2:19Ben Meiselas:There's no hiding it, Donald. It's all caught on camera. It's all caught on film. We have the receipts. This is among the most important video series that we do here on the Midas Touch Network where we document and expose the atrocities being committed by Donald Trump and his militarized Gestapo, ICE agents, Border Patrol, National Guard who are brutalizing people in the United States, migrants and citizens alike being thrown into concentration camps. Now, corporate news is not really covering this. Citizen journalists are covering most of this, and I want to highlight their work. Folks, again, as I said at the outset, this is among the most important video series that we do here at the Midas Touch Network.

3:09Ben Meiselas:So I have a favor to ask, and I rarely ask favors. Please share this video with as many people as you know. And this video, more so than some of the others where I talk about the hell breaking loose as a result of the Trump regime, this one's a little bit more uplifting because while I'm going to show Donald Trump's Gestapo caught on camera doing heinous and despicable things, and it's going to be hard to watch, I'm going to start this video by showing the uprising of we the people. I want to show you how people in Washington, D.C. are responding against the Trump regime. I want to show you how people at Alligator Alcatraz are responding to the Trump regime's torture of human beings in concentration camps, mocking them as they say, oh, they should be thrown to alligators to have their bodies ripped apart.

4:00Ben Meiselas:I want to show you people like nurses who have come together standing outside of hospitals to say, we stand with migrants. We stand with our community. How dare you, Trump regime, engage in this conduct? So let's go through some of the videos. The first video I want to show you is the large crowd chasing law enforcement out of Columbia Heights, a neighborhood in Washington, DC. Ice go home, people chanted. Watch what happened here. Play this clip.

5:05Ben Meiselas:Now I'll give you another angle of it right here. powerful stuff. Let's play this clip.

5:30Ben Meiselas:Now, here's what happened at Alligator Alcatraz. Let me show you this clip right here. broken. And we will not be broken. I'd like to invite up a mother and daughter who are here, Reverend Kim Wells. Now, dozens of healthcare workers rallied outside a federal plaza to demand ice out of medical facilities. Take a look right here as these medical professionals said, stop using our hospitals, stop using our facilities to stake out and to attack and to harm and disappear human beings. Let's go doctors. Let's go nurses. Let's go all Americans who stand up against the Trump fascism. Let's play this clip.

6:17No fear, immigrants are welcome here. At every detention center around the country, we know that conditions are inhumane, we know that people are literally dying, we know that people are being harmed, we know that medications are being withheld. And so we are demanding that healthcare providers, independent of DHS, be allowed access to assess and provide care and be far less needed, since we know repeatedly that DHS just lied. All our patients, all our patients.

7:05Ben Meiselas:So I wanted to start with that, but now I want to share with you some videos. Again, do not look away. I need you to share these videos and let people know. For example, what took place here? This is in Santa Clarita, California, very close to where I'm from. Ice snatching a teenager off his bike in broad daylight. They just leave the bike where it fell on the sidewalk. His mom walked by 20 minutes later to see it lying there. That's the only way she found out that her son had been disappeared. Witnesses said he was casually peddling when masked agents forced him to the ground, handcuffed him and took him away in an unmarked car.

7:45Ben Meiselas:Now, no information has yet been released about where he's currently being detained or why he was arrested in the first place, other than he had brown skin. The incident took place in a suburban neighborhood within Santa Clarita, California. Play this clip.

8:13Okay.

9:06All right.

9:26Ben Meiselas:Now, in the next clip I'm about to share with you, Ice detained a six-year-old girl separated from her teenage brother who they locked up thousands of miles away. Agents grabbed the little girl along with her mother and teenage brother at a routine check-in at immigration court. She appears to be the youngest student detained by ICE thus far in New York City, but ICE is looking to attack younger and younger girls. That's what Donald Trump wants him to do. Daira, a student at the Jose Peralta School of Dreamers in Queens and her mother are in a detention facility now nearly 2000 miles away in Texas.

10:05Ben Meiselas:Her older brother was separated and taken to a detention facility in New Jersey. Folks, this is entirely unacceptable. This is fascism. This is what the Nazis did. And we're seeing it happen in the United States. Let's play it. Detained earlier this week after the mother appeared for what was supposed to be a routine immigration hearing in lower Manhattan. Adi Guajardo spoke with the girl's brother who who says it's been a painful experience. A pink litter sign reading mom and a play kitchen with toys are a reminder of the three family members who left for an immigration court hearing and never returned home.

10:41They came together as a family, escaping the violence that they have experienced in Ecuador. Mariposa Benitez, a founder of Meet Lally, a grassroots organization working with migrants, says on Tuesday ICE agents detained Martha and her two children at 26 Federal Plaza. One of Martha's sons, who lives in Queens and requested we not share his image or name out of fear, says he felt destroyed when he found out his mom, his six-year-old sister, Daira, and his 19-year-old brother, Manuel, were detained. He says he really misses his mom. Benitez says Martha and Daira are now at an ICE detention center in Dilley, Texas, and Manuel was transferred to the Delaney Hall detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.

11:27I'm a licensed clinical social worker and the impact of family separation on their mental health is something that they will not be able to recover from in many years to come. The Department of Homeland Security released a statement writing in part, Martha and her children entered the U.S. illegally in December of 2022 and wrote, they have all received final orders of removal from an immigration judge. Martha's boyfriend says he spoke with her recently and says she's afraid of being deported and of the gangs and danger back home. Daira is believed to be among the youngest students detained by ICE in New York City.

