In short

Dave Rubin argues that Minnesota’s ICE-related unrest is driven by coordinated media/political deception and large-scale fraud, and he claims Democrats and progressives are deflecting from missing-money allegations and illegal-immigration-linked crime. He also discusses Trump’s threat of a major Iran strike, Ilhan Omar being sprayed during a speech, and alleged white-supremacist infiltration of ICE, plus calls for Republicans to act boldly before the midterms.

Guest backgrounds

The episode includes clips featuring Kevin O’Leary (Shark Tank), Scott Jennings (commentator), Abby Phillip and Tiffany Cross (CNN hosts), Chuck Schumer (Senate), Jimmy Kimmel (late-night host), Anna Paulina Luna (U.S. Rep.), Steve Kerr (NBA coach), Scott Galloway (podcaster/tech commentator), Tim Walz and JD Vance (politicians), and Ron DeSantis (Florida governor). No live guests are interviewed by name.

Key claims

Minneapolis was targeted with unusually large federal presence; fraud and illegal-immigration issues are connected; Omar’s spraying was staged or suspicious; protests are coordinated and funded; ICE contains white supremacists; Trump’s “four-point” plan focuses on “criminal” illegal aliens; cities blocking ICE are breaking federal law.

Notable examples

Omar sprayed with yellow liquid; Signal chat coordination and alleged hotel trapping of ICE officers; alleged false “five-year-old” detention story; references to Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungari, Rachel Morin, Kayla Hamilton; DeSantis requiring Florida law enforcement to cooperate with DHS/ICE and citing 20,000 apprehensions.

1:15Dave Rubin's the best podcast host.

1:42All right, everybody, how you doing? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It is January 28th, 2026. We are live streaming on Rumble Locals and YouTube. You can share, you can subscribe, you can tap the notification bell. And I do want to mention quickly, the numbers have been just phenomenal the last couple of weeks. Yesterday, our live stream, YouTube alone, had over 300 ,000 views. I wanna welcome in a whole bunch of new people. I see a lot of people subscribing. I see people saying, oh, Dave, your videos haven't shown up in my feed in a long time. They're suddenly appearing again. So welcome back.

2:14This, of course, is to the backdrop. We changed the tag of the show. You know, for the last couple of years, we've been saying crazy world, sane views. Now we went a little more simple. We streamlined the thing, and I think people are responding to it. The Rubin Report is a show for normal people. That's all it is. You know what I mean? We're not trying to sell you some luxury item here. If you are ballpark sane, you are welcome to watch this program. We've got a good one for you today. It is mostly about 90 % about just the endless insanity of what's going on with Minnesota and the fraud and the fighting with ICE and how the media and the Dems are coordinating and all of that stuff.

2:55It's just a dense show. We've got some funny stuff too, I promise. But just quickly before we do any of that, Donald Trump just put this up on truth. So it does sound like something's going down in the Middle East in the next couple of days. He wrote this, a massive armada is headed to Iran. It is moving quickly with great firepower, enthusiasm and purpose. It is a larger fleet headed by the great aircraft carrier, Abraham Lincoln, than that sent to Venezuela. Like Venezuela, it is ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission with speed and violence if necessary. Hopefully, Iran will quickly come to the table and negotiate a fair and equitable deal.

3:34No nuclear weapons, one that is good for all parties. Time is running out. It is truly of the essence. As I told Iran once before, make a deal. They didn't, and there was Operation Midnight Hammer, a major destruction of Iran. The next attack will be far worse. Don't make that happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J. Trump. I mean, it seems to me, guys, he's using a lot of words and commas there to say we are going to attack. Like, think about it, in a 12-day war that we only got involved in on day 12 with our B-2 bombers blowing up some of the nuke sites, that was, what, six months ago now?

4:07That was May, right? That was May, June, something like that. So not that long ago, basically half a year ago. But then subsequently, the regime itself, although their nuclear weapons were damaged clearly, the people have risen up, And it sounds like about 36 ,000 people have been killed by the regime in the last month. And Donald Trump has repeatedly said, keep staying out on the streets, help is coming, et cetera, et cetera. So even if they negotiate around the nuclear situation, whatever that even means, because it's largely been destroyed, I don't sense that Donald Trump will abandon the people of Iran.

4:44And as I've said many times, I don't know exactly what military strikes look like. Do you let Khomeini and some of the mullahs leave and then let the people take over? Do you bring in the former Shah of Iran? Does it become another kind of chaotic mess that a lot of these things have become? I don't know what the answer to that is, but I do know that Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime that consistently does what he says he's going to do. So it strikes me this is his last chance. The forces are there. I just did it, Trump, right there. The forces are there and we will see what happens.

5:16But okay, let's put that aside for a moment because we got a major, major situation in the United States And it seems to me this is the beginning of what will carry us to the midterms, everything that's happening in Minnesota right now. So I wanna start with a clip from CNN and Kevin O 'Leary, Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank, who occasionally when Scott Adams, not Scott, the great Scott Adams, who's no longer with us, occasionally when Scott Jennings is not on the panel, they bring in Kevin O 'Leary as the same guy, and watch how they get into a debate when he tries to bring up the fraud and the ridiculousness around why this is all happening in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

5:54Go.

5:54Dr. Mehmet Oz:Simple question. Why is all this happening in Minneapolis? Why? Why has this become the domestic war zone? What is the reason? Is there a specific area that has caused this? Why? Because I think that's really the question. On a bipartisan basis, why is that not a regional question? Let me just ask you. Why this place? Let me offer some possibilities. Minneapolis is a city of fewer than 500 ,000 people. the Trump administration decided to send 3 ,000 federal officers to that one city. Why did they send them? Which is more than they have sent anywhere else, including Chicago of 3 million, Los Angeles.

6:34But why? Why? Well, according to Trump, it's because they're going after fraud. But again, Minneapolis is... Could there be fraud, Abby? Maybe? Abby, she really, I always say there's nothing behind her eyes. Every time I think she's the dumbest person on television, she proves it. Now, first off, Abby, I don't know why you're answering the question, right? There's five other panelists there that I think are brought on to share their opinions. You're just the host that's supposed to kick it around, but let's pause that for a second. What he's bringing up is exactly what I've said over the last couple of weeks.

7:01What were we covering three weeks ago? For a week, it was all of the Minnesota fraud. It was not an ICE situation on the streets. Did we know there was an illegal problem there, largely connected to the Somali community? Obviously, obviously. But for a week, this massive fraud scandal that goes all the way to the top, meaning the governor of the state, Tim Walls, who, as you know, could have been vice president right now, now is not even running for governor because he is going to be caught in this thing, right? So he's decided to put all his energy towards the ICE situation because that's his shell game, right?

7:35Don't look at all the fraud I did over here. Look at ICE over here. Look at authoritarian Nazi Hitler guy and his troops and the Gestapo and blah. So we all know this, that they are moving the ball right in front of our eyes. And these things are not disconnected. That is the point. You have a fraud scandal, and then it's also related to an illegal immigration scandal. And I like how she's like, well, you know, it's a city of 500 ,000 and they move these people. And it's like, none of that, the numbers mean nothing. Are there illegals there? Yes or no. Are there criminals there who happen to be illegal also?

