He gave the United States military the orders to invade and to use full force as though he's ordering the United States military to kill people in Portland, Oregon. There's no other way to interpret what just went down. Here's what Donald Trump posted this morning again while he's out in Long Island enjoying a golf match on the taxpayer dime.

2:46Ben Meiselas:He writes, at the request of Secretary Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I'm directing the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary troops to protect war-ravaged Portland and any of our ICE facilities under siege from attack by Antifa and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing full force if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter. So he uses that boogeyman Antifa in order to say we are sending, which he's now referring the department of war to do a military invasion of an American city. Now, just a reminder, we've been covering what's been going down in Portland as ICE agents there and Trump's Gestapo have been provoking the community and looking to spark some pretext for Donald Trump to send a military invasion into Portland, Oregon.

And this is part of what ICE was trying to do to provoke the community there, try to encourage protests against ICE so Donald Trump can say, there's a war and we need to stop the war. The lady goes, my dad was ready to take out his real ID. But an agent yelled at him. I don't want to see that. Don't show me that. They never identified themselves. They kidnapped him. Let's play this clip of what went down there. Play this clip. Doorbell video shows ICE agents moments before detaining 32 year old Ana Aria's father. I just couldn't couldn't come to reality that that was happening.

7:44This is the moment Felipe Aguilera Gama was stopped by ICE early Monday morning. And he's not a bad person. He's not a pretty. Put the phone down with your hand. Put your hand. Now. My dad was ready to take out his ID and my dad has a real ID. And the guy was, I don't want to see that. I know who you are. And just yelling at him and never identify themselves, never said who they were, basically kidnapped him and just took him. Ana says her dad was taken to the ICE detention facility in Tacoma, Washington. She went to see him Wednesday. It was heartbreaking. He says the conditions that are harsh, like they're overcrowded.

8:34I've never seen my dad cry, ever. And seeing that today just completely broke me. Ana says her father moved from Mexico to America 35 years ago and worked in construction. She says he is undocumented, but in the process of becoming a legal citizen. I think he just wanted a better future for himself, for his family.

9:03Ben Meiselas:And then, of course, you have Pastor Adams at that Portland ice facility. And this is what Donald Trump is saying. War zone. This is a war. War ravaged. Take a look at what happened here. This is Pastor Adam from outside the ice facility over there in Portland. Let's play this clip. Hey, everybody. It's Pastor Adam. I am here in Portland at the ice facility with a whole bunch of other clergy and people of faith from the Portland area and belong and beyond to rise up and say no to ice and yes to our fellow human beings, our immigrant siblings who are created in the image of God. You know, scripture says over and over again that we are to love the immigrant in our midst as if they are a native born.

9:50It also says, Jesus himself says, how we treat the stranger in our midst is how we treat him. Christianity especially has a long way to go to make up for our divine mandate to love our neighbor, including our immigrant neighbors, as we love ourselves. God bless.

10:10Ben Meiselas:Now, as part of the actions being taken by Christy Noem and ICE in order to provoke division within our country, this is what was posted from the Department of Homeland Security account yesterday. Now we have the full picture. This is part of the bending of reality, the disinformation, the propaganda that is being flooded in by this Trump regime in order to create this cauldron of division. So then Donald Trump can use these authoritarian tactics like order a military invasion of another American city. So again, they post this photo right here. This is the official homeland security account. They write two of the monsters who opened fire on a children's baseball field in Katy, Texas, gained status and even U.S.

11:00Ben Meiselas:citizenship under Biden's administration. Mustafa Mohammed Matalga and Ahmed Mawad ruthlessly opened fire, hitting the team's coach while he was leading a prayer. These individuals should never have been allowed in our country. Under Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, we are working to prevent attacks like these, from ever happening again. But then we learned what the real story was this morning. A Texas youth baseball coach was struck by a stray bullet during a baseball game in a suburb of Houston on Sunday, September 21st. Three men were arrested on felony charges of deadly conduct with the firearm after officials reported that a suspect fired their guns from a nearby pasture toward the baseball field, according to a press relief from the Waller County Sheriff's Office.

