In short

Andy Elliot argues that the “art of communication” is the core skill behind successful relationships, sales, leadership, and personal growth. He frames sales as ethical help, not manipulation, and connects communication to staying in love, preventing divorce, parenting, and building purpose. He also emphasizes Christian faith: walking with God and the Holy Spirit as a daily relationship that guides behavior, produces discipline/obedience, and leads to life-changing outcomes.

Guest background

Andy Elliot is a 46-year-old sales entrepreneur with a reported “hundred million dollar year” business and a coaching/company he says does about “half a million dollars a day.” He claims he stuttered as a child, had ADD, grew up in a “Jerry Springer broken home,” and later built wealth through communication. He says he walks with God daily and credits the Holy Spirit for personal transformation.

Key claims

Relationships die when people stop talking; sales is helping people with a good product; divorce often follows emotional disconnection; faith/obedience to the Holy Spirit drives growth; God’s “helper” prompts conscience and actions.

Notable examples

He says he talks to his wife 30 minutes nightly for 20 years; he links cheating to a spouse feeling “seen” elsewhere; he describes a moment where he felt prompted to give money to strangers and his daughter delivered it, leading to tears; he claims he stopped cussing after asking the Holy Spirit and has gone “seven months” without cursing.

0:00Andy Elliot, welcome back. Let's go, baby. Round two. What do you think most people lack in this world? That's a big question, right? So I could say common sense. I could say the ability to know that self-development is the way to change your life. There's a lot of things that people need, but I would say like if we're talking in needs of like maybe people wanting to make money and change their life, I think the ability to communicate. I think if anyone can communicate, I think they can get in sales and I think sales creates, it's a commission business. It creates freedom and it makes people multimillionaires everywhere around the world in any type of person.

0:33I stuttered when I was a kid. I mean, I honestly thought I was never going to make it. Everybody told me I was going to be a loser. Had ADD, grew up in a Jerry Springer broken home. And here I am, I have a hundred million dollar year business. It's, it's, it sells, it's communication. The art of communication is everything. If you could just learn that one thing. And if this podcast was over and it was just like, learn how to talk, you'll get rich. So let's unpack it a bit further than just making money because there's plenty of people out there, right? That will hear that and disconnect from it because they go, I don't want to be a sleazy salesman.

1:05But talk about the value of being able to communicate in every area of your life. Yeah. Well, number one, my wife, every single day, she's either going to fall out of me or fall out of love with me or fall more in love with me. The way that I talk to her, the way that I communicate with her determines whether that happens. Let me ask you a question. Whenever two people fall in love, right? Before they talk about finances. They talk about children. They talk about business. They talk about like, what are your responsibilities? What do I got to do? They had to fall in love, right? What do you think that they did when they fell in love?

1:35They talked. They talked. Why are so many people getting divorces? Because people start talking. They just start doing life together. You're in a relationship with this girl right now. You really like her a lot. You guys are spending time talking. One day you're going to have kids. If you stay together, we're going to have houses. You're going to have responsibilities. You're going to have businesses. You're going to dreams. And you're talking about all these things, but they're not about you and her, which is why you fell in love. And the minute you stop talking, the minute you fall out of love, and then you look up one day and you're roommates.

2:02I mean, going back to sales, it's not like the art of communication isn't just sales. I mean, that's how it changed my life economically and financially. But that's how me and my wife, after 20 years, stay on fire and we stay in love because we talk every day. Every single night, I make 30 minutes. I make time to talk to my wife. For every single person that's ever been through a divorce or breakup, I would say, when did you stop talking? That's when the relationship was over. Me and you, our relationship's great because we talk, but when we stop talking, the relationship's over. That's communication.

2:30Me and you have to communicate. Anything that you want to become great in life, you have to communicate and talk. My children, they look up to me as their hero. I go on walks with them so I can talk. My team, they look up to me because I'm their leader. I don't know much about when I was in the car business when I was younger, cars, but I knew about people, people knowledge. I knew how to talk to people. Dude, in this world right now, everybody's so busy, especially with all these gadgets, cell phones, technology, everything going on. You know what people want to do more now than ever? Have a real conversation with somebody.

3:03Nobody feels seen anymore. Nobody feels significant. Nobody feels like they matter. Dude, the first person that, you know why a husband or you know why a wife would cheat on a husband? Why? She'll walk into the gym one day, some guy looks at her and she feels seen. Her husband's been looking through her for 10 years because he's wanting to build his business. He's wanting to do all these things. And he looks through her. Have you ever seen somebody really look at you and you can tell they're genuinely interested? He was like that with her in the beginning. And then she gave him her life. And even though it's wrong that she cheated on him, she just hadn't felt seen in years.

3:38And so this guy from the gym, which probably isn't even as cool as her husband, sees her. And then he sees her another day. Hey, I see you working in here same time I do. Hey, let's go get a coffee. Next thing you know, all these things happen because she feels seen. And so I just want to tell you that the art of communication is the most incredible skill in the world. And it is everything in your life. The minute that people stop talking, a relationship dies and everything in your life is about relationships. So let's, we've identified that the art of communication is the most valuable skill.

4:10I would agree with this 100%. I think there's a disconnect with people that are not very good at sales. Cool. And they think that I can learn communication. What's the utility in doing sales? I can learn it elsewhere. And when I try and explain it, I'm not too sure what I can say, but all I can say is sales is just communication and the art of it. But what's the correlation? Well, so listen, let me tell every single person real quick so we can set the record straight. Sales is very simple. It's freedom. People say, well, sales guys are salesy. No, I'm sorry that you met a salesperson that was salesy at some point.

4:44I'm sorry that you met that person, but that's not a good salesperson. You met a bad one, okay? People want to buy stuff, okay? People need help in life. People need salespeople. Sales is just helping someone. It's very simple. If you have a good product, do you know people that have a good product? If that product could help someone solve their problem, wouldn't it be disrespectful not to sell it to them. Be disrespectful. We'd actually be hurting them if we didn't. I make this really simple for sales. If you sell something that's a scam, it doesn't help anybody, don't do it. I get that. You have no morals.

5:22But if you have good standards, principles, and values, if you do, I would say if you have a good product, if it helps people, it's disrespectful not to sell it. So then the disconnect here is actually not the service itself. It's actually the framing of salespeople, if you have a negative relationship to salespeople and sleazy salespeople, you will then feel like I'm doing someone wrong or I'm just trying to sell someone as opposed to genuinely feeling convicted that it's your ethical responsibility to sell the thing to the person. And if you have that lens, would you say that you just completely switch off and you'll never even be able to sell it to them?

6:00Yeah, dude, I just help people. I'm just telling you, like, that's what I said, you have to work for a place that has a good product. But I'm trying to tell you right now. I mean, people are watching this right now. Do you want to become a multi, multi, multimillionaire? People say no. I'd say, okay, well then go to sleep. Okay. Like, and by the way, listen to me, this is super important. We talk about this. You're sitting here with me in case anybody doesn't know me. I walk with God every day. I'm very close to God. I love God with all my heart. I don't look down on anybody. I'm not some righteous Christian that I think I'm better than everyone else.

6:28I'm a broken, lost, sick person who got saved by Christ. okay so like I walk with God secondly and by the way whether you believe or not I operate in love and not anger okay so I'm a I'm a super good person okay I wasn't always this way but this is how I walk right now with my children I'm super close to them I got three beautiful kids I got my wife on fire after 20 years on fire I have a company we crush we kill we built a cool brand we help people I'm I'm in great shape I'm a sales guy I'm 46 years old I'm a sales guy people are like, so, so what, what is it that you don't like? Like, what is it that you don't like?

