In short
Danny Morel argues that “real love” terrifies men because men are taught to disconnect from emotions and trust the “masculine” (light/performance) while women are associated with intuition (dark/spiritual). He claims early childhood wounds—especially from fathers and the first seven years—create an “energetic blueprint” that drives chasing validation (money, partners) from fear/avoidance rather than love.
Guest backgrounds
Danny Morel is the sole guest. He describes himself as a spiritual/energetic healer who runs programs and leads retreats (including “Inner Circle”) focused on mastery, finances, relationships, and health. He says he learned these ideas after major pain, including his mother’s death from cancer.
Key claims
Men are emotionally “15 years younger” than physical age; unconscious fathers shame crying; life happens “inside out” via energetic imprints; healing requires a spiritual/energetic experience (not just learning); victim consciousness attracts more of the same, while “creator consciousness” changes outcomes; intimacy requires truth-telling without fear.
Notable examples
his mother’s suffering despite “doing everything right”; a client’s father telling her “if you fall in, you’re on your own,” shaping her inability to trust; his own “grass is greener” thought before marriage that disappeared after honest disclosure; a later moment where his fiancée repeated his ex’s exact criticism, prompting surrender and accountability.

0:12Danny Morel:Well, you know, when you look at the difference between a man and a woman, and not just in the physical world, but in the energetic and spiritual world, the man is the master of the physical domain. It's why we're stronger. It's why we are hands-on. It's why, you know, we'd like to build things. And the woman is the master of the intuition, of the spiritual, the energetic, the unseen. It's why, you know, the saying goes that behind every good man is a good woman. It's why, you know, when we found our woman, we really lean on her to tap into that intuition, to be able to decipher and understand information.
0:58Danny Morel:And so, you know, a man naturally is disconnected from his heart, his emotions, because we are taught to be strong. We're actually taught that our emotions and that part of our life makes us weak, at least when we're raised by unconscious fathers. And so it doesn't really start kicking in for us until we go on that spiritual journey, until we go on that healing journey, until, quite frankly, we go on the journey. of reconnecting to our feminine, reconnecting to our heart, reconnecting to our emotions, because most of our lives, we've been completely disconnected from it. And as a result, we're typically like behind the curve because we avoid our emotions, our feelings, because it makes us uncomfortable.
1:44What do you mean by unconscious fathers?
1:49Danny Morel:Yeah, yeah, that's a good question. I mean, you know, without putting labels on something, you know, conscious and unconscious, You know, when I say conscious or unconscious, I mean, unconscious is like the state of humanity when they are just living in the 3D world. If you've ever lived in the matrix, it's essentially like Neo prior to his awakening, right? Prior to him understanding that he is the one. Not many human beings go on that journey. By the way, now there's way more that are. but consciousness is you understanding that there's more to life than just you your physical body this going on right now this conversation and there's a spiritual and energetic side to life and so when we have like an unconscious father he will say things to a boy like um you know stop crying stop being a little bitch or you know whatever the case may be because he doesn't understand that those tears and those emotions are very much a part of what makes us whole.
2:53Danny Morel:And you only are able to shift that and able to be the kind of father that can tell a boy, not only is it okay to cry, but that's what makes you strong. That's what makes you powerful going into your emotions when you are conscious. Would you say that you learned this by unpacking your past? I say that I learned it by first experiencing a deep amount of pain. Pain is one of our greatest teachers, not our only teacher, but typically what happens is that when we are ready for a spiritual awakening, we'll experience some sort of pain. It's typically a death in the family, a divorce or a pretty rough breakup, a loss of our money or job or career.
3:46Danny Morel:And so that's when it started for me. My mom passed away. And then when that happened, I just started asking questions because here was a woman who like never did anything bad, went to church every day, like, you know, served food for the homeless, like, like paid her tithes, like did everything by the book. And she still ended up not only dying from cancer, but she suffered. She suffered for a long time. And that really made me go like, time out. Like, something's not right here. You know, if you do everything you're supposed to do, and then you still end up suffering, then like, what was the benefit?
4:26Danny Morel:Like, what was the payoff? Like, what's here? What am I not seeing? And that's when it started my journey, quite frankly. Why do you think it takes moments like that for us to look within? because in an ideal world, when we think about that and listen to that, we could go, okay, I'm going to be more self-aware and more reflective before those things happen. I'm going to be proactive as opposed to reactive, but then we never do. And then something hits us and then it makes us think, is there even a world where we can be proactive and try and have those things cross our mind before traumatic and painful things get presented to us?
5:05Danny Morel:I love that question. Like, and I want to, you know, uh, forgive me. I'm a kind of like a, like a deep kind of guy, sometimes like deep things, but like even the word like proactive, it's a very, it's a very action-based word. It's a very, uh, masculine word. Uh, and the way I like to describe it is think about it this way. You know, when we're in our mother's womb, uh, we're in the feminine, we're in the dark. Um, the, uh, feminine is dark. It's why whenever you hear of like ayahuasca ceremonies, for example, you do them at night because that's the purpose of the dark is to make you go into those parts of yourself that you've been avoiding.
5:45Danny Morel:And then the moment you're born, like what, what happens? Like you see the light and the world, the 3D world is the masculine. And it's a very masculine world from the representation of the fact that we are taught from the moment we're born, it's nothing. No one, no one shows it to us. No one says it, but life is happening from the outside in. I get fed from the outside in. I get my parents' love from the outside in. I get discipline from the outside in. I get my rewards from the outside in. I get my acceptance and validation from the outside in. And so from an unconscious basis, we are constantly looking at life from a perspective of performance, problem solving, discovering our identity, our purpose, drive, goals.
6:37Danny Morel:What is it that I have to do? Yeah. When you awaken spiritually, you realize that life is actually happening from the inside out. Based off of your deepest energetic blueprint, the unhealed traumas, the things that you never faced or have gone back to address the way your mother loved or didn't love you, the way your father loved or didn't love you, that time you got bullied, like all of these things, this is what I help people do. Based off of all of those things, it created an energetic blueprint inside of you. A feeling, a feeling about life. Life equals pain. Life equals you don't get what you want.
7:23Danny Morel:life equals hard work, life equals don't sit still, you know. And based off of that, you are literally creating and attracting the right people, the right circumstances, the right opportunities, the right job, the right career, the right money, the right partner, the right health to match from a vibrational perspective, the energy that was imprinted in you as a little boy or a girl what i'm hearing here is the and would i be right in saying the the all of those things are the stories we're telling ourself and then those are kind of reinforcing this identity that's been imprinted so all of these experiences that we've had have kind of shaped the stories that we make about the world and how we see ourselves absolutely i mean And, you know, it's, you know, take for example, business or money.
8:24You know, a lot of us, we work and we want to make money because of an unconscious wounding inside of us where we weren't seen, accepted or loved by our fathers.
