1:29Ben Meiselas:Donald Trump just had a disastrous return to Washington, D.C. Upon his landing, he started basically shouting on social media. It's rigged. It's all rigged. Everything's rigged. The election was rigged. The job numbers are rigged. Anyone saying the economy is not doing well is rigged. But Sidney Sweeney, she's hot. I think she's hot. Seriously, let me show you what Donald Trump was saying. You can't make this up, folks. Donald Trump goes last week's jobs report was rigged, just like the numbers prior to the presidential election were rigged. That's why in both cases there was massive record setting revisions in favor of the radical left Democrats.

2:12Ben Meiselas:Those big adjustments were made to cover up and level out the fake political numbers that were concocted in order to make a great Republican success look less stellar exclamation points. And then he spells Sidney Sweeney's name wrong. You're like, oh, come on. He's really going to say Sidney Sweeney's hot. Yep. Sidney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the hottest ad out there. It's for American Eagle and the jeans are flying off the shelves. Go get him, Sidney. On the other side of the ledger, Jaguar did a seriously woke advertisement. That is a disaster. The CEO just resigned. Oh, and upon Donald Trump's disastrous landing, he says, I'm getting the greatest single reviews for the Rose Garden.

3:05Ben Meiselas:Did you see what I did with the Rose Garden? what you destroyed the Rose Garden and turned it into some disgusting concrete with the American flag drains. Here, this is what he said here. Play this clip. Are you happy with how the Rose Garden turned out and we have some kind of events with the Rose Garden? Are you happy with how it turned out? Yeah, we're getting great reviews of the Rose Garden and we had to do it as an example. When we had a press conference, you'd say. He wasn't done there upon his landing. He said, ask Pocahontas the real question, CNBC. He calls Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas.

3:41Ben Meiselas:He goes, Elizabeth Warren's a loser. She lies about everything, including the fact that she's an Indian. She is not. She's no Pocahontas. Then he goes, in just six months, I cut costs, especially energy and taxes tremendously. Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren on CNBC said costs have gone up. She is just angry that I blew up her terrible presidential campaign. Call her out! I mean, this is the behavior of an insane individual, right? I mean, could you imagine if any former president behaved like this at all in office? Oh, by the way, South, as I told you, was going to happen. South Korea confirms that it is not, let me repeat, is not giving the United States$350 or$450 billion as Donald Trump claimed was part of the deal that there was no paperwork for, nothing binding.

4:40Ben Meiselas:Instead, they said that it will be an investment, perhaps that they will give to the United States in the form of discretionary high interest loans, just like Japan. When I've said Donald Trump has done zero trade deals, I just say, show me the deal. Show me the paper. Show me where it's binding. Show me where South Korea's legislature or Japan's or wherever are approving this thing. They don't. Donald Trump makes up a fake deal. He manipulates the market. He goes and builds himself a$200 billion disgusting looking ballroom. We don't even know how that's going to be funded. Destroying the East Wing of the White House.

5:24Ben Meiselas:Destroy the Rose Garden. But, you know, what's the press focused on? The press is acting like, oh, the Democrats are fleeing Texas because they want to stop the redistricting taking place there. You mean when Donald Trump is whining about rigging things, he and the MAGA Republicans actually want to rig the midterms and Democrats aren't fleeing. They're trying to preserve and protect our democracy as Trump and Greg Abbott threatened the Democratic state representatives from Texas who have left, who are now in Illinois with arrest, with removing their legislative seats because Donald Trump actually wants to rig the midterms by removing all Democrats from the state of Texas while there is an actual emergency taking place in Texas from flash floods that killed over 100 people, mostly little girls because Texas and the federal government was ill-equipped to handle emergencies by design.

6:21Ben Meiselas:But during the suffering, they focus on eliminating Democrats. That's called fascism 101. As frequent viewers know, I am a huge fan of our partner at Chapter who helps seniors select the best Medicare plan for their specific situation. They've helped many viewers of this channel, save money and get better medical care. One regular viewer named Kevin in Florida was struggling with high out-of-pocket costs due to his pre-existing conditions. Chapter helped him enroll in a plan that saves him$2 ,100 a year. They saved another listener, Stephen, hundreds of dollars a month by finding a better plan that covered his dialysis treatment.

7:03Ben Meiselas:And the best part it is, it's totally free. You just give them a call at 82 Medicare and they'll see if you're in the best plan given your individual needs. If so, they'll let you know. If not, they'll help you find and enroll in something better. It's easy and it's quick. They can review your options in less than 20 minutes. And did I mention it's free? So if you're turning 65 or already on Medicare, but not sure if your plan is the best one that's around, call them today at 82 Medicare and share your experience in the comments below. Again, call them at 82 Medicare. You want to take a look, by the way, about what they're doing in Israel right now, what the Netanyahu government is doing.

7:49Ben Meiselas:Oh, they're just firing the attorney general there who is prosecuting Netanyahu. Sound familiar? That's what Netanyahu's government did today. Just fire the attorney general. Anyway, if you wanted to know what Elizabeth Warren was saying that had Donald Trump ranting and raving upon his disastrous landing to Washington, D.C., she just said things aren't really affordable right now. He came in. He promised he would make things affordable. He promised he would lower the costs on day one. And he didn't do that. Play this clip. Remember, Donald Trump ran for office saying he would lower costs on day one.

