In short
The host argues that Tucker Carlson is being targeted by U.S. intelligence (CIA/DOJ) due to alleged foreign-agent issues tied to communications with Iran before the Iran war, and uses this to discuss “influencer wars” and loyalty disputes on the right.
Guest backgrounds
No guests appear in the transcript. The episode references interviews/quotes from others, including Miranda Devine (New York Post journalist) and reporter clips featuring J.D. Vance, plus tweets/headlines from Eitan Fischberger, Avi Ebony, and others.
Key claims
Tucker posted that the CIA is preparing a criminal referral/DOJ crime report under the Foreign Agents Act based on talking to people in Iran. The host suggests Tucker may have been unwittingly used as a counterintelligence asset, and that U.S. wartime surveillance may be broader than assumed. He also claims Tucker’s Iran-related messaging (including Mossad claims about Saudi/Qatar) spread misinformation that required public denials.
Notable examples
Tucker’s “CIA criminal referral” video; the White House photo day before the Iran war; the Mossad-in-Saudi/Qatar episode; comparisons to Russiagate; and a separate segment on Mark Levin vs. Megyn Kelly, plus Trump’s praise of Levin.

You know, sometimes it looks great, but then you cook it and it just doesn't have that flavor or freshness you expect. So finding something reliable has made a huge difference. Wild Alaskan Company really changed that for me. It's the best way to receive high quality wild caught seafood delivered right to your door on your schedule. The first box I got was super easy to use. Everything comes individually portioned and vacuum sealed, so there's no guesswork. I cooked that wild Alaskan sockeye salmon just in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and it turned out fantastic.
0:34Clean flavor, great texture, and didn't feel like frozen fish at all. I've also tried the wild Pacific cod, which I love. It's light and flaky and really easy to work in when you need a quick dinner. What stood out is that the fish is quick frozen right after it's caught in Alaska, so it locks in that freshness along with the nutrients like omega-3s. And it's clean, no GMOs, no antibiotics, no additives, and it supports sustainable fishing in Alaskan fishermen. They're so confident in the quality that there's 100 % satisfaction, money-back guarantee, so there's no risk in trying it. Go to wildalaskan.com slash Ruben for$35 off your first order of premium wild-caught seafood.

2:50All right, what's up, guys? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It is March 16th, 2026. Share, subscribe, tap that notification bell across the various platforms we live stream on. And I do want to give a trigger warning before today's show. Because today's show is about something that I don't really love doing, and yet I get dragged into constantly, which is the influencer wars. You know about these things. Candace said this about Ben, and Ben said this about Megan, and Megan said this about Mark Levin, and Mark Levin said this about this guy, and Pierce said this about Ruben, and all of these things.
3:34And it becomes this grotesque, incestuous thing. And I really, I swear to you, I do my best to stay out of it. I fail at it occasionally. And the thing that I'm always telling you guys I'm more interested in, rather than just the minutiae of the daily politics, you know, which Democrat voted for this and which Republican voted for that. I'm always interested in narrative stuff. And there really is something interesting brewing in the online world as it relates to the narrative around Trump, around Iran and everything else. And now there is what seems like a massive, ridiculously huge bombshell story around Tucker Carlson about to break.
4:14And he tried to get ahead of it over the weekend. So we're going to do a little bit of that. And I would just say it's, you know, watching all these guys fight, it's like, man, we had something so beautiful, so special, so genuinely unique and important with the online influencer space. And it could have paved the way to a better world, which is what I'm always trying to do here. And it's like, man, the old days, this would be like Tom Brokaw talking about Peter Jennings Wang and, you know, Walter Cronkite fighting with Barbara Walters and alas, here we are. So let's just, oh, and I hope you had a good weekend.
4:48Do you guys have a nice weekend? Everybody enjoy themselves? Okay, that's good. All right, so let's dive right in. So look, Tucker, over the last year, I've covered it quite a bit, including on Friday, we touched on it. Something very strange has happened to him. It's been going on for probably a bit more than a year. As you guys know, I privately reached out to him before the 12-day war in May and tried to settle some of this stuff and offered to have him on the show or go on his show. I offered to host a debate with him and Ben. I did not want this all to burst forth into this just utter lunacy that it has.
5:21And he has just seemingly gotten worse and worse and has an endless obsession with Israel and the Jews. He's constantly undermining everything that Donald Trump is doing. He brings up the craziest conspiracy theories. He has frauds and liars on his show over and over. When he brings on decent people like Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz, he relentlessly grills them. When he brings on awful people like that little gay frog Fuentes, he glazes him. So it's just hard to know what's going on there. Anyway, a very strange video came out over the weekend with him basically seeming to try to get ahead of some legal trouble that he appears to be in.
6:04Here's a portion. So the other day I found out that the CIA is preparing some kind of criminal referral against me, a crime report to the Department of Justice on the basis of a supposed crime I committed. What's that crime? Well, talking to people in Iran before the war. They read my texts. So the crime under consideration apparently would be the foreign agent act or something like that, acting as an agent of a foreign power. And I don't expect this to go anywhere. I'm not too worried about an actual criminal case against me for a bunch of reasons. One, I'm not an agent of a foreign power. I've also never taken money from anybody.
6:45Don't need it, don't want it. And that's provable. And moreover, it's my job to talk to everybody all the time and try and figure out what's happening around the world. That's literally what I do for a living. And I'm not going to stop doing that. Nor should I, I don't think. I'm also an American. I can talk to anybody. I have no secrets to divulge. Okay, there's a couple things here. First off, just let me just get out of the way. I find it very hard to listen to him at this point. There's something that just feels so deeply inauthentic about his speech patterns. He's moving off from like the endless hysterical cackle into this new, he's trying to be authentic, but it just doesn't work.
7:24Let me preface everything with this. I don't know what happened here. I suspect we will find out more. I don't know how he got word that, what was it, that there's going to be a CIA criminal referral against him. I mean, I think the DOJ does the criminal referrals, so maybe he just slightly misspoke there. He kind of double spoke in that. But I don't know how it got leaked to him that the CIA or the DOJ is coming after him. That seems kind of weird. It seems kind of weird that you would start talking about it before it has happened. Also, if someone was looking at his text messages, that's the NSA that would do it, not the CIA.
8:04The NSA also under Trump, if we're to believe anything, doesn't spy on Americans. It can spy on foreign actors. And it appears that maybe he got caught up, meaning they were spying on someone in the IRGC who then was communicating with Tucker. We will find out about some of that. Also for him to say he's never taken money from anybody. What does that mean? Someone writes his checks. When he goes to Saudi Arabia, somebody pays for that private plane. Who paid for the private plane to fly him to Israel where he didn't even get, you know, leave the airport? Like we bought buying a house in Qatar.
8:38Like someone pays him something, but all right, let's just put all that there. One more clip. So legally, I think the case is ludicrous, and I doubt it will even become a case. I'm bringing this up for a couple of reasons, though, and they're pretty obvious. One is that countries tend to become more authoritarian in wartime. It's just the nature of war. People are dying. The stakes are high. The USIC, the intelligence agency, spy on Americans. Now, you probably knew that, and it's been revealed a lot, including by Julian Assange and Ed Snowden, both of whom are threatened with death for revealing it, but everyone knows.
