In short
Dave Rubin discusses U.S. and California politics, arguing Democrats are undermining constitutional limits and “black political representation” via redistricting and institutional changes (Supreme Court expansion, Electoral College abolition, DC statehood). He also contrasts this with what he frames as Republican “backbone,” and highlights Los Angeles homelessness, drug use, and wildfire politics, including Spencer Pratt’s mayoral bid.
Guest backgrounds
No guests appear in the transcript excerpt. Rubin mentions past or upcoming conversations with public figures (e.g., Larry Elder, Dr. Drew, Billy Bush, Howie Mandel) but does not present them as guests for this episode.
Key claims
Virginia Democrats tried to reinstate a congressional map via referendum; Rubin says courts rejected it as unconstitutional. He claims SCOTUS rulings against race-based redistricting will hurt Democrats’ “race-gerrymandering” strategy. He argues Democrats’ “no bad ideas” brainstorm shows radical plans (Electoral College changes, Supreme Court reform/expansion, multi-member districts, Puerto Rico/DC statehood). On LA, he portrays Gavin Newsom and Mayor candidates as failing on homelessness, meth/fentanyl, and wildfire preparedness.
Notable examples
Steve Cohen retiring after Tennessee Republicans redraw Memphis districts; clips quoting Pete Buttigieg, Ro Khanna, and Mike Johnson; Gavin Newsom “break the glass scenario” comment; West Hollywood crosswalk with trans imagery; Spencer Pratt vs. LA establishment (The View clips); claims about Medi-Cal fraud and Medi-Cal dental linkage for unhoused people.

You know, sometimes it looks great, but then you cook it and it just doesn't have that flavor or freshness you expect. So finding something reliable has made a huge difference. Wild Alaskan Company really changed that for me. It's the best way to receive high-quality, wild-caught seafood delivered right to your door on your schedule. The first box I got was super easy to use. Everything comes individually portioned and vacuum sealed, so there's no guesswork. I cooked that wild Alaskan sockeye salmon just in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and it turned out fantastic.
0:34Clean flavor, great texture, and didn't feel like frozen fish at all. I've also tried the wild Pacific cod, which I love. It's light and flaky and really easy to work in when you need a quick dinner. What stood out is that the fish is quick frozen right after it's caught in Alaska, so it locks in that freshness along with the nutrients like omega-3s, and it's clean. no GMOs, no antibiotics, no additives, and it supports sustainable fishing and Alaskan fishermen. They're so confident in the quality that there's 100 % satisfaction, money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in trying it. Go to wildalaskan.com slash Rubin for$35 off your first order of premium wild-caught seafood.

1:52This is an app where they plot the human feces. We gonna do maximum warfare against Republicans. You hit one of these people, that's their fault for impinging on you. All right, let's go eat some Chick-fil-A. Why are we mainstreaming delusion? Forget about the disrespect. Facts don't care about your feelings. Somebody wants you to do a Trump impersonation. What does he do? So, Mark Carney went to a Vancouver Pride parade. I... I'm just trying to get comfortable. Hey, up there in the Negro balcony, can you see how comfortable I am with the trans and LGBT plus? It was gay. And gay. We're right now.
2:34Can we get the translation on that one? We can. He's like, dude, I'll do Chinese. I can't do Somali. Thank you. God bless you. I love you. Sir, this is a window. Start with the obvious. Yay.
3:01All right, guys, we are back in action here in the free state of Florida. Hallelujah. I'm home. I could not be happier to be home. It's May 18th, 2026. This is the Rubin Report. You know all that. I'm Dave Rubin. And okay, okay, just quick reminder in case you didn't watch that little promo video, we did, daverubin.com slash events if you wanna come to the big show in Miami and the Fillmore on June 11th. And yes, I am very happy to be back in town. And I saw a lot of messages. You guys missed me last week when I wasn't in studio. And I do have to say, I miss doing the show when I'm not doing it.
3:38But I was bouncing around between LA for a couple days and then New York City for a couple days doing all sorts of promos and press for the big show we're doing. and then just connecting with a lot of my old cast of characters. I think we have a couple of pictures here. There's Corolla. There's Larry Elder. It's just always so great to see Larry. And we had dinner that night. There's my buddy, Dr. Drew. We've got Billy Bush, who I had a great, really, really great conversation with Billy Bush. We had never met before. I loved, loved chatting with him. So we'll post some clips of that. Howie Mandela actually didn't do a show this time, but we got to just hang for a little bit.
4:11And that picture in the middle there, I did... I don't even know how to describe this thing. I did the Jubilee, what's it called? Surrounded thing, which is a big thing on the computer machine for the kids. And they basically take one sane person and then they surround them with 20 lunatics. In my case, it was like MAGA guy verse 20 far left. And it was kids, they were all in their early 20s. I have never experienced that level of hatred. I get hate online and that's one thing and you can just ignore it or mute it or block it. to sit in a room with 20 people who I honestly believe most of them would have killed me if given the opportunity.
4:50And they all had that kind of joker smile, like they're smiling at you and you know it means they hate you. It was really, really bananas. I think I did a nice job. I'm sure some things are gonna go viral, but it was really, it's quite an experience. Have any of you ever sat in a room where the whole thing was set up just to have 20 people surround you who hate you? Has that ever, nobody did that for a birthday or anything? It was an odd thing, but I voluntarily did that. Anyway, the trip really was great. We did a ton of press. I was supposed to do Gutfeld on Friday, but then because of all the Trump China stuff, his Thursday show got pushed to Friday, so I didn't do Gutfeld, did a couple things on Fox Biz, but then this was absolutely nuts.
5:27So I board the plane after this long trip, and I'm tired, we had a red-eye flight that I didn't sleep on, boarding the flight to come home. I'm getting on the jetway there, and I see this tweet. Dave Rubin gave him the job. F you Rubin, you effing douchebag. Give Rubin a loud boo next time you see him. Now I kid you not when I saw that, you can leave it up for a second. I kid you not when I saw that, I thought I was having like a stroke or where I was dreaming. I had the weirdest three second, like is reality real moment. What I quickly realized when I scrolled up is that Elon Musk was talking about the former head of the, I believe, Academy Awards, David Rubin, who's a well-known casting director in Hollywood, who's instituted a lot of the DEI stuff.
6:16He was not talking about me, and then fortunately, God bless Elon, he then followed up because he saw all hell was breaking loose and people were saying horrible things to me. The most influential man in the world outside of Trump basically says, take out Dave Rubin. He wrote, in case it's not already obvious, Dave Rubin of Rubin Report is cool as he cares about the truth. The other Dave Rubin of Academy Awards needs to fix the mess he's made. So anyway, it seemed like a kind of fitting way to get on a plane and come home. And yes, I'm really happy to be back. All right, let's get cracking, guys.
6:47We got a lot going on in the country right now. We're doing a little more of granular American politics. A bit across the pond, the UK had their big Unite the Kingdom rally via my friend Tommy Robinson, and they're showing a little fight, so that's great. But most of what we are doing is domestic American stuff. And yes, we will dive right in with, yeah, the left are loony type things. This is interesting. We will start in Virginia, where, as you know, about, what, two, three weeks ago, Virginia voted on a referendum to take their six to five Democrat lead in the congressional map, six to five, in a 50-50 state, basically, and they wanted to change it.
