In short

Dave Rubin discusses Minnesota unrest tied to ICE and illegal immigration, arguing Democrats/left activists are escalating violence and manipulating media narratives; he claims ICE is enforcing immigration law with due process and that shootings involving federal agents are misrepresented. He also alleges coordinated “command and control” via Signal chats and suggests a future RICO prosecution against organizers.

Guests

No guest appears as a named on-air interviewee in the transcript. Rubin references Bill Maher (as a prior TV guest/segment) and “Senator Kennedy” (John Kennedy, Louisiana) in clips, plus Scott Jennings (CNN), Dana Bash (CNN), Barack Obama and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (public statements), and other referenced figures (Tim Walz, Jacob Fry, Tim Walls, Kyle Wagner/“Antifa,” Cam Higbee, Eric Schwamm, Joe Lonsdale, Scott Bessent).

Key claims

illegal immigration is “illegal” and ICE must act; violence is provoked by protesters; media omits context (e.g., a suspect’s loaded 9mm); protests are portrayed as organized insurgency rather than spontaneous activism; Democrats are blamed for opening/maintaining the border situation.

Notable examples

a viral shooting of ICE agent(s) involving Alex Preddy (loaded 9mm); a referenced “five-year-old” protest-media dispute; Minnesota “anti-ICE” protests disrupting public life; Signal infiltration/vehicle tracking claims; Obama’s 2013 comments about ICE being “messy” and alleged deaths in ICE custody.

1:12Why, hello there. I'm Dave Rubin. This is the Rubin Report. It is January 26th. In the year 2026, we are live streaming on Rumble YouTube and local. Share, subscribe, tap that notification bell. And today's show is very, very straightforward. Like there's not a lot of dips and dives and weaves and bobs in this one. We're doing Minnesota and all hell is breaking loose. And I said it repeatedly last week. I'm going to say it repeatedly this week. We are between a rock and a hard place. We are between an unstoppable force and an immovable object because these lefty wackadoodles are not going to stop on the streets.

1:53They want more violence because the more violence that they create forces the government to do something that then proves their theory that the government is up to no good. The government now, the Trump administration and ICE cannot turn around because you can't just leave an American city to anarchists and LARPing jihadists and the rest of it. And it's not good. It's not good. And we're going to dive in. There was another shooting over the weekend. and we'll unpack some media lies around all of this stuff. And it seems to me that we are just, you know, I always talk about kayfabe, right? K-A-Y-F-A-B-E.

2:27This is the idea that was, or this was the practice of professional wrestling over the years. Think about Andre the Giant versus Hulk Hogan or whoever your favorite wrestler was. I love Jake the Snake Roberts versus Ravishing Rick Rude. They didn't hate each other in real life. There was a script that was being thrown at them and they act it out and we all have real emotions when we're seeing this stuff. And in some sense, there is a script now. The Democrats want more and more and more and Trump has to respond with more. So there is a high level game being played right now. And unfortunately it's being played with the lives of the tax paying citizens of Minnesota.

3:08I am less interested in those who are there illegally and their comrades who are out on the streets trying to create chaos. So let's start because it is a Monday with a little Mondays with Marr because Bill Marr's back on. He took a couple months off as he does this time of year, but the new season started. And he had Senator Kennedy, my friend from Louisiana, who knows how to spin a diddly like nobody else. And here they are discussing illegals. And Marr, again, he's largely good on the big issues. He seems to think this is just going to be a loser. This ICE situation is just gonna be a loser for Trump and Republicans.

3:44Go.

3:52My prediction is this stuff, your party is going to get the dog kicked out of you in the midterms. Come on. Because this is not what people voted for and they're going to hold the party as responsible as they should. Well, let me give you my take on it, Bill. You don't have to be Einstein's cousin. or a senior at Caltech to know that illegal immigration is illegal. Duh. Those of us who believe that no one is above the law have to concede that folks who are in our country illegally are not above the law either. I support enforcing our immigration laws. Now, how you enforce them matters. That's the key.

4:45You have to do it. Okay, so we'll get to the key in just a second, how you do it. There's a couple interesting things here. Maybe Bill Maher is right, right? You have to concede that fact, that maybe because of the way the media can still manipulate people and people get squishy on things and nobody wants anyone to be shot or anything else, that maybe this ultimately is not a net win for Trump, that you can peel off enough of the marginal Trump voters who are like, look at this chaos in the streets. And instead of really understanding what's going on here, how this is being ginned up by the Democrat party and coordinated by the higher ups, we'll have more on that in a little bit.

5:25They just blame Trump. And then if you just add to the fact that Trump is obviously the sitting president, we all know 70 % of midterm elections go to the other party. So there's nothing right now, if you're just looking at the obvious momentum of things, there's nothing right now that you can be on the Trump side or the Republican side and be like, Like, oh, everything looks like it's going to be great in the future electorally when it comes to the midterms. Obviously. So let's give the devil his due. He might be right about that. I also want to point out that Bill does something great, which he does all the time.

5:53And he is the only person in television that I think I've ever seen do it in 40 years, which is when he's giving low-hanging fruit to his audience, like basically like, oh, Republicans suck or blah, blah. And the audience starts applauding. He shuts them up. He actually stops. He stops them and you can see him wave his hand, like, guys, enough, enough. I've seen him yell at audience members who were just doing that low-hanging fruit stuff. So I just thought that was good. Now, when he's talking about, well, voters will hold the party responsible, it's interesting, because why is nobody holding the Democrats responsible for opening up the border and the 21 million people who came here?

6:26So you're holding the party responsible or sending in law enforcement to get illegals out, and you think by holding them responsible, that will be a loser. Again, you might be right about that, but I would like somebody to, I don't know, maybe Bill, shine a little more of a light on the fact that the Democrats are the ones who created it. And if we were doing this all in an honest, clear, thoughtful way, far more of us would be holding the Democrats responsible for opening the border via an auto pen rather than Donald Trump trying to clean up the mess that that created. Now, Kennedy, of course, says that nobody's above the law and then Bill agrees with that.

7:05So if you agree that nobody is above the law, then if you have come here illegally, you are illegal. Thus, ICE has every right to get you out of here. Now, it ended, we're gonna show you another clip in just a sec. It ends with, well, it's about how they do it. And this is where I would say my more liberal friends get confused about virtually everything. They want everything to be in a nice little perfect package, right? For the average sane liberal, so let's say the Bill Maher type person that's like, Like, all right, we can't have all these illegals here. And actually the sanctuary cities don't really make sense in everything else.

7:41So, okay, you've got them sort of on the ideal level of this. But then the issue is that then you have to send in people and it is going to be messy sometimes. And you're gonna see some things that you don't wanna see because people have been ginned up and they're out in the streets fighting them. And it's all very, very messy. And if you were an ICE agent and they were trying to dox your family and throw stuff at you or hit you with a car or throw a Molotov cocktail at you, It might be messy. So the idea that, oh, I kind of want them. This is this is the main liberal take is like, I want them to do this.

8:14I understand we're a nation of laws and we have to make sure that the illegals aren't here. But then if you're upset when we actually go about doing it, unless you have a better way to do it, which I've never heard anyone say, then kind of is what it is. Anyway, here's a bit more with two of them. You have to do it in accordance with due process, equal protection and Terry V. Ohio. reasonable suspicion. It's okay to protest. It's not okay to protest violently. Violence undermines the morality that you say your movement is built upon. But that five-year-old was not being violent. I understand. You know.

8:54But protesting violently is not only undermines your movement, it's a 12-piece bucket of stupid. Okay, so first off, we're going to have more on that five-year-old that Bill's referencing in a second. The media completely lied on what happened with the five-year-old, who, by the way, was not taken away violently, but we'll have more on just the confusion around that because obviously that's live on Friday nights. We're here on Monday where already, of course, we've gotten more information about it, which is why I didn't tweet about it when I saw it because I was like, I've been through this a million times and something is not right with this story.