7:05You saw someone at some point that tried to sell you something. It was more money. You didn't want it. They're pressuring you. Wasn't a good salesperson. You've been in a relationship before with a girl that wasn't that great. Right. But you found one now that is like, look, don't be one of these people that like judge people. Right. Like I don't judge industries. I don't judge people. I think there's some lawyers that are bad. I think there's some good lawyers. I think there's some bad doctors. I think there's some good lawyers. I think there's some good salesmen. I think there's bad salesmen.

7:32I think there's good influencers. I think there's bad ones. At the end of the day, sales is great. Right now, there's so many people working the nine to five that are broke. You know one of the quickest ways to tear a home to pieces? Financial struggle. Seriously, man, if you're having to balance your checkbook every day, you're having to go to the grocery store and count how much food you have to see how much money you have in your bank, Like you shouldn't have that financial burden. You're going to work, working nine to five. You don't have any purpose. Dude, if you're in sales, you have purpose because you're gonna help somebody solve their problem.

8:05You know, and that's why I love sales. I've been helping people for so much of my life. And it just, anyways, this is not all about sales, but it is what I have done my whole life. And by the way, everybody told me I wasn't gonna make it. I couldn't amount to nothing. I will tell you, I see more people that get into sales that everyone said they weren't gonna make it. Now they're multimillionaires. And by the way, they're very good people. And there are some sleazy ones, but guess what? There's some sleazy people all around the world. Who cares? Yeah. When I come to Arizona and I catch up with you, there's two things that come to my mind straight away.

8:38It's stronger connection to my faith and stronger brotherhood. Yes. You do these things really, really good here. Why are they so important and why do you put such an emphasis on making sure that they're great? Well, number one, there's two things that will ruin every man's life. One, marrying the wrong woman. Look, the woman that you're with will be determined in your life. There is not a great man without a great woman Great men have an awesome woman next to them. It's the way it is Listen, if you got a great girl, dude, she's not going to let you step out of line Okay, she'll make you a great man your whole life.

9:12Trust me. Jacqueline. She don't let me step out of line She believes in me. She wants she always gives me what I want But she ain't going to tolerate me lowering my standards. She's going to push the heck out of me She's my best friend. She's my accountability partner. She's my fantasy. She's my business partner She's a mother of my children. She's my wife. Come on, man. I married the right woman. That's the reason why I'm successful. Honestly, dude, if I'd have married the wrong woman, I wouldn't be here with you right now. Okay. So number one, I believe like going to the brotherhood is the next thing is you got to have a brotherhood.

9:38You got to have good men around you right now. If I saw you acting out or doing something stupid, I'm going to check you. I really am because that's what a good brother does. Dude, I'm not one of these fake friends that like kisses your butt because you go and buy me drinks at the bar. Dude, listen, if I'm your brother, I'm going to tell you the truth, the cold, hard truth. And my goal is we have a code that we keep each other in line. And so I think the brotherhood, when you come out here and you feel that is because we're like always like pushing each other. I call it positive peer pressure.

10:09Negative peer pressure is like, let's go to the bar. Let's have a drink. Let's go do some drugs. Let's go to a strip bar. Like that's negative. Like bad things are going to come out of that. Positive peer pressure is like, dude, listen, 5 a.m. the gym. We were at the gym 5 a.m. this morning. You come into town. And every time you come into town here, what is it? 5 a.m. The gym? You see all the guys in there? They're all pushing the heck out of each other. We're shooting content. We're trying to help people. We're talking about our businesses. You see us running with my family, my wife, my kids, my daughter, my son.

10:35You see all these things going on. It's the brotherhood. And so that's the standard. A good brotherhood will make you keep your standards. So anyways, two things that will ruin a man's life, not having the right woman, not having a brotherhood. So why is the brotherhood alive? Because it's the most important thing in my life next to my family in my life. Okay. And we run as a true brotherhood. Most people don't have a brotherhood. That's the reason why they never grow. Okay. Find someone that will push the freaking heck out of you and get as close to as possible. Whoever makes you the most uncomfortable is who you need to spend the most time with.

11:05Whoever can do the most uncomfortable thing, the most consistent is the most successful. That's why you got to have great brothers. Okay. And then the second thing is you talked about faith and I'll just move into it. What's my shirt say? God's army. God's army. That's what this is, and you're a part of it. We're all a part of it. We're all building ourselves to be soldiers of God. Dude, I'm going to tell you this, man. Faith, if you want to build something big in your life, you're going to have to have faith, right? When you sat down in that chair right there, right, did you inspect it? Did you check it out and make sure that it would hold you when you sat down in it?

11:37Or did you have faith that someone made a chair that would hold you when you sat in it? I had faith. You had faith. You just sat into it. If we can have faith in a chair, why can't we have faith in God? You think all this stuff happened? People have faith in the stupidest stuff, but they won't have faith in God. And you want to build something big? Here's what I'll tell you. If you want to build something big, you're going to have to have God and God has faith. And to have faith, it's to have evidence in something that you haven't seen, or else it wouldn't be called faith. We have no evidence.

12:05But I know, if you were to ask me, I know if there was scientific evidence that somebody came out and said, God's not real, I would say, I'm still going to believe. Because I know how he's transformed radically my life and how he's radically transformed millions of other men's lives and women's lives and children's lives all around the world. I see it every day. I've seen him do things that no one else can do, and it's unexplainable. And so I believed in God. Last time we were here together, I believed in God. I was a believer, but I wasn't walking with him. Now I understand Father, Son, Holy Spirit.

12:39When Jesus went to heaven, okay, I don't know what anybody's religion is. I don't really get into that, but I believe in Jesus Christ. And when he died and he was resurrected and he went to heaven, he says, I will send a helper who is greater than me. He will do greater works than me. And that's the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit is with us right now. Literally, he's with us and he came here for us. And basically it's like your conscience, right? You know, when you do something that. You know, like you can make it, you can ignore it and make it like normalized or you can change. You ever feel that little prompting when you do something?

13:15You're like, I shouldn't have done that. You ever said something about something? You're like, I shouldn't have said that. That's the Holy Spirit. He's like, come on, man, this isn't how we roll. So I want to tell you what I did. You know, I'm a self-development freak, right? Like I'm always trying to like level up. So I went and paid every mentor, every coach, everyone around the world. I spent about$8 million dollars over the last five years in self-development. I'm all about proximity. I'm a proximity freak. If I wanted you to mentor me, I don't want to watch your training program. I mean, I'll take that too, but I want to get close to you.

13:44I'm like, how much to come out and spend a week with you? I want to spend a whole week with you. I want to spend a week with you. I want to get next to you. I want to really see how you operate, how you really run, what's going on. And so I'm all about proximity. So I paid every top coach around the world. I've wired a million dollars here. I'm always trying to figure it out because I want to learn from everybody. Hey, it's Chris here and I have an interesting stat for you. Most podcast listeners eventually have the same thought. What if I started one myself? In fact, there was a survey that showed that one in every four podcast listeners eventually have the thought or want to start their own podcast in the future.

14:18And that was exactly me. I was just an average listener listening to podcasts in my spare time, my drive to work. and fast forward a couple of short years. We went from zero to getting over 30 million views a month and you were being one of them. If you are one of those people just like I was, then I have something for you. I created a school called PodPro and what we do is we actually take you through full A to Z on what the top 0.1 % of podcasters are doing to win. If you have had that thought of launching your own show or you're a podcaster that is struggling to grow, then PodPro is for you.

