In short

The host reacts to speeches at the UN General Assembly, focusing on Javier Milei’s attack on the UN, Iran’s UN appearance, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s Gaza comments. The episode also pivots to US politics, criticizing left-wing figures (notably Hasan Piker, Abdul “Syed,” Ro Khanna, and Delia Ramirez) and arguing Democrats are enabling extremism.

Guest backgrounds

No podcast guests appear in the transcript. The episode discusses public figures instead: Javier Milei (Argentina president), Masoud Pezeshkian (Iran president), Marco Rubio (US Secretary of State), Scott Bessent (Treasury Secretary), Erdoğan (Turkey), and other politicians/streamers (Hasan Piker, James Carville, Scott Galloway, Ro Khanna, Delia Ramirez, Tom Homan).

Key claims

The UN is “useless” and hypocritical; Milei and Rubio argue human-rights hypocrisy and Iran’s nuclear ambitions. The host claims Iran kills large numbers of its own people and seeks chaos to help Democrats. He argues Democrats won’t confront leftist radicals and that figures like Khanna/Ramirez want to weaken border enforcement.

Notable examples

Milei’s UN remarks; Rubio’s line that Iran “can never have a nuclear weapon”; Bessent claiming Iran flights are shut down and financial pressure is ongoing; Erdoğan calling Gaza a “concentration camp” while Turkey allegedly admits no Gazan refugees; a University of Michigan exchange with Abdul Syed about IRGC abuses; Ro Khanna defending “secure borders” while tweeting heavily on Israel; Delia Ramirez calling to abolish DHS and strip ICE/CBP funding.

0:45The Rubin Report. Nice. Previously on The Rubin Report. Police training in the West Bank. Bunch of Mounties riding through Ramallah like, you, Tomaski, put your weapons down. You might be on the menu. Can someone just throw some cold water on me? The day we get a Democrat president, the borders will open exactly like what happened to Spain at the end of July and until August.

1:30Why, hello there, freedom lovers. I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It's September 24th, 2026. And as you know, we've been requesting that you tap that subscribe button. 2:11We got a great show for you today. We just did the run-through, and it's just kind of a jam-packed everything show. Obviously, we're gonna dive in with more of this nonsense coming out of the UN General Assembly. It really, I said something to this effect yesterday, but it really is just such a collection of the worst people, the worst countries getting a platform to spout nonsense, hypocritical leaders who point over there while they oppress their own people. It's just, they should just blow up that building and salt the earth. And this should just be the last of these ridiculous things and let America lead in other ways, which I think Trump is trying to do on several fronts.

2:48So let's just dive right in. There actually were a couple of nice moments, despite most of the speeches, which are just ranting and raving about Israel and it's just endless and it's nonsensical and ridiculous. There are a couple of good people there. Now, we showed you a few videos yesterday of Trump's speech, which I thought was spectacular. And then yesterday, the other guy with, at this point, I think we can say crazier hair than Donald Trump is president of Argentina, Javier Malay. And here he walks into the UN and he just rips them all a new one. Enjoy. It's been broken. That's to say, it's become a useless organization whose only purpose is to sustain a cast of fatally arrogant parasites masquerading as well-intentioned bureaucrats.

3:35I would remind them of what Mises said. Good people do not think about controlling the lives of their fellow human beings. Those who were supposed to guarantee collective security and human rights failed in their task. Instead, they allowed chaos, violence and international terrorism to flourish. The alleged defenders of human rights have sheltered bloodthirsty dictatorships and regimes that stone women in the streets. They have systematically voted against Israel while remaining silent in the face of Islamic terrorism and the genocide of Christians in Africa. And as if that were not enough, an organization established to defend the territorial sovereignty of its members decided to look the other way with regard to the situation of the Malvinas Islands, South Georgia Islands, South Sandwich Islands, and the surrounding maritime areas.

4:25I mean, he just goes on and on lecturing them about their fake posturing and all the other ridiculous nonsense that goes on in that building. They constantly, to hide their own failures, their own oppressions of their own people, their own occupations, we'll get to some of that, everything they do there is pointed at this tiny little country the size of New Jersey. You know which one I'm talking about. And he just, he gets it. He understands what freedom is. The UN, you know, in its founding 75 plus years ago, the whole idea is these countries were gonna come together and this would be the new Western world and we would have human rights organizations and we could do things together to make people's lives better.

5:12And over time, it became the complete reverse of that. It became a place to empower all of the worst voices and put places like Libya on the Human Rights Commission. I mean, it's just profoundly, profoundly absurd. And of course, they created an agency only for the Palestinians, no other group in world history that got their own agency for their refugees and you get refugee status if you're an ancestor of somebody from years before. You still remain a refugee because they want these problems to remain persistent and consistent. And speaking of problems, we did allow the Iranian president to swing by, Masoud Pezashikan.

5:54And here he is, a man who probably, we don't know the exact numbers, but it seems like killed about 70 to 100 ,000 of his own people in this year alone, the IRGC. That's what they did to their own people who have been uprising against them. But mostly he's not happy with the U.S. United States, by using weapons with multiple, targeted that sports hall. They martyred, assassinated our scientists, our men, women, and children. innocent children whom in truth had committed no crimes no sins those who are terrorists and train and protect terrorists describe us as such we have only defended ourselves we are not terrorists that our innocent people have been the targets of cowardly attacks and aggressions imposed upon our country and we defended ourselves with utmost strength america and israel attacked us equipped with the latest technology okay it's it's rather extraordinary i mean he goes on and on doesn't acknowledge the fact that they were killing their own people, never talks about the, I think it's 13 Gulf countries that he, that the Iranians fired rockets at.

7:20Even more fascinating than that is that as I was watching the rest of these speeches, so you watch the Jordanian King and you watch some of these other people from the area, president of Turkey, et cetera, none of them complained that Iran was shooting rockets at them. So Iran shot rockets at them during the war, various countries, Qatar, et cetera. Nobody mentions that and they all go after Israel, which in some cases was literally blowing those rockets out of the sky. It's mind-numbingly boring how evil these people are actually. Also, yes, the US did kill some nuclear scientists. We did because you guys were racing to build a nuclear bomb and all the time we have plenty video of it in your parliament, you're chanting for death to America.

8:02So we were kind of just not into that idea. But Marco Rubio is better at explaining this sort of stuff that I am. Go. So I don't know what standing Iran has to lecture anyone on human rights or the international system when they habitually violate it. They violate the sovereignty of every one of their neighbors by sponsoring terrorist organizations that reside in the borders of those countries. They slaughter their own people. They violate rules that were in and sanctioned that were imposed by the international community against their nuclear weapons program. So I just honestly I don't know how you stand up there and argue on behalf of the international system when you are the world's leading, the world leading violator of the international system.

8:41That's what the Iranian system has been, unfortunately, sadly, tragically. Yeah, I mean, again, this is Rubio just at his best. He gets the history. He has a sort of moral straightforwardness when he speaks. And the Iranians who were bombing other countries and killing their own people and had made it their regime's primary directive was to end the United and get nukes, well, Trump is just simply not gonna allow it. Now, interestingly, and this is why timing is everything in politics, we're what, six weeks away, less than six weeks away now, five weeks from the midterms, right? And you can argue that Iran is now playing a political game within the United States, which is, okay, Trump doesn't wanna hit us too hard before the election, because that could cost him some votes, because maybe gas goes up or it goes a little sideways or whatever.

9:32So we just want to wait it out. Maybe he then loses the midterms and he will have so many problems and be hung up in impeachment that we'll be able to sail through. Like that absolutely has to be being discussed if you're in secret Iranian meetings with a bunch of people that have arms blown off and everything else. Here is Marco Rubio though, basically blowing that illusion out of the water. Well, I think the Iranians misread our system. I think the Iranians are under this illusion that Democrats are going to win in November and the president will no longer be able to do things against them. I just don't think they understand our system very well.

