In short

The host argues that “AI alarmism” is being used to justify globalist, international regulation of AI (“digital COVID”), which he claims would enable regulatory capture, internet shutdowns during staged incidents, and reduced U.S. sovereignty. He also links AI to immigration, education, and crime policy, claiming Democrats want open borders and sanctuary laws while AI will replace low-skill labor and undermine their political base.

Guests (named/featured)

No traditional guests appear as interviewees. The episode features clips/mentions of Bill Gates, Dario Amodei (Anthropic CEO), Mark Benioff (Salesforce), Jensen Huang (NVIDIA), J.D. Vance, Joe Lonsdale (Palantir cofounder), Bernie Sanders, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, and local officials/sheriffs (e.g., Broome County Sheriff Frederick Akshar; NYC mayoral figure Zorhan Mamdami). It also cites Josh Dawes (The Blaze VP of tech) and X accounts (Tesla Economics; Conservative Alternative).

Key claims

Gates and tech leaders want international AI governance; Anthropic’s CEO allegedly seeks regulation while slowing competitors; regulation would block defenses against AI cyberattacks; AI will reduce immigration needs and replace education/household labor; sanctuary policies protect criminals; AI bans in schools are portrayed as political control.

Notable examples

A hypothetical “Pentagon incident” leading to a two-week internet shutdown; a “GrokBot” example generating daily math worksheets; a NYC public-school generative-AI moratorium; Broome County arrest of a Peruvian gang leader tied to sanctuary laws; FBI murder-rate reduction claims by Kash Patel.

The Rubin Report. Nice. Previous one on The Rubin Report. China, if they outstrip us, is simply going to beat us.

0:40He's too smart to be on that show. And you're afraid your vacuum cleaner is going to sexually molest your dog. China's going to go ahead and do it anyway. And there's the poster for Red Dawn. Man, we are doing a show like no other today.

1:17all right everybody how you doing i'm dave rubin this is the rubin report it is september 16th, 2026. And my God, everybody, the apocalypse might be upon us. The robots are coming. Skynet is turning on. Terminator is here. Other assorted references. And I just, you know me, you just can't be too careful. You've got to give up your liberty and your sanity to protect you from things that crazy people are saying might happen in the future, even though they've gotten everything wrong in the past. So I put on this mask because when I come into the studio every day, I'm around electronics. There are literally, and I mean this literally, there is a camera.

2:05If I lean over just this far, Connor, can you put the camera, can you put this camera on over here? I am within, I could be within three feet of that camera right now. I can almost touch that camera. God knows what could happen. I have carpet on the floor. I'm wearing socks. I could be electrocuted. Are you getting even closer? I can get even, it's just incredible what's going on here. Yeah, see, I can just about, what if there was some sort of electricity that then went into the camera that then zapped you at home on your iPad? That would be problematic. All sorts of stuff. We have a printer in there that, my God, this morning, this is what Joseph told me.

2:42I didn't even, I wasn't here, whatever. But I walked into the studio this morning. Joseph shows me a piece of paper, the printer, last night, which wasn't even connected. It was not even plugged in. It literally printed out a message, I'm going to kill you all, okay? They're coming for us. And this, so you might say, why are you wearing a mask? I still don't understand the mask part. You gotta understand, the waves, people, the electromagnetic waves, I don't want them getting in me. So, you know.

3:16So, we have a tremendous program for you today. We are going to highlight a series of people who have gotten everything wrong about everything. And if you think that right now they're getting this thing right and they just wanna protect you the way they protected you from COVID and climate change and from information during the free speech wars and everything else, well, then I have a old Gateway 2000 computer I'd like to sell you. That's a great reference. Does anyone remember those things with the cow commercials? It's just absolutely insane what is going on with this AI story. I'm totally digging it because it's just, as I said yesterday, it's just kind of everything.

3:57It's about liberty. It's about free speech. It's about innovation. It's about the future. It's about control. It's about authoritarians. And I just think after 10 years of dealing with all of this BS, after fighting back the globalists, after doing everything Donald Trump has done, after exposing how ridiculous so much of the government is, after doing all of that for so long, we finally have the right set of people, perhaps, to push back on this nonsense, nonsense. sense. AOC told us 10 years ago that the world had 12 years to go. Now she's not saying it anymore because of climate change. Now it's about robots.

4:38Stop. I am getting the Tesla robot. I already have two Teslas. If I can get a robot dog, that would be fine. And I got a shoulder problem. So if they want to throw an electronic arm on me, that would be fine too. So let's just dive in. Oh, and before we do anything else, God, can you believe people wore these? What an absolutely, I'm actually I'm really struggling to breathe right now just having this thing on for a minute. Complete ridiculousness. A lot of people were freaking out yesterday when I said that I had never seen the movie Red Dawn and knowing that I'm an 80s and 90s buff and obviously Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen and a bunch of others in there.

5:12I commit, is that what's her name on the bottom of that video? Is that what's her name? Who is the girlfriend in Back to the Future? Is that her? No. Is that her? Who is that girl? Who is that girl? Jennifer Grey. Jennifer Grey, that's the girl from Dirty Dancing, but the one beneath Patrick Swayze, I don't know. All right. Is that Leah Thompson? Was she in it? Yeah? Hot damn. All right. Great cast, great cast. I will commit to watching it this weekend. I'm also trying to take the boys to the Transformers movie 1986 40th anniversary. I'm a little not totally sure if I can do it because I'm sure you all know watching this that Optimus Prime dies a very violent death.

5:49It was shocking when I saw it. I was 10 years old in the movie theater. My grandma took me. I was crying in the theater and I didn't want my grandma to even see me crying. Can I take a four-year-old to that song? We're having an internal debate about that, but let's do a show about, and that's about robots too. And you know, obviously the Decepticons are not good. And okay. So let's start with one of the chief villains. There's a lot of chief villains in this thing, but one of the chief villains in all of this, and he's been a chief villain in almost every globalist plot to destroy American sovereignty and everything else in America over the last decade, at least is Bill Gates.