14:54You can go to the link in the description or the show notes below or go to thepodpro.com forward slash apply and my team will reach out to you directly to see if you'll be a good fit for the school and to work with me directly to build your podcast. Once again, go to the link in the description or the show notes below or go to thepodpro.com forward slash apply and put your details in and my team will reach out to you directly. Let's get right back to the show. the greatest mentor and the greatest coach in the world is the holy spirit and i want you to listen to me because it's going to change your entire life if you listen to me number one if i was to coach you right now i could coach you based off what you say i could coach you based off what you do i'm kind of like watching you and i'm listening and then i'll coach you right i'll correct you i'll make you self-aware the holy spirit knows that but also he knows your heart and he knows your mind.

15:47You're thinking something, dude, you're thinking it. He's like, Hey, no, but you have to invite him into your heart. You have to invite him into your mind. And when you do, he'll become your mentor on the spot. Check this out. This is so cool. So all day long and the closer you get to him, the more sensitive you become. Okay. People say, how do I know if I'm close to the Holy Spirit or not? Well, when, when you, He never walks away from you. When you walk away from the Holy Spirit, you start to become desensitized. I can cuss, and I don't know why cuss. I'm just cussing away. Just cuss, cuss, cuss, cuss, cuss.

16:23I don't know I'm even doing it. But when I'm walking close to the Holy Spirit, if I say I'm not going to cuss and I cuss, I'm like, ooh, that kind of cut me. I could hear other people doing it. I'm like, I don't want to be like that. I'm aware. And so I'm walking with the Holy Spirit. I'm not a perfect person. Every day I repent. Forgive me for my sins because I am a sinner. I make mistakes all freaking day long. But the deal is I'm walking with the Holy Spirit. I was looking at someone the other day and they were doing something really stupid. And literally, I was like about to make fun of them.

16:54And I felt like this. And I was like, dude, I was about to do what I hate that other people do when they look down on other people. But the Holy Spirit is snapping me. I have wanted this kind of mentorship my whole life. You know how much it costs me? Free. You know what's crazy? You right now, you can literally just give Jesus Christ, well, you can give the Holy Spirit your heart, you can give him your mind, you give him your soul, and you just say, listen, I'm gonna surrender myself over to you. I'm not gonna be the pilot anymore. I'm gonna be the co-pilot. I want you to be in charge. Lead me, guide me, show me where you want me to go.

17:32And dude, listen, the crazy thing, it's not always about correcting you and fixing you. Also, it's about saying like, go help her. Go help him. The other day, I'm driving with my daughter. We're going to get our dog from like this dog hotel. We were down in Mexico. And my daughter's like, oh, dad, there's this slushy place right there. Turn around. And anyways, in the middle of the day, I do a big U-turn because she's my 10-year-old daughter, right? And you got to get everything for your little baby girl. And so I go there and I sit down. And these people, there's this dad, there's this wife, and there's this son, this little son.

18:02And we give them a couple of pesos and she gets the slushy and she comes back in the car. and I sat there and I was like I'm like why did you want to go here she's like dad I don't know like I wanted to go to thrifties but then when I saw those people sitting outside she's like I felt like in my tummy that we should like turn around and I'm like dang I'm like that's the holy spirit I'm like go give them a thousand dollars dude I swear my daughter gets out walks over to these people, gives them a thousand dollars. These people drop to their knees. They start bawling, crying. They grab my daughter, give her a huge hug.

18:49These people were going through something very hard. Like, I'm not crying in the car because I'm watching these people. God uses people to answer other people's prayers. That's what he does. And when you walk with the Holy Spirit, he'll tap you. He's like, hey man, I need you to go pray for her. You don't know why. You just have to do it. Obedience is the key to life. You know, we talk about discipline. I think on the last podcast, it's like, you got to be disciplined. You want to build big lives, you got to be disciplined. Discipline is the building blocks to build a big life. Yes, but being obedient is also the most important thing in the world.

19:25Being obedient to the Holy Spirit. What God wants you to do, you have to do it. You can't fight it. You can't question it. You know, entrepreneurship, I see so many people fell as an entrepreneur. How many people, want to be an entrepreneur now. Everybody wants to be a freaking entrepreneur. But how many people fell? All of them. You know why they fell? Because here's entrepreneurship. Stepping in into something without knowing what's going to happen next. Seriously, dude. I want to see the whole stare here. It's not going to happen. I'm not even going to show what the first stare looks like. Step or get out.

19:53Dude, we step in, then you find out along the way. You don't know why God wants you to go pray for someone. And by the way, listen, I'm going to tell you guys something super important to me. I used to not pray with my kids. The first night I went to pray with my kids, I felt embarrassed. And I felt this feeling that come over me and it said, why are you embarrassed praying with your children about the creator of the world? What the hell is your problem? I realized, dude, I'm so freaking lost. How in the heck could someone be afraid to pray with another person about the God of the world that could help us?

20:28How stupid have we become? People will talk about Elon Musk. They'll talk about video games. They'll talk about anything in the world. Talk about social media. Talk about entrepreneurship. Building a brand. We'll talk about God. Dude, this is why we're in the most sickest generation of all right now. Because the devil is walking the earth tearing everybody to pieces. He owns the minds of almost every man and woman out there. 98 % of the world will not be successful because the devil owns their minds. And he owns the children's minds too. You know why? Because he takes the children out through the parents.

21:00He's taking these children out through their crappy parents every freaking day. When these parents can't get their accurate thinking together, when these parents keep drifting and doing stupid stuff and having these vices and they don't act godly, who do you think is paying for it? The children. That's why the whole world right now is going dark. Dude, that's why it's God's army. And so I think God right now, I'm telling you, and anybody watching this right now, listen, I'm an underdog. So I'm a psychopath. half. I only know how to do things one way. If we're going to do something, I'm either going to burn it to the ground.

21:34I'm going to burn this whole place to the ground, or I'm going to build an empire where I make it big. But I'm not going to sit on the fence in the middle. I'm only a one-way dude. I'm an adrenaline junkie. I'm going to get my adrenaline by burning it down or building it up. But I can't just sit here idle. I got to do something. And so when I learned that God was real and how much he loved me, dude, I carried shame. I carried guilt. I carried embarrassment. I carried so many things most of my life. And when I learned how much God loved me and he took all that away from me, do you understand the freedom that it gave me?

22:04And then another thing is super important because I know you're about to say something, but do you think I want my children carrying guilt, shame, and embarrassment? Do you think I want my children carrying it? No, dude, if their father doesn't change and get their stuff together and act godly and lead my family to God, if I don't fully surrender, if I don't walk with the Holy Spirit, how can my children that I want to have, be at peace and have a great life. And so when I surrendered, Jackie surrendered, my wife, my three kids surrendered, then our whole company surrendered. If you're a leader right now and you're watching this, it is your obligation and your responsibility to lead the ship.

22:41And I couldn't lead it. I tried to keep control my whole life and I just realized one day I can't, I can't, I can't keep control. So I gave it over and I decided I'm going to be the co-pilot now. God's the pilot. Our company's been growing like a hockey stick. Life is great. It's unreal. Everything's on fire. I'm on fire. Here's my work. I am on fire. How many people believe in God, but they're not on fire for him? What are you, a silent believer? Yeah. So the piece here, which is, this is a perfect segue where I want to dive into is, I guess if they're not on fire, they're not truly walking. The relationship's not strong.

23:18like like the relationship right they believe but the relationship is and i think the thing is that as as a non-believer right now as i'm deep diving into this right the the piece is not recognizing the power of the relationship i can hear you speak and i can see the woman that i'm dating at the moment and see how much she lights up and you can just tell if i can develop that my life will change if i can get there every area of my life will absolutely transform it's the most powerful whether it's real or not the idea of it it's the most powerful thing in the whole world and you can recognize it but there's a disconnect right of actually feeling the relationship and so for me right like i i deep dive and i start to understand okay like the reason i want the relationship is because the utility of that the the world and myself become a way i become a better man and the world around me becomes a better man if i can develop that relationship but the the disconnect there of trying to like get there is the piece that that probably i struggle with where it's like i read the bible every single day i'm speaking to people i'm learning i'm all of this right but there's there's this piece in me that just goes i still don't have the relationship are you ready yeah okay you said you're a non-believer right is that right yeah at the moment no it's totally cool listen dude i mean look you know part of okay i'm gonna tell you this real quick and I'm going to move into this.