10:09Other countries do, but they don't seem to. Every American president, and frankly every country in the world, for the most part, agrees that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon. But ultimately no one ever does anything about it. And he's going to do something about it. And he's doing something about it. And it comes at a price and at a cost, there's no doubt about it. But the cost of not doing something about it is substantially higher, especially for future generations. He's just good. He's telling you the political reality. There is a cost. And Trump even talked about it in his speech two days ago.

10:39He said, I don't care about the election. He said, I'm doing what I think is right. And again, we have five decades worth of video of him, as long ago as 47 years of him saying Iran is not going to get a nuke. And then every single president since then said Iran is not going to get a nuke, but didn't do anything. and in the case of Barack Obama, actually sent the mullahs a whole bunch of cash and strengthened the regime. So Trump is, it doesn't even matter in some sense what your opinion on this is or my opinion or anything else. Trump has told you what his opinion is and he's going ahead and doing it.

11:11And then as Rubio points out there, okay, they may think the Democrats are taking power and it's gonna cause all sorts of headaches for Trump and everything else. But if you think Trump is gonna turn around, you're sorely mistaken. Also, it hit me as we were doing the run through this morning, I mean, you could actually make an argument that if Trump, if the Democrats win the midterms and now Trump, they're impeaching him, they're going after him and everything else, Trump is still president, right? Like, so there'll be a whole bunch of headaches and Republicans will be jumping ship and all the terrible things that we talk about all the time, right?

11:42But you could absolutely make an argument at that point that Trump then goes even more balls to the wall than he would if the Republicans stay in power. Because then it's like, all right, I am gonna be, this is not gonna be a fun two years. I am doing everything I have to do, and I'm doing it right now because I'm also gonna be hung up in impeachment and everything else. So I think Rubio's completely right, and the Iranians should be careful what they wish for, because it's one thing for Trump to have two years left where he has all the power behind him, and he can just sort of operate as he wishes.

12:15It's another thing if Trump realizes the clock is ticking, they're coming after me right now. That's when Trump honestly is at his best. So we shall see about that. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessin, who I consistently tell you, I mean, Rubio, I just put it number one in the administration and Bessin's probably number two. Here he is laying out that this is not just a military war. We are doing other things to put the squeeze on Iran and it is working, watch. We are squeezing the Iranians like they've never seen. Today, I would say that the external flights from Iran, probably more than 80 or 90 % of them got shut down.

12:54I'm not sure how the Iranian representatives at the UN are going to get home. So we have made it very clear around the world, whether it's the financiers, the people who are doing business, the people who are supplying the Iranians, we know who you are, you know who you are, and we are going to prosecute and execute your companies and your bank accounts every day and every week. The regime turns on each other. Not impossible. Two, we get some kind of uprising for the Iranian people. They probably killed 50 ,000 of their own population. So very, very difficult. And then three, to get the Iranians to, if they want to make a deal, to stick to the deal.

13:37And this time, if there is a deal, I guarantee you they're going to stick with it. All right. So Besson's point basically is, look, there's a military situation. We all know about that, right? We've done that for a few months. Now we're doing things on their financial institutions and that the hope is that the regime will either collapse, the people will uprise, he laid out a few options there. And again, none of us have any clue if any of that will work. But the point is to Rubio's, to the earlier clip with Rubio, the point is that do you have any sense right now that Trump, no matter what happens in five weeks from now, is just gonna be like, all right, well, we tried and we're done.

14:17Like that is so not Donald Trump, so be careful what you ask for and maybe cut a deal now, but they simply obviously are not gonna do it. But they want as much chaos, right? They want violence. They would love some terrorism on American soil. Anything they can do to make America look bad so that the Democrats take power because you get a Democrat president in 28 and they'll do the same thing. They will literally empty a plane, fill it with cash as Barack Obama did, send it over there, and we'll probably send them some nuclear scientists too because the Democrats are so out of control. Let's talk about Kalshi for a minute and then we'll do more on the other side.

14:50Guys, speaking of Iran, will the US and Iran accept a new nuclear deal? Well, here's what the Kalshi markets are showing. Kalshi's like buying or selling a stock except the line isn't set by an algorithm working against you. It moves based on where the money goes. If you put$100 on yes before January 20th, 2029, you can earn$235 if correct. Download the CallShe app and use code RUBENREPORT to get 25 bucks when you trade 25. CallShe, put your money where your prediction is. All right, so let's jump back to the UN because I keep telling you, it's just the worst of the worst legion of doom people.

15:25And one of the worst people around who I think has pulled the wool over many people's eyes is Turkey's president, Tayyip Erdogan. And this is a guy who has killed thousands and thousands of Kurds. This is a guy who they currently have an actual occupation, not a fake occupation, like in Gaza, they have an actual occupation in Northern Cyprus. He has Islamized his country more. The fact that Turkey's a member of NATO is completely psychotic. He's buddies with the Hamas guys. He's just absolutely awful. And he has a giant, giant country where they could take in all of the Gazan refugees if they want, however, they've taken in zero.

16:08And what's he complaining about during his speech? You'll never guess. I have to say the following from this podium with a heavy heart. Today, Gaza is not only the world's largest graveyard for children. It is also the place with the highest rate of child amputations in the world. Gaza has become the most inhumane and shameful concentration camp of our time. Oh, and that's why you didn't let any Gazans in? Note, the war, the real hot war of Gaza ended basically the day Israel got their hostages back. Maybe you guys shouldn't have killed 1 ,400 people, including 40 Americans, and then taken hundreds of people hostage literally for years.

17:08Maybe you shouldn't have done that. And when I say you, I do look at you, Erdogan, because you're in it with the Hamas guys and everybody else. But again, as I said yesterday, all of these countries, they need Israel to wash all of their sins, right? They all do horrible things and then they have to just go, but look what Israel's doing. I mean, Turkey, not only what are they doing now, but their history, as I think you know, they killed over a million Armenians in the 1950s, in 1916 Armenian genocide, which by the way, is what Hitler said when he saw that the Turks could do that, he was like, oh, I think we can do this now, like that the world will just sit back and watch a million people be killed.

17:50So Hitler's inspiration was the Armenian genocide by the Turks, Google that for yourself. They've also killed over 20 ,000 Kurds since 1984, and they've been numbered, Kurds of all people that deserve a state, It's the Kurds, and he's killing Kurds left and right. And, of course, Turkey is in a current occupation of the nation of Cyprus. So the president of Cyprus spoke right after Erdogan, and, well, he actually told the truth. Ladies and gentlemen, I listened very carefully to the speech of President Erdogan yesterday. references to international law, to the respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states, to illegal occupation, to the drama of refugees.

18:45Yet, in relation to my country, in relation to Cyprus, Turkey is doing exactly the opposite, hypocrisy of the highest form. Yeah, just to give you a little context here, because I know people don't know that much about it, but Turkey invaded Cyprus in 1974. They control about 36 % of the land, and Cyprus is actually divided with Turkish troops there in the north, right? So it is a full-on occupation. Nobody, except for Turkey, nobody, even at the UN, I don't think they debate whether it's an occupation or not, and it's an actual occupation in contrast with the Gazan occupation, which there was not one Israeli or Jew there.

19:30It was also anyone's land to grab after the Ottoman Empire and then the British Empire and the Jews offered the Arabs a state and they said no and all of that stuff. And right now, just about 500 ,000 people live in Turkish controlled northern third of Cyprus. So the reason I'm showing, I know people are going, wait a minute, wait a minute. We only focus on one part of the world. Why are you giving us that part? Although they're very close actually. because of this. Hassan Piker, as you know, this Twitch streaming, multi-millionaire communist jihadist, he did this interview with Axios last week where we showed you a couple clips and he got fact-checked into oblivion and it was pretty terrible.