9:28Of course, John Kennedy is right. You have to have due process, right? You don't just grab people and then just boot them without some sort of process, which, by the way, when we created Alligator Alcatraz here in Florida, they were going to have sort of a penitentiary for these people, like a mini jail cell, a temporary holding place for these people. Then there was going to be legal experts on the ground to make sure that there was some process in place. And then they were actually going to fly people out. It was a pretty smooth thing that we've created here. But again, John is, or Senator Kennedy is pointing out the simple fact, yes, we are a nation of laws, but if inherently you are sending people here illegally and then you're not willing to do anything about those illegals, then we're not a nation of laws.

10:15So which is it? And this again is where just the liberal mind, there's a certain guilt that is attached to people who tend to be more liberal. And I say that as someone that wrote, I think the number one bestselling book on classical liberalism in the last 50 years in America. It's a depressing reality. It's like, guys, you kind of, the liberals actually need conservatism to defend liberalism. It's kind of nuts, but I think you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, here's Scott Jennings on CNN. We don't have to throw the promo piece. Just making the simple point that if you want this all to be peaceful, if you actually do believe in the rule of law and you want this all to be peaceful, then just let ICE do their jobs.

10:54They're not grabbing legal people. They're not there to burn down the cities or anything else. Just let them do their job. Again, I just have to ask, if the local Democrats in Minnesota would cooperate the way they do in virtually every other place in America, you would have orderly transitions of illegal aliens from jails into custody and they won't do it. Why? That's simply not true. You have ICE going out. You have ICE going out trying to pick up people who by all by the accounts at least of his attorney does not have a criminal record this is outside of what trump said he was going to do he's not with his enforcement he's not if he came through no if he came through if he came through and applied through the cbp1 app for asylum he is not in the country illegally that is not how the law works that's not how dhs is they're not cooperating even on the the most violent people you have the jails there they're letting violent illegal aliens back out into the community that's why you have to have such a huge ICE present.

11:51So they have to pick them up on the streets as opposed to getting them in the jail. That's why ICE has to go after people. All right. So as always, he's just laying out basic truth there. I like how the lady he's debating with, I don't even know her name and I don't think she'll be of note so we don't have to figure it out. But I like how she's wearing a shirt that looks like she's in jail. But again, Phoebe, you want to know if you are here illegally and ICE catches you, you're going to go and just think about it for yourself. Pick your country of choice, whether it's China or Bolivia or Pakistan, Morocco or Thailand.

12:27If you went on vacation there and then overstayed your visa, what do you think they would do if they caught you? I don't know that they would necessarily deport you. They might jail you for a long time. I don't know. You went to Russia and let's say you were a WNBA player and you brought weed into the country. What might they do with you, Brittany Griner, right? They might jail you for a while. Every country has laws. It's as simple as that. Now, she did do an interesting sort of linguistic or mnemonic trick there because she was like, this isn't what people voted for, meaning that some of the people they're catching are not violent criminals.

13:03And that is true. You're going to, they are catching everybody, right? So they're going in and they're going, are you legal or not? Do you have documentation to show you're an American? Low hanging, lowest common denominator stuff. And those people, if they say no, or they run, or whatever it might be, you're going to be caught and you're going to be deported. Now, when she says people didn't vote for that, that seems to be the new meme coming out of these guys. We were sold it was going to be just the criminals, meaning the violent criminals, the drug dealers, the rapists, the murderers, the beheaders, those types of people.

13:37Now, you could probably argue that either way. Were there some people that thought when Trump was running that it was going to be just those people and we were going to leave the housekeepers and everything else alone? There are probably some people that fell for that. But at the end of the day, we're a nation of laws. So if they catch you, and again, because the Democrats won't give an inch here, Donald, who do you think would be the freaking easiest to negotiate with on this? Imagine if the Democrats were like, you know what, we're going to shut off the violence in the streets. We'll actually cooperate with you in Minnesota.

14:06Let's get rid of some of these people. And while we're crappeting, let's have a meeting. Chuck and Nancy, is she still around? Any of them can show up to the White House and let's negotiate what it would look like for the people who have been here 10 plus years, who are taxpaying, who haven't committed crimes. There is literally no one on earth who would rather negotiate than Donald Trump, but they don't want to negotiate. They want their revolution. So no matter what, they are going to keep the foot soldiers out there. So now the big thing that blew up over the weekend was there was another shooting, an ICE agent shooting a man.

14:42So we're going to show you the video here. It's about 30 seconds. You've probably seen it already. There was a big sort of kerfuffle out there on the streets. Remember, to the backdrop, the guy did have a gun and it looked like he was about to pull it. But all that aside, when you're watching this, just try to imagine the level of tension that is on those streets. These people are being yelled at. They've taken over streets. There's smoke bombs They don't know what weapons these people have, et cetera, et cetera. But this is the big one that went viral over the weekend. They doing too much, man.

15:09And they keep pushing people, you know?

15:28Oh, what the ? they killed me do they kill that guy are you kidding me dude not again are you kidding me that guy's dead yo we need people on site man there there is something so weird about the time we live in that people just live stream the revolution like that you know and you just narrate the killing of somebody and the fights and everything else now remember there's chaos in the streets cars parked in the middle of the street, barricades. We're going to show you more of the general chaos. And there's so many videos right now of these lefties online that with selfie videos on TikTok, calling for revolution, calling for violence, all of these things.

16:10And this is just an extension of what we've seen over the last couple of years, right? We had the murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO because Luigi Mangione did not like his healthcare related to his back pain. We had the murder of my friend, Charlie Kirk. Like there's a certain amount of this that they're now allowing the system. Now you watch that video. Nobody wants, again, the ICE agents don't wake up that morning going, okay, I hope we can kill somebody today. Now it turns out the guy that they killed or the guy that was killed, he did have a loaded nine millimeter gun. And apparently one of the office, the ICE agents thought he was going for it.

16:42Now, remember, you just have to think you're in this situation. What do you do? What do you do? You think someone's about to kill you, pull a gun, kill your, your colleague, et cetera. What do you do? Now, of Of course, the media sees this and they don't really care about the overall tension. They don't give you any of the context that I'm trying to give you here. What they want to do is they want to further your belief that ICE is just on the streets, that masked Nazis are on the streets just trying to kill people. It's complete nonsense, but that's what they do. Here is CNN's Dana Bash. Has multiple angles of this incident show him holding up a cell phone and recording it, not a gun.

17:23Did he at any point pull out his weapon? Dana, good morning, and thanks for having me. The weapon, we do know that the suspect did bring a weapon, a loaded 9mm high-capacity handgun, to a riot. We do know that. We have law enforcement and conservatives who are very pro-Second Amendment saying the problem was that he had a gun, legally. No, the problem is, as I said several times now, is he injected himself. He put himself where he did not need to be. He put himself in and put law enforcement officers in jeopardy through his actions. These were his actions. Dana, you're just not as clever as you think you are.

18:11Now, to the to the second part first, which is she's trying. You can see what she's doing. She's trying to go, oh, you hypocrite Republicans. This guy had a gun, but you guys are all about the Second Amendment and guns. what he calmly lays out there is that if you bring a low, first off, I haven't heard one person, I'm pretty tuned in, even though I try not to be on X too much over the weekend. I didn't hear one Republican being like, oh, he had a gun. That's why they had to shoot him. Nobody said that. If you're broadly on the right or a conservative, you believe in the second amendment and you are allowed to protect yourself.

