In short
Dave Rubin’s “The Rubin Report” episode argues that crime is down due to tougher law-and-order messaging tied to Trump, and attacks Democrats for shifting toward socialism/communism. It also criticizes proposed AI regulation (20-year prison threats) as anti-innovation and claims it would cede AI leadership to China. A final segment discusses Trump barring CNN/MSNBC from White House special access and frames it as a media-credibility and optics fight.
Guests
No guests appear in the transcript. The episode is presented by Dave Rubin and includes clips featuring public figures (e.g., Bill Maher, Roseanne Barr, Hassan Piker, AOC, Bernie Sanders, Jensen Huang, Dario Amodei, Peter Thiel, Jen Psaki, Brian Stelter, Abby Phillip, David Sachs, Jesse Waters, Ro Khanna).
Key claims
Crime is down because of Trump-era enforcement and deterrence. Democrats are “devolving” into socialist/communist politics. AI “guardrails” with harsh penalties will stop innovation and benefit China. Media restrictions are portrayed as hypocritical and politically weaponized.
Notable examples

0:28Pursuant to a license from Visa USA Inc. I've seen this one. I've seen this one. This is a classic. This is the one where Dave calls out the AI doomers. What do you mean you've seen this? It's brand new. Yeah, well, I saw it on a rerun. It's a rerun. You'll find out. Previously on the movie. I want Chinese-style communism to happen. We'll be the scarecrow in the dark night prizes. CNN's data dork. Johnny B on the side shaking his head. A man who definitely humps a USB drive at the end of every day. Move it around a little bit too. There for effect. There you go.
1:30How you doing, people? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It is September 28th, 2026. Hope you had a nice weekend. We all did around here, and I am refreshed and ready to roll. So I have no messages at the top of the show for you today other than we got a banger for you, and let's dive right in. It is Monday, and you know we like to do our Mondays with Marr, And Bill Maher, the red pilling of Bill Maher, which I've probably talked about more than anyone else, and I've done it publicly, and I've worked on him privately and everything else. It's getting, it seems to me, and it's getting to its end game position right now, because now, you know, we're basically five weeks away from this midterm election.
2:14And for the guy that has said, I didn't leave the left, the left left me, and all the versions of that that there are. And many people did it, you know, before him, whether it was me or it was Elon or Joe Rogan or Ronald Reagan, et cetera, et cetera. The rubber is starting to meet the road with him because I think he is realizing that at this point, even if he was to support the Dems, this is, I don't know this for a fact, this is just my prescription of what's happening here, that even if he was to support the Dems in the midterms, the Dems are gonna hate him no matter what. And if he supports the Dems in the midterms, the Republicans will still like him.
2:49So it will be very interesting to see what he says on his show on that Friday before the midterms. And you may say, Dave, it doesn't matter if he ever gets there, and I'm sympathetic to that argument. But I do think he is one of the few people that has an audience that, you know, there's a little movement there and could actually change some votes. So interestingly, he as a liberal lives in reality as a true classical liberal, he lives in reality. So when he sees that good things are happening, As opposed to putting ideology over reality, he acknowledges reality. And one of the realities that we are having right now is that crime actually is down.
3:31And it's in large part because Donald Trump came in and said we were going to be tough on crime. That empowered Republican governors particularly to do some things. Here is Marr acknowledging reality when reality appears.
3:52And it's not just drug crime that's way down. It's all crime. And again, probably much of it is not political. It's because you can't move two inches in America without being tracked, photographed, and followed by a flock camera. But it's also because when Democrats expand the safety net, there are less desperate people. And because Trump is a badass. Now, I don't agree with many of his methods, like how they sometimes just deport people to countries where they have absolutely no connection, like Meghan and Harry?
4:32Is doing it this way the right thing? No. But it's just childish to pretend that when you elect a f*** around and find out president, president, a no more Mr. Nice Guy booting your ass, V for vendetta, kick ass and take names, say hello to my little friend president, that's not going to have some effect on crime. He has a UFC fights on the lawn. I think the bad guy's got the message. Yeah. Now, look, let's put away some of there's a little confusion in there. Like he sort of was implying that because of Democrats social safety nets, there is less crime. Like there's no evidence of that. And usually those social safety nets end up keeping people in poverty.
5:11It keeps people doing criminal activity and subsidized housing and all that. Let's just put that aside. The main part of what he said is that the messaging around Trump is we don't, we will not tolerate crime, right? It's like when those Venezuelan boats were coming and we blew up a couple of the boats, was it about, oh, we wanna blow up as many boats as possible? Or was it about, oh, we will send a message. We will send a message to the world If you come, you are going to be blown up. And then more criminals are like, well, or international drug cartels are like, I guess we're not gonna show up.
5:44If you saw my interview a couple of weeks ago, it was two weeks ago with Dominic Tarzinski, who's now a member of European parliament, former member of Polish parliament, and probably will be back in the Polish parliament. But he basically said, if you come to the, well, he looked right at the camera on the interview. And he said, if you come to the Polish border and you are illegal, we will shoot you. Is that because they wanna shoot a whole bunch of people? or is that you send the message to people and then people self-police? So Bill is fully acknowledging that law and order has some, the benefits of law and order that we are seeing now have something to do with Donald Trump closing the border, have something to do with arresting people again, and something to do with the general message of, yeah, we ain't going to take crap.
6:30Another thing that he's been particularly good on is the COVID stuff. And I know people get bored. Why are we even talking about it anymore? Even though they ripped four years of all of our lives away. But he had Andrew Huberman on and they get into the absolute insanity that happened, particularly in Cali and how it relates to a guy who obviously is running for president in two years. I remember when COVID hit right before they took us off the air because of, oh, you know, it was so dangerous. But I said, you know, the S's, just take care of your S's. Sugar, cut down on sugar. Sun, get sun. Stress, sleep.
7:10Of course, we did the opposite on all of them. Everything we did, the opposite. People did. I mean, Gavin Newsom said last week, you know, it was insane to close the beaches out here. And in hindsight. Well, some of the people were saying in present day time, go to the beach, that it was the beach, sunshine, fresh air. Right. So here's where I would say, Bill, you can't, you know, say that Gavin is your friend then. He did unbelievably draconian, evil things and literally ruined people's lives. I probably should give Gavin a little credit by being so evil. He improved all of our lives and got us to move to the free state of Florida.