9:20But it's probably a little more widespread than most people understand. But the main reason they do it is to leak the existence of the investigation, such as it is, to the media and then humiliate and terrify the subjects of this op. And that's, of course, happened to me repeatedly. There are also people with agendas and grudges and no sense of restraint who are happy to misuse the power they have, granted them by our elaborate secrecy laws to hurt fellow Americans for ideological reasons. That is entirely real. That's the story of Russiagate. And it's likely that things like that will begin to happen at greater scale now.
10:07Okay. So let me also try to give the devil his due here, because obviously I am not friendly with Tucker anymore. I don't respect him. I think he is a liar and a propagandist. I think that's all been very obvious. Do I like the idea that the government would be running around spying on people and all of those things? Of course not. Of course not. Right. I always reference that clip of James Clapper, remember, former head of the CIA under oath when he's asked if America spies on its own citizens and he scratches the top of his head and he goes, not grudging. What does he say? Not, he says, what does he say?
10:38Not grudgingly or begrudgingly or something like that? Not grudgingly, right? I think that's what he says. Or not intentionally. We'll get the exact quote. But the point being like when you lie, you touch the top of your head. That's an episode of Seinfeld. The higher up on the head that you touch, the bigger the lie. Tucker is also right. You're allowed to talk to Iranians, even at a time of war, and you're allowed to talk to whoever you want. As a private citizen, you are allowed to do that. Now, do journalists get special protections? In some sense, yes, but in a day and age when we all have one of these, the line between citizen and journalist, I would say is blurred at the very least, right?
11:12What did he say? Not wittingly, not wittingly. That's what it was, yeah, got it. It was begrudging and not wittingly, okay. The other part here though, is that what you're not allowed to do is if you are privy to information that is either classified or held in confidence, You aren't allowed to talk to enemy states and enemy actors. That you are not allowed to do. So I want to read this tweet. This is a guy by the name of Eitan Fischberger. He's a journalist. And here he wrote, this is a theory that he has that sort of roughly sounds right to me. Here he wrote, here's what appears to be happening.
11:47Tucker Carlson has allegedly been conducting his own foreign policy with Iran on behalf of the United States. At some point, the CIA got wind of this and informed President Trump, who may have then used Tucker as an unwitting counterintelligence asset to feed faulty information to Iran. Following the launch of Epic Fury, Tucker's traitorous behavior may have finally caught up with him as DOJ reportedly prepares a criminal complaint against him based on CIA intelligence. After the operation began, Iran sent IRGC agents to carry out attacks in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, but those plots were foiled.
12:23Iran then told Tucker those were actually Mossad plots, a claim he pushed online and that spread like wildfire. Saudi and Qatar had to publicly deny Tucker's fake news about the Mossad. Okay, so there's a few things here. So the reason that that's, now look, that's conjecture, right? He's laying out what he thinks happened here. We covered all of that, right? That Tucker was saying that Mossad agents were caught in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and then Qatar immediately denied it. And Tucker, I think his exact quote on the show, on his show is, everyone knows it. So it does seem that he was maybe caught up in something, that they were looking at the communications of IRGC guys, and he was communicating with them.
13:06I'll also point out that the day before the war started, there is that picture of Tucker at the White House. And a lot of people were going crazy about that. How could Tucker be invited? And I did think it was weird. I don't think we covered it on the show. You can go back and check that day. I don't think we did because I just trust Trump. That is my fundamental position right now until something goes horrifically awry here. I just trust Trump's intuition. I think he's been directionally right about all these things and he deserves our trust. And now it does seem that Tucker maybe was used as a little bit of a pawn in a game here, meaning once they caught him up in this, that he was used.
13:44Again, we will see on some of this. Here is Tucker questioning if the USA's diplomatic efforts with Iran were just fake. I mean, again, whose side do you think he is on here when he says this? If it ever emerges that our diplomatic efforts with Iran were fake, and they were designed to lull the Iranians into a false sense of security so we could launch a sneak attack on them, how is that better than Pearl Harbor? How is that better than any dishonorable sneak attack in history? Of course, it's not. It's low, it's beneath the United States, it's beneath us as American citizens, and anyone who participated in that needs to be punished for it right away.
14:16And as a practical matter, it makes diplomacy of all kinds impossible. How do we settle the conflict between the United States and Russia? Now the Russians are, of course, giving targeting information to the Iranians. Why wouldn't they? We've done the same with the Ukrainians for the last four years. That should have been settled. It's going to be hard to settle it now because the message to the rest of the world is American diplomacy is fake. You can't behave that way. It doesn't really sound like someone who believes in America or supports Trump or anything else. Is it possible that as we're negotiating with them, we're doing some trickery on the side?
14:48I mean, that's what espionage is. That's what international relations are and everything else. That he would compare that, that he would compare that to Pearl Harbor, where there was an obvious sneak attack on America, is completely, completely absurd. Now, I did reference the photo of Tucker in the White House the day before the Iran war started. This is from Avi Ebony, who actually is a journalist with Rebel News. He wrote this. He wrote, this photo is hilarious in hindsight. Trump knew Tucker was talking to Iran, so he invites him to the Oval Office before the strike, knowing Tucker will run straight back and relay it.
15:29Iran sees this photo, thinks Tucker has Trump's ear, thinks Trump is bluffing. Meanwhile, Trump's sitting there smiling because he wanted them to believe it. Tucker's ego sells the deception. Khamenei buys it. And just like that, Tucker unknowingly helps out, helps take out the supreme leader. And now America's biggest traitor may be heading to prison perfectly played. So again, these are, I don't know all the specifics around this. We will find out more, but in retrospect, if you just think about it this way, for the last year, there has been literally nobody on the right that has been more critical of Donald Trump trying, talking about how much he hates Republicans, bringing on Democrats and glazing them as the kids say.
16:12But every time he brings on a conservative or Republican goes after them. So he's been attacking and attacking and attacking Trump. And then Trump magically, the day before the war starts, decides to bring Tucker to the Oval Office. You know, we talk about 3D, 4D, 7D chess, like maybe it was happening. Now I want to shift from that for just a second. Don't worry. I mean, this is just a day of the influencer wars. just you're gonna have to bear with me on that. Man, I've been up through a lot of crazy people in my life. But there is a way to demonstrate disagreement without working with enemies, right?
16:48So Tucker has been undermining Trump and kneecapping him. And I would say like kind of chiseling away at Trump's Achilles heel for the last year. Was he quite literally used as a pawn so that he was being given information once they realized he was talking to Iranian agents? Was he given information so that the Ayatollah and all the leadership would get together thinking America's not gonna do anything and Trump used him so they could take out all those guys at once? I suppose we will see, right? I suppose. But I wanna be very, very clear about this next statement. You can absolutely disagree with Donald Trump.