8:39Danny Morel:and so that creates a wound inside of us that's that unconsciously we decide and we create the story that says you know what i know what i'm gonna i'm i'm gonna go be successful because when i'm successful then i'll have money and the world shows me that me having money means that i am i'm up here i'm better than right and so you're constantly chasing this validation that you never received as a little boy or girl. I'm saying boy because we're men. The problem with that is that when you're in a state of chasing, you're actually in a state of avoidance. You're avoiding the present moment and you're avoiding unknowingly that pain that you first felt when your dad didn't give you that validation.
9:26Danny Morel:And if you are, and this is why you see a lot of successful business people who probably have the money and probably on social media look like they have the love, but like behind closed doors, there's no connection. There's no passion. They're constantly arguing. They're constantly fighting. Yeah. It's because we are not living in our energetic selves. We're not living in the frequency of love. We're actually living in the frequency of pain. And until you go heal that, that's when you can have it all. so would it be their primary focus being money and so this aspect of chasing the wealth is the thing that they feel like they need and it's like that searching of validation the reason i'm thinking about this is because i'm interested in the in the term itself chasing you mentioned you're a deep thinker and unpack so i do the same stuff sure like like we have these these sayings like chase your dreams.
10:22And, you know, I resonate with that. But then I also made a video equally talking about how the less you chase, the more you receive. That's exactly right. That's exactly right. And I feel that and I fully know that. And that's why I feel like even things like dating apps, right?
10:38Danny Morel:That's right. This is showing that you need something. That's right. And when you need something, you give off this disgusting smell and people just don't want to, people are repelled by people that need things or you'll attract someone with the same need and that's when i always say like i say that's when you attract a mind mate not a soul mate that's interesting so i i guess i guess the the thing that i'm fascinated by is is this this chase nature because when i think about chase your dreams in that aspect there's a level of drive and obviously that's in that masculine like thing but even can I help you with this?
11:24yeah yeah that would be great okay I'll give you a story
11:27Danny Morel:when I was a little boy the first two weeks of my life my mother had a c-section and the c-section went kind of rough for her so they had to leave her in the hospital the first two weeks of my life I was at home with my aunts see we don't really realize how important those first seven years of a child's life actually is but in those first two weeks what did I learn my mom is not around my mom doesn't love me there's something wrong with me it's an apron It's an inner, you're downloading all the time. You're brand new to this world and you're downloading information, right? And that story gets imprinted in you.
12:24Danny Morel:Mom comes home. Mom loves me. She loves me to the best of her capacity. And yet, something's missing. Something's missing because another part of my life story is that my mom's mom died when she was only 13 days old. So my mom never got that love from her mother, that maternal energetic blueprint of love, the nurturing, the caring. Yeah. So as such, she didn't really know how to offer it to me because you could never offer to another human being what you first don't have within yourself. What do you think I grew up looking for? What do you think the number one thing that ran in my mind from the ages of nine when I had a crush on Alyssa Milano and I wrote her a letter to the Teen Bop magazine to the point I was 13 when I had a crush on Jennifer Torato in New York City to the time when I graduated?
13:24Danny Morel:What do you think I was thinking of all that time I had one priority? Get married. because to me, getting married equals I'll finally have love. Fast forward 13 years after getting married, guess what I realized? 13 years after being unhappily married, guess what I realized? Holy shit. What I was chasing outside of me still didn't validate or fulfill that part of me that is wounded. And if I don't wake up, I'm going to keep chasing for the rest of my life. Does that make sense? Yeah. So these wounds that are formed in our very formative years, that's the ages of seven. Yeah. Are these more powerful and hold more weight than the ones we onboard later on in our life?
14:13Danny Morel:It is the most powerful everything. Everything that you do, the way that you think, the way that you are, your entire life is shaped by your relationship with your mother and your father during those first seven years of your life. Absolutely everything. The way you show up in business, the money you earn or don't earn, the relationship you're in or don't in or not in, the partners you attract or don't attract, everything in some way, shape or form is directly correlated to what you experience with your mother and father during those first years of your life. Right. So So based on how quickly and how much we can be aware of those things and make improvements will be relative to how severe they actually play a toll on our life in our future.
15:02Danny Morel:And therein comes what I said at the beginning is that's not something you don't fix. That's not something you learn. That's not something you improve. improve that's something that you have to have a spiritual experience an energetic experience where you leave the world of the mind leave the world of the masculine and have a spiritual experience that is so profound that it takes you back to that moment when you were a little boy or girl and you first felt that wounding and you heal that wounding can I give an example so I had a So we work with a lot of people and one of the programs I have is a program called Inner Circle.
15:51Danny Morel:And in Inner Circle, we take people on trips and we focus on the three energies of human mastery, finances, relationships, and health and wellness, right? Well, on one trip and in one spiritual experience, one of my clients, I hate that word, she's like a friend. One of my friends came up to me and she says, it all clicked. And I said, what happened? She said, I know why I'm not attracting love. And I said, tell me why. She said, when I was a little girl, I think I was four years old. When I was a little girl, I was like walking by a pool. and I was like walking by the pool, and my dad told me these words, if you fall in, you're on your own, because I'm not coming in to save you.
16:45Danny Morel:In that moment, what did she learn? In that moment, what she learned was, I can't trust the masculine. I definitely can't allow myself to surrender to it. I can't be held by it, I'll never find safety in it. That's all it took. Because in that moment, the one man that was supposed to protect her, the one man that was supposed to save her if anything went wrong, basically told her, you're not worthy of being saved. That's how deep this stuff is. And here's the kicker. She had forgotten about it. And the only way that she remembered it was through a spiritual experience. As most people would forget about it, right?
17:28Absolutely. I can't think about moments that happened back then very clearly at all, if anything. Absolutely. I guess the thing that I want to know then is I kind of look at this and that was an experience, right? And that's helped shape the stories and her identity and the way she sees the world, as we spoke about before. But when I think about the experiences in my life, the more things that happen in a certain way, the more I have confidence in the things happening in that way again. So what I mean by this is like, if I have a woman treat me in a certain way and it happens time and time and time again in a negative way, I'm going to be pretty hyper aware of, okay, I really don't want like that thing in my life.
18:14Equally, when I get treated in a way that's very, very good, I'm hyper aware that I want those things in the person that I'm wanting to attract, X, Y, and Z, right? Sure, sure. So what I'm struggling to understand is how something that happened when you were five years old is so debilitating, even if you've had, and so that was a negative, even if you've been reinforced 20 times in the last 10 years or 20 years or four decades of something that's so positive that it counteracts that. How is that thing still so powerful?
18:47Danny Morel:Yeah, first things first, it's not debilitating because the other thing is that everything that is happening in our life's journey is perfectly happening for us. That's the other thing. We make things like good or bad, right or wrong. Part of becoming your highest self is looking back and seeing that there was a lesson, a purpose, a gift. It's your soul's journey, right? So that's introspection. And then that's also agency and ownership on it. Because if you, well, yeah, yeah. And here's the greatest thing. What within you attracted the woman that treated you bad in the first place? Because this is what I'm telling you.
19:27Danny Morel:The inside world is literally calling in the perfect woman, the perfect partner, the perfect to match whatever you're feeling inside. It didn't happen by happenstance. you energetically are always attracting and you're seeing out in life based off of whatever is going on inside that's why when you heal the inside you heal the outside yeah yeah and i'm also just thinking they're saying the term this these things were good these things were bad is not like good and bad is not even it's all perfect yeah i i talk about this a lot on my show I say like everything's perfect, divine and right on time.
