In short

Dave Rubin argues the UK and France are on a path toward civil conflict due to mass immigration, weak border enforcement, and lenient treatment of terrorism suspects. He links these claims to a UK plot against a U.S. base, then pivots to French demographic and crime concerns, and finally to U.S. immigration enforcement and New York City public-safety policy.

Guest backgrounds

No guests are interviewed in the transcript. The episode cites public figures and clips from others, including Brett Baier (Fox), Marco Rubio, UK Home Secretary Shababa Shabana Mahmood, J.D. Vance, Elon Musk (Economist interview), Eva Vlaodinger-Brook and Martin Sellner (Save Europe Act), and New York mayoral candidate Brad Lander (Strategic Response Group discussion).

Key claims

Five UK terror suspects arrested near RAF Fairford were released on bail within ~36 hours. Rubin claims Western governments “won’t close borders,” fail to integrate newcomers, and sometimes release terrorists. He argues France’s government is responsible for deaths tied to non-enforced deportation orders and that immigration-driven demographic change will destabilize Europe. In the U.S., he criticizes sanctuary policies and calls for stronger ICE enforcement.

Notable examples

RAF Fairford plot (Welford witnesses saw vans/hooded men); UK “safe and legal routes” for Afghan women/girls and Palestinians; France murder of Etienne (allegedly by a Sudanese man with an un-enforced 2022 removal order); France school riots involving a mayor; New York proposal to disband the Strategic Response Group; Maria Elvira Salazar ad criticizing Trump’s immigration enforcement.

0:01The Rubin reports on. Previously on the Rubin. USA! USA! A bunch of freaking losers those kids are. What? Oh, we're back. Remember Bernie Sanders? You know, he flies all over the world in his private plane. I have a lot to do. I am tempted to rent a private plane, fly over to the Bahamas just to say F you Bernie Sanders.

0:47What is up, person watching this right now? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It's September 29th, 2026. And we have a great show for you. So let's dive in. The UK is, I think truly, and I don't mean this to be, I always say hyperbolic, over the top, et cetera. They are on the verge of a civil war. I actually believe that. I don't mean, when I say verge, I don't mean it's going to happen tomorrow, but the seeds of it are there and they are growing and they are being watered by all of the wrong people and good people, true British patriots, of which there are obviously many of them, they don't know what to do, but their country has been invaded.

1:34And not only has it been invaded, and they've given up several of their cities already, the invasion continues, meaning more and more people from Africa and from the Middle East are coming. They are not integrating properly. It's all to the backdrop of the Pakistani rape gangs and what was it, over 200 ,000 young British girls that were raped in the most unimaginable possible ways. And now they have a series of leaders in the country that are not only welcoming more people who will not integrate, but they are also, when they find terrorists, they're also letting them out of jail. It is extremely bizarre.

2:13And what a funny ending to the British story would be the 250 years later their country collapses and the last few British patriots have to move to America. And I don't know, Maybe we give them like a little piece of Idaho or something. We call it New Britain and that's it. Like, where are you going? I'm going to Idaho for some fish and chips. Anyway, let's dive in because the story is just absolutely insane. So we covered it yesterday that there were five men arrested in a UK terror plot to attack an American base in the UK. Well, somehow magically within about 36 hours, those five guys are now free on bond.

2:50Here's Brett Baer on Fox. Young men arrested on terror charges near an Air Force base in England used by the U.S. military are free on bond tonight. The men were detained yesterday in connection with an alleged plan to attack RAF Fairford, where American bombers have been stationed for decades. Police say the suspects, age 23 to 25, are from London. They were initially taken into custody on suspicion of plotting a terrorist act. They absolutely remain under investigation as we explore multiple lines of inquiry. It all started Sunday after midnight in Welford, 100 miles west of London, near the Royal Air Force's Fairford Bay.

3:27Let me give you a little more context before we continue with the fallout over this. But at the scene, there were several witnesses. A farmer saw three white vans blocking the road and her driveway in Welford. Large black barrels or similar containers were on the ground around them. When her headlights hit them, she saw about eight to ten hooded masked men by the vans. So apparently they've caught five of them. Maybe there's a discrepancy in the amount of people that she actually saw or whatever it was. But why would you let these people out? They were obviously going to do something very bad at this American Air Force Base and to the backdrop of your country that is under this slow motion invasion.

4:11Like why would you let them out on bond? What are you doing? Well, while their leaders pretty much suck, at least Donald Trump is seeing it with clear eyes. Go. What's your reaction to that? And is this connected to Iran? Might be, but I will tell you, I would have said, don't let them have bail, cashless bail. I wonder, is it cashless bail, I guess? That was one of the problems that we had, which started the whole mess of crime, and we're ending cashless bail. But over there, I'm surprised that they released him. I wouldn't have done that. It's interesting. I'll agree with the last part, Mr. President, which is you wouldn't have done it, but I don't know why they're doing it.

4:55It's completely in line with everything they are doing as a country. They are slowly committing Harry Caray. They allow avowed terrorist supporters to take over their streets every week. They bring in people who don't like having British tea in the afternoon. They allow for people at mosques to call for the death of infidels. We do that too here. They are allowing this to happen. And when I say that civil war in some sense is inevitable, it's that who's gonna come in and stop this thing right now? You would have to, first off, you'd have to close the borders. They don't wanna do that and we'll have more on that in just a minute.

5:37but then you would have to take out hundreds of thousands and maybe more people who are legally now part of your country who are there to destroy it and telling you they're there to destroy it. Who's gonna do that? Even the people that I like in the UK, Nigel Farage, I like Nigel, I think he's good. I think, but he's gonna do it if he was ever attained power again. Tommy Robinson's not in politics specifically, but would he do it? And we have to think about a version of that in America at some point, because they're just 10 or 15 years ahead of us, particularly if the Democrats ever take power again, which we'll have more on that a little bit later.

6:16Here is Marco Rubio with a bit more on what either happened here or could have happened. What happened, what almost happened, what could have happened in the UK over the weekend is a very serious situation. It's one that clearly involves the hands of a foreign actor. I won't get into great detail about that yet. I do want to thank the authorities in the United Kingdom who have been very cooperative and on top of it I know a lot of people are disturbed by the news that some of these people have been released on bail as it was some of the people are being investigated and obviously we're engaging with them on all of that you know so much of what we have in our country is a legacy of Europe whether it's our traditions our culture even our democracy and many of the things that underpin come from there so obviously we have a special place in our heart from Europe and we have very strong alliances no country in the world that's responsible, governed by responsible people, can allow their borders to just be open and allow anyone that wants to come in to flood in.

