In short

The episode argues that Donald Trump and his allies are covering up wrongdoing and escalating wars while facing growing calls for accountability. It claims the DOJ moved to dismiss the David Hearn “Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool” case because damage was caused by flawed contractor installation/overspray, not vandalism, and criticizes Janine Pirro and other figures for misrepresenting the facts. It also alleges Trump’s Iran policy is reckless and dishonest, citing claims about U.S. airstrikes killing civilians, Iran striking tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, and threats to target energy infrastructure. It further attacks Trump’s “deal-making” narrative regarding Gaza, while criticizing pro-data-center economic messaging.

Notable examples

the DOJ motion language; NPS engineer email; alleged 2,000-pound bomb deaths in Iran; tanker attacks; “Board of Peace” claim.

Shop the sale July 23rd through 27th at the Wayfair store at Edens Plaza in Wilmette. Wayfair, every style, every home. Donald Trump is panicking as the calls to impeach him grow louder. Donald Trump largely went silent all last night, following the news that the Department of Justice and Jeanine Pirro moved to dismiss the indictment against David Hearn in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool case, admitting that the damage was the result of flawed, botched installation work, not vandalism.

0:58and you had Janine Pirro throw Donald Trump under the bus. Now, even Scott Jennings, you don't get much more of a MAGA bootlicker than that guy on CNN who literally takes Donald Trump's boot and starts licking it on CNN. Even he is saying the man prosecuted by Janine Pirro should sue the hell out of the Trump administration. They drag this guy's name through the mud. a two-time Olympic canoeist who was wrongfully targeted because Donald Trump was too stupid to even deal with a reflecting pool and was telling everybody, if you just paint it blue, the algae will go away. Well, you can't just paint things blue, Donald, whether it's a reflecting pool, whether it's the economy.

1:48You can't just make up$19.1 trillion are coming in when it ain't coming in. You can't paint it blue and say you control the Strait of Hormuz when you don't. You can't say, oh, you're speaking with the Iranians and they really want to make a deal. They're begging you because they don't have a navy or military. You can't paint it blue. The algae always comes back and you are exposed as a liar. It's a karma boomerang. As Scott McFarlane from the Midas Touch Network explains, The final paragraph of the Justice Department's motion to dismiss the case against David Hearn is quite something.

2:27Ben Meiselas:Here's what it says. A recent visual inspection showed damage throughout the reflecting pool, even in the middle of the pool, where a vandal would not likely attempt to peel the lining. Given all of this newly discovered information, it is difficult to attribute the widespread damage to the reflecting pool to vandalism, let alone to establish that fact beyond a reasonable doubt. It also goes on to say in the motion by the DOJ, almost immediately after the work was initially completed, before David Hearn was ever arrested, peeling was observed along the pool perimeter. Duh, we were showing that on the Midas Touch Network.

3:10Ben Meiselas:The NPS, the National Park Service Engineers, June 11, 2026 email stated that the cause of the damage was contractor error via overspray, that the peeled lining would not float, and that the peeling would not impact the strength of the liner. Yeah, you're all a bunch of frauds, but I want you to remember this. This is the Trump DOJ covering up child sex trafficking rings, covering up the Epstein files and telling everybody, we produced everything. Really? This group of people who did this to the reflecting pool want us to believe they've turned over the Epstein files? B.S. This is the same group of people saying they brought in$19.1 trillion while our debt increases and the deficit expands.

3:59They're a bunch of damn frauds. They're scumbags. They're con artists. These are terrible human beings. Remember that. These are just bad people who hate America, and they hate us all, and they just want to take from us, these despicable Trump regime people. These are the same people who are doing this catastrophic and unlawful war in Iran, the reflecting pool people, the Bergums, the Lutniks, the Trumps, the Piro's, the Hegseths, this sicko group of Epstein class. You know what I was about to say. So people are calling for Trump to be impeached, for Jeanine Pirro to be disbarred. People want Donald Trump to go before the ICC.

4:43Throw that war criminal before the Hague. Hegseth is a war criminal. Put him before the Hague. Brad Cooper, the head of CENTCOM, a war criminal. And why do I say this? I'm not being hyperbolic. Y 'all killed little girls at an elementary school in Manab. You keep on killing people off the coast of Venezuela in fishing boats. You killed civilians across the Middle East. You ate and abet genocide. Want to look at what you did in the past 48 hours?

