In short
The show argues Democrats are losing in Los Angeles and nationally, using Spencer Pratt’s mayoral momentum, “asymmetry” in media treatment, and Democratic infighting; it also covers Iran war negotiations, Israel-U.S. funding, and U.S. redistricting court rulings.

You know, sometimes it looks great, but then you cook it and it just doesn't have that flavor or freshness you expect. So finding something reliable has made a huge difference. Wild Alaskan Company really changed that for me. It's the best way to receive high quality wild caught seafood delivered right to your door on your schedule. The first box I got was super easy to use. Everything comes individually portioned and vacuum sealed, so there's no guesswork. I cooked that wild Alaskan sockeye salmon just in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and it turned out fantastic.
0:34Clean flavor, great texture, and didn't feel like frozen fish at all. I've also tried the wild Pacific cod, which I love. It's light and flaky and really easy to work in when you need a quick dinner. What stood out is that the fish is quick frozen right after it's caught in Alaska, so it locks in that freshness along with the nutrients like omega-3s, and it's clean. no GMOs, no antibiotics, no additives, and it supports sustainable fishing and Alaskan fishermen. They're so confident in the quality that there's 100 % satisfaction, money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in trying it. Go to wildalaskan.com slash Rubin for$35 off your first order of premium wild-caught seafood.
1:09That's wildalaskan.com slash Rubin for$35 off your first order. Hey, Chicagoland, the Wayfair store is in your neighborhood at Edens Plaza in Wilmette. Finally, you can feel the fabric, sit on the sectionals, and even open the refrigerators. Plus, our in-store designers will help you bring it all together with free one-on-one design support for any project on any budget. Yep, we said free. Oh, and did we mention the cafe? So what are you waiting for? Come see all that's in store. Visit the Wayfair store today at Edens Plaza and Wilmette. Wayfair, every style, every home. Previously on the Rubin Club.
1:46Premia Jayapal, most likely to scare small children in dark lighting in Congress. Other countries in Latin America trying to figure out how to get oil there. Yeah, pretty sure she just stepped in it. The data on the brother marriage thing. That might be the quote of the year. Oh, f***ing nothing dirty with s***.
2:25All right, guys, what's going on? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It is May 11th, 2026. That's right. We are exactly one day away from June 11th. And do you know what happens that day right here in the free state of Florida and the greatest city in the world, Miami? Yes, Florida Man Live. Me, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Ben Shapiro, Adam Carolla, Jillian Michaels, tequila and more, DaveRubin.com slash events. And yes, a lot of people keep asking me about the hug situation. You get the one second hug if you do the meet and greet. And if you are with someone who wants to give their one second hug away, which often happens, a lot of the wives want the two second hug and the husband is often willing to let that one second go, you will get the two second hug.
3:14Up to you, DaveRubin.com slash events. And I promise you, it's gonna be a live show we do that day. It's gonna be an absolute blast. Giveaways, fun stuff. It's going to be a good time in our free state. All right, we got a lot to cover today. There's a lot going on. We're gonna start in LA, where obviously there's this big mayoral race going on. They also have a gubernatorial thing. We're gonna punt that for today. Then Fetterman, the one sane Democrat, showed up on the one sane kind of left-leaning show, the Bill Maher program. It is Monday, so we'll do Mondays with Maher. We got some Iran stuff, some redistricting stuff, and AOC is just not a particularly bright woman.
3:49That's what we're doing today. Let's dive in. Over in Los Angeles, this guy, Spencer Pratt. We've talked a bunch about him lately. He was a reality star on the hills. I never saw this show. Not someone that I think was particularly political. Next thing you know, him and his parents' house burned down because of the Palisades fire. The neighbor across the street died in the fire. That might get you involved in politics as it did for him. They've radicalized this guy. And what is a conservative basically? It's a conservative is a liberal mugged by reality. Spencer Pratt crushing it in the debates.
4:22He's making great media appearances. Yes, we are working on having him on. Hopefully it'll happen. And we're gonna show you a couple of clips here and some other stuff, but he was on the All In podcast, which we often show clips of with David Sachs and Chamath Palpatia. Here he is sitting down with David Friedberg talking about the asymmetry. It's something I'm always talking about. The asymmetry when you're on the left and the right, when it comes to the media and how they treat you. In this case, him versus current Los Angeles mayor, Karen Bass. When these, you know, Mayor Bass or Councilwoman Rahman talk to the media, they can just lie.
4:55And then the media people go, oh, thank you. Thank you, Mayor Bass. Thank you, Councilwoman. If I say anything, I got to have who was there, what they were wearing, what they have for breakfast. I have to have my information so fact-based and be bulletproof to beat this machine that I debate. All I do is debate people all day long. You're held to a higher standard. You're challenged all day. And all I live in is facts and the truth. And so I called my lawyer who's representing me in the case against the city and the state and LA DWP, one of the most famous lawyers in the world. I said, Peter, how do you stay so calm when you're arguing with these liars?
5:34And he said, Spencer, I always have the truth. I was like, ooh. I was like, okay. I got that. Good strategy. Yeah, you know, the truth is pretty good. It gets to that thing that I'm always talking about, how when you're telling the truth, you don't have to be screaming, you don't have to be yelling, you don't have to be slamming your hands on the desk, you don't have to fake emote and all of those things because the truth is the truth and it kinda is easy when it comes out. But of course what he's saying there is right and that is that asymmetry I'm always talking about. If you think about it from this perspective, from a media perspective, which is what he's saying, think about the view.
6:07It's all lefties with one quasi Republican, right? The CNN panels, it's all crazy lefties with Scott Jennings. You think about the White House press briefings. Now, Joe Biden did very few of them, but if you think about Jen Psaki or, God, I haven't said her name in so long, Corinne Jean-Pierre or any of these people, they got questions that were basically like, so what's for lunch today? Oh my God, your hair looks so great. Where do you get it done? Is that a perm? And versus where Trump comes in and he gets, Well, first off, he does these press conferences himself, and he does them on the plane and everything else, but they get real questions, and they are getting real answers.
6:43Think about Marco Rubio just last week when he was White House press secretary. So the asymmetry, that's why I'm always talking about narrative stuff. If you're a Democrat, you can lie, you can cheat, you don't have to have your facts straight, you can say crazy things, and they just nod along. And it's not even that he's, I don't even know what all his policies are. It's not like he doesn't strike me as the most hardcore conservative guy out there who was a reality star on the hills. Whatever the hell that was. I don't even know what it was. It doesn't even matter. That's the point is that his house burned down and he goes, you know, I'm going to get a little political now.
7:15Here he is with a bit of what he might do in those first two to three weeks. And I actually believe him. First three weeks, signs up across the city. No more nakedness. No more drug use. No more robbing. No more. No more burning dogs in the street. No more dog abuse. Just very, on every sign, on every part. So that, and we're going to go around, we're going to warn everybody, hey, got three more weeks of this. Like clock's ticking. Just keep telling everyone just to, so the people that are aware, they're like, oh, wow, there's a new mayor in town. They may start leaving. You know who else I'm going to bring in?