7:26They voted to change it to 10 to one. The Virginia Supreme Court then said, no, the whole mechanism behind how you guys did this was against our constitution and rejected it. Well, you know the Democrats, they only like rules when the rules are going in their favor. So they've been pulling out all of the stops to figure out how to reinstate the map. I should mention that subsequently, as you know, Florida then was like, all right, if you guys are gonna do this nonsense, we're gonna do it. Florida now has picked up four Republican seats and overall it looks like by the time we get to the mid turns, the Republicans will get 10 extra seats nationwide because the Democrats have just tried to push something that most people know is kind of nonsensical and in some cases actually anti-constitutional in the state that they are in.
8:10Anyway, listen to this from the New York Times because the Democrats in Virginia would not let go. Supreme Court rejects Virginia Democrats' efforts to reinstate new voting map. State officials had asked the justices to step in and allow the state to use a congressional map in the midterms that was drawn by Democrats and recently approved by voters. The Supreme Court on Friday rejected an emergency request by Democratic officials in Virginia to use a newly approved congressional district map in the midterms that would give their party an edge. Instead, the justices declined to overturn a recent decision by the Virginia Supreme Court, striking down the map, a ruling that dealt a major blow to the Democrats in nationwide redistricting fight.
8:50The one sentence emergency order by the justices did not give a vote count or provide reasoning for the decision, which is typical in such rulings. No dissents were noted. The Supreme Court's ruling blocking the map wipes out nearly four new drawn Democrat-leaning House districts in Virginia and was the latest in a string of election-related decisions that the justices have weighed in on in recent months. So, okay, so the Democrats tried this via referendum. It was against the Virginia Constitution. The court said no. Democrats tried something again. And courts once again said no. all to the backdrop of a state that was 51-49 in Democrats' favor.
9:33So it quite literally had the fairest congressional map in the biz. The other thing that happened, and we're gonna tie all these things together, the other thing that happened over the last couple of weeks related to maps is that the Supreme Court of the United States, in the previous story, we're talking about the Virginia Supreme Court, but in the Supreme Court of the United States, SCOTUS, they ruled that race cannot be the predominant factor when you're drawing congressional maps. And everyone should be for that, right? The maps should be colorblind. They can be based on geography or patterns of where people live, et cetera, et cetera, but not on race.
10:05That would be, I would say, antithetical to the founding documents of the United States. I'll just clean it up for you totally. The SCOTUS ruling found that race cannot be the predominant factor in drawing congressional districts. The decision could force changes to several majority black districts created through race-based redistricting. So the Democrats are very upset by this because the way congressional maps have been drawn in certain places, such as Louisiana and Tennessee and others, is that they've basically kept black people in these little pockets. And then these pockets always go Democrat.
10:39Now, sometimes they vote for white people and sometimes they vote for black people, as they should, because it shouldn't matter what the color of the skin of the guy or gal you're voting for is. It should matter what their thoughts are. But because they are not going to do this anymore and it is going to hurt Democrats because their whole game is keeping people, you know, in these little buckets of race, Democrats are freaking out. So here's Pete Buttigieg, Gavin Newsom, Ayanna Pressley, Cory Booker, and of course, we're all racist. Last month, you called Republican efforts to redistrict cheating.
11:14Are Democrats also cheating? Well, let's be very clear about what's going on right now, which is a systematic effort to dismantle black political representation in the House of Representatives. What we're seeing amounts to the biggest reversal of black political power since the Voting Rights Act itself. This is Jim Crow 2.0. It's sick. Stone-cold racism in a scale I never thought I'd see in my lifetime. Never have seen in my lifetime. It's all happening. Bring us back to a pre-1960s world. It's jaw-dropping what's happening. I have to just tell the truth. There are people in this hostile anti-black administration that would rather black Americans pick cotton than pick the president.
11:59It's overt. We know exactly the end they're trying to create, which is a removal in some states completely of black representation in the House of Representatives. We'll have a bit on that black representation in just a second. And of course, everything they said there was a lie. And unless you were racist, you would want the government to remove racial gerrymandering, right? Because we are supposed to be a colorblind society. That lady with the scale outside the courthouses, she's got a blindfold on. Jim Crow, they love Jim Crow. They're always telling us how much Jim Crow. Jimmy, they love this Jim Crow fella.
12:38That's what Gavin Newsom was saying. It's gonna return us to Jim Crow, as you know, guys, and I'll read it so we get it real clear. We've done this before. Jim Crow was a brutal system of state-backed racial oppression that stripped black Americans of basic rights, enforced segregation in schools and businesses, and upheld violent discrimination across the South. Under Jim Crow, black Americans could be jailed, beaten, or even killed for attempting to vote, attend white schools, or challenge segregation. None of those things are applicable here. All the Supreme Court said is we will not factor in race, or you, the states, are not allowed to factor in race when it comes to redistricting.
13:22Now, also, this is sort of hilarious. They seem to be telling you that if you remove race from the redistricting, that black people will not get representation. Several of these people said that about representation. Well, here's one of the guys who will not be running for re-election. thanks to this new map. That's Steve Cohen from Tennessee, black as night, that man right there. Yes, he is very, very black. So for some reason, this black district voted for him and good for them. So it has nothing to do with representation. Here's a bit more on what happened to Steve Cohen after Tennessee Republicans redrew Memphis's majority black congressional district into multiple GOP-leaning seats.
14:03Longtime Democrat Congressman Steve Cohen announced he would not seek re-election, saying the maps were drawn to beat me. Well, why is it, Steve Cohen, that you need maps to be based on race to win an election? And the second they're not based on race, you're going to retire. Sorry, Whitey, your day is done. And you know what? Maybe they'll vote a black guy in. Maybe they'll vote a white guy in. I don't know. We'll find out. But what it all boils down to the Democrats, in essence, beyond that you watching this are a racist and a horrible human and all that kind of stuff, is that there are no bad ideas.
14:42They have no bad ideas. The line I'm always quoting from Jordan Peterson over the years is that the left never knows when the left goes too far. They are afraid to put up any roadblock, right? That's a fundamental difference between being a progressive where you are just progressing towards something, right? They think they're progressing towards utopia, it's usually dystopia that they're taking us to, versus a conservative who says, oh, I must conserve something, and thus baked into the idea of conserving something is not everything belongs here, right? That would be the fundamental difference in the parties at the moment, let's say.
15:15But Kamala Harris, a woman who had a soft coup against a man who had dementia, who was pretending to be president via an auto pen, it is unclear whether she will run for president again, but because the party is in such a state of flux and nobody knows who's in charge or anything, they keep putting her out there. So she did a little Zoom thing. She's got a computer and the Zoom machine, and they had something called the no bad ideas brainstorm. And well, here are some of the ironically bad ideas that the Democrats have. Say, look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas. No bad idea brainstorm is what I'd like to call it.
15:51And in that no bad ideas brainstorm, we talk about what we need to do and think about doing around the electoral college. We talk about the idea of Supreme Court reform, which includes expanding the Supreme Court. We invite a conversation about multi-members districts. Let's talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. Oh, God. Well, those were a bunch of bad ideas, lady. The Electoral College, the whole purpose of the Electoral College originally was set up, and we've done shows on this, and maybe we should do, you know, But we'll do another show with an expert on the Electoral College before November.
16:30We will do one sometime, let's say in September, when I get back after August, to discuss this a little bit further. But the basic idea was that because of huge population centers, you would have people only campaigning there and you would be ignoring huge, huge swaths, most likely the entire middle of the country. That would be a problem. And there's several other reasons for it too. But okay, getting rid of the Electoral College, that's what they wanna do. By the way, Donald Trump would still be president had they done that in the last election, then they wanna pack the Supreme Court. So when the court is not doing what they want, they wanna make sure that they, when they have power, can get in people who will do what they want.