20:11But one of the questions he was asked was about people under occupation and their right to resist. And while obviously he's talking about Gazans and Palestinians because he just wants people to be able to kill Jews. But we did a little edit here. Take a look. Occupied people have a right, a legally recognized right, to resist militarily against their colonial occupants. In 1974, Turkey invaded Cyprus. Its army sieves more than one-third of the island. Fifty years later, Turkey still controls the north. One island, still divided. Occupied people have a right, a legally recognized right to resist militarily against their colonial occupants.

20:55All right, so let's be very, very clear. Hassan, I assume you want to be consistent about this. So you think that the people of Cyprus who are under occupation, and it's a real occupation, they have the right to violently uprise against the Turks. I think we have to get that clip out there. We're going to clip that. Let's get people knowing that. And the next time Hassan shows up in Turkey, I think he's going to have a bit of a problem because he just said that the Cypriots have an actual legal right to kill Turks that are on their land. So we'll just put that there for a moment. We got one more of Hassan in case you didn't barf during that one.

21:30Here he is. I mean, it is so insane they've attached themselves to this guy and they cannot control. Diesel prices just hit a record high. There goes my margin. Not mine, brother. I switched to mudflap. But those other fuel cards just nail you with the fees. No, not Mudflap. They don't have any fees. No monthly, annual, out of network, nada. What I say, I keep. 23:17I will throw you in prison, okay? I want to put you physically behind a prison. I want Chinese-style communism to happen inside of the Democratic Party right now, okay? I want to do cultural revolution s*** when I see that. Okay, we're doing a struggle session. Chuck Schumer, get on the f***ing cuck stage. Okay, people can now throw their old tomatoes at Cuck Schumer. Get on the cuck stage now. Explain to us your counter-revolutionary behavior right now, Cuck Schumer. Um, I decided to talk about the funding of the police. I thought that was an acceptable appropriate angle of attack. while Donald Trump has cut the healthcare of 72 million Americans.

24:13What the ? All right, I get it. You're probably watching that going, Dave, why are you bludgeoning us with this? Who cares about this guy? Did you see the comment section just lit up? He gets crazy amounts of views. And as you know, he's campaigning with Democrats, including Abdul Syed and with Mamdami and the rest of it. He does, he loves struggle sessions and he brings all their candidates to his house to ask them all the questions. And they have to agree with him on absolutely, And it's absolutely all 12 of them. And of course, four to six of them are always about Israel. But all right, you want a Chinese style revolution?

24:43Well, in the communist revolution, I mean, 40 to 80 million people were killed. It's hard to know the exact numbers on that, but you want that. And of course, that's also consistent with something we've shown you over the last couple of weeks. We're Democrats on CNN, you're seeing this on MSNOW, BC, whatever the fuck it, damn. They want, you don't think once they have power, They will try to drag everybody in front of clown courts. It will be the scarecrow in the dark night rises. Like I'm telling you guys, these people are completely out of control. Just listen to them and note that no Democrat, no Democrat will separate from him.

25:18They keep being asked, mainstream media is begging them. They're going to, will you disassociate with this guy? Or do you have a problem with what this guy said? Or he did call for blood in the streets and he said, America deserved 9-11 and he's not proud to be an American. And others will he disassociate? Well, he's just a Twitch streamer. Sure, I was having dinner with him and I campaigned with him, but it's just a Twitch streamer. But really what that gets to is that there is a certain amount of people that simply have no idea what time it is, right? They may have a watch on their wrist, but they have no idea what time it is.

25:45And even a broken clock is right twice a day, but for these people, it's never right. And one of those people I would say is James Carville. Now James Carville, you know, he was a legendary Democrat advisor under Clinton. He's the guy that I smacked around on Real Time with Bill Maher when he said, the very fine people on both sides hoax. But he's an old school Democrat. And he seems to think that the problem in the Democrat Party can just go away because Hassan is not really a Democrat. This is such thin, just low resolution stuff. Here he is. Heisen Piker is not a Democrat. I don't really care what he says.

26:22And my problem with the Democratic socialist law, don't use our name. If the Democratic name is held in such a repute by a Democratic socialist, Heisman Pica, call yourself something else. Call yourself, I don't care, call yourself the Communist Party. Don't matter to me. But don't use the word Democratic if you think we're so bad. If you think Franklin Roosevelt, Martin Luther King, and Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama were all so terrible, don't use our name. Well, sorry. Sorry, buddy. You don't know what time it is. They took your name already. They are the Democrats. Who has more juice? Is it you or is it him?

26:59And you want them, yeah, they said they were Democrat Socialists, but obviously that wasn't, I mean, years ago, I was saying that they're not gonna call themselves Democrat Socialists. Now they just openly say Socialists, and some of them say Communists, and some of them say Marxists. So you just have no idea what time it is. You needed, this was the conversation you needed to be having for your party five years ago. You're having it now going, well, I don't care what they are because they're not Democrats, except they are Democrats. And what you are, what you are, James Carville, is probably, I mean, I don't want him on our side really, but you're probably just a moderate Republican because you don't hate the country.

27:35You're wrong on all your big government stuff and you're just a bloviating ding dong. But like, you're probably one of us because we're nice people and we like America and you're an American, right? Like I disagree with all your stuff, but you're an American. So come on and join us over here because they will take you out in their, you know what? Communist revolution, because that's what they're calling for. And you're gonna bicker whether they're sullying the name of the Democrat Party or not. Just to give you a little bit of numbers on how bad it is for the Democrats, here is CNN's data dork, a man who definitely humps a USB drive at the end of every day, Harry Enten, and here he is explaining Chuck Schumer's fate.

28:18Well, take a look at Chuck Schumer's numbers. I mean, hello, okay. Schumer's net favorability with Democrats. Back in 2018, right, it was plus 28 points. But, of course, Democrats did not win back the United States Senate during the 2018 cycle. In 2020, when they did, it was plus 53 points. Look at where it is now. A Marquette University Law School poll out earlier this month. It's minus 5 points. Johnny B on the side shaking his head. These are no bueno, no good numbers. And this is among Democrats. Democrats hate Chuck Schumer. They don't like Chuck Schumer. And this is why you're seeing a lot of Democratic Senate candidates on the trail when being asked about whether or not they want Chuck Schumer to be the next leader in the United States Senate for Democrats.

28:59They'll either try and push off the question or say, no, this is a decline, Johnny B, of what? 58 points. 58 point difference from where we were back the last time that Democrats were trying to take back the United States Senate during the 2020 Senate. So James Carville, I don't really care whether you're a Democrat or not. I don't care. You should call yourself that thing. Except look what's happening in your party. They're talking about the leader of the Democrat Party and his numbers are completely insane. They have rotted out the carcass. They are now in control of the whale and you are about to be pooped out.

29:34So you might want to get a better watch and figure out what time it is. And Chuck Schumer, like, good luck, dude. You know, Chuck Schumer, the thing is, Chuck Schumer's wrong about everything. He lies about everything. He's awful. Do you think Chuck Schumer hates America? The answer is obviously no. He's just an old, useless Democrat party tool. And you tried to, for the last five years, Chuck, you tried to manage the crazies. You tried to feed them, and then you tried to pull back a little bit. It was always Trump is Hitler, Trump is Hitler. but in the end, Chuck, who is gonna take you out and who's gonna show up at your house and who's gonna do the pogrom on you and your family?

30:16It's going to be your side and they're gonna do it to you, James Carville, and everyone else that still doesn't know, as I've said now for the 10th time, what time it is. Let's talk about relief factor for a minute and then we'll get to some more. 31:39They have broken the brains of so many people. The decent ones, again, the fact that I'm calling Carville and Schumer decent when they're awful lefty people who I disagree with on virtually everything, but again, I don't think they fundamentally hate the United States of America, but that's very different from the Hassan Pikers, from the Abdul Syeds, from the Mamdamis, et cetera. And they just don't know how to stop it. So now let's jump over to Michigan because Michigan has what seems to be the most important Senate race. Michigan and Texas, I would say, pretty much the big two right now. And it's not looking good in either one at the moment.