24:44God is building a roster right now of people who are going to take his kingdom the furthest and who are going to change the world. Hundreds of millions of people's lives. He's building his army and I'm willing to bet your name is on his roster and he takes people who don't believe because if you don't believe, you don't. But when you believe something, you believe it wholeheartedly. When you decided to make this podcast, you knew that it would help a lot of people. And that's the reason why you go so hard on it. Mm-hmm. Once a guy like you believes in God, dude, the devil's going to hate you. But I want to tell you something.

25:19You don't like rules and religion. That's what you don't like. But the relationship, you're not going to find it by reading the Bible. You're going to find it by getting on your knees, getting vulnerable, and saying, God, I want to be a better man. I have found a woman and she believes in you and I haven't seeked you in my life but I've also feel that there's more room for me to grow I want a better heart you want a better heart right I want a better mind you want a better mind I want to live a beautiful life I want to be at peace I want beautiful children and all that requires faith I know this at the end of my life if you die and God is real and you don't believe in him, you'll go to hell.

26:12And I know that if you don't believe in God and this crazy world, God is good. Tell me one thing that's bad about God. How can your children make it in this world? Yeah, I guess the piece here though is that's probably one of the things that I struggle with and have the disconnect with is the fear associated with hell and heaven. No, no, you should never believe in God because of hell. Listen, here's the deal. Okay, is God good or bad? Good. There's evil and good. Yeah. Okay, so you do believe there's evil, right? Yeah. You see evil all around the world right now, right? Do you see evil everywhere?

26:53Yeah. Okay, you see good, right? The good is the light. Evil is darkness. Yeah. You have rooms in your head that are dark. God can remove those things. Listen, let me tell you one thing real quick. The devil's number one goal is to make sure that you never believe that God is real. That's his number one goal. Because if he can do that, he can take you out from your children. And then honestly, this woman that loves you, that you love, that's amazing, you know she's not going to stay with you, right? Like, if you don't believe in God, because she wants a man to lead her home. That's a godly man.

27:32yeah i guess and don't do that for her but like but like if if she's a good woman do you think that she's a good woman because she has the light and the love in her yeah and i'm not i'm not disregarding that by by all means i guess the piece that that i i think is just interesting is i'm i'm well beyond the point of like i don't like rules in fact that's what i that's that that was the notion i had i was like my life is so good it's better than it's ever been before why would i add more rules into my life that's how i was before yeah then i met this woman and without me knowing it because I fell in love with her, I added more rules into my life.

28:08I stopped sleeping around. I stopped responding to other girls' texts. I stopped being distracted. I started focusing more. I wanted to level up as a man. So I said no to things more. I added more rules subconsciously. So then I went, so if I could develop the love like I did with that woman, but for God, not only would I level up that area and not struggle with the lust and the vices as much, but every other area will level up. So I'm beyond the point of being like, okay, I don't like rules and all of this notion. But I guess the piece here is the relationship is the thing that's valuable because just like I loved her, it's harder for me to be able to love this thing that I can't quite see than the woman that I can hold in my arms, right?

28:52And so that's the disconnect here. Can I ask you a question? Yeah. Because this is what happened to me. But I just want to ask you because, you know, normally people don't go all in on something because they had a bad experience, right? Have you ever ate at a restaurant and got sick? So you're like, I'm never going back there again? Yeah. Okay. That's church for a lot of people. Have you ever had somebody that was a, they called themselves a godly person? Like not be good to you, look down on you or anything? Yeah. I don't think those hold me up there, I'll be honest. Okay. Well, but you tend to join things that you feel accepted by, right?

29:31You know what I'm saying? That feel normal, right? Have you ever felt like that the people that you know that are like the godly people that know the scripture, they know everything, they know the Bible, they go to church, they do all these things. Have you felt like that you don't really like relate with those people? Like you're different than them? It's totally cool because I felt that way. I think there's definitely people in that realm that I do, but I've seen so much good outside of that, that I'm beyond that point of categorizing it all into one. In fact, there's a very big openness towards it all.

30:01I guess the piece is like, okay, the bridging of that gap of being able to strengthen that relationship as you explained. It sounds like to me that right now you're seeking God and you're on your way. I already know. Next time I'll talk to you, you're like, hey, I believe. Because I know what this feels like because I did the same thing as you. It took me a very long time to believe, but when I believed, it was over. But I want to tell you something. When I was 22 years old, I walked into a church, right? I'd never been to church in my life. I'd never been into a church. I'm 22 years old. I was drinking all weekend.

30:38I just knew something needed to change. I didn't know what it was. I saw this church. It said, I changed your life. And I was like, okay, I literally sat in the parking lot for an hour. I didn't want to go through those doors. I didn't know what was in there. I don't understand. I'm not like them. I'm selling cars. I'm a young kid. I was wearing an affliction shirt and a holy jeans. I'm sitting in a parking lot. And I was like, all right, screw it. I'm going in. I remember walking into the church. As soon as I walked in, this lady walked up. She said, can I help you? And I said, I'm here to watch the service because that's what it said on the sign.

31:12Service, change your life. And she said, not dress like this. And she turned me around and walked me right out. That is not God. That is not God. That is actually the people that God hates. Those were the Pharisees. Those are the people that he said were whitewashed tombs. They were clean on the outside and they were decaying dead on the inside. That's why Jesus sat down at the table with tax collectors, prostitutes, fishermen, and broken people. He's such a good man. He literally came for the lost. He said, I didn't come for the freaking healthy. I came for the sick. Guys like us that are going into the world, trying to change the world, we're sick people because we're not like normal people.

31:55We're crazy. We're willing to risk it all to try to help other people and change our life. We want to see how far we can take this. We want to see what kind of man we can become. The man you can become with God by your side and walking with the Holy Spirit, unreal, brother. I am telling you right now, Now, the things that you'll build with God in your family and in your business is going to be insane. But I will tell you this. It's just simple. It's just faith. It's just faith. You know, you got to have faith. Remember, like you sat in that chair. Have you ever went over a hill before when you're driving in your car?

32:27When you're driving over a hill in your car, do you pull over to the side before you go over the hill and get out, walk over to the edge and see if another car is coming over in your lane before you go? Or do you have faith that the cars will stay in their lane and you'll stay in yours when you go over it? you're in your car all the time right you have faith see you have faith in so many small things why is it hard to have faith in this big thing it's just that people they just they overcomplicate it they don't think i'm going to tell you what really helped me a lot i gave my life to god and i believe that he was real i totally believed he was real because he just performed miracles in my life that couldn't have happened without him but i believe that if i died and i went to heaven that i would meet him in heaven.

33:11And that was believing as, I'm a believer, and then I'm not going to go to hell, I'm going to go to heaven. But there's a difference between believing in God and walking with God. And I don't really understand this. And that's where I just told you about the Holy Spirit. There is a Holy Spirit. There is God and the Father who's in heaven. There is a Son, Jesus Christ who died for our sins, and he went up to be with the Father, and then he sent the Holy Spirit. I don't know everything about the Bible. I don't know a lot about it, but I can tell you the Holy Spirit is real. And I can tell you, when I look at someone, I can tell whether the Spirit is on them or not.

