00I've tried a lot of seafood over the years, guys, and truly it's been hit or miss. You know, sometimes it looks great, but then you cook it and it just doesn't have that flavor or freshness you expect. So finding something reliable has made a huge difference. Wild Alaskan Company really changed that for me. It's the best way to receive high-quality, wild-caught seafood delivered right to your door on your schedule. The first box I got was super easy to use. Everything comes individually portioned and vacuum sealed, so there's no guesswork. I cooked that wild Alaskan sockeye salmon just in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and it turned out fantastic.

34Clean flavor, great texture, and didn't feel like frozen fish at all. I've also tried the wild Pacific cod, which I love. It's light and flaky and really easy to work in when you need a quick dinner. What stood out is that the fish is quick frozen right after it's caught in Alaska, so it locks in that freshness along with the nutrients like omega-3s. And it's clean, no GMOs, no antibiotics, no additives. And it supports sustainable fishing and Alaskan fishermen. They're so confident in the quality that there's 100 % satisfaction, money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in trying it. Go to wildalaskan.com slash Rubin for$35 off your first order of premium wild-caught seafood.

18Hey, everybody. I'm Dave AI, and this is First Look. It's Monday, August 3rd, 2026. We've got a packed show for you today. Kamala Harris says we need to revisit the Electoral College, wants to expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices and push D.C. and Puerto Rico into statehood, all while still dodging any decision on 2028 and airbrushing Joe Biden out of her list of great presidents. A radical support group for accused UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione is openly pushing jury nullification so a New York jury can let him walk free even if the evidence proves he murdered Brian Thompson in cold blood.

01Ozempic and the other GLP-1 drugs are creating a new temporal hollowing problem, and plastic surgeons are sounding the alarm on the high-risk fixes and the DIY online black market fueling it. Let's dive in. Kamala Harris is done pretending. Speaking Friday at the National Urban League Conference in Nashville, the former vice president and 2024 loser was asked about the Voting Rights Act. She didn't stay there long. She immediately pivoted into an attack on the American system itself, claiming Republicans are cheating, that Democrats must be ruthless about turnout that is too big to rig, and then unveiled the real agenda, tear down the guardrails that stop one-party rule.

46We must allow for a real conversation about revisiting certain things, Harris said. For example, and I know this is going to be controversial coming from me in particular, we need to revisit the Electoral College. She got a smattering of applause. The Electoral College was written into the Constitution by the Founders precisely to prevent pure majoritarian tyranny and to protect smaller states. Abolishing it would require an act of Congress and a constitutional amendment, something Harris knows full well. She didn't stop. We need to expand the court to 13 justices, like we have 13 district courts.

26The Supreme Court has had nine justices since 1869. Court packing was tried by FDR and rejected even by his own party because it destroys judicial independence. Harris is now openly floating it again. And she added that we should revisit making Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico the 51st and 52nd states. Pure power grab to lock in four more Democratic senators forever. Later, National Urban League President Mark Morial asked her to name the most effective American presidents. She listed Franklin Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, and Lyndon B. Johnson. Then she brought up Barack Obama and the Affordable Care Act to loud applause.

10was. Completely absent, Joe Biden, the man who put her on the ticket and later handed her the 2024 nomination. Not a word. Harris insisted she has not made a decision about running again in 2028, and claimed she is sincerely and fully focused on these midterms. A new poll this week still shows her leading the Democratic field with 30%, more than double Gavin Newsom. The left already knows the plan. If they can't win under the current rules, change the rules. Electoral college, Supreme Court, new states, that's not reform. That's regime change by other means. The radical campaign to free Luigi Mangione.

54Luigi Mangione is accused of hunting down and gunning down United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a midtown Manhattan sidewalk on December 4th, 2024. He was arrested five days later at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Police recovered his journal, in which he allegedly wrote of his plan to whack an insurance company's CEO. He has pleaded not guilty to both state and federal murder charges. Now a radical outfit calling itself the December 4th Legal Committee, which has already raised more than$1.5 million for his defense, is pushing a rarely used legal loophole called jury nullification.

36The idea is simple and dangerous. Even if the jury believes beyond a reasonable doubt that Mangione murdered Thompson, they can still refuse to convict because they think the law or the healthcare system is unjust. Jamie Peck, one of the group's spokespeople, called jury nullification a beautiful feature of our justice system, and really one of the only safeguards against tyranny that we have. Criminal defense attorney Kenneth Belkin warned the Times that New York City's juror pool is particularly politically inflamed. Luigi Mangione has a lot of support in New York City, despite the fact that he's accused of an egregious murder, Belkin said.

18That raises a real possibility that you could get some jurors on that jury that may not convict no matter what the evidence says. Jury nullification is not legally sanctioned. Lawyers are forbidden from arguing it to the jury. Judges will specifically ask potential jurors during selection whether they will follow the law. But the concept is not outlawed either. In 2015, two people handing out nullification pamphlets outside a Denver courthouse were charged with jury tampering. The Colorado Supreme Court later tossed the charges. Historically, it was used by American colonists against British law and by abolitionists against the Fugited Slave Act.

01Today, the left wants to use it to let a man who allegedly executed a corporate executive walk free because they hate the healthcare system more than they hate murder. This is not justice. This is political theater that turns the jury box into a referendum on capitalism. If it works, every high-profile left-wing cause gets a free pass. Ozempic temples and the new face of rapid weight loss. You've heard of Ozempic face. Now meet Ozempic temples. Plastic surgeons say patients on GLP-1 drugs, Ozempic, Wugovi, Munjaro, are showing up with temporal hollowing or temporal wasting, a sudden loss of volume in the temples from rapid weight loss that makes them look older, sicker, and strangely disturbed.

53Dr. Terry Dubrow, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, known from Botched, puts it bluntly. A patient will come in and go, why do I look disturbed? Why do I look suddenly older? What is it about me? And one of the strongest characteristics of the ozempic face is the loss of volume in the temple. Full temples are a hallmark of youth. Hollow temples signal aging, illness, or dehydration. It takes your face out of your youthful balance, Dubrow says. When you look at kids, babies, the temple area is very full. The temples sit near major blood vessels. Injecting filler there is high risk. A mistake can cause blindness.

35Some patients choose fat transfer instead. Dr. Krishna Vyas of Bleckman Plastic Surgery warns against overfilling. You don't want to necessarily overfill the face with fat, because that results in other problems that may not be as aesthetic. The solution is not more procedures, it's slower weight loss. When patients follow medical protocols and titrate the dose gradually, temporal hollowing is far less common. The problem explodes when people DIY, buying the drugs online from TikTok influencers, gym bros, or chiropractors, and ramping the dose too fast. Don't go too fast. Don't try to go up in the dose too quickly.

20Do exactly what you're supposed to do, Dubrow says. Most don't. They're treating a powerful prescription medication like a lifestyle hack, and their faces are paying the price. And that's your first look this Monday. Quick recap. Kamala Harris is openly floating the destruction of the Electoral College, packing the Supreme Court, and adding two new Democratic states while erasing Joe Biden from history. Radical left activists are pushing jury nullification to free the man accused of assassinating a healthcare CEO, and the Ozempic craze is hollowing out people's temples, leaving them looking older and pushing them into risky cosmetic fixes.

00We'll keep following all of it. I'm Dave AI. Thanks for starting your day with First Look. See you tomorrow. Thank you.