17:04I mean, you could argue that is a complete violation of the separation of powers and checks and balances and everything else, and just try to do the reverse of it. If the Republicans right now were saying, we wanna pack the Supreme Court, because we don't like it, which some Republicans would say the Democrats would be going apoplectic. So the whole point of having principles is you're supposed to have them when it's tough to have them, not when it's easy to have them. And then a few other nonsensical things she has right there. But the reason I show you that clip is there's no real head of the party right now.
17:31It's wildly swinging out of control. The progressives and the commies and the Islamists are taking over and nobody really knows what to do. And that might be scary for you. I was just in LA and New York. Like LA, it is an absolute homeless nightmare. Nightmare. Joey came with me. He had not been to LA since he was 11 years old. He could not believe it. I took him down to Melrose Place. Remember the show Melrose Place? We went right down to Melrose Place. Quite literally, maybe someone can grab it, the Nazi picture. I saw a homeless man who had a swastika on his little movable cart. And that was within the first five minutes of being there.
18:08There were drugs everywhere. New York City, I will give Zorhan a little credit. Although it felt a little more jihadi to me, the drug situation was not as bad. LA, if I was just picking which is worse, LA or New York, LA absolutely is worse on the surface. I think there's something very evil bubbling underneath in New York that's gonna probably explode, but all right, one thing at a time. Anyway, the point of mentioning that is that as these guys go nuts, what is the silver lining here? And I think the silver lining, as we are six months or whatever it is away from the midterms, the silver lining might be the crazier they go, the more violent, the angrier, the more they call us racist, the more they put up Palestinian flags instead of American flags and everything else.
18:52The more they do this and the more we expose them, the more the average person will wake up and realize how out of control they are because 80 % of Americans, I think, at least are decent. These are a vocal minority. Do we have that picture? We've got the, yeah. I mean, this was literally within, this was at about 7 a.m. We got in late night, we woke up, went to get a cup of coffee, and they're like, can I have a cup of coffee? And a swast, I mean, there's so, this picture, This could be picture of the year, truly. It's a swastika on what appears to be, is that a baby carriage, I guess, or like a dog, but let's say it's a baby carriage or a dog carriage.
19:25It's a baby carriage, right? A swastika on the baby carriage. There's an Erewhon bag there. Erewhon costs, Joey bought me one because I have limited funds over here. Do you know about the Erewhon smoothie? I had the Haley Bieber smoothie. It's$21. This guy's getting a$21 smoothie. He's a Nazi, he's homeless, he's drug addict. It's just a lot. Anyway, the point of all of this, guys, is that the more we expose this nonsense before the election, the more decent people will wake up. Here is national treasure, Louisiana Senator John Kennedy on that. No bad ideas. Do you think this is a winner, Senator Kennedy, for the Democrats?
20:03Well, look, I don't have anything against the vice president. I served in the Senate with her. She's a woke-tapus. she's pandering to the loon wing of her party. My Democratic colleagues keep saying we want to destroy democracy and then they go out and try to destroy democracy. This idea of packing the Supreme Court because you don't like the way they're ruling, that's one of those bad ideas that the vice president says don't exist. I mean, that's part of our strategy of operation, let them speak. The more that Vice President Harris and Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez and Mayor Mondani want to talk like they represent the party, which I think they do right now, the better it is for, the worse it is for America, but the better it is for the Republican Party.
21:02Well, that's the line right there. The worse it is for America, meaning the places that these these people have power, New York, Los Angeles, the big blue cities, that will get worse. But maybe the silver lining is, all right, let's see how that runs out. Let's see how New York City runs from him coming in, Mamdami coming in at the beginning of the year, as we roll into the fall. Let's see how that is with no free buses and no free grocery stores and the general feeling of mayhem on the streets. And clearly, you know, we've covered a ton and we'll do a little bit more in a bit about what's going on in Los Angeles and this mayoral race and the rise of Spencer Pratt and everything else.
21:39So maybe the more we expose these guys, I know it's hard to see through the fog when you are online and I include myself in that, but maybe the average person will be like, you know what, I've had just about enough of this and okay, maybe the Republicans aren't great, but they're a hell of a lot better than those whack jobs. Here's about House Speaker Mike Johnson talking about what Kamala said about packing the Supreme Court, that they are just fundamentally trying to alter everything. And this is also where I would say Republicans need to, as an elderly man who I once knew said, get a backbone like a ramrod.
22:15You guys have some power right now. You better use it because when they come in, I'll take them at their word. They will do all these things and then we will be in a much bigger problem. Mike Johnson. It shows you who they are. And for Kamala Harris to say that is very telling. They would blow the system up. These are, you know, I mean, a comment like that shows you these are institutional arsonists. It's a dangerous thing, a dangerous gambit. You don't just blow up the system when you lose. Yeah, you know, I like that line, institutional arsonists. Think about it like this. We're rolling into our 250th anniversary.
22:50That seems old, I suppose. If you were a person and made it to 250, that'd be pretty old. But as a country, we are very, very young, right? Like there are European nations that are over 1 ,000 years old, right, that still exist. the UK over still exists. Well, sort of exists, whatever. But within 250 years of our country, we've had it set up a certain way. Pretty good, I think most people would say. Over time, there were moments where people did not have equal rights, did not have equal voting rights and everything else. We always bent things towards individual rights and human freedom and that's what our system has done as imperfect as the founders, the creators and the system itself was.
23:32They're just humans creating a human system. I believe this is the best, not only the best country, but the best foundational documents and the best system to check human power that there is. The argument that the Democrats are making right now is basically, hey, we right now are so right about everything and our opposition is so evil that we are the ones who should fundamentally alter the system. And of course, the crazy part about that is you could take 250 years in America, Republicans believe this and the Whig party believes that and Democrats believe this and everything else. This is the Democrat party as it stands right now is the most radical anti-American party ever.
24:12And what they are then saying is, we just need to fundamentally alter the system so it bends towards us. Well, guess what guys, a few years after they're able to do that, it basically will not be America anymore. Here is Ro Khanna, a guy that a year ago, You know, representative from from Silicon Valley, a guy a year ago was trying to paint himself as a moderate, but he's gone all in with the wackadoodles. He sees he sees the writing on the wall. He sees the energy. And here he is. Well, here's a couple of them. Here's Ro Khanna. He's on expanding SCOTUS, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, D.C. becoming a state.
24:47And then the Nazi guy, too. He jumped in. Mr. Speaker, the Supreme Court is engaged in an ugly recidivism to deny black political representation in the black in the South. That is why we need to expand the court from nine justices to 13 justices like we have 13 circuits. I like where you're going with this, because what you're saying is D.C. will become the 51st state and we will get two Senate seats. Oh, it's possible. Can I ask you about something else? You wrote in 2018 about armed resistance to fascism. You said, quote, an armed working class is a requirement for economic justice. Historically, fascism has been beaten with armed resistance and conflict.

25:33I mean, World War II was mostly us and the Russians. OK, so that guy is the one with the Nazi tattoo. They've been calling us Nazis. They're literally running a guy with a Nazi tattoo, with an SS tattoo who's pretending he didn't even know what it was. OK, fine. What Ro Khanna said right there is that the Supreme Court is denying black political representation. Not only is that a complete lie, but we just showed you that by making the decision that race cannot be involved in the redistricting, who got the boot, who decided to retire? It was a white guy. But even if what you were saying is true, Ro, how is the answer?