5:14Ben Meiselas:As New York Times Times reports, we reported this before, visuals suggest the US dropped a 2 ,000 pound bomb on a home in Iran, killing three. Here's the family of three who were killed. Three members of an Iranian family were killed, and two other children from the family were injured in a US airstrike in a residential neighborhood of Kesham Island. Remember when we reported on that 48 hours ago, and everybody was like, well, I'm not reading that anywhere else. Yeah, because they don't know what the hell they're talking about. The Americans dropped a 2 ,000-pound bomb on these civilians, and they killed the husband, his wife, and their two-year-old son.

5:52But when Donald Trump was in Camp David, right before he leaked to CBS, which is state regime media, and he leaked to Wall Street Journal that the U.S. was about to massively escalate in Iran with Netanyahu and destroy power plants and bridges and desalination facilities and cause mass death amongst the 90 million population over their more

6:17Ben Meiselas:horrific war crimes, before Donald Trump leaked that piece as part of his, we're going to bomb the hell out of him. They want to do a deal. We're going to bomb that out of him. When Trump was in Camp David, this part doesn't get enough attention. You have Marco Rubio was talking about how the United States is attacking the international criminal courts, the ICC. And Trump's like, I just want to let you know, they're not going after me. We just want to protect Bibby. We want to protect Netanyahu. Listen to what Trump says here for yourself. Let's play it. It was very arrogant. We've now begun an effort to really try to bring that court to heel.

6:55By the way, there's no information that they're after me. It could happen. Just so you know. He's talking about it. He's not trying to defend me. He is trying to defend Bibi and various other people. But there are many people that shouldn't be looked at that way. But there is no indication that I'm one of them. at this moment. Now, Donald Trump then went to state regime media, CBS, state regime media,

7:23Ben Meiselas:Fox, and other regime media and said, the United States is going to massively escalate, destroy all the power plants in Iran. He was doing that. Now, when he did that, he thought that Iran was going to be scared. What's the thing where you do the same thing over and over again and you expect a different result? Yeah. Insanity. I mean, Donald Trump is literally a psychotic, insane lunatic, right? If you saw him in the corner of a bar, like screaming, that's basically what we have right now in the Oval Office. I'd actually trust that drunk at the bar who's doing the actually more than Donald Trump because the guy at the bar may actually fall asleep at the right hours of the day, whatever that means.

8:09Ben Meiselas:Let me explain to you what Iran just did. Iran didn't just strike one. Iran struck at least two tankers, maybe more, that were once again trying to go through that southern route in the Strait of Hormuz. Because sent comms like, come out. We got you. We got your back. And Iran's like, bam. No, you don't. We don't got you. Stop using the southern route. We told you we're going to strike you. We're going to destroy your ship if you do that. So Iran did that earlier yesterday then late last night, early this morning, another tanker by Oman was reported by the UK MTO. Hey, we got a UK MTO warning.

8:48Ben Meiselas:I haven't seen those. Did they just stop? We knew that Iran was striking a lot of those tankers in the Southern route, but like, it seemed like the UK MTO went silent. We were seeing all these tankers being shot in that Southern route. Now, I also want to point out the following. Iran's undeterred, right? Iran's not worried about Donald Trump saying, you know, Iran sees Trump as reflecting pool boy. America is a, it doesn't mean that Trump can't unleash devastation. The United States has powerful, I don't want to underestimate it, okay? The US has a powerful military arsenal, but Trump's reflecting pool boy, right?

9:27You're willing to lie about reflecting pool? You pathetic scum. You're going to hurt your own U.S. Olympic canoeist, you scumbag. What do you think Iran thinks when they see that? What do you think our ally? What do you think people look like? They go, this guy is a scumbag loser. That's how people view the leader of the United States. People view the U.S. as some grotesque thing right now under this sick regime leadership. So with all of that going on too, let's talk about what else is happening, right?