32:14There was a, well, they had Abdul Syed showed up at the University of Michigan, and he had a rather interesting exchange. This is a young Iranian American talking about how his family was hunted down, several people were killed by the IRGC, and tries to get Abdul to condemn the IRGC, who again, killed some people in this kid's family, killed, Besant said, 50 ,000 people, their estimates up to 100 ,000 people just in this calendar year alone of their own people. And he just asked, will Abdul condemn them? My cousin, my cousin was hunted in the streets of Iran by the IRGC because her hijab wasn't on right.

32:54My uncle was sentenced to die, received 50 lashings by Ali Khamenei's government, and the terror that we've experienced is insurmountable and you can imagine our surprise as Persians, our sadness when we heard you Abdul, a leaked audio tape of you saying that you didn't want to comment on Supreme Leader Khamenei's death and that people in Dearborn were sad when he died. I want to ask if you regret that silence. I want to ask if you renounce the people that held vigils, that supported this terrorist for all the stuff that he's done. I wanted to ask if you stand unequivocally against the IRGC, against the Islamic Republic of Iran that has killed 50 ,000 protesters, Abdul.

33:39I haven't heard anything from you about the protesters, Abdul. Please. All right, we're going to show you an answer in a bit more in just a second. But the reason I wanted to come back to me first was it's interesting because as you noted, as you probably noted, the kid there was wearing a cross. So there are obviously Christians. and there are, well, there are Christians, Iranian Americans that are Christians, but there are Christians in Iran as well. And the IRGC is the mullahs. It is a radical Islamic sect, which undoubtedly Abdul Syed enjoys. And he went out of his way. Remember there was also leaked audio of him saying that he didn't wanna comment on Khomeini's death because it would upset some people in his own district.

34:21Like, what are we doing here? So now let's continue. What I will tell you is this, for too long and too often, when we think about our role in the world, we have turned ourselves into the world's policemen. When one decides that we are going to go in and take out the leadership of a foreign government, because here's what happens. I will always stand, like I told you, I will always stand with movements for freedom and democracy. But again, I want to be careful because how many times were you taking down a path to war that we could not get ourselves out of? Trillions of dollars in lost... God, he is so evil and he is practicing what is known as taqiyya and you should Google it yourself, but it is a way that Muslims are allowed to lie to non-believers in order to attain power.

35:18That's what they're all... Mamdami does this all the time. That is what they are doing. The question was, will you who condemned the IRGC for what they did to my family and the killing of 50 ,000 people? And his answer was about American foreign policy. They were killing those people before we dropped a bomb on Iran. The people there have been oppressed, but he doesn't care about the women that are forced to be in beekeepers' costumes. He doesn't care about the gays that are hung on cranes. He doesn't care about the non-believer or the Christian that's in Iran because he is a fundamentalist Muslim.

35:49That is what he is. He's doing it in a tight black shirt for now, but eventually it'll be with a full on headscarf and everything else. And fortunately, I think he is, because it's so obvious what he is. I mean, what low hanging fruit, what low hanging fruit. You stand with all oppressed people. Well, then why didn't you say anything when the people were uprising against the mullahs? Why didn't you say anything in their defense? Why didn't you say anything in their support? but you're not for them because you want the radical Islamist clerics to run Iran and you want them to run America too. It's just fairly obvious.

36:26Now, Scott Galloway, you know him, NYU professor of business who we talked about yesterday, who he's a, again, it's one of these people, he's a left, put him in the Schumer thing, put him with James Carville. He's one of these lefties. He gets most of the stuff wrong, obviously loves America. He's not awful, but again, and just does not know what time it is. However, he did have Abdul on his podcast and he called out Abdul for lying about a genocide in Gaza. And listen to Abdul's answer, it's so interesting. Watch this. As a Jew, I find it entirely unfair and not accurate to describe what's happening in Israel as a genocide.

37:09Typically a genocide doesn't involve shipping in polio vaccines or 2 ,500 calories a day or dropping leaflets or leaving voicemails telling civilians to vacate an area where they have been purposely embedded in military targets. Do you understand why Jews such as myself find your description of what's happening in Israel and in Gaza as a genocide as disqualifying? When people use dehumanizing language against the people, when they bomb their hospitals and their schools, when they attempt to displace them from where they are with the argument that, well, you know, they're all Arabs. These other people speak the same language.

37:49They might as well just be shipped over there. That seems to me to be deliberate targeting. But the question to me is, could we put the same effort into preventing it from having happened in the first place? Okay, so first off, let me just say that, Galloway, you're making a mistake there by saying, as a Jew, it has nothing to do with whether you're a Jew or not. It has to be, it has to do with someone that lives in reality. There's truth and then there's lies. The truth is not only that there was no genocide, 70 ,000 people have been killed in Gaza. Half of them were Hamas fighters. And then there's another half of people who they used as human shields.

38:23And just think, what would you do? You, person watching this right now, your wife gets brutally murdered, your daughter gets raped and kidnapped, your son gets killed, and it happens to 1 ,000 other people, over 1 ,000 other people, communities completely destroyed, and they're hidden under the rubble of this place over there, and you're desperately trying to get them back. What would you do? I mean, this is the great test for the West because it likely is gonna come to other countries and it's gonna be internal. At least there, they were taking them to Gaza, but when it starts happening in France and Britain, it's gonna be happening in their own suburbs.

38:55But interestingly, so his answer was, well, he never said that there was a genocide. He said he doesn't like dehumanizing language. Okay, I watched the 47 minute video. They run around talking about how excited they are to kill Jews, not Israelis, not, oh, we got these Likud people, these far righties. No, they just wanna kill everyone. It's what you guys do, dehumanizing language about the Zionists, right? And then when they bomb hospitals and schools, because Hamas uses them as bases and there is endless evidence of that nonstop. He then further goes on to say in it that basically the reason they're saying genocide over and over is just to gin up the base.

39:35They know that there is no genocide. But again, Abdul, even if you believed there was genocide, Egypt has a border with Gaza. We've shown you the wall many times. All you have to do is open up the border and you could save all those people, but you don't want them saved. You don't give a shit about the Palestinians. This is all about trying to kill the Israelis. It's obvious I've had more than enough of it. But the problem again is that a bunch of lefties, Scott Galloway will end up voting for Democrats. James Carville will vote for Democrats. all of these guys that don't get to the end of the road, right?

40:13And then what that does is that ushers in all of the evil. Jordan Peterson and I, about two years ago, discussed this on his podcast, that it's the good liberals that in some sense are ushering in all of the worst illiberal ideas. And I think that's what happened to the liberals. They saw the chaos and instead of confronting it as the conservatives, and we can do the conservative version of this where their weak spots are too, obviously. But instead of confronting what was going on, how good they had it, they decided to just, ah, we'll let the crazy people just keep running around. And then, you know, the guy's trying to hold the door and we'll just sort of chisel it as Achilles heel a little bit by not defending him.

40:53And we'll kind of call him racist, too. Or when other people call him racist and he's not really racist, we won't say anything. And I think that that's really what's happened here. Yeah. And, well, I agree with that guy. Like, that is what's happened here. The good, decent Democrats did not know how to defend liberalism. They didn't know how to defend their own party. I agree with you, James Carville. The Democrat Party was your party, but it is not your party anymore. Scott Galloway, if you vote for Democrats, you're voting in people that, well, Hassan just said it. He'd love to put you up in front of a tribunal and do a communist revolution on you.