8:12Yes or no. So whether this was, the point is, Abby, if this was happening in LA, you'd have the same position because you're anti-Trump. And if this was happening in quite literally any city, you'd have the exact same opinion. Then it started getting a little bit heated. There's this other lady. She's just like an Abby Phillip knockoff, Tiffany Cross. And she was not thrilled with Kevin O 'Leary for pointing out that there's fraud in Minnesota. Minneapolis is not unique in having jails that don't let ICE in, But they are. But if you're going to go up and have you send thousands of federal officers on the ground, that is the only part about this.

8:47Well, why don't we just talk about fraud for a minute? But it's not fraud, Kevin. Like, that is BS. What is it? So he's saying fraud. A lot of money missing. A lot of money missing. Use these. Taxpayers are asking. They're sending them. He is targeting Minnesota because he keeps claiming he won it. He has not. And they are already trying to sow discord. I think you're deflecting the issue of the money that's missing. Because what we're talking about is a congresswoman who got attacked tonight. You know what I like about fraud?

9:09Dr. Mehmet Oz:It's binary. Let me just answer your question. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was attacked tonight. That is the actual issue. What does that have to do with fraud? Understandably, that's not the topic that we're talking about. Oh, I'm talking about fraud right now. Hold on, hold on, hold on, Kevin. No, I'm asking about fraud. I hear these people all just so awful. It's one thing that I disagree with them. I really don't mind disagreeing with people politically. I love it. I actually love getting into a serious political debate over dinner and arguing it out with people. but why are all of the progressives so smug and unpleasant and use more of this and less of this?

9:44Like, who are you? Who do you think you are, lady? Now, we'll address the congresswoman who got attacked. Ilhan Omar did get sprayed with something last night. It felt very staged to me, but okay, we'll get to that in just a second. But why is it that they don't want to talk about the fraud? You guys are news analysts, I suppose, sitting at your big desk with the lady with the thing in her ear who speaks like a robot, why is it that you don't want, why does it not concern you at all that taxpayer dollars were going to fake Somali nursery schools? Why is that deeply uninteresting to you? I might also ask why it's deeply uninteresting to you to arrest criminal illegal aliens.

10:25I might also ask why do you never cover when a usually young white mom is murdered and or raped, et cetera, by one of these people. You never do a panel about that. So what really is going on here? And Kevin's pointing out there's a massive fraud problem. Why are we not talking about that? And there's a massive illegal problem. But what they want more than anything else, there are two things they really like. One is calling you a Nazi. The other one is playing the victim. So Ilhan Omar was giving a speech last night and something feels very strange about this. So we're gonna show you the full video.

11:00She gets sprayed by something, But note, the guy who sprays her, let's say, looks a little shady, to say the least. Why is he sitting right in the front, big jacket? Something feels a little weird about this, but we'll show you the unedited version. You can make a decision for yourself. Sinome must resign or face impeachment. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You asshole. No, he sprayed something on you. You need to go get shared. Right there, too. Yeah, and this mail's terrible. Please don't let them have the show. Here is the reality that people like this ugly man don't understand. Okay, first off, let me just say, I despise that woman.

11:43I genuinely despise her. I think she hates this country. I think she should be denaturalized and deported. She married her husband to break immigration law. I think she is working, as I discussed with Ayaan Hirsi Ali over the last couple days, she is working with the Muslim Brotherhood. I think she wants to topple America. I think she cares far more about Somalia. I think she is the worst of the worst, right? If we were just doing like the worst of the worst list, yeah, maybe Rashid Al-Tlaib can occasionally get up there, but Ilhan's right there. That being said, if this is real, and even if it's not real, you can't be spraying these people with things.

12:18You can't attack them. You can't, like the physical attacking of these people, you can say whatever you want. You can heckle them. You can get in their face, as AOC always tells, don't give them a minute's piece. Don't let them eat a nice dinner or anything else. You wanna do all that? I mean, I think there's some questions around that, but you can't physically attack any of these people. Now, as to whether it was real or not, I mean, the fact that Ilhan gets sprayed with something, she then runs at the guy. First off, they are taught things. When you get into Congress, you're taught things about security.

12:44You have security guards and everything else. That guy looked, can we get a screenshot of the guy himself? Like the guy looked seriously shady. He was sitting in the first closest seat to her. I don't know, something feels weird about that. We'll see if we can get a screenshot. Who knows what he sprayed her with? Who knows if it was real or not? But she runs right at him. Like, think about it. If you got sprayed with something, you're a public person in the temperature that we're dealing with, the political temperature we're dealing with. You got sprayed with something. Wouldn't your immediate thing to be, I gotta run, they gotta flush you with something.

13:16You gotta run to the bathroom, clean it up. I think we have a picture of the guy. So they let this guy with the big ass jacket, and he looks kind of crazy. He was sitting in that first seat right next to her. And you can see there's some sort of yellow liquid. Apparently it did smell. I don't know what happened here, but something, the fact that she just didn't want to clean herself off and she wanted a tissue, but then she wanted to continue. She also called the guy an effing asshole and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. We did a promo for today's show. And I do have to warn you, there's a little choice language in here because something crazy happened to me.

13:46All right, guys. So obviously today we're continuing with the chaos out of Minnesota. I mean, we really hit a point where it's ICE versus these terrorists. And what? You fucking asshole. You're not going to stop me. Are you okay? I need a tissue. I need a tissue. I need a tissue. We're live in two minutes. We're working hard over here. I mean, it's a team effort. That was like a lot of different skills that went into that. So I don't know what happened there. But the point is like, whatever just happened there with Ilhan, stage, not stage, or anything else, you don't have to waste too much time.

14:20Yeah, you can address it on CNN. but what you should be worried about is the billions of dollars of fraud and the, I don't know, 21-ish million people who came into this country illegally, who have, many of them, committed all sorts of extra crimes and everything else. Anyway, then it continued with this Tiffany Cross woman explaining that the Proud Boys and white supremacists have infiltrated ICE. We have seen white supremacist tattoos. Risking their lives, serving the government.

14:48Dr. Mehmet Oz:Risking their lives, they're taking lives, Kevin. You're calling a proud boy militia? Did you say that? I did not call it a proud boy militia, but I think it's disgraceful that you're sitting here. I'm actually not, but I think that there are white supremacist tattoos on their desk. White supremacist federal officers. Yeah, white supremacist federal officers. Where are you going with this? Why would you say that? I'm going with my eyes, ears, and logic. There have been multiple ICE agents who have white supremacist tattoos on their neck. Men and women working for the federal government. risking their lives, carrying out a mandate, and they're white supremacists?

15:22Dr. Mehmet Oz:Yes, and you're a member of a cult. So I don't expect you to have a cult. You're a member of a cult? Like, awful people. Like, if it was a real... So you have to understand, this is all entertainment. It's not a real show that is supposed to make you smart in any way. Like, it really... It's just garbage so that the rest of us can talk about it. I get it. And the only reason I talk about it is because it does still... It does still confuse people. It still sets the agenda. That's just the truth. We'll do a little digging to see how many proven white supremacists are in ICE. These are decent human beings who love their country.

15:52They're actually usually quite skilled people who could be doing all sorts of other things that are probably less dangerous. And they get in there so that our families and our communities can be protected, so that illegals don't take over the country, so that criminals don't take over and everything else. But how do we, let's kind of put all that aside. What would be truly like the simplest way to explain what is going on. Well, now we will get to Scott Jennings, not on that show, on a different show. And he makes a point that I keep bringing up over the last couple of weeks, which is that we are between a rock and a hard place, whatever you want to say, an unmovable, an unstoppable force versus an immovable object, that Trump cannot lose this.

