In short

The episode claims Donald Trump and his “regime” are violating multiple court orders, including prohibiting chemical warfare against people in the U.S., and frames ICE actions as war crimes. It presents “receipts” via videos/photos alleging: ICE detained U.S. citizens in Chicago, including Alderman Michael Rodriguez’s chief of staff Elaine Bahana and Police District Council Member Jacqueline Lopez, with witnesses saying no threat was made; ICE violently detained Nate Griffin (Laugh Factory Comedy Club manager) while officers allegedly stood by, and he faces up to eight years; ICE detained a mother near Madison Elementary in Santa Ana despite her showing legal documents, with agents allegedly wearing mismatched/“Amazon” vests and blocking license plates. It also alleges a Cuban Miami man, Roberto Mosquera, was sent to Eswatini’s maximum-security prison and is on hunger strike. Another segment claims a Pensacola restaurant owner, Tacos El Fluffy, had her work visa revoked and was forced to self-deport, disrupting her son’s military-related life.

2:44Ben Meiselas:Donald Trump and his regime have been caught on tape. We have videos, we have photographs, we have the receipts of Donald Trump and his regime violating court orders, prohibiting the use of chemical warfare against American citizens and against people in the United States of America. I can't even believe that I have to use that sentence. We have tape of Donald Trump not just engaged in chemical warfare against people in this country, but engaged in acts of war crimes, essentially, against people here in the United States of America. Let me just show you the receipts that we have. Please share this with as many people as you know.

3:30Ben Meiselas:It is critical that we get the word out to people in the United States and the rest of the world what Donald Trump has turned the United States of America into because corporate media will try to sane wash this just as they have Trump's bulldozing of the East Wing of the White House, just as they have all of his disastrous policies. policies. We need to be the voice of truth, the voice of facts, the voice of empathy also right now. In this first video, I'm going to show you ICE detained multiple U.S. citizens in Chicago. Let me repeat that. U.S. citizens in Chicago, including the chief of staff for the 22nd Ward Alderman.

4:13Ben Meiselas:Two agents slam a woman down into the ground, kneel on her back, and zip tie her, despite witnesses all agreeing that she made no threat. I'm not resisting. She screams, I never made a threat. I never said anything. Those bounty hunters didn't want to leave empty handed after getting locked out of a laundromat where they were going to kidnap people. That's what the witnesses were explaining. The two staff members of Alderman Michael Rodriguez, who were detained, Chief of Staff Elaine Bahana, and Police District Council Member Jacqueline Lopez. This incident occurred in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood.

4:54Ben Meiselas:Let's watch this.

5:22Ben Meiselas:Now, in this next video, I'm going to show you ICE violently detain U.S. citizen who was standing up for his employees and they tackle his elderly mother in the process. A well-known person in Chicago as well. Nate Griffin, the manager of the Laugh Factory Comedy Club on Chicago's north side. I've attended shows there when I visited Chicago. He looks right at the Chicago police who are just standing around, honestly doing nothing. Officers, why are you letting this happen? Why are you letting them kidnap me? A masked agent was overheard claiming that he hit a car door and should be charged with assault of an officer.

6:03Ben Meiselas:There is a GoFundMe to support his legal battle. He can now face up to eight years in prison. Here, play this clip. Go! No! No! Leave him alone! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go!

6:36Go!

6:47post. my phone,

7:16Ben Meiselas:In this next clip, I'm going to show you ICE detained a mother dropping off her child at elementary school and they refuse to even look at her legal papers from the United States. What documents? The agent sarcastically replies, holding up the folder of the documents that he was handed by the woman lawfully here who he was kidnapping. A witness yells, the ones in your hands, the ones in your hands. The agent actually admits to being an immigrant himself and says, yes when asked if he purchased his vest on Amazon. A different mass kidnapper is wearing no type of ice uniform at all, just a green sticker ID that says he bought for his safety.

8:04Ben Meiselas:Also, you'll see that the license plates are completely blocked off. You have masked men kidnapping people with papers off the streets in the United States of America. This incident occurred in Santa Ana, California, right by Madison Elementary School, which is close to where I live. Here play this clip. Leave her alone. Hey, what are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? Leave her alone. What are you doing? Leave her alone. What are you doing?