7:10You can't flood countries with migration. Well, of course, that's right, Mr. Secretary. However, particularly in Western Europe, they've done it for 20 years and they're literally, literally doing it right now because here is UK Home Secretary. She's Pakistani. Her name is Shababa Shabana Mahmood. And she's very excited because they're going to bring in a bunch of Afghans and Palestinians. I can announce today that from next month, we will begin accepting applications from charities and nonprofits to sponsor refugees through our new safe and legal routes. Around a quarter of those will be Afghan women and girls fleeing persecution under the Taliban and Palestinians who have fled the horrors of Gaza.

8:02So imagine, I know we have a lot of British viewers, so imagine you're a Brit right now, and you're going, okay, so we've seen what's happened to our country over the last decade plus. Trust me, if any of you have been to London in the last decade, I've been there probably five times in the last 10 years, every time I go, there are more burkas everywhere, it feels less British and more like you're in the Middle East. We know about all the Palestine stuff and all of that, you get all that, and crime's going up, and there's stabbings now, and all this stuff that did not exist before. But imagine you slow motion saw that and everything happens slowly, right?

8:35And then it happens quickly. So that all just kind of happened and you were just living your life and doing your British thing and okay, fine. And then it's over the last couple of days and you find out, oh, well, that's odd. There was gonna be a massive terrorist attack. That's concerning in and of itself. But then our government decided to release the terrorists on bail. you'd go, that seems like a bit much. And then quite literally the same day as that, the Pakistani home secretary gets up there and says they're gonna bring in Afghanis and Palestinians. Now she did say on the Afghani side, she said women and children.

9:13So that is something you could still have a debate whether you should or have to bring these people in or what their beliefs are or whatever. But women and children are likely in Afghanistan to be oppressed and put in the beekeeper costumes and be sex slaves and everything else. You might make that argument, but note she didn't make any caveat when she said, it's the Palestinians fleeing the horrors of Gaza. Okay, so you're going to bring in a people whose whole ethos, the entire ethos of the people of Gaza is we hate Jews. The Israelis got out of the way. They gave them land for the first time because Gaza was Egyptian before.

9:47There was never a Palestinian state. The only people who ever said to the Gazans, hey, take some land and see what you can do with it is the Israelis, ironically. I know most people won't tell you that, or you're not gonna hear that on mainstream media, but it's absolutely true. But okay, so you're gonna just bring these people in, and how do you think they're gonna integrate? And will they be for liberal democracy? Will they be for your monarchy? Or will they come in and only vote on one thing, which will be Palestine? I don't know. Well, I kinda do know. As a matter of fact, when I spoke at Oxford and we had our debate beforehand.

10:25I'm sitting at a dinner with a girl and she's in the hijab and everything. And she tells me that, we had a nice conversation actually. She's a big Allen Iverson fan. We talked about basketball for a while. Then it turned to politics and she told me that her family, she's first generation from Pakistan and all her family votes on is Palestine. What does that have to do with being a British citizen? So they are bringing in people who are trying to destroy their country. and the average Brit, I have incredible sympathy for the average Brit, the same way I have incredible sympathy for the average German or Frenchman, and there's some good news coming out of France, we'll get to in a second, their countries are being taken away from them and it's probably too late.

11:06So then that leads you to, so then what else is left? Well, it's some version of civil war, that's just true. Now, if you go and Dave, you're being a little alarmist on this stuff, well, how about J.D. Vance in 2024? This is two years ago at NatCon talking about what the future of the UK looks like. One of the big dangers in the world, of course, is nuclear proliferation, though, of course, the Biden administration doesn't care about it. And I was talking about, you know, what is the first truly Islamist country that will get a nuclear weapon? And we were like, maybe it's Iran, you know, maybe Pakistan already kind of counts.

11:41And then we sort of finally decided maybe it's actually the UK since labor just took over. Okay, look, it's a throwaway line, but it's kind of true. Like if these people keep attaining power, if the Labour Party and the lefties and the jihadis, if they all keep attaining power, then at some point, well, yeah, they will have access to nukes. And then that will be, well, it wouldn't be the first Muslim nation with nukes because apparently Pakistan has nukes. Like it's just deeply, deeply dangerous. But again, why is it that the Western man seems to have some guilt around how successful and prosperous their life is.

12:18Thus they wanna import people, or at least their leaders wanna import people who will take that away. We show you this map all the time, but it is worth showing you one more time and probably many more times after this. There are 50 plus Muslim nations. They have not taken in any Palestinians, zero. There are roughly two million Gazans. That means all they'd have to do is take in 40 ,000 each. That's nothing. We, under the Joe Biden administration, absorbed somehow 10 to 12 to 15, we don't know how many million illegals. So they tell you, boy, we really care about these people and those Jews are just so freaking awful, even though they left Gaza and gave them greenhouses and fed them and everything else, but we won't take in any.

13:02Meanwhile, you've got the Pakistani Home Secretary of the UK saying, bring them over, bring them over. And of course that is in stark contrast to the wall that Egypt built with Gaza to keep them out.

13:28Yeah, so you get the point. So why is it that Egypt, which actually controlled Gaza before 1967, and most of the Gazans are actually Egyptian, Egyptian, if you look at all of their last names, they're actually ethnically Egyptian last names. But again, I know people can't deal with a certain amount of history. Why is it that Egypt is willing to defend its borders? Not only willing, I mean, they're doing it with, I would say, extreme prejudice. Why is it that they are willing to do that and Western Europe is not? It is a disease of the Western mind. And here's a bit more from J.D. Vance. So to everybody in the UK who rejects that idea, I'd encourage them to just keep on going.

14:07It's okay to want to defend your culture. It's okay to want to live in a safe neighborhood. It's okay to want your job to go to yourself and your neighbors and not to a stranger who you don't even know. It is reasonable for the people in Western societies to want to control who comes into their country and who doesn't. Now, of course, that is completely correct. And we can keep saying it, but Britain doesn't seem to have leaders that are going to do anything about it. Again, I like Nigel. There are some others, but even if they took power, how many times do we see this? Some Western country gets a government that's a little more to the right, and they run on closing the border, doing all this stuff, and then they basically do nothing, or they kick the can down the road.