26:09All right, let's pretend what you were saying is true. I'll try with these people. I'll try, I'll try. It's Monday, I'll try. So let's pretend that you're right, that the Supreme Court ruled that black representation is going to be diminished now because of this ruling. I'm Hannah. Couldn't the Supreme Court just get more bad people? Oh, right, because you don't even believe it. What you believe is expand it when we have power so we can get our people on there. You don't even believe what you are saying. which by the way, Pete Buttigieg, when he was on with Dana Bash in the earlier clip, he didn't believe it either. My frustration is not with Pete Buttigieg or any of the Democrats who lie. They lie about literally everything.
27:47My frustration would be with Dana Bash. It's like, lady, how about you say to him, oh, did you know this has nothing to do with black representation? But I know that's a bridge too far. And then of course, Muriel Bowser, DC statehood. Why would the Democrats want DC statehood? Do we have the exact percentage? It's over 90%. Oh, you're not gonna believe this guys. in DC, they voted 90.3 % for Democrats in the last election because that is the seat of power. The whole point of DC is that it shouldn't be a state because people wanted, the founders wanted the representatives to come to DC to do the business and then leave.
28:23And then you'd focus on your own state. The only reason you guys want it to be a state is that we're gonna get you two more senators to push your radical agenda. That's it, that's it. Speaking of radical agendas, we'll talk about Los Angeles in just a second. But first, Prolon. Long work weeks and packed weekends can leave anyone feeling and looking run down. They're not so bad and sure they've got the Nazi guy and sure they're telling you they wanna burn down the institutions and they wanna open the border and they want drugs everywhere. Sure, all that's true, but you're still being, it's a bit much, Dave, settle down.
30:09Unless, Dave, you have a clip that would show how absolutely crazy they are and they're not even hiding it. So in California right now, you know, there's the gubernatorial election for the entire state to replace Gavin Newsom, Lizard Man Gavin Newsom. And then of course there's the mayoral, there's several mayoral races, but the big one obviously is Los Angeles. Now, interestingly, in the governor's race, it could turn out, because of the way the system is run, that there will be, if the top two contenders vote-wise are Republicans, you could end up with two Republicans running against each other.
30:40This is a Democrat stronghold where they have had complete control over the state legislature and the governor and everything else forever, forever. They had Schwarzenegger for a little bit, 25 years ago or whatever it is. And he governed actually more like a Democrat, actually. But watch this clip. This is absolutely crazy. This is the crazy clip of the week. And it's only Monday, not even a half hour into the show. Here is Gavin Newsom saying that if they get two Republicans running, he can figure out a way to deal with it. We all have agencies. We can shape the future. There's still a lot. Look, I've said this before, so I'll repeat it.
31:18I don't anticipate this need to be the case, but there is a break the glass scenario. And there's many people that have a deep understanding of what it would look like if Democrats were locked out and we're gonna do everything to make sure that doesn't happen. I'll leave it there. That is one of the craziest things I have ever heard an elected official say. Donald Trump has never said anything nearly as authoritarian as that. We have agencies to shape the future. That's the swamp, guys. That's the deep state, guys. What are you saying? what agencies do you have in California that can go against the will of the people?
31:54If the top two vote-getters are Republicans, you have agencies that will shape the future. What does that mean? You will rig the election? Is that what you mean? And then we have things to break the glass? What is he talking about? I don't know what he's talking about. That's the crazy part. But that he just gets up there and says, yeah, if the people don't do it the way I want them to do it, which is possible, right? There's a couple decent Republicans. I would put Steve Hilton at the top of that for sure. And maybe because of the dystopian nightmare that you've put these people through for the last decade, many of the good ones have fled, maybe there's gonna be two Republicans at the top and you're gonna make sure that can happen again.
32:33That's mafia 101 stuff. But let's jump over because last week, the main guy right now that everyone's talking about is Spencer Pratt. And let me reiterate it for one more second. I had not been to LA in probably a year or two. we went to West Hollywood. It used to be one of the best areas. Actually, the funny thing, I have a picture of it, but it doesn't matter. You know, West Hollywood, which was a great area, it was just great commerce, it was fun. There were bars and restaurants and everywhere. They used to have the pride flag, just an old fashioned rainbow flag. They have now changed it where the trans triangles are quite literally encroaching on both sides, on the walkway.
33:13So the rainbow thing is being, I'll send it, We'll get it in a little bit in the show. I'll send it to Connor. But literally they're just saying, gays, you're done. The trans monster is coming. It was one thing if the trans thing was coming this way on the flag, it's coming both ways, but that's a minor part of it. There were drugs everywhere. There were homeless everywhere. I kid you not, I saw someone that I knew in the business who was an extremely successful guy who is now a drug addict, like hunched over drug addict. Really, you know who he is. Like sad stuff, guys. This was a wildly successful person who I had dinner with two years ago and he was on the streets, okay?
33:50So Spencer Pratt is coming in, his house burned down, his parents' house burned down, the person across the street was literally burned to death with the fires, that'll wake you up, right? A conservative is just a liberal mug by reality or who's had his house burned down by a Democrat. And now the machine is going all in on trying to destroy this guy. Here, oh yeah, we're doing it. Here are the ladies of The View, here's Whoopi. And she doesn't like Pratt because he doesn't have a plan, even though he keeps pointing out that he does have a plan. He's not the answer. But here's the thing. Nobody, you know, they have bitched about these wildfires as long as I've lived in California.
34:25It's always been a problem. But what I don't like is if you don't have any solutions that have not been already tried, or if you're throwing shade on people saying she diverted water from this place. I mean, you have to have some idea of what needs to be done. A lot of people were affected by those wildfires. A lot of my friends, a lot of people you know, lost everything. So this is not, you know, let's do an AI video. This is real stuff. This is people's lives. I'm trying to find the picture of the trans thing. We'll see if we can find it. Whoopi, no one's laughing about this. Ha ha, let's do an AI video.
35:10We showed you some of those AI videos. By the way, the AI videos are not coming from his campaign. They're coming from other people who are using AI in the most brilliant way to expose the hypocrisy of you people, but if you're concerned about, she goes, also, it's so dismissive. These people have been bitching about the fires. Yeah, you might bitch about a fire if your house and your parents' house burns down, right? Like, so you're dismissing it, but also why isn't he the solution? If you're admitting, Whoopi, that people have been bitching about this, you're admitting that there's a problem, why would the solution be vote for the same lady?
35:44You just don't like Spencer Pratt because I'm not even saying Spencer Pratt is in a perfect world. Is he the most qualified person to do this? Like I don't need a lifetime politician, right? There's very few people that are lifetime politicians that do great things. I would put Ron DeSantis as kind of a lifetime. He had a military background before that, but like his career, congressman to governor, all-star politician. But I'd rather have more Trump-like people. I'd like to have people who build things, who are businessmen, who understand commerce to do things. So I'm not sitting here saying, my God, Spencer Pride is the most brilliant human being ever.
36:19What I am saying is he is the counterbalance to your lunacy and having been there for three days, where quite literally, when I stood on corners, I was making sure that I wasn't too close to the street because there were just homeless people muttering behind you and they might stab you or push you into the street. I'm not making this up. And by the way, this was mostly on the Hollywood side of things. You go into the Valley and for some reason, things were a little bit better there. But the point is, why not? Why not choose him? And he has, by the way, laid out a plan of what they would do better with wildfires and how they would get homeless people off the streets.
