In short

Rich Eisen’s Giving Tuesday episode mixes college football contract talk about Lane Kiffin’s move to LSU with in-studio NFL/WWE discussion featuring Seth Rollins, plus a “what would you give” segment for NFL teams/players and charity donation prompts for the V Foundation.

Guest backgrounds

Seth Rollins is a WWE Superstar (The Visionary). The show also references Lane Kiffin (new LSU head coach) and discusses NFL teams/coaches via hosts and callers (e.g., Bears, Packers, Chiefs, Giants).

Key claims

Kiffin’s LSU deal is described as unusually lucrative, including an 80% buyout if fired without cause, bonuses for SEC title/overall win, and home-sale assistance. Oxford/Ole Miss fans are portrayed as furious, with SEC passion driving the reaction. Rollins praises the Bears’ confidence and Caleb’s improved ball security, and predicts Chicago outcomes vs Green Bay/Cleveland/Detroit.

Notable examples

Ole Miss allegedly put Kiffin’s clothes outside; fans at a private airport scene; Rollins’ “no shirt” story about his daughter; Giving Tuesday gifts include “new right leg” for Cam Scadaboo and health for all NFL players.

This is the Rich Eisen Show. Rich Eisen. He's super bad. He's funtacular. He's Rich Eisen.

1:24He never kicked it. From the Rich Eisen Show studio in Los Angeles. Earlier on the show, ESPN SportsCenter host Scott Van Pelt. Pro Football Hall of Famer Jim Kelly. Coming up, WWE superstar Seth Rollins. And now, it's Rich Eisen.

1:47Rich Eisen:What a fun show we've had so far here on the Rich Eisen Show on ESPN2 here on this Giving Tuesday. Giving Tuesday created in 2012. What a great idea to just basically have everybody settle down for a day and say, you know what, let's try and make the world better by giving to a charity. And the one that obviously ESPN and the folks at Disney are focused on is the Jimmy V Foundation. And v.org slash donate is a way for you to raise money to kick off V Week. The V Foundation has announced through the support of Principal and the Principal Foundation, a$1 million match challenge during V Week that is beginning today.

2:31Rich Eisen:It's going to be matched every donation you make, dollar for dollar up to$1 million. V.org slash donate for you to give. And then obviously, my dear friend Stuart Scott, Susie and I are excited for next week. We're going to New York City. We're going to do our show all from New York City next Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Actually, this point next week, we'll be in the third hour of our first of four shows in New York. Because next Wednesday night for the Booyah event in Stewart's Honor fundraiser, I will be co-hosting with ABC News' Rachel Scott. And we'll raise money over there, as much money as we possibly can.

3:12Rich Eisen:for um for for stewart's end of things the stewart scott fund at the v foundation's awarded over 22.1 million dollars in grants since stewart's passing and v.org slash stewart to give to the stewart scott fund at the v foundation please 844-204-rich is the number dial phone lines are lit we're going to get to you seth rollins is in our green room we'll bring them out the later this hour in honor of giving tuesday all four of us um and that's not you unless you want to give something to a football team as well? Like, we're going to do a segment about what you would give on a Giving Tuesday to an NFL team to make them better.

3:53Rich Eisen:Let's go, Mike. And, you know, I told that to Seth. You want to be involved in that? He goes, sure. He said, you want a Bears-centric? I'm like, whatever you'd like, sir. He is, in fact, dressed like a Swirsky brother. Oh, my God. I love it. I love it. He's coming out here talking about Hurricane Ditka and stuff like that in about 15 minutes time. Ah, yes. Who would win in a fight? No. Seth Rollins. We saw Seth Rollins. So he's coming out shortly. We haven't talked about Lane Kiffin yet. Let's do that now. Do we have to? Well, yeah. I mean, he showed up at LSU yesterday. Purple out. Yeah. Does that surprise you?

4:33No. Family. Yeah.

4:35Rich Eisen:And so. They'll buy you a lot of nice new purple clothes with all that. Well, his rack of clothes got put outside by Ole Miss. Did you see that? Was that a real picture? I think it was. That's so bad. But funny. That's funny. Because now you know you can't believe anything, right? AI and all this stuff. But they wielded anything. Was it the get-ups of Marty Smith and him in the one-on-one? Was that AI? Were those throwbacks, throwouts? Did he get the frying pan? Marty Smith was like driving through the woods to get that interview. I don't know. Marty might have, I don't know him at all, but he might have run out of clothes staying in Oxford as long as he did.