14:50Even Maloney in Italy, everyone thought she was gonna be an absolute all-star four or five years ago when she appeared on the scene. I remember playing the videos of her like, holy cow, this incredible woman with that unbelievable, like iconic Italian accent saying what she's gonna do, and she hasn't even done it. So the problem is what, okay, so time just marches on and more people come in and there's more crime and there's more terrorist threats and you keep allowing people from terrorist havens to come in and cultures don't mix and it just keeps getting more and more and more and more. And then what will it lead to?

15:22It will lead to civil war. I don't even think that that's, I don't think that's controversial. I think it's very sad, I suppose, but you may remember this. I think we played you at least a clip of this interview. This is Elon a couple of weeks ago being interviewed by The Economist. and he points out that there's no way out for the UK right now. You say things like, quote, civil war in Britain is inevitable. Just a question of when. On the current trends, yes. When were you last in the UK? A few years ago. Exactly. So I live there. I'm there the whole time. That is nonsense. You live out of cloistered existence.

15:58No, I don't, actually. And the numbers also disprove what you say. What numbers? All the numbers about... London is a much safer city than any city in the United States. Violent crime in the UK is not where you think it is. In fact, it's coming down. You have painted, and because you have so many followers, so many Americans believe it, a kind of view that Europe and the UK are kind of, you know, overrun with terrifying Muslim immigrants. There's rape on every corner. There's a sort of civilizational destruction. said any of those things. If you have a large and growing, rapidly growing group of people whose beliefs are antithetical to Western beliefs, at some point there will be a reckoning.

16:45Yes, that is true. And she can pretend she doesn't live a sheltered life. Well, I'm sure there are places, again, I've been to London, I think five times in the last 10 years, there are spots in London. You go down to like the financial district down there and there's still nice restaurants and it feels relatively safe. But go by Harrods, legendary Harrods, and see what's going on there. And you will literally think you are in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, because every single woman is in a burqa. And they don't look at you, by the way. And that eventually breaks down. You can't see who they are. You know, you're in a store.

17:17I went into Harrods. Harrods is their like Bloomingdale's. It's their main, it's literally like the most famous shopping store, department store in the entire country. And you go in there and you're just wandering around and there's all these people, they don't look at you, you don't look at them. There's no social cohesion around that. Do they have a bomb under there? Is that even a woman under there? You have no idea. On top of the fact that then there's been all of these stabbings that we know it's not becoming safe, that we know Jews are leaving to go to Israel, the place that the people they're importing hate the most.

17:48And do we have an image of just some of the London Hamas protests? I was like, do you think these people that never have the British flag, that always have the flag of a country that never existed, which is designed to destroy countries that do exist, as they stand outside of those old historic buildings of an empire that's flitting away, do you think they're ever going to stop? Do you think they're gonna stop? No, they're gonna outbreed you, you're gonna bring in more of them, and you're gonna do it on the backs of the people who are the real Brits. This isn't the funniest show we've ever done.

18:22I have to say that much, but I'll see what I can do on the next half. We'll talk about France. But first, Cauchy, speaking of the UK, which party will win the next UK general election? You guys know Cauchy's like buying or selling a stock, except the line isn't set by an algorithm working against you. It moves based on where the money goes. So if you put$100 on yes, the conservative party, I hope so, you can earn$317 if correct. Download the Cauchy app and use code RUBENREPORT to get$25 when you trade$25. Call sheep, put your money where your prediction is. Okay, so let's jump over to France because there was some good electoral news in France and France is suffering from the exact same disease.

19:01And I think it is a disease of society. You know, you can think about society as a body. And if you let in a bunch of bad stuff into the body, it can eventually cause a systemic terminal failure of that body. One of the great human beings on planet Earth, who it's a pleasure to call her a friend and a colleague, is Eva Vlodinger-Brook, who is Dutch actually, and they have their own problems right now with all of this. She is the founder of Save Europe Act, and she is probably, she might be literally the most outspoken person in the entire world on what is happening to these Western European nations.

19:41And here she is explaining a bit more about what is now happening to the native population of Europe. The replacement is the factual mathematical demographic change that we are seeing now, where the native population of Europe, so people whose ancestors have built this continent, who have been here, who have their ethno-cultural lineage in Europe, that they are becoming a minority now. And that is something of the past 30 years. They always say, oh, but immigration is something of all times. And then they quote some absurd examples, such as the Huguenots coming from France into Northern Europe.

20:14It's not the same type of immigration. You know, the cultural differences and the shock is not the same. It also wasn't of the same magnitude and it wasn't of the same speed. So now what we are dealing with is something that is historically unprecedented and unheard of. And the effects are also totally different in nature. Right. And we all know this. And again, will they do anything about it? It is worth noting that in her native country of Holland, just in the last couple of days, is they have now passed a ridiculous law that if anyone comes into their country with a product from Judea and Samaria, which they call the West Bank, so literally the land that Jesus of Nazareth, who was a Jew, lived in, where the story of Hanukkah took place, if you bring a bottle of wine from there or soap from there, not only can they confiscate it, they can actually arrest you and deport you.

21:03That's what they're doing while the Islamists are taking over their country. So their eye is just never on the ball. They have no brave leaders. I would say that's in contrast to some places in Central and Eastern Europe, like Poland. Hungary's still doing okay, despite getting rid of Orban. Here's a bit more from Eva's co-founder of Save Europe Act, Martin Sellner. I mean, this is just another standard one of these stories. Etienne was not allowed to get older than 31. In Pouteau, France, he was murdered by a Sudanese illegal just for his phone. The 25-year-old migrant man beat him into a coma and Etienne died on September 1st.

21:42We will make everyone in Europe remember Etienne, join us and help us save Europe act. So again, it's like these things will just keep happening. And again, I mean it to myself as much as I mean it to you guys. What would you do? You start seeing more of these people coming to your neighborhood. Ooh, ooh, ooh, everything all right? I think a child just escaped over there. I think everything's okay. Could you just make sure he's okay? All right. What would you do? What would you do as you watched your community going away, as it got more dangerous and all of those things? Here's a bit more from Ava on that specific thing.