7:53but yes, you're right. They did terrible things there. And Gavin Newsom now acknowledging, do you remember that day? It was like three days into lockdowns when they took those trucks and they filled up the skate rinks at, you know, like the skateboard rinks in Malibu. Was it Malibu and Venice, Venice Beach, right? And it's like, what were we allowing these people to do? Police officers chasing surfers down the street. I'm so afraid of this disease that I will chase the surfer who's alone in the water. But the point of showing you that, I know you get it on the COVID stuff, is that whether it's Bill or it's your Aunt Karen or whoever it is, if anyone is still on the fence about what to do in five weeks from now, do not vote for the people that opened the borders and allowed all the criminality.
8:38Do not vote for the party and the same people that locked you down and didn't let you go to the beach and forced you to be injected with things and everything else, which gets me to one more clip of Bill. This is on Club Random Podcast, and here he is with my friend Roseanne Barr. I just loved watching these two together. And Roseanne, again, Roseanne was a lefty her entire life. Roseanne, the original show of Roseanne, it was all, literally the first gay kiss that was ever on television was Roseanne on that show. She was a hero of the left. She's started to wake up about things and now she's hated by the left and she's considered a far right maniac like me and many of you.
9:17But here they got into what has happened to the Democrats. Your views are evolving to where mine are that you called me crazy. My views aren't evolving at all. The Democratic Party evolved. Well, that I agree with. They became the Democratic Socialist Party. I didn't change at all. I've always believed in capitalism. The party now is full of socialists who are really communist. They're not socialists. No, they're not socialists. I've proved this by just quoting them that they want to take over the means of production. It's right on their website. the government should be controlling, and then they list like every major industry.
9:53That's communism. That's not social. That's straight up communism. They use the word sometimes. So it doesn't matter. Did I leave the party? Did the party leave me? I wouldn't say, though, I think a better way of phrasing it would be it's not that the Democrat Party evolved. The Democrat Party devolved. They devolved into the bad ideas that we had put aside in America for 250 years. So again, the question is, all right, are you going to make that final move? We'll leave that there. But I will illustrate his point perfectly, which is that the Democrats are not liberals anymore. They're not Democrats anymore.
10:32They are socialists and communists. This very weekend, their thought leader, Hassan Piker, was at Cornell, which ironically, Bill went to Cornell. My dad went to Cornell too. But Bill went to Cornell, and I think the Cornell that Bill Maher and my father went to, you know, 50 years ago, something like that, which was a bastion of free thought and true liberalism and everything. What an absolute devolved situation they find themselves in when they bring on Hassan Piker, who is very excited about the socialist takeover of the Democrat Party. This is saying the quiet part out loud. Some of you may be familiar with some of the transformation that at least my community and many of you probably have also been a part of.
11:18Mayla Kuros in Denver, Colorado, the star of Osoram Mondani in New York City.
11:28D.S.A.! D.S.A.! D.S.A.! Adam Holloway in New Jersey, Dianya Liza, Rachel O 'Reilly, Anna, Claire Dennis, and many other kids all around the country. What a bunch of freaking losers those kids are. Like what? Oh, we're back? Yeah, like what a bunch of pathetic, limp-wristed dorks. You kids who are going to an elite school like Harvard that was once the home of brilliant minds like Carl Sagan. and now you're there cheering socialism. Like it's so grotesque. And I don't know how we extricate ourselves from this. We have lost at least a generation of young people and what could be on the other side of this thing is so, like you don't even wanna speak it into existence because it's so, we are living in different realities with people and if you don't have a fundamental, if humans in a society don't have like a fundamental and if you have a fundamental agreement on what is good and bad roughly, and then you can move on the margins of that, then the society cannot work.
12:41And that guy, he has talked about it, that he wants the communist style takeover of the Democratic Party. Well, the Chinese Communist Revolution killed 40 to 80 million people. Would they not kill people in their quest for utopia? Would they not jail Donald Trump and anyone who spoke up or anyone who was part of this administration or anything else? And of course, the other part of this is that they're all LARPing, live action role playing. They are not actual socialists and communists. I thought this was great from Laura Loomer. It's hilarious how Hassan Piker just spoke at Cornell about the need for socialist candidates to get elected.
13:17Someone I know sent me this text on Friday in true champagne socialist fashion. Hassan Piker flew first class from New York to LA on Friday when he finished speaking at Cornell. Hassan, you don't practice what you preach. Of course they don't. Of course they don't. Remember Bernie Sanders? You know, he flies all over the world in his private planes, and then he gets asked about it. And he's like, oh, you know, I have a lot to do, and I'm a person out there, and I'm trying to explain to the people why I'm doing the thing that I'm doing, and I have to get there, and I can't stop in Burlington to get over there.
13:47It's a big thing, and I'm a— And it's like, oh, so when you have something to do that's important to you, you can take the private plane. But the businessman who's actually trying to revolutionize the world, or a doctor or just anyone that for, if I, I've only been on a private plane, I think three times, but I am tempted to just to prove the point today to rent a private plane, fly over to the Bahamas, have a drink and come home just to say, F you Bernie Sanders. I'm not even sure that had anything to do with the clip that we just played, but anyway, they have taken over. They have taken over.
14:21And even the ones who had the slightest veneer of being decent and moderate, they're all in on it. Ro Khanna, who I keep telling you, This guy has just become the slimiest slime bag in Slime Town. Here he is just admitting, yeah, they've taken over and that's the future. You see the seeds of a real progressive movement. And I believe that there's going to be transformative change after Trump. I believe it's setting it up for a new progressive era. And these leaders are going to be pushing our progressive caucus that way and our party that way. It's no longer going to be just one-offs of progressives on television or on the media.
15:01Now you're going to have a block of probably 20, 30 very movement-oriented progressives in the Congress, which is fantastic. Note, he doesn't say that he believes in their ideas or thinks that they're good. What he's doing is he sees something shiny over there in the distance, and he's like, oh, I'm going to go to that. And that's why the entropy is leading to the end of the Democrat party, as you know it. It is already dead. It is a dead carcass, that's all it is. And now they're just on the inside, they're basically pulling out the copper wiring. That's all that is left of the Democrat party.
15:35But you could have been a principled Democrat Roe because you weren't a complete lefty psycho. You could have said, I'm not actually interested in this and I'm not a socialist. because you know how you know that Roe's not a socialist? Well, I like reading this one, and we're gonna read it every time we show a clip of him. In Roe's latest house annual disclosure, it lists his household assets about 69 to 167 million plus. Other 2026 estimates run from tens of millions into the low hundreds of millions, much of it in a family trust wealth tied to his wife Ahuja's auto parts fortune. His two minor children hold stakes in three private Ohio golf clubs, Barrington, Sandridge, and Mayfield.