17:21You can disagree with any of his policies. In this case, you can disagree with foreign policy. As I have pointed out many times, you can be a pure isolationist, right? Now, I think there's reasons that you can make those arguments. I think they're somewhat thin arguments, right? Like just the isolationist, I'm anti-war. Well, someone may want war on you. So in some sense, the people who want war, it's not because they actually want war, it's because it's a threat to stop war, right? So it's sort of, I always find the isolationist or like the purely libertarian argument is usually just like, get over it in eighth grade.
17:56There's a real world out there. However, that being said, you 100 % can have principled arguments against Donald Trump or anybody else. That's just not what Tucker has been doing. He's been lying and manipulating people and perhaps doing some illegal things. However, I want to show you what principled disagreement is. This came out yesterday. I thought this was excellent. A reporter asked J.D. Vance if he's had some differences with Trump as it pertains to Iran. And watch this. The president said earlier this week that you had a philosophical difference than him, that you are less enthusiastic on the onset of this war.
18:31Is that true? And what is your opinion of how it's going? Well, I think you guys, again, I answered this question earlier. I'm sorry about that, Taylor. You know, you asked this question earlier. When you're thinking about a major decision like this, the way the president makes these decisions is he talks to a lot of people. Obviously, we're thinking about various ins and outs, various options, what this looks like, how to accomplish our goals, what our goals should be. and I think it's important for the president of the United States to be able to have that conversation with his team without his team then running their mouth to the American media.
19:04That is perfect. That is an absolute master class and it's true, right? That's not what Tucker's been doing for the last year, which has been a series. We've played you a bunch of videos of lies, of doublespeak, of saying one thing one week and another thing another week. Everything J.D. said right there is true. It's obvious that J.D. is a little less, I don't like the word hawkish. Everyone says hawkish as its catch-all term, but I'll use it for the purpose of this. He's a little less hawkish, let's say, on Iran. That does seem to be kind of clear. But what he says there, it obviously all rings true.
19:35Does Donald Trump talk to a whole bunch of people and get their wisdom and get their advice? Of course. Do you think Donald Trump goes into a meeting and says, this is what we're going to do. I'm not going to listen to anybody. Does that sound right to you at all? Of course not. Donald Trump goes in and he listens to people. He's a delegator. That's the type of leader he is. He wants to hear from competent people. So I have no doubt that what JD is saying there is true, that he expressed his views. Marco may have expressed, obviously expressed his views. Hegseth, other military leadership, other people that he holds in close confidence.
20:06And by the way, that's what you want in the administration, right? You want these people to be able to argue and hash things out. And as he pointed out there at the end, without leaking things to the media and everything else. So that's the interesting part, is that it is very possible that the president and vice president do not see perfectly eye and eye on this. But the president and the vice president are working together once J.D. goes, well, Trump's in charge. He's made a decision. We're going to do everything we can to make sure that this war will be executed at the highest possible level.
20:43Now, I want to show you a portion of an interview I did a few days ago with Miranda Devine. And Miranda is an actual journalist. I don't have to use air quotes around. She is the one at the New York Post who basically broke the Hunter Biden laptop story. She is a spectacular journalist. We did about a 45-minute interview, which is up right now. But I want to show you the small portion because I did ask her what she thinks has happened to Tucker. Now, I should note this is a day or two before Tucker informed us of this CIA situation. I mean, Tucker, who I, you know, was very friendly with when he was at Fox, I was on his show all the time.
21:21I actually, he asked me to write his biography. I was halfway through it when he left Fox in, you know, mysterious circumstances, let's say. And so I was close to him, but I don't recognize what's happened with his, you know, podcast now because I think, you know, he comes from a good place. So he felt Bill Kristol used him to prosecute the Iraq war, which he now realised afterwards was a huge mistake. He had a friend die there. And so I think Tucker comes from a good place, an honest place. But what's happened, I think, was at Fox, he had an incredible crew around him. And I think Tucker suffers from having lost those people.
22:10Obviously, when he left Fox, he couldn't keep them on. And he's pretty isolated. Okay. So that's just a small portion of what we discussed, even as it relates to Tucker. So I do recommend, can we get the full video in the description so people can find that quickly? You know, the line on he comes from a good place, an honest place, that's not for me to say, right? Like, I don't know what's in Tucker's head and I don't know what's in his heart and where those places meet. So I don't know any more than Miranda knows. She probably knows him a little bit better than I do. But, you know, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
22:40So if you're just saying I come from a good place, you could still end up doing horrible things. That's one part. The other part, though, the reason I want to show you that clip is I do think there's something seriously interesting here between mainstream media and online media. So, you know, these guys that come from mainstream media, the Tucker Carlson's, the Megyn Kelly types, anyone, the Don Lemons, any of these guys, you know, they go from a very highly structured corporate atmosphere with huge staffs and huge budgets and tons of people giving them notes and showing them things. And often, I know that certain people don't want to hear this, but they're just reading the teleprompter and they don't even know really what they're talking about.
23:18And it seems like it's coming from them, but it's not. They came from that world. And we can all say that world failed us many ways. Very fine people, COVID, all the stuff that makes that world stiff and outdated and everything else. But what she's talking about is then he came to the new world, right? The new online world. And in the online world, he didn't have the staff. She didn't have the several people that she mentioned there, great executive producers, people that kind of gave him basic barriers, right? And then it's like you go from something that's controlled, and again, we could say maybe it's too controlled, but to something that's wide open.
23:53And the wide open is just your aim is now everywhere. And when your aim is everywhere, your aim is actually nowhere. So it's actual work for me and my staff to do something with a degree of integrity. And it's why, as you know, I credit people when they say things. If I incorrectly get something, I love correcting myself often in the same show. It's not that I want to make mistakes, but it's like the lowest hanging fruit to say I'm wrong sometimes or I misspoke or whatever. But that's very different than sharing propaganda or propagandizing your audience or potentially being a pawn via a foreign government.
24:29Now, it does also appear that Trump has somehow known about this for a while, which is why Trump, again, I just think deserves our cred. Let me show you this headline. This is from, you know, barely two weeks ago, March 5th, 2026, from the Daily Wire. Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson has lost his way, is not smart enough to understand. President responds to podcast hosts who has visited White House several times in recent months to convince him not to attack Iran. So again, Tucker as a citizen and someone that at one time supported Trump, although he has texted to people that he hated Trump and couldn't wait till he was gone.

25:04If Donald Trump invites him to the White House, he's allowed to say what he thinks, just as Mark Levin is, or if I was invited to the White House, or if you were watching, you could tell the president what you think. And from my interactions with Trump on camera and off, he will listen, right? That doesn't mean he's going to do it, but what did J.D. say right there? There's a various set of people here and we all share our opinions. And at the end of the day, Trump's going to make the decision. But it is sort of interesting that two weeks ago, you have Trump saying, Tucker's lost. Can you put the headline up?
25:34Because it was the second line that I thought was particularly good. Tucker's lost his way and is not smart enough to understand. Now that sounds kind of interesting with this new information, that Tucker's not smart enough to understand what's really going on here, meaning they probably knew Tucker was onto something. Let's put a pin in that for a moment. We will talk about Shopify and then we will continue with the influencer wars and some talk about a micro penis. Okay, go. Starting something new isn't just hard, it's terrifying. You've probably had that moment before launching something, asking yourself, what if this fails?