36:51And it's not just about throwing them into homeless shelters and giving them beds. That doesn't solve anything. And as he pointed out, he would like less nakedness on the street, which I did see too. I should have been wearing clothes that morning, but it was a long, I was just, yeah, I just needed my coffee. Here is Sunny Hostin, and she's upset that he's not qualified, which is absolutely hilarious relative to some of the people that they support. I think you're talking about qualifications, right? Yeah. And the problem that I have with someone like Spencer Pratt throwing his hat into this particular ring as L.A.
37:25mayor, we're talking about a$14.9 billion budget for the city. It's the second largest city budget in the country. And he is not qualified for it. and we see what happens when people are not qualified for their jobs. You know, it's funny. There is no doubt in my mind that if and when AOC runs for president, that Sonny Hostin is going to support her. But AOC's job before she was congresswoman was bartender. She was a bartender. Do we have a picture of? There she is. I think that's, is that AI? I don't know. Look at her. Bartending. By the way, bartending is a perfectly legitimate job. I've been a bartender and I've been a server and everything else.
38:09That's perfectly fine. But you will have no problem when AOC runs for president and all her qualifications were bartender before she was basically a character that was created to become this congresswoman and everything else. But again, I already addressed the thing as it pertains to Pratt. I'm not telling you he is the most qualified in the traditional sense. What I'm telling you is in the most effed up city, maybe in the United States right now, we'd have to go to San, I'm not going to San Francisco. Hey, Connor, you wanna go? Send you for a day just to see what's going on. But like in perhaps the most effed up city in America right now, they need change.
38:43And this guy represents change. Or you could vote for this lady, a woman who literally was in Ghana, even though they told her that the San Diana winds were coming and that the reservoirs were empty. A woman who was allowed for the criminality, the meth, the super meth. Super meth is a real thing, by the way. I talked about it with Dr. Drew. It's not just a thing where they're like another super meth. It's an actual thing. The fentanyl the general everything was closed everywhere and Also, they're gonna give homeless people new teeth so that they can get jobs Also on homelessness at the pantry earlier this week you were talking about comprehensive health care for the unhoused And you talked about how many of the unhoused because of their meth use lose their teeth.
39:25That's right Who would pay for the dental care so or the unhoused? When I say comprehensive health care, it's actually what people can get from Medi-Cal. The problem is that the linkage isn't made with the people and the services. So that would be taxpayers? Well, we already pay for it. It's already paid for. It's the linkage that hasn't happened. The reaction to that, though, was why isn't the mayor doing more to address the meth use in the first place? What are you doing to address the drug use? Oh, 100%. You know, come to think of it, I should do something about the meth use. I'm telling you guys, there was meth and fentanyl everywhere.
40:05Just a sidebar for one second before we get to the tea thing. So we do have a picture of that crosswalk in West Hollywood. So it used to be just the rainbow flag. By the way, I'm not for putting rainbow flags or anything else. How about you just have a crosswalk and people just cross the street without thinking about who they're gonna sleep with that night, that would be one way to do it. But look at that, you can see just the portion of it, but the trans flag is actually enveloping and ensconcing the gay flag, because the point is the trans movement is wildly anti-gay, sidebar. Anyway, as for the free teeth for the meth people, now I suppose that is true.
40:36You're doing a lot of meth. I don't know how it exactly happens that your teeth fall out. Is it just that you're not brushing your teeth a lot and then whatever? But okay, so you're doing a lot of meth. Can we get a meth expert on the show? And your teeth start falling out. So now you have no teeth in your meth. I'm a meth guy now and I don't have any teeth, but I do wanna get that job. I wish I had some teeth. Now the city will come in apparently and give you teeth. Now let's say that that's okay, but now you have to think about it a little bit further than that. There are plenty of regular non-meth people who might have a snaggle tooth, like what's her name, the lesbo from Sex and the City.
41:09I always forget her name, Cynthia Nixon, that evil woman. Maybe she wants to get that thing corrected. You might have somebody with a simple gap in the tooth. You might have somebody that, you know, when I was a kid, the babysitter whacked me over the head with a pillow. I smashed my front teeth into the formica around the bed. These are porcelain, these two right here. Now, why would the taxpayer have to pay for the guy who's smoking the meth? I don't even know what would be the signal to smoke meth. This was more of a joint, but I had no teeth. The taxpayers are gonna pay for it. Or then the taxpayers should pay for everyone's teeth, right?
41:42This is simple third grade birthday cupcake situation. You either bring in cupcakes for everybody or you don't bring them at all. That's how it works. I think that made sense. Did that make sense? It did make sense. The other thing of course is not only, so you're gonna have meth people with teeth and that's very exciting, but also she won't be able to fix anything because the climate is constantly changing and all hell could break loose at any moment. As I understand obviously his personal tragedy and all of that, but I think that it is really, really sad to play on people's grief and to create an atmosphere of nothing is happening and hostility.
42:19There were absolutely mistakes. The city really was not prepared for a disaster of that magnitude with a weather event that we had never experienced before. I think that the lesson for me and for Angelenos is that now, given climate change, we have to expect things. I mean, I'm born and raised here, so this is the climate I know. And we now have to expect things that we would have never imagined. I'll try it again. It's Monday. I'll give the devil his due. The city was not prepared. Okay, if the city was not prepared, lady, who was in charge of the, oh, yeah, that was you. and oh, there were winds and climate conditions that were unheard of and there was a weather event.
43:07Oh, that's right. And your own people told you that these Santa Ana winds were crazy and they were coming and you went to Ghana. So you gotta get out of here, lady. You can't be mayor anymore. By your own words, this was a cataclysmic failure and what you're basically saying is more of it's going to happen because of climate change, which is complete nonsense anyway. But if you think more of it's going to happen, you're not qualified to fix it. But at least she's going to get solar lights on the streets, kind of, maybe, sort of. You're going to do with a second term that you weren't able to do in the first.
43:48Well, let me just tell you complete many of the things I've been working on. For example, we have a terrible problem in L.A. with copper wire theft, which means our streetlights go out all the time. Well, about a month ago, I've rolled out a plan to install 60 ,000 solar lights moving away from copper, and we're installing a couple of hundred a month. You know what? I retract everything I said. My God, she's going to stop people from stealing the copper. You know why they're stealing the copper, lady? There's literally an episode of The Simpsons about this. People go in and steal the copper when a building is abandoned, and people are just like, Like how can we grab something from it?
44:27They rip out the copper wires. They rip out the copper piping so that they can sell it or melt it and do something with it. So if that's where you're at at this point, that lights are going out because they're stealing the copper wiring, then there is a bigger problem and it happens to be you. But I guess, you know what, I will give her credit. If the lights are flickering and then the homeless meth guy approaches you like zombie style and the lights are flickering, that does make it seem more like a scary movie. So at least let's have solar lights, which are never that good, but at least you'd have dim kind of ambient, maybe film noir lighting, so that when the meth addict attacks you, you could be like, well, I can at least see his, oh, he has no teeth.
45:04Look at that, no, he would have teeth now. Look at those nice chompers on that meth guy who's trying to kill me. Let's continue more broadly with California because it is a communist run poop hole. And they're just, it's Steve Hilton or bust, I'm telling you that right there. But there's a couple people running, And one of them is former California attorney general who also worked in the Biden administration, Xavier Becerra. And he's asked here how he would crack down on fraud and basically Trumpity Trump Trump Trump Trump. As governor, how would you crack down on health care fraud in the state?