6:20And surprise, surprise, Bill Gates. Bill Gates, who makes an awful lot of money on vaccines. He's made an awful lot of money on computer programs that he puts out there that suddenly need virus protection. And then he also offers virus protection. He hangs out with Epstein. Like there's a lot of stuff around pudgy, soft, weird, creepy Bill Gates. But what does he want now? Well, more than anything else, we have this AI problem. He's been a tech leader for years. suddenly warning about the problem. And of course, he wants an international organization to solve all of our problems.

6:59Jensen Huang:They are not experts on biosecurity. They're hiring people and all that. But that's not their responsibility. You know, we have a gigantic government budget, which has had deep expertise on biosecurity and cyber. And, you know, we really need to activate that. You've talked about the creation of some sort of international organization to manage AI's use and monitor AI and the importance of getting the U.S. and China involved in that. Have you got a sense of where the leadership for something like that should come from, how it should emerge? If people see this as important as I do, the capacity of the US government to work domestically and in a friendly way, reach out to others, you know, and see what they're doing.

7:53Just doesn't feel that's the way the administration is going.

7:55Jensen Huang:The depth of understanding of AI and the right concern about some of these bad things is too low in every entity, including the government, other than the industry itself. I have to say, I mean, there's something very creepy about him. There's something that his wrinkles are a little weird. Like, there's just something weird about the guy. If I'm not mistaken, he's the largest farmland owner in the United States. That's a little bizarre. Again, he brought us Windows, which then got overtaken by viruses. Remember every time you'd open up Microsoft Windows? What could we do on Windows? All you want to do is paint.

8:32Oh, I can make a square box. Look, I turned it yellow and I can fill it up with pink. Look at me, I'm a wizard. But then what would happen after two minutes on Windows?

8:48Yeah, so let's leave that guy in charge of our AI stuff. It's just all drivel. But again, even if I'm wrong on some of this, do you think an international organization, we're gonna get an international organization and we're going to meet in Sweden and or Brussels every few months, and we're going to discuss how to stop the robots. And surely China and all the other countries that might not have the same ethical issues as we have, they're going to do the very same thing. That sounds good. It's literally, it's the Paris Climate Accords, which stopped absolutely nothing, which had no mechanism to stop anything.

9:22And all of the metrics that they said all the countries were supposed to abide by, everybody blew through them. There was no way you could stop anyone from doing anything, but it did cost America a whole lot of money. I actually have an idea for these guys. This is my idea for Bill Gates. This is my idea for Bernie Sanders. This is my idea for Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, all the rest of these doomsdayers right now. You know what? You may win this short-term fight. Like maybe you will get Trump to capitulate. Maybe you'll get congressional and Senate Republicans to capitulate. Maybe you guys are gonna get some regulation to hamper the United States as it pertains to AI.

9:59You might do it. So how about this? If you're so confident in what you're doing, how about you guys all sign a piece of paper that says if China or any other country goes ahead with this technology while we're handicapping ourselves, and then they, I don't know, solve cancer, right? They cure cancer. Or they can actually, if climate change is a coming and they're able to build life, sustainable life on other planets, you waive your ability to get that cancer cure, or you waive your ability to leave the planet. But you guys won't do that. You won't do that, okay? Now, of course, the other part of this is that the same people who want globalist organizations, international organizations that will tell America what to do, they are the same people that have been fighting against American sovereignty forever now.

10:46I put this up yesterday, it did quite well. All the people who want to destroy America's sovereignty and make it beholden to globalist treaties are drooling right now. And it's not a coincidence. They were all awful on COVID too. It is not a coincidence. You wanna think about, if you're having a conversation with your friends about what's going on with this AI thing, call it digital COVID. That's what it is. It's going to kill everybody. They can't wait. I'm telling you, they just can't wait till there's one thing. One Tesla is supposed to go right and turns left and crashes into a fire hydrant or God knows what, and this will be their excuse to shut down the freaking internet.

11:28These people are psychotic. And remember, this is all an op. It all magically started one week ago with a kid who worked at Anthropic for two months who has connections to left-wing organizations suddenly saying, we're gonna destroy the world, but by the way, we're going public in two months and we would like your money. And who is the guy who wants your money? Well, his name is Anthropic CEO, Dario Almadai. And here he is once again yesterday talking to Salesforce CEO, Mark Binoff. And he wants to slow down the very thing he's been building, which he's been trying to bring public, which again will supposedly happen next month, which means he's likely breaking all sorts of SEC laws because you're not allowed to manipulate the market when you're about to go public.

12:11But here we go.

12:12JD Vance:Let's make our practices better. Let's recommit transparency. Let's invest more in safety. Then let's organize the rest of the industry and say, what can we do to set standards for everyone? What can we do to make everyone's standards better? And then finally, there should be an international component to it. And that's essentially the three-step plan that I laid out in the essay, the first of which we committed to and the others of which were going to have a dialogue with the rest of the industry. Something funny about what he coughed there. Okay, so if you want better transparency, how about you do it yourself?

12:49You are the CEO of the company. You want better safety, how about you do it yourself? You're the CEO of the company. You want better standards, how about you do it yourself? You're the CEO of the company. But then he gives the game away because he says, and then we want to have some sort of regulation, meaning all of the companies that will be competing with him, they will be hit with regulations that he would never have been hit with over these last 10 years while he's been building Anthropic, and they will have no competition. This is what regulatory capture is. It destroys the ability for other companies, new companies to come in and compete.

13:26And this is exactly what they want. I thought this tweet to my point of how they desperately want something terrible to happen with the robots right now. They want the banks to go down or they want, you know, you won't be able to get on Instagram for 45 minutes and help, God help me. This is, I thought this was good. This is from Josh Dawes. as he's VP of tech at The Blaze, he wrote, here's how this will go down. Trump is currently resistant to AI regulatory capture, so one of the AI companies will point their frontier model at the Pentagon manufacturing an incident. Experts advise Trump to shut down the internet for two weeks to secure critical national security systems.