16:35Because if he loses this, it's a complete concession that the government, the federal government, as it comes to immigration, deportation, borders. The federal government just doesn't work. And we will let angry mobs supersede the will of the people. And if that happens, pretty much game over. Here's Scott. I would just caution all these people. You cannot let an angry mob nullify federal law in a jurisdiction. If they do that - You mean the American people? Is that what the angry mob is? the american people these these people in minneapolis are an angry mob whether you like it or not they don't like the fact that the president is enforcing long-standing federal immigration does that mean they should be shot on the street that's no that's the question that we're talking about right the debate is about what the president's going to do next and if you were to let them win and you were to be run out of town what do you think would happen in l.a chicago new york all over the country man these these there is something about the mind of a liberal woman i i suppose It really is true.

17:39I mean, this is something that many people have talked about for years, but there's like a dysregulated emotional problem with these people. I don't even know who that woman was when Scott's basically saying, you can't let an angry mob take over the cities. You mean the American people? Lady, lady, it's not even worth knowing who you are. But lady, if they were all protesting with signs peacefully on sidewalks, and they were saying, we don't like ice, please don't come here. And they were just walking around chanting and whatever. I don't think Scott, again, I don't think Scott Jennings would have a problem with that.

18:12I know he wouldn't have a problem with it. And I wouldn't have a problem with it either. That is your first amendment right to free speech. It's your fourth amendment right to assembly. Like you can do those things. They are taking over streets. How many times do we have to show you the videos of garbage bins in the middle of the streets and mattresses? And they've started to create like these chop type situations and all of the rest of it. And we know now through these signal chats that have been leaked, that it is coordinated and planned and funded and everything else. And then Cassie Hunt, who, if you just move the letters in her name, it'll really tell you who she is.

18:44Did you get that one? You got that one? Okay. She, yeah. But so should they be shot in the street? Well, okay. Okay, lady. I see what you're doing there again. First off, the good, the Renee Goodlady who got shot was about to plow her car into one of these guys. And she was parked in the middle of the street before that. So they were asking her to move her car. That's number one. The other guy brought a loaded weapon. He had been in a fight with ICE a week before. And when he starts going for his weapon, something is going to happen. Like, it's just how it is. Now, all of that being said, Donald Trump is still the president.

19:19And Donald Trump would be the easiest guy to negotiate with, even right this second. If the Democrats weren't all complete lunatics who absolutely want chaos and anarchy so that they can prove that Donald Trump's the authoritarian evil leader that they purport him to be in their minds. If they could get over that for a second, they could sit down with this guy. This thing could be wrapped up in a day. I really mean that because he will negotiate. So the White House yesterday put this tweet out and listen to this. They're only asking for four things right now. In some sense, this is already a concession.

19:52They're saying one, turn over all incarcerated or active warrant criminal illegal aliens for immediate deportation. Like no one should be against that. No one should be against that. Two, transfer all criminal illegal aliens arrested by state and local police. Again, this is lowest common denominator stuff. You've got criminals who are illegal, get them out. Three, assist federal authorities in detaining criminal illegal aliens wanted for crimes. Now, I guess you could maybe argue, well, they don't have to work with the federal government in some sense, but if they're wanted for crimes, the local police, that's literally the job of the local police.

20:27Okay, so again, pretty low hanging. fruit there. And four, Democrats must work with the federal government in the rapid removal of all criminal illegal aliens. It's that simple. End the chaos. So Trump is, he's showing you, I'm Donald Trump. I wrote a book on negotiation. This is what I do. I throw things out there and then we see what happens. We've done this all over the Middle East and everywhere in the world. So work with me, but they are not going to give the guy an inch. And by the way, he's giving them a concession there because he keeps going out of his way. How many times did they say criminal in that post?

21:00We don't have to reread it again, but it looks like three or four times they're saying criminal, criminal, right? So I see at least two there. I see three word, three criminals. Yeah. Four times. So four times in four bullet points, he says criminal. So he's not, he's purposely saying, I'm not talking about the housekeeper who's been here, who's nice, right? I'm talking about the criminals. Now, by the way, you can absolutely, and I'm making the argument that if you're illegal, you've got to go, or at the very least, we have to know who you are and figure out what's going on and everything else.

21:30But even within that, he's making a freaking concession by just saying the criminals who we know about. But they don't want to negotiate. They want the revolution. 22:45If you guys think he is the extremist, wait till the Republicans bring an extremist. And you will realize this was the most moderate guy possible, that the MAGA movement inherently is for freedom and decency and wide tent and agree to disagree. And that's how he brought in all the ex-libs and all of the stuff, right? So here's further proof of that. Here's Donald Trump on Will Cain's show on Fox yesterday, talking about the killing of the male nurse. I'm not talking about Gaylord Fokker. I'm talking about this guy, Alex Preddy, and how the whole thing is terrible, actually. The entire country is talking about what happened this past weekend in Minnesota.

23:26You've already spoken about it. Everyone watching has seen the video. Everyone has an opinion. I'm curious what you thought when you first saw that video.

23:33Dr. Mehmet Oz:I think the whole thing is terrible. I don't like the fact that he was carrying a gun that was fully loaded and he had two magazines with him, and it's pretty unusual. But nobody knows when they saw the gun, how they saw the gun, everything else. The bottom line, it was terrible. Both of them were terrible. The other was terrible, too. And I'm not sure about his parents, but I know her parents were big Trump fans. Makes me feel bad anyway. But, I mean, I guess you could say even worse. They were tremendous Trump people, Trump fans. And, you know, the daughter was, she was, I don't know if you could say radicalized, maybe radicalized, maybe not.

24:10Dr. Mehmet Oz:I don't know. But I hate to see it. I hate to see that. I don't know how many times I've told you guys, we are never going to have a more honest president than that. Like even the thing where he's kind of fluffing himself about the father was a Trump fan, although that actually is relevant in some way because it goes to show that families have all sorts of political beliefs and everything else. But like, he's just being honest. Like it is terrible. It is terrible. Nobody, well, I say nobody. I actually think a certain percentage of the lefties want them to die. They want foot soldiers to die because everything is for the revolution, right?

24:40Their revolution got stronger by people dying. But there is nobody on the right. from Donald Trump on down, there is nobody on the right that wants an illegal even to be killed when ICE is coming to get them, right? They just want them out of the country. So nobody wants ICE staff to go and be involved in such a crazy situation, someone almost being hit by a car or thinking that one of the protesters is about to shoot them so that they end up dying, right? Nobody wants that. So Trump, it's what I'm saying, that he puts out this four-point plan saying, here's my negotiating points, right? And you know, with Trump, those are just starting points.

25:16So you can negotiate with him. There you have him being completely human. He's not happy about what's going on here. But as I've said, he cannot back down right now. Like it quite literally would be the end of his administration. It would be a disaster for the Republican Party. And in some sense, it would be the end of a functional America if we can't deport illegal people, right? It really would be. What are we if we cannot control who is in our country? I don't know. We're just some amorphous blob that occasionally can do good things. And we can have cities just where, you know, we don't know who is running them and taking over and everything else.