16:17As I often point out, at Barrington, Sandridge, and Mayfield, they do check your ID when you're going to go golfing. That's how they do it over there. Also, the fact that you are trying to lead the socialist revolution while you are worth hundreds of millions of dollars when you come crawling to us after the Civil War and the red states are flourishing and they've burned your house down and they've probably taken your wife and God knows what. When you come crawling to to the Florida border, I will be there to say you cannot come in row slime bag. Speaking of the DSA, how many DSA members will be there at the end of this year?
16:56Well, here's what the Cauchy markets are showing. Segue. Cauchy's like buying or selling a stock, except the line isn't set by an algorithm working against you. It moves based on where the money goes. So if you put$100 on less than 150 ,000 members, and that is way too high, you can earn$207 if correct. Download the CallShe app and use code RubinReport to get$25. When you trade$25, CallShe, put your money where your prediction is. Okay, let's go back to what the Democrats are up to, which, because we have an election in five weeks, you know what they have to ramp up. It's the one thing they have.
17:29Fear, fear, fear. Here is AOC, a woman that 10 years ago told us the world had 12 years left because of climate change, now telling us that the robots are coming to kill you and everyone you know. We are going to encounter a lot of challenges. We're already starting to see it. Flash floods without warnings. We're seeing entire regions get wiped out in flash floods and wildfires. And in order to rebuild this, we are going to have to come together. Because what the elite want, and they're already planning for it, is to hoard all of the resources for themselves as the world gets more and more physically unstable.
18:14And in an environment of AI, they want to wipe out all of our livelihoods. Yes, it's so thin, it's so dumb, it's so boring. First off, whatever your prescriptions are to the problem that you apparently believe in, you are not the person to do any of that, right? You've never accomplished anything other than becoming a media darling. You are a bartender. and I've been a bartender and there's nothing wrong with being a bartender, but a bartender, with that being the sum totality of all of your skillset, should probably not be president of the United States. That's number one. Number two, it's just like a fantastical story.
18:52That's what the elites are doing as the world gets more unstable and there's flash fuds and fires. The robots and the elites, they're going to take all of our stuff. You know what, the elites, they have to live on the planet too. I'm not saying all of them are doing perfect things all the time. But I would, I actually personally would rather trust a bunch of tech people who have built a whole bunch of stuff than you who have done nothing. If that's what my choices are, right? Like maybe there's something somewhere in between. I'd like to believe that. But as they freak you out about the robot, you know, she did a little bit of climate there and then it's the robots.
19:27It's the robots are coming to get us. Remember, this is AOC about a decade ago. Millennials and people and you know Gen Z and all these folks that come after us are looking up and we're like the world is going to end in 12 years if we don't address climate change and your biggest issue is your your biggest issue is how are we going to pay for it yeah well how are you going to pay for it that has something to do with reality that means you're taking money from people for whatever purposes you want, right? But 10 years ago, she told us 12 years, the world's gonna end in 12 years, and now you all applaud.
20:06Yes, it's going to end. Take us out of our misery. Please, we can't take this. We're very confused about our genitals. Let the freaking rock, the big stone hit the planet and something, something. Of course, don't worry. Maybe I'm wrong about all of this. It's possible I'm completely wrong about this and the robots are gonna take over. But fear not, people. We have Bernie Sanders to save us. isn't it a little extreme though to you know threaten 20 years in prison for someone who violates an ai regulation like you're suggesting and i you are with whom fox business yeah how did i guess that is it is it not extreme though 20 years seems like a long time to violate a regulation that you were suggesting planning your next adventure with the smart buddy insurance app travel insurance is just a hop away in just 60 seconds you can secure up to 1 million dollars of coverage for medical emergencies or get trip protection for delays or cancellations right from your phone.
21:01Download the Smart Bunny Insurance app today and travel smarter. Smart Bunny Insurance. Fast, easy, and always ready to hop into action. Smart Bunny. Smart Bunny. Insurance sold by Smart Bunny Insurance Services, Inc. Underwritten by various insurers. Coverage exclusions and limitations may apply. Really? And if that violation results in the possibility of millions of people dying, Do you think that that's really terribly radical? You see the little linguistic trick that he just did there? If, if that results in the possibility of, because they have no idea what they're talking about. And again, if you think Bernie Sanders, try to picture Bernie Sanders, try to picture Bernie Sanders putting a VHS tape into a VCR in 1987.
21:48Do you think he knew how to do it? I don't think so. He would have got it upside down. He would have got it backwards. Like this is not a man, this guy, if you, AOC was at least a bartender. This man has done nothing in his entire life. 40 years of no major legislation with his name on it. All he has done is scale the horrific ideas of communism and eventually the revolution will eat him too, of course, and that will be a good day. That's how it is. But if this happens, it's a possibility. Okay, so you're gonna start jailing. You're gonna jail, there's gonna be some, there is somewhere right now, there is some genius 12 year old kid who is doing something crazy with AI using Claude and Grock and doing some amazing stuff.
22:30Like I don't even know what that is. Like he literally might be curing cancer right now. And you wanna jail that guy. And you think that if you can just jail enough Americans, we can stop AI. But of course, what will that lead to? It will literally lead to China leading the world into the future. And that probably is not a great idea. So why is it that Bernie Sanders desperately wants to stop American innovation? Well, here's David Sachs with Jesse Waters. The legislation you're hearing considered, new laws to throw people in prison for AI regulation violations. What's that all about? Well, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren has joined him in AOC and many other Democrats.
23:15They have a bill called Ban Artificial Superintelligence. But the way they define superintelligence is pretty much a lot of the AI models that we have today. And, of course, along with this loose definition, you have the threat of 20-year prison sentences. No AI developer is going to want to take the chance of going to jail for developing AI. So all the innovation is going to stop. This is going to be just like what they did to crypto. Remember when they declared war on crypto? They randomly prosecuted and victimized innovators, drove the whole industry offshore. That is what they want to do with AI.
23:46And if that happens, China will take the lead in AI, and this technology will benefit their economy and their national security. It will make China the most powerful country in the world instead of the United States. And that would be a tragic mistake. Yeah, it would be a horrific mistake for a million very obvious reasons. But that's all they know how to do. There is progress coming. There's a new world coming. We're going to be able to think about things in new ways. All of their fear things they've used on us. COVID is coming. You've got to be injected with something. Climate change is coming.
24:15the world, they're gonna get on the robots, they're gonna take over. They are all about stopping people from thinking and living freely and all the things. That's what they are. That is the purpose of Bernie Sanders as a human being. It is not to create anything. It is not to innovate. It is not to excite. It is not to go on the pursuit of whatever your dreams are. He wants to create a world and all of these people want to create a world where they can just control all of the people who are trying to do things. Now, it doesn't mean that all of the people who are trying to do of things are doing great things or are perfect people, but that's what the gestalt of human life is.