22:23This 25-year-old illegal Sudanese migrant had an order to leave France since 2022, but France never enforced it. That makes Emmanuel Macron's government responsible for Etienne's death, just like it is responsible for all the other endless migrant on white murders. Re-emigration or remigration must be a promise, not merely a threat. So that really is it. I mean, we have versions of this in America, right? How many times have you found, have we covered stories where Biden administration let somebody in, they knew that they were kind of shady, were up to no good, maybe they got arrested here, but then that state was a sanctuary state, they didn't wanna deport them because they don't wanna work with ICE, and then it turns out that they rape somebody or murder somebody.

23:06So France has the same version of that. So if you're American and you're watching the show and obviously the ball, 80 % of our viewers or something like that, we have a really nice size international audience. It's actually disproportionate for most of the American political shows, but about 80 % of our audience is American. If you're watching this, you might be going, well, it's not that bad here yet. And yeah, there's some weird stuff around Mondami and Al-Sayed and we see some things happening in Texas or whatever, but it's just further down. We're just a little bit delayed from where Europe was and we better get on this quick because you know what happens.

23:43It starts ripping apart every fabric of society. They let in a whole bunch of migrants into France because we're French, we're very nice, we like bread, we like cheese, we smoke cigarettes, whatever we do. And well, here's what's going on at a school in France right now. And you may note that one of the guys, you'll see the main guy featured, he's actually the mayor of the town. And I mean, I can't even just play it.

24:27So look, I don't know exactly what's going on in this town in France, but that Mayor Bally was his name. he's dancing around with the rioters. Ah, the black Muslim, from El Pais, English. The black Muslim mayor who embodies change in the new France. And there he is dancing along with the rioters who are trying to burn down the school and take over the streets. Western man, which way do you want to go? Well, in France, there actually was a little bit of good news, at least electorally. Again, you never know once these people potentially take power, if they're gonna do anything they said they were gonna do.

25:02but listen to this from Basil the Great on X. Breaking, Marine Le Pen celebrates major victory in French Senate elections. Le Pen quadrupled the number of senators she has in the French upper house, meaning she can now form a caucus and call votes. Things are changing in France, they're all going home. Listen, I don't know if they're going home. I don't know that anyone, again, in France, in Germany, in the UK, or even America, and I don't even know if Donald Trump, let's say the Republicans win the midterms and they keep the House and the Senate, and now Trump realized I got two years, I got nothing to lose.

25:33I'm not, there's no threat of impeachment now. My legacy is now going to be defined in these two years. I don't know, will Donald Trump do what needs to be done? Will he denaturalize people? We have terrorist supporters literally in Congress. Is he going to do something about that? I don't know, we shall see. But here's a little bit more on what just happened in France from Eric Daughtry. Justin, globalists are stunned after a major new France poll found that right wing, Elon Musk backed Marine Le Pen, defeating the left-wing candidate in the next presidential, French presidential election. The second round, Le Pen would be at 69%, Mélenchon at 31%.

Read the full transcript

26:10Elon Musk has called Le Pen, she is France's last hope. And the poll released by Toluna found that Le Pen would win 35 to 36 % in the first round, allowing her to advance. She's a front runner, despite the tyrants trying to prevent her from running for office, she wants to save the French. Yes, they have tried much like our elites in this country, tried to keep Donald Trump off ballots, throw him in jail and everything else. Yes, they have tried virtually the same stuff with Le Pen in France. So again, I'm not Pollyanna-ish on this. Does, if she even took power, could she accomplish these things?

26:46I have no idea, but Europe, things don't stay forever. You know, the Roman empire didn't stay forever. The British empire didn't stay forever. The Ottoman Empire didn't stay forever. There is something going on outside. We'll have to figure out what's going on here. I need borders here. Who's in charge of the borders of this room, for God's sakes? That's the point. It's perfect, actually. Nothing lasts forever. The American empire will not last forever, but I would like to at least be part of the people that are trying to extend it as long as we can. How about that? We'll talk more about America in just a second, but first chapter.

27:18Guys, you know, Medicare is one of the things that can get incredibly confusing, incredibly fast. There are a ton of plans, a ton of fine print, and most people don't have the time to sit there and figure out whether they're actually on the right one. That's where Chapter comes in. Chapter is independent Medicare advisors who compare every plan nationwide and help you find the plan that best fits your needs, your doctors, and your prescriptions. They're not there to pressure you into switching just for the sake of it. If you're already on the right plan, they'll tell you, and if you're not, they'll walk you through your options and help you make a change.

27:45Seniors who work with Chapter have saved an average of$1 ,100 a year. The call is completely free. There's no pressure to sign up and they can review your options in under 20 minutes. So don't leave your Medicare coverage on autopilot. Call chapter today at 332-867-0207. Again, that's 332-867-0207. So, okay, so what's going on right here in the United States? Well, okay, we have all the years where Biden opened up the border. We now have sanctuary states and sanctuary cities that do not cooperate with ICE. And then people get arrested for committing a crime. They get put back out on the street.

28:20They do some other crime and they get put out again. We know all of this stuff. And now Zorhan Mambami up in New York, who I 100 % believe is trying to collapse the city intentionally so he can come in and say, I'm the only one that can save you. Look how badly you need me. Now he is calling to eliminate the NYPD unit called the Strategic Response Group and several other groups that look out for terrorists and a whole bunch more, but well, here he is. Last week outside the UN, you had members of that unit arrest people protesting Benjamin Netanyahu, including some elected officials that are quite close to you.

29:02Do you think that's an appropriate use of police resources? I've been clear that my vision is for the disbanding of the SRG. And the reason for that vision is that the SRG were created a little more than a decade ago with a intention first of dealing with threats, terroristic threats to the city. And what it has eventually become is both dealing with counterterrorism and responses to exercising First Amendment rights. I do not believe that those purposes need to be dual purposes. OK, I'm like ready to barf as I'm watching him. I'm like, it's just, okay, just to be clear, the Strategic Response Group was created in 2015 to manage protests, civil disorder, emergency situations, and counter-terrorism duties.

29:46You might think that you would want that group to still be funded in New York right now, amid a lot of the craziness that's going. But what he wants to do is he wants to hamper law enforcement at every possible level so that the inmates can run the asylum, so that the crazy people can basically take over the streets. That is what he wants to do. And despite his obvious intentions, despite the fakery around him, and that one day he's just gonna rip the mask off and there will be a wolf, and he's gonna eat you, Brad Lander, and the rest of you tools in New York, he is getting glazed by the media left and right.