25:52Like, I don't think that's what most people want. And I certainly know that's not what the founders want. Anyway, let's jump over to late night comedy because they are hilarious, these people. Here is Jimmy Kimmel and he's not quite crying here, but he is talking nonsense.

26:06Dr. Mehmet Oz:These are paid insurrectionists. These are paid agitators. These people aren't normal, like OG, that they're incensed about anything? I believe he believes it. He can't imagine anyone ever doing anything without getting paid for it. These are not paid agitators. These are concerned Americans. If they're paid agitators, by the way, prove it. You keep saying they're paid agitators. Prove it. You know who is a paid agitator? You are a paid... You literally... You literally sold a crypto coin that says fight, fight, fight on it. You're a paid agitator surrounded by a bunch of greasy little paid agitator tots, okay?

26:51Ugh, tater tots, that was funny. Actually, there is proof that these are paid agitators. Here is Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna that, well, go ahead. We are trying to serve him in an effort to bring him into Congress to testify that he's I THINK HE'S BEEN QUIETLY SNEAKING IN AND OUT OF THIS COUNTRY. SO, YES, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR WHO IS FUNDING THESE, IT IS HIM AND THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT DOES HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO FREEZE HIS ASSETS. WHEN HE FLIES INTO THE COUNTRY AND THEN FLIES BACK TO BEIJING, WE DON'T HAVE ANY NOTICE THE CIA DOESN'T HAVE OR THE DOJ DOESN'T HAVE ANY NOTICE WHAT FLIGHT HE'S ON, IF IT'S PRIVATE, WHAT AIRPORT HE'S LANDING AT.

27:29WE CAN'T SERVE HIM WHEN HE LANDS? I think that they could get that information, but that would require them to open up a criminal investigation. But again, I think that they have grounds to do so. I've also sent letters to the Department of Justice to try to hit him with a FARA violation because he's not a registered foreign agent for China. I should mention that the he that they're talking about is CCP-linked billionaire Neville Singham. And by the way, there have been articles being written about this for months and months and months in the New York Post about how he was funding the Hamas protesters.

28:01He's funding this stuff. And by the way, guys, when you see, and we see this all the time, how is it that they can just turn the violence on and turn it off? How is it that all of these protests, they have all these nice placards that are exactly the same. Someone is paying for it. And then when we showed you yesterday, the leaked signal chats, you can see massive coordination. Two of the, can we confirm that this is correct? Two of the moderators in the signal chat, the signal chat that was tracking ICE and telling people where to go and how to follow them and everything else. and then we showed you the video yesterday where they literally trapped two ICE officers at a hotel, one of them with a bloody hand.

28:36Two of the moderators of the Signal Chat formerly worked for Tim Walls, okay? We'll confirm that. So we know there is coordination here. So Kimmel, we'll get you the answer you want. Just give us patience. I thought this was really excellent. So I found this online. This is Kimmel again last night talking about how we have to stand up for ICE, but you'll see that somebody did this. I mean, this is beautifully done. This is what the internet's all about. what they did was juxtapose it with images of beautiful young women that the illegals have killed that Jimmy Kimmel has never talked about. This has to stop.

29:08And I'm convinced now that the only people who can stop it are on the right. I know it takes a lot of courage to go against your tribe or whatever it is, but that's what we need. We need some decent people on the right to show some courage and some common sense. And if our leaders aren't even trying to reduce the amount of chaos in the street rather than exacerbating it. If our leaders are intentionally creating and encouraging violence and fear, then I hope you will also agree we need new leaders because these are not leaders. Johnny Carson is rolling over in his grave. Like when he's looking, he's definitely above us right now.

29:44And when he's looking down of what he did with that Tonight Show for 40 years, being for everybody in America and not, you didn't really know his political beliefs and he poked both sides equally and he was funny. Oh, that was the other thing. He was really, really funny. And we have been subjected to these mainstream corporate comedians who are activists, part of the Democrat Party, trying to burn down the entire freaking country. Why does Jimmy Kimmel not care about those girls? I'll read their names because I know he won't. Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungari, Rachel Morin, she was the mother of five, and Kayla Hamilton.

30:23And that's just a small selection of the young women who are Americans, who are dead, dead. And Jimmy Kimmel, you don't care about that. But Jimmy Kimmel, I'll try something else with you because I've often offered you advice to try to be funny or try to be less partisan. Well, the truth occasionally, but I know the ship has sailed on that. I'll try a little something else. If everything is just so donky dory and everything else, well, and you don't really care who's in this country because these people obviously are all great people and everything else. Jimmy Kimmel, open up the doors to your home.

30:57How many security guards do you have at your home? Multiple, obviously, in your house that I'm sure is worth at least 20 million bucks. I'm sure we've checked it before. But not only that, Jimmy Kimmel, there's no doubt that you have metal detectors and security guards at that studio. Why do you have that, Jimmy Kimmel? Are you concerned about people that might come into your studio? Well, some of us are concerned about people that might come into our country. But you don't care about that because you won't pay the price, at least for now, right? Because they'll just destroy the inner cities, right?

31:30They're going to go to the cities first, right? And you live somewhere in the suburbs, in a huge mansion somewhere, which I don't even begrudge you other than you made your money in a grotesque way, but it's your money, so do whatever you want. You get the point. But now it's the media that's doing it and they are working in cahoots with the Democrats. Here is sniveling, driveling nothing Chuck Schumer. What ICE and CPP are doing in Minneapolis and other cities around the country is not border security and certainly not law and order. What ICE is doing is lawless disorder. What ICE is doing is state-sanctioned thuggery, and it must be stopped.

32:12I.C.E. must leave Minnesota today, not tomorrow, not next week, but today. Why, Chuck? Why do they have to leave? I.C.E. was tasked with getting the legals out of the country. You don't care about the Constitution. You don't care about the law. And really, you just are doing this for the revolution. You think after all the times you tried to impeach Trump and you tried to get him off the ballots and you tried to destroy his businesses. And I don't know, he got shot at a couple of times. Like after all of those things, you think this is the one that you can get him with. And you might be right if he blinks actually.

32:49But what are you talking about? It's lawless disorder. It's not lawless disorder because of ICE. Again, just think back to the Scott Jennings clip we just showed you a moment ago. If ICE went into any city, if ICE came to Miami right now, right? They knew that there were 50 illegals somewhere in a house somewhere in Brickell is the city part of Miami. And they came in. Do you think it would be utter chaos and lawless disorder and state-sponsored terrorism? ICE is here. There's no doubt about that. Now they're working with federal law. They're working with Florida law enforcement, but also our police do a lot of things here too, right?

33:24So we don't have that chaos here. The chaos is because you guys have ginned up, brain-broken, blue-haired, woke leftists, which is pretty much your entire party right now to get in the street and commit acts of violence and stop people from legally doing their job while also calling them white supremacists. For me personally, it's one thing to ruin the country and, you know, rape the women and kill all the people and do all the disgusting things that they've done but they've also ruined basketball which really pisses me off because I don't watch the NBA anymore as you know and I'm a huge basketball fan.