18:41You're allowed to protect your property, your family, et cetera, et cetera. The issue here, nobody was saying that. What they were saying is if you start getting into a situation that is a riot, as the border officer pointed out, that where there is just this, this layer of anything can happen at any moment. Well, then if you get into a scuffle with these guys and they look and they're like, oh man, this guy's got a weapon. And then there's a fight. And now he's grabbing for it. You might get shot that. But if you see what she's doing, what she wants you to, they want to then start the conversation to shifting.

19:15Ah, so then people just shouldn't be able to have firearms. Just not impressive and he, just not honest. And he did just a nice job of throwing her nonsense right back at her. Anyway, the guy who was killed, his name was Alex Preddy. And at the Minnesota Frost hockey game, is that the professional hockey team? It's called the Minnesota Frost. So this is a college team or like, yeah. Who's the Minnesota? The Minnesota Wild is the NHL team. This is a college team or an amateur team or something. Anyway, they did a moment of silence for the anti-ice protester who was breaking the law, who then got shot.

19:50And it didn't quite work out as they planned. Alex, president.

20:03Thank you.

20:10Do you see how this endless political injection into every part of our life ruins everything? Okay, so it turns out, first off, that was a women's hockey league. I wonder how many women with penises are in it, but that's a sidebar for today's show. But okay, somebody there decided, all right, there's all this chaos breaking loose in our city. Can we have a moment of silence for the guy who brought the loaded weapon to get into a fight with Eisen, who then got killed? you can hear that a certain set, a certain amount of those people don't wanna have that moment of silence. But even putting aside what your feelings are on all of that, that we inject all of this.

20:43When you go to a hockey game, let's say you're a young girl, you're a 12 year old girl who loves hockey. Mom and dad take you to that game and you're there because you love hockey. And wow, you could be in some kind of hockey league maybe when you're an adult, I don't know, maybe whatever it is, WNBA game, doesn't matter, male, female, whatever. Like sports are supposed to be the escape. and then you've got the NBA players with BLM things and you've got the NH, whatever this is, the Women's Hockey League where they're paying homage to anti-ice protesters and then you wonder why you turn on ESPN and they're talking about race all the time and then you look and you're like, boy, this is why people are tuning out of all of this stuff endlessly.

21:23Anyway, we're gonna keep going with this because there's way more and there's so much media manipulation in this right now and the point of me mentioning kayfabe all the time is we've been through this before. They're rolling out the BLM playbook. They're rolling out the Hamas protest playbook. We've been through it all before. And how many times, as George W. said, fool me once, I don't get fooled. Let's talk about Noble Gold and then we'll get to it. Guys, gold has officially gone mainstream. Every day, more and more Americans are discovering the power of gold. This is just Illinois, where they have Chicago, where everyone gets, let's get the numbers. How many people were shot in Chicago this weekend? He put this up on X, masked federal agents in Minnesota just shot and killed another person. We must put a stop to Trump's ICE. Now, stop the funding, stop the occupations, stop the killings.

23:06Now, there's a couple of things there. First, ICE is a legal part of the federal government. It is doing the job that the federal government is supposed to do, which is protect the border and get illegals out. That's number one. So trites Trump's ICE. Now, I also think it's incredibly interesting, actually, and a subtle point, perhaps, that he's calling it an occupation. We hear about an occupation in another part of the world, right? So they want everything is about the revolution. They want to link everything together. But you can see they saw the killing of this guy. They don't care about it.

23:42It doesn't matter what the details are. It doesn't matter if he was about to kill an ICE agent or anything else. And by the way, if he killed an ICE agent, they'd all be completely silent on it, right? Because it wouldn't fit the narrative. But now you've got the governor of Illinois chiming in and then former two-time president, Mr. Hope and Change himself, he put this up. The killing of Alex Preddy is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values of a nation are increasingly under assault. Now, I'm not gonna read you the entire statement there, but he continues.

24:16Very interesting. Our core values are under assault. Well, I don't know. I thought some of our core values are connected to the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence, which made us a sovereign nation that has borders. We are not just an amorphous blob where everyone can come in. It's a privilege. It's a debt. You guys love privilege. It's a freaking privilege and a half to be an American. And if you allow 21 million people to come here and just take part and suck off the system and all the rest of it, then the privilege of being American won't be so much of a privilege.

24:51Now, interestingly, as several people pointed this out on Twitter, so this guy gets killed. Again, there's just a certain chaos around it. We don't know exactly what was going on, but Barack Obama rushes in to make a statement about it. And the implication is America's under assault and everything from the Trump administration. It is worth noting that in the month or so now, the couple of weeks of the Iran protests, where now it looks like about 30 ,000 people have been killed by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Barack Obama has not put out one tweet related to that. That's just a kind of sidebar here, but it is worth noting.

25:26This video will, if this, I mean, we've played so many videos that prove the utter hypocrisy of Obama and how completely ridiculous that he as a far lefty, you know, 10 plus years ago, that he was still more moderate than the crazy Democrats of today. Watch this. This is 2013, 2013, 13 years ago, Barack Obama on ice. You know, I'm the president of the United States. I'm not the emperor of the United States. My job is to execute laws that are passed. And Congress right now has not changed what I consider to be a broken immigration system. And what that means is that we have certain obligations to enforce the laws that are in place, even if we think that in many cases the results may be tragic.

26:17There are going to be some stories that break our hearts. And more importantly, we're going to continue to have an economy that is stifled by a really inefficient system where not only are we deporting folks, but we also have a legal immigration system that is so bottlenecked that it forces sometimes people into the illegal system. Barack Obama should be taken to a room and they should do the clockwork orange thing with his eyes and he should be forced to watch that until his head explodes because that right there is Donald Trump. That right there is Donald Trump. What is he saying? Congress ain't doing the right thing when it comes to a broken immigration system and our border and everything else.

27:00This is when he's president. So he had some authority to do things. So we're going to, Me, me, the president, even though I'm not the emperor, I'm going to have to do something about it. Thus, he did send ICE into the streets. Do you know how many people? This is wild. Fact check it for yourself. Don't listen to little Dave Rubin. Fact check this for yourself. Do you know how many people died in ICE custody under Barack Obama? 56. 56. So 56 people. And he even admits in that video, he goes, it's going to be a little messy, right? That's basically what he's saying. You know, so so in the in the top clip, when we showed you when Bill Maher goes, well, people didn't vote for this, meaning we want something done, but we're good liberals.

27:42So we don't want things to ever look messy. Now you just go back 13 years ago to Barack Obama, not only using ice, not only having 56 people die under him. These lefties didn't say a word about it then. Right. But he's also freely admitting that if you are going to try to do something that is extremely complex, These people are embedded. They now, we're gonna get to the signal chats where they are coordinating to hide and unmask ICE agents and everything else. It's going to be messy and bad things might happen. And now every time a bad thing happens, they want more bad things to happen. Barack Obama of 2013 is Donald Trump of today.

28:21And now he's, but Barack Obama of 2026 is trying to destroy Donald Trump of today. Did that make sense? I think it did. Do we have a time machine? You got it, you got it. Here is Jacob Fry, Somali warlord, who's in charge of Minnesota, exacerbating the situation as it comes to this shooting that we just saw. I just saw a video of more than six masked agents pummeling one of our constituents and shooting him to death. how many more residents how many more americans need to die or get badly hurt for this operation to end well jacob fry um you could enforce the law well first off you could say you're not a sanctuary city right you could do that you could say well if you're illegal you're illegal and you gotta go you could do that we know you don't want to do that another thing you might want to do is say is tell your law enforcement, okay, stop fighting with ICE.