5:12Rich Eisen:I don't know. Hair was perfect. Well, I mean, God bless him. Rich, you can have that hair. So, you know, Lane showed up, and it sounds like he's going through some things, to be honest with you. This is what he said about leaning on his mentors and making the decision that he made. I felt like everybody that I talked to outside of the state that I was in, all basically said the same thing. Okay? They all said, and you are going to regret it if you don't take the shot and you don't go to LSU. It's the best job in America. It's the best resources. And to win it. And it's obviously been done here before by a number of people.

5:54And, you know, Pete Carroll, really, he told me, you know, that he always told my dad that he'd look out for me. And so when we were talking, he really channeled him from knowing him for so long. And he said this is exactly what he would do. He would tell you, boy, go get it. Go for it. And, you know, Coach Saban kind of coached at another place in this conference, so I can't really say exactly what he said. But I'll say I think the world of Coach Saban, and I respect him. and so there's a reason I'm here.

6:37Rich Eisen:And LSU's got to be just ecstatic that he's there. Oh my gosh. Right? All you got to take a look, is it Penn State still looking? Yeah. And you know, there's a lot of rumors as to why they're still looking. Indeed. And Lane would have an idea as to why they're still looking. For sure. Although nothing personal from him. Just Google it. Look it up, everybody. um and then you know uh he he had this this is an interesting part of of the press conference where he's talking about um the tenor of the fan base in oxford being livid with him leaving it's the passion of the sec so i understand that so i don't get emotional with it yesterday like so many people get emotional you know like that and they change like that because we spent six years there and that airport scene and Knox and I driving and people trying to run us off the road man and the things they said to us and then we we got here and we had been here for six minutes and how we love you coach you're the best ever we've only been here six minutes we haven't done anything for you yet that's that's the SEC and and I've been around long enough to know that and it's just the passion of the sec and so i'm not upset at those reactions um you know by fans run them off the road huh well you heard what they were saying to him on the on the top there's a difference between and you know i i was saying how this is a uh 21st century moment of college football that fans are now showing up at a private airport barking at the head coach leaving on a private jet provided by the school that is rolling out the red carpet, in this case, purple carpet for the coach, going to a fixed base of operations to bark at the, I guess one would say, most unfixed base operator the SEC has seen in recent days.

8:35Rich Eisen:And, you know, there they are in front of the private jet bringing the coach into town. And again, I don't blame everyone involved for feeling the way that they feel. I don't blame Lane Kiffin for sitting there thinking Pete tells me dad would tell me to go. And I don't blame him for saying Nick Saban's basically telling me to go. And I don't blame him saying I, you know, I sought out a higher power to tell me to go and I'm going. And I don't blame Oxford fans for saying, how dare you? and I don't blame Ole Miss for saying again get out he wasn't even in the meeting with the players and he said it's because they told him not to come and it's going to be on the field when Lane Kiffin brings LSU into Oxford next year that's going to be lit he's also going to Knoxville as well to Tennessee where again his name is a four letter word for a different reason because he went from Tennessee to USC and USC left him on a tarmac and he wound up going to the southeast to rehabilitate his career going from boca raton to alabama words that you don't normally hear and then um from an assistant to obviously doing what he's doing at old mass and what he did but there's another reason why you can't blame late kiffin put this up on the screen he's making 13 million dollars a year annually for seven years and if he is fired without cause if he if they fire him they bounce him he gets 80 percent his buyout is 80 percent 80 percent he gets a million bucks if he wins the sec title game he gets a three million dollar bonus if he wins it all and automatically must become the highest paid coach in college football i love that and wait a minute this is incredible he gets a million bucks if Ole Miss wins the title this year.

10:34Rich Eisen:So LSU basically said the bonuses in your Ole Miss contract, you get to keep them. And by the way, that means six figures, if they even make the college football playoffs, which they will do, he gets money, he gets the same bonuses for leaving and they pay off his home in Mississippi and give him up to$500 ,000 of the difference in the cost of the home that he's selling. And the one that is buying. This is great. I mean. How do you say no to that? You don't, Rich Eisen. And that's why Wayne's wearing purple. And one question I have. You can't. I can't believe I'm going to do this on a giving Tuesday.

11:15Rich Eisen:You must save it until tomorrow. Hey, Governor of Louisiana, you had a problem with the contract that the previous athletic director gave Brian Kelly, but this one's cool. What? 80 % buyout? they basically said you want lane so bad can we call this what are we lane laney anna can we just call the boot let's just take out the lewis part and put the lane in there and the governor's like sure yeah okay this contract's cool but the one that brian kelly got oh mr governor it's the he's got to basically take over the process, but this one's good. And did Lane say in his press conference he didn't know what the contracts had?

12:04He said he doesn't know what the numbers are or the terms. Yeah, he said he didn't know that. Okay. Yeah. He said he didn't know the terms of any contract he's ever signed. Come on.