7:50The CDC, because there's medieval diseases in these encampments. They're not swabbing these encampments. They're not swabbing the streets. People are just living in feces and drug use and dogs burning and bodies. We need these streets clean. Is he nuts? I mean, it's basic stuff. I like how he led with no more nakedness, which you might think is, what are you talking about? Literally, when I was in LA about three years ago for some trip that we went on, walking into the hotel, walking into the Marriott Courtyard, we spend money over here at the Rubin Report, and I was with my then producer, Michael, and two guys who were basically naked, except they had dog masks on, and one was walking the other one.
8:31So like that shouldn't be happening during, it was noon, it was noon. It's like, you gotta save that for night. What the hell are you doing at night? So there's nakedness, there's feces, there's crime. He's right about, you know, at the height of COVID when I was in LA, I did think about that a lot because there were homeless encampments everywhere. You've got all of these super rich people sending their kids to schools with plastic bags on their head, you know, with duct tape around them. They can't breathe. And meanwhile, you've got people literally living in feces with the dog and the zombie.
8:58What was it? The super meth that we talked about on actual friends that Dr. Drew was telling me about. And it just creates this toxic insanity. But basically all he said there, jokes aside, was, you know what? This urban decay that is now everywhere, we're gonna put up some signs and we're gonna start dealing with it. Now this, I thought, this is absolutely hilarious. Almost to the point that I could not believe it was real. I actually thought it was AI. Discussed it with Connor. This is real. We double checked it. So they put out an ad against Spencer Pratt. Okay, I need you to understand this.
9:33This ad that we are about to show you is against Spencer Pratt. If this doesn't make him look like an absolute all-star who you must vote for, I don't know what's going on. Take a look. Republican Spencer Pratt is the last thing Los Angeles needs for mayor. Pratt opposes using taxpayer money to build brand new houses for our unhoused neighbors, saying it's time for the homeless to get help or get out. Pratt thinks L.A. needs thousands more police officers rather than more social workers. And Republican Spencer Pratt thinks public employee unions should have less power, not more. L.A. is on the right track and needs to stay the course.
10:09Vote no on Republican Spencer Pratt. If you are in L.A., you must vote for this man. He is what? They thought that was going to upset people. You mean he wants you to keep your money and not just take it to put homeless people in houses as if that will solve the problem? He's gonna go against the unions? I mean, it really does perfectly illustrate how out of control the left, and it's across the board on the left with those tiny little asterisks, they have completely lost their mind. They're putting out ads that make the Republican look like the good guy. Now I wanna contrast that with something.
10:50You remember last week, I think it was on Friday, we showed you one of these AI ads that came out. Now this was not from the Spencer Pratt campaign. It's just a guy who lives in LA, he's a creator in LA who likes Spencer Pratt. He's had it with the destruction of his city and he put out this incredible, it was basically a Batman kind of Dark Knight Rises version of what's going on in Los Angeles. We played a portion of it. We've reached out to the guy, he's just fantastic. His name's Charles Curran. and he put out another one this morning, like 20 minutes before the show today, and we just wanna show you a portion of it.
11:22And if you wonder, guys, why is it that Bernie's always, we've got to stop AI and robotics, and it's gonna butt everybody out of work. And it's like, no, you know why they wanna stop AI? It's because of this.
11:42You didn't finish burning the city to the ground in your first term. make sure you finish the job in your second. The only thing that can stop us is someone telling the truth. As long as they don't have any hope, the city's ours.
12:05All right, it goes on and on guys. It's about a minute and a half long, but you see one of the beautiful things. It's why I did the show that we did. Hopefully you saw some of it on Saturday. we put up my interview with Joe Alonsdale. Joe was one of the co-founders of Palantir. He's a major VC guy involved in all the AI stuff and everything else. And what we spent the hour talking about, if you haven't seen it, is the positive vision of the future. And that what, you know, because we're always doing the dystopian version of what AI can do in robotics and they're gonna, Skynet will turn on and all that stuff.
12:33But like, they used to say a picture is worth a thousand words and like, what is AI worth? What is that worth? Where they can show you something deeply true and then you've got the Democrats screaming that they want to destroy AI and destroy robotics and burning. That is good. That is how you get people to think. You start taking cultural, that's how you win the culture back, right? You take cultural references as banged up as Star Wars is, and you have Gavin Newsom as Palpatine, and Bass as Vader, and then the people, as it goes on later, then you see little people, you know, regular people, not little people, you see regular people busting out their lightsabers ready to fight the madness, right?
13:11And I think his messaging also is good, that what the Democrats have created is a situation that it's everyone versus these progressive lunatics. It doesn't matter what our political disagreements are. It really doesn't on very importantly, like heart held positions, even on abortion and things of that nature, it doesn't really matter right now. What we are fighting for is will free civilization continue or will it just be left to the savages? That's where we are at. And here he makes the point, this is not about political parties. I keep trying to tell everyone that, you know, they try to put me in a box.
13:48I didn't run for it to be a political party. I didn't run to be a politician. I ran because I experienced what city leadership failure at the ultimate level is. That's why I stepped up. That's what cuts through. So the media and everyone wants to jump on and be like, oh, Spencer's our guy. No, I'm the citizen. I'm the angry taxpayer. You can be a Democrat and love me. You can be a Republican and love me. the only people that don't love me, communist is socialist and I don't want them to love me. Let me throw in, you probably don't want the jihadists too, but that's probably baked into the communist and the socialist at this point.
14:21But again, that's what I like. I like people who are apolitical and then something gets forced on them. They start using gender pronouns with their kid at school and they get red pilled like that. Or in this case, his house and his parents' house burned down because of utter incompetence and he gets involved. or there's just so many versions of this that you've all been through, right? We've all been through this. You don't get a promotion because you're told at work, well, you're a white guy who's 57 and we're just not gonna promote someone like you. Next thing you know, you're a radical right-wing maniac like me, like that is what I'm interested in.
14:54And actually that's the thing. That's what the power of the people is, right? Like that the system will do enough stuff to you that it will start creating heroes. That's kind of what's going on here. That is what is going on here. And then of course, there are the people that are just part of the machine that get everything wrong and that for whatever reason, keep getting elected in Democrat cities, right? So Detroit, 100 years of Democrat rule, disaster, Chicago, however many years, New York now, Los Angeles. I mean, all of these big blue cities, they keep getting worse. And then the people keep voting for the people who make it worse and going out and understand, right?
15:33Here's Karen Bass. And of course the California fires had nothing to do with her, even though she was warned about it, went to Ghana anyway, had the reservoirs drained. It's climate change, of course. Are you responsible for what happened there and the mismanagement that did occur in those fires and the response to them? Let me just say that as the mayor of the city, the buck stops with me. That is very, very clear. What was true of our city, but not just our city, our region, our county, was that we were not prepared because let me just tell you, with climate change, we are experiencing climate events that Los Angeles is not prepared for.
16:16What would you change about your first year? What would you do differently? Well, I think that there are certainly a lot of things. Oh, well, you know what, lady? You probably don't deserve a second chance. Let me try something here. She said, the buck stops with me. Democrats never say that. I'm actually pretty impressed that she said it. Now, I don't think she means it really, because if she meant it, she would be stepping down. She wouldn't be running for reelection. She would say, boy, did I screw up here? The buck stops with me. I was in Ghana, despite being told that these winds were coming and this Santa Ana was happening, and we hadn't done proper preparation.