14:01After two weeks, certain essential businesses, like Amazon and streaming platforms, consumption will reopen. Information exchange websites will remain closed to prevent the spread of AI. A government board of experts will be put in charge of approving access to the internet for businesses going forward. This psyop targets the free exchange of information. AI alarmists compare AI to social media all the time, but that's a terrible comparison. Social media is inherently consumptive. AI is inherently productive. If people realize what they can do without it, the elite's hold onto power is threatened.

14:36This is all an attempt to keep us powerless. I have no insider knowledge, but ask yourself if this is any less plausible than what they did in 2020. So obviously what he's doing there, he's theorizing on what could happen, but that doesn't sound so crazy, right? Everyone's screaming, feels like early 2020, this thing is happening, everyone's gonna die, the robots are gonna turn on, you're all gonna get sick, you're gonna kill your kids, blah, blah, blah. And then suddenly, whatever it is, there's an AI attack on the Pentagon or something, and then they have to shut the internet down for a few days.

15:11Does that sound crazy to you? Or suddenly you can't access your bank account for a couple of days, or there's some weird thing. I am not a conspiracy theorist, even though yesterday we did show you that meme, pull the meme up of that guy again, would you, for a second, from Sonny in Philadelphia. Like, that's what this all feels like, but there are too many crumbs being laid out in front of us right now. And I know the truth is a time release pill, but I think we're pretty much lining up with truth right here. A lot of us, a lot of us are calling out the BS in real time right now. And we've got to keep pushing.

15:47So we'll get that, you have the meme, you have the guy? Yeah, this is what it feels like right now. This is what it feels like. That guy should have a job on MSNBC. He looks, he's dressed like all those dorks. Anyway, a couple, as I keep saying, one of the things that's been nice about this is that I'm watching so many of the people who I've come to respect over the years, who I play a lot of videos of, who are innovators, who are changing the world for the better. I'm watching them line up on the same side that I'm on, that I hope you're on when it comes to all of theirs. So here is Jensen Huang, who's the CEO of NVIDIA.

16:17We played. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about EBCLIS? EBCLIS, Lubrikizumab LBKZ, A 250 mg per 2 ml injection is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kg with moderate to severe eczema. Also called atopic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies, ebglyss can be used with or without topical corticosteroids.

16:52Don't use if you are allergic to ebglyss. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have new or worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with EpGliss. Before starting EpGliss, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lilly. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about EpGliss and visit epgliss.com or call 1-800-L Lilly-RX or 1-800-545-5979. ...videos all the time of him, also at the same Salesforce conference with Mark Binoff, explaining to, really, to Dario, you know, if you're building a product and it's not good or you're not confident in it, then how about you don't release it?

17:31Jensen Huang:If we're not confident about the safety of the products, like all companies, like you and I, any company, all the companies here, if you build a product or a service and you're not confident in its functionality, capability, or safety, then don't release it. And so that's a very obvious thing to do. The market forces are already there. We don't need any new laws. We don't need new regulations. We just need companies to decide that when it's, you know, run as fast as they can. I think innovation speed and safe products are not, it's a false choice. You could definitely have both at the same time.

18:11Jensen Huang:So run as fast as you can. But if you feel at any given point in time, the company's out of control or the product's not going to be safe, you know, take a pause and make sure you get it. You know, everything he's saying there is applicable to almost any business ever. You want to innovate and build as fast as you can. And then also make sure you're not growing too fast, that your products are actually good. You're not putting out things that are going to blow up when they get to people's houses or not work as promised or whatever it might be. This is what business and capitalism is all about.

18:42Like you go to create. I mean, Peter Thiel talks about this. You want to be the first mover, right? Like once you're the first mover, you kind of own the industry. Well, whatever it is that you're doing, even if you're not innovating in industry per se, but you just have a new product that's out there that you want to get out there. You want to get it out there as quickly as possible. And also what you would want to do as a sane business person is make sure that it's as safe as possible. Now, not everyone is going to do that, but do you think the government coming in, what they are all telling us right now is that the most brilliant engineers and the people that are on the cutting edge frontier of AI technology, those people somehow don't know what they're doing or they've created something that they can't control.

19:22So somehow the government is going to do it. Somehow Bernie Sanders and Steve Bannon are going to do it. And if you believe that that's possible, see a doctor. That's what the real takeaway of today's program is. I try to give that at the end. But if you believe what these people are selling you, see a medical doctor, you might have a tumor. Here's J.D. Vance, who I'm also glad to see, is taking what is just, I would say, a basic, sane approach on business and government and how they relate together within the prism of human nature.

20:00JD Vance:And you know, the president, I think, is very rightly asking the question, why is it that the people who are at the frontier of the AI economy are throwing up their hands and saying, well, we've built Frankenstein, and the solution to Frankenstein apparently is to create a one-world governance structure for artificial intelligence? What I would say to those people, if you're building Frankenstein, stop. Or maybe build, you know, if the cat is out of the bag, then build the defensive mechanism against Frankenstein. At the same time that you have this sort of cyber hacking tool that's come out of Anthropics' newest models, you have companies that are desperate for the defensive mechanisms to defend against that cyber hacking tool, and they're being denied access to it.

20:37JD Vance:So if you're going to create Frankenstein, don't come to the government and say, we need regulation. Look inward and accept that if you're building Frankenstein, number one, you should stop. And number two, when the companies come to you and say, we need the tools to fight back against Frankenstein, give them those tools. You know, it's a pretty good analogy. Everyone's seen the Frankenstein. Hopefully you've seen the original Frankenstein. Can we get the poster for the original Frankenstein? What year was that? Probably like 1938, something like that, black and white. Who was the original Frankenstein?

21:03I think it was, if I'm not mistaken, the original Frankenstein was Ray Romano's dad in the, what was it, Peter Boyle in Everybody Loves Raymond. I think I'm putting something together there. But the point that he's making is, so okay, Dr. Frankenstein creates the monster. Now who's responsible for that? Dr. Frankenstein needs to figure out what he's done and why did he do it? Suddenly to bring the government in. And what do we have? Well, it's the story of Frankenstein. A mob is now attacking Frankenstein's house and he's gonna burn down the castle. What year was Frankenstein? Did we get it? 1931.