26:10What if no one buys? The doubt is real, guys, but taking the leap can be one of the best decisions you ever make, especially when you have the right tools behind you. All right, so as I said, guys, at the top, and I really do mean it, like I'm not that interested in the influencer wars, and I do get sucked into them sometimes, and people say things about you, and then you can just sort of sit there and take it or ignore it.
27:20And then sometimes you do punch back and Piers Morgan and I got into it last week. And yes, I did say that he would sell his mother to a jihadist for a click and he blocked me on Twitter and it is what it is. We all have our moments. But there's something about, there's something just in the ether right now where everyone's just attacking everybody. And by nature, I am someone that tries to build bridges, not burn them. Again, I am not perfect, so I do fail at this at points, but we are watching now people who should, everyone should be aligned right now. Like that's the thing. Everyone on the right, broadly on the right, should be aligned right now.
27:56There's no reason that me and Tucker should be in disagreement right now. Like we could have a disagreement on the Iran war, let's say, or on this or on abortion or something, whatever. But we should all be on the same side because what we should be fighting is the crazy radical left that literally doesn't want us to have election integrity and wants to turn this country into a socialist, communist, Marxist, jihadist crapple. So we should all be tighter than ever right now. We should all be like, ah, you disagree on a little something? Do you like America? Let's roll. Sadly, that's not happening.
28:25Here's a tweet from Mark Levin. Or Megyn Kelly, an emotionally unhinged, lewd, petulant wreck. She's completely revealed and destroyed herself. She's everything people say she is, but much worse. Never an intelligent, thoughtful, or substantive comment. utterly toxic. Now, so they've been, Mark Levin and Megyn Kelly have been going at it for quite some time. As you guys know, Megyn, I'll just do it real quick. I held her, I adored, I had love in my heart for Megyn for a long time. She called me right when she was looking for a job after the NBC thing, asking me how I built this. I've called her for advice.
29:04We've been on each other's shows a gajillion times on each other's shows on election night. Her favorite chicken parm is David's recipe that she's made for her family all the time. Like, it's been so disappointing watching her go down this road. I tried to deal with some of it privately. She just refused. Okay, fine. Her response to Mark Levin, micropenis, that's the first time I've ever said that on the show, I think. Micropenis Mark Levin thinks he's the monopoly on lewd. He tweets about me obsessively in the crudest, nastiest terms possible. Literally more than some stalkers I've had arrested.
29:42He doesn't like it when women like me fight back because of his micro penis. We're really heading in the right direction here, right? Like, it's like when they go low, we go lower. Now, okay, so people say things online. How would she know about Mark Levin's penis? Like, it's just all so freaking ridiculous. And she's getting just pummeled, pummeled. I'm not defending, Levin is a different generation. He attacks in a certain way. I think one of the frustrations with Meghan is as someone that was like kind of, she's a little bit younger and she was cool when she was on Fox and it's the same thing with Tucker.
30:15People just expected them to be a little bit better in this world. You know what I mean? Like that's what people expected and they just didn't. One of the people who I think has been consistently good on this because he tries his best, probably fails too, but to keep it on the issues is Ben Shapiro. Here he is going on about some of Meghan's criticisms about Mark Levin. It's his war. Ben Shapiro, Lindsey Graham, Miriam Maddelson. That's obvious. Okay. So first of all, the ugly suggestion that Mark Levin is somehow a traitor to the United States, that it's Israel's war and Mark Levin wanted it because it's Israel's war or I want it or Lindsey Graham or Miriam Maddelson.
30:56Really disgusting stuff from Megyn Kelly, but predictable at this point. You know who's war this is? President Donald J. Trump's war. He's the president of the United States. He commands the United States military. She is such a coward. She is such an unbelievable coward. You don't like President Trump. You don't like what he's saying. Just say his name. You coward. You unbelievable coward. Tucker and Megan, both unbelievable cowardice. Say his name. Yeah, that's right. That's right. The idea that this is Mark Levin's war. Look, Tucker, as we started at the show, what did Tucker say? Well, I'm a free American to say what I want.
31:30So he could go to the Oval Office, which he obviously did to lobby lobby or discuss with the president why he's against the war. Mark Levin is allowed to do the exact same thing. What you're not allowed to do is coordinate with a foreign government or tip them off on what might be going on when you get information from the president of the United States or you were to get classified information or something else. That's a different thing. But Ben is completely right there. This is Donald Trump's war. Donald Trump has made this decision And we played you video last week of Donald Trump quite literally 40 years ago talking about Iran.
32:05We've played you video multiple times over the last few weeks of Donald Trump saying Iran is never going to get a nuclear weapon and that the regime's got to go and all of these things. But I thought this was so. So it's like, Megan, just don't like you. It's too damn obvious what you're doing. Yes, it's Mark Levin's war. Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro work together to trick Donald Trump. It's just it's grotesque and boring and dumb. Say Donald Trump's name. If you've officially turned on Donald Trump, go ahead and say it. I trust Donald Trump. You don't, and you think he's been bamboozled into this war, and that means J.D.
32:40has been bamboozled and Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth and everybody by Mark Levin and fast-talking Ben Shapiro. I thought this was interesting. This is from Zineb Rabua, who's a researcher at the Hudson Institute, and it's from a paper in 1988. Trump, I'd be very harsh on Iran. They've been beating us psychologically, making us look like a bunch of fools. One bullet shot at one of our men or ships and I'd do a number on Karg Island. I'd go in and take it. Iran can't even beat Iraq, yet they push the United States around. It'd be good for the world to take them on. Can you guys quickly check the headlines on Karg Island?
33:13Because it looks like we are making some move there and that is where a huge amount of the oil is exported. But the point is, Donald Trump has been ridiculously consistent on all of this stuff. So Megan, have the balls to say you don't support Donald Trump or that you think he's a puppet? Like, go ahead and fully say what you're gonna say, right? Like what you're implying, go ahead and say it. You think Donald Trump doesn't know what he's doing and he's been tricked by this. Ironically, if he hadn't done it, would he have been tricked? Would you be making the argument that Tucker Carlson tricked him into not doing it?
33:45You see the thinness around all of this? Anyway, Trump apparently this morning saw a little bit of the fight between Mark Levin and Megyn Kelly and Trump put this up. Mark Levin, a truly great American patriot, is somewhat under siege by other people with far less intellect, capability, and love for our country. Mark is tough, strong, and brilliant, hence the nickname, The Great One, conceived by our MAGA friend, the wonderful Sean Hannity. After years of dealing with Mark in legal media and other capacities, Mark would often do Sean's show speaking as a lawyer, and Sean realized then, as did others, that he was special.
34:18Mark Levin was not looking to do television, radio, or anything else, but he was drafted by very smart people who understood that there are very few like him. He's a true conservative and intellect far smarter than those who criticize him. But above all, he's a great man. He's a man of great wisdom and common sense who truly loves our country. When you hear others unfairly attack Mark, remember that they are jealous and angry human beings whose sway is much less than the public understands and will now they know where they stand, that I stand rapidly diminish. Other than for his wonderful wife and family, Mark Levin only cares and wants one thing, greatness and success for America.
