In short
The host argues that New York City mayoral figure Zohran Mamdani is “humiliated” after backing away from claims about arresting Benjamin Netanyahu via the ICC, and uses the episode to attack broader leftist/DSA-aligned politics, alleged Islamist ties, and election-integrity debates (including claims of non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey).
Guest backgrounds
No named guests appear in the transcript. The episode references external figures and clips, including a Nova Festival survivor “Mazal Tezazo” (black Israeli, October 7 survivor) and commentators/interviewees on other shows (e.g., Katie Pavlich, Grace Masur, Seth Moulton, Stephanie Ruhle, Abby Phillip, Scott Jennings), but they are not presented as in-studio guests.
Key claims
Mamdani said NYC would arrest Netanyahu; host calls it legally baseless and claims Mamdani later admitted it was “nonsense.” Host claims Netanyahu is a war criminal and cites ICC warrant language while arguing Mamdani’s real target is U.S. sovereignty. Host also claims DSA/left movements overlap with authoritarian ideologies and tolerates violence rhetoric. Election segment claims New Jersey software error registered thousands of non-citizens to vote.
Notable examples
Mazal Tezazo’s video rebutting Mamdani; Kalshi market on whether Mamdani becomes U.S. president; Venn-diagram analogy linking Nazis/communists/Islamists/DSA; ICE-related claims; New Jersey numbers (6,600 non-citizens registered; “35,152” later cited).

Transcript
Automatic transcript. May contain errors.0:00Previously on The Rubin. Are you tired of sitting alone and being by yourself and having no one to talk to? Being a socialist. Is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Ripping ice apart. Like her mouth would just open up. The kids would be like, Mrs. Flanagan, can we watch Bluey? It's like, or just eats them alive.
0:42What's up, people? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It's July 22nd, 2026. And, you know, yesterday at the top of the show, I said it was going to be a great show. And I'd like to believe we delivered. And I looked in the comments. People seemed to enjoy the program yesterday. A little bit of information, a little bit of humor, all the stuff. And I try not to say, oh, it's going to be a great show because that's what everybody does. But my general sense right now is I've got about a week or so left on the grid is that the crazy is being ramped up to such a high pitch level. And God only knows what's going to happen in August while I'm gone.
1:18That every show from now till when I go off the grid is going to be great. That is my commitment to you people. And I'd mostly like to thank this communist jihadist MFer from New York, Zorhan Mamdami, because he's just handing me material. We don't even have to write a show. These guys aren't even working. They're just like, here's some Mamdami stuff, let's roll. So let's just dive in. You know, we played the video yesterday that Zorhan Mamdami, the communist jihadi mayor of New York City from Uganda, who has never accomplished anything in his life other than the beginning of the implosion of the once greatest city in the world, that he has said that he would like to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu when he comes for the UN General Assembly, which is every year in New York City in September.
2:05Now, there's no legal basis for that whatsoever. The International Criminal Court, the ICC, who, by the way, the guy who's in charge of the ICC, Khan, he's under rape allegations right now, so we'll see how that works out for him, but I'm sure they're a great group of people over there. that is not an organization that has any bearing on the United States of America. When you are sworn in to protect the Constitution of the United States, and Zoran did swearing on a Quran, which is actually antithetical to the Constitution of the United States and shouldn't have been allowed, but okay, they go ahead and do that.
2:42You swear to protect the Constitution, not some foreign organization out there that has other laws and everything else. And as I said yesterday, you may think what he is doing, yes, it's all about Israel and Jews for him relentlessly. It doesn't matter. He wants you to also be for all the other communist stuff, but as long as you hate Israel and the Jews, you're good in this guy's book, he'll bring you in. But what he's trying to do, and I would say not so cleverly, is really go after the United States here. So we're gonna show you a little timeline on what he's been up to. So before he got sworn in, in 2025, this is last year, Here he is talking about how he would arrest Benjamin Netanyahu.