34:00Like outside of my family, basketball. That's what I love. That's what I love. And I wanna show you, I've told you for years because they went all in on BLM, the NBA, and they went all in on the COVID nonsense. And every time you'd turn on TNT on NBA, or what is it, NBA on TNT, they'd be babbling about racism and they'd put Black Lives Matter on the court. And I just don't watch it anymore. When I do cardio, I watch old 90s basketball games. That's it. I just don't care for it anymore as much as I love basketball. And yet they cannot stop themselves. Here is Golden State Warrior head coach Steve Kerr with a crazy rant about ICE and of course, lying about the five-year-old that we talked about yesterday.

34:38Watch.

34:38Dr. Mehmet Oz:The protest here and nationwide will lead to a much better solution for immigration. You know, it's not like they're rooting out violent criminals, you know, they're taking five-year-old kindergartners. Okay, so 100 % lie. We covered this story yesterday. The five-year-old was not detained by ICE. They were going for the father who then fled. The ICE officers then took the kid and they took him to get a burger at a fast food restaurant. The father, at McDonald's actually. The father was illegal and he fled. He abandoned his child. They were not going for the child first. Now, again, there's always the argument, what do you do in a case of a five-year-old kid who's basically being used by a pawn.

35:31And do you now send him to another country? Even if he's not here legally, like there's so many issues here, but you just lied. Like you absolutely lied, just like you lied about all the BLM stuff and everything else, Steve Kerr. And again, just like Kimmel, you're worth 65 million, Kerr. So I'm gonna guess that you don't live, you're the Golden State Warriors head coach, but I'm gonna guess you don't live right in the middle of the city in San Francisco, which is a zombie apocalypse of homelessness and drug use. I'm gonna guess you live in a multi-million dollar mansion somewhere. I know Steph Curry's got one in Malibu, which did not burn down.

36:06It's worth about 30 mil and he can bitch and moan about all the illegal immigration stuff too. But I have no doubt Steph Curry has 10 security guards at his house all day long. So why is it that you guys don't wanna afford the American people the very same, not even the very same security you get. You guys are always gonna have better security and congratulations for it. But why do you try to take that away from the average person who's just trying to live their life. Now, when I tell you guys that this has just taken out every sane leftist and that all we've got left, you've got Fetterman and you've got Maher.

36:36The other guy who I kind of thought was sane on the left was Scott Galloway. We showed a video of him yesterday. I had him on the show a couple of weeks ago. I like him. We'll have him on the show again. But this is just brain broken leftist drivel. He wants Nuremberg trials now for the ICE officers. Here he is with woke nutbag Swisher. What I'm suggesting is, and again, I've struggled with this my whole life, the difference between being right and being effective. And we're angry, and I get it, protesting is powerful. Promising them that there will be an accountability. And I've said this, I think there should be something equivalent to the Nuremberg trials after this is all over.

37:13I agree. And to make it clear that once we're back in power, which we will be, this is going to happen. And the statute of limitations on murder is... Zero. Never. Scott, I'm not sure if you're watching today. I'm going to text you after the show. You are welcome to come back on and we can play that clip and talk it out. But what are you saying? You want Nuremberg trials because ICE, the federal government is trying to uphold federal law. It does not mean that there aren't going to be some broken eggs. And we can talk about these edge cases where the woman parks her car in the middle of the street and the guy who was just in a fight with ICE the week before gets shot when he brings a loaded gun and all of those things.

37:52But how about Nuremberg trials for Joe Biden's auto pen, which let in 21 million people, or the Democrats that don't want to abide by the Constitution? So it goes to show when I keep telling you they're just about the revolution, we will be in power again. And when we're in power, we're going to do some nasty things to them. Think about it. Think about what that tells you about the... It's the mind and the heart, I suppose, of the modern liberal. And I'm saying that for a guy that I basically like. As he said to me, he considers me crazy light because I'm on the right. I guess I consider him crazy light and that he's not completely, absolutely insane.

38:31But yes, you want Nuremberg trials for people who are doing the job that they are supposed to do in the most insane circumstances because people like you have ginned up people to be threatening them all the time. It's just absolutely insane. But speaking of insane, here's Tim Wall saying he'd like to beat the shit out of J.D. Vance.

38:48Dr. Mehmet Oz:I would beat the s*** out of him now if I could, and I would call that out. I mean, that's just different. In verbally going at it, my argument was much better. Making the case that housing prices are up because of immigration and that we should build on federal lands, it was such a crazy thing. But then when I watched him, I got sucked into that. And if you remember, this was right in that moment of eating dogs and cats. I took that bait and thought that that was the argument of how outrageous it was. That was not the argument. it. Right. I thought they're tolerant and nice and we're supposed to be mean and violent, but he wants to beat the shit out of J.D.

39:22Vance. Have any of you heard about J.D. Vance saying he wants to beat the shit out of Tim Walz? Now, ironically, he figuratively beat the shit out of Tim Walz in the VP debate. Remember that? Or J.D. kept doing the Jim from the office look at the camera and Tim Walz just kind of crumbled under that. Like, come on, come on. What is wrong with you people. What is wrong with you people? Now let's continue because it's just everywhere with the Democrats. Here is the mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, casually admitting that she's blocking ICE and probably breaking federal laws, several federal laws because of what she's doing.

39:57Out of Minnesotans that in the face of despair and anger and chaos that they have pulled together, I personally have been with community where I was the person locking and unlocking doors at a supermercado in order to make sure that ICE wasn't entering the facilities. I've delivered groceries to people who were afraid to open their door, knowing that it was the mayor of St. Paul that was delivering their groceries to them, that they were still afraid. You might, if any of this matters, and if Pan Bondi, you're paying attention, I'm pretty sure she's breaking federal law right there. You're locking and unlocking doors at private businesses to stop ICE from getting in.

40:33I mean, we've talked about the supremacy clause. You are not allowed to impede the investigation of a federal officer. You're the mayor. You're sworn to protect the constitution and you are going out of your way to violate the constitution by protecting people who aren't supposed to be in the country in the first place. So it's just endless. It is literally endless with these lunatics. So what do we do? Well, we better level up. So now we will shift the show in a moment because we're gonna go to the level up version of this, but first, Rumble Wallet. They can freeze accounts, shut off cards, lock people out of their own money overnight.

41:05banks don't protect freedom, they control access. Real financial freedom starts with ownership. Introducing Rumble Wallet, a non-custodial wallet for people who refuse to give up control. With Rumble Wallet, digital assets like Bitcoin and Tether can be owned outright, and even Tether Gold, real physical gold on the blockchain. Tether Gold means direct ownership of fully allocated gold bars, verifiable by serial number, purity, and weight. This isn't paper gold, this isn't an IOU, you. This is real gold without bank vaults, storage fees, or gatekeepers. Buy it, sell it, move it 24-7 even when traditional markets are closed.

41:42And yes, it can be redeemed for physical gold. That's real power. Rumble Wallet also lets supporters tip creators directly peer-to-peer outside the banking system. No permissions, no middleman, no cancel button. This wallet is yours forever. Visit wallet.rumble.com. So I suppose the funny or ironic or obvious part of all of this is that if we just had a couple serious leaders in this country who just wanted to follow the law, then none of this would be happening. Ron DeSantis always says that decline is a choice. It's why I use that line so often. And it absolutely is true. In Florida, we do not choose decline.