20:09And I truly feel that and embody that. But if we touch on this agency piece and taking ownership of it, if you live in this state of being a victim, you deflect the problem that was presented to you and you say it was someone else's fault. That's right. And so you point fingers. So then what that does is you're going to end up in that same spot because you're not connecting all of the dots on how that actually served you in a positive way.
20:35Danny Morel:Well, you're not. Yes. Absolutely. And you're not connecting the dots that whatever happened and that person. And I want to preface this by saying, like, people really get bothered by what I'm about to say. but it's the truth we are either living in victim consciousness or creator consciousness not decision consciousness it's an energy it's not something that you are actively choosing it's within you we are actively either living in separation or oneness right so when we live in victim consciousness and separation. Everything that is happening is happening from the outside in. Therefore, I am the victim to life.
21:28Danny Morel:Therefore, I can blame you. Therefore, I never look at what I would look at if I would step over here into oneness, into creator consciousness. Holy shit. I created it. I called that person in. I saw the red flags. I chose to not do anything about it. I chose to stay. I chose to stay quiet. Maybe it wasn't conscious, but unconsciously and energetically, if I look deeper, it's because I was afraid. It's because I was afraid to be alone. It's because I was afraid to speak my truth. It's because I was afraid to, you know, be without a partner. Take that even a little bit deeper and then you go, but why?
22:13Danny Morel:Why are you afraid to be alone? Why are you afraid to speak your truth? Why are you afraid to step into your authenticity and listen to your intuition? Because back when you were a little boy or you were a little girl, you were shown that doing all of that, being your authentic self isn't safe. it all goes back to those first seven years yeah so you get it it just clicked yeah you can't really have create and victim in the same sentence no so the answer to living in a in a world where there's no victimhood is to be a creator it's it's to leave the energy yeah because it's an energy and and i and my guess would be that if you live in in this in this state of being a victim in in terms of your consciousness what will you attract well that's right other victims the perfect scenario to validate the victim story within you yes i give you a story yes i got divorced i got divorced right 13 years marriage and of course at the beginning of a door of a divorce, you know, I'm still, I'm still like mad.
23:24Danny Morel:I'm still, so I'm blaming her for everything. Thank you fucking bitch. Right. Right. You know what I'm saying? But then like little by little, I mean, you get to, you don't have to, but you get to like reel that all in and go inside of yourself and go, no, no, no, no, no, no. Hang on. This was all you because you didn't, because you didn't, because you didn't, because you chose to, and you, right. That's where you start taking responsibility. Fast forward six years later, I attracted my dream partner. And we're already engaged. We're now married. We have a child and everything, but we're already engaged.
23:57Danny Morel:She's sitting in front of me at a cafe and like things are getting a little heated. And in them getting heated, she repeats word for word exactly what my ex-partner used to say about me, literally word for word. And I have a moment where I'm like, you're fucking crazy. And then I go, holy shit. That's exactly what she said. So then I go, time out. I'm doing something. I may not be aware of it, but I am obviously for two people to say the same thing to me. I'm obviously unconsciously doing something. And then that's where you get to like really humble yourself and surrender to the situation. Because this is what I say, everything is perfect.
24:45Danny Morel:Like life is trying to teach you something right now. Yeah. Life brought you the perfect partner. Like you didn't get the lesson the first time. So are you going to get it this time? And life is presenting for you a mirror to help you see the shit inside of yourselves that you are not able to see on your own. And you get to either resist or surrender. And when you surrender, you get to go, baby I'm sorry and I gotta be honest and I'm just gonna like get naked in front of you right now but like that's the same thing so-and-so used to say and so I'm just acknowledging like I don't know what I'm doing so please help me to like see this because I don't want to be like this anymore I want to get better and that's where two people can help each other heal when you feel safe enough to speak your truth because you know they'll hold you and they'll help you with that yeah i'm just thinking about this this tying it back at the start we're talking about the uh feminine being dark and you said do you want to heal close your eyes and follow along and uh i love that because if i'm thinking about it right the the feminines are dark um which is a new discovery for me of And the masculine is the light.
25:59And the masculine is the light. Just like the feminine is the moon and the masculine is the sun. And intimacy is feminine, would you say? It was interesting. I was speaking to someone and he was talking about how true intimacy is not just like sexual intimacy. It's actually being able to be close. so you you feel like you can shorten the gap between what's going on inside and what you deliver with someone else and they need to feel comfortable to be able to do that and so like you don't want your when your partner's walking out of the closet and she's in an outfit that she really loves and feels confident in the moment you say oh that looks bad or you look like a hoe or whatever it is, right?
26:47Respectfully. Like if you were to say something like that to her, then she probably would feel a bit more closed off and less willing to be intimate with you with that. And so would you say that a key to being able to use each other as a tool to help heal each other, a level of intimacy is very important to be able to speak what's...
27:08Danny Morel:It's everything. it's and I want to add if you say that to your partner from the right energy and right intention then at least she that's part of creating intimacy as well because she knows you're going to be honest with her does that does that make sense yeah yeah so she what that means is she knows when you say it you mean it yeah and it's your truth yeah somebody asked us a question the other day um someone asked us a question the other day on our podcast we have a podcast we do together and they said they it was the question was for her uh it's public knowledge uh part of what led to my divorce i had an affair if you want to get into that we can get into that but someone asked her what i thought was a really good great question was like like being with someone like i'm with someone that had an affair like being with someone that once had an affair how do you know that they're not going to do that to you.
28:04Danny Morel:And like, I thought my wife's answer was like really great. And what it was, what it boiled down to essentially was like, he tells me everything. He tells me even the things that he's afraid to tell me. He tells me them because he doesn't want fear to rule his life. So I'll give you an example. Like one of the greatest things that happened to our relationship is like, I think every man faces this point in their life when they're about to commit their life to one woman. They have the thought, oh my God, I'm never going to sleep with anyone else ever again. That is a real thought that any man will have.

28:45Danny Morel:And if they say they won't, they're full of shit. I'm feeling it right now. You understand what I'm saying? Right? This is a real thing, right? So here I am getting married. I'm about to get married. And obviously, in our relationship, we tell each other everything because she is safe to tell me her truth and I'm safe to tell her my truth. But I'm like, I can't tell her this. What if she calls everything off? What if she gets mad? That's the ego. That's the fear. The mind is trying to keep you. and one day I just told her baby I gotta be honest with you like it's not even that I want to I just can't leave this thought like this thought is just running in the back of my mind that I'm never gonna be with anyone else ever again and I just needed to tell you that cause I'm tired of like living with this inside of myself and she says to me well who's to say what our marriage is gonna look like and I was like wait what What did you just say?