8:42Leave her alone. Hey, you're kidnapping her? Leave her alone. Leave her alone. What are you doing? Leave her alone. Look at your dumb ass badge. That's a fucking sticker. Bro, why is it green? Why is it green? For my safety. What safety? You guys are not even dressed the same. What are you doing to her? Nothing. No, you say nada. What are you doing to her? Where are you taking her? Where are you taking her?

9:26Where are you taking her? Where are you taking her? Where are you taking her? No one's impeding you. Yes, you are. She's in the case. What are you doing? She gave you the documents. She's doing it the correct way. I don't have to talk to you anything, okay? You're talking? Get out of my way. No, you're a fucking immigrant too. She speaks better English than you. Yeah, that's fine. That's fine. What are you doing to her? Hey, what are you doing to her? Why are you detaining her? Why are you detaining her? We'll take you to our office, okay? For what? Let's go. She just gave you documents. She just gave you the documents.

10:06What documents? In the window you fucking have, are you dumb? Get away from me. Don't talk to me, okay? No, you don't talk to me. No, no, no. Show me your face then. I don't have to. With your fucking stupid ass vest from fucking Amazon. Yeah. You're not even police. Not even you're even dressed like. What the fuck? You're going to work in jeans? No, come close to me. No, no. You're the one getting close to me. We're going to arrest you. No, you're getting close to me. Do whatever the fuck you want. Yeah. Do it. Do it. Do it. You got a case on your hands. Do it. Do it. Do it. You don't even know if I'm a citizen or not.

10:40This is really, really bad. okay no professional you only make make it worse for kidnappers

10:52no no plates then you should it to a broken ass english over here deporting people like if you're even from here Is that fine? Nah, you weren't even born here. I was born here. You weren't. Look at you. Telling us how to do shit. It doesn't matter. Look at you. Look at you. How much you love this country. Obviously you don't. Look at you. Fucking searching for a better dream and deporting other people. Look at you. Look at you. Look at what you're doing to the people. Fucking asshole, man.

11:36Ben Meiselas:Now, I think this is really important for me to bring this up. The Medicare annual enrollment period is here. This is the time to compare your options. This next video I'm going to show you involves ICE deporting a Cuban Miami man who previously considered himself a, quote, super Trump supporter.

12:58Ben Meiselas:And this individual was sent to a maximum security prison in an area in Africa called Eswatini. Eswatini is kind of inside South Africa in Southern Africa. Eswatini. Now he's on a hunger strike, hoping to get attention of the MAGA movement. He came to the U.S. from Cuba at age nine, was a big Cuban for Trump supporter. He was actually someone who was convicted 30 years ago for attempted murder in the first degree and had numerous other crimes during that period. He turned his life around, according to his family, hadn't committed crimes for decades and was living a productive life in Miami. Big Trump supporter and now welcome to Eswatini, a country called Eswatini.

13:53Ben Meiselas:Play this clip.

14:16Cuba. The 58 year old is one of at least five men sent to a maximum security prison in the kingdom of Eswatini over the summer, a small country in Africa criticized for alleged human rights abuses. How we go from one moment of me hugging my dad and being with him all the time and just being his little girl and then to he's just on a different country in prison for what he did his time years ago. The Department of Homeland Security highlighted Roberto Mosquera as the worst of the worst, stressing he was a convicted murderer. It's kind of messed up that you guys are labeling my father as a murderer.

14:49We found Mosquera has a lengthy criminal record in Miami-Dade, and it shows he was convicted, not for murder, but for attempted murder. Back in the 80s, he spent years getting his life back on track. He is a plumber. Very, very hardworking. His attorney adding, now his life is on the line. Monica tells me she's very concerned about her dad in this hunger strike. She hasn't heard from him in over a week. His attorney alleges not only is this against international law, You have a man in a prison on no charge, not to mention he's in Africa. So she's been unable to meet with him one on one.