3:24As mayor, New York City would arrest Benjamin Netanyahu. This is a city that our values are in line with international law. It's time that our actions are also. Even though the US is not a signature of the ICC? No, it's time that we actually step up and make clear what we are willing to do to showcase the leadership that is sorely missing in the federal. Okay, so that right there, what he just said right there should have been completely disqualifying. He should not have been allowed in a sane society to even run. Our values are in line with international law. It's just an absurd statement. What is international law?
3:56Who decides international law? It's a complete attack on the sovereignty of nations. There is no such thing as international law. Globalists like it because it means that some centralized thing is going to control everybody and there will be no borders and no discernible difference between nations. Fortunately, the United States has borders, again, thanks to Donald Trump, and we have something called the Constitution of the United States, which governs us. But for someone, an incoming mayor, he wasn't even mayor at the time, to say we will arrest someone based on quote-unquote laws that have nothing to do with the United States, he's telling you right there, he does not even believe.
4:37He was sworn in, again, on the Koran. He was sworn in to protect the Constitution of the United States, and what he's saying is, actually I think our laws are subordinate to the International Criminal Court. Also might I remind this person that on October 7th, about 1400 Israelis were killed, several hundred were kidnapped, women were raped, children were burned, et cetera, et cetera. And then there was a war, there was a war, that's true. And remember, the war wrapped up basically the day that they released the hostages. So it's the only quote unquote genocide, which of course wasn't a genocide anyway, that the people purportedly being genocided were the ones who could decide when they wanted it to end.
5:25Here he is yesterday, now finally admitting that everything he has said about the ICC and arresting Netanyahu and everything else is complete nonsense. But of course, then he gives you some general just evil stuff around it. Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, the architect of a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people. He is responsible for the killing of more than 73 ,000 people, for the maiming of tens of thousands of children, as those who survive undergo amputation without anesthesia. There is a reason the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest. As human beings, we have spent generations building a shared understanding that there are crimes so grave they offend all of humanity.
6:09Anyone with their eyes, with their heart, with their conscience, should recognize the devastation he has wrought and understand that he belongs before a court of law. As I've said, I agree with the ICC that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes. My administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law to determine whether New York City could execute the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant if Benjamin Netanyahu came here. It is clear that we do not have the independent legal authority to enforce this warrant. The federal government, however, does.
6:44And I call on them to join the ICC and execute this warrant. And I want to be equally clear. Benjamin Netanyahu is not welcome in New York City, nor is any other war criminal at large. All right, look, this guy is an evil demon sent from hell who is here to usher Islam into this country, scale it using these fake ding dong, LARPing communists, and destroy America. Was I clear on my feelings on that? Yeah, that was pretty, I felt that that kind of nailed it. Yeah, that is true. Again, it was a war. It's also hilarious that the same people who said that Gaza was an open air prison before October 7th now show you videos of actually how beautiful it was and that it was on the same, and still is on the same Mediterranean that Tel Aviv is on, and they have restaurants and clubs and everything else.
7:38Of course, the 70 ,000 figure, most people agree about 70 ,000 people died in this war. About half of them are Hamas fighters. And then they hid in schools and in mosques and in other residential areas, they hid hostages. What would any other country have done on earth? I would venture to say that most other countries and certainly the United States, and I would have been all for it, would have done far worse to get your people back immediately. And maybe Israel's mistake was, ah, we're gonna warn them a little bit, send a text. Could you drop a leaflet over there that we're coming this day and everything else?
8:14And maybe the three years cost them a little too much. But he is just profoundly evil. I saw this video this morning. Jason Rance, who's on radio over in Seattle, I've had him on the show once or twice. We've played some clips of him. He gets on CNN every now and again. And he sent me this. This is a survivor of the Nova Festival. Her name is Mazal Tezazo. So she's a survivor of October 7th. And she put up a four minute video responding to Mamdami. We cut it down here. It's about a minute long. She happens to be a black Israeli, which they'll tell you that it's apartheid and all that. But here she is basically blowing up everything that Mamdami said right there.