29:49Danny Morel:And I'm going to tell you the truth. In that moment, just the fact that I could say what I needed to say and she didn't take it personal, didn't start throwing shit, didn't get mad, didn't, but just held space for me to tell her my truth was gone. I never had the thought again. And that is real intimacy. Real intimacy is being so vulnerable with yourself and each other that there is no hiding. There's nothing unsaid. And whenever problems do arise, you go into those problems knowing that they're coming up as a potential vehicle for the healing of you both. Can we unpack this a little bit more, maybe selfishly, even just for a man that may be experiencing that?
30:37What about someone that's like a man that is struggling with that commitment, knowing that, There's no other options. And maybe they're in a state of like, is the grass greener? And they're questioning those thoughts of commitment to one person.
30:56Danny Morel:As someone who went deep into this, I'm glad you brought this up because I think I can provide some insight. I'm going to speak to the man. Number one, it's normal. I say it's normal because it's our nature. the feminine wants connection the masculine wants freedom it's why when you get home from work you just want to sit down and like watch some TV and you really sometimes don't want to talk to anybody or whatever you just want to be free it's why you love going to the gym it's why you love going for a run you like that feeling of freedom the thing is is that at some point in time in your life you're going to have to You don't have to.
31:44Danny Morel:You get to make a decision. What part of you is going to rule you? A, are you going to be ruled by, I'm not making any of them wrong. You literally are free. And you get to this point once you remove any societal or any religious constructs. That's step number one. Forget about anything you learned in church. It's all bullshit. Forget about anything you learned in school. It's all bullshit. Forget about anything you learned anywhere. It's all bullshit because it was coming outside of you. The real answer and your real truth can only be found in here. No belief is required in here. In here, you go deep and you ask and you ask and eventually your truth will come out, right?
32:35Danny Morel:Well, eventually that man is going to have to ask himself once he's past all of the paradigms and constructs of the 3D world, he's going to get to ask himself, what do I want for my life? What part of me do I want to live in? A, the part of me that goes out and sleeps with 10, 15, 20 women, travels the world, has fun, like God bless you. That's a great life. and I will tell you, you might be missing out on a different journey of life that you can only really discover and have when you are being faced with a woman, a mirror, someone that you actually love and what I'll tell you the secret is is someone you actually love.
33:24Danny Morel:When a man finds a woman that he values so much, that he loves so much, that it causes him to literally his paradigm about life start to shift. That's when life and love really meets. That's the intersection of it all. Because what are you going to do? Are you going to lose her because you want to explore? Because if she loves herself, she will stand her ground. if she values herself she will stand her ground she will love you but she'll love you so much she'll let her she'll let you go because she loves herself more than she loves you that's the power that's the energy that's the polarity that's the yin and the yang right and in that what is available for a man is mind-blowing it's powerful because he actually finds the freedom in the connection.
34:25Danny Morel:But every man gets to make that decision. And for a man that's struggling with that, I'm here to say, I struggled with that. I was just blessed to find a woman that is so incredible that I was like, I'm an idiot if I mess this up. Right. So that's a fascinating lens because someone that's not interested in the exploration of multiple women and all this thing, and maybe they've had that phase and they're over that. And part of that, by the way, there's another aspect. A lot of men are in that energy because they're still in boy energy. They're still in like, this is very confronting. This is a mirror.
35:10Danny Morel:This is like, it's a portal to like your life's unraveling. And sometimes we're afraid of that. Yeah, literally the conversation just before this one, we brought that up about boy energy and man energy, which was interesting. I guess the framing though that I'm interested to unpack is, okay, you found someone that makes you feel a way you've never felt before. it's like it's like their presence and them as a person have have like possessed you you feel like things are just you don't even know you can't stop thinking about them it's like a whole everything seems to be lining up x y and z you know you don't want this world of traveling around and sleeping with a bunch of people and doing all of that you're over that but you have this fear of like damn i'm locking down to this one is there that is there a better one let me tell you the answer to that what you just described is phase one infatuation that's not love infatuation is i she makes me feel a certain way i can't think about anybody else oh my god like that's not love i would recommend that that man to like keep going because there's different phases in this journey of love okay infatuation is the place that most people think is love but once you move past that because let's get real like real life starts to happen and you're gonna think about other shit than your girl right then comes step number two um the power struggle and the power struggle is where most couples stay stuck it's where the dynamic of like who's gonna win right and who's gonna be the leader and how's this gonna look right and like whose rules are we gonna follow yeah now you're having to literally you're being asked to like leave yourself and enter a dynamic where it's not just you anymore so there's gonna be a little bit of a power like the dishes the toothpaste like what right the shoes all of the stuff that you're not used to it's like her way and now it's your way and it's like a little bit different even that not love.
37:27Danny Morel:You've got to move past that. 90 % of all couples, all couples, all human beings on planet Earth, this is how deep this is, stay stuck there. And this is why they say that relationships are hard work. You just spend the rest of your life putting the little candles on the cake, still fighting and sweeping shit under the rug. You're not healing. You're not growing. You don't fully understand the dynamics and the beauty of what relationship is actually like. Once you can move past the power struggle, step number three is individualization. Individualization is a level human beings don't ever really get to.
38:06Danny Morel:It's where there is no more power dynamics. It's where you are two individual human beings who don't need each other, who are not afraid of living life on your own. But you found a place within yourself that it's not about that you think about her. I'm not thinking about my wife. I'm thinking, like, you know what I'm saying, right? It's not a place where you don't, you're thinking about them all the time. It has nothing to do with that. It's just you have reached a part of your life and a part of your journey with this human being where you go, my God, this person is so valuable as a man to my life, to my life's purpose.
38:48Danny Morel:She reveals parts of me that no woman has ever or could ever, could ever reveal to me. And I'm not wondering about that. I know that. I don't believe it. This is why I say you got to leave the religious stuff because then you're in la-la land believing. No, no, no. I know it. I feel it. This woman and I align in here, in here. And then once you can move past individualization, you move into emotional harmony, which is like rare in life. And emotional harmony is where two human beings are able to bear their soul to each other. Their deepest fears, all of their truths, there's no hiding, there's no need and you love each other so much that you're willing to let each other go.
39:40Danny Morel:There's no goal to like, you know, society wants to celebrate you because you've been married for 40 or 50 years. I don't give a fuck about that. You know how many people are married for 40 or 50 years and are miserable. No, real love is day to day. Damn, there's so many different things to unpack here because, you know, and I like this way where you said remove religion from it for a second. Yeah. And, you know, I, especially I've noticed in America, most people are religious from people I meet. I, I'm not religious. I grew up, I grew up with not really any religion or any politics math. So I had to like learn it all, which is great because I get to have a clean slate to hear everyone's opinions and see what serves me, see what doesn't.
40:27But what's interesting is if we take the religious view, I believe the Christian view of, and I've heard multiple people talk about how there's a problem with a relationship being individuals. because then they talk about how you need dependency of each other to make it work. And the whole thing around that is like, if you're not dependent, then when things get tough, they just go, okay, we're not going to work as a team together and we're going to just split up. Because if we feel like we don't need each other, then when times do get tough, we'll just go. And it's an interesting lens. I'm not sure how I feel about it entirely Especially speaking from a single young man That hasn't experienced it Well let me ask you a question You have a podcast
41:16Danny Morel:And you obviously have a partner That helps you with this podcast And that partner is wonderful Right? And he does all of this stuff for you That you're not good at Or that it's not your areas of your specialty But together you guys make a great team Yes? Yes?