45:40You have one minute. Brian, the same way I did it when I was attorney general. We established a bureau that dealt with Medi-Cal fraud, working with the federal government. But unfortunately, Trump is a problem because Trump took a trillion dollars out of the health care system, out of the Medicare or the Medicaid and the Medi-Cal system. Trump is now trying to deprive California of another billion dollars in health care for Medi-Cal. We won't let Trump get in our way. And whether it's the Trump gas tax because he's reincreased the price by going to war in Iran, or whether it's the tariffs that are taxed, we're going to fight against Trump.
46:17Well, that's interesting. So you're asked about fraud and it's mostly about Trump and what Trump is doing. Even though Trump is not the mayor, he's not the governor, he's not the comptroller, he's not the head of janitorial services or anything else. But you're gonna stop Trump, something about gas prices going up because of Trump and that has to do with fraud. Well, San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan, and this guy's not great either. I was at San Jose a couple of years ago. We did a show there, which was a phenomenal show. Douglas Murray joined me. It was a wonderful evening. But San Jose, which is really just another homeless, like same kind of thing that's happening all over Cali.
46:52He even listened to that nonsense by Becerra and went after him. Yeah, I mean, look, I'll let the lawyers battle that one out. But there's also a lot of fraud that happened under Javier's watch that we know about. Let's just stick to the facts. As attorney general for the state of California, as HHS secretary, Javier Becerra oversaw a growing bureaucracy that we now know put out$32 billion worth of fraudulent unemployment claims, billions of dollars of fraudulent hospice claims. He wasn't minding the shop. I mean, the Biden administration had to sideline him during COVID. This is not the leadership we need.
47:33And he just stands there and takes it because it's true. And it's happening everywhere. It's happening at the federal level. It's clearly happening at the state level, particularly in blue states. It's not to say there is no fraud. Of course there is fraud everywhere. And of course it's happening in red states too. But why is it that California now seems to be the real epicenter of this? And California also happens to be a hyper blue state with a blue legislature and a lockdown on keeping everybody out. So I think one of the reasons that Gavin is gonna break that glass thing and he's got ways to deal with it is that if Republicans come in and they start looking at the books, Gav could be in a lot of trouble.
48:14Like at some point, someone's going, the grift is drying up. Like, especially you think about it this way, guys, if nothing else, let's say Republicans and Democrats are all equally evil. I don't think that's the case, but let's say even that. With AI tools that are coming in and the technology that is right here, right now, we are so going to be able to have systems that will not be fraudulent anymore. Things will not be able to be hidden. There will be more transparency with things. And a lot of people who've run these massive gripped operations, whether it's Tim Walls in Minnesota or Gavin Newsom and Callie are going to be in trouble.
48:48The other thing that Trump is doing right now is he's got JD, you know, Marco's out there. Marco's out there doing all the international stuff, right? He's doing Venezuela, he's doing Iran, they're about to do Cuba. He's doing all, he was in China and blah, blah, blah. He's handling that and he's tasked JD clean up the fraud stuff, right? Because we can never figure out, for all the people that want Trump to focus more on the economy, right? Well, it's like, you gotta figure out how much waste is there in the system. We can't just say we're gonna keep fixing things, blah, blah, blah, while not addressing that huge swaths of money is just, is either money is laundered or is being used in the craziest ways when it comes to these nonprofits, SPLC, et cetera, et cetera.
49:25So he's got JD handling that. And here's JD being interviewed, asking about whether Newsom's working with him on this fraud thing. Because you'd think whether you're a Democrat or Republican, you wouldn't want fraud, right? Has Governor Gavin Newsom contacted you to assist you? I think the only contact we've had with Gavin Newsom so far is him telling us that we're not allowed to stop the fraud or, in fact, trying to sue us to stop the fraud. So, no, we have not had a positive relationship with Gavin Newsom on this. But, Kaylee, I say this with with all transparency. I would love for that to change.
49:55I would love it if Gavin Newsom had to come to Jesus moment and said, you know what? I'm going to take this fraud issue seriously because we would work with him. We've said that to everybody, Democrat or Republican, we wanna work with you to root out the fraud, but you've actually gotta help us out. I 100 % believe that, 100%. Donald Trump will work with anyone. JD is the messenger of Trump. And just try to literally think about it. If Newsom called JD right this second and was like, you know what, there is a lot of fraud here, we realize it, and this hospice thing's gotten a little bit out of control and he can figure out a way to weasel it out so that it has nothing to do with him.
50:37But you know what, there really is a thing here. Could we work together on this? 100 % they would and they wouldn't, and they'd go, and you know what would happen? Donald Trump would give a press conference tomorrow telling you how great Gavin Newsom is, that he's working with them. You know, whatever. Like, it's so obvious it's ridiculous and the fact that Gavin won't do that shows you that they are all in on the grift. Much of it has to do with the hospice situation and we did drive by, I mentioned before, that the Hollywood side of the hills is just an abject drug disaster. On the valley side is where a lot of these hospices are.
51:08This is like Van Nuys and Sino, et cetera. We've shown you some of these videos. And you can see strip mall after strip mall that's just empty. There are signs, but there's nothing going on there. And it's not just hospices. There's all sorts of weird things. And it's like, who is there? Who's doing business? Where are they getting their money from? Well, Dr. Oz is still hitting this when it comes to hospices. And somehow a third of the people who are about to die in America all live in Los Angeles. One third of all the hospices in the entire country are in Los Angeles, not California, just L.A.
51:39Here in New York City, the number one job, all these people working out here, number one job in New York City, personal care services. That's someone's carrying the groceries upstairs for their parents and they're getting paid for it or they're driving them to the doctor's office, getting paid for it. These two phenomenon are stunning to me because their aberration is so large in any other sector. You would have picked it up years ago. In California, as an example, the Auditor General warned the current governor that there was a problem with hospice fraud. But remember, if you're stealing people's money when they're most vulnerable, you'll steal their health.
52:11You'll steal their life, which is what we're finding in California. So we, this week, announced that we're going to stop paying, suspend payments on 800 hospices in California. 800. That's competent government. You have someone who can communicate what the problem is, and then at the end he tells you what we are going to do. Well, we found these 800, these numbers make no sense. It makes no sense that in Los Angeles City, one-third of the hospices, unless it's all the meth people, but they die on the streets, they don't go into hospice. it makes no sense. So he communicates what the issue is and he says, here's what we are doing.
52:50That is what you want out of a public servant. And if I could just say, you know, he makes a point that like, if you are willing, if you were the type of person, hospice, any of you that have had a grandparent or whatever it might be that has gone into hospice, that's the end, right? We cannot do anymore. We are now gonna let nature take its course. And sometimes that person lasts a day. Sometimes they last a couple of weeks. You just don't know. But if you're willing to screw over a person who's in their last breaths and screw over the family and steal and the taxpayer and everything else, what kind of horrible person are you?
53:24I wanna just give a quick shout out to Shelly. I don't know if you're watching right now. Family friend, Shelly, who's in hospice right now. I'm sure she's not watching. That was somewhat ridiculous statement, but who I love very much and we're gonna miss you. Let's stop with LA for a second and connect this back to New York for a moment. So the big thing of New York, of course, is that Zorhan is pushing all of the people with wealth out. They don't like wealthy people, although they really want the money of the wealthy people. Now, much of this started when he did that insane promo in front of Citadel CEO Ken Griffin's pied-de-terre.
54:00Here's the quick six second version of that. Like for this penthouse, which hedge fund CEO Ken Griffin bought for$238 million. So quite literally standing in front of a guy's penthouse and in essence saying, that guy's rich. And when we do our Dark Knight Rises or Gangs of New York situation, this is the type of building you wanna rush into, grab all the women with the furs, throw them out on the streets, steal all their stuff. Well, of course, we've covered this many times. Ken Griffin basically was like, all right, I think we're gonna take most of our operations out of New York. They're building a ton of stuff in Miami right now.