33:52And I'm telling you, dude, I for a living want to transform other people's lives, and I want him to transform my life. I want to change my life every single day of my life. And so I understand what's real and what's not. And I asked the Holy Spirit to come into my life at a time that I was struggling about six months ago. Life was good. I had everything I wanted, but I was going through some struggles with my children. I couldn't figure it out. You know, like when your kids get older, they become teenagers. And I just submitted totally. I surrendered. I said, all right, God, I'm giving it all to you.

34:26And I don't know why, but I started to look into the Bible and I started talking about the Holy Spirit. I never really understood it. You know, I'd hear a few people say, Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. And I was just, like, I don't understand that. And it said, the Holy Spirit is the helper who is here with you. And once I asked the Holy Spirit to come into my heart and be with me, immediately my life changed. I know what's real and what's Why would I tell you to believe in something that's not real? Dude, self-development's real. Going to the gym is real. Treating people nice is real. Learning sales is real.

34:58Why am I choosing to talk about God? Because he is the foundation of all. And if you don't have his foundation right, you cannot build this house. You will not build a marriage with this girl that you love without God in your life. It physically won't happen. Now, what you got to understand is that it is purely a relationship between me and him. It has nothing to do with you. It has nothing to do with him. has nothing to do with this guy, has nothing to do with my wife, has nothing to do with me and him. It's me and him. He wants to know me. And he knows me. Now I'm learning him. I'm literally rolling with him all day long.

35:29And watch this. This is how it really is. I'm going to do something with you. Do you cuss? Yeah. Okay. I'm going to try something with you when we're done. Okay. Because I know you don't cuss on your podcast, but afterwards you may cuss. So I said, all right, Holy Spirit, I want to stop cussing. Remember I used to cuss like a Sarah? Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. I just have the dirtiest mouth in the world. And people used to tell me, you need to stop cussing. And I was like, dude, I just do things my way. I attract my people. I made up all these excuses, right? I said, I want to stop cussing. 20 minutes later, I said a cuss word.

36:00The second I said it, I was like, it was like a shock. And it was like, you said you weren't going to do that. As a man of God, we keep our word. Okay. I never cussed again. Seven months since I've said a cuss word, haven't said one cuss word. Yeah. See, this is the interesting piece here. What's really ringing home is the relationship to God and the closeness that you're walking with him. So for me, right, like it's very easy to connect to the Father and the Holy Spirit because Father, Creator, you'd look around and go, humans didn't do this. The Spirit, that voice you get all the time, the intuition, the calling, the thing when you feel guilty, right, that's the Spirit.

36:43the sun is the one that's probably harder to connect with. And as someone, especially in Australia, where religion and Christianity and faith is not very, very big and encouraged, it's a harder one to connect with, right? And so for me, when I look at it and I'm assessing it and I ask myself the question, like, we have all these beliefs in the world, but like, what utility does that actually have in making me a better man in the world, a better place? Now, what I've identified though, is the one that's really hard to get, which is that relationship with Jesus, the feeling and the closeness that you can walk with that him, the utility in that belief and the power in that relationship is insane.

37:22It's through the roof, right? There's a disconnect there of going, how do you actually access that? When you compare it to things like driving over a hill or sitting on a chair, you've had more reps of driving over a hill. And so there's a development of trust that, okay, I've done this enough times now, there's no way that like the road is going to go down so you do start to develop this faith maybe the first time you ever go up a steep hill you i'm going to slow down a little bit at the top but then after you drive up that hill many times you know that it comes down and the seat it's like okay like we know that maybe these places we've sat on enough chairs now but but the gold one maybe it's like okay we need to walk enough and get glimpses and be open enough to be able to invite him in and the more we do that the closer we will get the more trust we'll have just like driving over the hill or sitting on the chair.

38:08Yeah. And check this out. Listen, let's just say you've met a lot of great people, right? Name the oldest, greatest person that you've studied. I study a lot of people. I like Napoleon Hill. I like the Rockefellers. You know what I mean? I like a lot of guys that were older. Really Napoleon Hill, I like him a lot. I think he was born in like 1900, right? I think he died in 1980. Maybe he was born in like 1890 or something. That was 130 years ago. Can you think of somebody that you know, that you look up to, that you can even remember older than maybe Napoleon Hill? No. But you know there was a lot of great people before him, right?

38:55Mm-hmm. Why don't we know about him? how come 2 000 years after jesus christ died how come every single person in the world knows who he is how come every time you turn to the left or to the right you can't escape him he's everywhere explain that. See, if he wasn't real, he would have faded away. Napoleon Hill, a lot of greats, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, all these, they were great. They're going to be gone in 200, 300 years. This guy was 2000 years ago. By the way, was there social media back then? You know, was there YouTube? Was there even a way to document it? How in the heck? Now, easier now 200 years with YouTube and all the things going on now, you know, it's like, we'll still be around hopefully somewhere because, you know, the media world didn't exist.

39:57They wrote it on a piece of paper. I'm telling you, dude, you just got to think like the thing that I know, and I want to tell you something about business for a minute. Okay. My company does about a half a million dollars a day in coaching. It's physically impossible. I guarantee I have the largest coaching company in the world, or if not second to largest, if there's another one that I'm not aware of. We have the largest coaching company in the world. I want to tell you, there's no way I could have built this. There's no way. I told you our social media platform got 380 million views in the last 30 days on social media.

40:37That's crazy, man. 380 million? You don't understand how social media works, the time, the effort, the things. how's that happen? I believe that God right now, and with you, watch your podcast that's going up right now. It's growing. I'm telling you, bro, you're on his roster. I never thought someone like me could be used for something big to change the whole world. Honestly, I didn't think that. I knew I was going to have a good life. I knew I wasn't going to be back in poverty. I knew I was going to make money. But I never knew that I was going to be a person that could be living proof of how good God is and let God change my life so much so that I can be living proof and be an example for other people and how they can radically transform their life.

41:20That's what God's doing. He's going to do it with you. He's going to do it with a lot of people here. And when you feel the calling, see, you're being called right now. I'm just, you're being called. What? What, you just met a Christian girl? You think like that was on accident? No, dude, God lined that up. you think that the podcast is killing it because like Chris, you're like some ultra sexy, good looking dude. That's like, no, dude, just a normal dude. I'm a bald head, ugly dude, 46 years old, run around. I was yelling at people. How, how God chooses his leaders. And the cool thing about you is you've raised your hand and you said that you wanted to be a leader in the marketplace and help other people.

42:02You've done that. Slowly things are happening just as they should. It's all in the plants. And you know, what's interesting is I see the leaders speak with conviction and it's like they're sharing and it's straight from here and they're sharing it. And I feel the more you do that, the more self-aware you become, the more aware of everything you become, the more you feel. And it's almost like you open yourself up more, whether you're a Christian or not, you open yourself up more and things start to invite in. Like for me, like I just know that before, like before I really blew up, there was one thing that I, that I always saw.

42:46I looked at incredibly successful people that I all looked up to and they all had some sort of relationship to a God. So I went growing up in this non-religious, non like this, this family, I grew up and I went, I'm trying to achieve what they have. And all of them, every one of them has some relationship to a God. Something is greater than them. And when you think about all of the things we're striving towards, there's always something greater. Build a family, build a legacy. Everything is greater beyond you. And so like getting maybe from zero to one, maybe you'd be so selfish and maybe you are really self-centered.

43:24But beyond that, once all your needs are met, everything for your source of fulfillment and your source of of of passion desire stems from something far greater than you yeah i think naturally when that happens you start to get this curiosity for something far greater a a vertical power not not something horizontal like something that's greater and i guess it's just one of those ones where for me the the thing that's motivating me so much as well is because of how hard and challenging it actually is for someone that's not grown up in faith to develop it we just shut it down it's so hard. And I know that everything else that I've done that has been so hard in my life that I pushed through has been so light at the other side.