29:24You could try to tone down the rhetoric so that the people aren't out on the streets. You could stop conceding the streets of your city to violent protesters. It's exactly what's, we should create an edit of this, but this is what Scott Jennings said at the beginning. You guys don't, nobody wants violence here. Not nobody, because the revolutionaries want violence, but sane people don't want violence. To whatever extent there are sane people on the left, they don't want violence. I don't know how many of them actually exist anymore, but again, it's like, that's like the Bill Maher sliver types.

29:53Okay, fine. And then people on the right don't want violence here. What we want is ICE to be able to go in, figure out who's legal, who's not legal, and the illegal people have to go. It's as simple as that. And then again, if you found somebody, let's say you got the rapists and the fentanyl guy and the beheader and the murderer out, and then within that, there was somebody who was caught up, who was, you know, she's a 62-year-old woman who has kids here, she came from some country, it wasn't legal, but she's been here in law body, then who would be the easiest person to negotiate that person's life over?

30:25It would be Donald freaking Trump. But you people just, you're here for the revolution. And speaking of the revolution, Tim Walls, a man who was caught up in a massive money laundering scheme, who has ratcheted this thing up at every possible level. Here he is using the most grotesque analogy possible as it pertains to what's going on in Minnesota. We have got children in Minnesota hiding in their houses, afraid to go outside. Many of us grew up reading that story of Anne Frank. Somebody's going to write that children's story about Minnesota. And there's one person who can end this now.

31:07One day, and I'm really trying not to curse. Anne Frank and the Frank family were citizens of Holland, right? They were citizens of Holland. The reason she was hiding in the attic was because the Nazis were in an occupation of their country and they were coming specifically to kill the Jews. That's a basic two-sentence history lesson for you, Tim Walls. When he says there are children hiding in their attics right now? Who is he talking about? Now, first off, are there children hiding in attics in Minnesota right now? Is that possible? I suppose it is. There might be an illegal child who is hiding in an attic right now.

31:49Now, whose fault is that? Well, that likely is the fault of the parent who came here illegally. And you could say, well, that's also the fault of the Democrats and the Republicans for allowing these people in and all of those things. But at the end of the day, again, we're either a nation of laws or not. So I don't, he's making it up, right? So why am I even bothering to give him enough credit here? But there is no legal citizen of the United States who has their kid hiding in an attic right now, evading ICE because ICE is not looking for legal citizens. Now let's jump back because this guy just can't stop.

32:22He wants this. I'm telling you, he wants more chaos on the streets because the more chaos on the streets and focus there is on immigration and ICE, the less focus there will be on his multi-billion dollar fraud scheme that this guy has been the head of in Minnesota. Here he is. It's another portion of a video we showed you last week where he just magically appears over the wall and starts scaring people. We're doing everything and our neighbors are doing everything. And I can't stress enough on this. We're winning it because we're doing it with Minnesota grit, Minnesota decency. oftentimes talk about this and i know people are discussing this a lot i spent a lot of time with john lewis on non-violent resistance the resistance matters we're not telling people to be silent but we're not telling people to go out and cause problems we're going to cause good trouble okay well actually we're going to show you this in a little bit you are maybe not you specifically although i think you specifically are actually telling people to be violent and there's massive coordination going on here with NGOs and nonprofits and how you're tracking ICE and what you're doing and trying to dox them and the rest of it.

33:30But look, nonviolent protest, completely fine. That's what John Kennedy said at the top. And that absolutely is true. The problem is you guys have everything that you do and you purposely do it. You get it as close to the edge of violence as possible because it's not just violence. Let's say this. So most people would agree, okay, you can't of violent riots, meaning you probably shouldn't burn down, I would say, Pep Boys and Best Buy and everything else. Now, they do do that every now and again, but I think the average person is like, well, whatever your problem is, okay, you're for BLM or you're anti-ice or whatever, and you burn down my Best Buy, and now I can't get a USB to C converter.

34:07How was that? That was pretty, that was hip tech lingo. People would be annoyed by that. But what they do is not only do they do that, they also do another version of it, which is that they just take over the streets. And it's like, okay, if you just have thousands of people marching in the street, is that violent or not violent? Well, now you've stopped commerce. You've stopped ambulances from being able to get places. Kids can't, parents can't pick up their kids at school and everything else. Is that violence? Well, not, it's not direct violence, but if you're just allowing people to decide when commerce, when, when, when the exchange of people being able to go and do things in a city is allowed to happen, And that also is a problem.

34:44You want to stay in a park, in a public park, and scream till your head explodes. I suppose you can do it, right? Like that is well within your right to do. Now, it would over time ruin the fabric of a city or whatever, because if you couldn't take your kids to parks anymore, because there was always a Hamas supporter or an anti-ice rally, you get the point. Anyway, here are some of the violent or not violent, depending on your framing, things happening in Minnesota right now. The situation is evolving, and that is what we're watching now, is the aftermath. You can hear those flashbangs going off as protesters continue to taunt those federal law enforcement agents that are on the ground.

35:25Bitches, shoot us in the f***ing face! Shoot me in the f***ing head! Why don't you f***ing shoot me in the f***ing head, you coward!

35:46Okay, so I want to, I had Connor screenshot something there for just a second. So first off, like you have the general tenor that I keep talking about, which they don't talk about on mainstream media because you, because they don't want anyone in ICE to have any level of sympathy attached to them. But imagine you're just an ICE officer going about doing your job. You say, oh my God, you know, we found there's an illegal child predator in that building over there. And you're trying to get to that building and they've created a barricade. Do we have, do we have a screenshot of a barricade? like you saw what they did right there.

36:12We'll show you in just a second. But they've just decided, oh, we're gonna put garbage disposal units and we're gonna put mattresses and a whole bunch of stuff. We're just gonna stop the flow of traffic. Well, now you have a problem. Now it's, now, so who should be dealing with this? Let's say you're completely right. Let's say Tim Walls, you're completely right. Okay, I shouldn't be there in the first place. Is this legal? Is it legal to do this? If me and the guys after lunch, you guys wanna go see what happens to us if we try this in Miami. Like, no, we'd be arrested in two seconds. Everyone's annoyed about something.

36:46We've all got some problem. It doesn't mean you can just push garbage into the middle of the street and mattresses. And so, Tim Walls, at the very least, you might wanna have your police officers out there policing the city properly, right? If you don't want them to work with ICE, I suppose that is within your, it's not exactly because of the supremacy clause, but maybe you could argue that's within your purview. You don't want them directly working with ICE and tipping ICE off. But I'm pretty sure the police are supposed to make sure that your streets are safe. And then there's also the layer of that screaming lunatic.

37:16And I'm telling you guys, there's a gajillion videos of this. You have a young man who's screaming, shoot me, kill me. Like there is a mass mental health crisis going on here too. And if you'd like more on that, this is an Antifa member, an online recruiter. His name is Kyle Wagner. And you tell me, what should we be doing about these people? My name is Kyle. I'm Antifa. And there's so much rage in me that I've had to record this like 15 times trying to get the message out. They f***ed up. Okay, go watch my other videos. Doesn't matter if you're not here and you're not caught up, you've missed the f***ing fight.

37:53But if you are, it's time to suit up. No, not talking about peaceful protests anymore. We're not talking about having polite conversations anymore. I am talking specifically to my f***ing followers. This is not a joke. There's nothing fun to chant about it. Get your guns and stop these people. That guy seems that guy will be running the he'll be the opening act at the DNC convention in a year or two. He says specifically not peaceful. He says get your guns. Seems rather radical. Now, again, how many of these and he says he's part of Antifa, which the Democrats keep telling us Antifa doesn't even exist.

38:33But how many of these types of people are out there that have been radicalized and we have no idea what they're doing? So now again, imagine you're an ICE agent, you're out on the streets, you have one guy screaming, shoot me, shoot me. You have another guy who you just saw a video as you were driving there, who's going, they're ready to not be peaceful anymore and not talk to us and bring their guns. And then, oh, and then there is a guy with a gun right there who again, you can have, I don't know what the open carry laws are in Minnesota, but you can have a gun. No, this isn't a second amendment, and it's a second amendment issue, but you get the point, you get the point.