21:391931, and am I right? Oh, so the original Frankenstein, all right, I'm getting somewhere here. The original Frankenstein was Boris Karloff. I think the Frankenstein I'm talking about, oh, that might be in Young Frankenstein, I think, which was a Mel Brooks movie. I believe it was Peter Boyle. We're gonna work on that in just a second. In the meantime, my friend Joe Lonsdale, who was one of the co-founders of Palantir, I've had him on the show many times. He went on Jesse Waters last night. And again, just he's been a sobering voice around all of this stuff. Well, do we have the Peter Boyle one?

22:11We're gonna get it in a second. Yeah, it was Mel Brooks. Here's Joel Onsdale explaining the panic around all of this, and perhaps there's an existential reason why a certain series of people always go to the panic zone instead of calm, rational, decent, brain-using places.

22:34JD Vance:These guys don't believe in God. They're atheists, but they've created something which they believe is God-like. Is that what's going on here? You know, I think that's a big part of what's happening. Listen, AI is real, by the way. What you said is right. There's an industrial revolution coming. This is amazing for America, if we get it right. People who hate America want to stop it. But yes, America's always, we were founded by kind of really extreme Puritans, right? We've always been very, very religious. We've had these awakenings. And I think this is a form of what happens if you give up religion, is you want to have some kind of messianic complex, some kind of big thing to believe in.

23:08And these effective altruists, this is their messiah, and this is their end of the world, And this is their obsession. There's over 50 of these organizations that were coordinating campaigns, doing narrative intelligence tests, testing public opinion, and spending huge amounts of money trying to scare people. It's regulatory capture on one hand. It's our adversaries, of course, who want us to stop. And I'll tell you what else it is. There's, you know, America's always been very religious, but they've given up Christianity in most of San Francisco. So this is like a messianic complex where this is their religion of the end of the world and they're obsessed with it.

23:35And it's weird. There's so much there. So, all right, we've already illustrated the regulatory capture thing, right? There's a reason that the government and these companies would want regulatory capture. Then they can own and control the businesses forever and the technology and everything else. Then there's this messianic thing, which I think he is talking about. Look, I can't speak to, are every single one of these people atheists? And is that God-shaped hole this thing that they're trying to solve? I can't, you know, like, I don't know that that's everybody there, but I think there's something to the general notion about it.

24:05They're the ones that are gonna save the world. And if you thought you were the one that was gonna save the world. Is there anything you wouldn't do to do it? And I think somebody, Bernie's obviously an atheist. He only believes in government, right? He doesn't believe in anything else. He's also accomplished nothing even while he was in government. So he may wanna start thinking about God. Bernie, it's Yom Kippur next week. Maybe get your ass to temple. You might figure something out. Like this, so he's right. So you have regulatory capture. You have this hole that, let's say God-shaped hole that creates a situation where certain people want to save, they just wanna save the world.

24:41And the climate change thing, it's interesting. The climate change thing is just not working anymore. 10 years ago, when I started this show, I could not talk about skepticism around climate change. I could not at all. I remember what it would be like if I would even have a little throwaway about something roughly like I'm skeptical about climate change, the hate that I would get. That thing's done. Everyone has realized it was all BS and nonsense and fake science and junk science. And Al Gore is a liar and a fraud who sold his current TV to Qatar, the I think number two export of oil in the world, so that they could create Al Jazeera America.

25:19Like it's all nonsense. So the point there is you've got regulatory capture, you've got this God-shaped hole, these people that wanna save the world. And then the third thing was, oh, and that we have competitors. We have competitors. And if we don't do something, to stop, if we do something to hamper ourselves, our competitors, i.e. China, will take over. You know, I could use a little relief factor right now. Talking about these morons, my body's a little whatever. Do we have, let's throw to something with - Guys, cold plunging is all the rage, and I know it's great, but I like to plunge into a sea of relief factor.

25:54Hey, Dave, check it out. Thanks, Dave. Actually, my shoulder, although I am gonna have to have surgery because of the bump, I played basketball yesterday for the first time, the doc said, I basically can't make it worse. It's just an aesthetic thing, although it's pretty gnarly and I'm a little banged up, but it is what it is. And that's one of the reasons I've been taking Relief Factor. Maybe that's why my shoulder's feeling a little better. It's a 100 % drug-free research-based formula with ingredients like turmeric, omega-3s, resveratrol, designed to help support your body's healthy inflammatory response and help with general aches, soreness, stiffness, and discomfort.

26:29And you guys know that I'm back on the court and it feels pretty good. Right now, because America's celebrating its 250th anniversary, you can get their special three-week quick start pack for just$17.76. You can go to relieffactor.com or call 1-800-4-RELIEF. There you go. All right, let's continue with this story. I thought there's another interesting part of this. As we're seeing people line up on sides of this, there's layers to it. Like, just don't think, Bernie Sanders just realizes this now, and this is just about AI. It's about so many more things. So listen to this from X account. It's called The Conservative Alternative.

27:14AI will end the need for immigration. AI will also end the university's stranglehold on education. This is why the Democrats are so scared of it, because AI will be their downfall. And of course, that is exactly right, and we're going to show you some evidence of that. But first, this from the New York Times, Obama urges Democrats to move AI oversight to the center of their agenda. Okay, so Bernie's writing legislation, which actually was written by other people in London, we talked about that yesterday. Now Obama's in on it, Kamala's in on it, but to that point of that tweet, AI is going to replace the need for immigration.

27:53Democrats are always telling us there's all these jobs and nobody wants to be our housekeepers and nobody wants to pick our fruit and all of those things. Well, as I keep pointing out, robots are doing that stuff already. Here's one simple example of that. You could also get -

28:19Okay, we had to cut the music on that for trademark purposes, but okay, you get the point. Robots are already doing this. So the Democrats' whole argument is we need cheap labor. We need cheap labor. Well, now you've brought all these people in. They're supposedly doing those jobs because Americans apparently don't wanna do it, but they won't be needed anymore as cheap labor because robots are gonna do it, right? And drones are gonna do it. And then you will have brought all these people in and you will have put them on the government dole. So then they will be endlessly sucking off the teat of government, taking from those who produce, and people will eventually be pissed about that.