41:30You think because you agree with him maybe on universal health care, he's not going to throw you in the gulag? Of course he is. So everyone, everyone that is roughly sane and loves the country must vote Republican. That's the political answer to all of this because the extremes on that side are just getting more extreme. Here's another one. And this is the, I don't know, of all the people in politics right now, in a weird way, I despise this guy the most because I had several sit downs with him and I just think he's such a snake. Like, it's obvious, like, okay, the jihadist crew, it's like you are what you are, right?

42:03but Ro Khanna is just, he's just so slimy and gross. Here he is going on CNBC and Joe Kernan, showed you a video of Joe yesterday, asks him about the extremes in his party. And Ro of course has been tweeting about Israel for the last month, probably 90 % of his tweets are about Israel, which I'm sure that really helps the people in his district in Northern Cali, but go ahead. Have you spoken out against any of what you see as some of the extremes in your party? None of your other Democratic colleagues are speaking out about this stuff. People are speaking out. Fetterman? That's the only guy. Look, here's the thing.

42:40Have you spoken out against anti-Semitism? I have. I unequivocally condemn anti-Semitism. I unequivocally condemn it in any form. Of course I condemn anti-Semitism. In our district, actually, the police are well-respected. We have some of the safest cities. You want to get rid of ice? You want to open borders? Dissolve ice? There's a difference between getting rid of ICE and having secure borders. I'm always for secure borders. My parents were immigrants. There's a process where you come into America. My dad came, as you remember, to Michigan, maybe. It was a student visa. Then they got a green card.

43:14I was born in Philadelphia. There's a process. We need secure borders. But ICE, I think we should start over. He's just such a liar and a scumbag. First off, you're relentless. Literally for the last six weeks, all he does is tweet about Israel, right? Because he wants to run for president. and he wants the base to like him. The base is going to hate him because he's so obviously inauthentic and he's worth hundreds of millions of dollars. We'll get to that in just a second. You've probably heard me talk about it before. But also, I want secure borders. I'm for secure borders. None of you Democrats that say this, none of you should be listened to at all.

43:51For four years under Joe Biden, none of you said to Joe Biden, hey, can we close the border? None of you did it. As a matter of fact, you told us we were all racist because we wanted the border closed. So I'm sorry, Ro Khanna, you don't like how ICE is doing things. Thank God ICE is doing what it is doing. And that doesn't mean it's perfect because there's nothing that's perfect. But we'll just start over. We'll just start over. But you don't deserve our trust and you certainly don't deserve anyone's votes. Of course, the other thing that he wants is he just wants more money. He's worth hundreds of millions of dollars himself.

44:22He's not quite a billionaire, so he's really focused on taxing the billionaires because they need more money. If Ro Khanna just had more money, think of all of the things he could do because the government is so good at doing things. And my view is that we need this country working for the people I grew up with. That, in my view, means taxing the billionaires. I know we have a disagreement. You're going to just expand more social programs, expand more spending, expand, expand, expand, not try to maybe pay down what we already have or narrow the deficit that we run every year. And beyond any of these, we obviously we need to spend money on defense.

45:00Maybe you don't like this war. A lot of people don't, but we need to spend money probably on defense. It's such a dangerous war. The fossil fuel subsidies. Is that is that really the big thing that the things that you're talking about expanding are where most of the of the problems are. We need to do things with all the entitlements and all the welfare and all the all the we got to fix Social Security, got to fix Medicare, got to fix Medicaid. We got to fix all those things. That was Joe basically just smacking him slightly each way. Smack, smack, smack. But he just wants more money. He never wants to talk about fraud, but just tax the billionaires.

45:33And by the way, you already taxed the billionaires to the tilt in your state of California, which is why Elon and Peter Thiel and about, what is it? I think it's 25 other billionaires have left California in the last year. But interestingly, again, the reason he's so inauthentic is he's one of the elites. Put up the image. I just love this. Ro Khanna's latest annual house disclosure lists his assets at about 69 to 167 million plus. And by the way, his two minor children, that means that I guess they're under 13, hold trust stakes in three private Ohio golf clubs, Barrington, Sandridge, and Mayfield.

46:15I'm not kidding. I think we should just go to one of those clubs and demand to walk in. And why do you have a border? And why do I have to pay to get in here? But do you understand that? his minor children have stakes in golf clubs in Ohio, he's in California, because he's using it as a tax shelter. So a man who is worth probably around, we just split the difference on those numbers, he's worth, let's say, about$130 million. He's putting tax money in tax shelters in Ohio while he wants you to tax other people. Like, you can't hate these people enough. I always say it, it's like, I don't wanna hold hatred in my heart, I really don't.

46:50I think you have to have a little space for it now and again, and then you have to figure out whether it's through exercise or prayer or yoga or punching an inflatable clown or whatever it is, midget wrestling, like whatever you got to do to get rid of that hate, right? Midget, tossing midgets, you know, you get it. Whatever it is, but I have hatred for this guy because you are a liar and a con man and you are so freaking slimy. And also he was texting me about whether I'd vote for him for president, like, what a clown, all right. But it continues, it continues, because again, James Carville, this is not your party anymore, I'm very sorry.

47:27Here's Illinois representative Delia Ramirez, and this is gonna be AI translated because she's speaking all in Spanglish, which is a pretty decent movie with Adam Sandler. Did you ever see Spanglish? It's pretty good, actually. She's speaking in Spanish, and here she wants to abolish the Department of Homeland Insecurity and more. And it should be noted, not only is she speaking in Spanish, She's also an anchor baby herself. Go. And finally, to wrap things up, we should abolish the Department of Homeland Security. We are going to create a brand new department where we completely strip all funding and authority from ICE and CBP, along with the invasive authorities they are currently using to track you and to keep detailed lists of you.

48:11And instead, we will create a community safety department where immigration will no longer be handled by that department that likes to call the immigrant a terrorist when it wants to attack them. Nobody calls immigrants terrorists. If you mean that we call illegal immigrants illegal, well then, yes. Also, she is an anchor baby. Her parents came from Guatemala and then just had her here. Thus, she got citizenship. And there she is giving a press conference in Spanish about how she's gonna get rid of the Department of Homeland Security. like this is beyond, beyond out of control. Like beyond out of control, it's also an example of why we shouldn't have anchor babies and we shouldn't have birther tourism and everything else.

48:58But again, James Carville, what you gonna do? You're not gonna do anything. You're not gonna do anything, Phoenix, you can roll for me. One of the guys who is doing a little something about this, who obviously she doesn't like very much, of course, is Tom Homan, and here he is pointing out that I know they're not going anywhere and they're going to keep doing their job. We need to be abolished and we need to create a separate civil immigration system. I want to remind you, ICE has arrested hundreds of thousands of public safety threats and removed them out of our neighborhoods and communities, making this country safer.

49:35Over 60 % of ICE arrests are criminals. That's just a stone-cold fact. Hundreds of thousands removed from the country, which you see the current rate going down, that's a lot to do with it. Plus ICE is in charge of narcotics investigation, drug smuggling investigation, investigations revolving technology being smuggled out of the country, given to our enemies to be used against our war fighters that do human trafficking investigations. So ICE is more than immigration, first of all. If you want to abolish ICE, start by abolishing Congress because they wrote the law that ICE is enforcing. Great line.

50:10That's a great line right there, right? Like ICE was created by Congress. They are defending our borders and doing what they legally were set out to do. I'm sorry that that lady speaking in Spanish whose parents came from Guatemala and had her here and thinks that she has a right to go against congressional laws. Like, I'm sorry that you don't like it, lady, but he's completely right. And again, just think, what do you think if the Democrats took power and the ideas of Hassan Piker and the rest of these guys were strengthened. What do you think they would do to Tom Holman? They would obviously throw him in jail.