44:03It's been so great. And so the actual pursuit being challenging is actually motivating me to lean in more because I know there must be something there. Why is it so hard? There must be something there. And that's been an interesting piece. I'm going to tell you something so you know this, just so you're aware of what's actually happening. Number one, you've been called. Okay. The heaven is waiting for your yes or no. you're just either going to give an answer. I know. And the not sure part, that's not like you. That's how I know the devil's involved. Because a guy like you, when you want to do something, you do it now.

44:41Why is this so hard for you? Let me tell you why. Because you're going to give me an explanation, but I'm going to explain to you why. Because the devil and God are both fighting for your soul. And God wants you to do his work all the days of your life, and he's going to take care of you. And all he wants to do is he's going to build you up, help you help all these people. He just wants you to give him the credit and be living proof of how good he is and what he can do. And the devil, what he wants to do is that he wants to give you a lot of success. See, there's nothing that's more like the devil than taking credit for something.

45:18and you said when I started blowing up, when I started building my brand, I didn't have God. That's exactly what the devil wants you to think, is that you can continue to stay on that path your entire life, which is an absolute lie. You can't do it. You will eventually plateau at some point. It happens to everybody all the time. Doesn't happen with me. God's army. When God's involved, God makes it big. You didn't do any of this. Yes, you did the action. Yes, you worked hard. Yes, you made good choices. Yes, and even choosing God is a choice. So you did do it, but you seek to be a better person, which is godly.

46:00But now the next step is deciding, because you're not a guy that plays on the fence either. Okay? Here's the devil. The devil says, hey, come over here with me. You can have sin. Sin's fun. I mean, anybody that's like, Sin isn't fun. Dude, you're not sinning right. If you sin right, it is a lot of fun. Problem is afterwards, you feel shame. You feel horrible. You feel guilty. You feel sick. You're like, ugh, I don't want to do that. It's exactly what the devil wants you to do. Enjoy the pleasure and then feel like crap and go into depression. He wants you to ruin your life. He wants you to burn your life to the ground.

46:35God over here wants you to have love. See, you're a psychopath. You're a guy, you're a good guy, but also, you know, you've been through a lot in life. You've been through having a cold heart at certain times in your life. Am I right? That cold heart will be the death of your podcast. It'll be the death of your business. It'll be the death of your relationship. That cold heart cannot come out anymore. And you know it. That girl you're running with, she loves your soft heart. She loves your good heart. She likes you to be highly driven, but not in anger and love. Am I right? If you were driven in anger, she wouldn't be around anymore.

47:09She's like, I don't want to be around this. But you're driven in love. Is God love? Yes. Dude, what's going on right now, Chris, is that God and the devil are literally both. It's called spiritual warfare. It's not something you can see. Chris, you can't get in the room and be like, come on, man. Who am I going to fight? It's not like that, dude. And the devil's super sneaky. Matter of fact, you know what the devil's goal is? He says, God, do me a favor. Can I have permission to give Chris a ton of success. I want to give him so much success, he can have it without you. God says, sure, give it to him.

47:47Let him get rich. You'll never love your wife the way you could have loved her. You won't raise your children godly in the way that they'll be raised to be able to live in this world. You're going to be stressed out. You'll be happy with your money. you'll hate your life you won't be a good person you really won't you just won't be a good person because you're not changing right the deal is is that just because you can make it and be successful without god doesn't mean that that's a good thing okay god wants you to make a lot of money god wants you to crush and kill he just doesn't want you to put anything above him that's it yeah so so i'm just telling you it's a spiritual warfare bro yeah and and the and the deal is you're a guy that takes action on stuff very fast.

48:35You believe in love. You believe that your girl's amazing. Listen, if your girl was evil, she wouldn't be that amazing girl she is right now. No, and I guess the piece though here is there's people that I look up to and respect and trust very highly that believe in Jesus. And there's also ones that I do the exact same that don't. And so there's an interesting piece here where I'm grown up with nothing. So I've got this clean slate of being able to just assess it. and what I'm trying to do is have the most open mind and lean into it all. I'll pick up a Jehovah's Witness book on the side of the road.

49:07How old are you? I'm 24. You see, so I'm 46. Yeah. So you know what I wish, Chris? I wish when I was 24 years old, I wish someone would have had a conversation with me about how good God is in my life. Yeah. But no one did. Yeah. So two days ago, I interviewed Justin Waller and we were talking about God I don't want to talk about Jesus. And I was asking him about what his relationship with lust is. And just because obviously he talks about having multiple girlfriends and all of this. And he was referencing this thing around like you can have, like when all your stuff is met, so you're good, your family's looked after, your business is taken care of, you're fit and healthy, doing lustful things or having bad vices is not as bad as if you're dead broke or your needs haven't been met, your family's not taken care of and all of this.

50:10And so he's like, I wake up fine the next day if I have bad vices because I make sure all my stuff is met. But if we were to look at that, that wouldn't be very godly, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm just trying to understand do you think that the the the like the rules apply for everyone or do you think there's levels to the the game where you can make sure all your needs are met and then you're able to give in to bad vices and stuff in moderation you're a smart guy I know and you know the answer I know the answer to this I think everybody watching this knows the answer to that question the answer is is that a standard is a standard yeah and once a standard's broke It's no longer a standard.

50:55So then standards are not subjective. Listen, a standard is a standard. Yeah. And once it's no longer a standard and it's broken, then it's just not a standard. Yeah. And I think I resonate with this a lot massively. It's just a non-negotiable. It's very black and white. Yeah. And I think when you make that an importance and you have the strong connection and relationship and you're walking with God, it's not even a question as much. It's like, yeah, you have the lustful thoughts. Yeah, you're probably going to have these things, but acting on them is not even a question. Dude, I didn't even think about that stuff.

51:34Look, let me tell you something for a minute, okay? All the things, okay, all right. So can I tell you a story about the Bible real quick? Sure. By the way, I'm not a preacher. I'm just telling you a story that really helped me understand because when I changed my life and I gave my life to Christ and I decided to start sharing how important God was, there were a lot of people that didn't like it. Listen, the deal is, is that half the people in the world are going to think like this and half the people are going to think like this. Here's the deal. Out of what percentage of people are millionaires?

52:04I mean, honestly, like if there was a thousand people, maybe one is a millionaire, right? That means 999 people are doing things this way and one of them did it a different way. Like Chris, how big of a life are you after? What kind of life are you after? You have to understand man people that you're interviewing and most they're not gonna even even if they've made money It doesn't mean their marriage is on fire. It doesn't mean they're in the best shape of their life Look, it doesn't mean that they're the best father in the world It doesn't mean they have a great team that looks up to them. It doesn't like Like none of that matters like bro Like you got to find someone that has it all because that's what a guy like you wants.

52:40Yeah, right Um, but I was going to tell you there was a guy in the bible though. This is important. Okay. His name was saul This dude killed Christians for a living. He killed Christians. He was the Christian killer. His name was Saul. Have you ever, if you've opened the Bible in the New Testament, there's a, you ever heard about the apostle Paul? Yeah, Paul, he wrote the, I mean, he was like the poster child of the New Testament. He wrote most of the New Testament. Paul was a tent maker. Paul was a businessman. Paul brought the Bible further than anyone else, including the disciples. Paul wasn't even alive when Jesus was around.