28:57So that's number one on the work side. Also, there's many examples. There's something called the Neo robot. If you haven't seen it, like, you know, obviously Elon's got the Optimus robot coming out commercially sometime next year. Figure AI's got their robots. Right now, Neo has a robot that I think is coming out in a month or two that will fold your laundry and do all sorts of home tasks for you. So we just will not need these people. And that may sound cold and everything else, but that's the Democrat argument. But now on the education side of things, because the tweet was about that we're not gonna need them for immigration, and also we're not gonna need them, Democrats will lose their stranglehold on education.

29:38I thought this tweet, this is just spectacular. Listen to this. This is from Tesla Economics on X. Every morning before we leave the house to go to school, my GrokBot has already generated and printed fresh math worksheets for my kids. I don't need to do anything. It prints every day at 6 a.m. The papers are just sitting on my printer ready to go. My eight year old is in third grade. He gets 20 mixed problems that include multi-digit multiplication, exact division, addition, subtraction, and solve for X. My five year old is in kindergarten. He gets 25 single digit addition and subtraction problems.

30:13The worksheets are truly randomized with no repeats, black and white to save ink, plenty of room to work, a little quote at the top to start their day on the right note, and gets a bit more challenging depending on how they did the day before. Then it generates one combined answer key for me so I can check them both fast at the end of the ride. Then we get in my Tesla. I turn on the full self-driving and instead of spending the whole drive focused on operating the car, I can focus on them and their development. I can sit with them. What did you get for this one? Show me how you got there. Try that one again.

30:45When one of them gets stuck, I'm there like a private tutor except I'm the dad. In Silicon Valley, many families obsess over which math program, class, app, or curriculum is best and do a lot of crazy things, to be honest. And sure, I guess those things matter to a degree, but kids gotta be kids and I don't need to make learning complicated. I have GrokBot. Every morning, it gives each of my kids work that matches exactly where they're at and tomorrow it does it again and again and again. That consistency matters more to me than finding some perfect program. I care about habit and good habits add up.

31:19A week becomes hundreds of problems. A school year becomes thousands, and the whole thing happens during a time we were already going to spend in the car anyway. That's what I love about this setup that is enabled from the products of Elon's companies. AI handles the repetitive stuff. GrokBot creates the work, randomizes it, formats it, prints it at 6 a.m. and makes my answer key. Tesla, full self-driving, handles the drive, and I get the part that actually matters. Sitting next to my kids, watching how they think, seeing where they struggle, explaining something in a different way when it doesn't click, giving them a little confidence when they get frustrated and watching them get better over time.

31:53I'm really not trying to turn every morning into school. I hated school. I know how it is. I'm just using technology to create a small daily habit that would have taken a lot more effort before. This is where AI is quietly removing friction from my life every single day and ultimately making me a better dad and raising stronger children. Holy sheep shit. If you needed a better example of why we should be leaning into AI. And now contrast that. What's another thing that the Democrats are always screaming about? Free health care for children. And why do they want free health care for children? Is it to make them smart?

32:27Are the schools good? They always tell us how bad the schools are. And also we want it free for everybody to make them all retarded. No, it's not because they want to make them smart at these government-run schools. It's because we can teach them socialism and all of the stupid things that never accomplished anything, but it leaves us with a lot of power.

32:48Here's Bernie Sanders. Exactly. If you want to develop illegally a nuclear weapon that could threaten humanity, you should be punished. If you are threatened, you are moving forward. Tight margins, tough conditions, relentless pressures. At Golden Harvest, we know your challenges don't slow down. But then neither do we. Backed by Syngenta R &D and innovations like Durastack Trait Technology, We pair locally tested solutions with seed advisor expertise to deliver real results on your acres. Because when it comes to next-gen technology, we've got it in the bag. See what's next at goldenharvestseeds.com.

33:23Durastack hybrids now available for the 2027 season. On an AI development that could threaten humanity, you should be equally punished. So you equate these two? No, I think AI, the potential danger of AI is probably greater than nuclear weapons. Greater than nuclear weapons. Oh, that sounds very scary. AI is potentially a greater threat than nuclear. Of course, six years ago, Bernie was telling us that in six years, all shit was going to go down. Play the video, Connor. Scientists are telling us that if we don't act incredibly boldly within the next six, seven years, there will be irreparable damage done, not just to Nevada, not just to Vermont or Massachusetts, but to the entire world.

34:10Joe said it right. This is an existential threat. You know what? Phoenix, can you get my buddy Jim on the phone in Reno? Make sure Nevada's still there. If you are falling for what this man is selling you, you are a lunatic. You are an absolute lunatic. And I am telling you guys, they want, this is all about control. So how about this one? This actually happened a few weeks ago, but here is socialist Islamist Mayor Zorhan Mamdami in New York putting an AI ban in public schools till ninth grade. The tech industry wants us to believe that AI in early education is not only inevitable, but that it is necessary.

34:53We do not see it that way. I have yet to see a study showing that AI is beneficial for students in elementary and middle school, with the exception, of course, of research sponsored by the very corporations that stand to profit. So beginning this school year, we will implement a one-year moratorium on generative AI for students in 2K through eighth grade. Yeah, you know why he doesn't want AI in school? Well, I'll give you an example. For example, Palestine never existed. And you wanna send your kids to schools while they will learn your alternative history. You wouldn't want them learning that.

35:30That's just one simple example. But which makes more sense, the beautiful opus that I just read from that father who's teaching his kids in an absolutely all new way in the right way to learn, who then also has Tesla full self-driving so then he can talk to them in the car instead of having to focus elsewhere, which I see that all the time when I'm driving the kids around now and I literally just press the button and then I can focus with them and I can sing with them and we can play iSpy and all of those things. Like you can give them more attention. That's what AI is doing. But no, in New York City, there's gonna be a moratorium on it because you wouldn't want people learning the truth.