39:07Well, it turns out that that Kyle fella, he has taken that post down, I'm shocked, and is now asking for a lawyer. So we will see how it works out for him. He is also an interesting character. This video was going around. Connor, I can only deal with this for about five seconds. So don't crush me here, okay? I do this all year. Okay, so I don't know. I don't know. This is where my friend Andy Noe calls it Trantifa. Like, I don't know what that guy's doing. He talks about how he gets up in a dress and he's a blue collar worker by day. And he's a fabulous woman by night. I don't know. But do we have a picture of Buffalo Bill from, I don't think we grabbed it, but you can all picture Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.

39:51My ear thing popped out. I'll get it in just a sec. I thought this was interesting because, you know, for months, guys, I've been saying this. I didn't hear anyone else say it, but I I really think I'm gonna turn out to be right on this and I'm glad it's kind of bubbling forward right now. Joe Lonsdale, who I've had on the show a couple of times, we showed you a video of him last week. He's the co-founder of Palantir. He put this up and I think, and now you can start seeing that there is something much bigger going on here than just some crazy guy in a dress. Listen to this. This is an organized illegal insurgency and should be treated as such.

40:20Echoes of whiskey rebellion. If it was the right doing this, it would be back to back as a threat on the news and the left would put it down. But the GOP right does not know how to use power and discipline. And what he's retweeting right there, and it's the video that you can see scrolling, is a video from Cam Higbee who wrote, Minneapolis Signal Infiltrated. Signal is the encrypted text app. I have infiltrated organizational signal groups all around Minneapolis with the sole intention of tracking down federal agents and impeding, assaulting, and obstructing them. And what you're seeing there is the large feed where all of these people who are in these signal chats, they're telling people where ICE agents are.

41:00They are tracking the cars and all of this other stuff, which then leads you to believe that there is some level of organized insurrection here. Then I saw this tweet. Elon retweeted it this morning. This is super interesting. It's a guy by the name of Eric Schwamm, who's a retired Green Beret. I'm going to read you a condensed version of it, but this is incredibly interesting. As a former special warrant officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops, I've seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Hellman, the pattern is familiar. What's unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn't protest.

41:34It's low-level insurgency infrastructure built by people who've clearly studied the playbook. Signal groups at a thousand-member cap per zone. Dedicated roles, mobile chasers, plate checkers, logging vehicle data into shared databases. 24-7 dispatch nodes, vectoring assets, salute-style reporting, size, activity, location, unit, time, equipment on suspected federal vehicles, daily chat rotations and time deletions to frustrate forensic recovery, vetting processes for new joiners, mutual aid from sympathetic locals providing cover of possible PD tip-offs on license plate lookups, home-based coordination points, rapid escalation from observation to physical obstruction, or worse.

42:16This isn't spontaneous outrage. This is C2, command and control, with redundancy, OPSEC hygiene and task organization that would make a San Francisco team sergeant nod in recognition, SF team, not San Francisco, replace ICE agents with occupying coalition forces and the structure maps almost one-to-one to the early stage urban cells we hunted in the mid-2000s. The most sobering part, it's domestic, funded, trained somewhere and directed by people who live in the same country they're trying to paralyze law enforcement in. We either recognize what we're actually looking at or pretend. It's still just activism until the structures harden and spread.

42:53Guys, that is incredibly well thought out and written. And now that they've got these signal chats, we're going to find out a whole bunch more. But this is exactly what I've been saying. None of this. We've been through the BLM riots. We've been through the Hamas riots where there's suddenly there's magically there's a box of bricks on the street right in front of all the stores with glass windows. And they all suddenly have the same placard and they have thousands of them and they're in multiple cities at once. This is a funded, a well-funded coordination assault to destroy the United States of America.

43:24It really is. That's not hyperbole or anything else. These aren't these people. When you see the guy in the dress screaming, no, no more peaceful protest and bring your guns. Now, is it possible that he, well, he says he's an Antifa leader, but is it possible that you're gonna get some offshoot crazy people, right? If you were doing like an organizational map of this thing, right? You'd have, okay, there's a structure to it and he's clearly laying it out there. Then you have offshoot crazy people that you can use as the foot soldiers and the pawns. But that's why I'm saying it's an unmovable force versus an unstoppable object.

43:57Trump can't stop right now. And the other thing that I've been saying is that what will likely take this down is some massive RICO case. And I really hope that Pam Bondi and the other people in charge are on this. And so several people have asked me lately because I keep dropping the phrase RICO case. So a RICO case, let me just give you a simple definition. A RICO case is a federal or state prosecution targeting ongoing organized criminal enterprises rather than isolated criminal acts. Enacted in 1970 to fight the mafia, it allows prosecutors to charge individuals who direct a pattern of racketeering at least two related crimes like bribery, fraud, or murder within 10 years through a legitimate or illegitimate organization.

44:36This is basically, guys, if you've seen literally any mafia movie, from The Godfather to Goodfellas to anything, any mafia movie, it doesn't matter if it took place in New York or it took place in Jersey or it took place in Boston, what was The Departed with DiCaprio and some of those guys, great movies. They're always going for a Rico case. You don't go for the head of the mafia because one guy got shot or there was one instance of bribery. What you're doing, and you always see it in the movies, they build these trees to connect all of the people to all of the crimes. And that's how you take out everybody.

45:09And it seems to me that there are going to be, if we have a serious government that's really dealing with this properly, we are going to find out connections to the higher ups at the Democratic Party itself. I really think that that's where we are at with all of this. Here's Scott Besson, even though he's in the government for finance purposes, and he's doing a nice job. Here he is calling out Tim Walz for stoking the violence. It's a tragedy when anyone dies, but I can tell you the situation on the ground there is being stirred up by Governor Waltz. I was out there two weeks ago. Governor Waltz declined to provide a security detail for me to go into the Minnesota Capitol with the state police.

45:54So he is fomenting chaos because there is substantial waste, fraud and abuse. My job as Treasury Secretary is to investigate that. And I think that this chaos is going out there. And again, I am sorry that this gentleman is dead, but he did bring a nine millimeter semi-automatic weapon with two cartridges to what was supposed to be a peaceful protest. Okay, now you might have an issue. And I heard some people on the right say, Besson, you are allowed to carry a weapon. You are allowed to go to a peaceful protest. So that's not really what it's about. It was more of what the previous border enforcement person was saying to Dana Bash, which was, it was a riot.

46:36And to the backdrop of all of the chaos, it's like, what could have happened there? And did he go for his gun and everything else? But Besson is right. He's pointing out exactly what I said. Remember, where were we a month ago? A month ago, we did a week's worth of shows on the corruption coming out of Minnesota. What happens? Because Nick Shirley goes and he exposes the fraud at these Somali daycare centers. Tim Walz then suddenly, a man who potentially would have been vice president right now, he then announces out of nowhere he's not running for governor again. So there was obviously, and then there were all the stories leaking out about how his administration fully knew about the fraud and actually were stopping investigations into it.

47:13So then what did Tim Walz do? Well, it's exactly what Besson said right there. He then helps instigate the riots here because now we're all focused, and I'm focused on it. Look what we've done on the show today. We're all focused on the riots rather than what's really going on there, which is the fraud situation. That's the problem. We're gonna show you also how the media, and we know this, but they just keep doing it. And it's worth noting so that you can explain it to your friends. Every time you get a story that your spider sense goes off, right? Your spidey sense starts tingling. You're like, you know, this story fits the narrative a little bit too much.