41:37Danny Morel:and you in some sense depend on him. But what if that partner found an incredible opportunity someday that was better for him, that you could honestly say, damn, like if I was you, because that's what real love does, if I was you, I would take it. What does real love do? Does real love depend? does real love need does real love hold on to or does real love allow yeah and that's where the whole thing with religion comes into play i don't want to speak too much about it but it's the difference between fear and love fear controls and love allows dependency and need that's control it's not love yeah and and i guess uh when i was thinking about some of the key things that I would want in a relationship is like, I would want my partner to be able to leave me if she wanted to.
42:39Absolutely. And so like all of these things, uh, around like, okay, well making sure that there's maybe assets set up in her name external from mine. So in the event that she did want to leave me, she could X, Y, and Z having all the systems in place where there's no feel like she is stuck and trapped in any way, shape or form. Um, and I kind of, there was a desire there because if I'm truly full within myself, then if she wants to leave me, I want her to leave me because I don't want to be with someone that doesn't want to be with me. It's a two-way street, right? Don't look now, but you are like consciously thinking now.
43:17Danny Morel:Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, absolutely. And can I take it a step further? What kind of a man would you become that can say to someone that you love, I love you so much that I want the best for you, even if it's not me. But like really, really say that. Yeah. That's the juice of life right there. Yeah, and that's the most liberating feeling. And I feel that and look, maybe I haven't been properly in love enough to know how hard that actually is to obtain. But in the state that I'm in now, that's one of the biggest things. And even on a smaller scale, in like the dating field, for example, the last person that I was with, she was seeing someone else.
44:08They weren't fully together, but they were seeing each other. And we started getting this really close connection. And one of the things that just came up straight away was, like, they had these things planned together before I came into the picture. And she was talking to me about not going on those things and not doing them. And I was like, no, no, no, no, no, no. Like go on those things, be with him and do that. And then my lens was, this was like, look, here's what will happen. There's two things that can happen from that. One, you go there and you realize, oh my God, my connection with this guy is actually a lot stronger than I think.
44:46And I actually want to be with him. Then you come back to me. You say that you want to be with the other guy. we haven't gotten too deep and you are in a better position. Saves us a lot of heartache. Yep. Well, the second option is you go there and all you're thinking about is me. And then you come back and not only are you coming back wanting me, but you are so sure of it because there's no option. And you've closed that chapter. And you've closed that chapter. Good for you, man. And my lens there is thinking, like, I don't want to be with you if you don't want to be with me. and on top of that like I don't want you to be with me and have thoughts of this other person and what you could have been with them so let's eliminate them as quick as we can before we dive any deeper yeah and so maybe like when it gets to that more intense level where you're married I wonder how the dynamic works of going like I think there's something better for me out there because I wonder if we think about I think at the very start of the conversation we're talking about
45:46Danny Morel:Well, yeah, I would just say by the time you get married, you should be kind of past that. You should get to the place where you go, nah, because that's another thing that I'm just going to say that most people don't agree with. But like, who says you have to get married? No one has to do anything. society has created a lot of constructs that we follow i'm married i decided to do it for several different reasons but before you decide to do something like that and especially as a man like commit yourself to a woman make sure that you for the most part are past that that you've like you know said what needs to be said that you've cleared up most of it because when you get married trust me a whole nother journey is about to begin and you want to go into that the same way you just described with like closing all these chapters and like going fully in so with that said how do you know when it's the right time to get married you just know you just know yeah so like for life life if you're if you're paying attention life just like all the doors close and they start open or it just, it just, it just, you know.
47:11So do you think then the idea is that to the point when you're ready to get married, you should be so sure of the person because you've kind of, there's been all of this stuff, you've tested all the waters, you've done all of this thing and then now you're getting married and maybe the whole thing around people getting divorced or being in marriages for a long period of time that they don't love is they got married too soon?
47:35Danny Morel:No. The whole reason why people get divorced and, but again, divorce isn't right or wrong. It's just everything just is. But the whole reason why that happens is not because people know who they're getting involved with. It's because people don't know themselves. when you know yourself you know when it's time to get married you know if the person is for you you know if this is the right decision for you there's no guessing there's no you know because you've gone deep enough into yourself and you've honored those parts of yourself where you know that this person in front of you literally is like the match for your life you know in my case like My life has gotten better.
48:28Danny Morel:My health has gotten better. My mental state has gotten better. My business has gotten better. My entire life started to literally like bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop when I married this woman and vice versa. Yeah. See, that's an interesting thing. The external has been validating kind of like the things that you've achieved and that have happened externally is kind of validating that internally this is the right thing. Because everything on the outside is a reflection of the inside. That's right. Where in your life do you feel like things really started to change where maybe you were in a state where things weren't flourishing and blossoming and things needed to change for you?
49:14Is there any key moments that come to your mind? For me, it was plant medicine. Yeah.
49:19Danny Morel:And I say that that's not for everybody, but I talk a lot about this in my book. I show people how essentially it's a three-step process. Number one is awareness. I had to go deep into myself to become aware of all of the parts of me that were keeping me in a state of not earning the money that I wanted to earn, not attracting the partner that I wanted to attract, and not living in the health. I used to be like 60 pounds heavier than I am today that I wanted to be in. I had to come to a place where I started to connect the dots and I became aware of why that was happening inside of my life or in my life.
50:03Danny Morel:What was the energy inside of me that was causing that? That's step number one, becoming aware. A lot of people are unaware. This is conscious or unconscious, right? Then once you become aware and you go, oh my God, I know why I overeat. I overeat because my mother never breastfed me. Because my mother never gave me love. And I'm constantly searching for with food, the love that my mother never gave me. The food is just an external reflection of the love that is missing within me. Oh my God. This is not about a diet. It's not about going to the gym. It's not about like you could force your way and you could look like you have a great body.
50:46Danny Morel:But what's going on inside in your nervous system? Yeah. And so then step number two is healing. whoa, I got to go heal. I got to go heal that little boy that is still inside of me that didn't receive what he was looking for from his mom. And then step number three, from that healing, the body, the business, the relationship, whatever it is, transforms. Awaken, heal, transforms as a natural result without effort. It just starts to happen of the healing that happen within because of the awareness that you took the time to become aware of. I feel there's the people that are not aware, but I'm thinking of different scenarios where there are people that are aware and they vocalize it a lot, but then they never heal and they live in that victim state, right?
51:39Because the healing is the one that where it's like, okay, we actually need to put in some work here, right? And that's scary. So if I just deflect the problem onto someone else, I can be aware that the fact that my mom did this to me and this happened X, Y, and Z, and I never got this and it was unfair. And then I can just live in that state and then project the problem onto no one else, but everyone else. But the problem is, is you never heal it. So you're forever going to be in that problem and you're ever going to be faced with that. And I feel, would you feel that a lot of people would get stuck in that state, Becoming aware of the particular thing from their childhood, but then never doing anything to change.