50:48It would be a complete clown court and they'd throw him in jail. And they'd throw Trump in jail too. And they'd throw everybody in jail. This is what a communist revolution is. The fact that he was so brazen in saying it. Like, this is what they want. And we could all wake up the day after the midterms and have it confronting us right in the face. Like, we really need to start thinking about this. but we should also think about Medicare and Medicare, how was that? That was pretty good, right? Medicare is one of those things that can get incredibly confusing, incredibly fast. There are tons of plans, a ton of fine print.

51:19Most people don't have the time to sit there and figure out whether they're actually on the right one. That's where chapter comes in. Chapter is independent Medicare advisors who compare every plan nationwide and help you find the plan that best fits your needs, your doctors and your prescriptions. They're not there to pressure you into switching just for the sake of it. If you're already on the right plan, they'll tell you. and if not, they'll walk you through your options and help you make a change. Historically, seniors who work with Chapter have saved an average of 1 ,100 bucks a year. The call is completely free, there's no pressure to sign up, and you can review your options in under 20 minutes.

51:49So don't leave your Medicare coverage on autopilot. Call Chapter today at 332-867-0207. That's 332-867-0207. Okay, so Democrats, I think we've illustrated, we don't like them very much, and they always want more of your money. And one thing that they're never interested in is figuring out anything about fraud, right? They like to say, throw more money at this. We want universal healthcare. We want childcare for everybody. We want big social programs. And you say to them, well, where is the money going? Does any of this work? Why do all of these people at hospices have Bentleys? They wake up, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

52:27And one of the guys who exposed, of course, all of this is Nick Shirley. and Nick is now dealing with major, major death threats and being accosted and everything else and here he is with Laura Ingraham explaining a little bit about what he's dealing with right now. Nearly every single day I wake up to a new death threat and when I'm out in the street as well, I mean, I'm one of the most recognizable faces for these fraudsters. Like I am 100 % accurate in my reporting thus far as far as all the locations I've filmed and have been busted. So for a fraudster to see me in public, it's quite literally like their worst fear.

53:04So that's what I mean when I say it's getting too dangerous. People literally wanna kill me each and every single day. And what's gonna stop a fraudster from doing something to me if they see me at one of their locations where they're committing fraud. And again, let me link that back to that video of I Want a Chinese Style Revolution by Hassan. This is again, the same guy and many lefties who celebrated the death of Charlie Kirk. Oh, Charlie said this or that about trans people. Like, yeah, somebody was gonna kill him. Or Donald Trump when he got shot in Butler. Well, he's Donald Trump and people thought he was Hitler.

53:35So somebody is going to shoot him. Or the United Healthcare CEO. Well, we didn't like what we were paying on our premiums. Somebody was going to shoot him. So they have created the conditions that why wouldn't somebody out there just shoot Nick Shirley or anyone else who's on the bad side of this? And that's what I, when I was talking about them opening up a Pandora's box, once you slightly say, well, some of this violence is okay. Or you know what? But if you're at a school and you're really into Hamas, you can stop Jewish students from coming to class, or you can stop somebody from walking into a restaurant, or you can just pick a restaurant, and oh, it happens to be owned by a Jew, so don't let people walk in, or all of these things.

54:14It breaks down the social contract, and for every one of you lefties that thinks that you're so morally right, and then all the rest of us are just evil racists and blah, blah, blah, well, eventually, people on our side are gonna be like, well, wait a minute, I think those people are really awful, and they think violence is okay, so we'll start thinking violence is okay. Like I'm not condoning violence, obviously, but it's just human nature at some point if you keep pushing people. Now, the other interesting thing about it is when you confront so many of these lefties on anything related to reality, they fold so quickly.

54:47I thought this was really interesting. So Nick Shirley was out in the airport the last couple of days, and just one of these just generic nutbags approaches him and watch how calm he is versus the sort of hysteria and kind of, well, just watch. Because I'm a liberal cuck, and I don't like people like you. For what? For exposing fraud? Get out of here, dude. You're the one who, we're both going to scare you. Great. Great, I don't give a s*** when you said shame on me, but for what? I don't need to tell you. You know. Because you can't even say why. You know. For what? You know why. For exposing fraud?

55:22Oh, my God. You see, look, well, first of all, He did kind of hit him or hit the phone or whatever, but Nick's really calmly. So what did I do? I exposed fraud. What did I do? And the anger that this guy has, like these people, you don't think at some point when push comes to shove, they wouldn't do the unthinkable. Again, Hasan Piker literally goes on a live stream, tells his people, you don't need to suicide bomb anymore. Just get Chinese drones and kill people. We want blood in the streets. Called for the assassination of Rick Scott. Like they are creating the conditions. They are creating the conditions for mass violence.

55:59And then at the same time, they excuse violence. So let's continue, let's connect this to the, what was the big story until about two weeks ago when the AI thing took over and now everyone's focused on the UN. But of course that was the Lindsay Clancy trial. And thank God, one juror who happened to be a black man, much to the chagrin of Gayle King, made sure that she was not gonna walk scot-free, that he was rather upset that she killed three of her kids. Well, the views Sunny Hassan, this is so wild, and I always say she's the most racist person on television, but apparently she was involved as a juror in a trial.

56:35It was for the butcher of Tompkins Square Park. This is, I don't know, how long ago was it? It was maybe 20 years ago or something. We'll get the year on it. And she talks about how she was the holdout juror for the murderer because he must have been insane. Watch. I thought absolutely that she was not criminally responsible by reason of insanity. And the reason I felt that, I feel so strongly about this holdout juror is because I was a holdout juror in a case. In the Daniel Rakowitz case, I don't know if people remember it, the butcher of Tompkins Square Park. It was in 19... The guy who ate the victims?

57:12Yes. You were on that jury? You're going to need to explain more. Several jurors questioned afterwards said one holdout juror was principally responsible... Assuncion. Preventing them from returning a guilty verdict. That was me. And it was because I saw clearly that he was psychotic. Of course. He was in a psychosis. He did not mean to kill her. And once he killed her, he panicked. He chopped up her body parts. Yes, boiled her body parts. Tried to commit the perfect crime and then fed her. And you got this guy off? No, no, no. But he fed, that's how much I believe in the insanity defense. and he fed her body parts to the unhoused.

57:54Excuse me, can I move over? Yes, yes. I don't need to be around. But all that being said, it was so clear to me in the jury room. And we were sequestered for nine days. One juror threw a chair at me. They were so angry with me. But one by one, I picked them off and said, what about this? What about that? And we ended up, all 12, unanimously voting that he was not criminally responsible. Just hungry. See, that's my issue when he didn't log in. Of insanity. That's the issue with the law. still in a mental institution being treated. Connor, did I understand? Maybe I had a stroke in the middle of that clip.

58:30Is she proud of the fact that she helped get off the guy who killed the people, fed the people to homeless people, boiled the body parts, and then convinced the other jurors that he shouldn't go to jail, he should just be in a psych ward? And she's proud of that. Okay. Okay. This type of thing. Look, is that guy insane? If you kill somebody and then you chop up their body parts and you feed them to homeless people, are you insane? Yes. I'll say that. You'd be pretty nuts to do that. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be criminally liable for it. So there she's, he's in a mental institution. This is the exact same thing they just did with Lindsay Clancy.

59:17So someone has a problem. someone's on prescription drugs, someone has postpartum depression, somebody's dad hit them when they were five, and you're allowed to just murder people and you won't go to jail. Everyone that commits crazy psychotic murder, whether it's shooting up a school or murdering a family, killing your kids, the list of things that we could, of like unspeakable things that humans have done throughout time, they're all insane in some way, right? A sane person, if an AK-47 is sitting on this desk in front of me, a crazy person might pick it up and just randomly start shooting people.

59:56That doesn't mean he should get off because he's crazy. A sane person would look at it and go, what's that gun doing here? We should probably put that in a secure box. Right, but they're just incredible. But what I wanna link that to is that now a interview came out with Patrick Clancy. This is the father of the three murdered children, and Lindsey Clancy's husband. And again, if you read the transcript, I don't know that they ever released the audio, but if you read the transcript of his call to 911, I kid you not, I almost threw up when I read it because he's on the phone as he realizes what's happened to his kids when he goes downstairs.