47:45Maybe I should wait on this. Well, maybe you should wait on this because as usual, they got a major story wrong. We'll have that in just a second, but first Shopify. Picture this. 48:58That's shopify.com slash Rubin. Okay, so at the top of the show, one of the clips that I played with Bill Maher, he talks about this five-year-old that was abducted by ICE. Now, this happened over the last couple days. I think it was on Friday, if I'm not mistaken. And I saw the story on X and I was like, you know, I'm just going to wait on this because this just feels, again, that spidey sense. I was just like, I don't know. Are they just grabbing a random five-year-old? Like what happened here? So now I want to show you a weekend report from ABC News. ABC News, supposedly a place of journalism.

49:29This is David Muir on ABC talking about the five-year-old boy who was just returning from preschool and was detained by ICE. Much of this turned out not to be true, but I don't want to leave too much. Well, I guess I've done it. Go. The growing outrage in Minneapolis, the images of a five-year-old boy returning home from preschool, detained by ICE. Agents taking the boy and his father into custody. Vice President J.D. Vance in Minneapolis today defending ICE agents, claiming they were protecting the child, saying, what are they supposed to do? Matt Rivers in Minneapolis again tonight. Tonight, the haunting images sparking a firestorm.

50:03A preschool boy standing in the Minnesota cold swept up in the ICE crackdown. School officials say five-year-old Liam, wearing his blue hat and backpack, and his father, Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, had just pulled into their suburban Minneapolis driveway Tuesday when agents took that father into custody. The school then saying an agent essentially used the five-year-old as bait, directing him to see if anyone else was home before taking the boy away. The district saying Liam is among four students recently detained. Okay, so this is interesting. You can see they really want you to have sympathy.

50:38here. Now, we'll just say this before we even get into the debunking. The five-year-old kid who has been dragged into this, I have nothing but sympathy for. He is not guilty of anything. He was brought into this earth, put into a horrific situation. His father is illegal, which they didn't mention in that portion of the video. It is unclear to me. Can we check? Was the kid born here or not? Do we know that? So we'll find out whether the kid's born here. But think about that. If you came here illegally, right? So now you're illegal, and then you have a kid here. Your kid is legal. And then people start screaming about family separation.

51:10It's like, you've, whose fault is that? You've now created an incredibly difficult situation because if this guy, the father is going to get deported now, well, if the kid, we're checking it. Okay. So the kid was not born in the U S so the kid is not a citizen either. So the kid likely, all right. So at least the family will not be separated. Right. And nobody would want a father regardless of immigration status. I don't want to see a father ripped away from his son or the son ripped away from his father. But again, whose fault would any version of that be? It would be on the person who broke the law in the first place.

51:42Anyway, you can see ABC put that story up and it's very, it makes it sound like they were just going to grab this kid and everything else. Well, here's an ICE official explaining what really happened. This week, ICRO conducted targeted enforcement operation to arrest Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, an illegal alien who was released back into the interior of the United States by the previous administration. When officers approached Conejo Arias, he and his child were in a vehicle. Arias fled from law enforcement on foot, abandoning his child in the middle of winter in a vehicle. One of our officers stayed behind with that child while other officers apprehended his father.

52:28After conducting the arrest, my officers stayed with the child. They cared for him, took him to get something to eat from a drive-thru restaurant, and spent hours ensuring he was taken care of. A little bit different than the ABC News story that you got there, isn't it? So when my Spidey sense went off, not because I'd been bit by a radioactive spider, it's just because I'd been through this many times, I knew something else was going on here. So they had this guy's name because he had already previously been arrested and let back into the interior. They go to arrest him. He abandoned the child.

53:02So on ABC, when they show you the video of the kid standing out there, and it is cold, that's right. But they want to make it seem like, oh my God, Ice just left this kid out in the cold and everything else. Actually, the father left the kid in the car, and then the Ice guys took him for a burger. But this is what they do. This is what they do. Here's a bit from Fox. Of the father who was arrested and taken to custody, and this is the official say abandoned his son when ICE agents came to arrest him inside that vehicle as they pulled up in this freezing cold temperatures. But those initial photos of this five-year-old boy that was left alone outside went viral online with school officials claiming that federal agents had arrested a preschool and were using him as bait.

53:52The DNC and Democratic lawmakers quickly piled on those initial claims with Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar posting, don't tell us this is about the worst of the worst. That is a lie. Absolutely vile. I'm not even going to do Ilhan today. I'm just going to ignore that just for mental health, a Monday mental health day. But again, regardless of all of the specifics here, whose fault is it that that picture got taken of that kid and that kid had to spend some time with ICE agents? Is it the ICE agents' fault who are legally going after his father? or is it the father's fault? The father took a chance.

54:32He gambled, right? If I left America today and I just went up to Canada because I wanted to be in a Chinese country and I just decided to stay there and one day they got me, it would be my fault, not the Canadians' fault, right? Or the Chinese fault. Anyway, here is Katie Couric, who used to be a mainstream stay. I guess she's a podcaster now. She had Jacob, Somali warlord Jacob Fry on her show. And she explains that they went to arrest the father and that he ran. And of course, the Somali warlord just doesn't know what happened. You and I were talking earlier about these dual narratives that are taking place.

55:11And yesterday, J.D. Vance visited Minneapolis and said he's, quote, proud of the fact that we are enforcing the country's laws and that the five-year-old was not arrested, that his dad was an illegal alien. And when they went to arrest his illegal alien father, the father ran. That is an exact quote. What's your response to that, the way he's characterizing what happened? Look, I can't speak to the very specifics of what happened in that incident because I haven't seen the video of it. Oh, how convenient. You don't know what happened in that specific incident. Everything JD said was right. We just played you the video of the ICE agent.

55:56Do you think he made up the fact that the kid then was in the car and they took him out for a fast food burger? You think he made that up? Did they make up the fact that the father is illegal? The father made the choice here. Again, nobody wants to see a five-year-old kid and now the pain that he's going to have to go through and he likely has to leave the country and everything else. but this is not the, this is what suicidal empathy is. The Democrat, this is Gad Saad's great new book. He has a new book coming out, but he's been talking about the phrase suicidal empathy for years. You people have so much empathy for people that you will destroy not only our lives as Americans because we will no longer live in a nation of laws, but you will destroy their lives because eventually the rubber does meet the road.

56:37And then sometimes people are gonna be deported. Now that five-year-old is gonna have, who knows what's gonna happen to that kid, but he was not here legally. We just checked. He wasn't born here and the father was illegal. Fact, fact, fact, fact. The other part of this that is deeply connected to suicidal empathy, I thought, you know, sometimes a meme is worth a picture is worth a thousand words. A meme is worth 10 ,000 words, perhaps. And Wokeness put this up on Twitter. This is why I support ICE. And that's just a collection of 12 young girls. Is it all girls there? No, I think there's one boy in the bottom right.

57:09It's, but all young people who have been killed by illegals in America. Do you know any of their names? Does Tim Wall say any of their names? Does Elhan Omar say any of their names? No, they don't. They don't care about those people. They always care about the people who are doing the killing. Tony Gonzalez, I'd never heard of this guy before. He is a congressman from Texas. Maybe we can get him on the show. I thought he had an excellent tweet regarding all of this. He said, in the coming days, you'll see a lot of grandstanding by politicians at the Dilley Ice Center in my district, Texas 23. It's all for show.

57:40I've been there and seen the state-of-the-art facilities and protocols that ICE follows. Our ICE agents and CBP personnel are doing their jobs. And yet again, Democrats are doing everything they can to spin the truth against law enforcement. I mean, man, when you look at that facility, if you were watching that video right there, they've got computers. It looks nice and clean and everything else. I mean, maybe the Somali daycare centers could have taken a tip from them on how you teach kids. But okay, that's what they are going to do. Remember, we did this two months ago. Alligator Alcatraz is evil.