24:47There's a word for you. That's what it's all about, right? And they want to stop it. And again, they'll just hand it to freaking China. But can you imagine? Sax is completely right. Forget the 14-year-old kid that's somewhere right now, he's on his computer doing something that we, like mind-blowingly amazing that we can't even think of, right? How about the guys that are working at these companies right now? They're working at these companies. They get, well, here's what my job is today. I gotta do this and I'm gonna have to code this and that and the other thing. And then in the back of their mind, they have to, oh, but also if I screw something up or if I write a line of code that's bad or whatever, I create some agent that does some weird thing, I'm going to end up in jail.
25:23You think these people are going to want these jobs? No. So it will completely wreck what is about to flip our economy in the most positive way. It's just extraordinary. And the point is, why would you trust the people who locked you in your home? Why would you trust the people who censored you online or who made sure that Donald Trump, the sitting president of the United States, couldn't be on big tech or else? Why should we trust any of these awful people? Could we just look at their track record? We will hold social media platforms accountable for the hate infiltrating their platforms because they have a responsibility to help fight against this threat to our democracy.

26:10There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy. But I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda. And whether they should be civilly or even in some cases criminally charged is something that would be a better deterrent. Do you want those people in charge of AI? Do you want those people anywhere near anything that you do? I mean, it's all the most sort of dystopian, futuristic, we will control you and how you think. I mean, that line from Walls, we've played it for you a million times. Like that man could have been vice president.
26:50He said there is no constitutional protection against misinformation or hate speech. Of course there is. The whole point of the First Amendment is that you're allowed to say mean things. That's hate speech, I can't say it. Okay, then none of us can say anything because somebody's gonna think that everybody's saying something mean all the time. I'm completely insane, completely insane. But these are the very same people that want to now control AI. It is completely absurd. So what do they have to do? Because all this is is a power grab. It is a power grab of an incoming new innovation that is going to free minds, free people, and literally change the world in the most extraordinary ways.
27:29So what do they have to do because they wanna control it? They've got to scare the hell out of you. So much like Bill Gates, who created Windows, operating system that then led to all of the viruses that took over computers, which then, in essence is why the Mac, why Apple became something that was ubiquitous in everybody's home was because it didn't have viruses. So Bill Gates created that. Bill Gates somehow also the largest landowner in the United States, which is a little weird. Bill Gates who lives on the water in Seattle, despite climate change, a little bit weird. Bill Gates who's always vaccinating people in Africa for some reason and wants you to mask up.
28:05Bill Gates, who's very concerned about climate change and has put more CO2 in the world with his private flights than anybody. Here's Bill Gates and he just needs to be regulated. He wants more regulation because they're going to kill over a billion people. Do you think self-regulation is sufficient or does it need to be accompanied by legislation? No one thinks self-regulation is enough. So there needs to be legislation passed in Washington? Absolutely. Do you believe AI is powerful enough to end all of humanity? AI is certainly powerful enough to drive events that cause a billion deaths. Oh, it could probably cause a billion deaths.
28:52Okay, and so the government, the United States, do you think it's going to destroy the world? Like, what ridiculously leading questions by that dim woman? but like a billion, okay, yes, a billion deaths. So you're right. You know what, I actually just changed my opinion. I've been thinking this thing through. It's gonna cause a billion deaths. Call Bernie Sanders, you have a month speed dial? Call Bernie Sanders, tell him I'm all in. I will support his legislation to stop the robots from killing a billion people. It's like I was saying that other stuff, but it's so profoundly, profoundly ridiculous.
29:28but let's transition from ridiculous to reality. Here is Jensen Huang, as you know, the CEO of NVIDIA, explaining how really profoundly ridiculous this whole conversation is. You said, as a client about AI labs, you said if they say there's no way to contain our experiments, there's just no way when we test our AI models, it will get out and it will damage the world. And I think the answer is that we have to shut the labs down. Isn't that obvious? It sounds obvious. How would you shut the labs? Who shuts the labs down? these companies? I guess so. I mean, if they're that concerned about it. So we would rely on these companies to shut their own labs down?
30:08Well, first, I think there's a, I really don't believe they mean that. I really don't believe that they're building something, they have no idea how to control, their whole company's out of control. So why are they saying this? Why are they raising this? Anderson, you're gonna have to ask them. It doesn't make any sense to me that he would be racing ahead, building more compute. Yeah, it's just none of this makes sense. We're building something that's going to kill everybody. And also we're going to IPO next month and want your money, which is an SEC violation. You're not allowed to be talking all about your products and the good things they do or the bad things they might do when you are about to go public.
30:46But no one will do anything about that. I get that. But Anderson sort of gets it. So he's like, so should the labs shut down on themselves, well, yes, if you were, if anyone, if you, whatever business you were in, if you were doing something that was a faulty product, right, like faulty product, it doesn't do what it says it's gonna do, it's not doing it at the rate, the speed at which it's supposed to do, you're building a TV, the resolution, well, you would stop and figure it out. So Wang's answer there is completely right, which is, well, they should have to figure it out. But again, why do you think, Anderson or any of you people, why do you think that the government with a little plastic hat and a laminated, hello, I'm from the government, can I hear your algorithm please?
31:31Like, no, these are not the best and the brightest that are going to be doing this stuff. But now interestingly, I'd like to say I've been one of the loudest voices trying to push back against this nonsense, but there's been many other people and it's been great to see Jensen Huang and it's been great to see Elon Musk and David Sachs and particularly Donald Trump, like the good guys seem to be lining up against the ridiculousness of these people who are saying we are going to destroy the world and we need your money at the exact same time. And I think we're starting to win because although I don't care about SNL and I haven't watched it probably since Phil Hartman was on in 1996, this clip was going around and even on SNL, which is leftist drivel, here they are making fun of Dario Almadé, the head of Anthropic, and the nonsensical, confusing rhetoric that he's putting out there.
32:28You know, you know, you know, thanks for having me, Michael. I may have been alarming in my recent interviews, but I want to assure you that if we can pressure lawmakers to create guardrails, we will be able to stop me. Zaria, can you just explain how your company isn't going to kill us? So, so, so, so, so, so, so, that's a really hard question. It shouldn't be. So, you know, come on, Dario. Come on, Dario, you can do this. I know. Just reassure them, I will. AI is the devil and I its maker. What? Like, who's watching that? It's Saturday night at 1130. Get drunk. Get laid. Watch a movie. Sit in a room in the dark, but don't watch that crap.