11:46Ben Meiselas:Officials said the gunfire struck one adult male in the shoulder. Law enforcement believed the shots were meant for target practice and not directed at the players. In a state that has very lax gun regulations and gun laws, we know what's happening. This morning during a baseball game, an unfortunate incident occurred involving recreational shooting on a nearby property. The local police department was immediately notified of the possible illegal hunting and notified and responded to the scene in an effort to locate and apprehend the individuals. It was a hunting thing to be clear. And then what was it on Friday, the day before there was this story that right-wing media was trying to push 17 year old Caden Spite was reportedly shot and abducted while wearing a MAGA hat by multiple Hispanic men in Florida.

12:35Ben Meiselas:All the right-wing MAGA influencers pushed that out. But then we learned this whole thing was a hoax and right wingers, some of them deleted their posts, some didn't delete their posts. But what actually happened was that it seemed to be a child who was mentally unwell in possession of their father's firearm. You see the things that happen over and over again, lax gun laws in Texas, possession of father's firearm, blame radical leftists. That's what they were going with right here. Utterly, utterly ridiculous. It's why it's important that we have a healthy media diet right now and we know what's going on and what's actually being reported.

13:13Ben Meiselas:I found this to be rather interesting and disturbing as well. If you look at this report that the Trump regime is ordering federal authorities to ignore the state of California's mask law, Governor Newsom signed into law that in the state of California, federal agents and anybody can't walk around with masks and kidnap people. Sounds reasonable, right? Well, the feds, Kristi Noem, Donald Trump say we're not following that law. We're not going to follow the laws. What are you going to do? You're going to send your police to arrest us. Have your police arrest us and we'll do a civil war is essentially what the Trump regime is saying.

13:49Ben Meiselas:We're going to send the federal government to do whatever the hell we want in your state. States rights, right? The party that brought you states rights is invading our cities across the country and not following the law of states. It's like you shouldn't wear a mask and kidnap human beings off the street. But what I found very interesting about that article, no left wing, quote unquote, left wing media has reported on this. Sounds like a pretty big deal. This is all over right wing media. They're bragging about the Trump regime ignoring this law. I'm going to report about it here in the Midas Touch Network.

16:58Ben Meiselas:I mean, they're throwing farmers under the bus and cutting a purported TikTok deal with China, which we don't even know what the real terms are, where Trump's delivering it to his oligarch rich friends, picking and choosing who the winners are while the government takes certain stakes and corporations so that Donald Trump and others can further enrich themselves and or bring more influence to themselves. You have them bragging about UFC fights at the White House while Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, while Americans can't afford their rent, even if they're lucky enough to have a house, can't afford their freaking mortgage as groceries are going up as the indicator of inflation.

17:31Ben Meiselas:That's the main one used by the feds. PCE is coming in super hot, meaning bad and rising while Trump claims inflation has gone away. People are suffering right now, and this is what they're doing. Now they're invading another American city on Saturday morning, September 27th. Outrageous behavior. But Secretary Pete Hegseth, who calls himself unlawfully the Secretary of War, says, under my direction, the soldiers who fought the Battle of Wounded Knee will keep their medals. This decision is final. Their place in history is settled. That's what they're doing right now. Ever read the book, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, the massacre that occurred right there?

18:12Ben Meiselas:And now Pete Hegseth, I mean, as Will Stencil says, the guiding principle of this administration is just white supremacy. If white people did it, it was good, even if it means slaughtering women and children. Meanwhile, if you're not white, anything you have done is the product of DEI and should be taken away from you. Now, as we learned about Pete Hegseth's invasion of Portland, Oregon this morning, I do want to share this with you right here. Senator Slotkin, here she is when she examined Pete Hegseth. And to me, this is very telling, especially in light of what Donald Trump's orders were, which Donald Trump's orders seem to be saying you can basically kill people in Portland, Oregon.