53:18He wasn't a disciple. Paul was a Christian killer after Jesus died because people believed in Jesus. And he was like, this guy's not real. Anyone that believes in Jesus, I'm going to kill him. And so he went around and they killed Christians. That's what he did. He was on this road to Damascus. They're going into town to slaughter all these Christians, right? 2 ,000 years ago, long story short, he's on the way in. Paul gets blinded. he's on his freaking Porsche or donkey, whatever the heck they're riding on because they didn't have cars back then. And he's rolling down this road. And guess what, dude?

53:50He literally gets blinded, falls off. And now if you got blinded right now, I mean, literally you had no eyesight. You would say, okay, well, a human didn't do this.

54:05It has to be God. So he said, who are thou God? Jesus. son of a buck. He realizes he's been playing on the wrong team the whole freaking time. Jesus is real. He didn't blind himself. A human didn't blind him. He got blinded by God. So we said, who are thou God? And he heard Jesus. He went into town. He met a potter, a clay maker, and literally the clayman, the potter, put his hands on a will and he said, this is you and Jesus is going to be these hands and he's going to remold you. Your name is no longer Saul. Your name is Paul. And you, because you were the worst, you were the Christian killer, you now are going to take the word of Jesus farther than anyone else who's ever lived.

55:00Watch. He changes. Now, he changed. Did the world change? No, he changed. when he walked out of there, he said, my name is Paul. I come in love. You know what? People looked at him and said, dude, there's Saul. He's going to kill you. Run. He's like, no, no, no. I come in love. Dude, when you go to change your life, people are going to be like, dude, we know you. Chris, we know you, dude. We know what we know you do. This ain't you. Who are you acting like? This is the craziest thing. When I changed my life, at first people start looking around, but you know what happened? Is that the people that saw Saul, not Paul, they didn't believe that Saul really changed.

55:41They didn't believe he could change. But Paul went to new people, to new towns. He took the Bible further than anyone else. And most importantly, Paul was a businessman. My goal is that I am not going to have God over here and business over here. No, my business is going to operate on the foundation of God. And it is growing like crazy. It is protected like crazy. The hands of God are on our company. That's what I want. I can't see one man, one woman watching this saying, I don't know. I want God to protect my business. Okay. Then you bring God into the marketplace. And that's exactly what Paul did.

56:19Paul ran a huge tent making company while taking the Bible further than anyone else. And dude, listen, man, he walked into towns and people were, they were like, he's like a coming love. He's telling them about Jesus and they're like, oh yeah, we don't believe. And he's like, okay, cool. He wiped the dust off his feet and he went to the next town. No big deal. He wasn't going to beg anybody. Dude, I'm going to tell you how I can share with you what it feels like to have a real relationship with Jesus Christ. You feel unshakable. You feel unstoppable. And you know what I love the most is that I love to be broken.

56:51I love to be remolded. And God is always breaking me and remolding me because he's got something big planned for me. He's preparing me for my next part of my life. Don't you want a bigger part in your life? Don't you want a next part? You know, you have to be broken in order to go to the next part, right? You know, it's not like going to be like, oh, smooth sailing. Everything's easy. Chris is just going to blow up, make all this money. He's going to get rich and it's going to be easy. No, dude, you have to get broken. There's some things that you're going to have to shed off to go to this next level of you.

57:18Am I right? Okay. That's what I had to do. And I couldn't have done it without God. And so I'm telling you, like, literally, dude, I'm giving you guys the play to change anything in your life. If you want a better marriage, right? Okay. Who do you think you'll be? Do you think you'll be a better husband as a godly man? Or do you think you'll be a better husband showing up? Watch when you and her get in a fight. Have y 'all gotten a big fight yet? It's coming, buddy. It's coming. Well, hold on. When you marry someone, you marry someone, when things get tough, you'll stick together. Am I right? Dude, you got to think about this.

57:51you know what you have with somebody when you piss them off when you piss her off and she's a good christian girl do you think she's going to get angry and disrespect you and call you names or you think she's going to be loving and try to work it out loving what if she didn't believe in god what do most girls do in relationships or guys yeah well this is one of the main things that is even attractive about her as well as how how she handles how she handles everything yeah it's crazy how do you think it is yeah her heart bro i'm well i'm well aware of it i think i think honestly as i'm thinking about all of this and and and just assessing it all there's there's an element of actually walking the walk and just and just being open-minded and when you get those thoughts of shutting it down and you have like the most open mind you lean in you try things you don't shut them down you remove your ego and if you keep walking that walk you'll get there you'll get to a place um one of the videos i've made one video about about jesus in my life and it went incredibly viral and it was like a it was like a two minute straight video of me speaking one page into the camera and it got millions and millions of views and it was my like interpretation of how all this process has been and at the very end i said my one request for the christians out there is i just like you're a frame from trying to help me out here because always seem to take me further away.

59:11I'm going to go touch some grass and check in here and just see where it takes me. And that seems to be taking me closer, which is great. And meeting with people, which is awesome. I think there's probably a level of being a high achieving man and allowing yourself to submit is one thing that's key. And then another thing is just being incredibly open-minded and really leaning into it and just seeing what comes up. And then also just creating space because when you create so much noise in your life, it's so hard to even allow and let Let God speak to you. Let the Holy Spirit come up. You know, most men or women never find God until something bad really happens.

59:48Yeah. And so you're a pretty smart guy. Yeah. Wouldn't it be cool to find God at your high instead of having to have your legs cut off you? 100%. I mean, it's the ultimate challenge. and I think that's why I'm leaning into it because when you're in the dumps, it's very easy to be like, God, pull me out. But it's a bit harder when life's great. But I think that's the beautiful thing about it. It's been great to be able to have that clear mind of someone that I'm not in the dumps. I've got a clear mind. My vision's clear and I'm open mind. You said clear mind, right? In order to have a clear mind, you have to have a clear conscience, right?

1:00:33You're a sinner, right? I mean, you've made mistakes. You've sinned. You've done bad things, right? Yeah? Yeah, yeah. I mean, we're all human, right? I've done the worst of the worst. Do you want to be forgiven for those things? See, when you give your life to Jesus Christ, you are forgiven for those things. Could you imagine how much less weight that you would carry if you didn't have to carry that with you? You've made mistakes. You've had things happen to you. There's people that have probably wronged you before in your life. Am I right? Yeah. People that have wronged you. Did you forgive them?

1:01:08See, I'm going to tell you something. In the Bible, it says, if you don't forgive other people, God won't forgive you. Listen, is there any value in not forgiving someone? No. Listen, man, there's a thing called a heart disease. Okay. And most people in this world, they walk around with a heart disease. with God, you don't have to have that. What do you mean? Well, I mean, somebody's wronged you at some point, right? Okay. When that happens, what do you do? Do you get hateful? Yeah, of course. You get angry. You get mad. God's like, no, we're not going to do that. What will come to them will come to them.

1:01:49Keep your heart clean. Keep your heart clean because they're a bad person. It the devil will make someone do something bad to you because he'll make you want to become a bad person. Dude, listen to me. I'm trying to tell you right now, this is called wisdom that I'm giving you. It's not knowledge. It's literally transformational wisdom that will change your life. And if you live this way, your home will be different. See, success is different to everybody. I used to respect people and look up to people that made a lot of money, but I don't anymore because I really don't care. If a man can't take care of his home, if a man's home isn't on fire, I don't want to watch him anymore.

1:02:31I want to watch people who value the family, who build incredible families. You see how I roll my wife and my kids everywhere. We go everywhere together. We're freaking a family. My whole company, all their families are running with us. We're all running together, dude. We're rich, not because of money. We're rich because we love our life. Money doesn't mean anything. Dude, money's fake. You can make unlimited amounts of money once you stop chasing money. Once you chase the man, not the money, once you get close to God, you're gonna make unlimited amounts of money. That's the way it works. So I just wanna tell you, when you make this decision, not only is your girl gonna be like, oh my God, my man is a real man.