33:26However, that being said, the fact that they're making fun of this guy now, right? Like nothing he is saying makes any sense, right? Nothing he is saying. It's Dr. Frankenstein going, somebody stop me. I'm building this crazy thing. Somebody stop me. What's going to happen here? It doesn't make any sense. Now, again, I keep saying the good guys seem to be lining up against this. I was very glad to see this over the weekend. Peter Thiel did a rather robust interview with German television. And here he is explaining the philosophical undergirding of this whole thing. Let's get on, okay, it's going to kill us all.
34:05So what could you do? And if you could do it, would that be worse than what AI might do to us in the first place? Take a look. In theory, you could slow it down if you had genuine, deep cooperation across the whole world. But I think that would require one world government with real teeth, real force. And the sort of classical liberal part of me thinks that's a frying pan into fire. It's a cure that's worse than the disease. And then, of course, you can have fake global government where you have a lot of conferences to discuss it, a lot of somewhat empty statements that get put out. And then there's also, of course, a risk that it ends up being slowed down in the West and not in China.
34:59He just hit all of it right there. First off, he says, in theory. In theory, maybe we could slow it down. So first off, he's not saying we can. He's saying in theory, maybe, but what would you have to do to do it? You would have to have a one world government. And what he's saying there is that would be worse than what we are potentially protecting ourselves from. Because once we have a one world government, then the United States doesn't exist anymore. Sovereign nations don't exist. So he's saying the classical liberal part of me, the part of me that believes in the individual and sovereignty of nations and freedom is against that.
35:31But in theory, maybe we could do it. But then of course, what did he say? okay, so fine, we have a one world government or some giant conference, and what will they do? Will they actually do anything or it will be like every other conference about everything. They will put out meaningless statements and then other countries, again, led by China, are going to keep steamrolling ahead and we will be behind. And as they are going to other planets and as they are curing cancer, we're going to be begging them to give us some of their technology and we will be beholden to people who don't hold any of our values dearly.
36:07And that would be a problem. But yes, good luck with that, Bernie Sanders. Let's talk about Amble Health for just a minute and then we will have more on the other side. Life is unpredictable. You could get sick on vacation, wake up feeling terrible when urgent care is closed, or find yourself somewhere without easy access to a pharmacy. And when that happens, the last thing you wanna do is start scrambling for care. That's why Amble is worth having on hand. Amble provides access to physician-prescribed emergency med kits designed for specific situations instead of just giving you a generic bag of random medications.
36:39You complete a short online intake, a licensed medical provider reviews your needs, and if you're medically eligible, they can prescribe the kit that makes sense for you, whether you're traveling, heading off-grid, preparing for flu season, or just want to be ready for the unexpected. There are no membership fees or subscriptions, just a straightforward one-time payment, and the kit ships directly to your door. Go to joinamble.com slash podcast slash Rubin and use code Rubin for 10 % off your kit plus free shipping. Amble kits are available by prescription only if deemed medically eligible by a licensed provider in your state.
37:11All right, so let's shift altogether for a moment. You know, one of the things that happened in the last week or so was that Donald Trump banned CNN and MSNOW from special access at the White House, right? Didn't ban them outright from the White House. And by the way, not everybody gets to the You can't just show up at the White House just because you have a camera, right? Like you can't just show up at the White House and say, I'm part of the media. And what Donald Trump has had it with is a media that lies about everything. And I don't have to give you the list. You know the things that CNN and MSNBC now, whatever the hell it is, have consistently lied about virtually everything with Donald Trump's president, and then run cover for Joe Biden.
37:48They do it completely the other way. When it was their guy in office, they would lie, they would omit and lie to pretend that he was okay and all of that stuff, right? So you get all of that. Now, as I said, the day this all happened, in a weird way, it doesn't matter what your feelings are on this. The question is, optics-wise, is it a good move before the election? Like, let's say you hate CNN, you hate MSNBC, you understand they don't deserve special access, and you're on board Trump. Well, is there a sliver of people that are like, you know what, actually, this feels like some sort of assault on free speech or First Amendment or something, whether it is or isn't.
38:27Like there's an optics part that actually I think could get a few people to change their vote. Is it a good fight for him to choose? I suppose we will find out the answer on that. Over on MSNOW, here they go off on White House Communications Director Stephen Chang of being in contempt of a federal judge. So apparently a federal judge did say that CNN and MSNBC or MSNOW have to be allowed in there. I don't see what that has to do, how that's even possible.

39:53Watch. Our colleague, Laura Buron-Lopez, one of our White House reporters, was not able to come in. She asked what's going on, was told to talk to Stephen Chung, who's the communications director at the White House. So is it Stephen Chung who needs... Perhaps so. Well, Stephen Chung did not respond to any... Is it Stephen Chung who is ordering people that... I don't know. I don't even know Stephen Chung. But is Stephen Chung the guy who is ordering these people to be in contempt of a federal judge's order? Federal judge's order, by the way, that Donald Trump appointed. I want to know who is saying ignore a federal judge's order, because it sounds a lot like Watergate to me.
40:36Yes, it's just like everything. It's Watergate. It's the end of the earth. Okay, so first off, a federal judge apparently did tell the Trump administration they have to let CNN and MSNBC there, and then I guess Stephen Chung is either bar, it's still barring some people from getting into certain access or something. So I'm not even sure of all the details there, but the reason I'm showing you that clip is it gets to my point the day this all broke, that they are gonna use this as a wedge. Put aside what the reality of the situation is, if Stephen Chung did anything bad or whether, what the federal judge did or anything else, is the reality of the situation that a certain amount of people are now gonna go, boy, Trump is banning CNN and MS now, and that means he hates the First Amendment, and I'm not gonna vote for Trump, right?
41:16Like, I'm not telling you that's what's happening. I'm telling you that's what I think a certain amount of people are gonna believe. The other part of this, of course, is that they're gonna frame it as that somehow Donald Trump is trying to stop the media from reporting on him. Now, that is completely untrue because the media desperately needs him. As Trump pointed out in his press conference with Mamdami last week, that they said they were all gonna boycott him then they're all still there. They're nothing without Trump. They need Trump. And in a weird way, Trump needs them, right? It's a very incestuous relationship, I suppose you could say.
41:47But even if he did ban them, let's say CNN was completely banned from the White House, wouldn't stop CNN from reporting on the White House. They could still do whatever they wanted. They just wouldn't be in the room. Anyway, here's Jen Psaki, who of course was a White House spokesperson under Joe Biden who lied about literally, literally everything. And then what happens? Well, of course, she got a job at MSNBC as a journalist, because that's how the circular thing works. And here she is on Trump. It's about Trump and the White House wanting to shape who the media are, who get to cover them and make it fully sycophants.