1:00:31Here he is being asked about Lindsey and whether he forgave her, whether she asked for forgiveness, et cetera. And I think when it comes to forgiveness, I also felt that if I didn't get there, I would be eaten up inside forever. Did you ask Lindsay why she did it?

1:00:55I asked her if she remembered it. And what did she say? She said it was like a dream. I live with the outcome. I live with it every day. Has she ever asked for your forgiveness? No. But I gave it to her. I mean, that's something. That is something. Has she ever asked for the forgiveness? No, it's interesting she never asked for forgiveness, but he gave it. I mean, that is rather extraordinary. It reminds me of at Charlie Kirk's memorial just days after he died, when Erica Kirk forgave Tyler Robinson, the murderer of Charlie Kirk. Like that man's life is ruined. It's not even ruined. You can't even explain what that, That man's children are all dead and his wife will likely live in a mental institution for the rest of her life and be in a wheelchair and whatever.

1:01:48What joy will that man ever be able to pilfer out of his life? But all of these things are connected because the point of almost everything we've done on the show today is show you that bad ideas are gaining strength. So if you're in that little wishy-washy area where it's still my Democratic Party or they're not all insane or maybe political violence is kind of okay, you are doing exactly what I said to Jordan Peterson. You're literally, not literally, you are figuratively just like etching away at the, there's a guy guarding the door and the barbarians are at the gate and they're trying to come in and they're gonna ruin everything that this country has been about for 250 years.

1:02:29And you, instead of helping the guy, can we help the guy? Can we push back on that? Can we make sure these people don't come in? You kind of poke him and noodle him a little bit. and eventually they'll get in, but you'll go, I wasn't so terrible because, hey, bad guys, I know you're here now, but I was etching away at his Achilles. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. All right, let's do a Locals.com community Q &A. If you wanna get a question in on the fly, Joseph is at the computer, rubinreport.locals.com. Vippy VIP says, I like both Vance and Rubio, but Vance is getting the short end of the stick. Fraud work isn't sexy.

1:03:00Vance keeps announcing savings, yet taxpayers never feel the money coming back. We already know how we got screwed. How does he turn We Stop the Fraud into something people actually notice in their lives? It's a great question actually, because yeah, and this is sort of why Democrats never talk about fraud because there's nothing sexy about it, right? It's like, it's nice to know that we are uncovering fraud, that we are, he said the other day that they found, I think about, what was it, about 800 ,000 people that have committed federal fraud related to financing and they're never gonna get government loans again and things like that, but it isn't the sexiest thing, right?

1:03:35Like it is, you know, war and terrorism and culture war stuff and trans nonsense. That's all the sexy stuff that people really pay attention to. So yes, I guess you could argue that he's flying a little bit under the radar. Trump also did something interesting with Vance, which was that when we had the beginning of those Iran negotiations, he sent him there and basically said, if it works, I'm taking the credit. And if it doesn't work, I'm throwing it on Vance. I think the other main issue that Vance has right now, just optics wise, even though again, I like him and I constantly play videos of him.

1:04:08I think he's a great at Trump does bumper sticker stuff. And I think he's great at the under the hood explainer stuff. But he is attached still to Tucker Carlson and Tucker's son was working in his office and Tucker is doing everything he can to destroy Donald Trump and the Republican party. And JD seems a bit afraid to distance himself from that. Like he gave one speech, what a week or two ago where he was like, well, Tucker is my friend. And it's like, well, I don't know how you as the vice president, everyone, it's nice to have friends that have different political opinions, but you have a friend that's supporting Abdul Al-Sayed while you're the vice president of the United States.

1:04:44Do you, like, how is that acceptable? You have a friend who calls Donald Trump a pedophile and says Donald Trump's not mentally capable of being president and everything else. Like, I get what friendship is. And then also you are the vice president of the United States. So I think he has just some stuff he needs to clean up in general. But I would love to talk to him about it. And I think I've been more than fair to him on these things. So we'll see. Hey26 says, on another subject, instead of banning these useless outlets from the White House, how about the press secretary or Trump simply ignore their reps in the room by not calling on them or acknowledging them by starting with Bobby from the network that paid my presidential library fund X million for their lives published in XX media.

1:05:27Maybe that's far more effective. What do you think? Yeah, I think I actually mentioned something like that yesterday. They're not banned. They're just not getting special access. But it would be interesting. You're under no obligation as the press secretary or Donald Trump to ever call on CNN. You know, the funny thing is it's a love hate thing that these guys have. CNN hates Trump, lies about him relentlessly, but needs Trump because he gets them ratings. And Trump, you can make the sort of reverse argument of that, which is that Trump kind of needs them to go after him in an awful way because it's just kind of low hanging fruit for him to go after, right?

1:05:59We all despise the mainstream media and it's just easy fodder for the rest of us. But I think, yeah, basically, okay, you wanna be in the room, you wanna sit there, you wanna report on what I do. Well, we know you're gonna lie in your reporting, but I don't have to call on you, right? And that basically is what he's doing. So I think that's just fine. Also, again, these outlets that have lied so much, you don't just get a chair in the White House forever. Times are a-changing. There's the ascension of the online media, the dissension of what you guys are. Like at some point when you've lied and lied and lied and lied, why should he go back to you?

1:06:33And I think that's what he's realizing. But again, I'll say exactly what I said the other day with this, which is optics wise, is this gonna work or not? Do you, are there some people even on the Republican side that are like, oh, he's banning media. This isn't, this isn't good. Or they're confused about the first amendment or whatever. You know, I don't know. Jeff says, Dave, who do you think is the most serious comic in history? A serious comic? Like, well, if you mean like the most sort of, who's told the most truth or something like that, probably George Carlin. He, oh, look at you. You knew I was gonna say George Carlin.

1:07:07You had a George Carlin ready to go. Yeah, I met George Carlin once, which was really great. I'll tell you one quick story about George Carlin. When I was in LA, I became friends with his daughter. Then I'll answer fully, I'll answer your question, but I became friends with his daughter, Kelly Carlin, who's a wonderful gal, and she used to have these parties all the time. And one night she let me and this other guy, who's a comic whose name need not be mentioned, but like someone you probably know of. She let us go into the guest room in her house, which was George's room when he stayed there in his later years.

1:07:38And she had boxes, just cardboard boxes everywhere. And in all of them were filled with his jokes. Literally, it would be like a piece of paper. It would be a receipt. Literally, I remember a receipt where he'd write, you know, the premise on the front and the punchline on the back. Like, so he was at a diner, he had an idea. and a lot of them were in laminated things and they were covered in plastic or whatever, but she let us go in there for like two hours and read them back and forth to each other. And I was literally crying out of joy, like crying laughter, but out of joy of what an incredible thing that was.

1:08:07So anyway, in terms of comic and serious, in terms of cultural commentary, I would say it's George Carlin. Some people would say Pryor did more internal stuff. Pryor's stuff was about his life, his struggles with drugs and alcohol and all that stuff. Carlin did more cultural commentary. You know, over the years, my politics have shifted away from where Carlin was. So some of it doesn't hold up in a way that I kind of want it to, but the world changed. At the time that he was doing those things, there was nobody nearly as brilliant or eloquent or had just a way with words, a magical jazz-like way of talking.

1:08:45He simply, simply was the best in terms of serious ideas. He was a much shorter career and many of you probably have never even heard of him, but Bill Hicks was phenomenal. He was sort of late 70s, died of cancer too early, but Karlyn is probably the real answer to that. I'm curious what some of you guys think. Let us know in the comments. Backup Never says, Dave, please do some research into Canada's medical assistance in dying program. It's a result of healthcare for all, too expensive to have you live so let's kill you. You know, I've been meaning to cover this more and I've sent a couple of videos because there are people in Canada right now that are doing these selfie videos on this about how they're being denied treatment and basically old people are being told, go home and die.