1:03:12No, really, your whole home life will be different for the rest of your life. Think about it. You said, well, the way that I grew up, I really didn't have nothing. so I don't really I can choose one way or another show me a thing that comes bad from God nothing and so it's like it's like good and evil it's just being out of it's just being out of actually get there which is the piece because you can like say that like yeah that's great but the relationship's not there and which is a piece which we didn't get into today which is what I'm like I'm I'm fascinated in in another whole well we'll go wherever you want to go yeah just because the piece that I'm fascinated in is like, I can understand it all clearly.

1:03:54And it's very clear to me the power of it, right? But I can't, at least I shouldn't say can't, but I struggle to just be able to click my fingers and go, yeah, I feel that relationship. And this is when - You're not going to feel it. It doesn't work like that. That's exactly how the devil wants you to think. That when you give your life to God, you feel it. That's not how it works. if that if you're waiting that's like people walking around going i'm waiting for a sign god if the clock says one one one one then i'm gonna do it it's it's like god send me two birds if two birds fly over right now it doesn't work that way if you want to give if you if do you want to fill the relationship of jesus christ you really want to i'm gonna tell you how to do it and and i'm not gonna do it with you right here but i would but it's your podcast if it's mine we do it my way.

1:04:45I would say we get down on our knees and I would say we invite Jesus Christ into your heart. We invite him into your mind. We invite him into your soul. And you say, God, Jesus Christ, I believe that you died for my sins and I'm going to call on you as the Lord and Savior of my life. And you have to say it openly and you have to confess it out of your mouth. I call on you as the Lord and the Savior of my life. I have tried everything, but I haven't tried you. And I'm going to try you. I'm giving you my life. You do that. You'll see the relationship starts at that moment. But until you do that, the relationship won't start.

1:05:26You don't need to go home and clean your house. You don't need to go home and put on your Sunday's best. You don't need to go home and buy a new outfit. You don't have to call the people in your life you've done wrong and tell them you're sorry. You don't have to call and forgive people. You just need to do what I just told you to do. And if you do that, I promise you, you're going to have an encounter with Jesus Christ. Yeah, it's powerful. As we close this out, I'm fascinated to know you've been talking about Jackie and Jacqueline a lot. And in the last episode we did, you covered it a lot. And it's powerful, some of the stuff you talk about and the power in your relationship and your family.

1:06:02When you met Jackie, did you know she was the one or did that get developed? Yes, I knew. yeah i knew just like you know your girl's the one it's a simple dude yeah do you think it can be otherwise do you know why um did you notice how you said you started changing and doing all these different things for her um when i met jacklyn she laid down some rules really quick all my all her friends when when i met her they were like dude don't trust this guy like he's like this guy's a player dude he sleeps with everybody he's like, he's a bad person. And Jacqueline's like, do I think, do I look like the kind of person that would get played?

1:06:44I do think that I would put up with like crap from somebody like to treat me bad. No, I value me. I think your girlfriend values herself. I do. I think she values herself. And I think, you know, whether you and her get married, she's going to have a great life. She's going to marry somebody great. She's going to have a beautiful family. She's going to be successful with or without you. Am I right? Yeah. Okay. I'm just being honest. So I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you how you know. There were a lot of girls that were with me that I took care of. I had money to buy them things. I could do things with them.

1:07:16And to be honest with you, if I didn't take care of them, there was probably a good chance they weren't going to have a good life. They were probably going to go find someone else to take care of them. They were beautiful girls, but they were empty on the outside. They were a shell of a beautiful woman. Jacqueline had this heart that was so good. And I always wanted to have something good in my life. And I knew she was good. And I knew that everything that would come from her, listen, God talks about a lot in the Bible about soil. And he says, there's good soil and there's bad soil. And if you throw seeds on bad soil, it just, the thorns eat the plant and it dies.

1:07:52But on good soil, if you throw the right seeds, it grows something beautiful. And so I just, I was throwing seeds on bad soil my whole life. I never found a good person. And so Jacqueline had such a good heart. When I met her, she did get clear with me. She said, hey, listen to me. If you ever cheat on me, I don't care if you're drunk, drugged. I don't care. You'll never see me again. Just understand this. If we're going to do this, if we're going to get together, it's me and you against the world. We're together forever. And if it's not going to be that way, let's just not do this. Because if you ever cheat on me, ever, for any reason, you won't even get to explain why it happened because you will never see me again, whether we have children or not.

1:08:41So I just, I warn you up front that like, I know what I want in life and I don't need you. I'm an independent woman. I'm going to get a successful life. I'm going to build, and I want to choose you. I want to build with you, but you have to want the same thing. I'm not going to, I'm not going to be played here. And I was like, whoa. So I knew at that point, if I ever did or become like the old me, that like this was not going to happen. So I had to make a choice really quick. And you know what I said? I always wanted to change my life anyways. I was 26, she was 24. I always wanted to change my life.

1:09:15I finally found a woman who was willing to stand for something. No one I ever dated stood for anything. They used their body, they used sex, they would talk to me, they would go places, their arm candy. dude, I finally found someone that was a good woman and they were going to make me a good man. Remember I told you, I said, the man will become great because of the woman. And I married Jackie, best decision of my life. I knew I was going to marry her. I knew, I knew we were going to get together. And after a year we were married, we were done. People are like, how long have you been dating before you get married?

1:09:47Doesn't matter. When you know, you know, you're done. Look, it's called your soulmate for a reason. It's your soulmate. When you see your soulmate, you know that that's your soulmate. And by the way, you're going to fight with your soulmate. The thing is, is that you have to marry someone that you're going to be with forever, that when everything goes to hell and everything falls apart and everything gets crazy, you two are going to stick together no matter what. That's why it says still death do us part. Jacqueline, I call her the cartel leader. That's her nickname. Because if stuff goes down, Jackie's coming and killing.

1:10:21She doesn't play. Jackie gets her hands dirty, dude. She's not like some little prissy chick. She doesn't want to be the queen. She's my battle mate, dude. Like we slaughter things together. And she's always been like all in. She's an all in person like me. Her parents were divorced. My parents were divorced. We both wanted love. We both wanted to be successful. We both knew we were going to become something someday, somewhere, somehow. And so we seek together. And dude, listen to this. So that girl that you're with, The devil does not want you to change and come over to God, number one. But number two, when you do, you and her are going to become one.

1:10:59And when you become one, check this out. This is dangerous. She's got a cool mind. Doesn't she have an amazing mind? You've got an amazing mind. Two minds become one. A female mind and a male mind coming together. She also has a different heart than you. And you have a different heart than her. Two hearts come together. That's amazing, dude. Dude, when two people become one and they're soulmates and they're both surrendering to God, dude, do you understand what's going to happen in your freaking life? Do you understand? Like, dude, you're going to make history. There's nothing that can stop you.

1:11:31And by the way, tell me one unattractive thing about what I just said. None. Only an evil person would be coming in right now and saying, I can't believe this. This isn't true. That's just a hurt person. And they're just wanting to hurt someone else. They don't know. They need love. they need Jesus. But I'll tell you though, that what I just said, how do you know? You just know. And I think you already know. So, you know, I knew by the way you talked about her when you asked, because you don't ask, how do you know if you hadn't found the mirror? And anybody else that you would talk to other than me would give you some like bullcrap answer, right?

1:12:05Dude, when you know it's your soulmate, you know, you just do it. Guys like me and you, you know how we're going to have a great life. When we know, we know when we move. I'd go home by a room right now. I need to play them after you give your life to Jesus. I appreciate you coming back on the show, man. Thank you. You bet, buddy.