16:52And I'm just gonna go crawl into a hole now, but she's not doing that. But I will give her credit for at least saying the buck stops with me. Then she says, we were not prepared, except you could have been prepared because the guy that you ran against, Rick Caruso, he somehow, who has built many, many malls, outdoor, quite expensive malls and many other things, commercial real estate and much more, in that town of Los Angeles, he prepared and his mall in the Palisades, which was destroyed, wasn't destroyed, because they built it in a fire retardant way and he had a private fire department take care of it and everything else.
17:30He could have been mayor and would have fixed a lot of these things. People, the fire department literally went to turn on hydrants and there was no water in it. So don't tell me on one hand, I'll give you credit for saying it, but the buck stops with you and also please elect me again. And then to blame it on climate change, we're just experiencing these things we've never experienced before. It's just not true. It is just not true. I can make a zillion arguments why we should go more green. We should try to have more renewable energy. We should try to have things that are cleaner for our air and water and everything else.
18:01But what you guys have done is created climate hysteria for so many years and all your solutions are just give us more power and more of your taxes and we'll put up more wind turbines and blah, blah, blah. And it won't fix anything. It will not fix anything. So what really is happening right now is that you've got Spencer Pratt, who's basically defending kind of common sense. I didn't wanna be involved in this. Something's really wrong. I'll get involved. And then you have a woman who says the buck stops with me, but she is trying to defend the status quo. It will be up to the people of Los Angeles to decide which one of those works.
18:36Clearly, many of us that are not Los Angelinos anymore, just outsiders are looking at Pratt and going, this thing's making sense. Here's Lydia Moynihan from the New York Post making a hell of a lot of sense about Spencer Pratt. and watch what they do. I mean, this is pure what they do on television. Split screen and watch the lefty. I don't even know who this woman is, Leigh McGowan. Just watch the way she emotes as Lydia lays out the truth. I mean, his odds are going up. We'll see. This is a really uphill battle for him. But I think Republicans should be taking copious notes because he's literally, you just gotta embrace common sense and be normal.
19:13And he is calling out the fact that leftists in LA seem to be fine with letting people, you know, shoot up in front of schools. They're fine with dogs getting injected with fentanyl. They're doing nothing. And he's calling out some very obvious things that the vast majority of Americans can agree on. And he's going viral because of it. People want common sense. Yeah, you know, don't shoot the dog up with fentanyl. Don't drain the reservoir so there's no water when people's houses are burning down. It's common sense. and normalcy, that's all he's doing. And she sits, the other woman sits there and that's perfect, like producer A plus on that.
19:53You knew she was gonna,
19:58like what, what is wrong with any of those things? You people are completely bananas. Here's an updated poll from NBC Los Angeles, which candidate won the debate for mayor? So this is not current polling. This is just who won the debate. Karen Bass, 14 % thought she did a bang up job. Spencer Pratt, 80%. And Nithya Raman, who is just, she is the mom dummy of Los Angeles. She got 6%. Polymarket right now is rating it at 49 % in terms of who will win. 49 % of the betters are still saying Karen Bass, which is disappointing. Obviously 30 % saying Pratt, and then Nithya Raman at 18%. So we will see what happens.
20:37And you look, this is one of those things where, you know, I obviously do a ton on this show about the good things happening in Florida, right? Like, and it's easy to do, and I think it's important to do because decline is a choice and we have to map the good things. For those of you that don't live in Los Angeles or you don't really care about Cali or anything else, it's important because we can't keep losing all of our cities. We've lost New York City, at least temporarily. We lost Chicago a long time ago. We lost Detroit a long time ago. We lost Portland and Seattle, and we can keep doing. You want me to name some more, right?
21:06So it's like we can keep losing all those cities and eventually you lose the country. So you may not care about Los Angeles, but we can't keep losing all of these things. So when someone good comes up, I think it's worth talking about it and elevating that to whatever extent any of this matters. Let's talk about lean for a minute, and then we will get back to those crazy communists. Everyone's talking about weight loss injections because the results can be dramatic. They work by lowering blood sugar and reducing appetite. But what if you want to lose weight and don't want painful weekly injections or the risk of serious side effects?
21:39That's why doctors created a weight loss supplement called Lean, and the numbers are impressive. The studied ingredients in lean is shown to help lower blood sugar, support fat burning by converting it into energy, and curb appetite and cravings so you feel less hungry throughout the day. Now, lean isn't for someone trying to just lose a couple pounds. The doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition designed it for people who have 10 pounds or more to lose and are frustrated with traditional dieting. Right now, you can get started with 20 % off plus free rush shipping so you could add lean to your healthy diet and exercise plan.
22:09Just visit TakeLean.com and use promo code Ruben. That's promo code Ruben at TakeLean.com. All right, so which way Los Angeles? Well, we shall see. Now, at the national level, the Democrats are equally as bananas as the Nithya Ramans and the Karen Basses. But they do have one guy. You know who he is, the man who had brain damage. And as his brain heals, he becomes more conservative. And he went on the Bill Maher program real time on Friday night. And these are two guys who have been pushed together. And there's something even funny, just the visual, what you'll see this in a second. Fetterman comes on, he's wearing shorts, legs, you know, like out like this.
Read the full transcript
22:49Bill is, you know, and he's huge Fetterman. Bill's kind of small suit, you know, well-coiffed hair, everything else. But they have come together. If you would have asked Bill Maher and John Fetterman, would we be on the same side really 10 years ago? Who knows what they would have said, but the crazies have forced these guys together. And here they are talking about how their party, as they both refer it to, their party, the Democrats, have gone insane.
23:19John Fetterman:It's interesting because we often find ourselves sort of in the same place politically, I think. Exactly, yeah, where when your values haven't changed, but the party really has changed and it's kind of put you at odds. Yeah, you used the term increasingly lonely. You said you feel increasingly lonely as a Democrat. I mean, you used the term an orgy of socialism recently. You said that's what you see in the Democratic Party. I do, too. Yeah, well, I mean, you have whether it's like the mayor in Seattle. I mean, she's absolutely a socialist in New York and a lot of these candidates across the country.
24:00John Fetterman:And that's really moving towards that. And people that are proud to be labeled as a socialist. That used to be like was a smear when I was running my first cycle. And now that's becoming more normalized. And now I think that's a very dangerous slippery slope for us to be. So isn't that interesting? You know, you have that Lydia Moynihan, who we just pointed out on CNN, talking about how Spencer Pratt is just saying kind of common sense stuff. And there you have two liberals. I think we can actually call them liberal in the true good sense of the word, saying, man, everyone in our party is insane.
24:36And unfortunately, the island that they are on is getting lonelier and lonelier. The amount of good liberals who are willing to fight within the Democratic Party or who will have any influence in a future Democratic Party is disappearing. Where the good liberals have influence, well, it's Maha involved with Donald Trump and MAGA. Obviously, it's the Tulsi's, it's the Bobby Kennedy's, it's the me types, it's the Rogan types, like the basic old school liberal who's now at home on the right, and these guys are going, well, shoot, gosh darn it, everyone here is insane. They're all socialists. And really, you really have to do think about it this way.