54:33I was just down in the Woodward area where they're building Citadel's building stuff. Like things are happening. It's in motion. And then of course, Zorhan realized, boy, we're gonna lose, I need taxpayer money. My entire existence is around taking from wealthy people and giving to others, plus a little jihad Islamism thing, but most of it's around that for now. It'll burst forth into the other one eventually. But I've started to push out all the people. Oh, and by the way, it turns out that the 5 million Piet de Terrain thing, turns out it's gonna be a million dollars, not$5 million. And then at that point, you're really not talking about super wealthy people at all, because a million dollar apartment in New York City is not much.
55:12It could quite literally be a one bedroom walk up on the fourth floor without a doorman. It could be a very average building. Sidebar. Now he's losing these people and he's realizing that it's a problem because he needs their cash. So here he is saying that he's reached out to Ken Griffin. A member of our team reached out to his to set up a conversation. That continues to be an open invitation. And it's part of invitations that I've made to a number of business leaders across the city. I'm there to listen and there to have a conversation that goes beyond places of agreement, but perhaps places of disagreement.
55:47Hear honest reflection, critique, and not put any precondition on the nature of that conversation. It's not even worth saying he's a wolf in sheep's clothing because it's just obvious what he is at this point. And I would say to any of those people who someone on his team reached out to your team, don't pick up the phone, leave, leave. I know it is not fun to leave a place that you once loved. There were some nice moments in New York. I had a bagel in Bryant Park, toasted everything bagel, scallion cream cheese. They can still do it over there. They really can, okay? We'll get a picture of that too.
56:22I got a picture of the bagel. I'll show you the picture of the bagel in just a second. But you gotta go, you gotta go. So if you stay, if you are moved by his smarm and his charm, you will extend the destruction of the city. He is there to destroy the city. It is simply obvious. And here's Victor Davis Hanson on that. The only thing that got him where he is, he's got this smiley little look about him and he's pleasant. And he's, you know, he's not like Bernie Sanders with a scowl on his face and shaking those arms up in the air and humped over. He's not like, you know, wow, Pete Buttigieg, you know.
57:01So he's got this little stick and people that are young fall for it. He's a socialist communist. He's a racist. He's an Islamicist. So he doesn't like Jews. He doesn't, I'll be honest, he doesn't. And he doesn't like Christians and he doesn't like, I don't, I don't think he, when he says white people, he uses that term a lot. Yeah. I mean, he quite literally said he was going to go into areas where there are white people and tax them more. So there's Victor Davis Hanson. And I, the reason I love him is as always, you know, I love people that when you're just telling the truth, it's not that easy.
57:34It's not that difficult to speak and it's, and it's clean and it's real. And he's, he calls him a socialist, a communist and an Islamist. And that absolutely is true. Look at what happened in Brooklyn a few days ago in Brooklyn, which is a heavily Orthodox Jewish Jewish population. Orthodox Jews, these are American citizens. Maybe they support Israel, maybe they don't. Utterly irrelevant. This is a residential neighborhood, and here are jihadists rampaging through the neighborhood.
58:12Sorry guys, we pulled the wrong video there. We'll get the other one in just a second. So that That obviously was just another generic one in Midtown New York City, which by the way, that can't hold for too long either. Like just people that look like terrorists with terrorist flags and all of those things, just going through Midtown and closing the streets and everything else that just can't hold for too long. We're gonna grab the other one in just a second. We have it? Okay, we'll have it in just a second. But obviously this is what he wants, right? This is, it's not, it's really, it's not even a question with this guy.
58:44He's, as Victor Davis Hanson points out, he's coming in in a different way. And this is what I warned about months ago. Remember I kept saying, no, he's got that smile and he's got the soft lens and they've got the lo-fi music in the background. And it all kind of feels pleasant. But beneath that pleasantness is something very, very dangerous. I think we do have the video from Brooklyn from a couple of days ago. That's not history! No, no, no, what the fuck is wrong with you, man? Fuck it and fuck up! These are the flags of Hamas. Palestine never existed and never will exist. It's not a nation and never will be.
59:16But they're just, look, that's just a residential neighborhood, right? So look, you have people that literally look like jihadists just rampaging through the neighborhood. How would you feel? Let's forget if you were Jewish or anything else. How would you feel if you were just playing with your kids in your front yard and a bunch of people who look like jihadists start rampaging through? So what he is doing is they are making sure that they are fraying the very fabric of the once great city of New York. There was no city in the entire country that represented the melting pot better than New York.
59:47Jews have probably an outsized relationship to making New York City successful because Jews tend to build things, and he's trying to end that, and no one on his side is going to stop him. So now I wanna show you a 50-second clip from Real Time with Bill Maher on Friday night at the end of the show. It was an eight-minute segment, and I really think it was Bill at his absolute best. The very same people who pretend to care about minorities are the same ones that are turning on the Jews right now. And again, I keep saying this, you don't have to care about the Jews and you absolutely don't have to care about Israel.
1:00:22But if you care about America, when groups of jihadists are rampaging through the city and we know that they're discriminating in workplaces against all these people and everything else, you might wanna realize this in some sense has nothing to do with the Jews. They're just the canary in the coal mine. So here is Bill calling out the hypocrisy of what he repeatedly says is his side, the Democrats.
1:00:51Jew hatred isn't just acceptable. No, it's cool. Celebrities love it and make it trendy. It's the new Che Guevara t-shirt. The Islamophobia is just as bad argument is simply a false equivalency. Can you name a Jewish professor who talks about Muslims the way they get talked about? No. Anti-Jewish crimes, hate crimes, now outpace anti-Muslim hate crimes nine to one. It's not a contest, and I'm certainly not saying do more of the other. I'm just saying these are the numbers, the facts, the reality. There is a frothing anxiousness for the literal extermination of this one group. And Democrats, where are you?
1:01:34If any other minority group was being talked about this way, you'd break out the Kenta cloth and have 10 benefit concerts. Yeah, that's just true. If you haven't seen it, it's an eight-minute segment. I'll retweet it so you guys can find the full thing. His point is Jews are not asking for special treatment, but Democrats treat them like you treat every other minority. How about that? You don't like Jews because Jews are a successful minority, and then people start realizing, oh, my God, you can be a minority and successful. why would I vote for Democrats? And ironically, a lot of Jews still vote for Democrats, which is a whole other thing.
1:02:10But New York City is fraying, and it is fraying very quickly. And wait till those jihadists, there will be a day, there will be a day, and my guess is it will be something like Kristallnacht in Germany in the 1930s, where they will just say, okay, we're not gonna just rampage through the streets, we're gonna break into the houses. So don't say you weren't warned. How do I segue out of that? You know, in bad times or in good times, is you do want moist lips and clean skin. You really, really do. And Van Man, I'm telling you guys, whether it's Jihad coming or you're just having a party, they're not gonna be happy with this one, are they?
1:02:44No, they should be because I love Van Man. First off, people keep telling me my lips look moist and this is what I got for my lips. I absolutely love it, but that's not what this is about. Guys, for years, the skincare industry has sold women overpriced creams filled with ingredients you can't even pronounce. And most of them don't really work, but the Van Man company took a completely different approach. Their pearl eye cream. and it's not just for women. I've been using this stuff. Combines grass-fed tallow with wild-caught pearl powder, which are two incredibly nutrient-dense ingredients that support healthy skin and eye health.