12:16Rich Eisen:All right. All right. Just deposit the check. Is it raining out or something else is happening? Come on, man. Yellow is part of the color scheme. This contract's cool. Let's bounce the previous athletic director because that contract for Brian Kelly is so beyond the pale. Okay. Is that part of the SEC, too? John Sumrall is a new coach in Florida. He had some good yucks about being choice B there. Going through the process of making decisions on jobs this time of year. maybe not being ideal coaching in the season there's very few people that you can trust to maybe have that conversation with about what it's like to go through this because it's unique and I do want to be very direct on one thing and you may or may not appreciate this but Lane Kiffin and I have been going through the same thing and we've talked a lot we were both in agreement that I was the right man for this job.

13:16All right? So he co-signed on that.

13:22Rich Eisen:Is it two drink minimum in Gainesville? Is that what's going on? He did the same night. Tip your server. All right, cool. They're not measuring their drinks there either. Good luck. Oh, my goodness. This whole thing, man. This is crazy. Start to finish. Soup to nuts. And the nuts is definitely part of it.

13:42Rich Eisen:Okay. Good luck to them all. Good luck to them all. What the hell's going on out here? Good one, Mikey. Hey, one last thing here, just to repeat. Can we get an adult in the room to figure this stuff out? Can we, please? Because these buyouts are ridiculous. Honestly, hey, Lane, you come here now, and we'll help you with your home. you'll get an extra half million dollars to you know get another home here if it's more expensive oh i know that three million bucks and you're the highest paid guy in college football if you win it all here and guess what the whole business of you leaving old miss now in the middle of all this right before the college football playoff you know we all want to make money while we're sleeping or we're just sitting on the couch, like the mailbox money, right?

14:40Rich Eisen:That's what it's called. Right. Your mailbox money is you get the bonuses if Ole Miss does it without you. If basically they prove they didn't need you and we want you, you'll still make the money. It's crazy. It's like a Costanza scheme. Let me tell you this. I love my agent as much as this guy loves Jimmy Sexton, I'm sure. Jerry, agent to the stars, Ryan, all you folks. Okay, love y 'all. But I'm reading the term sheet. Of course you are. Certainly. You know when we're reading the term sheet? Oh. When it involves the house being sold? Susie. Susie is definitely the wife. Are you kidding me? 100%.

15:32Rich Eisen:but I don't know I just got in the car where they're going to maybe run me off the road on the way to the airport on the way to the private jet to my new spot where I'm going to get a beautiful new home at no charge while I sit in that new house and watch the team I just left win it and make me some more money while I'm sitting and watching it really insane insane Honestly, I don't mean to be flippant about it. I'm going to join Wayne's staff. I'll see you guys later. Again, you can't. The terms are unbelievable. They are sweetheart. An offer he couldn't refuse. You can't. I get it. I get it. I want to come back as a college football coach.

16:21Seriously. Oh, my word. I would take that.

16:24Rich Eisen:That's going to be one hell of a mailbox. Go to that mailbox, man. Wow. Oh, that is crazy. Really? Probably get the same Barker lounger, right? Same Barker. I like this. Do you see they put his clothes in the street, too? That's what we were just talking about. Ole Miss wheeled his rack of clothes outside. ESPN Radio is presented by Progressive Insurance. 17:02Giving them the business Am I?

17:05Rich Eisen:Not that they don't deserve it Let's bring them out. Let's bring out Seth Rollins who by the way looks really really healthy He's not healthy Rich. He has a hurt shoulder. Okay Stock it. Our guy Seth Rollins The Visionary The Rich Eisen Show Podcast

17:33Rich Eisen here, and summer's here too.

17:36Rich Eisen:And that means it's travel season. My favorite summer trip last year was to Sao Paulo, Brazil. With so many fans traveling for the Los Angeles against Kansas City game, they got to see how lively the city is. I love the culture and the amazing food that I'm still craving. Those memories remind everyone that it's that time of year to plan a little getaway. And that's why summer has a way of turning weekends into big events. One minute, it's a normal week. And then all of a sudden, a huge concert, sporting event, or festival brings people in from all over. And when that happens, visitors start looking for places to stay all across your city.

18:11Rich Eisen:So if you're already planning a summer trip of your own, you could list your space on Airbnb and earn a little extra cash while you're away. Doesn't have to be some big year-round commitment. it's about making the most of a busy weekend when your place would just be empty otherwise. I can tell you, people love finding a place that helps them feel connected to the city that they're visiting. If your city's about to have a big summer moment, this is a great time to maximize your space. Your home might be worth more than you think. Find out how much at airbnb.com slash host. A bandwagon fan. The biggest insult in sports.