36:05That's part of it. but also you want to keep people dumb and dependent. So AI will replace the need for immigrants. It will, and that's why they're so soft on them and the crimes they commit. They need these people here no matter what because that is the new base. And the reason they're fighting AI is AI is gonna expose that entire grift. So what else is going on with illegal since we're talking about New York City? Well, up in Broome County, New York, which is upstate New York, Here's Sheriff Frederick Akshar talking about a Peruvian gang leader and a serial killer who were hiding in his community thanks to Sanctuary City laws.

36:43Jensen Huang:Broome County is not immune to the consequences of 10 million undocumented and unvetted people who entered our country thanks to the Biden and Harris administration. In August of 2024, in Endicott, in Broome County, two miles away from where my six-year-old son goes to school, a Peruvian gang leader and serial killer, Gianfranco Torres Navarro, wanted for killing 23 people in Peru, was located and arrested. He had entered the country illegally in May of that same year. He was arrested. He was given a ticket to appear at a future date. Did he go? Of course he didn't go. He came to New York. He came to my community to hide thanks to the sanctuary laws that are embraced by and promoted by Democrat leaders in New York.

37:29So do you see how all of these things are connected? You open up the cities. You will, first off, you open up the borders, Joe Biden, you let about 10, 20 million people in. Again, we just don't know. They flock to blue cities that are sanctuary cities. They get on the government dole. You're told you're racist if you are against them being there, regardless of what skin color they are. or they commit all sorts of crimes. Then they also create a situation where in New York, they won't work with the federal law enforcement ICE that is trying to get these people out. They don't care about the victims.

38:02And yeah, you know, it's a Peruvian gang member on it, probably raped a couple of girls, murdered a couple of people, doesn't matter. We've got the guy in Maryland, beat the wife with the boot, who cares? He was a child trafficker. That's what, that's your, well, yeah, we're Democrats, come on. And the problem is the Democrats need these people to keep coming because AI is exposing, as we just laid out, via immigration, because they won't need the jobs anymore, because the robots are gonna take them, and education. Why would you, once you can do all this stuff, once you can teach your kid through AI and have a little more time, by the way, AI is gonna automate so many of other mundane tasks, we're all going to have a little more time, and hopefully you'll use it in a positive way.

38:42But once you can teach your kid in an all new way, does it really make sense to send your kid at 8 a.m. to a school where they sit in a classroom with 30 kids till 4 p.m. and you don't know what the teacher's teaching them or the teacher's teaching them that their genitals don't match and that capitalism is bad and America is fundamentally racist and evil. That's what they want. So you see these things are deeply, deeply connected. Here's Ohio Representative Jim Jordan asking the police chief there, what happens when New York police catch an illegal and do they coordinate with ICE or anything?

39:18JD Vance:Let's say you've got an illegal migrant who's been charged with another crime who's in your jail, or I think you said you had a 600-person jail that you oversee, who's in your jail and then is going to be released on some kind of bail or whatever. What's the, and ICE notifies you, sends a detainer. In New York, what do you have to do?

39:36Jensen Huang:Let him out the back door.

39:37JD Vance:Let him out the back door. You can't turn him over to the federal government even though he's here illegally and committed, potentially committed another, they've been charged with another crime.

39:45Jensen Huang:Thanks to Governor Hochul and local cops, local crimes.

39:47JD Vance:You gotta let him go. Yes. Do you realize how insane that is? They know they're illegal, they know they've committed crime, and that if ICE checks in, they gotta let them go. And who are you screwing over? Well, you're screwing over that police department, you're screwing over the people of Endicott and Broome County. I went to SUNY Binghamton up there, it's a pretty economically depressed area. These people don't have an awful lot, and they're also being overrun by Peruvian gang members. But the Democrats do not care. So as I said on the show yesterday, and I'm gonna keep driving home, particularly if the Dems win in the midterms.

40:18It's like, you know what, if this is what New York wants, keep bringing all the people in, keep taxing the hell out of these people, keep letting criminals out on the streets, and that will be what New York is. And I guess I just won't go to New York anymore. You know, we're getting a lot of the good restaurants anyway, coming down to Miami. Guess I just won't go to New York anymore. You know, guess I just won't go to Cali anymore. And a lot of people will make those choices. And then I will fight like a motherfucker to make sure that Florida is strong. and that's what any sane person will do in the place that they live.

40:46We probably can't stop a lot of this at the state level because there are people like evil snake person, lizard person, Gavin Newsom, and I think we played this clip for you once before, but here he is admitting that yeah, taxpayer money in Cali goes to funding illegals healthcare. What they will say on Fox News is, why is Gavin Newsom out here in South Carolina? His state is in shambles and he's not serving the people of South Carolina. Well, I mean - I mean, he's serving the people of California, excuse me. I think they deserve more than a$7.25 minimum wage here. I think they deserve more than a governor who refuses to expand Medicaid.

41:17We not only expanded Medicaid, but we only stayed in America providing universal health care regardless of pre-existing condition, ability to pay, and your immigration status. I know how offensive that is to people, and I get how controversial that is. We delivered that. Yeah, because you're stealing from citizens to give services to people who shouldn't be here in the first place. And oh yeah, we did universal health care. And it's just like, okay, does it work? Are people getting great healthcare in California? I don't think so. And ironically, this man who is worth at least$30 million, who has destroyed everything he's ever touched except his own bank account, he's realizing what the fuel, there's his winery, that's Plump Jack Winery.

41:56He's got about, I think it's about 30 acres up in Sonoma there and they didn't close during COVID even though he closed a whole bunch of other wineries and he had dinner at French Laundry with a bunch of lobbyists indoors while he was locking everybody else down. But he sees the future of the Democrat Party and the Democrat Party is, well, their future is socialist. So here he is with more BS. This issue around democracy and the issue of around democratizing our economy, to me, are the same issue. And it's foundational at this moment. Capitalism as we know it, and I'm not arguing for nostalgia and I'm not arguing for socialism.