30:25He was on Jimmy Kimmel, and Jimmy, you just think it's like, Jimmy Kimmel, your show's almost over, you just can't get worse. But yeah, he can get worse. Go. I'm sure you, you know, listen, I know you're focused on your job right now in the city. Would you come to LA and be our mayor after this?

30:46It's not even Jimmy that I have to make fun of there. It's the, it's the clapping. I always call them seals. It's the clapping seal. Yes. We're run by socialist morons now, but he's even more of that and he can do that. And house prices will go up even more right now. New York City The house prices are the highest they've ever been. And there will be more government control and we're gonna build seven groceries for eight million people in five boroughs. And we're gonna support terrorist groups and like all of this stuff. And would you come here and do that? And you know what, Jimmy Kimmel, you'll be okay because you'll still be in your$15 million house in the hills with your armed guards and your gates and everything else.

31:23Now, eventually they will pour kerosene on the hills and burn those down too. And I guess you'll just have to hope you're at one of your other houses because I'm sure you've got a couple others. But you know, it's not just Mom Dami. They've also got El Saeed in Michigan and good luck to the people of Michigan if this guy takes over. But at least he's toning down the rhetoric lately. We should bash the shit out of Trump because he's a terrible human being who does awful things, who's exploited a lot of pain in a lot of people. We should bash the shit out of Trump. When they go low, we go lower.

31:51I think that was Michelle Obama. Also earlier in the week, he was talking about how he wanted to, what was it like something like smack Bill Maher or something. It's like these people, again, Again, it's the thinnest veneer of tolerance and decency and under it is something that is really nasty. And if you wanna see how nasty it will get, then vote for him because once they have power, you will really see how nasty they are. But someone like Abdul, it's like, go run in your native Egypt. You still have property in Egypt. You're running as a Palestinian, basically. Why are you doing it here? You don't like anything about this country.

32:21You've made that very clear, except your ability to apparently attain power. You don't even like our sports. Look at this one from 2023. It was going viral yesterday. I wanted to think a bit more about why in 2023 we continue to watch football. What is it about this brutal sport that keeps us coming back? Is there a version of football that's actually ethical, safe? What would need to change? Like, go play cricket then. Go play cricket in Egypt. Like, who the F are you? Americans love football, right? It is the national pastime. I'm sorry, baseball. Sorry, Cotter. But it is football. It is. if you just look at the numbers, right?

32:59Like Americans love football and they love people getting smashed. And it is sad that some people get concussions and we've had talks about it. I don't want my kids playing football, but like you come here and then you just crap on all of our stuff. That's what you all do. And then you always take the sides of the people who break all of the rules. So here is presumptive Democrat nominee in 2028, AOC. and here she is calling for ICE to be abolished and that's what average people want, yeah. We must abolish ICE.

33:40This is not an extremist position. Again, I'm more interested in all of the kids clapping. Okay, you kids who all come from privilege and you're all sitting, And can you get a screenshot of those kids? Because they're all sitting there and they're abolish ICE. We must abolish ICE. In their nice clothes, right? And they're happy and they're privileged. Look at them, they all have fresh haircuts. They have nice sweatshirts. They all look very clean. And it's like, okay, kids, you guys are gonna get into the real world. And maybe you're gonna move to a city where you're gonna have a job and you're gonna move to that city and they're gonna take your tax dollars to pay for people who are illegal to live there.

34:19And then the more of them that they bring in, and eventually that becomes financially unsustainable, but also they're gonna start committing crime. And probably one or two of you will get raped. Maybe somebody will get murdered. Maybe somebody is just gonna go smoke a joint one day and find out that it was laced with fentanyl and die right there. But you're good guys, you're good. There's AOC and she was a bartender and she should have the nuclear codes. Okay, okay. Here's Tom Homan, a man who will play Tom Homan in the movie by Tom Homan, starring Tom Homan, directed by Tom Homan, key grip, Tom Homan.

34:49Not that this is the point, But politically, I think it backfires on the Democrats because it reminds voters what's coming down the pike. Yeah, and I hope they're paying attention. Again, they haven't changed a bit. Remember the images of 12 ,000 illegal aliens a day coming across the border, and now they want to abolish the agency that has to find them and deport them. They haven't changed a bit. But, you know, thank God we got President Trump in the Oval Office, so I think it's the greatest president in my lifetime. Promises made, promises kept. The most secure border in the history of this nation, even better than Trump 45, they can't stand it.

35:28But we're going to hold that border tight. The border's closed. It's going to remain closed. Thank God President Trump's in the Oval Office. You know what I was thinking about over the last couple of days is as we inched towards these midterms, and of course I agree with everything Holman said right there, including the fact that Trump has been, he's been the most transformative and best president of my lifetime, certainly. I was born in 76. we had Jimmy Carter at the time, as great as he was. But if Trump, if they lose the midterms, Trump gets hung up impeachment, and I've talked about this a million times, then it all starts crumbling away.

35:57And those, the 10 years of Trump just start overnight. Like literally, the election is on what day? November 3rd, right? So it's on November 4th, it all starts beginning to end. I think we have no idea how crazy it will get. But even if they hold for two more years, and Trump does an incredible amount of stuff, yeah, maybe he can really do all the things that we want him to do finally. But no matter what happens after Trump, well, first off, if it's a Democrat, like it's the beginning of the end of America, I think that's fairly clear. But even if it's a Republican, let's say it's JD or it's Rubio, it doesn't even matter, I'll vote for either one of them gladly.

36:30You think after everything that Trump was able to do, and he was the force of nature that he is, how are they gonna get anything done? As the Democrats are even more radical at the time and crazier at the time, and the numbers aren't as good because young people are brain broken in public schools and then taught to think socialism is good. Like how are Rubio and or J.D. Vance going to do things that Donald Trump couldn't do? So we are window, when you look, the window of Europe fixing itself may be shut. I would say it's like teeny, teeny tiny bit cracked open, but our window is getting closed and closed and closed and closed and more narrow, and that is a problem.