34:55Those that speak ill of Mark will quickly fall by the wayside, as do the people whose ideas, policies, and footings are not sound. They are not MAGA. I am, and MAGA includes not allowing Iran, a sick, demented, and violent terrorist regime to have a nuclear weapon to blow up the United States of America, the Middle East, and ultimately the rest of the world. MAGA is about stopping them cold, and that is exactly what we are doing. God bless our great military, which I have rebuilt since the beginning of my first term, to achieve everlasting peace through strength. Make America great again. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J.
35:25Trump. You know, let me just say quickly, it's just so crazy. Like the fact that Meghan has just gone on this road and burned down so many friendships with so many people, that's one thing. But I do want to say that in my, Mark Levin, I've done his show probably, I don't know, maybe half dozen times over the years. He's done this show, I think once or twice. I've seen him at a few events. He is a really decent, kind man. And you know, some of the the people that do this, they really get drunk on the fame portion of it, right? Like when people come up to you wherever you go and say things nice, you know, nice things to you all the time, like you get filled up with some like kind of ego craziness.
35:59Like look what happens to all these Hollywood people. Mark out of all, maybe perhaps out of all the people that I've met during this, like this is not a guy that wants to be famous. He was just a lawyer showing up on Hannity's show and they kind of forced him into this public career. Anyway, we're almost there. Mark Levin then saw that and responded, Mr. President, I am beyond humbled by your words and graciousness in writing such a beautiful note and sharing it on Truth Social. I'm honored that you took the time to write it. Your courage, strength, and moral clarity are truly unparalleled, and your leadership has made our country and the world much safer.
36:32Both you and what you are doing deserve our support, and I will not be intimidated or bow to threats. Through your insight and steady hand, America has been made great again. It is an enormous honor to know you as my family and I do and call you Mr. President, our friend, your one of a kind, truly remarkable. Well, then Megyn Kelly saw that. Jesus, Lord, help me. And she wrote this. Micropenis Mark Levin show is such a small man, he had to go to beg the president for a pat on the head in the middle of a war to make himself feel better about well, you know, this after one mean tweet about him following his 111 nasty nonstop personal misogynistic attacks on me.
37:13Fox has an obsessed harasser on its hands. Just like all the feckless weakling bullies micro can dish it out, but he can't take it. After just one post putting the so-called great one in his place, he ran to crying dead. Now, obviously there's no evidence that Mark Levin ran to Donald Trump and asked him to defend him. I think Trump is paying attention to TV hosts and influencers and the wars and everything else. So I don't think Mark Levin was like, you've got to say something about Megyn Kelly or anything else. But Megyn, I don't care if we disagree on any of this stuff. I genuinely don't care.
37:47And I, and it's the same thing that I would have said to Tucker if he would have ever had the balls to talk to me after he started going this road. Who cares about political disagreements? Who cares? Oh my God, you have a foreign policy that's this and I have a foreign policy of that. Or you have literally on abortion or I've debated gay marriage with Ben Shapiro. Like you can have all of these disagreements. It's when people start unmasking themselves and just becoming so unprincipled and nasty and everything else. Anyway, here's a bit more from Ben on Megan. This would be her continued complete moral betrayal of Erica Kirk to kiss Candace Owens' ass, even as she cosplays as the brave woman standing up against censors who don't exist.
38:29She says she'll die before she bends the knee to those who criticize Candace Owens, which is why, for example, sadly, Megyn Kelly continues to pretend she's the vanguard of the conservative movement, citing you, wait for it, her YouTube numbers. I'm not gonna get into a contest of comparing statistics on episode downloads or YouTube downloads for specific episodes of Megyn Kelly because that's not how I measure morality, but that is clearly how Megyn measures morality. Now, some might point out that Megyn's supposed bravery, because Megyn tends to put herself out there as a brave figure standing up to the predations of the censors, some might point out that Megan's bravery stops precisely where the cliques end.
39:09That she was pro-trans until the cliques turned against it, at which point she suddenly became the most militant cursing opponent of the trans movement. That she was pro-Israel until the cliques turned against it, at which point she started hinting of dark, sinister conspiracies to silence her. That she was pro-Erika Kirk until the cliques turned against it, at which point she went totally silent on Candace Owens, slandering the widow of her supposed friend. Right. So I do want to note what Ben is doing there is he's giving you specific examples of Megan's behavior and how she has changed, right?
39:41Like he's not talking about the size of her vagina or anything else, right? He's giving you specific examples. And by the way, now that this is all burned so much, what started all of this was that basically about what? Well, Charlie was killed six months ago. about five months ago when um when Candace Owens was going crazy on Erica Kirk when that really started and ramped up and went nuts a lot of people were just saying to Megan hey how come you're not commenting on that they weren't attacking her they weren't calling her names or anything else I saw this respectable people people that are on a lot of these types of shows that are public people not just random Twitter people but there were plenty of random Twitter people too and their their voices are important too we're just saying Megan why don't you comment Why are you afraid to, you know, you talk about all these women all day long and her line was, well, I don't wanna talk about a young mother, but she'll go after Meghan McCain, who just had a kid.
40:36She'll go after Meghan Markle all the time. Apparently she goes after people named Meghan all the time. You know, so I think that's some of the disconnect there. What Ben pointed out was that she seems to change as she sees the winds changing. A lot of people have brought up this video. This is Meghan on NBC in 2018. People with me on stage right now are all transgender kids who want others to know it is possible to transition socially with love and support and acceptance within a family and a community. Please welcome 16-year-old Nicole, 12-year-old Daniel, 14-year-old Gia, 15-year-old Landon, and 13-year-old Stella.
41:17Their parents are also here. Morning, everyone. Morning. Also joining me in our special audience is Gira Goldstein, who's a transgender woman who is the co-founder, along with Jen Grosslandler, who you just met, of the Gender Cool Project, a new movement that is being launched today. We're going to tell you all about it, and it's actually really important. So, all right, welcome to you all. Everybody nervous? Everyone sufficiently nervous? Ooh, all right, so before we talk about Meghan there, and by the way, she has subsequently addressed that video and said she doesn't believe that anymore and all that.
41:48I will take her word for that, actually. Okay, so she participated in that lunacy back then, but I will take her word that she's not for it right now. And I know, I've discussed this with her many times, that she didn't want this gender craziness in her kids' schools and everything else. That was eight years ago, so she was 47 at the time. How did she get that thing so wrong? I was a leftist my whole life. Now, most of it was, well, not my whole life, but most of it was in my 20s, early 30s, let's say. And I was never in on that gender craziness. That was like a whole other level of crazy that she was in.
42:20But the reason I'm showing you that is a lot of people are pointing out, that illustrates she goes where the winds go, right? That is what she does. I do wanna bring up, this is just purely for fun for just one second, but because Megan is going crazy about the numbers of the shows and that she beat Ben with some YouTube numbers, which by the way, Ben also has a subscription thing on the Daily Wire and like, it's not about numbers. Like numbers don't equal morality, but nonetheless, we had Joseph check and for the three days before she put that tweet up, Yeah, the Rubin Report did beat the Megan Kelly show in our last 20 videos published.