1:09:24And that everyone, universal healthcare. It's like, all right, well, that's what they have up in Canada. And that does not mean it works, right? It doesn't mean it works. So yes, we will do more of that for sure. Dr. Winery guy says, Dave, who would win in a Golden Girls trivia showdown, you or Michael Malice? I mean, Malice knows an awful lot about the Golden Girls. I feel like he has an old pair of Blanche Devereaux's underwear. where he's, this guy's a bit of a freak, but I would beat him. But you know what? Don't take my word for it. Can we book Malice on a half hour thing? You guys will come up with Golden Girls questions and we will do it and the winner, the winner gets a cheesecake.

1:10:00I don't know what the winner gets. Well, let's do that. That would be fun. Lil Graham says, hey Dave, because of your medical journey, my husband saw Dr. Striano. We were so saddened to hear about his passing. He was an absolutely amazing doctor. In the future, if you ever hear of anyone stepping into his shoes, Please keep your listeners informed as your help helped us. Thank you. Yeah, so most of you probably know this right here, but Dr. Sriano, he was really the cutting edge stem cell guy in the world. There are many ways you can do stem cells and a lot of people do it through aborted fetus tissue and through placentas and all of that stuff.

1:10:41He did not do that. And there's a lot of ethical things around that. He was doing stem cells from your own fat. It's called adipose stem cells. And we've done videos on this and you can find, if you put Dave Rubin's stem cells, you can watch the whole process where they literally take fat from your back and then they are able to get the stem cells from that. My knee was torn in 16 different places. I never thought I was gonna play ball. That was years ago and now it's 100 % fine. And sometimes I forget which my, when I'm putting the brace on, I put a wear, not a brace, I wear a little compression thing, which I don't even need to.

1:11:12It's just a force of habit now. And sometimes I forget which knee is the bad one because it's so good. And then I did see Richie right after, man, you can see it. I saw Richie right after I did this and we did it. There was really very little evidence that stem cells could help with an AC joint issue, but I was like, let's just try it. And unfortunately it hasn't, I actually am going to the surgeon today, this afternoon to decide what I'm gonna do about this. But he was an incredible, incredible man. And I know he helped so many people and he was helping people. Stem cells literally help with Alzheimer's It helps with all sorts of stuff.

1:11:45You can get it intravenously, and the way he was getting those adipose stem cells, they figure out what's wrong with your body, and they're signals that your body sends, and they go to the right spot. It's extraordinary stuff. In any event, to answer your question, in Stewart, Florida, there's a doctor by the name of Charles Simpson, who Richie was working with, who I spoke to after Richie passed away. He called me. He is now doing Richie's complete protocol as it relates to adipose stem cells. and he has a wellness clinic and it's great. It's up in Stewart, Florida. Tell him Dave sent you. His name is Charles Simpson.

1:12:19I've only spoke to him on the phone, but he seems like a nice guy. And again, they're doing the very protocol that Richie did there. So, and you're missed, Richie. Glenn says, if the Democrats win in the midterms, which country do you recommend we all escape to? I don't know. The thing is the United States is the last great hope and we all sort of think, oh, it'll just always be kind of okay, hey, but we could take a turn here. We really could. Look, it wouldn't turn socialist overnight because Trump would still have two more years. And yes, they'd be emboldened in the cities. My general guess is that the cities and the blue states are just gonna keep going more and more that way.

1:12:56They're gonna become very dystopian and really weird and awful places. And then there'll be red states and particularly more rural areas that will be more free. But like what country can we go to? Like, where are you gonna go? Where are you gonna go? because if the US falls, changes, shifts towards socialism, all of the bad actors everywhere are gonna be emboldened. And that's just obvious. It's sort of like when these morons relentlessly, the UN and everywhere else, they're relentlessly attacking Israel. It's like, okay, so let's say Israel falls. So congratulations, you kill 10 million Jews and you'd have to kill a couple million Arabs to do it too, but whatever, that would just be collateral damage for these people.

1:13:36Do you think that the Islamists in France and Britain and in Dearborn, Michigan are gonna be like, well, we accomplished everything we want. Let's go home, guys. You wanna play backgammon? No, then it's game on for everybody. So we really do, it's why I've been a little more alarmist on the show lately. I see no way around it at this point. Like we either have to fight right now or it's going to be much worse. I don't want to be James Carville. James Carville should have been dealing with this 10 years ago and he didn't. So I'm trying not to look the other way. Whether we can stop it or not, I don't know.

1:14:06but I could see a, I've mentioned this once or twice before, I don't like putting a lot of energy behind it, but I could see a situation where I'd be for Florida secession. I absolutely could see that. And I think the founders would probably be okay with it if the country largely started to turn socialist. Lacey says, you seem to be pretty excited about a robot helper in your future. Do you think you could ever trust one to walk Clyde for you, especially if he goes after an iguana or comes across another dog that he absolutely hates? Yeah, look, I'm just in on the robot thing. I get all the dystopian stuff.

1:14:35and I get that your phone's listening to you and now you're gonna have a robot in your house. I like all the stuff, right? You cannot stop progress and the world is going to change and you are going to have, and there will be robot landscapers and robot housekeepers and robot chefs and it's not all gonna happen overnight and a certain set of people will get them at first and then they will become cheaper. Like if you got a plasma TV when they first came out, they were 5 ,000 bucks and now you can get one at Target for 60 bucks. Like the world is going to change very fast. And when a lot of these other mundane tasks are taken care of, people will have more time to do things.

1:15:11You're gonna have to figure out how to incorporate these things in your life. Will it be weird the first day that I'm like, what are we gonna call the robot? You know, Jeeves. The first day that Jeeves, I'm like, Jeeves, could you walk Clyde? It'll be a little weird. We also have a lot of peacocks in this area and Clyde's always hunting them. Like, I don't know, is Clyde and the robot gonna get into a fight? Is he gonna knock him over? Like, you know, but then there's all sorts of things. It's like, would you trust that the robot could say, babysit your kids? Like there's so many other things.

1:15:36By the way, robots will also act as security at your house. You'll be able to have them patrolling outside your house as the world gets a little bit weirder. There's so many interesting things here, but yeah, there's going to be, Isaac Asimov wrote about this in I, Robot and several other books. And there's, I'm sure many other books about this, but we're about to shift so much. And then how will we feel about these things? Can we trust them? The iRobot movie, which Will Smith was in, the movie is not nearly as good as the book. The book is spectacular. But one of the real cruxes of the book is that Will Smith's character, he just does not trust robots.

1:16:14Something happened to him that caused that. Then he's the good guy, so he can kind of figure out whatever. I don't need to tell you the whole movie, but we're gonna all have that. You're gonna bring this thing into your house, and it's gonna be staring at you while you're having dinner. You're going to go, are you going to kill me? Or are you going to just make dessert? We're going to have to figure all that stuff out. All right. I think we did it for today. Anything else? I got a thumbs up over there. That's what I like to see. I thank you for watching. Oh, and tomorrow's show, yesterday I interviewed Brigitte Gabriel.

1:16:45We were going to hold it for another week or two and put it up on a weekend. But she's so freaking good. Brigitte Gabriel, she's from Lebanon, lived through the civil war there. I've interviewed her many times. She is probably the best explainer, perhaps on the face of the earth, about what the Muslim Brotherhood's plan is. And she's been screaming about this for 20 years, about what they were doing in the West, and to the backdrop of all the things happening right now, I thought it was just, we had to have her on, and I said, this needs to go up at 11 o 'clock on a weekday. So we'll put that up tomorrow.

1:17:15Thank you for watching. See you later, ciao.