37:09And potentially it's happening partially because we have a bunch of squishy Republicans too. I'll get to that in just a second, but first, Rumble Wallet. This is a paid advertisement for Rumble Wallet. Why did your grandmother keep cash under the mattress? Because it was hers. No bank hours, no holds. We can do that all day long, but let's talk about what's going on with the Republicans right now because there's an interesting fight brewing, and this one actually is somewhat personal to me because it involves my actual representative, Maria Salazar, who I've had on the show in my house right here, who I largely like, but she has now picked a fight with Donald Trump that I think is a fight she will probably not win.

38:32We're in discussions having her come back in the studio for even next week, so I would love to have this conversation. I'm doing this totally respectfully, and I would love to have this conversation with her and we can do it live and everything else. Oh, we may do it this week, I'm being told. Okay, so Maria Salazar, who represents part of Miami area. I also had Carlos Jimenez, who represents a lot of this area as well in last week. She is Cuban, great. We have a ton of Cubans down here. I've talked about, I love Cuban culture. I love Cuban attitudes, their understanding of freedom and capitalism and all of these things.

39:04She has taken Trump to task on what is going on with some of the ICE stuff and immigration efforts. And she put out an ad that Donald Trump is not happy with. Take a look. Mr. President, some of your immigration enforcement efforts have gone too far. In July, 50 % of the 50 ,000 people that were detained had no criminal record. Be careful what your advisors are telling you about immigration policy. The same Hispanics who helped you get to the White House in 2024 feel betrayed today. You can be for immigration when Lincoln was for slavery and Reagan was for communism. I'm not talking about giving them amnesty.

39:40I'm talking about giving them a dignified life in this promised land. I am Maria Elvira Salazar and I approve this message. Okay, so let me try to do this carefully because I'm going to try to have this conversation with her in person. So first off, telling us that 50 % of the people that ICE detained are not criminals is a linguistic trick at best. If if you are being detained, then you are not here legally. So what they mean by that is they haven't committed other crimes. So again, this is where there is some gray area on this idea of, oh, you are somebody who's been here for years. Let's try it this way.

40:18To me, and I think this is a sane way to deal with it, and maybe this is the messaging that Trump needs to go with. If you came in in those four years under Biden when we just let this, whatever it is, 12 to 15 to whatever million people, does not matter whether you're nice, you're a grandma, you're legal, not legal, whether you're nice, you're a grandma, you haven't committed another crime or anything, you've got to go out. The border was completely open. It was criminal. Joe Biden should rot in prison for it, as well as half of his administration and everything else. That would be an easy one for me.

40:48Then there's the gray area, which of course everyone knows, which are the people who came here one way or another over the last couple of decades. You can blame Republicans for open borders and Democrats for open borders. I'm not talking about the four years of Biden when it really went crazy, but people who are tax paying, who are here, who are functional members of society, what do you do with them? You can have some debate about that. I understand the position that the more hard right says, which is they're illegal, they've got to go. I understand that I'm not fully there on that. Then there's also complex things because you have people on those temporary visas from places that bad things are happening.

41:23And then if that gets revoked, but okay, I don't wanna get too in the weeds on this. In essence, what she is doing is she is in an election fight herself against this guy named Elliot Rodriguez, who's a Democrat. And he obviously is somehow pulling over some of the Latino community that is sympathetic when ICE comes in and gets rid of people. I just don't know, I don't know what you do. I think, let's try it this way. It's a bad move to go against Trump on this. I think in Miami and in Florida. And I know, I mean, I know tons of Cubans and Venezuelans here, like, they may not be thrilled about absolutely everything happening, but most of them came here legally.

42:01You talk to the average Cuban that came here illegally, they don't want people coming here illegally. So anyway, Salazar chose to pick a fight with Trump. And when you pick a fight with Trump, Trump usually fights back. Look, I have a strong, a very strong, it's a movement, my movement. It probably, at least partially, won the election. When I got elected at the beginning and, you know, previous to my coming in. We had the most unsafe border maybe anywhere in the world, maybe in history. She obviously doesn't have a very strong feeling for the border, but I do. And I understand what she's saying, but I have a very strong...

42:39I won because of my border. Now, I'm very strong on the borders, and she isn't. And she's a nice person. I got her elected. Without me, she wouldn't have gotten elected. Maria won only because of me. So she got a little bit softer on the border. I understand that, I understand that, but I just don't happen to be there. Okay, so everyone gets it. Trump ran on the border stuff. He ran on you have a country or don't. He closed the border. He's trying to do the deportations. What's happening with her right now is in an election where she's seeing that apparently some of the Latino community is not happy with Trump over this.

43:15She's going against Trump and she thinks that that will be a winning position. Now we will see what happens in a month from now, But the danger, the danger, okay, so you wanna be a sitting Republican senator going against Trump, it does not work for you guys. It doesn't work for Congress people. Ask Thomas Massey about that, right? Like it does not work. Trump, if he endorses you, you win. I forget, it was 83 in a row, something like that. And then of course, what will happen? So then you end up, so then Republicans get depressed, they don't vote or they're angry at her or whatever. And then we'll end up with a Democrat who would make Ana Navarro very happy.

43:49His name is Elliott Rodriguez. And this is like a Republican on Republican crime telenovela going on in South Florida. It's actually the district I live in. So I don't know if you all heard about this, but this Cuban-American Republican congresswoman, Maria Elvira Salazar, right? She, District 27 in Miami, she put out an ad where she's looking straight to camera and she says, Mr. President, some of your immigration enforcement efforts have gone too far. Really, girl? This is after you voted for the big, beautiful bill that funded them. But okay. And so it was astounding, though. And I had taken for granted this race because she won two years ago by 20 points.

44:32And this is a district that Donald Trump won by 15 points. So I thought, okay, you know, no point in paying attention. The polls have her dead even. Pay attention to that race and go vote because it's going to matter. and we can actually knock this woman out. There's a great guy running. His name is Elliot Rodriguez. Give him a look. Look at what is happening. But that tells you. Okay, first off, that clip is from two days ago. And when it was going viral yesterday, there were a ton of people calling out ABC because if The View is thought of as a news show, they're not allowed to endorse a candidate.

45:05She just told people to go out and vote for somebody. Obviously, they endorse people all the time. And then the whole show is a Democrat, like live laundering machine. But okay, that's one thing. Number two, I live in the same district as you, Anna. I live in Florida 27, so here's what I'd like to do. Because I know this district as well as you do, and it is safe, and it is clean, and there are no homeless people, and we don't have migrants walking all over the place, and it's flourishing, and they're building houses left and right, and the infrastructure projects are going up like crazy. Like this is possibly the greatest place to live in the United States.