42:55So, you know, even though views don't, you see. Okay, so like I could do that too, Megan. And that proves nothing. That doesn't prove I'm right or just or anything else. It just proves that people click on things. By the way, you know, you wanna be against the mob. So just because the mob and the algorithm are pushing people towards something doesn't mean it's good. Like at the end of the day, do we wanna judge every, my God, that video got the most views. That must be the correct view. Like, think where that would lead us. Think where that would lead us. Then Meghan went after Ben again. Poor little Ben, and I do mean little.
43:25I mean, she has an obsession with size. Desperate for me to protect him. Can you imagine being this emasculated sad? Now, okay, she could, instead of just making those sort of silly childish statements, she could have addressed what Ben said there. Ben said, you were on this side of trans issue, then this side. You were on this side of Israel, then this side. you're on this side of Erica Kirk, then this side. She could have done all of that. She didn't. She went for personal insults, which is ironic because, well, this is also now going viral from, well, take a look. Then when I was sitting on the couch, a loser, which is what happened to me after NBC with nobody wanting to hear from me, nobody liking me.
44:06The right was like pissed about the Trump stuff and the left was pissed off about the NBC stint at all, nevermind how it ended. I was just sitting there feeling sorry for myself, Miranda. And Ben Shapiro called me and said, MK, get up. You got to get off that couch. You should come out here to California and take a look. They were still out there at what we're doing. And he wasn't trying to hire me. He was just trying to help me. So I went, I went and I looked at the Daily Wire operations and he got me so excited about the medium. I left and I was like, this is what I want to do. And it took me a couple more months to actually launch the thing, but it really is because of him that I'm here.
44:44So you might think, you know, notice her affect, you know, you've watched Tucker's affect change and his speech patterns change and all that as he's gone a little nutty. Look, she looks and seems much more pleasant and happy there than she does now. I don't know if that's the Ozempic or whatever it might be. Oh, see, I'm not above it. I'm not above it. Occasionally it just slides out. what could I do? But, you know, she also did call me at that period. And I had never spoke to her before. And she was like, Dave, you know, you're, you're, I mean, quite literally, she was like, Dave, you're one of the pioneers of this thing.
45:14How do I build a channel? How do I build a home studio? How do I do all those things? And that's what started our friendship. So why is she now burning down friendships over political disagreements? It makes you wonder, Adam Carolla, who is one of, I think the best at sort of the every man, how do we take all of the political stuff and the cultural stuff and how do we distill it down to the every man's version of it? Well, take a look. Yeah, I mean, the fastest way to become a media hero is just disagree with Trump, but everyone on MSNBC and CNN has been doing it the whole time and the latest from The View, so that's old hat.
45:51So what's a big deal is if you were a Trump supporter and then you criticize Trump, then you'll get on the front pages of the LA Times and the New York Times. So it could be a little bit of that, right? Marjorie Taylor Greene, suddenly the ladies of The View like her, right? Suddenly CNN likes her. Even Thomas Massey, suddenly CNN likes him very much, right? If you betray Trump, what did they do with Liz Cheney, a woman that no one in her own district liked, who lost her election, I think by 87 points, but she was a big star for them for a while because she was a Republican who turned against Trump.
46:30So that goes to what Ben was illustrating with Meghan, that she just kind of goes where the wind blows. But okay, I think we did that and I hope we don't have to do much more of it for the rest of the week. I'm gonna put all of that aside and now let's get to some of the, let's say more real and pressing issues of the day. We have had several over the last month, probably four, maybe more jihadist attacks here in the United States. The most recent one was on Friday. This is from NBC. Driver dead after vehicle ramming attack at Michigan Synagogue. All students and staff members at a preschool in Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township were safe, officials said.
47:10So we'll have a little bit more on the attack in just a moment, but thankfully nobody was killed. They went to attack a preschool. It turns out that the guy who did the attacking, I think two of his brothers were literal members of Hezbollah who had been killed. And so that's a little odd, maybe. Maybe the government should have been looking into this guy. If your brothers are in a terrorist organization that has killed Americans, that seems a little dicey. But you know what? Even if your brothers are killed in a foreign war, you're not allowed to just kill random people in America. There's all these brain-dead lefties that I'm seeing online.
47:41Well, his brothers were killed, so he decided to just randomly kill some preschoolers or try to kill some preschoolers. But let's put that down for a second and connect it to something that happened on Friday night's Real Time with Bill Maher. It is Monday, so we'll do a little Mondays with Maher. He had Josh Shapiro on. And I've said about Josh Shapiro many times, he's the governor of Pennsylvania. He's decent. He's a moderate Democrat. He's not great in that he's a Democrat, but he's not a lunatic and he doesn't hate America and he's well-spoken. And there is a serious chance that if the Democrat Party had not been insane and Kamala had chosen him instead of Tim Walz, maybe things would be different right now.
48:19However, Bill, they didn't chose him, they chose Tim Walz, and thankfully we got Donald Trump. But here's Bill Maher asking him if the Dems now have a Jewish problem on their hands.
48:38You're a Democrat running possibly for the nomination for re-election as governor of Pennsylvania. And you're Jewish. And this is somehow maybe a complete deal breaker in the Democratic Party. I mean, you think you could, if you did run for president, you could fight this and convince the Democratic Party that being Jewish isn't like the worst thing a person could be now? The first ad that I put on TV was something to show who I am, what motivates me to serve, which is family and faith. And the first ad was my family and I doing what we do nearly every Friday night, which was sitting around the Sabbath dinner table having a meal together.
49:19We ran that ad despite a whole bunch of political consultants saying, hey, don't run that. They're going to know you're Jewish. I'm like, I think they know I'm Jewish. I believe people are good and they are decent and they want to know who you are at a deep level. And when you are open with them, they're more apt to be open with you. I won that election, got more votes than anybody in the history of Pennsylvania running for governor. All right, so let me point out again, I disagree with this guy on policies. I do consider, look, you got Fetterman and then maybe you get, maybe, so maybe let's call him number two.
49:50That's what we'll call him for now. Josh Shapiro is just number two. If you've got a list of sane Democrats, he's number two. I agree with the principle that in, well, I don't know that I fully agree with this, but the general notion, like, are people decent and good? Yeah, probably. The problem is that the Democrat Party has been so hijacked, has been so ransacked, is such a vestige of what it was and not what people think it is, that I don't think there are enough good people with the right ideas to support someone who isn't a radical lunatic. So that's the problem. It's perfectly nice that he says who he is, that he celebrates the Sabbath and he tells people who his family, what they believe in and all of those things.
50:34But Bill's question was not whether people are good or not. Bill's question was, could that work with the Democrat Party? He gave one instance in that, yes, he did become governor of Pennsylvania, but that's not the National Democrat Party. It's not the National Democratic Party right now. The problem is the National Democratic Party seems to have no problems with things like this out of Dearborn, Michigan. And this is why Imam Khomeini, who declared the International Day of Quds, this is why he would say to pour all of your chants and all of your shouts upon the head of America.