18:49But this summer, during the FIFA World Cup? It's an invitation, America. Never watched soccer before? Perfect. Think a corner kick is a karate move? Sure, why not? Prefer sports where players can use their hands? Me too. Just here for the snacks? Now we're talking. So grab a bag of Lay's and jump on the bandwagon. We're undefeated.

19:10Rich Eisen:Lay's, the official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026. While the world watches the stars of the FIFA World Cup, Hyundai has its eyes on the next generation of talent, Future stars who are already turning heads at age 14. Because Next doesn't wait for an invitation, and neither do we. Hyundai has always moved the future within reach. We did it when we made advanced safety standard on every vehicle and engineered EVs with ultra-fast charging capability. And we're still doing it every day. Because the future isn't some far-off concept. It's already here. Next starts now. Hyundai, an official partner of FIFA.

19:47Philadelphia is returning a heck of a team. Yes, sir. I thought that would be the one. And they're on the road. Black Friday. I mean, nothing about it felt good to me. And then we watched the bus. We're on. We watched the game. We're on the bus down to San Diego. My wife was in war games for WWE Survivor Series in San Diego Petco Park on Saturday. We're watching the game and the offensive line just dominated that game in a way that I have not seen a Chicago offensive line dominate. They played so good. I mean, the holes were not, it wasn't like modern guy and Swift were like squeaking. I mean, they're gashing.

20:22Gashing that defensive line. Oh, warmed my heart. I was about to say, man.

20:26Rich Eisen:Warmed my heart. Seth Rollins, WWE superstar, is here on our Giving Tuesday program. ESPN radio audience presented by Progressive Insurance has returned here. And, you know, I know you have your fun on social where you're like, I love football when they win. Oh, so much love. And I hate football when they lose. You have loved football for almost two months now in a row. Mine is like, I think, one week. A lot of love. I even had an extra I Love Football when they got the number one seed. You see how those ones are? He replaced the L's with the number one. We noticed that. We pick up on everything here.

20:59Rich Eisen:You know that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I couldn't believe the Panthers able to upset the Rams, knock them out of the top spot, and the Chicago Bears. Can you believe it? Number one seed in the NFC right now in December. In December. Yep. Going into the first of two against the Packers, who were just a half game behind them, too. Huge game. Rivalry's back. Huge game. Rivalry is alive as it's been in quite some time. You know what I love? I love on social media the Packers fans who are, like, holding on for dear life. They're like, but they beat the Bears, like, in the last, you know, like 10 times, and that one last year didn't matter because they, you know, like, they're scared.

21:41Yes. They're scared that the tide is turning, and I love that. I love that. Dude, you've got to love your coach, too. Oh, my God. Can we get the video? Can we get him?

21:52Rich Eisen:Who better to ask about what it looks like to operate with your shirt off than you? That's what you do professionally. You want to break down Ben Johnson's look here? I would look at this. Look at this. If you go to my threads, that may or may not be my profile picture. at the moment. So I'm just saying, look, pretty, you know what? Not bad. He's got some striations there in the shoulder. He's looking all right. He's looking all right. And I know he said it's spur of the moment, right? He said, oh, spur of the moment. No, no, no. He knew. Well, he knew the wiener circle was going to give away free dogs if they beat the Eagles, the Bears.

22:31Rich Eisen:And he took the shirt off. He knew that. Because in his speech, he's just like, you know, Chicago's hungry. They're hungry. Yeah, he knew what he was doing. He was ready for this. But that's what I love about him more than anything. I know you ask a lot of the team, they say consistency, consistency, consistency. Dude, his confidence. He has got this team believing that they can win these games. They went into Philly believing they could win. And I have not seen a Bears coach or a team that has played with that confidence in, I mean, 20 years. Plus he's got Caleb playing similar to last year in the fact that he's not turning it over.

23:11Rich Eisen:I mean, that was not Caleb's issue last year. There was a lot of issues of the Bears in terms of what was going on, coaching staff and him and all that business. And his accuracy is still a little bit of an issue here now, obviously, as well. But all the sacks that either he would be taking or his ability to read and his confidence in getting this thing done was shaky. That's gone. Gone. That's gone. And the throw he made to commit to wrap the game. Beautiful. You must have been going nuts on that bus. Oh, 100%. Because you had texted the group, Chris, that's a Heisman throw. That's why he was the number one overall pick in being compared to Mahomes.

23:51Rich Eisen:That's a Mahomes throw. Against the grain. Flipping it up. What a throw that was. Beautiful throw. Beautiful throw. To wrap it, too. You're not settling for field goals and letting the Eagles maybe hang around. You sealed it with that throw. Yeah. And you look at the play call. I don't know that that was the design. Komet got free over the top, but that was because they'd been running the ball so hard all day. You saw the Philly offense creep on the boot and Caleb's threat to run, and he just, I mean, it was, especially in that weather, too, it was blustery in Philadelphia. Neither quarterback was throwing the ball well pretty much all day.