25:14Look, I said it years ago, they're calling themselves Democrat Socialists now, but eventually they'll say socialist. And by the way, many of them are saying communist already. So there's no energy to stop the radicalization that is happening on the left. There's nothing there, right? But what Bill and Fetterman and the rest of them will continue to find is that they will have common cause on the right and whatever those differences are. I would say the better use of your vote and your influence is to keep the right in power and then be the liberal side of that, moderate it, right? Whatever you think might be the scariest part of being conservative, well be part of what they're doing where you will have some influence versus a bunch of people that have burnt the house down or blaming you for it and also coming for you and your way of life.
25:59Here's Maher asking Fetterman the gajillion dollar question, which, of course, is will he switch parties?
26:04John Fetterman:So there's no truth, right, that you're actually going to switch parties, because I know Trump has offered you. I mean, you said, I would be a sh** Republican. Yeah, well, yeah, that's, you know, and, you know, if I ever decide to change, and I won't, I'll be, you know, have me on and I will announce that. But it's not going to, it's like, you know, I'm a committed Democrat, even though if I vote 93 % of the time. With the Democrats. Yeah, I thought we were supposed to be a big tent party. So I'm not really sure how I become an issue for any of the Democrats, just having some different views in these other issues.
26:43All right. You know, it's interesting also, if you didn't notice, he's holding his phone there. So obviously, and even in some of his speech patterns, and it's not quite that he loses his train of thought, but doesn't really finish a sentence maybe or something. So he obviously still has some stuff going on mentally, but he's looking at notes every now and again. It's interesting. He calls himself a committed dem. I mean, I think we should commit most Democrats, but I don't think that's what he meant by that. The 93 % thing is interesting. So I'll assume he's telling the truth there, or roughly right.
27:10So he votes 93 % with the Democrats, and yet the Democrats hate him. They hate him. The base absolutely hates him. He's not with them on Iran and a couple other little things, but he says, I thought we were the big party, the big tent party, but you're not. That's the issue. In some sense, I don't think it matters, right? Whether he runs Democrat or Republican. And I don't know what his future is and when he wants to go up for reelection. Like maybe there might be literal reasons that you stay a Democrat in Pennsylvania, that it's just easier than switching, right? I mean, because they had a good Republican candidate, a guy I like a lot, Mehmet Oz, who ran against Fetterman and it didn't work out.
27:47So there might be literal like Pennsylvania, just granular issues of why you would stay a Democrat. But as long as he votes what his heart is, then I suppose it doesn't matter if he switches. Now I wanna show you a little more from the show because then they had former DNC chair Donna Brazile on. And Donna Brazile, what you might recognize her from, besides her purple hair, is that she was the one who was the former head of the DNC, who then took a job at CNN and was caught giving Hillary Clinton questions before one of the debates with Donald Trump. She then got her job back at CNN. She shouldn't be on any show ever again.
28:27I mean, the woman has exposed herself to be a complete and utter fraud. But anyway, she gets on these shows and here she is. She's not happy with Trump on Iran, never fully explains why. She gives a bunch of platitudes and then Fetterman goes after her. I believe that the precise war that we're fighting now is one without a strategy and one without an end game and one that is costing us more than just American lives. Yeah, that may be the case.
28:53John Fetterman:No, no, no, it's true. It's true. It's true. It's true. Every single Democrat has said, we can't ever let Iran build a bomb. And then every single president, when Kamala Harris was running for president, she identified that as the top, top concern for her international. And then finally, we did something about that. And I absolutely support that thing. All right. So she does like the standard thing. It's a war without a strategy. How many times have we played the Rubio or Hegseth strategy videos? Endless, on top of Trump videos talking about it, without an endgame. We've discussed all of this endlessly.
29:30But then she says something that's rather cynical. It's costing more than American lives. The war has cost 13 American lives. And that is terrible that we have lost even one life, 100%. And I think I actually care about that more than she does. She's using as a glib talking point. But she's saying more than American lives. The implication is that we've lost dozens, hundreds, thousands of American lives, and we haven't. We went across the world and took out a regime that as Fetterman correctly points out, for 40 plus years, every American Republican and Democrat said they were not gonna get a nuclear weapon.
30:02Joe Biden said, don't. Hillary Clinton said, don't. Obama sent them quite literally a plane filled with cash. It didn't have people on, it had cash. And it landed in Tehran and it did not make the people's lives better. So in some sense, it doesn't matter whether you're for the war or against the war. It really doesn't matter. Trump is just doing what he said he would always do, and he laid it out cleanly and clearly. And Fetterman, because he ironically isn't a brain broken Democrat, is now defending Trump on that. So let's get into where we are at with the war, because just yesterday, Iran came back and basically said no to the latest offer from the Americans.
30:40Here's Trump with Sheryl Atkinson talking about that. Iran's defeated, but we just aren't at end game yet. So is it accurate to say you think the combat operations are over and done, but there may be— No, I didn't say that. I said they are defeated, but that doesn't mean they're done. We could go in for two more weeks and do every single target. We have certain targets that we wanted to—and we've done probably 70 percent of them, but we have other targets that we that we could conceivably hit. But even if we didn't do that, that would just be final touches. But even if we didn't do that, it would take them many years to rebuild.
31:23Right, so that's obvious, right? Again, put aside what you think about the war, what you think about anything else. Did we do, is it an empirical fact that we have done extraordinary damage to the Iranian military? Yes, the Air Force is gone. The Navy is under the sea, as Hegseth keeps saying. We've taken out something like 80 % of the ballistic missiles, all of those things, right? On top of killing a huge amount of the leadership, remember, Ayatollah, et cetera, et cetera. So that is obvious. The question that she asked, like, are we done with the military thing? Trump would never give you the, yes, yes, we are done.
31:56We're just negotiating now. Like, I like Cheryl Atkinson, so I'm not even knocking her, but like, it's a silly question in some sense. Like Trump obviously keeps a military option on the table because that's how he negotiates. So we will see what happens there. The other part of all of this is that Iran was enriching uranium past what they needed for civilian use. They admitted it and it's hidden all over the country. So one of the things that we have to do, and Trump has said we will do it, is get the uranium out one way or another. That's a massive project, right? We don't know where it is. It's a hugely mountainous country.
32:31They had underground reactors. Like that's a huge, huge thing. So the hope would be that we have a trustworthy government on the Iranian side. We cut some kind of deal and they're like, boy, we would like to be in business with the Americans. And look at all those Gulf states that are doing stuff with the Americans now. And they're flourishing. So maybe we could get in on that and that hopefully the Iranians will do some of it themselves. It's a very big task to take on. But here's Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu talking to Major Garrett on CBS about how the war is not over because they got to figure out where this stuff is.
33:05John Fetterman:Is the war with Iran over? And if it isn't, who will decide when it is? I think it accomplished a great deal, but it's not over because there's still nuclear material, enriched uranium, that has to be taken out of Iran. There is still enrichment sites that have to be dismantled. There are still proxies that Iran supports. There are ballistic missiles that they still want to produce. Now, we've degraded a lot of it, But all of that is still there, and there's work to be done. How do you envision the highly enriched uranium will be removed from Iran? You go in and you take it out. With what? Special forces from Israel, special forces of the United States?