45:38So Anna, since we live in the same thing, and you don't seem very happy about it, you're always complaining about Florida and everything else, I'll meet you, I'll meet you. How about in Coconut Grove? It's really nice. It's a little town area where there's never any crime. It's shocking actually, my in-laws who now they live in Florida, but at the time they lived in New York, they came, we were out walking around one night. They were like, they couldn't believe it. They were like, where are the police? Where are the crazy people? Where are the drug addicts? But I'll meet you at Cocoa Walk in Coconut Grove.

46:05That's the main little shopping area there. You've been there. There's a restaurant called Chop. They have my tequila there, Copal. And I'd like to have a duel with you there. Well, either a duel or we could just have some tequila. Or I'll go to Calle Ocho with you. I'll go to Little Havana with you and we can smoke a cigar and see, do the Cubans like me more or do they like you more? Because what you want is a Democrat to take control of this place. And whether I agree with Salazar and everything or not, I'm going to fight you to the teeth. So it doesn't have to be a duel. How about we just have some tequila and a cigar and talk it out.

46:36Ana Navarro, that is your challenge. And you know what? But whoever loses the duel or debate, or if we're just doing shots of tequila, has to leave. We'll see, I don't think he's gonna take me up on it. Of course, the Democrats, we all know this. They are trying to import voters. They are bringing these people in to a country they tell you is horrible and racist and everything else, and then they get them on the dole and they will never want to get off the dole and they will be indebted to Democrats forever. Here is Chuck Schumer, who eventually will be beheaded by the Democrats, or I should call them the socialists or whatever, that he was even admitting this back in 2022.

47:18Now more than ever, we're short of workers. We have a population that is not reproducing it on its own with the same level that it used to. The only way we're going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants, the dreamers and all of them. because our ultimate goal is to help the dreamers, but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here. Like, that is in violation of your oath of office, which is to protect the Constitution of the United States. That's our ultimate goal, is to bring in as many people. Oh, we don't have enough workers?

47:57Well, that's interesting. So you just want to bring in people to do cheap labor. So kind of like indentured servitude. That doesn't seem so nice from you guys, even though you're always pretending to be nice. Also, I don't know if you've heard about AI and the robots and everything else. We will not need them to pick our tomatoes much longer. So then you have another problem because now you brought them in, put them on the dole, and they can't even find work because they've been replaced by robots. But also what about the American, and also, oh, you're suddenly concerned that our birth rates are dropping.

48:24So you wanna bring in people who will outbreed us. And quite literally, the Muslim population does outbreed us. And in every Western nation, the number one name of babies in half the Western European nations is Mohammed. You know what the number one name for new babies in Israel is? It's Mohammed. Yes, really, Google it yourself right now. So, okay, so he's telling you, we're here to replace you. We need to bring in zombies to replace the native non-zombie people. Let's leave that there for a moment and shift because there is some interesting stuff happening in the Middle East that perhaps is positive.

48:56And I have a feeling Trump's gonna get something good out of the Middle East before the election because that would quash a lot of the criticism right now. Now this from CBS, Iranian foreign minister, Abbas Aragachi said he expected a formal answer on Tuesday from the United States that Iran's proposal to open the Strait of Hormuz, state media reported. President Trump confirmed to reporters that American and Iranian negotiators exchanged messages through mediators on Monday. He did not share any details on the talk, saying we're going to win. CBS News reported earlier Monday that indirect US-Iran talks began in the morning.

49:29A US official said Mr. Trump is willing to give Iran sanction relief and release frozen funds if there is concrete progress on Iran's nuclear program, but there will not be a deal unless the nuclear issues are addressed and the two sides remain apart on the timing of commitments. An Iranian diplomatic source told CBS News, the primary issue is that the US president does not seem to have a clear position on what he wants from negotiations, making it difficult to move from discussions to a concrete agreement. So all of that being said, there is a little bit of movement. And Trump, you know Trump right now.

49:59I really believe Trump. When Trump said a couple of weeks ago, when he said, you know, I don't know if this helps or hurts me electorally, I'm doing what I think is right. I actually fully believe that. However, I'll also say that Trump loves politics and he loves winning. And if he can get a win before the midterms, you know he's going to go for it. So here's Trump on whatever the talks are at the moment. So, there's a lot of people around today. Yeah, yeah. They have the mediators? Yeah, yeah. Anything else you can share? No, no. Any movement of your own talks? We're gonna win. As far as I'm concerned, it's gonna be one way or the other.

50:34It's gonna go pretty quickly. All right, so we shall see. But again, Donald Trump knows he's got five weeks to get a couple wins. You get a win in Iran, and then they don't have that talking point. Then gas prices go down a little bit. Like, he needs something. And the simple truth is, we have complete control of everything in Iran. Like, they don't have control of their airspace. We're controlling the shipping and all those things. Now, we don't wanna be in there forever in this protracted situation, but we're controlling the entire thing. Take a look." The queue of trucks waiting at Turkey's Gurbla crossing into Iran stretches for kilometers.

51:10A journey that once took a day can now take a week. URBAN KAMALAN, Turkish Transporters Association Up until three or four months ago, there were no problems. But over the past three months, there has been severe congestion. The Turkish Transporters Association has confirmed waiting times have increased sharply as more freight moves through the border. We wait too long. I now make one trip every 40 days, sometimes two months. My whole family depends on what I earn from this truck. OK, so the point of all of that is consistent with videos we've shown you over the last couple of weeks from Scott Besson, which is that we are doing things on the economic side.

51:48We are forcing them to take these land routes instead of water routes. and eventually that will affect their economy. And then hopefully that chokes them enough so that whoever's in charge at this point, whether it's MOLA 7 or 86, they will be willing to move on the nuclear stuff and then Trump gets the win. There's also something, this broke this morning. And I mean, this is wild. There are good things happening. And I'm gonna guess you're not even gonna hear about this on CNN and definitely not on MS for Nellies or whatever it's called. But this from open source Intel. Representatives from 10 countries join Netanyahu's meeting in Abu Dhabi, Channel 14 reports.