51:16Malcolm X said, and I quote, we live in one of the rottenest countries that has ever existed on this. Well, buddy, what are you doing here? But the point is, there's a lot of this happening. Dearborn, Michigan happens to be ground zero of it. But we know that a lot of this is happening. and these people support the progressives, right? They support Ilhan, they support Rashida Tlaib, that's her district. They support AOC, they support Moran Zamboni. Like there is a growing part of the party that has metastasized into something seriously anti-American, evil. It definitely hates Jews, but it hates all free people.
51:54And Josh Shapiro, you might wanna wise and up to that now if you really think you are going to run. Otherwise, they will hate you more than they hate Donald Trump, right? They're going to hate the traitor whose claims to be one of them but won't bow to them. They'll hate that far more than hating Trump. And if you think it's just Dearborn, Michigan, well, here's New York City over the last couple days. We support Hezbollah here. Say it loud and say it clear. Say it loud and say it clear. We support Hezbollah here. We support Hezbollah here. All right. So in New York, they apparently support Hezbollah.
52:29I do admire the people that don't wear masks. That's pretty impressive. Most of them wear masks, but they support Hezbollah. Hezbollah is an Iranian Shiite terrorist organization that has illegally occupied Lebanon, firing rockets to try to kill as many Jews or Christians or anyone who lived in Israel as possible. They also continued the chant, where I think we're gonna show you the second part of it, where they're talking about supporting Hamas, which did kill 47 Americans. But okay, so then let's just try, I'm trying to tie this to the political part of it. So let's jump back to Maher and Shapiro.
53:00So the point is, okay, Shapiro, it's sort of like you might look at him and be like, well, all right, you're just not a Democrat. You're just a more liberal Republican, which there's room for in MAGA, right? Okay, so you're probably more like RFK. You're probably more like Tulsi Gabbard. You're probably a little more like Rubin or Rogan, right? Like that would fully make sense. And you could work with that, which is why the right doesn't hate Bill Maher. So Maher asked Shapiro what he would be doing about Iran, right? Your fellow Pennsylvanian, John Fetterman, he's one of the few people in the party who has come out and said, look, I don't understand that everybody in my party said we can't allow Iran to have nuclear weapons.
53:40And yet when we do something about it, they're against it. If you were the president and you got that information, you'd still do nothing? I never said. I'm asking. No, what I would do and what the president of the United States failed to do was be clear with the American people about what the hell we were doing here. Was the plan to go after the nuclear weapons, the weapons, by the way, he said were destroyed seven years ago, or seven months ago, pardon me. Was the plan to go and do regime change, in which case, who the hell is going to take over? I don't think the son's any better than the father.
54:12Was the plan to go in there later, but then you got forced because Netanyahu forced your hand? Remember they said that? So it's a matter of clarity. They didn't say that. Trump actually didn't say it. We've debunked that already. But what Shapiro is doing there is kind of standard Democrat. That's like just standard Democrat talk. Again, you can take a position to not be for the war. That's not the position he's saying. He's saying that Trump's messaging hasn't been good. For those of you that have been watching the show for the last 15 days or so, how many videos have we showed you of Trump and Rubio and Hegseth laying out what we are doing?
54:47We were gonna stop them from getting nukes. They were rebuilding the program and enriching at higher levels, right? Like you may not agree with any of this, but they said that. We were going to stop them from their ballistic missile program, from threatening all their neighbors. We were going to take out some of their terrorist proxies so they wouldn't be able to wreck mayhem all over the world. Then as it pertains to regime change, Trump has been very clear on this. Trump doesn't want boots on the ground and Trump doesn't want forever wars. He wants to create the conditions so the people of Iran will be able to stand up.
55:14Now, will that happen? I don't know. But that's why it's just not honest. All these guys, it's a weird thing with the liberals, with even the same liberals. They actually agree with Trump on all of these things, but they'll always say, we just don't like how he's doing it, right? This is exactly what Shapiro is saying. I agree, I just don't like on the messaging. Okay, I just debunked some of that. What do they do with ICE? If you ask a decent liberal, I'm not talking about a crazy leftist, if you ask a decent liberal, should we kick illegals out? They will usually say yes. And then what do they say?
55:42But I don't like how Trump's doing it. It's like, okay, well, how are you gonna do it? And they never have an answer, right? Because to do tough things, Sometimes the optics are gonna be a little bit rough. Sometimes you're gonna get less than 1 % of the people caught up in the ice raids, right? That get held for an hour and it turns out that they are citizens. You're gonna break some eggs. The kitchen floor might get a little bit messy. But oddly, unlike what Jon Stewart said, that Abuela's face was smashed on the linoleum kitchen floor, we just don't have video of any of that. But how will, no matter what Trump does here, even if the Iranian people at the end of this are celebrating in the streets and the new Persia returns and Iran's terrorist proxies are completely blown out of the water and peace deals are signed across the Middle East, what will MSNBC and the rest of the mainstream media do?
56:32They will still tell you that Trump is racist. Like they're still doing it. Look. Really disturbing in the messaging around the war recently. And Eamon, I really want your thoughts on this in particular is some of the language and the description of their opponent. Sort of the way they seem to create this image of the Iranians and all of their proxies or allies, the sort of imagery that they conjure up. And I think that it takes a certain amount of arrogance. And I'm also going to say it a bit of racism to constantly talk about people like they are savages. That is a word that we have heard Hegseth use.
57:09Ooh, lady, she's edgy. That woman is edgy. She called Donald Trump. I'm going to say it. I'm on MSNBC and I'm gonna call Trump a racist. Somebody get her a bouquet of flowers. Oh my God, that's incredible. Lady, do you not understand? Trump is talking about the regime in Iran, which just killed 40 ,000 of their own people. And she's concerned about the proxies and friends. Are you talking about Hezbollah? You're talking about the Houthis? You're talking about these organizations that are launching rockets across the Middle East designed to kill as many people as possible. Do we have some images of some of these types of, well, there they are.
57:43There's, those are the Houthis up top. They seem like nice. That reminds me of my bar mitzvah. And of course, beneath them right there, that's in an American, that's in a New York City mosque. You may remember that Mamdani spoke and then the imam got up and talked about the killing of the infidels by your sword. So these are not great people. It does not mean that all Muslims are like this. And of course, your nominal Muslim neighbor who is just a nice guy probably is just a nice guy, but maybe should speak up about the radicalness that is hijacking, let's say, his religion. But okay, let's put that there.
58:19What else is going on right now? Well, the Democrats, because they are not bright, are also in the midst of a partial government shutdown because they are upset that ICE exists. Now, ICE, which is funded to 2029, has nothing to do with the current spending package. That does not stop these people from ruining your vacation. Listen to this from Fox. Airport security strain during shutdown grows as unpaid TSA officers warn we're hurting. Transportation security officer reveals financial and emotional stress of shutdowns as Americans try to fly off for vacation. So as we're in this partial shutdown, DHS, and that's what TSA is part of, these people are not being paid.