33:48Well, I'm not going to talk about military means, but what President Trump has said to me, I want to go in there. And I think it can be done physically. That's not the problem. All right, so I don't know. How can it be done? He's not going to go into military. You don't just lay out, it's sort of the same thing. Like Trump, are you ever gonna go in and bomb them again? I'm not gonna say. How are you gonna get this stuff out? Well, of course you don't say it right now. The hope would be that you would have some layer of Iranian leadership that would cut a deal, say, okay, this is it. Our country is in tatters.
34:20We can't get any of our oil out because they've blockaded the Strait of Hormuz. Let's play ball with them. You know what, we're not gonna have nukes. We're just gonna have to give it up. And if we want nuclear energy for civilian use, We're gonna have to import it. Like if that's what you can get out of the Iranian leadership, then you will be able to get that stuff out. How exactly we are gonna do it, we don't know. I thought there was a bunch of clips that were going viral from this, but I thought this was the other interesting thing because there's a certain set of people. And I always, this is what I say consistently across the board.
34:49I am sympathetic to the people that are just sort of America only. We shouldn't do anything. There should be no foreign aid, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I am sympathetic to that in some sense, except for when it comes to reality, when you do have alliances, There are good guys and bad guys saying you don't want war doesn't mean you're not gonna get war. I'm for peace. Well, okay, you're probably gonna be the easiest person to take out. But there is a certain set of people on the right, particularly the more libertarian right, who want US financial aid across the board to go down. If you told me tomorrow that America was just cutting 20 % equally across the board to every single country, I'd probably be for that.
35:27One of the things that has happened as it relates to Israel is we give them, We're gonna get some numbers here, but we give them a certain amount per year, and then they have to spend a huge percentage of it in the United States. So it's not that we're giving them money that they're spending on themselves, they're actually spending it here. It's an odd subsidy to the American military, right? And then in a weird way, it also has a vested interest in keeping Israel at war. So there's been a weird thing, surprise, surprise, that was a 10 year deal signed by Obama. But here's Netanyahu saying that he would like to draw American financial support to nothing.
36:00John Fetterman:Do you believe it's time for the state of Israel to reexamine and possibly reset its financial relationship to the United States, meaning what the United States provides to Israel on an annual basis? Absolutely. And I've said this to President Trump. I've said it to our own people. Their jaws dropped. But I said, look. What do you mean? What are you saying? I want to draw down to zero the American financial support, the financial component of the military cooperation that we have, because we receive$3.8 billion a year. And I think that it's time that we weaned ourselves from the remaining military support.
36:45Can you give me a timetable? I said, let's start now and do it over the next decade, over the next 10 years. but I want to start now. I don't want to wait for the next Congress. I want to start. All right. I was getting some numbers here. So interestingly, let me just give you some further info on this. So the U.S. gives, he said 3.8. The U.S. actually gives Israel 3.3 billion per year in financial military financing, which is under a 10-year deal signed by Barack Obama. But 74 % of those dollars have to be spent in America, meaning we give them the money and then and they have to buy American stuff.
37:19So you can see why in some sense, this is an American subsidy to create American jobs in military and defense. And in a weird way, it's like, oh, well we need them to keep fighting because they keep buying stuff from us. So it's a very weird, I guess that's the way I would put it. It's a very weird deal that was signed under Barack Obama. It expires in 28. There will be some deal that comes after it, But Netanyahu's saying, we need to get past that altogether. Just to give you some context on other numbers, because 3.2 or 3.8 billion, it's a lot of money, obviously. We give 1.5 to Egypt. I don't know that we get anything out of Egypt.
37:59With Israel, we get intelligence, we get military. Like there's a gajillion things we get. We get science, we get AI, like all this stuff. We gave 21 billion to Ukraine, what, last year? Two years ago, 21 billion in one year. So we're talking about 3.3 billion. We gave 21 billion, and give me one other country. Jordan, we give 2 billion. Jordan, we give 2 billion. Like what are we getting out of Jordan, right? So anyway, I think that's worth a little context, but here's one other clip from that, because I thought this is something that I've said again, also from the beginning of the war, that what is going to happen after this thing, whenever it ends, is that all of these Gulf countries and other Arab states who don't wanna be perpetually at war, they're gonna be like, boy, it wasn't Israel attacking us.
38:39It wasn't the United States attacking us. As a matter of fact, it was Israel and the United States defending us while Iran attacked 13 of its neighbors. And when we finally get to the end of this, whenever that is, when their peace deal is signed or whatever, or a ceasefire is officially taking hold and everything else, there will be peace deals. Here's Netanyahu on that. I now see the possibility of the expansion and the deepening of the agreements we do have to alliances with Arab states of the kind that we never even dreamed of. Let's strengthen our alliance with Israel because we can do amazing things with Israel.
39:12That was clearly the trajectory before this conflict. It's more than you think now in ways that I cannot, I guess will become public. I can't give everything to 60 minutes or to you in one shot. But I'm telling you that the degree of economic cooperation on energy, on AI, on quantum, the areas where Israel is so strong, and they see the possibility now of sharing the fruits of these capabilities with them. And that's happening right now. It's so interesting because he's right in that economics kind of solves everything, right? Like if you realize, boy, things are kind of working here and people have jobs and everything's going okay and we're on this AI horizon and we can work with these guys who will help us do all these cool things with robotics and everything else, you're less inclined to try to kill these people.
40:04So it doesn't mean that all the truly religious radicals are gonna be thrilled about this little country the size of New Jersey over there. But what is going to happen at the end of this, I completely believe him on that. Other deals are going to be signed because all of the countries that signed the Abraham Accords deals, none of them got involved in this war. Well, Iran shot at some of them, but meaning none of them attacked Israel, right? So once deals are signed, then countries start sending people back and forth. You have diplomatic offices. There's liquidity in the system, right? There's movement, there's dollars being moved and everything else.
40:37And some people are like, you know what? Maybe blowing up those buildings isn't a great idea. Maybe trying to kill all those people or rape all those women isn't a wonderful idea. And let's not forget, days before, you can go back to headlines from literally three, four, five a week before October 7th, they were about to announce that Saudi Arabia was gonna be part of the Abraham Accord. So there's massive, massive things happening here. Now let's get you updated on what happened over the weekend as it relates to the ceasefire itself, because Iran did come back and did not agree to the latest offer from the Americans.
41:07Here's Trump on truth. Iran has been playing games with the United States and the rest of the world for 47 years, delay, delay, delay. And then finally hit pay dirt when Barack Hussein Obama became president. He was not only good to them, he was great, actually going to their side, jettisoning Israel and all other allies and giving Iran a major and very powerful new lease on life. Hundreds of billions of dollars and$1.7 billion in green cash flown to Tehran was handed over to them on a silver platter. Every bank in DC, Virginia and Maryland was emptied out. It was so much money that when it arrived, Iranian thugs had no idea what to do with it.
41:42They had never seen money like this and never will again. It was taken off the plane in suitcases and satchels and the Iranians couldn't believe their luck. They finally found the greatest sucker of them all in the form of a weak and stupid American president. He was a disaster as our leader, but not as bad as sleepy Joe Biden. For 47 years, the Iranians have been tapping us all along, keeping us waiting, killing our people with their roadside bombs, destroying protests, and recently wiping out 42 ,000 innocent, unarmed protesters and laughing at our now great again country. They will be laughing no longer President Donald J.