8:23cost of groceries are up, cost of housing is up, cost of health care is up. And where is Donald Trump? He's passing a signature bill to throw people off their health care so he can do tax cuts for billionaires. Democrats are the people who say billionaires actually should pay their fair share and that we need to focus on affordability for American families. And that's what we're out there fighting for.

8:47Ben Meiselas:You mentioned as this one account also says here, the account's called Scary Lawyer Guy. He's also dropping a cool$200 million to do a bunch of work on the White House to make it look more like Mar-a-Lago, by the way, one of the grounds for Epstein sex trafficking. And how this can't seem to penetrate the news cycle is a mystery to someone with greater knowledge of journalism than me should explain. I'll just say this. We are the news cycle now. Independent media, the Midas Touch network right here. More people are watching this than cable news. We just need a better frame of reference. I understand cable news isn't showing it.

9:23Ben Meiselas:That's why people aren't watching that. By the way, shout out to Democratic Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. She was at the event the Midas Touch hosted in Phoenix, Arizona with Move On. Here's what she had to say last night. Here, play this clip. And I have to tell you this because I'm so inspired not only by all of you that decided to show up today, but right before I got over here, my former colleagues from the Texas House, those Texas Democrats, decided to get the hell out of Texas.

9:59They decided to use whatever tools they could, and breaking quorum is where they are at right now.

10:08And they didn't just do it by themselves. They went to Illinois, where there's a governor that gives a damn. You see, this fight is going to take all of us. That is why I say we are one.

10:23Ben Meiselas:Now, here's what Greg Abbott said earlier this morning, threatening Democrats with arrest for bribery in the state for leaving so that there could not be a quorum for the MAGA Republicans to rig the Texas maps. Here, play this clip. You said in your statement that you put out today to all of them in a letter to them, You said in addition to abandoning their offices, these legislators may also have committed felonies. What is the felony? What are the penalties for this? So very simply, it would be bribery if any lawmaker took money to perform or to refuse to perform an act in the legislature. And the reports are these legislators have been both.

11:07They sought money and they offered money to skip the vote, to leave the legislature, to take a legislative act. That would be bribery. And so the facts will have to come out. But I think based upon comments made by legislators themselves, they face a possibility of facing bribery charges, which is a second degree felony in the state of Texas. There's one way to cure that. And that is if they get back to the state of Texas and make quorum today at a hearing that we have at three o 'clock, they can cure themselves of any quid pro quo that would subject them to potential bribery charges. All right.

11:45Ben Meiselas:And by the way, here is Donald Trump's top economic advisor, Kevin Hassett, the National Economic Council director. And here he even makes a pretty stunning admission that he had the job numbers were slower than expected. And you know what? He's admitting that things are looking grim. Here play this clip. Just the market seemed to believe the revisions in the numbers more than they believe the original numbers. That's why you saw bond yields tumble on Friday. Are you in agreement with that? Do you think we are starting to see a real slowdown in the jobs market? Yeah, I think that the jobs numbers were slower than we expected.

12:24I think that like one of the explanations for revisions is they have more complete data. And so I think it is likely that the revisions are a better read of the data if the data are not being manipulated. And so, yeah, I would say that it's a little bit weaker. But don't forget, This is before the big, beautiful bill is really kicking in. And so with our eyes on the horizon, we're highly optimistic about the future of this economy. We've got the big, beautiful bill. We've got expensive factories, got no taxes on tips. We've got incomes going up$10 ,000 for a typical family. And we've got all of that happening while the budget deficit is declining rapidly because of the tariff revenue.

13:00And so there are a lot of really good reasons to be super optimistic about the second half of the year. But absolutely, that jobs number, if the revision turns out to be true, does suggest that there's less momentum than we thought. And, you know, you could say that the dissenters at the Fed saw this coming. They specifically mentioned that there were signs of labor market weakening. They were pointing, I think, to the ADP release as much as anything. And so, yeah, I think that the pressure on the Fed to get its policy in order is going to be higher because of this. And that's proving that the president was right about it.

13:33Ben Meiselas:Finally, you have the Democratic governor of New York, Governor Hochul, saying gloves are off. This is war. If Texas is going to do an unlawful gerrymander, well, New York's going to remove our independent commission and we're going to get rid of the Republican congressional districts. California is saying we'll get rid of the Republican congressional districts. If this is the fight that Republicans want to have, Democrats are not going to unilaterally disarm and lie over in the fetal position and let Republicans do it. If this is the fight that Republicans want, Governor Hochul, Governor Pritzker, Governor Newsom, and others are saying bring the fight on.

14:13Ben Meiselas:Here, play this clip. I thank them so much for making this journey. You are on the right side of history. And you're not alone. We are in solidarity with each and every one of you and your colleagues in another state hosted by my great friend, J.B. Pritzker, welcome you as well. As I said, history will judge us on how we respond to this moment. But here in New York, we will not stand on the sidelines with the timid souls on the sidelines who don't care, will not invest their heart and soul into this battle. This is a war. We are at war. And that's why the gloves are off. And I say, bring it on.