52:19Yeah, because it is scary. I will admit that.
52:22Danny Morel:Very confronting. It is very confronting. By the time people come to our events, it's because they've had enough. It's why people say that our event is like 30 years of therapy in three days. That's how powerful it is. You're going to see the angels. you're going to get visited by your ancestors you're going to get deep profound healing but I do admit that like like being ready for all of that it's like it's another your life has changed forever and so a lot of people are afraid of that and what I will promise everyone listening is everything you've ever wanted in your life is just on the other side of fear yeah the the uh the fear is a is a wave that's like very very very wide but not very deep it's like it feels like it's there but you just gotta hop over it and actually can i show you something so picture this is a line and this is fear and this is love you see what you're looking at it's the same line.
53:35Danny Morel:It's the same thing. We think of fear and love as two separate things. It's actually the same thing because the part of you that is afraid to face, what is that part of you actually doing? It's trying to protect you. Isn't that loving? Yeah, it is. Yeah, it's trying to keep you safe. It's kind of like people in your life that have unconditional love, like your parents and things of that nature a lot of the time uh they're doing it out of love but it may not be the best thing right you know how many people i work with that you know especially like i work with a lot of people like in dubai and like some of these middle eastern countries where like that like parent involvement is like sick you know what i mean like the parent basically controls them right and and you know how many people i work with where they're like 35 years old and they're like, my dad won't let me like date this guy.
54:30Danny Morel:And I'm like, what? But culturally, that's just the way life is for them. Right. And I have to help them. The only way we can help them to heal is to stop resisting it because resisting keeps the problem out there. And, and, and, and like the shift is understanding that the control is their way of loving you because they want the best for you. Yeah. Like they want you to go to school and become a doctor, even though you want to be like an artist or a video game player. Why? Because in their mind, that's the path that they think will get you to a place of being okay. So it's actually love. It's just a distorted version of love.
55:13Yeah. And I wonder the best route to break free from that if you don't think it serves you. Like if you have enough introspection and you're aware of what's inside, you shut your eyes and you think, and you get into that feminine, that dark, a lot of the time, what you feel is not what they are telling you to do. And so you need to kind of course correct and have maybe courage. Step over that. So now you're getting it. Step over the fear. Step over that wave. Because what they have is there's a fear of not doing them right or what they want.
55:49Danny Morel:That's it. That's it. Do you remember when I said everything you've ever wanted is just on the other side of fear? have you ever studied um power versus force uh the ladder of consciousness by dr david hawkins no but i think salim brought it up on the podcast okay essentially that's our life's journey when you look at like yeah essentially that's our life's journey and so can you explain that in brief i just didn't want to go there but okay no we don't need to go no no no we will that's okay So essentially, in the lowest spectrum of the energy, I'm doing this with my hands, but in the lowest spectrum of the energy is the energy of shame.
56:35Danny Morel:Someone that lives in shame thinks that God is literally against them. Because why could this thing have happened to me that caused me to live in shame? Someone that's in shame can't move. They're depressed. They're anxious. They're laying in bed. because the low shame is what? It's death. Essentially. This is where a lot of suicides come from. A lot of suicides comes from people that are such shame that they don't want to be here anymore. Right? Don't feel worthy of life. Right? And then comes guilts and then comes, I think it's anger and then it's like fear and then it's like pride. Right? And then comes a middle point.
57:22Danny Morel:That middle point is courage. Because when you tap into the courage to face everything that you're afraid of, right? It opens you up to the second part of life, which is love. The bottom is fear. Up here is love. And the reason why I didn't want to go too deep is because from a spiritual perspective, that's what our soul is here on this planet to do. It's here. our memories got wiped clean, we forgot that we are actually one with God. And we're here to go through and experience whatever we've experienced in life. And as long as we keep resisting it and stay in fear, we just keep reliving it until we finally one day, if it's in our lifetime to do this, because a lot of people don't wake up and go, wait a minute, I got to go heal this.
58:15Danny Morel:And when you heal it, you surpass courage. And guess what the top frequency that you can live in is? Any idea? Authenticity. Enlightenment. Enlightenment. Enlightenment. And do you know at the bottom, the view of God is vengeful with shame, meaning you think God hates you. Do you know what the view of God is at the very top? Two words. What did they ask Jesus when they asked him, They say you're God. Are you God? What did he answer? I am that I am. Because when you reach enlightenment, you have surpassed all fear in your life so much so that you realize there is no separation. There is no Chris.
58:55Danny Morel:There is no Danny. Everything is one, including fear and love, including you and God. And that's when you reach enlightenment. When you see all of life as one, you get there, brother. What do you want? whatever you want the most liberating place to be it's it's beyond liberating it just is and i guess i guess there's there's
59:22so i've been trying to think about this way of like imagine a world where there's no fear there's no none of those things right that's right so there's no complaining there's no fear there's no like yeah i mean i mean i don't know maybe maybe there is some doubt but it's short lived it doesn't you don't really it's you just have no no no no there's none of that you just have maybe maybe the thing is what comes with it is so much trust that everything is perfect divine and right on time so then whatever you're presented with you don't see it as good you don't see it as bad you just see it as is and then when you can live in that state it's very freeing because you don't get phased.
1:00:04You don't really need to show up in any way but yourself. You shorten the gap between your thoughts and what you say. You're authentic. Everyone radiates towards you. Everything starts to flourish. And I feel like it takes a lot for someone to truly believe in that and actually embody that feeling because people probably listen to that and go, That's a fantasy, mate. That's utopia. That can't be a world. That's the life that's available for all of us. And that's my life's work.
1:00:36Danny Morel:That's what I do. And how liberating is that? It's just the most... Let me ask you a question now. Remember this down here? Mm-hmm. When you're down here and you meet a partner and you're a man and you're wondering about marrying her, what are the thoughts you're going to think when you're down here?
1:00:57I mean Are they the one? How do I know?
1:01:03Danny Morel:What am I giving up? Is she going to leave me? Is she going to blah blah blah blah blah blah blah What is that all called? Fear When you're up here And you find that partner Do you know or do you know? Like this, look at me There's no question Yeah Yeah, I'm just looking at this and I go like, it's our, all of our experiences have pushed us further away from this. And our sole purpose in life should be to be able to access this. Let me flip it a little. All of our experiences have been trying to guide us to remember that we were this from the first moment we were born. and our life's journey is to remember and the thing that keeps us from remembering is resistance.
1:02:01So we would like this when we were born minus the awareness, would you say?
1:02:06Danny Morel:No, no, no. We enter the world. Think about it this way. You're up here and you're one with God. You're one. You're literally one. People don't get mad, but you and God are one. yeah they have a hard time with that because they think in terms of hierarchy and separation they think god is i have to beg i have right but think about this you're one with god you come down to the planet before you do you choose your parents very important you chose your parents because your parents carried in them the perfect traumas the perfect lessons, the perfect guidances, the perfect whatever that you had to experience in this lifetime for this soul's journey.