42:25They want outlets to write complimentary pieces about them. That's not what the media or the press corps does. The press is there to question, they're there to test, they're there to hold power to account. And I know that from doing probably thousands of briefings in front of press who were asking difficult questions. And guess what? We never did kick them out of the building. What are you talking about, you dumb bitch? You did press briefings with media that loved you. And what was her line? I'll get back to it. I'll circle back to it. I'll circle back to it. You did press briefings where they would literally ask you what kind of ice cream did Joe Biden have last night?
43:00And you said, well, I'll get back to you. I'll circle back to you on that. What do you guys, so the issue here, the asymmetry is that when you guys are in power, you have all of your people in that room and they ask nonsensical questions that basically glaze the administration. Then Trump comes in or any Republican would come in and it's completely the reverse. Now, again, I'm not saying it's good optics wise for Trump to have done what he's done. It is, we'll find out where people, if people change their votes on that. But this idea that somehow it's journalists' job to hold power to account, yet you hold power to account?
43:41You, Jen Psaki and MSNBC and everything else? Of course, blowing up their hypocrisy on this issue is not that difficult. Here's Brian Stelter. But we're also there because we're trying to hold the government accountable and inform the public about what's going on. Press freedom is your freedom. And that is why this moment is so important. Busy summer ahead, infrastructure, election reform. What does the press get wrong when covering Biden's agenda? When you watch the news, when you read the news, what do you think we get wrong? Well, look, I think some of our muscles have atrophied a little bit over the last few years.
44:18And there isn't a lot of memory, a recent memory or longer memory, on how long it takes to get legislation forward or how messy. You get that edit there. So the first part is Stelter like we've got the old truth to power. We've got to stop the Trump administration. Four years ago when Psaki was the press secretary, what are we doing wrong? Is there anything else we can do for you? Can we wash your feet? We want to wash your feet. Is there something we could do for you? Is there anything we could do for you? Of course, here's Abby, you know, Abby and Stelter in 2024. And it's just they're just everything they do is lying and nonsensical go.
45:01This is going to be really tough and tricky for voters to sort through because some of these videos you I mean, if you're a regular person, you probably cannot even do the digging that would be required to sort through what is being chopped up, what is being deceptively characterized. all of that. That's right. Cheap fakes are a little bit simpler. They're cheap. They're just distorted, out of context videos, chopped up in certain ways, constructed in certain ways. That's what we're seeing. That's what the Biden administration, the Biden campaign is so worried about right now. You remember what that was about?
45:33That was about right before that horrific debate that derailed Biden altogether. There were all these videos of Biden stumbling and bumbling and getting confused and not knowing where he was walking and wandering off into the forest and and everything else. And for two weeks, they kept telling us everything was a deep fake. It was a cheap fake. You don't know what you're watching. Don't believe your eyes. And Abby Phillip, it would be so hard for a regular person to figure that out. She can somehow figure it out. The dimmest person on television. She'll figure it out for you. So when it's their guy in office, you will see videos online of reality, right?
46:08All the things that we all knew about Biden. And they'll tell you, you're not even seeing what you're seeing. And now they're upset. Now they're upset that, oh my God, for two days, CNN couldn't get into the White House. It's so sad. Of course, just watch. Here's another one of the dimmest woman on television, Abby Phillip. Here's a little juxtaposition. How does she compare things when they're going for her team and the other team? Ilhan Omar in particular has been the center, and you heard it there from the president, the center of a lot of awful attacks. He called her garbage. Donald Trump is actually responsible for the vitriol.
46:44So is there going to be any acknowledgement of that? Should there be? It's not about the politics of the individual. I mean, look at these people. The thing that they have in common is their complete lack of mental stability. Why is that not the conversation? Why are we in this place of who's to blame? Is it the Democrats or the Republicans? The Republicans aren't trying to assassinate the Democrats. And a lot of talk of they. And then when it's not a they, it's just a person, it's an individual. Do I even have to analyze that? She's so wildly, obviously inconsistent in her views. It's really incredible.
47:20But that, of course, is why she has the job. The point of all of this is that we have to figure out how we can live in reality with our neighbors, with somehow 350 million people, many of whom have now been brainwashed and and zombified by communism and by all of these bad ideas and a media that is going to keep doing it. And the second a Democrat president takes over and they open up the border and we watch floods of thousands of people coming in, they'll tell us we're not seeing what we're seeing and it was a cheap fake and a deep fake. We will do this over and over and over again. They are not going to stop.
47:58So what you must do is in the rare moments that you can confront their lives, you must do it. Here's J.D. in 24 going after Tapper on CNN.
48:34false. Now, what you just said is false. We covered an FBI investigation. I don't know why you want to talk about the FBI investigation. You covered it in a way that gave credence to anonymous sources, accusations. You did it yourself. Your network did it, Jake. Yes, of course, that is all true. So you must. This is why I like bring receipts, right? This is why I confront these people. And the Russia, Russia thing that CNN ran on was It was complete nonsense. Jake Tapper also wrote a book on Biden's mental health while he also was one of the prime people covering it up. So all of these people, their nonsense and their lies, they need to either be ignored or mocked or some combination thereof.
49:16But that's the only way to take their power away. People are tuning out from them, but they still, still a huge percent of the center of the culture wars is around the nonsense that they do. And the thing is that in the real world, when they lie about immigration, when they lie about crime, when they tell you that people who just wanna defend their country are racist and everything else, horrible things happen. And horrible things are happening in Europe virtually every day right now. And they will come to the United States as well. Listen to this from Colin Rugg. New, President Trump confirms that a planned terrorist attack on RAF Fairford in England was stopped.
49:55It was fantastic. Working with Britain, it was an amazing job, Trump said. According to reports, three suspicious vehicles were spotted traveling towards RAF Fairford in Gloucester very early Sunday morning. One resident says she called police after seeing the vans blocking the road. She said she saw a large group of hooded and baklavaed men. 85 homes in the area were evacuated. Five men have been arrested on suspicion of explosive and terrorism offenses. We had them under investigation. They were looking to do big damage to our fort and working with the British worked out great. We had them under view for a long time and we got them.
50:28And yes, so they were probably going to kill hundreds of people and do God knows what. What are these people doing in the UK? Thank God that it was, I think it was the FBI and I'm pretty sure there were some Mossad people that helped the British with this because the British are not doing a great job when it comes to protecting their own country. And it gets even worse when it comes to what's happening in Britain. with the ex-political commentator, Dr. Malouf. He's a great follow, actually. Shabana Mahmoud, the Pakistani Muslim Home Secretary of the UK has announced that she will open a new refugee route, specifically prioritizing Afghans and Palestinians.