42:14Trump. I mean, he says an awful lot of stuff there, right? Like Obama paid them, literally. I said it before, people don't realize this. It wasn't like a wire transfer, like ding, and can you turn the key? It was a plane load of money sent over there. They had to empty banks and bring the cash over there. They couldn't believe it. We can, Obama was like, well, if we show them that we're nice, they'll start being nicer. And no, that's just not how, unfortunately, international diplomacy works. It's like peace through strength. That's what works. Learn it in eighth grade social studies and just remember it.
42:52Then it's interesting, I think particularly interesting that he brought up the 42 ,000 people that they killed because he's showing them, I didn't forget about you. I think that's just an interesting little side note there. And here's State Department spokesman Tommy Peugeot explaining that there are red lines that Trump is not going to trip over here. President just posted this on Truth Social. He writes, I have just read the response from Iran's so-called representatives. I don't like it. Totally unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J. Trump. So I guess it's back to the drawing board.
43:27We'll see what the president decides to do from here. Any predictions, Tommy? Well, I'm not going to be in the prediction business. I think the president's stating it very clearly there. Again, to stress, our objectives here have been very clear from the beginning. There is no guessing what the president wants here. That is, the Iranian regime cannot have a nuclear weapon. And I think another important point is we saw under the Obama administration a bad deal that gave the Iranian regime a roadmap to a nuclear weapon. President Trump is going to make a good deal for the American people. So remember, guys, when Donna Brazile says, we don't know why we got in this war, and they haven't explained anything else, how many more times they can't get a nuclear weapon and how many more times can Rubio say, so the reason we had to do it now is you don't wait until their ballistic missile program creates a nuclear shield, right?
44:10So that they have enough weapons that to take out the nukes, which every American president has said they were gonna do in 40 years, would be too difficult, that it would basically create a threat level that would cause much more mayhem and disaster and death and everything else. So we will see. So basically, we made an offer, They made a counteroffer. Trump is now saying, well, we're not accepting that. So I suppose we will find out more as the week goes by. But let's come back to our shores because we've got some interesting things related to all of this redistricting craziness. You remember about two weeks ago, Virginia, which was literally, literally the fairest state in the union when it came to representation.
44:51They were a 51-49 voting state that had six to five representation for the Democrats. Six Dems, five Republicans. They then did a referendum to vote on redistricting. It passed at 10 to one. It got caught 10 to one Democrats. A 50-50 state basically went 10 to one Democrats. Does that seem fair to anybody? Got caught up in the courts. And as of yesterday, it is officially gone. This is from Benny Johnson, massive Virginia Supreme Court overturns redistricting referendum, strikes down Democrat gerrymandered maps. So last week it was just kind of hung up in the courts. Everyone expected this decision and it is official.
45:28The redistricting map will not go 10 to one in a state that is 50-50. It will remain six to five. Here's Scott Jennings explaining that the Democrats picked a bunch of fights here, but in the end, this could be quite good for the Republicans. And I'll just add, it might have a little something to do with what Florida did last week.
45:54Kate, I hate to ruin your morning, But it's going to be more like R plus 10 or 11. I assure you, you will not ruin my morning, Scott Jennings. It's going to be more like 10 or 11, I think, after all of this. Because not only do you have the Virginia case, you've got Louisiana redrawing, Tennessee. Let's put up the map if we can there, just to show the redistricting push. We calculate that Republicans have figured out a way to pick up about 14 seats. Democrats is about six. So that's a net eight. But you haven't. But Louisiana is still yellow. That's going to be another one. Yeah, yeah, it's all in flux.
46:20Alabama is another one. It's in flux. South Carolina mayor, you know, we'll see what happens in South Carolina. So the point is, this is, and look, don't take it from me, Washington Post, New York Times, the math and the math totally upended. So just a few days ago, Republicans were in the doldrums about the midterms. Now, because of Virginia, because of the redraws after the Voting Rights Act case, you've got Republicans feeling resurgent. Yeah. The Supreme Court sided with, not Republicans per se, in Louisiana case. They decided on the side of not racism, that you can't district based on race.
46:56Ron DeSantis then went ahead and gave the Republicans four more seats. We've received about 2.3 million people in the last four years, and huge swaths of them are Republicans. Like the Democrats chose this fight. I'll even go, I'll go as far to say, let's just say for the sake of our minutes, a 50-50 thing, both sides do it when they can, nobody's hands are clean in this. Well, congratulations, Democrats, you got into a fight, Everybody does bad things. And as the map just laid out there, it looks like the Democrats probably get down 10 seats, which I would actually say in this case, thank God, as we are rolling into the midterms.
47:32Thank God this might save the House for the Republicans. Now, when things don't go the Democrats way, what do they do? What do they do? Connor, what do they do? What word do they call us? Racist. Racist. You got it. Here we go.
47:46John Fetterman:A new generation of Americans have to show up, Stand up, speak up, fight, get into good trouble to usher in an era of progress. And this behavior that we're seeing coming out of the Supreme Court of the United States to throw the American South back into the Jim Crow era. So it's going to take an all hands on deck effort. That it was a, quote, 21st century version of Jim Crow in new clothes. Do you agree? Absolutely. I agree. We saw yesterday in the state of Tennessee was a political lynching. It is very much an era of retribution. Present environment, however, when you are seeing states like Tennessee want to wipe out every black representative on the map in these states, we have an obligation as Americans to stand.
48:40Guys, it was a political lynching. Jim Crow is back. We're wiping out black representation. Racist, racist, racist. Now they keep doing this Jim Crow thing. So I thought, let me read two lines on Jim Crow. We've done it before, we'll do it again. And you tell me if this is what the Republicans have just done. Jim Crow refers to a system of state and local laws, customs and practices that enforce strict racial segregation and marginalized African-Americans in the United States, particularly in the South from 1877 until the mid 1960s. It was a legalized caste system predicated on white supremacy that relegated black Americans to second class citizenship.
49:21If someone can point out to me how removing districting based on race is racist, if someone can point out to me how any of the things that the Republicans have done here is racist or creates a system that white people will be treated differently than black people, If there was a bunch of Republicans that were like, you know what? We've just about had it with this water fountain situation. We're going back. We're gonna have water fountains for white people and water fountains for black people. And as a matter of fact, the water fountains for white people are gonna have Hawaiian punch. That would be a problem.
49:56This is not a problem, but you guys have decided because it's all you've got. If you didn't got this, you ain't got nothing. Listen to this from Polymarket. Just in, Virginia Democrats propose lowering the mandatory retirement age for Supreme Court justices from 75 to 54. Do you know why they're doing that? Because most of the judges who just sided with the Virginia constitution and got rid of the 10 to one map, they're over the age of 53. So they're, do you realize how insane the Democrats are, right? Like this is really nuts. They got a judicial decision they didn't want. So then they are going to try to force retirement for 55-year-old judges.
50:39I'm gonna be 50 next month. Can you believe that? I'm gonna be 50 next month, which means that some, what if years from now, that's what the Democrats will do? No YouTuber will be able to be over the age of 55. My buddy, Ben Dominick, here he is talking about how their whole scheme here, like it was a scheme out of Scooby-Doo and it did not work out. I know people hate gerrymandering, but it's always gonna be with us. And it's going to be something where people are trying to get a leg up on each other. Democrats this cycle thought that they should lean into it because it would give them an advantage going into the midterms.