1:02:57Danny Morel:You're born, you go into the mother, into the feminine. The mother is the teacher of mother shows you you. You're born the first human, the first relationship is the father. The father teaches you others and how you connect with others. Yeah. and you are born literally the manifestation, the physical form of God and you are pure love. And what happens? Your mom and dad start fighting. And what do you feel? Think about that. A little baby, brand new to the world, or they decide to snip you. Or you understand what I'm saying? Humans start doing the shit that humans do. And little by little, your beautiful, vibrant, energetic heart starts to go like this.
1:03:49Danny Morel:you came knowing, but you're so disconnected from that knowing that you're asking me, how do you know? And I'm telling you, once you heal and remember that you just know. And this is at the beginning. If you remember, there's no book, there's no podcast, there's no nothing. You have to have a spiritual experience. That's why I actually wrote the book because people are flying in from all over the world. We lead them to three breath works. We, they, they, they connect with their ancestors. They like, they, they get it. And I say, I got to write the book. It's, it's why. Yeah. So I feel like where people might get lost in that explanation is the, you chose your parents piece.
1:04:32I know. I'm a little bit lost there as well. I haven't quite arrived at that spot yet. Maybe I need more plant medicine. come to awaken i mean it is interesting and i do want to i do want to unpack that a little bit because um when i all of the plant medicine experiences that i've had it like it opens you to a whole new it's crazy what it unlocks in you but just before that i want to know about this state of arriving in this belief of that we chose our parents yeah because it's hard when we think about the masculine world and everything that's happening, how we can be alive before our parents when our parents are the ones that made us, is that lens.
1:05:19And so I'd love to.
1:05:20Danny Morel:Well, our soul, our spirit chooses our parents. Everything is divine. Our parents come, they're born and then when the when the right timing we come and our soul chooses the right souls based off of the lessons that we've had to learn and based off of the lifetimes that we've lived before like this could be the lifetime that you're like in like chill mode like our daughter is lucky because she picked two parents that have healed and have worked through stuff that don't control her, don't manipulate her, don't fight, like she's like, she's an old soul, yeah? And then there's some souls that are like coming here and like you're having to work through, and this is the crazy thing, that all of this, we think of it from the perspective of like just this life, but like think of it from the perspective of like lifetimes.
1:06:14Danny Morel:Once you reach enlightenment, guess what? You don't gotta come back anymore. You're done.
1:06:24Yeah. I wonder how, cause there's this, there's this place that I've not arrived yet at is this like this, okay, like afterlife, we live another life and we live another life. Like the soul keeps living in, in different states because I feel, and I'm, I'm so open-minded to what that looks like, but I do feel this weird thing of, okay, like I've not really pondered on what it's like after death and what that, what that looks like. that looks like and i've not really thought about the life after death and what that is it's not even been a concept in my mind so the the programming is like let's make the most of life here now like we've only got one of these things you know that lens yeah like i'm sure you can imagine that's probably a common thought that people have sure like what made you think beyond that and think about something uh yeah beyond beyond just the one it wasn't thinking it was
1:07:27Danny Morel:seeing but it was seeing it was being exposed to it was the dots all connecting in a way that is very difficult to explain how does but what i but what i will tell you is if you listen to I want to be careful how I say this because I'm not in any way shape or form trying to like separate myself from anyone I am saying that everyone I mean I've led at least by now over a thousand or so people on this journey I've helped people heal everything from you know rape to molestation, to autoimmune diseases, to being broke and becoming millionaires, to womb issues, to addictions, everything. Because all of that just vibrates at this lower frequency.
1:08:31Danny Morel:And so what I will say is the deeper, the more that you leave this and the more that you connect to this, the more that you're able to see things and experience things and access things that in here, this actually blocks you from experiencing. And that's why I say, what are you doing next week? Are you going to be here? No. I'm going to Nashville on Saturday. This Saturday? Yeah, this Saturday. What are you doing next Saturday? Next Saturday. Next Friday, Saturday, Sunday? they uh it's somewhat open potentially i won't be here but i can be here because awaken is here in austin next weekend your your event yeah three days yeah come you're my guess right okay but just get ready to to see yeah yeah well well there you go i think so i mean okay well i'm not no i'm assuming in in an event like that there's plant medicine involved with no no it's actually okay true story true story i was in the middle of a of a journey a mushroom journey and um in that journey at the end of the journey i experienced something that is almost indescribable at the at the bottom of like my butthole, at like the base of my spine, I felt this gushing of like energy, like a vibration.
1:10:12Danny Morel:And it felt like it started to like spread. And I remember thinking like, what the hell is going on? And I asked the shaman to come over. It was really funny. The shaman was gay. He happened to be gay. So I'm like, am I turning gay? I was really tripping out. I didn't know what was happening, right? The shaman comes over and I go, hey, what's happening right now? I go, this is what I feel. He goes, oh, don't worry, you're being activated. What I didn't realize is my whole life, since I was disconnected from my mother, the base of your spine is the connection to Mother Earth. That is the connection to the feminine.
1:10:57Danny Morel:That is the connection to the divine mother. The crown, your crown chakra, is the connection to the divine father. What I didn't realize is my entire life, I was so ungrounded because I didn't have that connection with my physical mother. Have you ever heard of the term chakras? That my root chakra, this is a real thing, was actually blocked. It was closed. what happened was I experienced a physical feeling of the opening of my root chakra. It changed my life. The next day I was much calmer. I was much more introspective. I was much more at peace. A lot of my worry and anxiety vanished overnight.
1:11:42Danny Morel:True story. And when he told me the words, don't worry, you're just being activated. Here's what I thought. I thought, number one, oh my God, I lived at that time 42 years of my life not being activated. And number two, I thought, oh my God, how many millions upon billions of people out there are living their life not activated? And immediately I thought, I got to get this to the world and then i thought but the world isn't going to want to do plant medicine and so that's why we created awaken your highest self the event and the book to take people on that journey when they're ready for it without the use of anything we use the power of the breath breath yeah yeah uh and uh it's really beautiful that god gave us breath to not only sustain our lives but to heal it as well.
1:12:45Yeah. I knew you were going to go there with breath. It's a game changer. I normally do breath work with every one of my guests before the show. We do 10 minutes. Oh, wow. We didn't do it today, which was interesting. But there's something about the power of breath. And obviously, I've had natural DMT releases and all different things, all from breath work itself. And the power of it is profound. What I want to know is, and I've had this little bit of an unlock in this conversation today because I've never, maybe I shouldn't say never, but I struggle to understand the end goal of spirituality and where you take it too far.
1:13:27And so the reason I'm bringing this up and I'm fascinated by it is because I really love the people that are super connected. When they walk into the room, you can just, like the volume just turns down. It was kind of like that with you as you walked in, which is why I didn't feel the need to do breathwork as well. But they're still very aware and they can function in this society. But then you see some spiritual people where they literally could probably feel like they're a mushroom themselves. And they don't operate in here. I get you. The unlock I've had though is the whole goal of the work you do is to get to enlightenment.