24:21I mean, that was, oh. I mean, we jumped off a lot of our seats on the bus. We were losing our minds there. Scared my daughter. Scared the hell out of her shoes. How old's your daughter? Oh, her birthday's on Thursday.

24:31Rich Eisen:She's going to be five. Five. Okay. Five. So this is another thing you can relate to, Ben Johnson, number one, working with your shirt off, to having a young child. I believe his daughter is two when he told this story about his kid seeing dad with his shirt off. Have you heard this? No, I haven't. I haven't. Roll it. My wife was just laughing. That's about it. I guess my two-year-old was watching the TV screen back at home, and she's like, no shirt, no shirt. She just pointed at the screen. No shirt. No shirt. My wife had no idea what was going on. So that's really about how that went. You know, I think any time you get a chance to feed a city, you want to do it.

25:10So man of the people. There you go. Man of the people, man. Man of the people. Oh, I love it. That's my coach, baby. Good, better, best. And you looked up the Wiener Circle live feed? Well, not just live feed. I looked at their Instagram about an hour ago. Because that was a day for free dogs. Yeah. And it looks really warm to be waiting for a free high. Okay. Oh, my God. But there are dudes ripping their shirts off and doing the good, better, best thing. This is what it's about. That's when you capture a city.

25:39Rich Eisen:This is when a city feels it right now. It feels special in Chicago. Chicago has been waiting, been waiting, begging for a good football team. They love the Bears. You know, they want the Bears to be good every year. Every time there's a new quarterback, every time there's a new coach, you know, big signing, whatever, big trade, whatever it may be. They've won a good team. I'm so happy for the city. We likely got a decent team. And, look, I think the team's a year ahead of schedule here. I know I predicted a pretty handsome record to finish the season, but I'm an optimist. Well, brother, they have to finish just – I didn't mean to go full Hulk on you there.

26:15Rich Eisen:But if they finish 3-2, they're 12-5. I know. That's it. They just have to split against Green Bay. obviously you want to you want to sweep them and really put the hammer down on everything like imagine that right uh and then you know at san francisco is a massive game if if if if there is a no division title in your future um that would be a big game in terms of a tie break but you're still going to be up in the high rent district of double digit wins because of this streak since getting a 50 burger popped on you in Detroit, which is who you see in your building at the end. And for Ben Johnson to basically be on the business end of Dan Campbell saying, we're fine here without you.

27:03Rich Eisen:For him to be able to nail it down saying, no, you're not. Yeah. By eliminating them and winning a division potentially at their expense would be a delicious flip of the script from that week too, right? Yeah, I do think, this is me being optimistic again, I think it might be sealed up before that Detroit game. Oh, look at you. And I say that only because I don't have the faith in Detroit. Like, they got this big game against Dallas on Thursday, and I think they're going to lose. Dallas is off. I just don't think Detroit's going to be able to stop the Dallas offense. I mean, Dallas is cooking right now.

27:37Say it again, Seth. I'll say it again for you, TJ. Only because I watched you wallow in misery when the Bears stomped the Cowboys and me and Ashton were giving them hell. But they're cooking. And I hope that they take Philadelphia down in the East. I do. Yeah, he and Kutcher were sending each other messages. Why wouldn't they? Sending FaceTime videos.

27:58Rich Eisen:We were instant best friends on that thread. Two obscenely famous people rooting for the same team at your expense that know you, so why wouldn't they do that? Like I said, it didn't work out the way I thought it was going to work. It really did. He put us on the thread so he could take us both down at the same time. And then Kutcher's kid was reaming him. I mean, it was a dog pile on all TJ back there, man. He didn't stand a chance. I wasn't planning on doing this. You want to play the win-loss game the rest of the way? You already know how that's going to go, Rich. Sure, let's see. Let's see.

28:27We can put it up.

28:28Rich Eisen:Finish it up. Let's see some music. You know, like now that we know they are, in fact, 9-3. You had them at 8-4 at this point in time. Yep. What happens when they go to Lambeau Field this weekend? Seth Rollins. They beat Green Bay. They do. They're a seven-point dog. Vegas has them as a seven-point dog. I think that is disrespect. Disrespect. I think they're going to go in there and they're going to bully Green Bay around. Okay. So you have them winning this game. They're 10-3. Yep. Home for Cleveland. W. Easy. 11-3. By the way, you and the Miz are going to have something on that one? If Mike wants to bet.

29:05I don't know how he's feeling about his brownies at this point. Do we even know who's going to be in the center at that point?