42:37but I'm not arguing for capitalism as we know it. It's just not working. Thank you for all of those words and the doublespeak. Capitalism is working and to whatever extent you don't think it's working or you think there's bad actors or it's not so great, it's still the best of all the systems. Capitalism is freedom. Oh, I made a little money. I decide what I want to do with my money and this person has a service that I like and we're going to exchange it freely as opposed to socialism, which is centralized control, and the government will give you a little stuff. Thank you, government. Thank you so much.

43:11And you might even be able to make some sane argument around socialism at the most micro level, except the fact that they're also opening the borders, flooding this country with illegals, giving them stuff, endlessly punishing the people who produce, and on top of everything else, AI is coming and it's going to replace whatever jobs those people were supposed to have. Let's talk about Rumble Wallet, and then we will show you a very ugly woman. This is a paid advertisement from Rumble Wallet. How much control do you really have over your money? Crypto is changing how we make financial transactions and Rumble Wallet makes getting started simple.

Again, that's Rubin10 to claim your$10 in U.S. Stablecoin. All right, you know this lady, Pramia Jaya Paul.

44:21She won most likely to scare small children in bad lighting, I think, for what, three years in a row? It was 23 to or 22 to 25. And then maybe Maxine Waters won it one year or something. Anyway, here she is, someone who has opened up the borders, who has fought every sane policy of Donald Trump. Here she is claiming that Democrats actually do want to stop people from being murdered. I thank all of our witnesses and the families for being here today. And I express my condolences for the tremendous losses that you have suffered. Every one of my colleagues on the Democratic side agrees with Republicans.

44:56that we as a committee should do everything possible to prevent these deaths. I already cursed once today, so I'm not going to do it again. But lady, you're for open borders. You're for sanctuary cities. You're for revolving doors at prisons. You, the Democrats, the... Tight margins, tough conditions, relentless pressures. At Golden Harvest, we know your challenges don't slow down, but then neither do we. Backed by Syngenta R &D and innovations like Durastack trait technology, we pair locally tested solutions with seed advisor expertise to deliver real results on your acres. Because when it comes to next-gen technology, we've got it in the bag.

45:40See what's next at goldenharvestseeds.com. Durastack hybrids now available for the 2027 season. Progressives have created all of those problems. So that was this week. That was at a hearing this week. She's offering condolences to people for the very problems she created. Let's not forget that back in June of 26, there was a congressional hearing where they had victims. So people, it was largely parents of children who had been killed by illegals. And she did not even wanna hear from them anymore because they had a couple other meetings on that. This dismissive, Connor, play the video before I say the word.

46:15Unfortunately, this hearing is, it's the fourth time in this committee that we've had a hearing on sanctuary cities. the fourth time. And there's many other things that we could be doing other than this. She said that right in front of the family members of people who have been killed. Oh, you poor wench. You had to sit there in four meetings because you have so many important things to do. So many important things to do. Grotesque. So that is one side of the aisle. And then, as I always say, the Republicans are not great, but they are not completely insane. And actually, for the most part in the Trump administration, they're pretty good.

46:57This is Kash Patel talking about what we have done as it relates to reduction in murder rate in the country and taking out some of the most wanted people that we've been looking for. In 2025, according to the Uniform Crime Report, we delivered the largest reduction in the murder rate in the history of America. We, the FBI, captured more than two and a half times the number of the top 10 most wanted fugitives on the FBI's list from the prior administration. In fact, Mr. Chairman, I'm proud to announce today, and I hate to correct you, we haven't captured nine of the top 10 most individuals on our list.

47:35We've captured 10. Just this past weekend, we captured a thug down in Venezuela who was on our most wanted list and on the run for years. He has been captured, apprehended, and is on his way back to the United States of America. That's 10 of 10. Nobody in the FBI history has done that. I mean, that is something else. We're actually capturing the most wanted people and finding them no matter where they are. That is pretty damn good. But OK, so we've got Democrats who offer condolences for the people whose children they allowed to be killed. Then I just showed you Republicans cleaning up the streets, getting the worst of the worst criminals.

48:12But let's contrast this with potentially future Democrats that could be in office very soon. We've got Egyptian Abdul al-Sayed out of Michigan. He's part of the Palestine Party. And here he is asked whether he's aligned with the far left-ems who want to abolish the police, prisons, and the border. Abdul, you talk about danger. Obviously, your opponent uses that word a lot when talking about you. You talk about the aspersions from a racial and ethnic background. But a lot of times they're talking about policy. the danger of engaging with someone who may be socialist. And I asked you here on this stage just a few months ago in July, whether you're a socialist, you said I'm a capitalist who understands how capitalism works.

48:53But what about the DSA? They haven't endorsed you, but do you have deep alignments with value when it comes to what the DSA... You know, Rup, at the end of the day, I know I'm here to answer questions, but I was going to tell you I'm not a part of the organization. I don't know why you want to ask me those questions. I'm not asking if you're a part of the support that they give you, right? Let me speak to capitalism. Ah, well, he didn't ask you if you're a part of the organization, because you don't have to join it to believe all the things. But what that the DSA stands for do you not believe?

49:20You do want open borders. You have talked about MDing the prisons. Like, you've been part of that entire thing. And it's interesting. Do we have the picture? It's because, like, these guys, that's the Egyptian border wall with Gaza. Now, he is Egyptian. He owns, I think, over a million dollars worth of property in Egypt. He seems he's running basically on just a pro-Palestine platform, which he could basically turn Michigan into little Palestine. That's what they're doing anyway. But it's funny, why not ask Egypt, your home country? How about you get out there? You care about the Palestinians so much?

49:54How about ask Egypt to take that wall down? Those Israelis are so mean. They're so freaking mean. You could just let them wander into Sinai, which is completely empty. I've been there, it's completely empty. You could save everybody. But you know why you won't do that? because if you went out there and said, Egypt should let Palestinians in, you'd get killed next time you went to Egypt because the Egyptians don't give a crap about the Palestinians either. You people are all frauds and liars. Speaking of frauds and liars, here's New York Times editor Mara Gay. We haven't played one from her for a while.