1:14:07And so like the things that you, because my thing is, okay, well, if we revisit and unpack all of this trauma, does being aware of this actually help us in our life? And the thing is, is, is, well, we're going to feel more enlightened when we can release all the stuff that's maybe holding us back. Like my wonder is like, how do we get to the state where we're doing the plant medicine? We're doing these things that is unlocking these profound realizations for us and making us very aware of the things. And then we're doing the steps required to heal and we're implementing all of this stuff. How do people end up in this state where they end up like fully not even being able to function in the society?
1:14:52Danny Morel:Yeah. I don't subscribe to that yeah clearly you know what is spirituality to me spirituality is the discovery of yourself plain and simple and yes there was a period of time in my life where I went like all in every two months I was in Costa Rica like the whole thing now I don't really touch plant medicine. I'm at peace. You get to a place where you find peace. That is what we're all looking for. We're looking to feel what we felt in our mother's womb. We know it's there because we felt it once. but we don't know how to get back there and what i do in my life's work is just to help guide people on that journey of returning to peace and when you get there the really beautiful thing i think it's why people are so attracted to what we do is because number one my wife and i are normal looking people like i don't have the hat and the beads and the beard and like, you know, I'm just a normal dude.
1:16:25Danny Morel:But we live an abundant life. Because once you get to peace and once you arrive to your authentic self, I think that when done correctly, the true payoff of spirituality is you being able to step into not only your most authentic self, but your most authentic version of what you think life is supposed to be like. And when people stay stuck in that area, I know exactly what you're talking about. I can take you to a restaurant right now in Austin where the men are literally walking around like zombies. And the reason why that happens is because there's avoidance. They go up to a certain threshold and then they're asked to, for example, remember the three energies of human mastery?
1:17:13Danny Morel:Nobody teaches this. There are three energies of human mastery, money, relationships, and food. And when you come up face to face with all of your, and each of them are your teacher. Each of them are a mirror. Each of them are showing you part of yourself. So when you come face to face with the thing with money, guess what you get to decide to do? You get to decide to because the government and it's Trump's fault and all the bullshit and all the stories and you stop yourself and you stay in la la land in fear or you get to go. No, I'm going to face this. I'm scared. I don't have the answers. I don't know what to do, but I know what I want.
1:18:03Danny Morel:And I want it so bad that I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I'll get the book. I'll get on the plane. I'll come to the event. I'll get a mentor. I'll do something. Right. But I want to find someone that's spiritually connected and lives the life that I want to live. Right. And then that's what us human beings are here for. That's what the show is doing for people. Right. That's the gift of the show. And then you take that and guess what you do? You take it and it's like, okay, it's time for me to make a video. Oh, but I'm scared. But what if people don't like me? But what is that? That's fear.
1:18:34Yep.
1:18:34Danny Morel:That's fear. And you get to confront that and overcome it. And then you get to like hire your first person. And all of that, all of it is a journey. When people are in that spiritual world where there are no earthly good, it's because they're afraid to face and they are resisting facing those parts of the journey. Yeah, this is, okay, this is the unlock that'll tie it perfectly. So they can become aware of it, but then they never do the healing to then overcome it. And so they are aware by doing the plant medicines and all these things, but then they lack courage. That's it, brother. That's the answer.
1:19:14That's it. Because the courage is the line. That's it. Does it make you leap up or go down? Or go back down. That's it. And so the people that live in La La Land are there because they fell in love with the feeling of becoming aware of all of these things because it's quite a liberating feeling. But you didn't do shit about it. But you didn't do shit about it and you don't want to heal it. No. So you just take more of it and then you shut it all down because you lack courage.
1:19:41Danny Morel:Absolutely. That's right. That's it. Because it's the same thing with, without, it's the same thing with like, you know, I, I mean, my kids will never listen to this, so it's fine. So like my ex. do you remember when i remember when i said my my current partner said the same thing that my last partner said what did i do freaked out right and then but then what did i do i said time out time out hold on courage tell me more about this what that that's what people are not afraid that's what people are afraid to do they're afraid of that little part and that little part is the magic of all of it. I know people who have done ayahuasca 50 ,000 times and they're still dickheads.
1:20:32Danny Morel:Yes. You know what I'm saying? Yes, yes. And they're still broke. And they're still overweight. And they're still not happy. Why? Because their ego feels really good about the fact that they did plant medicine, but then it's time to live life and they get they get stuck at that point yeah oh i could talk about this for eight hours thank you i uh i think um this has been this has been awesome and um and i feel like there's an element of clarity that i've gained and and the reason for that is because i've always struggled with this concept around trauma more specifically because I don't like this idea of living in it and like marinating in it a lot as opposed to like moving forward.
1:21:27But I think what's been interesting to see is like, okay, the reason we're becoming aware of those things is ultimately to unlock more enlightenment into our life to make everything else better. That's right. And the problem probably that I've had with revisiting traumas, even though I don't feel like they're affecting my life right now, like why would I revisit this thing when I actually feel great about my life and I love my life? I don't want to do another journey and unpack all this stuff when I'm actually thriving right now and I genuinely feel that. And so I've struggled with it a little bit.
1:21:59But what I've realized now is it's probably because of those people that live in that state of becoming aware of it, but never change it. So then I don't feel like becoming aware of it's productive. Right. And I think this has been great to unlock that for me. And so I do appreciate that.
1:22:15Danny Morel:I appreciate that, man. And I would say that like my encouragement for you would be to like a little less of doing or not doing based off of what's happening in them and a little more of doing or not doing based off of what's happening in here. So it's like if your truth is that like life is great, you don't got to do anything. but when something comes up that's when you get to go i need to go into that and to be honest with you that's something that my wife and i if there's any secret to our relationship is that we are constantly doing that like within ourselves and with each other over and over and we don't avoid anything yeah and then that's just having courage to be able to when it arrives and it gets presented to you in your consciousness, you can then go, I'm not going to push that down.
1:23:05I'm going to bring this to light. That's right. And then if you don't have, if you guys are both in that state, you have agency, you're not kind of in that victim mind, you can then go, okay, well, it's not about like dwelling in this, like, let's figure out what we can do here. Right. And then we, it's like that solution oriented approach to be able to make your life better.
1:23:28Danny Morel:So I'm going to end with this. remember your question about how do you know if you as a man have someone if you're clear with your life's purpose and you have someone that you know is going to be fueled to that purpose you obviously have a physical attraction and desire for them that's very important in a relationship and on top of that you are so free with them that you could bring anything to the light because they're there to help you transmute it let me ask you a question what more do you want what more is there yeah that's the ultimate and to reach that and to attract her guess what you got to first go do become him because she will be called in when you are the energetic embodiment of that very thing that you wish to call in even she is a representation of what's going on in here thank you danny thank you i appreciate it is there anything you want to share before we wrap up our book really excited about it uh go to danny morell.com backslash book and uh it's if you're ready to take this conversation and go deeper with it uh get ready it'll change your life forever appreciate you guys if you've made it to the end screenshot this and tag danny and i on your instagram stories let us know you've made it to the end and leave us a five-star review on spotify it helps the show grow helps us keep getting awesome people like danny back on so we can keep them going together but we're going to sign out and thank you brother really appreciate it Yeah, man, for sure.