29:10Rich Eisen:He was in Vegas. He was in the booth in Vegas. Yeah, man. Of course. What do you think? Respect. Respect for that. I understand that pain. Are you really sitting here thinking that the Miz wouldn't put something on that game? He might. I'll have to give him a clap. Well, every year he comes on and says they're going 17-0. It's like the broken clap that's never right. Oh, not even close. Yeah, yeah. So that's a win in Cleveland. So now week 16, is there a sweep of the Packers? Sweep the Packers. Sweep them, dude. That's what I want this season. I want to sweep a Green Bay. All right, let's see if there's any humility left in here.

29:44There will be some humility. At the Niners? I'll give San Francisco the edge.

29:48Rich Eisen:Oh, look at you. I can't say that. It's a Giving Tuesday. That's my gift to the fans of the Bay Area. A W might squeak in the playoffs in the wild card. And then home for Detroit. if they have to play the starters for that game, they win. Yes, they're probably going to have to. There's something called the rest of the NFC West that probably is going to be on your heels. That's true. That's true. Yeah, the Rams are still a good squad. And Seahawks are legit. And the Niners, you just gave them a loss. I did. I did. Okay. So, yeah, I mean, they'll take Dan Campbell and Detroit down. So they're going to finish 13-4.

30:25Let's go. I'll give them that extra win. You just popped him one.

30:30Rich Eisen:I'll go one up. You had him 12-5 in July. Yep. At the outset of December, you just popped him one. Popped him one. I'll give him one more. They deserve it. They deserve it. Look at them. Look what they're doing right now. They deserve it. Is that what he said? Yeah, he said, I'm going to move him up to 13. Are you in coordination with Ashton or not really? Because he said Ashton had 12-5. Now he's 13-4. Up to 13, too? Yeah, this weekend. No, I have not talked to Ashton in a minute. So we're on the same wavelength, though, man. 13-4 should be good enough to defend the one seed. I hope so. I hope so.

31:02I'd love to see the Super Bowl run through Chicago. Oh, my God. Also, breaking news, I'm going to go to my first Bear games of the season coming up. When are you going? Cleveland. The Cleveland game. Okay. And then I'm going to the Packer game. Nice. I've got to. Oh, so you're going to hang in Chicago for a week or something like that? Or are you traveling around or whatever? John Cena, yeah, we're going to do some traveling. We're going to stop through Chicago for the Cleveland game just because we have a nice little route back from D.C. after John Cena's last match. And then we're going home for the holidays to Iowa.

31:35And so it's easy to fly into Chicago, stay an extra night. We'll go to that Packer game. And hopefully, I'm hoping at that point, the Lions have lost enough. They can get two wins on the Packers, and that'll be it for the North. That's my dream. That's my dream. But we'll see.

31:51Rich Eisen:So you're going to utilize Cena's last moment. That's right. For your Bears fandom. For my own will-being. That's his giving. That's his giving. He's gifting me on Tuesday a nice pathway to Chicago. To hopefully watch the Bears put the Browns. All right. Before I let you go, sir, we were planning on doing this all by our lonesome, but you being here, like, again, dressed up in your 85 Bears finest starter jacket. It's Giving Tuesday. So I think what we're planning on doing, and you're going to join us in this, is it's Giving Tuesday. Again, v.org slash donate. And what's your charity as well that you want to talk about?

32:29Rich Eisen:Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. My stepdad passed away a couple years now from Parkinson's. And so it's a cause that's kind of near and dear to me and my family. Okay. And your dad was a Bears fan as well? No, my stepdad was a Packers fan. Oh. Oh. Okay. I know. I know. So you'll be thinking of them this weekend, for sure. There's a little trivia tidbit. The last game that I was at that the Bears won was a Bears-Packers game in Lambeau Field. I don't even remember the year. It was like snow game, and it was brutal. We were up like, it must have been 2015, because my knee was in a, it was when I had done my ACL surgery.

33:10So we were up like Thanksgiving night, I want to say. And it was snowing and sleeting and cold, and somehow the Bears pulled it off. They have not won a game in my presence since that night. Huh. So the knee injury was real.

33:24Rich Eisen:Come on, man. You knew you were going to walk into that one. Yeah, God. Go figure that. My credibility is shocked. But, yeah, he was a Packers fan, so we butted heads. He was an Aaron Rodgers fan through and through. So nice. On this Giving Tuesday, let's all give something to an NFL team or player that we think would help them, right? Let's do this Giving Tuesday segment. Chris, do you want to go first? Sure, why not? And then we'll go around the room. You'll go last, Seth. Okay. All right. I can do that. Chris Brockman, you're giving Tuesday. What do you give? I'm speaking to some great fan bases because there are so many in the National Football League.