9:58Ben Meiselas:What was it, 48 hours ago, Donald Trump announced a deal. What was it, Warren Buffett, who said, you can't ever do a great deal with a bad person. Can't do good deals with bad people, okay? It doesn't work that way. Bad people don't do good deals. They do bad deals. They don't do deals. They're bad. So Donald Trump announced 48 hours ago. Today, the Board of Peace reached a historic agreement for the complete disarmament of Hamas and all other armed groups in Gaza. A monumental step toward lasting peace. Would you do this deal with yourself? Would you do this deal? The Board of Peace. Where the hell is that even?

10:36What the? The Board of Peace. You're like making up like a, when I grew up, there was a Metmonk,

10:42Ben Meiselas:Mock United Nations in metropolitan area. We create our organizations. The Board of Peace declared it. Okay, but you know who didn't declare it? Israel. Okay, Israel authorities mark, the new Trump border peace agreement with massive airstrikes targeting residential blocks in Gaza in the middle of the night, killing a ton of people with the continuation of the genocide. Great work, Donald. You did it. You did the deal, Donald. You did the deal. You're a deal maker, Donald. Deal, deal, deal, deal, deal. You do deals, Donald. Deal, deal, deal, Donald. You pathetic loser. What a pathetic scumbag loser he is.

11:21Play this clip of what really went down.

11:35Speaking of pathetic scumbag losers, you then have Kevin Hassett, who's like, okay, okay, okay,

11:42Ben Meiselas:people, okay. I know I promised you 4 % GDP growth, but it's 1.5. But if I just say a bunch of economic terms, supply, demand, curve, yields, just say a bunch of words. And then I'm going to say, I got it right. These are the worst con artists. But setting aside that part, Kevin Hassett's big push, the Trump regime's big push is be a winner, don't be a whiner, have a data center in your backyard and shut the hell up. That's really their message, right? I showed you Vivek, be a winner, not a whiner. Winners love data centers in their backyard. Chris Wright, Trump's energy secretary, be a winner.

12:28Don't be a whiner. Data centers love it. Shove this data center in your face.

12:35Ben Meiselas:Here's Kevin Hassett, what he had to say about data centers. Let's play it. Because it's local officials, local selectmen and mayors and so on that are negotiating these deals and they've been negotiating the deals uh you know pretty generously in the sense that they've been having it all over the place because the data centers are very good for towns because they create so many jobs uh bring people in with high incomes they could buy houses and stuff like that and so if you take a sleepy town that hasn't really seen much in the last 20 30 years and put a data center there then they're going to be a whole bunch of happy residents of that town okay you don't want data centers all right all right all right world war three we're already basically in it the world is at war that's not hyperbolic the whole world is in a war right now whether it's russia strikes on ukraine and kiev killing at least nine people i think it'll probably be closer to 15 to 20 injuring 27 four children uh were severely harmed uh ukraine is out of its patriot interceptors it doesn't have any by the way the u.s is basically out of interceptors too And so now Russia's just hitting Ukraine hard with these ballistic missile salvos.

13:49Ben Meiselas:And Trump promised Zelensky, I'll do a whole other video on it this morning. He promised Zelensky interceptors or at least licenses. And then he's like, nope, I just dragged you along. I tapped you along, Zelensky, for a month, made you really dependent and then screwed you over. But I digress. Here's Rubio on state regime media Fox talking about, I don't know, oh, should the US and China go to war with each other? What would happen there? I don't know. Why are you saying these things, Rubio? Who are these people? Who are these people? Here's what Rubio says. Let's play it. China, be it economic or be it military, God forbid, would be catastrophic for both countries and for the world.

14:29So we have to manage that, but we can't walk away or forfeit our national interests. So this is the hard work of foreign policy, and it requires every administration to sort of balance these two competing tugs against us.

14:41Ben Meiselas:Here's the thing also, as Trump threatened to escalate this catastrophic war in Iran, Iran had to announce, Donald, if you do that, we're preparing a comprehensive response if you and Netanyahu strike us the way you claim you're going to do on the energy infrastructure. As Mark Amos explains, Iran has to pre-announce the global catastrophe they can inflict because the Trump regime still hasn't learned from five months of failed warfare. And Trump himself says he had no idea Iran would shut down the Strait of Hormuz in response to getting attacked. He's reflecting pool boy. He's an idiot. I mean, he's a dangerous idiot.