58:55Likely when the government eventually fully opens up again, they get furloughed, so they will get the back pay. But these people are showing up to work and not being paid. Oddly, the freaking politicians who vote on this stuff, their checks still clash, their checks still clear during during shutdowns. Here is a video of Democrats trying to shift the DHS shutdown. Blame to the Republicans. Complete and utter BS. We can't agree on ICE reforms. Let's pay everybody else with the budget that the Republicans laid out. Isn't it time for Democrats to reopen and refund DHS? So first of all, Democrats have tried multiple times to try to get TSA, CISA, the Coast Guard funded.
59:36Republicans have refused time and time again to fund. Yeah, they want the whole agency. They want the whole agency. Remember, ICE has already gotten tens of billions of dollars of funding. It's larger than many of the world's militaries. Now, Kristen, as you know, we offered vote after vote, resolution after resolution, even as recently as this week to reopen those agencies. Between the House and the Senate, we have made five attempts in good faith to fully fund TSA agents who shouldn't be going without a paycheck. The Coast Guard and TSA serving our nation that deserve to get paid. But we have yet to see whole scale reforms by this administration on how they're running ICE and how they're running that program.
1:00:18You get what extraordinary doublespeak all of them are doing? Even Pete right there is admitting ICE is funded. But what they're all saying is we will not fund DHS until we get ICE reforms. So they're the ones holding all of your vacation plans hostage. That's them. That is not the Republicans. Right now, it has nothing to do with the Republicans. The Democrats right now could fund everything. And ICE would still be funded regardless. So they'd have to concede that everything they're doing is a complete sham, but they're Democrats and they have the media, so they can keep lying. Here's Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson explaining that the Democrats are not negotiating because the mainstream media runs cover for them.
1:00:56Now, it was a strategic blunder, from my standpoint, for Republicans not to insist that we fund DHS when we were funding other Democrat priorities. Now Democrats want to do the same thing. They want to fund their priorities within the DHS budget and not fund CBP and ICE, the agencies we need, to keep our borders secure. So, again, I don't think we should cave from them. What we're hearing is Democrats aren't even sitting down negotiating. Now with the White House, now with Senate leadership, now with the chairman of our DHS subcommittee appropriations committee. So, again, they get away with it because the legacy we need does not hold them accountable.
1:01:31And they're very smug when it comes to the fact that they're not held accountable. Right. And that's why I'm always talking about how I'm more interested in narrative than rather than like the little minutia of the votes, because there is a certain amount of people right now. I don't know what the exact numbers are, but they see a partial government shutdown or they go to the airport for spring break right now or they just they show up somewhere and there's all these delays and they hear, well, why are they going there? Why are there delays? And they go, well, the government's shut down. And then because people don't pay that much attention to politics or just aren't that, you know, they're not focused on this.
1:02:04People are paying attention to their own lives. They hear the government's shut down and they go, well, that must be Donald Trump's fault. And then the mainstream media lies, as we've illustrated, and that furthers the lie. and that's what they're trying to do. They're trying to inflict maximum pain on you, the citizen, because they think you then will turn on Donald Trump. That's 100 % what the Democrats are doing. And the thing is, if we don't have a border, we don't have a country. A certain orange man said that 10 years ago and everyone called him racist for it. But then what we did was we had a man who was not in charge.
1:02:33We had an auto pen that was president and it let in the auto pen. Imagine if this was a little, why don't I have a pen? Why am I always, people are always asking me, why am I scribbling, what am I scribbling all the time? It's just like craziness. I just draw craziness while I'm doing the show. But an auto pen would be doing it nice and neatly for me. And Joe Biden was an auto pen. That auto pen let in about 20 million people. This video from 2024. Should we have continued with this, Democrats? Why didn't you say anything about this, Dems? We talked to these guys. There was not a single one of them from Mexico.
1:03:05Take a listen to this. Where are you guys from? What country? Pakistan. Pakistan. India. India. What are you from? Turkey. Turkey. Yeah. Okay. India. Where are you guys from? Turkey. Turkey? Where are you guys from? China. China. Ecuador. Ecuador? Where are you guys from? India. India. Sagarbaba. India. India. India. India. India. India? India. India. Iran. Iran. Why did you come? No freedom. No freedom?
1:04:10insane. We've got this from Eric Daughtry. Breaking. Representative Anna Polina Luna is now calling on House Republicans to primary challenge Senate Republicans who refuse to take, refuse a talking filibuster to pass the Save America Act. Patience is wearing thin for Save America. Luna, the House GOP has a lot of flamethrowers. Every single senator that is hiding behind the talking filibuster needs to be primaried by one of the House members with the spine. POTUS should hold off on endorsing any more senators until they do their jobs. This week, the Senate will learn in all their bills, will learn all their bills will die in the House until they can get election integrity passed.
1:04:46We will kill every single one of their bills as long as it takes. Look, I like her. I think she's, you know, we've talked about micropenises and giant vaginas. I haven't cursed today, but she's got balls. That's a chick with balls. Not the Democrat way, just the old school way. And she's right. And Trump has already said he's not going to sign any bills. And every single one of these Republicans needs to be primaried and challenged. And we showed you that video of Murkowski from Alaska last week, running down the hallway, being like, well, people in Alaska won't be able to get IDs. And it's like, lady, again, if you believe that, I always say this to the Democrats, but if you believe that as a Republican, then create some program to make sure all your constituents can get IDs.
1:05:23Because if we don't, if we don't, we end up with this. Malcolm X said, and I quote, We live in one of the rottenest countries that has ever existed on this earth. We support Hezbollah here. Say it loud and say it clear. Say it loud and say it clear. We support Hezbollah here. We support Hezbollah here. So leave. I don't mean to be a dick about it. But just leave if you think this is one of the most rotten places. And if you support terrorist organizations, just get going. But the Democrats won't say a word about that. What they will tell you is that Donald Trump is racist. And the media people like Tucker Carlson, like Megyn Kelly, who have undermined Donald Trump every step of the way while he has tried to fix this country just because they have some disagreement with him potentially about foreign policy or really because they just want clicks, it's rather disgusting.
1:06:25And Tommy Robinson from the UK, who I had in studio here about two weeks ago, he's making the rounds and he even went on Infowars. So he went on Alex Jones's channel and told them something they didn't want to hear. But they're not lying to you. Yeah. Your own commentators are lying to you. Tucker Coulson's lying to you. I'm just telling you how it is. I've watched him, Tucker Coulson come into my country. In your opinion, yeah. That's how you view it. It's not my opinion. It's not my opinion. It's a fact. Tucker Coulson is lying. Tucker Coulson come into my country and said, there's no problems here.
1:06:51What do you mean there's no problems here? A whole generation of our daughters are being raped. What do you mean there's no problem? Islam's all right, because my taxi driver was nice. Yeah, well done, Tucker. That's right, innit? Qatar's great, yeah, it's great, great. They're funding every terrorist organization in the world. Qatar is also a slave state, right? There's about, I think they have more imported, in essence, lifetime slaves that they take their passports from and they basically work till they die so that those people can make a whole bunch of money. But all of that aside, the influencer side of this has to level up.
1:07:25I promise you I am going to do my part. I hope you enjoyed the program. Tomorrow we'll try to do something a little more. Less about genitals, more about the news. How about that? That could be a good taglining. Less genitals, more news. Tune into The Rubin Report tomorrow.