33:58But unlike TJ and myself, we've experienced a lot of joy in going to the Super Bowl and winning the big game. TJ, it's been a while for you. Listen. I want these great fan bases the gift of a Super Bowl ride for the ages. I'm talking about the Bills, Lions, Vikings, and yes, the Browns. someday to get there and experience that because as a fan, I mean this as humbly as I can, there's nothing like it in sports, watching your team go through the playoffs and get to the Super Bowl and eventually win the big game. And I think these great fan bases who have never experienced that, I wish that for them because it's a memory you'll have for a lifetime.

34:34Rich Eisen:It's interesting there's a team that's missing that would actually delight somebody in the room. Well, they just have won a story. Oh, okay, good to know. Not in my lifetime. I think you were technically alive. Yeah. I don't know about that. Yeah, a couple months, right? But thank you. Of course. Mike, do you have one, Mike? Yeah, I have one. I don't know if we got it produced or not. I've been a Patriots hater forever. I'm going to give the Patriots a whole shipment of batteries for the duck boats so that when they make it to the Super Bowl and Chris gets to see them win again, the duck boats are taken care of for the parade that's going to happen for the Patriots.

35:10You give the gift of power. Yes. Okay.

35:14Rich Eisen:Very good. I appreciate that. TJ Jefferson, what's your gift on this Giving Tuesday, what you're giving to a franchise that needs it? You know, normally I like one team and I hate everybody else, right? We know that. But it's the holiday season, so I'm going to give back a little bit. And here's what I want to give, man. And with all of these, you know, broken hands and broken fibulas and dislocated kneecaps and broken ankles, I want to give the gift of good health to every NFL player so we can figure out who's the best team. I don't want any injuries messing up this playoff run. I don't want anybody getting hurt.

35:51Anyone have to sit out. Anyone concussed. I want everybody to be healthy so we can figure out who the best team in the NFL is.

35:57Rich Eisen:Health for the playoffs. I like that. I like that. I'm going to go a little bit more, I guess, roster X and O's here. With all due respect. Oh, this is going to be so disrespectful. That now allows me to be as disrespectful as possible. but I truly do not mean any disrespect to everybody that catches passes from this man and for the franchise that fields this man. But I would love to give the Buffalo Bills a bona fide, top-notch Justin Jefferson, Jamar Chase type guy for Josh Allen. You know, what would that look like? And, you know, I know they tried Brandon Cooks, and they're trying them right now, and maybe he can catch fire and do something.

36:45Rich Eisen:I just would love to see what something like that would look like. I know they don't pay receivers$30 million a year, but maybe just maybe. Seems like they could actually get Justin Jefferson this off. Okay, look at you. That's not happening. But Seth Rollins, finish up this segment for us. You're giving Tuesday give to an NFL team or something? Yeah, an NFL team, an NFL player, really the NFL as a whole. and this is kind of off TJ's a little bit, but I'm going to be a little more specific with my health. I want to give Cam Scadaboo an entire new right leg. Because I, as a fan of American football and the NFL, miss Cam Scadaboo.

37:28He was so much fun. He had breathed new life into the New York football giants. There was an excitement between him and Jackson Dart. Shout out Malik Neighbors as well, who went down earlier this season. But Scatterboot, man, he was such a force. He was so exciting. Every week you were tuning into the Giants just to see who he would run over or what he would do. And, you know, you watched it last night, and it was just so depressing to watch them just get destroyed. Brockman, I know you don't agree. You love Scatterboot, though. I do really like Scatterboot. Even if they're losing, it's still fun just to watch him play.

38:04Look at him. He's an entertainer. He showed up on WWE not long ago. Yeah, on a Monday night. On a Monday night, just doing work. In Madison Square Garden, doing work. Shoving Don Mysterio. I'd love to see it. That was unbelievable. He's good for the NFL. I just wish he was back this season. I miss him. I miss him, man. I miss him. So a new right leg. A new right leg. So we could all just watch him run over people. It's Cam Scadaboo. I love you, Cam. I love it.

38:31Rich Eisen:Big fan. We all do. My fantasy team would have loved that. We all had them. Nationwide. Individual event tickets for WrestleMania Saturday and WrestleMania Sunday are now available at Ticketmaster.com. WrestleMania 42 takes place on April 18th and 19th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. So get in while they're getting is good. Individual tickets on sale right now. Ticketmaster.com. And you're the man. Thanks for coming in, brother. Anytime. It's so much fun to see you. And I'm just psyched for you. There are, I know fan bases get pissed when they're not considered one of the teams that, if they're good, it's better for the league.