42:21We choose law and order. We create conditions so that people can succeed and build communities. And we have economic prosperity and low taxes and proper policing and all of those things. And we work, by the way, with ICE, as we've pointed out many times, so that illegals that are here will be arrested and then kicked out of the country and everything else. And that should be the model for the rest of the country. We just know the blue states are not going in that direction. And where that leads us to ultimately, I don't know exactly. But here is Ron DeSantis talking about what would happen if any Florida sheriff would not work and cooperate with ICE.

42:57but then removing the people who were here illegally. And so I called the special session of the Florida legislature and we imposed the legal requirement on all state and local law enforcement agencies to participate with DHS in interior immigration enforcement operations. And the result of that has now been between state and local, we've done 20 ,000 apprehensions of illegal aliens and that's in addition to what ICE is doing on its own. We've got some cities, some mayors would not want to do it, right? But since we did the requirement, if you act like Jacob Fry in Florida, then you get removed from your position.

43:37And so we have consequences to that duty, and it's worked very well, and it's important. So do you think Ron DeSantis is a white supremacist? Do you think he's a Nazi? Do you think he's evil or hates brown people or any of these stupid things? Or is he actually doing exactly what he was elected to do? Those numbers, by the way, he said there are 20 ,000 apprehensions. That's not even including ICE, meaning 20 ,000 apprehensions by Florida state troopers, local police, et cetera, et cetera. And then we coordinate with ICE and the federal government to get these people out. And by the way, then we don't have riots on the streets or anything else.

44:13And then he's pushing through proper legislation that if you are a mayor in one of these cities and you're pulling a Jacob Fry, we are gonna do something about you. And as a matter of fact, we have pretty, obviously Florida, which has become so red, like we're doing it right. The mayor of Jacksonville is a bit of a nutbag. What's her name? Donna Deegan. Donna Deegan. She's a bit of a nutbag. And she, I think, is now saying she's not going to work with ICE. My guess is she's going to lose the fight with DeSantis. The guy's got a pretty good freaking track record as it comes to winning these fights.

44:40Here he is continuing, talking about what the Republicans have to do and fast before the midterms, before this thing goes completely haywire. For example, Laura, we're talking about interior enforcement. It's important. I'm obviously have done a lot in Florida for it. But why not go after the remittances? Why not reduce some of the carrots that people are coming illegally? Why not do employment verification? Why not defund sanctuary cities? These are things that our voters would support 80 percent. And yet you don't see that being done. So I think if they go bold, if they make the Democrats vote against these really important popular conservative things, you know, our voters will get a little bit more energized.

45:20I do think that that would happen. I think that's exactly right. And that's the message Trump needs to hear over and over again. Look, Trump, you're doing the right, Mr. President, you're doing the right thing, like laying out your four bullet points, showing the human part, as you did earlier, that it's terrible when people die. That's all good. But DeSantis is right. The Republicans are going to have to get real bold and real fast. The average American is not on the side of the Democrats. They are using emotional warfare, emotional manipulation against us, right? Because nobody, as I said, nobody except the revolutionaries wants to see a dead American on the street, even if it is their own fault, like if you were trying to plow your car into an ICE agent.

45:58But they want that in the line that they all keep using, including Bill Maher. Nobody voted for this. This isn't what I voted for. And it's like, that's not true. You know, when you send in people to get criminals and then you have a ginned up base of Democrat lunatics that some bad things are going to happen. It's not going to be a perfect system, right? But out what was it? We read the numbers last week. Out of over 700 ,000 illegals who have been deported, 270 Americans were temporarily held, usually for about an hour, and not one American has been deported, right? So it's like no system is going to be absolutely perfect.

46:32But what he's also talking about there is you have to go after the remittances. You have to go after the fraud. You have to stop incentivizing people to come here. So how have we done that? Well, we've done things like we've done in Minneapolis, where we've incentivized Somalis to come here, create insane money laundering schemes, and the buck stops with nobody. This is four weeks ago, sort of at the height, right before the ICE thing broke out, at the height of the Somali daycare center fraud thing. Listen to this explanation from one of the, this guy apparently is a Somali daycare employee, which, well, just watch.

47:07Yesterday morning I was called by the owner because unfortunately someone came in to our daycare. We looked and saw what happened and we saw that the suspect came in from the back, broke in from the back kitchen and he also destroyed the wall to come in. As we walked around the daycare, we saw that our office doors were broken into as well. We saw that, unfortunately, we saw that there was important documentation, enrollment of the children, and also employee documentation that was gone. There were also checkbooks that were ripped from our, checkpapers that were ripped from our book. This is devastating news, and we don't know why this is targeting our...

48:00Oh, well, all right. I would say that it's not good if anyone breaks into a daycare center, Somali or otherwise, and steals their records and all of those things. Whether this guy, I mean, what is this? Like, he seems like he should be working at a daycare center for kids. Like, okay. Ironically, it has now come out, there is a lot of evidence that this was probably an inside job, which would make sense. Like, why would somebody want to destroy all of the records at the fraudulent money laundering Somali daycare center? You think it might be somebody that had something to do with the fraudulent day?

48:33Here's some video. Now, this is where they say the vandals got into the daycare through cinder block and appeared to be unsuccessful when trying many other ways. The daycare says it appears the vandals first tried to saw into the door of the family dollar next door in the shopping center, but that didn't work. The manager claims those who broke in went straight to the office, stealing information of the many children who were taken care of here. All right, first off, I would love to see where are the parents? Can anyone get me video of the parents saying that their kids were getting great daycare coverage at these places?

49:07How come no, I haven't seen any video of that. Like one parent being like, yeah, I used to drop my kid off next to the dollar store with that guy. And they would play all day long. They'd play, you know, with the blocks and some other stuff. We really like magnet tiles around here. They're great, man. Man, magnet tiles, you guys, after lunch, we'll play with some magnet tiles. Fantastic. But anyway, a lot of people are saying it was just an inside job because why would you're having the record? They're trying to the government's trying to figure out about all the fraud that's going on at your place.

49:35And then suddenly someone breaks in and destroys all the evidence. Ah, have you ever seen a mafia movie? My friend Mehmet Oz, Dr. Oz, who who ironically, it's so crazy how life works. Dr. Oz, who lost his Senate race to John Fetterman. Now John Fetterman becomes the only sane Democrat, which thank God he is. But then Dr. Oz basically takes one on the chin and now he's working with Trump, trying to help, and Bobby Kennedy, really trying to help clean up the healthcare system. Here he is in LA, not too far from where I used to live, explaining that the fraud going on in Los Angeles is going to be massive and dwarf everything that's going on in Minnesota.

50:17So you can see these are medical buildings. They've got Cyrillic writing,

50:22Dr. Mehmet Oz:Russian-Armedian writing. On both sides, there's lots of action, it seems. I don't know how many patients are getting care, but in this four-block area in Los Angeles, there are 42 hospices. So either there are a lot of people dying here, or you've got a fraudulent activity that is so good that everyone wants to get in on it. I'm in Van Nuys in Los Angeles, and this boarded-up area above my head here is a big hospice center There are apparently quite a few hospices around here, 42 within a four block radius. And these guys stole$16 million. And listen carefully. The main guy went to jail for two years, stealing 16 million.

51:07I'm sorry. There's something funny about this. 42 hospice centers within a four block radius. You'd have to be killing. You'd have to be in The Walking Dead. You'd have to be in The Walking Dead, blowing zombies' brains out and then sending them to hospice to take their last breath. That's what you'd have to be doing. So again, and by the way, do these places look like places of healthcare? Do they look like hospice centers? I'm not making a joke about hospice. Anyone that's had a grandparent or a parent or whatever go through it, like obviously horrific. I mean, you're only going to hospice in those last few days of life, in essence, when they basically say, this isn't working anymore.