15:25Reflecting pool boy. What a weak, pathetic loser he is. So Iran has to pre-announce the catastrophe.

15:33Ben Meiselas:And here's what they say. Iran announces it will strike the world's most important energy facilities located in Arab countries and Israel, all within range of Iran's precision missiles in response to any new U.S. and Israeli strike per Fars. The Guhar oil field in Saudi Arabia, the backbone of Saudi production, disruption puts 5 % of the world's oil supply at risk. The Abqik and the Kuris in Saudi Arabia, 7 million barrels per day. Throughout world's largest oil stabilization plant. The Ruiz refinery, North Gadir gas field, and the Ras Laffin LNG in Qatar, which is 20 % of global LNG. The Bergen oil field in Kuwait, 67 billion barrel reserves, 2 million barrels per day.

16:22Ben Meiselas:The Citra refinery in Bahrain, the leviathan to mar gas fields, Israel's second largest gas field. Iran adds that during the 40-day war, Iran bombed Qatar's most important gas refinery in response to a strike on the Southpars facility, with Trump apologizing on truth social promising it will not happen again. So what else is going on? What else is going on in the world? Well, Now Donald Trump is saying, well, well, well, Iran, if we make progress on the diplomatic track, maybe I won't do the strike on you. Maybe I will. Maybe I won't. As our editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski says in response to one of Trump's posts on the Reflecting Pool, like so many other things, it was a deranged lie from a sick, twisted, demented scumbag who uses narcissists and unqualified hacks to do his dirty work because besides being a soulless windbag devoid of normal human emotions and morality, fundamentally he's a coward.

17:27Ben Meiselas:Now that's what separates the Minus Touch Network. That's our editor-in-chief right there. That's our voice. That's our editorial voice right there. Unapologetic, by the way. Order your copy right now today of WTF America and put in the comments that you pre-ordered it. And if you did multiple copies, like 10 or five for your family or whatever, let me know how many copies you did. Okay. The Reflecting Pool. This is what Trump wrote back on July 17th, right? This was like, what, two weeks ago, three weeks ago. The reflecting pool, so badly damaged by deranged vandals, has been emptied as the massive slash gets repaired. We got it through the great July 4th weekend.

18:39Ben Meiselas:What kind of animals would do such a thing? We are looking for a vandal-proof material, but such a thing should not have been necessary. The scum in court will hopefully be prosecuted to the max. DJT. But as our editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski points out, Trump has been falsely accusing people of crimes for decades. Exonerated Central Park Five members speak out against Donald Trump at the Democratic Convention. I'll leave you with this right here. Professor Morandi, he's a professor from Tehran. Here he was debating Alan Dershowitz, Epstein's lawyer, Trump's lawyer. And he did get a massage at Epstein's home, although Dershowitz said that he was wearing his underwear when he got a massage.

19:26Ben Meiselas:that he doesn't like massages and he happened to be wearing an underwear when one of the ladies or girls or whoever gave a massage it was uh underwear was on is what dershowitz says but watch as professor mirandi just rips dershowitz to shreds right here you're going to want to watch this whole thing let's play this clip howard you are a coward you won't let me talk you're afraid You're afraid of me talking. Don't tell me I'm afraid. The lawyer, Epstein's lawyer, Trump's lawyer, is afraid of me, a layman, talking. Why? Because you have no leg to stand on. The Iranian people have spoken. They went to the streets in the tens of millions.

20:08You're a coward. You won't let me talk. I let you talk because I'm not afraid of you. People are not afraid of you anymore. you can kill epstein you can kill you can kill whoever you like but we're not afraid you can bomb my house you can kill me with my family but i'm not afraid of you i will support the palestinian people until your regime bombs my home so go and tell them that i'm prepared to die for the Palestinian people. But you, you who used to frequent Epstein Island, you have no principles and no morality. The Iranian people came to the streets in the tens of millions. We all know it.

20:53The footage is there. The international journalists were there, not just in Iran, but in Iraq. The Iranian people have spoken whose side they are. No one is going to be fooled by your Alan Respond began to justify war.