39:14Rich Eisen:But the Bears are one of them. That's a market, man. That's a big market. Chicago's a big city. Because it's a Bears town. I know Jordan dominated for all that time, and it's one of the greatest runs in the history of any sport by any team with any player. Yes. But if the Bears have that Michigan Avenue parade, there won't be enough batteries for you to give on a Tuesday night. It's good to see you, man. Hey, Rich, before we go, we just got to ask. Good to see everybody. You feeling good, Seth? You okay? Everything good with you? Yeah, we're on track. Good. We're on track. Yeah, yeah. I got the brace off like last week, middle of the last week.

39:52So it was nice. It's nice to walk around like a regular person. That's great. I know there's a lot of skepticism in your question, TJ.

39:59Rich Eisen:But you can consult my surgeon. You are the host of the Liar Liar Pants on Fire show. Don't forget, there's only one host of such a program. That hurts my feelings that you would think that about. I'm just saying, there was a little condescension, you know what I mean, in your voice. I'm very sincere. I picked up sincere concern. Thank you. I'm a sincere person. I'm feeling all right. I'm feeling all right. It's nice to be able to get around without the brace. I'll say that. But yeah, we're on track. We're on track. Everybody's on track. We're on track. Which makes us happy. That's right. I hope you understand that.

40:33I hope so. Okay. I still feel bad for what I did to you guys. I still feel remorse for that.

40:39Rich Eisen:It's the greatest. If this shows in the 11-year history of the way that this show's ever been used, best way we've ever been used. And Seth, you know. Pleased to be used. I didn't want to cancel on you. No, by the way. I didn't want to cancel on you. You didn't. And I was concerned. You were great. And it's great. You're awesome. And I appreciate you coming here. I'm glad we were part of it. Congrats. Congrats on your Chicago Bears being as good as they appear to be right now. Seth Rollins, everybody, here on the Rich Eisen Show. We're back to wrap up this Giving Tuesday in a moment.

Jay in the Bronx, New York, has been hanging on for almost the entire giving Tuesday program. What's up, Jay? Good afternoon, Rich. I enjoy your work. Thank you, sir. It's excellent. Thank you. I'm a diehard Giants fan. Okay, buddy. And I know it's darkest before the storm.

42:59And the Giants got a lot of pieces in place now. For me, personally, I would love Coach Belichick to come back and coach the Giants.

43:09Rich Eisen:Well, I think if he's asked he might be considering it after a four and eight season in north carolina i i don't know i mean you know it depends on what the giants need think they need or are looking for um they may want to you know go and get somebody who will be there for the next 20 years or they may want to go back to somebody who they they know has been there and done that and needs to instill a culture and who's better than Belichick, who, by the way, everybody, in the next two months is going to be announced as a Pro Football Hall of Famer. FYI. No doubt. Well, they changed the rules so you can be out of the pro game for a couple years and still be eligible to be installed as a coach in the Hall of Fame.

43:58Rich Eisen:And he will be that. You should be there, too, as an announcer, Rich. Oh, Jay in the Bronx, appreciate you calling in. You're the man. And Jay trying to get Belichick hired by the Giants. Obviously, the Giants know him. That is for sure. And Andy Reid, who, as you know, is on the heels of so many of Belichick's records. True. You know, speaking confidence into the Chiefs' ability to win the division, make the playoffs, make some hay, do something. There's many different ways to phrase it, including the way in which Andy Reid phrased it that's got people talking. I'm telling you, we're going to go after you every game.

44:41And, you know, that's how we roll. We're going to try to tickle your tonsils on every play, every game. But that's the attitude that we're coming in with. And then you let the chips fall where they may. But at the same time, you've got to make sure you take care of the small things here that we've got rolling. We've got to make sure that we get rid of some of these mistakes. But there's not a game that I go into that I don't think we're going to get after you.

45:12Rich Eisen:So the Chiefs are going to gargle the rest of their schedule. I mean, I have no comment. I'm still tickling. I'm just saying, man. The facts in front do not bode well for the Kansas City Chiefs. what they need again is to win as many games as they possibly can including this sunday night against the houston texans and have the jacksonville jaguars a team that's beaten them win the division leaving the colts and the texans as two teams that can somehow some way finish in a wild card as the same record as the chiefs who then put their win over the colts and or the Texans at home on the table and say, we go, you don't.

46:03Rich Eisen:That's basically it. That's basically it. Yeah. Because the division, I think, is gone. Denver's four up on them. And they take on the Raiders this weekend while the Chiefs take on the Texans with the Texans having won four in a row and marauding on certainly one side of the football. there's you know more than just the tickling going on by that defense they are they're bringing everything to bear but I just won't quit him you know why I don't know why actually you know why Chris because it's a giving Tuesday and we say thank you to the ESPN radio audience that has donated one last shot at it please certainly on this show.