51:39There's nothing we can do. But what he's saying is they're opening these offices, they're getting massive government money, and we are gonna figure it out. Here's a bit more on what he's finding in Los Angeles.

51:50Dr. Mehmet Oz:And if you look at it, it's pretty indescript. There wasn't anyone really in there. They weren't doing any services. They just got an address they could claim was a hospice. And then they ran the business claiming people were at home getting services, which they really weren't. What we have learned is there's roughly three and a half billion dollars of fraud taking place here in Los Angeles in hospice and home care. It's run quite a bit of it by the Russian Armenian mafia. You notice the lettering and language behind me is of that dialect. In California, there has not been a lot of attention on these problems.

52:24Dr. Mehmet Oz:That's going to change. The U.S. attorney, the FBI, everyone's now focused on the fact that in this state, which has about$30 billion worth of home and community-based services, most of it might be fraudulent. Those are big numbers, and we're taking it seriously. The president's not going to tolerate this anymore. I know if I had a family member who I loved, I'd like to send them to a hospice center via the Russian-Armenian mafia. Honestly, the Russian-Armenian mafia could probably take them out quicker, and then you'd save a little money. Unfortunately, they wouldn't get their check. But again, when I always tell you guys about like, that we have serious people now in government, it's not gonna get better than this, guys.

53:00Like, this is it. And if we can't fix the big problems and the little problems and the medium problems and all them problems, right now we will never be able to fix them. I thought this was quite good. This is from the NWokeness account on Twitter from four years ago. Here's Gavin Newsom explaining a bit of some of his programs that he brought in to help the people of California. And you can tell me how it worked out.

53:25Dr. Mehmet Oz:We played in the margins. Laura's law helped 218 people. State of 40 million people helped 218 people last year. You know, come on. So we took a different approach. Did you catch what happened right there? That was four years ago. And subsequently on mental health in California, they've spent 236 million people, a million dollars. they've helped 22 people. That is actually impossible. Like that is, you know, it's funny when you remember, you guys, all these guys lived in LA, but I remember in LA, I'd go drive down La Cienega and there would always be these signs for like the LA public mental health thing.

54:05And it was like the idea that you were gonna, you had a mental health problem and you were like, yes, I'm gonna have a government worker from Los Angeles help me with my mental health problems. Okay, but of course, California is in complete free fall right now. Now, it's not just the amount of people that have left, it's the amount of businesses that have left, it is the chaos on the streets, it's the fact that any, I mean, literally any time I talk to any of my friends in California, all they wanna talk about is when they can leave and why they're struggling to leave because they've got kids in school or grandma's there or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

54:34And now, as if Elon leaving, and we know that Peter Thiel left recently and David Sachs left, the billionaires are getting out because of the billionaire's tax, which is actually a millionaire's tax and eventually will be just a middle class asset seizure tax in essence. Well, now Wells Fargo, one of the biggest banks in the United States, they're heading out and you're not gonna guess where they're going. Yes, you will guess where they're going.

54:58Dr. Mehmet Oz:In a major move, Wells Fargo has announced it will be moving a significant portion of its wealth management division to West Palm Beach. Our Califano is downtown now with what this could mean for local economy and why some analysts say more companies may follow The division generates$16 billion in annual revenue, roughly 20 % of the bank's total. Approximately 100 senior executives will relocate by the end of the year. The new office opens in August 2026. Barry Summers, chief executive officer of the bank's wealth division, explained the decision. He said Florida is a good market where clients are relocating.

55:34And more importantly, it is a very easy market to travel to. Look, guys, the simplest way to explain this is there are places that you will be able to build and places that will try to destroy you. It's as simple as that. You think Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo has been in an institution there for I don't know how many years. You think they wanted to get out, but then think about it. So now a hundred senior executives, just think about that alone. Senior executives. So these are all people who make serious money, right? They're probably law abiding citizens. They're probably decent, you know, citizens and, you know, pillars of their community and things like that.

56:07These are all good people. You know what I mean by that? And they're going to come to Florida. Just like when I left, I took businesses out and employees who are good people who now bring economic value here and bring cultural value and everything else. So Florida's gain will be California's loss. And then that will just continue the divide. So people will think of it, oh, it's just a Republican, it's just a blue-red divide. And that is right to some extent. But eventually as the divide, as the chasm gets wider, the divide will basically be, oh, there's places where people can flourish and you have some chance to make something of your life and pursue your happiness around other people who are doing the same thing.

56:46And you've got a limited government that's protecting your rights. And then you can go to other places that'll basically be dystopian hell holes that you will be in servitude to, because they'll control every part of your life. And the second you get something, they will try to take it away from you and give it to someone else. That's a divide that I don't know how you solve. Let's talk about strong cell and then we'll continue with California because if you think Gavin's worse, there's a guy who once farted with Chris Matthews on MSNBC who wants to be governor next. If fatigue, brain fog, constant sickness, or achy joints sound familiar, strong cell might be worth a look.

57:21Strong cell supports mental clarity and focus, plus clean natural energy without the jitters or that afternoon crash. The key ingredient is NADH, the energy source that powers every cell in the body. NADH levels decline with age, and with over 30 trillion cells to support, that matters. Strong Cell uses a proprietary delivery system designed to actually get nutrients into the cells where they're supposed to work. No corners cut on ingredients or manufacturing, which is crucial when so many supplements do little more than create expensive urine. When NADH is properly paired with COQ10 and marine collagen, as Strong Cell does, it helps support mitochondria, the engines inside your cells.

58:02So if being tired of feeling tired sounds familiar, check out StrongCell.com and use promo code Reuben to get 20 % off. That's StrongCell.com promo code Reuben for 20 % off today. Do your own research. The science backs it up. Well, look, if you think what's going on in Cali is wacky now, and if you think Gavin Newsom is an evil lizard person and all of those things, It could get worse because there is a chance by 2028 that Gavin Newsom will be president of the United States. That if, particularly if the Republicans lose the midterms, that absolutely is a possibility. And then you know who might be governor of California?

58:36Eric Swalwell, a guy who, by the way, banged a Chinese spy. Quick show of hands, anyone here bang a Chinese spy? Oh, one guy did. All right, we'll find out more about that later. But here is Eric Swalwell listing the ways he would go after ICE if he was California's governor. I also call on governors, Kate. Governors have immense powers. And I have said that when I'm governor of California, if you wear a mask in California, you're losing your driver's license. If you have worked for ICE in the past, you are unhirable in our state. That law enforcement will prosecute you for kidnapping, battery, assault, murder on the people in our communities.

59:12We have to go on offense as governors, otherwise the most vulnerable people in our communities and the people who are protecting them, like pretty and good, will continue to be killed.

59:25Congratulations. Like, good. Like, just keep going, Callie. And that's what you're going to... Now you're going to... What was it? He's going to take licenses away from people who are masked? The very same people who four years ago were telling us if we didn't wear a mask, we're going to kill people. Now he was going to take your license away if you're not wearing a mask. Like, there is no... There's no there there. That's what they say. there's no bottom to this bottomless pit. No matter how bad you think these people are, they will continue to get worse. And now I want to illustrate in a really concrete way, because when I give you that short list of sane Democrats, as I said, it's Fetterman, Maher, I guess Scott Galloway, who I mentioned before, so he's dropped down now.

