're not in a constitutional crisis. We are past it. There is an authoritarian regime right now engaging in these Nazi-like tactics, and it is important for us, we the people, to resist. So let me show you what went down on Christmas as ICE forcefully detained a pastor. This is actually on Christmas Eve.

4:25Ben Meiselas:The pastor showed his ID. Agents then said they still wanted to take him so he can prove his legal status. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. You're beating a pastor, the witness yells. Well, he's not a pastor in my country, one of the Border Patrol agents says. Then someone says, God will judge you. God will judge you. You're taking people from their kids. You're leaving them alone. And you're doing this on Christmas. So this incident occurred near the Picker House Lots apartment complex in Lewiston, Maine. Let me just show you this portion of it right now. Let's play this clip. Excuse me. Excuse me.

5:03Excuse me. Excuse me. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. You're beating a pastor. You're beating a pastor. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. He's a pastor.

5:23Ben Meiselas:Now, ICE and Border Patrol agents are also not just taking people and disappearing them. They're stealing their groceries while they detain them and they separate them from their family, stealing their groceries, rummaging through people's mailboxes. I want to show you this. This is from Washington, Yakima, where ICE detained a father who was shopping on Christmas Eve. The ICE agents then steal the family's groceries. The three agents then divvy up the food that was already bought. They steal the guy's food who they've now disappeared. Can I just get the wife's number to call her and let her know.

6:05Ben Meiselas:A witness asks, no, he should have complied. He should have complied. Those groceries belong to us now. And then they wouldn't even give the witness there the number for the husband's wife. I mean, horrific, horrific stuff. Then the agents nearly hit the witness and run over the witness with their trucks. Let me show you what goes down here. Here, let's play this clip.

6:33How is your name? Mother.

6:42Do you have a telephone number that I can mark?

6:48Give me a number of your family.

6:53Give me a telephone number.

6:58Your name is not, but a number to speak with your family, sir.

7:05Emilio Moreno? I just need the wife's phone number so I can let her know. Please. You didn't let my husband call. He's in fucking Mexico right now. No, it wasn't. He did not fight you. Then why weren't the windows broken? So you were the one of the ones that arrested my husband. Can't wait for that case to show up.

7:30Guys are fucking with people on Christmas. What the fuck, man? Yeah, this is when they celebrate Christmas.

7:43Guys are pieces of fucking shit. It's what you are.

7:53Fucking piece of shit. Got your fucking plates, bitch. Yeah, they just did. Oh, hi. Fuck you! Fuck you! I fucking hate you! That's the one that arrested my fucking husband. I hate that bitch! New plates! New plates! Got your plates, bitch!

8:18Oh, I fucking hate these motherfuckers. I knew it!

8:22Ben Meiselas:Now, this next video I'm going to show you is truly, truly tragic. And shout out to the great work that the people at the sidewalk do. They capture a lot of this and share videos like this. So as they write, what you are watching here is a mother being taken away from her son. She had just stepped outside of the courtroom with her lawyer and her legal team after winning a continuance in her case. This reporter sat through the entire hearing. She did what she was supposed to do and the court granted her more time. This mother entered the U.S. on a valid visa. She is also a pastor here in the U.S.

9:01Ben Meiselas:and was also a pastor in Mexico. Her visa later expired, but her attorney filed an asylum application, meaning she still has legal status in the United States. And yet the moment she stepped out of the courtroom, she was detained. What you're seeing here is her saying goodbye to her son while ICE waits to handcuff her, put her into a black van and take her away. way. This is what is happening outside of our courtrooms, the reporter writes. If you are able to, please donate to the Sidewalk School at SidewalkSchool.org to continue their legal observing and documenting these cases and standing with the families when the system fails them.

10:57Ben Meiselas:Next, I'm going to show you a video of ICE agents rummaging through people's mailboxes. This is happening across the United States as they rummage through mailboxes. Here, play this clip. Is there a mailbox?

11:16Wait a minute. What's the guy's name?

11:25You can watch this on this radio. I know, but it's for her name. Let's just band them. Let's see. Don't wait to notice that shit. But I want to see if his name's on me. That's the last name right there.

11:57Ben Meiselas:here's an interesting video where in Philadelphia in Pennsylvania the great Commonwealth, an ICE agent who had been in that community was apparently recognized Christmas shopping and was not too happy when they were identified by a citizen who believed they were an ICE agent. Here play this clip. Why? Why? Are you trying to intimidate me? Why? Why? I'm not doing anything but walking. Leave me alone. How about headlines, family debates, and group texts that won't quit? 13:49Ben Meiselas:Let me play you a longer clip right now of when the ICE agents forcefully detained that pastor in Lewiston, Maine at the Picker House Lofts Apartments. Let's take a look at what happens here. Play this clip. We're just standing up in the car. We are arrested. I'm an American. I'm an American. So why are you taking four? Why is gone? So how can I go? Where's your immigration documents? He doesn't work with it. Are you a US citizen? When you came, you were asking me if I am this one. Stop talking. We don't already have that. You asked me my ID and I show you my ID. I'm not this one you are looking for.

14:32So how so? Show me. Are you in this country legally? No, I'm not illegally here. Legally. Are you here legally? I'm not illegally here. He's not illegal here. He's not. And he doesn't really speak English. I show you my ID. We're going to take you out of the office and we're going to figure out who you are. No, sir. Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me. He's a pastor. He's a pastor. You're beating a pastor. You're beating a pastor. He's a pastor. You're beating a pastor. My goodness. James, he's a pastor. My goodness. He's a pastor.

16:29Show us your immigration documents. We will have no problem. We will check you and let you go. If you're not going to show us anything. He's a pastor. It doesn't matter. God is going to judge you guys. He's going to judge you guys. Being a pastor doesn't give you legal status. People who have kids, you're taking them and you're leaving their kids alone.

16:45Ben Meiselas:In this next video, I'm going to share with you, ICE arrested a father on Christmas morning, handcuffed his kids, and make them watch. Chill, we're kids, they cry, right before the agent violently rips away the phone from a kid, breaking it. The agents then detain two minor children and perp-walk their dad in front of them. Three more witnesses were arrested just for filming. Eventually, the children were released into their mother's custody, but permanent damage has been done to their property. permanent, probably mental and psychological trauma has been done. Ice claimed that the family was impeding the agents by driving behind them.

17:24Ben Meiselas:This incident occurred right by a high school in Corona, California. It was like, high school was like, I know this area. Well, high school was like literally right next to it while this was taking place. Here, play this clip.