1:03:13With deeply penetrating castor oil, it helps smooth and hydrate the skin around the eyes while supporting collagen production. So this isn't just another eye cream, it's clean, simple skincare made with real ingredients that actually work. Give your eyes the care they deserve. Go to vanman.shop slash Rubin and use code Rubin for 15 % off your first order. That's vanman.shop slash Rubin and use code Rubin for 15 % off your first order. You know, years ago, I watched videos of mine from years ago. I had big dark circles under my eyes, started drinking a lot more water. That was one thing, but I'm telling you, a little of this under the eyes at night, it works.
1:03:44What else is happening in the world right now? Well, in the UK, which I always tell you, like I'm very, very black pilled on the UK. It seems to me they are in too deep. The demographics aren't right. They have led in too many people. Too many of these people now have institutional power. like the mayor of London. And are there enough true Brits left to take their country back? Well, a little bit of white pilling happened over the weekend because Tommy Robinson, I had in the studio about two months ago, who is the number one fighter for his country and should be a hero to every true British person, he held his Unite the Kingdom rally.
1:04:22And look at this aerial shot. I mean, this is just great. There were so many of these. and of course you're gonna see British flags and you're gonna see there's some Iranian flags there because they stand with people who yearn to be free and there are some Israeli flags because they stand for people who are fighting for Western civilization, but it's mostly British flags. Note they're not burning anything down. They're not blowing things up. There is nobody, if we were to zoom in, and this is a cool video, it's kind of slow-mo here, the way they're panning back and you just see these numbers are just unbelievable and this is in such stark contrast to what we've seen in the UK over the last three years, where since October 7th, there has just been Palestine protest over and over again and calls to exterminate all the Jews, take over London, they've got the Hezbollah flag, like just absolute lunacy.
1:05:11So Nate Friedman, who I had on the show a couple of weeks ago, he's a great, this kid, he is a kid, he is a kid, but he is brave. He gets out there with these loony jihadis and he asks them questions with the last name Friedman. I'm gonna guess he doesn't go out there and go, by the way, my name's Friedman, how you doing? But there was a counter protest against the Unite the Right rally. And here's Nate Friedman asking a British fella about what he thinks about these Palestine protests. Every Saturday since October the 7th, there's been Palestinian marches on the streets of London. Keir Starmer has never said a word.
1:05:45Today, in the past 48 hours, he has stopped speakers coming to this country to speak. Why is that? I thought we had free speech. I thought we had free speech. Keir Starmer's a dead man walking. Simple as that. His time's up. He knows it. F*** him. How's he going to feel outside 10 Downing Street when you've got a million people saying Keir Starmer's a wanker? Yeah. Tell me. I mean, I just simply don't understand how he's banning these speakers. It's almost like I can't recognize. He's scared. He's a dead man walking. He is scared. Simple as that. Okay, so these are, we're going to show you the counter-protest in just a second.
1:06:20and so that was obviously at the Unite the Right rally. I have no idea anything about that guy, other than he obviously loves his country, and they've had it. They have had it with every weekend where London gets taken over by a group of jihadis who would forget loving to destroy Israel and kick the remaining Jews out of the country. They would love to take over the UK, and people have just about had it. And yes, it is true that Keir Starmer, who by the way, there's all sorts of rumors that he could resign any day now. Like this guy's in a hell of a lot of trouble. He did ban several speakers, a couple Americans, a couple Canadians, and probably some from other countries, from coming to cover that rally.
1:06:56Ezra Levant, who is a friend of mine and a friend of this show, and he runs Rebel News. He's an actual true journalist. He's the guy we've shown you many videos of him. He always goes to the WEF things and he gets in John Kerry's face and everything else. He was banned from being led into the country. Let's not forget that Eva Vladingerbroek from Holland has been already banned. She wasn't just banned for this, she was banned. But meanwhile, you'll allow jihadis to run around. It's just absolutely crazy. And if you wanna see the level of craziness, here's a video from the counter protest, which was of course a pro, they call it pro-PALF, and it's just a pro-terror protest.
1:07:28And listen to some of their rhetoric and tell me if this is a little different than what the Unite the Kingdom people were doing.
1:07:47Excuse me, should we shoot Tommy Robinson in the neck? Okay. Get your clip elsewhere.
1:07:58So they've just said that they want to hang Tommy Robinson and shoot him in the neck like Charlie Kirk. It's getting very aggressive. Okay, so no British flags, of course. And they were chanting, shoot him in the neck like Charlie Kirk, talking about Tommy Robinson. Now, the UK has jailed, I think it's something like, or has gotten at least something like 14 ,000 people in trouble for speech. And yet you can have a terrorist rally in the middle of the street where they take over and call for shooting a British citizen to the backdrop of an American citizen and one of the best ones that we had being murdered less than a year ago.
1:08:36Elon saw that and he retweeted it and said, the lunatic left celebrates murder and it is becoming more and more obvious that they do. Let us not forget that the leading influencer on the left, that lunatic Hassan Piker, was excusing the death of Brian Thompson, the United Healthcare CEO who was killed in Times Square, and excusing the potential assassination of Donald Trump. And by the way, Charlemagne, the God, Lenny, I can't believe I just said it, Lenny did it. I can understand why people would be frustrated and somebody might just shoot somebody. Okay, guys, once you do that, you open that Pandora's box and we're all going to hell together.
1:09:12But I will not end on that on a Monday. What I would rather end on is that we need more. We need more of you. We need more people to stand up. The United States does not want to get into the precarious position at the edge of the precipice of destruction to then have to have a Unite the Right rally. We have many, many advantages here right now for several reasons. We are not that banged up yet. So let's stop it now. And how do we do it? Well, we speak up. Here's the one insane guy on CNN, Scott Jennings. He was giving a commencement speech. Take a look. Is it any wonder that Charlie spent his life trying to reach young people on college campuses?
1:09:51He saw what was happening. I think when the shooter pulled the trigger in Utah, he thought he was ending a movement. He thought if he could kill someone like Charlie Kirk, he could kill what Charlie stood for. that the rest of us would get the message, that we would heed the warning, silence yourselves, or we will do it for you. That's what they thought. But in trying to silence one voice, I believe they've created thousands. And in trying to end one conversation, they have started millions.
1:10:35And that's the ultimate white pill, that you have some skin in the game. We are not like them. I talked about a lot of people I really don't like on their show today, really don't like them. I'm not for their violence being used against them and I'm not for condoning it or excusing it, but they are, and they're the ones that are being violent and they're the ones that are saying they'll change the system, they'll pull the rug out right from underneath us. but the silver lining is to the death of Charlie Kirk and to the craziness, and this is what I said earlier, the craziness that Victor Hansen pointed out, like okay, so you guys keep going crazy, and the hope will be that it will make more of us go, whoa, whoa, whoa, what?
1:11:15What's going on here? We're gonna have flags of terrorist organizations, we're gonna hunt down Jews in the streets of Brooklyn, we're gonna try to pack the Supreme Court, we hate capitalism, we're gonna keep, and then maybe you would push us far enough that enough people would say, that's that. And then the 80 % of us who are good will figure out a way to get us out of this. And the midterms go the way we want and things can continue to get fixed because there are a lot of good things happening. I keep talking about this AI and robotics revolution. There is like within my lifetime, we are going to be going to other planets.
1:11:49That is really, really cool. And that's just one of the things. That's just one of the things. So we got a chance and we better snag it. Reminder, daverubin.com slash events.