58:08Now it's going to be this, the Dilley Center over here in Texas. Every single thing they do is a lie. It is all in the cause of the revolution. Let's talk about Tax Network USA, and then we'll have more on their plans for the revolution. Do you owe back taxes or haven't even filed in years? Now's the time to resolve your tax issues. With the national debate around abolishing the income tax system, the IRS is pushing back by becoming more aggressive than ever. They're sending more collection notices, filing more tax liens and collecting billions more than in recent years. If you owe or you haven't filed, it's not a matter of if the IRS will act, it's when.

58:45Right now, Tax Network USA is offering a completely free IRS research and discovery call to show you exactly where you stand. Their programs and strategies can save you thousands or even eliminate your debt entirely if you qualify. Don't make the mistake of trying to handle the IRS on your own. Representing yourself or calling them directly can waive your rights and cost you significantly more. The IRS is not on your side, but Tax Network USA is. Get the protection you need and start resolving your tax matters once and for all. Call 1-800-958-1000 or visit tnusa.com slash Dave for your free discovery call.

59:18Don't let the IRS be the first act. All right. So if we just think about that Jennings clip that we showed you earlier, his basic argument was if you don't want the violence, then just let ICE do their job. I think any kind of sober, sane, normal person would realize that's the truth, that we just have to let these people get the illegals and there would be no violence on the streets. We've illustrated several times on the show the radical nature, whether it's coming from the governor himself or some of the, say, cross-dressing Antifa murderous lunatics, that there's a problem here because these things don't kind of go to get legal.

59:54Doing something legal and dealing with these people don't seem to have a connection. Now, I would also connect this to the fact that there's almost nobody sane on the left anymore, right? The entire party has been rotted out. As you know, Fetterman is basically it from a political perspective. Marr is basically it from a media perspective. And it's just created chaos because the inmates are running the asylum. Well, one of the guys who I think considers himself on the left, who I've had on the show several times, including about two months ago, is Scott Galloway. He's a business professor at NYU Stern.

1:00:23and on, when we did the show, and I really like him, really like him. And I'll send him this, I'm going to text him this clip after, and we can get him maybe on the show later this week or next week or something to discuss it. But he, he's broadly considers himself, you know, kind of liberal on the left. Uh, and when we did our last interview, he said to me that he considers me crazy light, meaning like I'm on the right, but I'm not completely insane. Okay. So I can say, and I think I said to him, well, you're, you're crazy light for someone on the left. Here he is on a podcast talking about how, well, not talking about, calling for a strike on the U.S.

1:00:57economy because that's the only thing that will stop ICE. And again, this is supposedly someone who I consider basically sane on the left. Something I'm spending a lot of time thinking about and trying to get some politicians on board with and some public figures is the following. If you want to look at the fastest political movement in history, it was actually about exactly six years ago, and that was 2020, when the GDP went down 31 % because of COVID. We had the greatest political movement in history in terms of actual move to action. I'm talking about something quieter, far more unsettling to the system, and that is an economic strike.

1:01:44A short-term coordinated withdrawal from spending and maybe work. No marching, no slogans, just less. Okay, I'm sorry, Scott. First off, he's on with this woman, Kara Swisher, who's a complete leftist nutbag. We played some videos of her last week. But I'm sorry, Scott. If your position, again, this is exactly what I'll say to you next time I'm going to show, if your position is that, and I think it's your position, that we're a nation of laws, you believe in the United States, there has to be law and order, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Why would you be calling for an economic strike against the federal government doing what it is their stated objective to do, stated and legal objective to do, which is protect the border and deal with deportations?

1:02:30I assume you were an Obama supporter. Did you say anything when Obama was booting out all of those people? Obama booted out more people than Trump has done so far, right? We talked about the people who died in ICE custody under Obama earlier. Why would you want an economic strike? You want an economic strike? How about same business people say, you know what? I'm closing my office. Here's an economic strike that would make sense. You know, I've looked, I have an office in Minnesota. I'm a big multinational corporation, whatever it might be. We're just not doing business in Minnesota anymore because you can't functionally do business there.

1:03:04I don't want employees having to walk down the street and, and be in the midst of a firefight. Like, come on, what are you talking about? It's actually, oh, I'm getting an update right now. I'm getting a live update. Apparently, Connor is leading a strike and you guys will be striking with Scott Galloway, an economic strike to stop ICE. You've turned against me for the last time. It doesn't make any sense, but we can discuss it further. So they're like, why do you, so is your position that you just want illegals to be here? Why didn't you want an economic strike against the Biden administration as they were letting 21 million of these people in?

1:03:43So let's go from that. We'll juxtapose it with some sanity. This is Anna Polina Luna, Congresswoman who I had on the show not too long ago, talking about how if the Democrats force a shutdown over DHS funding, which is what they're threatening right now, they want to shut down the government over ICE funding. What the Republicans will do, this is clever, well done Anna, is they'll attach the SAVE Act, which is basically the national ID, voting ID law, they'll attach it to the rules package. What are you seeing? Do you think you're going to have some Republicans budge? Are you planning on budging at all as we're edging towards another shutdown?

1:04:15Well, look, I actually think that this might be serendipitous in timing. And if I could explain for a moment. So what happens is, is when the appropriations are going to be rejected by Senate over DHS funding. Ultimately, that means that those appropriations bills have to come back to the House. And so I've actually formed an alliance with a few, a handful of other Republican members that will refuse to vote on any legislation to send it over to the Senate, unless there's something specifically placed in it, something called a rule, that would prevent the Senate from stripping out the SAVE Act.

1:04:47So it would force them if they choose to shut down the government, when they choose to reopen it, they will have to also then to simultaneously vote on the SAVE Act, which would basically save our country with election integrity. And I believe that's what they call fighting fire with fire. So if you ding-dongs want to stop the government from funding ICE, which again is their legal duty, then what we will do is attach something to that very same bill that will force all people nationally to have an ID to vote. So that's a good, like that's how you play politics. We will see what happens with that.

1:05:21Let's jump over to New York City right now, because while all hell is breaking loose in Minnesota specifically. There's versions of this in many blue cities and New York, which is now run by a half commie, half jihad guy, is going to be in a lot of trouble. This is a guy who came into office before he was sworn in saying that he was going to keep New York City as a sanctuary city. A sane system would have never allowed him to swear the oath of office, which he also did on a Quran, separate issue. But the very idea that the mayor is coming in saying, I will break federal law and you allow him to become mayor is absurd.

1:05:53But here he is denying that New York City is blocking ICE. What the administration says is that you have hardened criminals who have committed heinous acts, rape, murder, who are undocumented, and that sanctuary cities like New York don't cooperate with the effort to get those criminals. Is that accurate? It's not accurate. I've said this directly both to the president but as well as in public. Look, our sanctuary city policies allow the city to work with the federal administration if anyone has been convicted of more than 170 serious crimes. What we are talking about is the concern for so many New Yorkers whose only crime seems to be being here in New York City, that they are being targeted in these kinds of ways.

1:06:38It is a crime to be here in New York City if you are here in New York City illegally. So I get it. He whispers and there he didn't have his soft lens with his lo-fi. music, but that guy is a wolf in sheep's clothing. And if you don't get it, well, you damn well will get it if you live in New York City. So it's illegal to be there. If you are there illegally, that's one part, but you're already breaking federal law, right? And the supremacy clause by allowing it, but it doesn't seem like anyone's going to stop you from doing that. And then he's giving lip service to the other part that yes, if they've been convicted of these 170 crimes, yeah, then we'll work with them.