1:00:07But Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, who just now in his new book has admitted that he basically did not get the VP nod because he was Jewish. Surprise, surprise, and good luck with that, Democrats. He's kind of on the list because he's not like a, as far as I always say, he's like, he's not great. Like, there's nothing great about the guy, but he doesn't strike me as someone that like profoundly hates America and is for the revolution. But now even he, he now sees the future of the Democrat party. So he's going all in on the insane anti-ice rhetoric as well. We got a lot to get through.

1:00:41We do. Let's get started. Before we get to your book, We were just talking about what's happening in Minneapolis, what's happening in Minnesota. There's been yet another senseless killing. So can we just get your reaction to what's happening, how you're feeling about it, how you see it as a governor yourself? Well, it's obviously extremely disturbing. To me, it is very clear that the mission the president and Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller and J.D. Vance and all of them sent these federal officials on is a mission to violate people's constitutional rights. And it is clear that the mission needs to be terminated immediately, period, hard stop.

1:01:23Yeah, I mean, I considered you one of the sane ones. The mission of ICE is to violate people's rights. No, you don't have rights in America if you are not an American. You're just a liar and a buffoon. And Shapiro, your own party basically kicked you out because you're a Jew and you're still gonna pander to them. In some sense, you're the most pathetic of all of them. You think you have a future in the Democrat Party? You think if you go all in on their crazy bullshit lunacy right now, they're gonna bring you back in? Sorry, buddy, maybe convert to Islam and then you've got a chance. Here's a little bit more, just completely ridiculous from this guy.

1:01:59Well, Governor, there are rumors that Philadelphia may be the next spot for this kind of large scale operation. So what can you do if they bring this crap down to your state next? Yeah. Look, Sarah, we've been planning for this. We understand that this is a risk, maybe not just in Philly, but Pittsburgh, Lancaster, other communities across Pennsylvania. We've heard similar rumors. Wherever it comes, we'll be prepared. We'll be prepared in the community. We'll be prepared in the court of law. I'll remind you as a former attorney general, I know how to take this president to court and win. And even as governor, I've taken him to court 19 times in his first 12 months in office.

1:02:38we've won every single time on behalf of the good people. These people are all pathetic. And again, the seals in the audience that are applauding it. You know what, guys, if you, you know, little hint, little hint, the view is on 66th street and the river, Hudson River. Get out there guys, protest in front of the view because sometimes they probably say some things you don't like. You may remember, what was it? Just what, two, three, no, it was about a month ago now that when we got Maduro out of Venezuela, you had Ana de Barra right there saying that she appreciates Donald Trump. So if you are a crazed lunatic with some urine spray and whatever else, maybe you wanna get out in the view and protest over there.

1:03:14Really show them what America's all about. This guy is a complete clown. He's off the list. Congratulate, man, Mar and Fetterman. It's like, they're gonna throw a hell of a party one day because Shapiro's done. I'm done with him pretending that he's anything other than an absolute radical. And by the way, Josh Shapiro, you might wanna focus on this. Could you, oh yeah, that's Philadelphia. That looks great. And you know what? But the people over there, like that guy with the fentanyl fold, that's what they call it right there, a lot of that fentanyl comes illegally from China and gets through our Southern border.

1:03:45So the reason you might one day have a little bit less of that is thanks to Donald Trump. So why don't you do a little something about that, Josh Shapiro, instead of fighting with ICE to make sure that the legal people of your state, Pennsylvania, are the people that you're taking care of, but you don't wanna do that. And if you think these people are all, man, we are on a crazy train to hell today. late night comic Stephen Colbert says he might run for president. It was written that you signed a$13.5 million deal with Netflix.

1:04:13Dr. Mehmet Oz:Not enough money. Yeah. That you might run for office, maybe even president. I've heard that one. Yeah. I've heard that one. It doesn't matter. He's just some hack loser. He's not going to really run for president or anything else. But it's just like the circle jerk with these guys. You're a late night host. You suck. And you're a late night host. who's the other guy, Seth? Nobody even knows his name. Nobody even cares about him. Like he's not even bad enough to care about. And we, just all of these people. His show will wrap up, by the way, on May 21st. So we only have like, you know, four more months of this abject lunacy.

1:04:49So how do we end this show? Because it really has been a crazy train. And I think we've laid out, we've laid out the crazy. I think we've laid out some options, not options. I think there's some avenues that Trump can continue to follow. He can keep putting that hand out there. I'll negotiate with you guys. I don't like when people die, everything else, but they're always gonna bite that hand, right? They're always gonna push that away. So what do you do? Well, what we have to do is just wake more and more people up to what reality is, right? We're all watching the same movie and we're seeing two very different things.

1:05:18Well, we need to convince more people that they're maybe looking at it through a lens that is not quite right. We often show you videos of Chamath Palapatiya. He's one of the hosts of the All In Podcast, legendary tech guy and a lifelong Democrat donor until the last two years, basically. Here he is talking about how he woke up just on a podcast a couple of days ago. You went from being a large Democrat donor to now a very outspoken proponent on the other side of the aisle. Yeah. When you are so influential to other VCs and other people with high net worth here in California, and you really shaped their public opinion and public perception, how did you get there yourself?

1:06:02Was there a moment you woke up and you're like, okay, it's all different? There was. This is not about politics for me. It's about the truth. There was a moment where I was basically like everybody else and pretty brainwashed. And I had a perception of Donald Trump initially from the moment he walked down the staircase in Trump Tower to announce. And then over the course of six or seven years, I realized that some of those fundamental things that I was told about him were just totally false. So for me, it was an evolution where I was like, I can't believe I'm being lied to by this group of people whose sole responsibility is to hold truth to power.

1:06:47The key word there is truth to power, not your perception or your desires. And I just think that that, I mean, red-pilled me, I guess, in a way. Yeah. So that's what we need, right? We need a little more red pill. People always used to say, I'm like the gateway drug to the red pill, right? You start watching Dave Rubin. Next thing you know, you're watching scary Jordan Peterson videos. Next thing you know, you've cleaned up your room and you have a job. My God, that's crazy. But like, that's what we need more of, right? Like, I really want you to think, like, for anyone, if you tell your friends, I watch Rubin Report.

1:07:18They go, Dave, that guy's a right-wing man. It's like, what radical thing, what radical position did I take on today's show, right? What radical position actually is Donald Trump taking? What radical position is Chamath Palapatiya taking? This is our chance. What radical position is Dr. Oz taking? We have the good people. We have the sane people who love this country. We are fighting revolutionaries and I would say poorly incentivized hacks in the media who are getting clicks off the destruction of the country. And you have to pick what side you're on on that. And I know what side you're on, but we got a lot of freaking work to do.

1:07:56But you know what? We haven't even hit February yet. We got some time. And I think we're gonna win this thing. We shall see. All right, postgame show 30 seconds, rubenreport.locals.com. Ciao. To me, being Somali isn't just eating bananas with rice. It's a lot. It's like, it's an interesting thing. It's very hard to describe what it means to be Somali and what it means to be American. But it's like a cultural fusion. It's kind of like the bananas and rice.