12:05Martha's son says he feels helpless and the most painful part is not knowing when he'll be reunited with the rest of his family again. Martha's loved ones are calling for the family's reunion and release. I'm Matty Guajardo, CBS News, New York.

That's 10 % off your first bidet order at hellotushy.com with promo code MIDAS10. The next clip I want to share with you is ICE detaining a U.S. citizen at a California car wash. It's the third time this same exact car wash has been targeted. The U.S. citizen said, I remember. I thought I was going to die. Agents shot tear gas at him, tackled him to the ground. You can hear him yelling out. I can't breathe. I can't breathe as they pinned him to the ground and beat him and try to beat him to death.

14:15Ben Meiselas:He insists he did not salt anyone and video proves it. Isaac Dominguez explained that he clearly pump fake throwing a water bottle, but he didn't actually do it. This is the third time the car wash has been targeted. Let's play this clip. And tonight he's calling out those federal agents for violating civil rights.

14:36Tonight, the man ice agents are seen arresting at an Anaheim car wash in this video speaking out after walking free just hours later i remember i remember thinking i was gonna die 33 year old isaac dominguez admitting he did fake throw a bottle at federal agents while they were conducting their operation saturday which he believes made him a target i did come fake the bottle and the agent then pointed me out out of the whole crowd right um and chased me this video shows several federal agents trying to detain Dominguez and shooting off tear gas in it you can hear Dominguez calling for air

15:23Dominguez maintains he was not attacking the agents they were saying that I assaulted a federal agent But after going over the video, I didn't assault anybody. You guys leave. You guys leave. This is the third time federal agents have descended on the Euclid hand car wash in Anaheim. The first two times on July 3rd and July 8th. Management says ICE agents took a total of six of its employees. But this time, management says they didn't detain any. Only Dominguez, who does not work at the car wash and is an American citizen. They're violating all kinds of civil rights, man. I've always been one to, not to sound like a hear, but I've always been one to stand up for the little guy.

16:09And it being close to home, that being my people, I felt, I didn't even think, I just, I had to do something about it. Once in custody, Dominguez says he was taken to a holding point in Santa Ana, then released after about six hours with no paperwork, no court date, and no word on potential charges filed. But Dominguez says he did walk away with a new perspective. I knew the risk. Even in being there, I'm never going to blame anyone else. That's why I don't have an extravagant story for you. I believe that I was put in that position. I put myself in that position, but I went through it for a reason.

16:45Now, we have been reaching out to DHS over the last two days to find out more about this Anaheim car wash ice raid and to get clarity on why Dominguez was taken into custody. We have not yet heard back.

16:57Ben Meiselas:Now, you may have seen this next clip before. We've highlighted it in another video, but here's another angle of Ricardo Chavez, who's legally allowed to be here. He has a legal work permit. ICE smashed the windshield of a Connecticut man, Ricardo Chavez, who had a legal work permit. They chased him, they tased him, and shoved him bleeding into an unmarked car as he was bleeding out. Despite demanding a warrant and exploiting complaining his daughters were right there. They just had to bring his papers. They took him anyway. They left his wrecked truck in the street for his daughter to deal with.

17:33Ben Meiselas:More than a dozen ICE agents had set up at a local police station until they were kicked out by the local police chief. Take a look right here of what happened to Ricardo Chavez. Play this clip.

17:55Norwalk Connecticut

18:14You guys better call an ambulance, he hit his head really hard Fucking asshole

18:26Fucking pieces of shit, yo. I want to see the Warren. I want to see the Warren. Wait. My wife is coming for you. Oh, my God. I want to see the Warren. Come on. Come on. Don't let. Don't let Chavez. Don't let Chavez. Yeah. Ricardo Chavez. I don't know what you're looking for.

18:53Ben Meiselas:Next up, I'm gonna show you a video of a pregnant mother slammed and dragged by ICE agents in Houston. Pregnant. She's saying she's pregnant. She's pregnant. Horrific stuff here. Again, don't look away. Let's play this clip. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. She's pregnant.

19:17She's pregnant.

19:24hey she pray anymore no pushing hands and pencil no pushing the stomach she pray she pray she pray she pray no do it she pray she pray no do it she pray

19:41oh my god she pray she pray She's painting. She's painting. She's painting. She's painting. She's painting. She's having nine months. See the last time.

19:56She's painting. Not doing anything to her. Not doing anything to her. Oh my God.

20:23I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

20:34I'm sorry. I mean, she's praying, bro. She's praying, how nine months she's praying. She has it last time for the month, she's coming to the baby. She can grab four. The helmet.

20:57Ben Meiselas:Now, this is in the Danbury community. Danbury unites for immigrants. We've been covering what's been happening in Danbury. ICE has been brutalizing that community and escalating its attacks. We'll show you what happened here. This is as 20 ICE agents, military gear, swarm and abduct people by courthouse steps, denying their right to due process. And you're seeing other footage of migrants who are working. ICE agents come, militarize gear, body slam them to the ground, start beating them and send them to concentration camps. Here, play this clip.

23:23Ben Meiselas:in the united states it's sickening sickening to see this but we the people need to rise up We, the people, cannot stand for this. We have to acknowledge that this is taking place, that this is what happened in Nazi Germany. It's happening here in the United States. And I'm not speaking hyperbolic. It's happening in the United States. ICE wants to create 1 ,000 concentration camps across the United States like Alligator Alcatraz right now as Donald Trump purges museum, purges universities, seizes control of corporations, puts military into Washington, D.C. He's recreating the Hitler playbook, in my opinion.