51:14A lot of them right now, though, are looking at this scenario, especially combined with the Supreme Court's own decision regarding the VRA and saying, did we make a mistake? Did we make a miscalculation here? And are we now going to have to effectively run the table with all of our swing districts in order to take back the House, which is an astonishing place to be given the historical trends. And again, the answer is obviously yes. Why don't you think about it this way? I mentioned this earlier. I talk about Florida relentlessly and I'm thrilled to do it because I love talking about good things.
51:45When I lived in Cali, it started getting a little depressing. It was one of the reasons I left because every day I was like, man, all this crap, it's directly affecting my life, right? So here in Florida, when I talk about these good things, it's doubly wonderful because I'm part of it here and I can fight for it. It's why I'm doing the show with DeSantis in a month from now because I want that to scale across the country, right? But what he's saying there is, you guys chose this, and then look what happened. So think about all the times I talk about on Florida on this show, before a week and a half ago, was I calling for Florida to redistrict?
52:16Can anyone find one video of me saying that? No, no. But you guys chose the fight, and then I do believe what Ron DeSantis believes is you use political power when you have it, particularly in the face of an endless onslaught from the other side. So congratulations, you guys picked the fight. We got four more seats. But let's continue with the Democrats because what do they have? We're all racist, we're all racist, racist, racist. And we wanna put them in chains. It's not just that we want Jim Crow back. That would be one thing. My Hawaiian Punch Waterfounding, that would be one thing. But it's that we wanna actually bring back slavery.
52:50Here is noted wizard. I don't know what happened to this guy, Ro Khanna. I understand the anger and the frustration of what it feels like to go backwards. I mean, we're talking about 250 years of slavery. We're talking about the scars of 100 years of Jim Crow. We're talking about reconstruction that was cut short with the Southern redemption. Many of us were born thinking that this nation had overcome those ugly strains after decades and decades of sacrifice, and that we were the beneficiaries of moving towards Frederick Douglass and King and Obama's dream of a multiracial democracy. Well, it turns out we were wrong in thinking it would be as easy a path.
53:42I don't have hatred in my heart. Really don't. Had a nice weekend. Spent a little too much in the time in the pool. Got a little too much. My back's very red. But I'm starting to have hatred for these people. What do I say? It's in a little lockbox, a little lockbox in the heart there. What are you talking about, man? What are What are you talking about? Donald Trump and the Republicans are not racist. You know that there are people, black people, who live in red states and they live under the same exact laws as white people, and actually the cities that are red are safer for black people. You guys view everything, no matter what happens, you guys view it through the lens of race.
54:20So when we take racism out of the system, you actually think it is racist. I think black people, like white people, and all other people have a panoply of ideas. And what's happening to black people actually is that each year, a few more of them vote for the Republicans. And as you guys have lost that base, right? Donald Trump got record numbers. They're not huge numbers, but he got record numbers of the black vote in the last election. So as you guys start seeing that you don't have complete control of those people, you don't have ownership, you know, we'll do the slave reference here. You don't have ownership of those people anymore.
54:56Well, then what are you gonna do? move them aside and I don't know, usher in a whole bunch of illegals and make sure that they can vote and will be on the government dole and replace them. Could that be something like a replacement theory? Ooh, scary, scary. Here's Donald Trump on Ro Khanna. The sleazebag, radical left congressman from the failed state of California, Ro Khanna, should not be allowed on Fox News unless you have an anchor who is capable of disputing his lies one after the other and closing down his fake BS narrative. He is similar, but worse than Hakeem Jeffries, only with a somewhat higher IQ.
55:29This morning he tried on behalf of the Democrats to take credit for the steel industry pouring back into the US knowing full well that the Dums virtually destroyed it and I saved it through strong tariffs. Plus, our country was dead during the last administration and now it is hotter than ever before. We can't allow the Democrats to take credit for this. If elected, they will fully destroy our thriving and now very respected nation. I will not let that happen, President Donald J. Trump. We're just gonna miss him. AI is not even gonna be able to create these tweets, these truth social posts once he's gone.
55:59We really are gonna miss him. But of course, American Steel coming back. Think of all the videos we've shown you in the last year and a half, where Trump's standing up with major, not only tech leaders, but industry leaders, Steel guys. All of these guys talking about how they're pouring money back in. Banks are opening up credit to America again. The world is looking to us to lead again. And it has, not only does it have nothing to do, it would be one thing if it had nothing to do with the Democrats, it's in spite of what the Democrats are doing. But they are radical, they are radical. There is no doubt about it and they will.
56:30I would just take their word for it. PAC courts, DC state, Puerto Rico state, what can we do to break everything? Cory Booker, who he's a lefty nut bag, tries to pretend he's not completely insane, just got married to a woman, which is a very exciting thing that leads us to believe he'll run for president because you've got to be married to a woman, no matter what. Here he is hedging on whether he would pack the Supreme Court. This decision has revived the debate within the Democratic Party about potentially adding more seats to the Supreme Court. Would you, Senator, support an effort to add more seats to the Supreme Court to expand the court?
57:12Well, remember, there's a corrupt shadow hanging over the Supreme Court. Some of these same members that are voting on decisions like this are accepting gifts from billionaires. We have RVs, lavish vacations. It's a corrupt court. The highest court in our land has the lowest ethics laws. The Supreme Court desperately needs reform. It is a corrupt court. And in my opinion, it is a court that needs reform. And I will continue to lead on those things. Do you support, though, adding additional seats? Is that something you would back? I, again, I want this court reformed from its ethics to having people stay on there well into their 80s or 90s is very problematic.
57:52There are ways we can reform this court. Remember, you're a Democrat. It goes exactly to what Spencer Pratt said at the Sabbath show. You're a Democrat. You can just say a whole bunch of crazy stuff and they never push back, right? They never push back on any of the craziness. There's just no reason to believe him whether he would or wouldn't do it. And it's a corrupt Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court was doing everything you wanted, you'd be telling us how much you love them, right? Sometimes decisions go your way, sometimes they go the other way. That doesn't mean they're corrupt. It's kind of what all of these ding-dong Tucker types were doing with Trump, with Iran.
58:22It's like, sometimes you're gonna agree with him, and sometimes you're not. It doesn't mean he's corrupt. It doesn't mean he's guided by anyone or anything else. Like, you win some, you lose some, and not everyone thinks the way you think. It's such an immature, boring way of thinking, right? Like, the institution is not inherently bad because it goes against you. It's bad if it's anti-Constitution, let's say, or something else. But I would say no matter what he says there, it doesn't matter. We know the Democrats will lie at the highest possible level to get into power. How do we know that? Well, let's just look at two recent elections.
58:51Moron Zamboni in New York, free buses, right? That was the thing, that was the thing. Then he got into office and immediately said no free buses. He should have been booted out of Gracie Manchin that day. Free buses, no free buses. Okay, and we'll do another one. Spanberger in Virginia, leftist lunatic. I'm not gonna be for redistricting when I'm in office. What does she do? Within months of being there, she tries to redistrict. Now, the court has gone against it, but those are just two simple ones off the top of my head right now. They will say anything to get elected, and then when they get elected, they will do anything.
