Trump Loses MAGA Supporters as Former Allies Speak Out

We've heard from all of these MAGA Republicans or former MAGA Republicans who are saying enough. We are out. I mean, there are thousands of messages we're seeing every single hour. Messages like this. Being pro-Trump used to be effing awesome. Don't really know about that, but okay. He was clowning people right to their face, posting memes and blowing up the whole stale system, this MAGA said.

0:46Ben Meiselas:We laughed at everyone trying to stop him and built a network of people who embraced him being an outsider. He was the villain. He was our villain. It was hilarious. Eventually, he started lying and lying a lot. It became overwhelming just like that. It wasn't so funny anymore. We warned you, ain't nothing funny about the wrecking ball that is this disgusting regime that's covering up child sex trafficking rings and getting into catastrophic wars, destroying the United States and killing so many people abroad and here at home. Let me show you what we're hearing from MAGA people. MAGA people are waking up.

So I supported Donald Trump because, you know, I thought he would tackle our debt, which was concerning to me because I have a wife and four kids, four young kids.

2:30I say young from 20 to 13. But I was kind of fighting for them with my vote. Even had my 13-year-old son go in there and pull the lever, obviously, next to me. We were very proud to support Trump. Well, not again. I'm not even going to call myself a conservative anymore. I'm just a Christian and an American.

2:53Ben Meiselas:Or how about this individual who said he voted for Donald Trump before and he says things have gotten so bad against the Trump regime. 5:33Ben Meiselas:When I was around 12 to 13, he was masculine role model to me, especially because I didn't really have anyone else to look up to as my parents fought verbally and physically endlessly and treated me poorly. I ended up voting for him in 2024 because I worried the job market I was going to graduate into was going to be worse if Kamala Harris got elected because I falsely attributed the strong economy from 2016 to 2020 to Trump's leadership and the weak economy from 2020 to 2024 to Biden. It was a combination of his obscene corruption, his willingness to financially burden the working class, Epstein files in the Iran war that it made me deeply regret voting for him.

6:15Ben Meiselas:I'm voting all blue in the midterms and for a progressive blue in 2028, not making the same mistake twice. I think I was fooled by him because he's charismatic, wealthy, confident, and I'm the opposite of those things. I know if I'm old enough to vote, I should be old enough to know better, but other Americans made the same mistake for the same reason and are quietly regretting it and suffering for it at the pumps. Okay, okay, what about this person? What made me change my mind was the mounting doubts about traditional Catholicism. Then when I began deconstructing from that old conservatism felt like a house of cards.

6:52Ben Meiselas:So now I'm doing all the research. I tend to learn more about Democratic candidates and I'm proud to say I'll be voting blue from here on out. Another person goes, it's blatantly obvious he ruins everything he touches. And even what he does is illegal. He does it anyway and lets the courts argue about it after once the damage is done. The White House is destroyed. The reflecting pool appears to be abandoned without being fixed properly. The Kennedy Center is considering filing bankruptcy. Doge could have only been about giving Elon our own personal information. I, we truly fucked up. Excuse my language.

7:27Ben Meiselas:I'm just reading it. And unfortunately, it's not an America problem now. It is a global problem. What are the ranchers thinking about this? What are ranchers thinking about this? 8:05And I even voted for Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024. I didn't vote Democratic. I voted for the Libertarian candidate or candidates. Don't even know their fucking name. Yeah, I know it's a wasted vote. Voted for them in 2020 and 2024 because I couldn't stand to give either party. for the presidential election my vote. But here I am now, I can't stand to give another Republican that supports this administration another vote. There is nothing that was campaigned on that is being delivered. No new wars, we have another never-ending war in Iran. Lower energy prices, energy prices are double what they were at the beginning of this year.

8:49Drill baby, drill? I'm in the oil industry. You would think with the price of oil right now, oil companies would be climbing over each other to drill new wells. They don't want to do shit. Yeah, there's a few new rigs picking up, but the way Trump has fucked oil companies over in the past with signing OPEC deals and flooding the market with foreign oil, they're just going to rake in these profits. Fuck this guy. They don't want to do him any favors. The cattle market, the one shining beacon in the ag economy right now, and he goes and fucks with it at the time when everyone's marketing calves and imports foreign beef, losing every single rancher selling calves in this time period, thousands and thousands of dollars.

9:38And these checks he's promising if the Republicans win? What about all the other checks? What about the doge checks? What about the tariff refund checks? Where are those? And now he's going to give us another$5 ,000? This guy is a fucking liar. He literally is having to bribe you people to get votes because he has done nothing for you. We had a deal with Iran, the JCPOA under the Obama administration. What the And you're going to be giving civilian nuclear capabilities to Saudi Arabia. You've given our Blackwell semiconductor classified chips to the UAE. Our F-35 parts have made their way to China. So spare me your views on national security. And by the way, Donald Trump's the one out there posting things like threatening nuclear or annihilation of the world with deranged memes or Donald Trump posting weird memes of himself looking over the globe and that's a his hemisphere or Donald Trump bragging about conquering Venezuela to steal their oil and their resources.

15:30Ben Meiselas:So spare me this morality lecture about Iran, nuclear weapons. And so that's good. Shut the hell up. It's people like you who have screwed our country so badly who have put us in this catastrophic war you've destroyed what the united states had before i mean it's you are the root cause of all of this stuff um and then you go this would be the price of gas if iran would have nuclear weapons 115 dollars 111 dollars a gallon 107 dollars a gallon i mean just stupid like what imagine how bad it would have been if kamala Harris, it would have been way worse than this. Imagine what it would be like if Iran had a nuclear weapon.

I keep hearing people complain that gasoline is over$4 a gallon, and yes, I'd love to see it at $2 again. But before we declare gasoline the most outrageously expensive liquid on earth, let's put things in perspective. For$4, I get a gallon of gasoline. I pour it into a 4 ,000 pound machine, turn a key, and that gallon will haul me the groceries, the golf clubs, and half the junk in my trunk almost 30 miles down the highway. That's actually pretty impressive day's work for four dollars now let's compare a restaurant sells me a five ounce glass of wine for nine dollars that's about 230 dollars a gallon and how far does that transport mean he'll all these people are you know are writing that message as well that's how they're trying to hold the line remember when the trump regime started they were like you get two pencils one eraser you get one barbie for that's it, you know, when they were doing their tariffs against the world.

So Donald Trump posted last night, late last night, the following, gas prices were much higher under Biden than under Trump. So were almost all other prices, President DJT. And then you got hundreds and then thousands of messages in response to Donald Trump's post on his own social media platform like this, gaslighting.

18:46Ben Meiselas:No, they weren't. They really were. And pardon me, gas prices are through the roof. No, they were not. Voted for you three times and I can finally say you're not the same man we put in office. Diesel is at record highs. You promised lower gas prices. End the war, please. Sure. Cry face emoji. I don't care what gas prices were back then. I care about what they are now. Please genuinely shut up. You sound so astonishingly R word. With all due respect, no the heck it wasn't. Diesel's at$7.25 in Michigan. Congratulations then. Well, that's a lie, but I guess the dummies here believe anything. Go change your diapers.