1:07:17It's like, no, you won't. You are going to hide these people and the people who will pay will be the people in the streets of New York City as rapes and murders. And I don't know, public setting people on fire, et cetera, get the numbers on that go up. Jonathan Karl, who is the, I suppose, quote unquote journalist there, he then asked Zorhan if he was backtracking his warmth of collectivism quote, which went super viral and he was sworn in a couple of weeks ago. And the warmth of collectivism. I mean, a lot of people associate collectivism with Stalin's Russia, with Mao's China. I mean, it's got a, there's a negative connotation.

1:07:54That's... The historic context. That's not at all. I know you don't want to... But, I mean, when you use that phrase, do you think of that connotation at all? Or worried that people will... No, my intention was just to speak about how this isn't a movement of an individual, it's a movement of a collective. And it's through that collective that we've been able to weather the storms. It's through that collective we'll be able to deliver. But it's one of New York City delivering for New York. He is just evil. And the smile hides something that is so freaking nasty. And you will get it, New York. Again, you will get it.

1:08:28That's not my kind of collectivism. My kind of collectivism is the good kind of collectivism, except every single time where collectivism, the idea that the group is more important than the individual, every time that has popped up in human history, all sorts of people die. And they die because humans are different. We are fundamentally different, but you guys want us all to be the same in your quest for utopia. Bill Maher, we're almost there, guys. Bill Maher, we started with him, so we'll end with him. Here he is, same episode, explaining that Zorhan is just a straight-up communist. We don't have to think too hard on this thing.

1:09:04It matters that the mayor stands by, and so I assume, stands with someone who says things like, if you don't believe in the government's sacred right to seize private property, it's over. Seize private property. Home ownership is racist. Elect more communists. Private property, especially home ownership, is a weapon of white supremacy. Really? Even among the 20 million black Americans who own their own home? I mean, Democrats seem to be having this debate whether or not Mayor Mamdani is a socialist or a democratic socialist. Let me settle it. He's a straight up communist. How do I know this? Well, I'm reading between the lines when one of his major advisors says, elect more communists.

1:10:02Right, so as I would say, and Bill, we can discuss this over some copal soon, I hope, that's still your party. And you gotta show me anyone else in your party besides Fetterman, who's on your side of this. Otherwise, it is what it is. And you might find more common cause breaking bread with that Donald Trump guy, which you did. So I'm glad to see him calling that out. I would also point out that you may remember, for those of you that were watching the show for a while, five years ago, when the Democrats was, five, seven years ago, maybe, when the Democrats started saying Democrat socialists, it was AOC and Bernie really kept saying, we're Democrat socialists.

1:10:40I kept saying from day one, I kept saying, well, eventually they'll drop Democrat and just call themselves socialists. So Bill's already, what he's doing that's quite good there is he's already getting to the end game. The socialist part is just the legal way of kind of ushering in communism, but this guy is a communist. And again, New York people, you are gonna get it. But I don't wanna end on a Monday with Zorhan Mamdami. So as you know, there was the big WEF conference last week in Davos, Switzerland, and it was pretty much the entire world against America. And Donald Trump came in and just smacked people.

1:11:15But it's not just America, because we've also got, we've got a couple of countries that are coming, even if some of them begrudgingly. One that's coming fully on board with everything that we're doing, that is now a bastion of freedom that's having huge economic success and has completely turned around its entire nation in basically two years, is Argentina, thanks to Javier Malay. Listen to this. For some time now, and for some strange reason, the West began to turn its back on the ideas of liberty. That is why in this same place in 2024, I stated that the West was in danger as a result of having embraced increasing doses of socialism in its most hypocritical form, which is wokeism.

1:11:55However, 2026 is the year in which I bring you good news. The world has begun to awaken. The best proof of this is what is happening in the Americas with the rebirth of the ideas of liberty. Therefore, the Americas will be the beacon of light that will once again illuminate the entire West, thereby repaying the civilizational debt with expressions of gratitude towards the foundations in Greek philosophy, Roman law, and Judeo-Christian values. We have a better future ahead, but that better future exists only if we return to the roots of the West, which means returning through the ideas of liberty.

1:12:34May God bless the West. May the forces of heaven be with us. And long live freedom, Dammit. Thank you very much. Long live freedom, Dammit. It's like somebody going to the WF and even saying the word freedom and talking about Judeo-Christian values and talking about nation states and economic independence and all of these things. It's like, so why is it that in the two years that this guy has, maybe we can get you some updated numbers tomorrow, but in the two years that this guy has taken over Argentina, they completely reversed all of their horrific economic trends and they cut the government and they got woke out and everything else.

1:13:08And we're trying to do a version of that. But the people that are fighting it on the streets, they're going to keep fighting. And we better figure out how to level up before we roll into November as a battered nation. We lose the House. Donald Trump gets impeached and the whole thing at a political level is over. So we got a lot of work to do, people. But, you know, what else are you going to do? We're going to end the show with a cold close today because I had Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who is just, if angels exist, you know, I always say it's like, I think I've met, I think I met a prophet the first time I met Jordan Peterson.

1:13:41If you believe in things in such a literal, even if you believe it in a metaphorical sense, I think Jordan's a prophet. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is an angel. She is, most of you know her story, but she is from Somalia, underwent female genital mutilation, was supposed to be forced into an arranged marriage, eventually flees, becomes a member of parliament. In Holland, her friend Theo Van Gogh, I think Vincent Van Gogh's grandson or great-grandson, murdered on the street by an Islamist. They pin a note, Ayaan, we're coming for you next. She has now, over the last three decades, become one of the major, major fighters for Western values in the entire world.

1:14:14I had her on the show on Saturday. It's got like a million views already. We're going to show you a little bit of a trailer for it here. And if you haven't seen it, you can get it. It's across channels right now. And then postgame show in 30 seconds, postgame show in about 75 seconds, rubinreport.locals.com. Adios. You cannot have 70 ,000 to 80 ,000 people from Somalia living in Minnesota and not have a clan dynamic. Jake Fry doesn't understand that this is another form of dancing with the devil where he's going to be fried. The Muslim Brotherhood in Minnesota and elsewhere in America is decentralized and it's all delegated to the Somalis.

1:14:49And so Ilhan Omar has to navigate that. And then she also has to navigate the Democratic Party and she has to navigate the opposition. The question is, how long is she going to survive? Are you hopeful at the moment? Are you bullish on the West at the moment? Or do you think we have just now 10 years of just crazy fighting to get through this? The Iranian Islamist regime has articulated it in the most clear way. Israel is seen as the little Satan. Their goal is if they destroy Israel, that will give them a chance to go after America. They think they have Europe in their pockets because of the demographic shift and Islamization and through the weakness that they sense of the European political elites, which is really weak.

1:15:32Imagine if they actually do conquer the West and conquer the world. Where will they take humanity? They'll take humanity to death and destruction.

1:16:16post game show here we go to think i'm going to still feed you guys even though

Dave Rubin of "The Rubin Report" talks about John Kennedy's appearance on "Real Time with Bill Maher" where he easily corrected Bill Maher's simplistic narrative about the ICE shootings in Minneapolis with some basic facts that he left out; Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino refusing to take the bait from CNN's Dana Bash about the details surrounding the shooting of Alex Pretti during an ICE protest in Minneapolis; ABC News' David Muir getting caught pushing a fake narrative of the allegation of ICE detaining a 5 year old boy and using him as bait; ABC News', Jonathan Karl informing a shocked Zohran Mamdani about the dark history behind him using phrases like the "warmth of collectivism"; the "Real Time with Bill Maher" crowd being shocked as Bill Maher tells Democrats why Zohran Mamdani is a communist and not a Democratic socialist; Argentina President Javier Milei stunning the crowd at the World Economic Forum in Davos with his speech about the United States; and much more.