59:24That is what they do, but at least they're having fun while destroying fascism. The one note that I wanna leave us on is we are allowed to have fun while we are destroying fascism. We are allowed to inhabit joy and we are allowed to cherish one another and we are allowed to celebrate our victories. Yeah, because there's nothing happier than a group of progressives. You want to hang out with a bunch of miserable people, miserable, awful people, jealous, bitter, envious, hateful, confused, disgusting, smelly, decrepit, bad teeth, bad breath, bad B.O. Hang out with Democrats. I do think it's actually kind of interesting what she's doing there, because I think people are picking up on it.
1:00:22You know how I always end the show with something positive? I think what they're starting to realize is their message of everything's horrible all the time, the sky is falling, everyone's racist. it's burning too hot. You can't have just endless misery. You can't have the Hamas guys in the streets trying to burn things down while you scream everybody's racist. And you can't all be miserable all at the same time. At some point humans have an aversion to it. So I think that was not just like a little throwaway that she did there. I think that's a calculated move. Guys, let's smile more. Let's smile more during the revolution.
1:00:55And yes, when we're calling for the death of our political opponents, let's make jokes about it. let's do that because they know it can't run forever. Now I'll give you a great example of this. Here is AOC, a woman who, God bless bartenders. I've been bartender. I've been a bartender. I've been a server. I've been a waiter. I've been a bar back. I've done every odd job you could ever possibly imagine back in the day, right? Which now I look back on as the good old days, which is crazy. Even at the time, it sucks, right? She was a bartender. She has no qualifications to do anything. She has no, she has never run a business.
1:01:33All she is is a media construct who basically makes up nonsense. Here she is explaining that the American Revolution was against the billionaires. And watch as she laughs through it because she knows it's nonsense. Note the laugh, watch. The American Revolution was against the billionaires of their time. And we are declaring independence from such an extreme marriage of wealth and power and the state. She does not believe that for one second. The American Revolution was against the billionaires. Like, well, here's Grock. The statement in the video, the American Revolution was against the billionaires of their time, rates a solid 9 out of 10 on the stupidity scale.
1:02:17It was a fight for self-government and against unaccountable monarchy slash taxation, not anti-wealth. Most founders were prosperous landowners and merchants themselves. This reframes history as modern class warfare. The point of everything with these people, everything is about the revolution. America's founding was bad. It was everything from back then was just recycled so we could apply it today's politics. It's boring. And just understand that this woman is a clown. She is a ridiculous buffoon. I think we have a video compilation that would illustrate such. My favorite part was when he said that American cowboys came from Spain.
1:03:00I thought they came from Winnetou. I believe the Mexicans and descendants of African enslaved peoples would like to have a word. The American Revolution was against the billionaires of their time. And we're declaring independence from such an extreme marriage of wealth and power. And how Black Americans really created democracy in this country. That's exactly right. How they literally made something from nothing. Perhaps my colleagues were not fully present for the events on Wednesday, but we came close to half of the house nearly dying on Wednesday. It goes on, guys. It goes on. My favorite one of those is that Black Americans created democracy, Black Americans.
1:03:58She's literally combining George Washington and Thomas Jefferson into George Jefferson. I love that joke. I don't know how many times I've done a version of it. and if you don't get it, watch the Jeffersons and you could learn way more from Wheezy or even from the housekeeper. What was her name? Thelma Tompkins? What the hell was her name? What was the housekeeper's name in the Jeffersons? And the actress was, Marla Gibbs was the actress and what was her name? She was always fighting with George. Florence. Florence. Florence. The point is you could learn more from Florence about American history than you could learn from that woman.
1:04:30However, she will likely run for president one day and here is Scott Jennings on that. Yeah, I assume she's running. I mean, I take everybody seriously, except Newsom, who I do not take seriously. Well, we'll put a pin in that. Go ahead. But I take her seriously because of what Brad said. I mean, she is the energy. That's where, on the left, what she does and what she says, as silly and stupid as it may be, that's where all the energy on the left is right now. You look at the primaries that are going on at this moment. They've got this Plattner character in Maine. They've got lunatics running in Michigan.
1:05:02All the energy in these Democratic primaries are flowing towards people and they'll forgive anything even a nazi tattoo as long as you've got the right radical energy and of course he's right so you got the nazi tattoo guy you got the islamist in uh in michigan and we see what they did you know spanberger in virginia she kind of ran as a moderate became a crazy lefty the second she was in power zohan actually ran i will give him credit he ran as a lefty lunatic and he's governing governing as a lefty lunatic and Congratulations, New York. You're getting exactly what you asked for. But what would a President AOC usher in?
1:05:35Well, she'd usher in exactly what Zorhan promised. We'll draw this city closer together. We will replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism. Yeah. Well, how warm is it now in New York City? Because they're losing all the money and quite literally billions and billions of dollars are being siphoned out and largely going to Florida. I had a tweet on Friday that, maybe we could grab it real quick, just to end it. My tweet about the Ken Griffin Cancer Center. It's been here for a while, but I was driving in Miami and I passed at the University of Michigan, the Ken Griffin Cancer Research Center.
1:06:13Ken Griffin, of course, is the guy from Citadel who Zorhan stood outside of his condo and said this 238 million condo here, when you're gonna burn something down and rape the women, this is where you wanna do it. Well, Ken Griffin, although that building had been built here already, He's moving a ton of stuff right now to Miami. And congratulations, we will get all the people who will build things. We will get all the jobs. We will get all the cancer research centers. I think we've got the image, if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, I took that picture. The Kenneth C. Griffin Cancer Research Building. Well, congratulations.
1:06:43And even the fact, the way I took the picture, I happen to be driving, I try not to touch my phone when I'm driving, but the fact that there is a crane right there showing we're building like that, that's the picture of the year, MFA. So it's either we can keep doing this, We can do what you lunatics want and the energy cannot be stopped on your side, or you can choose differently, Democrat-run cities, and it's up to you here, Spencer Pratt. No, I'm the citizen. I'm the angry taxpayer. You can be a Democrat and love me. You can be a Republican and love me. The only people that don't love me are communists and socialists, and I don't want them to love me.
1:07:17And that's what we're up against. So again, if you're on the right and you've fallen into that Tucker, whatever that trap is, and you're upset about Iran or whatever. And by the way, again, you don't have to agree with Trump on everything. But look what we are up against right now. So the thing that Trump now represents is will America go on or will it be the warmth of collectivism? And will it be that everyone is racist? And will it be that all of the norms, like packing, like having a Supreme Court that is not packed, et cetera, et cetera, will be blown apart? That's basically where we're at.
1:07:51You're gonna have to decide what you wanna do. Guys, one month from today, That's right, June 11th here in Miami. Fillmore, me, DeSantis, Shapiro, Carola, Jillian Michaels. There's gonna be a lot of fun stuff. I promise you fun. How often do I make a promise on this show? Every now and again, I promise it's gonna be a good show. I think I've got a good tracker. This is going to be a bananas fun live show. Ask anyone who's come to any of my shows. People don't walk out of there upset. They walk out of there often, sometimes they've peed in their pants because it's so funny they've lost control of their bowels.