15:23Ben Meiselas:This next video I'm going to show you involves a restaurant owner who gave free meals to active military during the Trump shutdown. Now ICE is forcing her to deport. She owns something called Tacos L. Fluffy with her son. Her son is a U.S. Navy veteran. Her work visa has now been revoked and forced to self-deport by the end of her month. Her son, Gio Zelaya, announced that he will have to close the restaurant until he makes sure his mom is settled. Having to execute that plan has been a lot for me and everybody around me, especially my sister, who is a 16-year-old trying to live as normal life as possible.

16:05Ben Meiselas:Tacos El Fluffy is located in Pensacola, Florida, where about 25 percent of the population works with the U.S. military. Play this clip. Taco Zell Fluffy has become increasingly popular over the last couple of years, even serving free meals to military service members during the shutdown. But now they are closing their doors as the mother of the business has learned that she has an unexpected deadline to leave the country. Gio Zelaya founded Taco Zell Fluffy with his family in 2023, using recipes passed down through generations. In a social media post, Elias shares, despite his mother living here for 20 years and holding a work permit the last 10, her most recent renewal was denied and the permit was revoked.

16:49I come to you with a different message today. Not the usual post that would be expected, but it is the reality of what me and my family are going through at the moment. She's been given a month to self-deport. My mom has to self-deport by October 25th, and I haven't been able to process the reality. We knew that this was something that could happen, and we have a plan, but now having to execute that plan has been a lot for me, and everybody around me. Because of the situation, Tacos Out Fluffy will be closed until the end of October. I just want to spend the next couple of days cooking for my mom, my team, and spending time with family before we have to take my mom to the airport and have her go back to Honduras.

17:49Immigration attorney Jerry Gerritsen, who is not representing the family but spoke generally, says revocations can be common in the current administration. And so there's not, in the old days, there's, it was a more compassionate, right, USCIS,

18:04Ben Meiselas:they would say, hey, let's try to get this figured out. These days they're saying, get out of here now. Garrison says once a visa is revoked, options are limited. The options are they can appeal. And so it goes to judges, right? And so immigration judges. The judges are likely going to be incompetent or right-linging, so they're just going to throw it away anyway. So there's yeah, you can appeal, but there's this really or find another option. Right. Now, Gio Zalai was here just about 30 minutes ago. He was posting a sign to the door, letting people know that the doors will be closed in the meantime.

18:39He was here and he said that multiple people have been coming by trying to get into the taco shop. But unfortunately, it is closed until the end of the month. He told me things are moving fast and they are actually leaving tomorrow to head to Honduras for his mother. Reporting live, I'm Aria Serka.

18:56Ben Meiselas:This next comes from Unraveled Press. They talk about how, as this was on the weekend, it was not even 11 a.m. and federal agents started gassing the northwest side of Chicago twice in one morning. They ended up doing it a lot more times than that. Just before 10, NWSRR reports they detained two people in Irving Park, one of them known to be a U.S. citizen. This was the first gas attack on Saturday morning, but there were multiple others that followed. Play this clip.

19:59Ben Meiselas:Michael McLean then talks about how masked federal agents then started gassing his neighborhood, but you'll see the community members were absolutely pissed at what was going on. Let's play this clip.

20:19Let him go! Let him go! Let him go! Let him go! Let him go! Let him go! Let him go! Let him go!

20:33Ben Meiselas:Well, there you have it. I mean, that gives you some insight into what's taking place right now in not just Chicago, Santa Ana, California by me, in Pensacola, Florida. You saw the Cuban for Trump guy who's now in Eswalini, South Africa. There you have it. Hit subscribe. Let's get to 6 million. Thanks for watching.

21:15Ben Meiselas:Offer of unlimited premium wireless for$15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun if we made$15 bills. But it turns out that's very illegal. So there goes my big idea for the commercial. Give it a try at midmobile.com slash switch. Upfront payment of$45 for three months,$90 for six months, or$180 for 12-month plan required. $15 per month equivalent. Taxes and fees extra. Initial plan term only. Greater than 50 gigabytes may slow when network is busy. See terms.
