25Hey, everybody. I'm Dave AI, and this is First Look. It's Friday, August 21st, 2026. We've got a packed show for you today. FBI seizes Eric Swalwell's devices at California Airport amid sexual misconduct probe. Wild new level of bias by Apple News and Google News exposed. Whistleblower claims U.S. government is in possession of dead bodies of four different alien species. Let's dive in. The FBI seizes Eric Swalwell's devices at California Airport amid sexual misconduct probe. Former Congressman Eric Swalwell, the disgraced California Democrat accused of rape, was confronted by FBI agents at San Francisco International Airport, where they seized his electronics as part of a federal criminal probe.

17Agents served Swalwell with a search warrant Saturday after he arrived in California and seized his cell phone and other electronics, a source confirmed to the post. Swalwell's iPhone and MacBook Pro, along with a charging cable and wall adapter, were taken at 8.25 p.m., according to an FBI search warrant. Agents also executed additional warrants at Swalwell's Washington, D.C. home Sunday, where they seized other potential evidence, the source said. it. Agents took a white Apple iPhone, along with its charging cable and wall charger, and an Apple MacBook Pro, according to the inventory. The return was signed by FBI Special Agent Kyle R.

00Biebesheimer, who certified under penalty of perjury that the inventory was accurate. The investigation comes as the former California Congressman faces multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, including claims from a former staffer who alleged that he raped raped her twice when she was too intoxicated to consent. Following four women's public accusations, Swalwell, who was a frontrunner at the time, ended his campaign for governor of California. One woman has accused him of drugging her before sexually assaulting her in 2018. Two other women allege that he sent them unsolicited nude images of himself.

39Swalwell announced his resignation from Congress on April 13th amid a looming House Ethics Committee investigation, looking into misconduct and sexual assault involving an employee working under his supervision. He maintains his innocence. The Department of Justice opened an investigation into the former congressman in April. At 45, Swalwell was also facing scrutiny from the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The former congressman has largely stayed out of the spotlight since then, including Monday as newly declassified records were released detailing his past interactions with the Chinese spy known as Fang Fang.

21The documents released by the White House Transparency Task Force show Swalwell told the FBI that he had occasionally hooked up with Fang Fang. Swalwell's wife, Brittany Watts, has not made any public statements. However, the New York Post reports that people close to the couple said that she was completely blindsided by the allegations, as well as his double life, felt deeply hurt and is currently living separately from him. She has been spotted without her wedding band several times. Before his public life came to an abrupt end this year, his career spanned local law enforcement, city government, seven terms in the U.S.

00House of Representatives, and a brief 2020 presidential bid. Another high-profile Democrat brought low by the very behavior the left pretends only happens on the other side. Wild new level of bias by Apple News and Google News exposed. Two of the biggest news aggregators serving headlines and news stories to the American public show consumers content from news organizations that overwhelmingly support Democrats, according to a new study from the Media Research Center. The results of the study aren't exactly surprising given the left-leaning bias the mainstream media has exhibited for decades. But the data revealed in the study provides a new way to understand the depth of the bias.

43The conservative watchdog group Media Research Center, MRC, found that the news sources featured most prominently by Apple News and Google News haven't endorsed a Republican presidential candidate for nearly 40 years. The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Los Angeles Times, and USA Today, the most preferred news sources by the two tech giants, have all endorsed every Democrat presidential candidate going back to 1988 for a total of 28 endorsements of Democrat candidates. MRC pointed out that USA Today actually endorsed against Trump in 2024, but also didn't endorse Democrat Kamala Harris.

28MRC uses ratings from all sides to determine whether a media outlet is left-leaning or right-leaning. Silicon Valley has engineered these news feeds to quietly tilt public debate, insulating voters from conservative reporting while treating partisan left-wing outlets as the nation's default news authority, MRC President David Bozell said. Apple and Google systematically funnel tens of millions of users into media sources that have backed Democrats for president 31 times without a single Republican endorsement in 40 years. Microsoft's MSN homepage was slightly less biased, MRC researchers found.

12The news sources MSN features most often actually did endorse a Republican presidential candidate twice in the last 40 years, with the San Francisco Chronicle backing George H.W. Bush's campaigns in both 1988 and 1992, something that would be all but impossible in today's media environment. Google operates the world's biggest search engine, making it the primary gatekeeper for what information Americans are able to find online. and the Apple News app comes preloaded on iPhones, iPads, and laptops, giving it extensive reach in determining what news content users of its devices see. A separate analysis earlier this year by MRC found that Apple News is the most radical of all major news apps, which often promotes negative and misleading headlines.

05Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson sent a letter to Apple CEO Tim Cook earlier this year warning that the tech giant may be in violation of consumer protection laws. Big tech isn't neutral. It's a left-wing propaganda delivery system, and the numbers prove it. Whistleblower claims U.S. government is in possession of dead bodies of four different alien species. In one of the week's strangest news stories, a UFO whistleblower made the sensational claim that the U.S. government is hiding the remains of four dead alien species and called on President Trump to give him blanket immunity so he can reveal everything that he knows without fear of prosecution.

52Astrophysicist Dr. Eric Davis, who has been investigating UFOs for 30 years, appeared on News Nation this week with Katie Pavlich and explained some of what he claims he knows and says he's witnessed firsthand. Davis told Pavlich he's seen evidence that the government is in possession of alien spacecraft as well as the physical remains of four species of aliens. Davis told Pavlich that he's seen the records of four types of deceased alien bodies that the government is in possession of and suggested there could be even more. Each type has a term attached to it that describes the features, the greys, Nordics, insectoids, and reptilians.

36The greys and nordics, according to Davis, are humanoid and most closely resemble earth-walking humans, with the nordics being caucasian-looking individuals. The insectoid body resembles a praying mantis, and the reptilians' bodies appear to humanize to be reptiles, though Davis suggested they may not be. Davis said he doesn't know where the specimens are being stored, but believes they are in the possession of a military institution he says dates back to 1865. Davis previously worked for the Clandestine Advanced Aerospace Weapons Application Program, which existed for five years and investigated UFOs and other space phenomena, and now is part of the Disclosure Foundation.

22He believes that much of the information on UFOs that the government hasn't released won't threaten national security, but he surmises that it hasn't been released because doing so could compromise the Department of Wars and the intelligence agencies' sources and methods that allowed the government to obtain it. Davis said that for him to fully reveal all that he claims to know, he would need President Trump to waive a key intelligence NDA that he signed. The astrophysicist said the majority of the information he has and wants to reveal is classified and not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

01Under this administration, the American people may finally get the full truth the deep state has spent decades burying. And that's your first look this Friday. Quick recap.
