They're going to be coming down thousands of percents. Next, Donald Trump talks about how the word affordability is a fake word from Democrats. Here, play this clip. Donald Trump says that inflation is defeated and that the American people do not worry about inflation anymore. more. Let's play this clip. So lucky to be here. Under our administration, growth is exploding. Productivity is soaring. Investment is booming. Incomes are rising. Inflation is defeated. America is respected again like never before. And other than that, we're not doing that well. Then Trump looks at the crowd and says that you're all lucky that you're even here with me in the first place.

The fake news will say, will say Donald Trump thinks he's had stuff. Right now I'm feeling pretty good though, I will say. You're so lucky to be here. Next, Donald Trump says that anybody who doesn't support the invasion and occupation of Venezuela is someone who hates America and hates our country. Let's play this clip. But you have people, Democrats, they say, I don't know if we should have done Venezuela. I don't know. Anybody that says that hates our country.

4:45OK, that was as flawless an attack as there has ever been.

4:48Ben Meiselas:Then Donald Trump goes and talks about the lies that he won the popular vote all three times. He claims that he won the popular vote in every election, he says. More lies from Donald Trump. Let's play it. We had a we won everything. We won all seven swing states. We won the Electoral College 312 to 226. We won the popular vote by millions and millions of us. So nice to win the popular vote. I won the popular vote all three times, too, but we're not going to get into that. But the first time they said I didn't win the popular vote, but I won the Electoral College. So they always said, well, he didn't win.

5:23This is the way I got introduced every time. While he didn't win the popular vote, he won the Electoral College, you know. So this is the way I was introduced for four years. And guess what? We said, I'm going back. We're going to win. And we won the popular vote by a lot, by a lot. So they can't say that crap anymore.

5:41Ben Meiselas:Then Donald Trump tells the individuals he's speaking with that in reality, we need to go back to 1867. He said, that's when America was relatively the strongest country in the world. It's a very odd and obviously completely incorrect understanding of history at 18, oh, it's 1887. He says, that's when we were our strongest. Really? Okay. I mean, America was literally the economic envy of the world before you took it over. And you want to bring us back to 1887? Here, play this clip. Use of tariffs. There was the tariff that made America strong and powerful in past generations. And then we got off and we went to the income tax system.

6:25Great go and fell this. You know, we were the strongest in 1887, relatively speaking. That was around the McKinley time, Teddy Roosevelt and some others. But we were really strong. It was tariffs. And I know what happened as some of these countries got together and they say, hey, convince the United States that it's no good. The tariff system is unfair to us. And so some genius, I know who, I don't want to get into it, but some genius said, oh, let's go to an income tax system.

And Donald Trump says to the people of Iran, who he promised back on January 2nd that he would take military action if the regime there killed protesters, he said, help is on the way now. He goes, we have now issued tariffs against any country that does business with Iran. By the way, no, they didn't. China does business with Iran. United Arab Emirates does business with Iran. There's a lot of countries that do business with Iran still that Donald Trump.

9:31Ben Meiselas:Donald Trump does business with the United Arab Emirates. So he's made up fake tariffs. And the number of Iranian deaths in these protests, murders, killings by the Iranian regime right now, maybe 12 ,000. Some say it could be as high as 20 ,000 on the low end in the thousands. And Trump promised that he would do, he would bring in military action. And he's not doing that right now. Let's play this clip. Then I've canceled all meetings with the Iranian officials until the senseless killing of protesters stops. And all I say to them is help is on its way. You saw that I put tariffs on anybody doing business with Iran.

10:14Ben Meiselas:Then Donald Trump says that we are not going to give any money to Minnesota ever. Let's play this clip right here. All these child care places in Minnesota where there is no children, they go there, they get paid millions and millions of dollars. The biggest operation in all of Minnesota had no children. And we pay millions of dollars. They're scammers. They're scammers. They always will be. And we're getting them out and we're not going to pay them. We're not going to pay Minnesota. Right, Scott? We're not paying Minnesota any more money for that any of that crap it's a big scam it's a giant scam run by an incompetent crooked governor he's an incompetent crooked guy and also we're freezing any and all welfare payments going to illegal immigrants he then attacks california i'll show you this clip and i revoked the california missions waiver to stop san francisco communists from regulating automobiles all over our nation all over our world.

11:10Boy, I have done so much for the car industry. It's crazy. Nobody thought

11:15Ben Meiselas:nobody thought it was possible to do this. Trump claims that grocery prices are rapidly going down right now, which they are not. I'll show you the clip. Meanwhile, grocery prices are starting to go rapidly down. Rent is down. Airfares are down. Hotel rates are down. Cell phone prices are down. And he says that the evidence is overwhelming that tariffs are not being paid by American consumers when we know, of course, they are. He's saying this in Michigan, an area where tariffs have harmed Michigan businesses. Here play this clip. Every prediction the critics made about our tariff policy has failed to materialize.

11:55The evidence shows overwhelmingly that the tariffs are not paid by American consumers, that they're paid by foreign nations and middlemen. And Scott went over that with us before and they're paid by middlemen. They raise the thing. Countries get involved. They pay them because otherwise they won't have companies. They won't be viable. And we're the big beneficiary. Once again, the so-called experts were 100 percent wrong and Trump was right.

12:22Ben Meiselas:Then he claims he got some award in Michigan. I think he claimed it was like the best person of the year award many years ago. He's like, and people claim I didn't get the award. And now no one's apologizing because I did get the award as the man of the year of Michigan. Makes this stuff up. Play this clip. Of every word is tariff. I've loved it for 40 years. I came here many years ago. Remember, they said I didn't come here. Then they found out I did. I got an award in Detroit, many in Michigan many years ago. Then still have it. They said it never happened. It did happen. It turned out I didn't notice any apology, but all I did was talk about you're losing your car industry.

13:03Ben Meiselas:And then when Donald Trump was touring a factory out in Dearborn, Donald Trump was asked, well, what do you mean by you're going to help Iran? So like, how didn't you promise you were going to use the United States military? Watch what he says. Play this clip. He said to Iran this morning that help is on the way for protesters. What did you mean by that? What kind of help? You're going to have to figure that one out. I'm sorry. And then Donald Trump says that the United States, Mexico, Canada agreement, which he did as basically an amendment or update to NAFTA. He says that he really doesn't care about it.

13:41Ben Meiselas:He says that Mexico and Canada want it and he doesn't care about it at all. Here, play this clip. To build their product in the USA. You don't think you're going to renegotiate USMCA? Well, I can. It expires very shortly. And we could have it or not. It wouldn't matter to me. I think they want it. I don't really care about it. So it might go away. So you're talking about the advantage of this.

14:07No real advantage to it. It's irrelevant to me. Canada would love it. Canada wants it. They need it because we don't need Canada product. That's the thing. You know, I want to be a nice person, but we don't need it. I want to build the cars here, not in Canada. We used to build cars in Canada. Now, the Canada cars, the Canadians are moving here to build cars. Same thing with Mexico. Same thing with Japan. Japan's paid us billions and billions of dollars for the privilege of making cars here and selling cars. What about the raw mix?