50:25And she is very, very excited. They're all drooling. They're chops. They just got dripping with the, because they want to arrest everybody who had anything to do with Donald Trump but they're going to do it very soon. If the Democrats do take control of Congress in the midterms, there need to be hearings. There are people who need to go to jail. And I don't think that that is an exaggeration. I don't think that's hyperbole. You know, being an ICE agent, for example, does not give you carte blanche to break the law. No. And by the way, shoot people down in the street. Or shoot people in the street.

51:00Execution stuff. Any of these cases stand. That's right. And those individual ICE agents, they have bosses, they have commanders, they have people who are setting this policy. And we are going to have to have, if not a truth and reconciliation commission after all this, we're going to have to have some serious accountability. I've warned them in real time. Yeah. So you see the impulses with these people. They want to arrest everybody. Why do they want to arrest them? She's not sure. But show me the man. I'll show you the crime. That's what these people are interested in doing, okay? They want to make it so that people will jump ship from Trump as soon as possible.

51:36They will put them all up in clown courts. This is exactly what happened with the scarecrow in Dark Knight Rises, and you will be sent off to walk on the ice, and it will not work out well for you. Of course, Mara Gay there, who's much better pundit than Mara Bisexual, in a New York Times interview with Andrew Yang, she asked him this question. I thought this was quite interesting. Over the years, you've built your brand by frequently doing radio and other appearances with right-wing media personalities. At times, you said the Democratic Party should gravitate away from identity politics. You've supported automating fast food workers at times.

52:13Why appear on shows like The Dave Rubin Show, who regularly hosts white supremacists? Well, first off, lady, there is no show called The Dave Rubin Show. I asked her to retract that and correct that simple mistake. She did not do that. New York Times did not do that. We contacted them directly. And that I regularly host white supremacists. Can we get the list on that? Can we just grok the list of white supremacists I've had on the show? These people are all profoundly absurd. But once again, we're doing a little compare and contrast situation. So from insane to sane, here is JD Vance pointing out that again, you don't have to love the Republicans.

52:55You don't have to think they're right on everything. You might think they make all sorts of mistakes, but look over there. Those people are a walking mental institution.

53:04JD Vance:Even if you don't agree with us on every issue, the other party is consumed by craziness. They're consumed by people who want to steal everything, who want to give the country over to illegal aliens and criminals. They actively brag about it. So to the American people, I'd say, send these people packing. Put them in the mental hospital. do not put them in Congress, because even if you don't agree with us on every policy issue, at least we're motivated by common sense and American interests. They're just motivated by left-wing interest groups and radicalism, and they're gonna do a very bad job if we give them.

53:38That is completely right. And look, I don't know if in the remaining six weeks to the midterms that that message, maybe it's not sexy enough in a weird way, because it's basically like, they're nuts, we're not nuts, please vote for us. But it is true. and Trump's gonna have to figure out how to bumper sticker that thing. And believe me, this AI thing is not going away for the next six weeks. I just have this real strong feeling there's gonna be some strange false flag related to tech and AI or something with robots. Like we are just gonna have to make better arguments for the next six weeks. These people have a horrible track record related to everything.

54:13The fact that we showed you today and it took us two seconds to find it, because of AI, because of Grok, that video of six years ago, Bernie saying, We have six years, six or seven years with climate change. And now he's back, except his hair is a little bit crazier, going, AI is going to kill us. They've just moved on to the next thing. They just want the crisis so you will hand over liberty to their control. It is not more complex than that. They're awful. They're horrible. But not everybody is. Here's Ron DeSantis on Hannity last night explaining what's going on here. Midterm elections are a little bit different than the presidential elections.

54:49Usually there's a swing to the party out of power. And part of it is just the psychology of voters. I mean, think about it. President Trump came in and there were four years of an open border. And within one week, he fixed it. He ended the problem. The problem is, is voters aren't now going to rush and vote Republican because President Trump closed the border his first week in office. It's just not the way it goes. There's a different issue set that comes in. And I think this is a different midterm than the normal ones, because, yes, there are swings back and forth. You don't want to swing to the DSA.

55:23You're swinging, if you do that, to a group of people that are rejecting the founding principles of this country and are going to take our country in a direction that it'll be very difficult to recover from. So this is not your father's or grandfather's Democrat party. This is a very militant party now, and they can't be trusted with power. Every word of that is correct. And he's also illustrating what's going on in the minds of voters. So most people, I'm not talking about the craziest, radical, lefty nutbag, but let's say even the nominal liberal, maybe they never wanted to admit it, but they are happy the border is closed and they don't want rapists and murderers running around their communities.

56:03But now of course they don't wanna say Donald Trump did it because they wanna get invited to the party at the thing. So, but what he's saying there is you have to remind people, Nobody right now, there's very few people right now that will get, it won't matter is the point, is his point, it won't matter in six weeks. Will Donald Trump close the border and we stop that flood of 10 to 20 million people? It just won't matter because there's a different set of issues. I think that's exactly what he said. AI is now, they've realized, they ran out of juice. This is what it seems like to me. They had their BLM thing for a while.

56:36They had COVID thing for a while. They had climate change was going on for a long time. For the last two plus years, they've had the Palestine thing going. All these things have run out of juice. They're filled with lies, they're filled with anti-American authoritarian impulses, they ran on gender stuff, like you get it, right? And it just stopped working. So magically, six weeks before the election, the same people that told you COVID was gonna kill you and climate change was gonna kill you are now telling you the robots are going to kill you. And I will tell you, I for one, will welcome our robot overlords if it's a choice between them or Bernie Sanders.

57:12And I hope you will too. We've got a post-game show in 30 seconds at rubinreport.locals.com.

57:23.com. Goodbye. Must do all we can to stop AI. AI is the new front in fighting the oligarchy. The frontier models Elon Musk, world's richest. We need the Green New Deal. Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha ha. Thank you.