18:50Ben Meiselas:Here, play this clip. I'm just asking the question. Don't laugh. What evidence would you have that an order like that has ever been given? It is based on Donald Trump giving that order to your predecessor. Have you given the order? That's all I want to know. It's not theoretical. For the U.S. military, military, not law enforcement, they can arrest all day long. That's the job. do they have the ability the uniformed military to arrest and detain protesters currently today um i it's a yes or no thing authority it's sort of it's sort of amusing the extent to which the speculation is out there these troops are given very clear orders and what is the order then list it out for us be a man list it out did you authorize them to detain or arrest that is a fundamental issue of democracy i'm not trying to be a snot here i'm just trying to get the actual did you authorize them to do that?

19:36All of these orders and what they're sent there to do are public. So say it. So say it. Yes or no? I'd like to. Please. Yes or no. As I've said time and time again through interruption, they're there to protect law enforcement, ICE officers who are trying to do their job deporting illegals who were allowed in by the previous administration. So they cannot arrest and detain citizens of the United States, the uniformed military. As we've stated, if necessary, in their own self-defense, they could temporarily detain and hand over to ICE. Have you given the order to be able to shoot at unarmed protesters in any way?

20:16I'm just asking the question. Don't laugh. Like the whole country. And by the way, my colleagues. What is that based on? What evidence would you have that an order like that has ever been given? Giving that order to your predecessor, to a Republican secretary of defense who I give a lot of credit to because he didn't accept the order. He had more guts and balls than you because he said, I'm not going to send in the uniform military to do something that I know in my gut isn't right. He was asked to shoot at their legs. He wrote that in his book. That's not hearsay. So you're poo-pooing of this.

20:47It just shows you don't understand who we are as a country. Have you given the order? Have you given the order that they can use lethal force against honor? I want the answer to be no. Please tell me it's no. Have you given the order? Senator, I'd be careful what you read in books and believing it, except for the Bible. Oh, my God.

21:06Ben Meiselas:Now, just the final thing I want to share with you before we go. I'm getting additional information now. CBS News is reporting about what went down in that grand jury where Donald Trump handpicked his personal attorney, Lindsey Halligan, to bring that indictment against James Comey. It was so confusing. The magistrate judge had no clue what was taking place because the magistrate judge said this has never happened before. I've been handed two documents that are in Mr. Comey's case that are inconsistent with one another. There seems to be a discrepancy. They're both signed by the grand jury foreperson.

21:40Ben Meiselas:But she goes, the two versions of the indictment don't seem to match. I've been handed two documents. She says there's a discrepancy. the one that says it's a failure to concur on an indictment. It doesn't say with respect to one count. It looks like the grand jury failed to concur across all of the counts. So I'm a little confused as to why I was handed two things with the same case number that are inconsistent. What happened here? And then Halligan goes, so I only reviewed the one with the two counts that our office redrafted when we found out about the two, the two counts that were true build.

22:18Ben Meiselas:And I signed that one. I did not see the other one. I don't know where that came from, Halligan told the judge. You didn't see it? I did not see that one, Halligan said. The judge was surprised. So your office didn't prepare the indictment? She goes, no, no, no, no, no. I was the one. I prepared the three counts. I only signed the one with the two counts. I don't know which one with the three counts you have in your cans. Okay, it has your signature on it. Okay, well, so we don't even know what the hell happen in this grand jury right now? Is it a valid grand jury? Did the grand jury even know what they were being handed?

22:53Ben Meiselas:I mean, they seem to have signed a two count indictment, but they rejected the three count, but there's a two count. And then someone interline interlineated. They only didn't concur with respect to one count. This is a mess. This is sloppy. This is loser behavior and it's fascist behavior brought to you by the Trump regime.