51:08This comes after five Muslim terrorists with explosives were arrested near Rafferford, a military base also used by American soldiers. Shabana Mahmoud, who previously stated that she puts Islam first in everything she does, oversees the UK borders, police and immigration. This will not end well. And you just have to look at that woman and say, should she be in charge of borders and immigration? And she did, we've played you the video before a couple of times. She did say that she puts Islam, I think, at the top of mind in everything she's doing. And do you think right now with everything happening in the UK, you think they need more Afghans and Palestinians?
51:43Are they going to culturally assimilate? Are they gonna hold up for British values and will they believe in the history of the country and the future in the country the way any other native Brit will? Again, if you're so concerned about the Palestinians, particularly there's 50 Muslim countries, there's 2 million Gazans, 40 ,000 each to a Muslim country and the Muslim countries will take zero and Egypt has the craziest wall. They don't want them. They only want them penned up in Gaza so they can use it as a cruddle against the Jews. They want nothing to do with the Palestinians, but instead the UK will keep bringing these people in.
52:20They will all vote far left and it will cause the collapse of Great Britain and good luck with that. This from Visegrad24, breaking the UK will restart a resettlement program for refugees and will prioritize Palestinian refugees as well as women from Afghanistan. The Guardian reports that the news will be announced by Home Secretary Shabana Mahmoud tomorrow. Around a quarter of the refugees in the resettlement program will consist of Palestinians and Afghans, the program will also make it easier for the refugees to receive permanent settled rights in the UK. Get out of the UK if you're a Jew, I'm sorry.
52:58Like get out, the country has failed and it's not just that it's failed you as a Jew, it's failed you as a Brit, it has failed the average British person because once you're gone, it will only get worse. There is nothing the UK can do, they have no leaders. I don't even know that in America, we're gonna really be able to solve this problem, which is getting worse and worse and worse. but we have guns, we have a sense of revolution, we still have Donald Trump, we have better geography for all of this, we have some ways that perhaps we can still do this. But the question is, in the UK, is there any way out?
53:28And right now, just think, imagine you're just someone who's, you're a shopkeeper in London, and you've had a shop for 40 years, and you've watched your country slowly slip away, and the crime and the stabbing, and there's burkas everywhere, and Palestinians take over the streets every now and again, and all of that stuff. It's just happening all the time. Imagine you wake up this morning and you're having your tea and your crumpets and you're looking at the paper going, oh, and they're gonna bring more Afghans and Palestinians here. That's great. That's really, really great. And not wanting them there has nothing to do with racism or bigotry or prejudice or anything else.
54:06If you have a problem in your house, you deal with that before you invite a whole bunch of people over, right? If there's a mass murderer running around your house, that would not be an ideal time to have your friends over for dinner. And it is just extraordinary that they are allowing this to happen, but it's actually kind of planned. I thought this was quite interesting. This is from a journalist and founder of Western Watch. His name is Yossi Ben-Yakar. He wrote this with a picture, for those of you listening on audio right now. UK Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood and her friend, London Mayor Sadiq Khan, were photographed together in Pakistan years before they ran the country.
54:43This did not happen by accident. It was a planned Muslim Brotherhood program to take over British institutions from the inside. For them, this is only the beginning. Patriotic citizens need to wake up. Do not let the Muslim Brotherhood and Qatar control your country. Qatar does not only have influence over the British government and does not only have influence over the British government and people representing it there. It also holds assets worth billions of dollars. So there is the mayor of London and the home secretary in Pakistan. and well, if you watch our show on Friday, I had Brigitte Gabriel on who once again lays out the Muslim Brotherhood plan for the West and it is a decades long plan and it is taking place in Western Europe right now.
55:24And the question is, will it take, I can't help you. I'm sorry, I just can't help you if you live in the UK at this point. I hopefully can do something and hopefully you watching this can do something when it comes to America, but we're gonna have to deal with a bunch of suicidal empathy ding-dongs, much like J.B. Pritzker in Illinois who apparently will convert to Islam because Trump's mean or something, go. As your governor, if they require a Muslim registry, I will be the first in line to sign up as a Muslim. For every Illinoisan who would say it. I don't know what Muslim registry he's talking about, but again, it's just crazy fear.
56:06Also, if they were trying for a Muslim registry, you're not Muslim, so why would you sign up for it? Like, it's just virtue-signaling, driveless nonsense. But perhaps, JB, he's just gross. How many people shot and killed in Chicago this weekend? Fun game we love to play over here on The Rubin Report. But it's all of them. All of them. They have created, because intersectionality is perhaps the dumbest idea in human history, this idea that a group of people via their perceived oppressions, if they could just join forces, could somehow create the great human revolution. It's such a preposterously idiotic idea that it falls on its face.
57:20And then it's like, well, as I always say, queers for Palestine is very different than Palestine for queers. Feminists in hijabs make no sense. 16 people shot in Chicago this week and only one killed. All black on black crime undoubtedly, which is why it will not be on mainstream media. and maybe Pritzker wants to focus on that rather than converting to Islam. But all of these people, in the end, in the end, we love the gays. Oh, you do, Mom Dami? How come your mosque doesn't perform gay weddings? And then right after you get off stage, they call for the killing of infidels. Or we love the women, except also we'll wear the garb that oppresses women in Muslim countries, go.
57:59The people united will never be defeated.
58:07First of all, don't be a handmaiden to the patriarchy.
58:17And we are more than just baby-making vessels.
58:25We're not going back. We're not going back. We're not going back. We're not going back. So you are all ushering in the very ideas that you claim to be against. We're for women's freedom, my body, my choice, and yet you've aligned yourself with an oppressive religion and political system that will put you in chains. Now fortunately, good, decent Americans, if I'm bullish on America for a reason even beyond what I said before, which is we were born in a revolution and we have guns and all that, The American spirit, we have something in America that it's gonna be really difficult to quash. And we've covered it over the last couple of weeks, but they are suddenly blasting the Muslim call to prayer throughout the boroughs of New York City.
59:17It should be illegal, it should not be in this country. Somehow, I'm pretty sure, I don't wanna get into that. They are doing this all over the place and the average person has had it. So this video is going super vile, it's just a random Latino guy and he just, I don't know, maybe wants to enjoy a little peace and quiet on a weekend and is not happy about this.
1:00:10I'm not going to do the translation on a lot of the Spanish there, but it involved a lot of F-bombs and he doesn't like these people very much. And just think about it. If you live next door to that place or a block away and have to hear that five times a day, what right do they have to do that? So start in your local communities, start passing noise ordinance laws, like start doing it. And do you think that the people blasting that in their countries would have any respect for what you wanna do? How do you think it's going to go for the gays or the atheists or the feminists in those areas where those ideas spread?