52:24Those present include the UAE, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Morocco, Kuwait, Bahrain, Libya, Oman, and Egypt. Netanyahu first met bilaterally with MBZ before the other officials entered. That's the leaders of the UAE. So think about this. You've got Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Kuwait, Egypt. They're all meeting with Netanyahu. Literally after he went to the UN, virtually all of them except the UAE have their representatives walk out, okay fine. But then what do they do? Bibi literally flew to the UAE and met with all of those countries because you know what? Iran was bombing those countries.

53:00So they can all boycott little Israel. Okay, you can boycott Israel, but it wasn't Israel that was bombing all of you, it was Iran. So there is something going on. It doesn't all happen at once. You don't get it handed to you in a perfect package with a beautiful bow, but there is something going on. And again, Trump needs the wins because we're up against this midterm. Here is CNN's prime data dork, Harry Enten, giving us some numbers on who will vote in the upcoming midterms. They're certain to vote. Say they're certain to vote in 2026. Again, 71 % of Democrats say they are certain, in fact, to vote in 2026.

53:37And look at this, MAGA Republicans, the same. It's simpatico, it's simpatico. So MAGA Republicans are not just saying that they are still supporting Trump. MAGA Republicans aren't just saying they're going to, if their choice for Congress is, in fact, Republicans at basically the same level they voted for Trump. But they're also saying they are going to turn out in very high numbers, at least comparable to Democrats. All right. So look, there's some interesting things here. OK, so the 71 to 71, it's interesting. They say Democrats on one side and then they say MAGA Republicans or it said MAGA GOP as opposed to just saying GOP.

54:11So it feels like there's a little sleight of hand in there. But let's say roughly the main people from both parties are gonna vote. So what do elections all come down to? They come down to always that little sliver of people who are unsure. Now you can envision an awful lot of people that over the last two years of watching the rise of socialism and the craziness of the Democrats and the desire to destroy the country, you could see a lot of just decent, the Bill Maher type Democrats voting Republican. But I'll give the devil his due. Can you see a certain set of Republicans that are, that think gas prices are too high or didn't want Iran war or whatever that are gonna go the other way.

54:46I suppose you can. It's a little harder to envision because it's hard to imagine that you would have been a conservative or a Trump supporter. And even if you're annoyed at him and even if you're not happy with gas prices that you say, I'll vote for the communist. So maybe a certain set of them don't vote, but generally looking at those numbers, those, that seems pretty good to me. Look, also just cause 71 % of Democrats are gonna vote or 71 % of Republicans are gonna vote, doesn't mean they're gonna vote Republican or Democrat. So again, a huge percentage of them seem like they're gonna vote, but which way will they break?

55:17And of course, more than anything else, we cannot, and I've tried so hard, there are so many people online that are just trying to get you to just doom scroll all day long and think the sky is falling and everything else. I don't know what's gonna happen, you don't know what's gonna happen. I am not as fearful as I think, I've been raising the alarm on certain issues, but I'm still hopeful for the midterms. But the point is we need people to believe that not only can we win, but that we can pave a better future. And here's Caroline Leavitt on that. And believe what they say. And again, look at their policies and look at their records.

55:52And one other thing tonight, Sean, don't buy the doom and gloom, the manufactured demoralization operation that is taking place from the Democrat party and their friends, as you call it, in the left-wing media mob. They'll have you believing that Republicans are completely demoralized, but we have to be more amped up than ever to fight back against these radical communists, against these extreme left liberals who again, want to totally take our country backwards to the days of Joe Biden and even worse. And so we have to get out, stay energized and get out and vote and don't believe the lies. The only thing that we can control is our vote on election day.

56:29That's where we can make our voices heard. Yeah. I like that line. Like that is what you can control. You can talk to people, you can try to sway people or convince people, but you've got to go out to vote. And part of why they want this doom and gloom thing to happen is that they will just depress you into not voting, but you damn well better vote. Because if we have learned anything over the last six months, it's that the Democrats are organizing better. How are they getting these far left lunatics in? Well, it's in, what was it, New York 17, where that Chevalier girl, it was something like 8 % of the entire group of people who could vote, voted.

57:02and then they get their 20 ,000 people out and next thing you know, it feels like they've all gone communist. So you have a little skin in the game and you better vote. And then the other thing is, of course, what you wanna do is you wanna gingerly bring over the people who are waking up to the craziness of the left and show them that, hey, all right, maybe you're not a scary conservative or something, but if you love the country, you like freedom, you think this thing's kind of cool, you are welcome over here. And that is what will eventually happen to the Bill Maher's and the it's what's happened to RFK and Tulsi.

57:37And it's, of course, what will happen to Fetterman as well. Here he is asked what would finally what would be the final nail in the coffin that would make him leave the Democrat Party? Is there any circumstance in which you would ever leave the Democratic Party? What I'm what I'm saying is, is that where where's the Democratic Party at right now? So overall, I don't know how many hundreds of people are here, but for example, here in Austin, I think Hassan Piker is doing an event at UT, and they have 2 ,500 people show up. So the energy with the base or with people like someone Hassan Piker, will I leave the Democratic Party?

58:20you know, I don't have a reason to. But for a big tent situation, it's easier to be included in that big tent to say that America deserved 9-11 or we're America's worse than Al-Qaeda than being very proud to stand on the side of Israel. I mean, that's put me in parts of the base to be in that place to really stand with Israel. Again, he's not the most eloquent speaker or anything else, but what he's illustrating there is the party has gone crazy. And he really is saying, it's not a wide tent. You can keep telling me it's a wide tent, but a wide tent still has tent poles and you guys have ripped the tent poles down and now you just have a circus.

59:04That's all you've got there. So he, and by the way, Fetterman, no matter what you offer them, whatever you offer them at this point, they are going to hate you and try to primary you, right? Like, so even here's the issue that Fetterman's up against. Even if Fetterman was, and he's not great on some of the gender stuff and some of the other stuff, that's why he's still a lefty. But even if, let's say you took the nine out of 10 most important things for the socialist, and he agreed with nine of them, he doesn't agree with them on Israel. And Palestine, quote unquote, Palestine is their catch all cause because that is what they really think the genesis of the revolution of America can be about.

59:43That they can break enough brains about something over there so they can eventually import it over here. So Fetterman, whether you like it or not, you are on the outs and I will do my best to make sure you have a soft landing over here with us other crazy right wingers. That is our show for today. Thank you for watching. Post game in about 30 seconds at rubenrecord.locals.com. We'll do it again tomorrow. Adios.