1:00:41So that guy happens to be Latino, but it's like everyone, if you love America and you love freedom, wake up because they are trying to destroy everything that is good. One thing that they absolutely are destroying, of course, is New York City. That was in the boroughs of New York City. But right here in Manhattan this weekend, And here is a man in a dress with boobs dancing on a police car for Palestine.
1:01:22All right, I got a challenge for somebody in New York right now. If you're in the police department, you're in law enforcement, I don't know if Mamdami, if you're watching the show today, we have a closeup of that demon. Here's the picture. There's the demon. Actually, it was a friend of mine who goes to these things and just pokes around and takes pictures of these people. He took that picture. So there's that man. That is a man dressed like a complete psychopath, looks like a murderer. I am pretty sure, I don't know what statute it is. Maybe you could grok this for me. Are you allowed to dance on or jump on a New York City Police Department car?
1:01:55What could be the punishment for that? This is very low hanging fruit for those of you in New York City right now. You have video of it. Could we show the picture again? Here is the picture of the dude with the fake boobs and the screaming like a lunatic. And we don't need to see the dance moves again. But I'm pretty, now I know there are no rules there. You're allowed, if it's for Palestine, you're allowed to take over city blocks. You're allowed to boycott Jewish restaurants and you're allowed to apparently jump on New York City police. What an easy thing it would be to arrest this person, but they will not do anything because it is a failed city that is going to make Gotham look like Munchkin land by the time they are done with it.
1:02:33Do we have a specific ordinance that, all right, Joseph's gonna work on the specific, I mean, I'm doing the legal work here for these people too, but even Long Island, where I am from, that is in the suburbs of New York, which is largely saner and it's a bit more red, even there, they have this ding dong, who wasn't a psychopath, this guy's been in politics forever, Tom Sausey, He's a Democrat in Long Island. And what is he most concerned about? Is it economic growth? Is it safe cities, safe streets? Is it anything that any sane person would want? No, it's just legalizing illegals. He's got to do it.
1:03:11My number one issue is to try and get a resolution on immigration. My biggest desire, my biggest goal of what I want to accomplish in politics right now is I want to legalize seven or eight or nine or 10 million people in our country so they will not be subject to deportation. Well, then you shouldn't be in government. How about that? That's your number one thing is to make illegals who came here legal. Again, we can have all the discussions about people who've been here for a long time and pathway and all that. But that's your number one thing. What I'm concerned about more than anything else, making illegals legal.
1:03:50You should be nowhere near any position of power. And I weep for you, Long Island. Under New York, well, actually, before I get into the, we got the New York penal code, but Elon also retweeted that video. And it's just important when he does these things because it gets eyeballs on it. So he retweeted that video of Tom Sausey. He said, this is exactly what they will do after that. America will become a one-party state. And that really is the point beyond anything else. Imagine if the Democrats could do it. Imagine if, yes, we can give all of these people citizenship. So now it's another 10 million people, let's say, and it might be 20 million people, but let's say it's just 10.
1:04:29And then we say to these people, here's all your government, geez, here's your subsidized housing, here's your EBT card, all this stuff. They will be indebted to the Democrats forever. That is the plan. That is not a conspiracy or anything else. That's what the Democrats are doing. It is not that this guy is so empathetic and wants these people there. Otherwise, Tom Sausey, I'm gonna guess you live in a nice area in Long Island. You probably got a five bedroom house and you look like you're of an age where your kids are out of the house. I'm gonna guess you got three free bedrooms, but you don't put any of the illegals in there, nor does Bernie with his houses or anything else.
1:05:00So it's faux empathy with the real goal of taking over power and never giving it up. We did get some information on the New York penal code. Phoenix, can you roll back for me for a second? Under New York penal law, 145.00 in related sections, intentionally damaging, denting, or defacing a vehicle that is not yours constitutes criminal mischief. All right, so at the very least, and that had nothing to do with doing it on a New York City Police Department car, at the very least, that little demon, can we show the picture again? That demon monster right there should at the very least get a little slap on the wrist, but will anything happen in the failed city of Gotham?
1:05:40Probably not. Now on the national front, some good things are actually happening. This is from journalist Brianna Morello. Something good happened with the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will allow the Trump administration to expand voter citizenship verification program. This will let states use social security records to check voter citizenship. The move backs the 1996 federal law, while allows DHS to obtain citizenship information from other agencies. For the foregoing reasons, the application for stay presented to the chief justice and by him referred to the court is granted. The June 22nd, 2026 order entered by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia case and da-da-da-da-da is stayed pending the disposition of the appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and disposition of a petition for a writ of sorority if such a writ is timely sought.
1:06:33Should sorority be denied, this stay shall terminate automatically. In the event sorority is granted, the stay shall terminate upon the sending down of this judgment of court. That was one of the fanciest things I have ever read. In short, we are going to have a few more protections on who can vote to make sure that only citizens are voting. And that is good. And that's why the Democrats don't want it. I feel very good about this Monday show, but I thought we'd end with something really inspirational because I saw this over the weekend. And if I understand this correctly, Somebody made this in, we're gonna use this as a cold close because it's just so great.
1:07:13We have a post-game show as always at rubinreport.locals.com. If I understand this correctly, someone made this using Claude with just a few prompts. It's about a minute and a half about the formation of Western civilization. And again, to the backdrop of all the stuff we've been talking about, about AI over the last couple of weeks. Like it is doing incredible things. Just, you know, when we do these silly things that we're doing at the top of the show today, we did the Back to the Future one. It's like, just imagine what we're gonna be able to do with that soon enough, and you will write your own movies.
1:07:42You know, I saw this weekend they announced the new Star Wars trilogy, and it's gonna be a continuation of the Star Wars saga, or the Skywalker saga, which they told it was over, and it was like, why at this point do I need to get my Star Wars stories from a giant corporation that has destroyed the product? Like, why can't I write a Star Wars story, and just eventually we'll run it through AI, and it's gonna make the entire movie, and that'll be a way better movie that I can show my kids. It's like there's so many cool things happening here and I wanna be on board the people that are doing cool things.
1:08:09I wanna be on board the people that love Western civilization, that understand how we got here and that are curious about the places we can go, not are just trying to stifle everybody from getting anywhere. So on that note, this is not only a perfect example of AI, it's a wonderful illustration of Western civilization. Thank you for watching Post Game Show 30 Seconds. Ciao.
1:09:04I'll see you next time. Thank you.
1:09:34Hi Ho!
1:09:40Thank you.
1:10:13Thank you.
1:10:36Oh, man.