8:53I was shocked today that I saw his video. it's not responsible not responsible at all very very very dangerous you have power so use that to do something good not to make people continue to believe that what's happening there is no genocide people died yes this is a war it's very sad but why because the terrorists hide behind their people i have video from two weeks that they do protest 7th of october that gonna come back on Gaza. So what do you want? I'm going to stay here and wait that they're going to come again. I need to protect my son. What would you say to me? Wow, we are in the Mamdani.
9:37We are doing a lot. This is a mistake what we are thinking about Israel, about they do apartheid, about they do genocide. Like I'm going to talk about myself that I am a black Jew woman that burned and rested in Israel all my life and I get the same right and all my life I was with mixed culture, with the Jews and with Muslim also. And I live two years in Jerusalem and we live here together. That's it. We take people and heal them here in Israel. Take them to our hospital. We save them. That's just a portion of it. I'll retweet Jason after the show so you can find the full video. But there she is talking about how Israel is the only place in the Middle East that has coexistence.
10:19She says two weeks ago, they're still in Gaza right now talking about how they're gonna do another October 7th. And she says, what do you want me to do? Let them kill my son. Also, there's no apartheid in anything. You get all of that, but I wanna get this to the, and by the way, we were there. I mean, that's where the Nova Festival was. We were right there. I mean, it's truly beyond imagination. I wanna show you a tweet that I put up yesterday that kind of caught fire. I retweeted the video of Mamdami and I said, he wants you to think he's going after Israel, but he's really going after America.
10:48He should be kicked out of office, denaturalized and sent back to Uganda. I stand by that statement 100%, and actually speaking of 100%, well, you may have heard of this guy, Elon Musk. He responded and he said 100. Again, you have to understand what he's trying, Israel is just the canary in the coal mine. They're just the tip of the spear. What he wants and what the communists want is that the United States will not be a sovereign nation. It will be subordinate to international criminal court. It will be subordinate to the World Economic Forum. We will not be able to make decisions for ourselves.
11:21If we get into a war, let's say, he wants Donald Trump or any subsequent American leader to be dragged in front of an ICC clown court and taken care of, right? Because that, they want control over everything. And again, I do wanna reiterate, it is worth it. He was sworn in on a Quran. Islam means to submit. There are 50 plus Muslim nations. They are not nations, maybe with the exception of the UAE, that are good for anyone beyond, yeah, there we show you this map all the time. Where are the Christians? Where are the Jews? Where are the Baha 'i? Where are the atheists? How's it going for the gays?
11:59And that is what they are trying to usher in here. Wake up or don't. Or bury your head in the sand. And as I always say, you will just be beheaded a little bit lower on the neck. Here is Zorhan talking about how, yes, the plan is to scale this thing by 2028. And we know that in 2028, yes, we have an opportunity to move beyond the current federal administration. And that begs the question, to what? And I think that it is time to be able to not only have a vision, but to deliver on that vision. And what we're showing here in New York City is that it is possible to put working people back at the heart of our politics, and then also deliver for them at the same time.
12:41As I said yesterday, it's just so obviously evil, the whisper. He's whispering at you while he's smiling a little bit. And if you just give me enough of your rights and enough of your freedom, and if you own a building, I'll control how much the rent's going to be. And I'm going to give you free buses. Oh, wait, those aren't free buses. We can't do that. And I'm going to give you free grocery stores. And oh, it turns out we can't do that. And you just have to give me more of your freedom and more of your money. And those are the bad guys over there who have the money. And whoops, they're leaving.
13:09and now our budgets are even tighter. Oh, and how about a dash of Islamism and a little jihadism on the street, which we'll get to in just a second. But first, Kalshi, and we're gonna, this is gonna scare the hell out of everybody, but here we go. So will Zorhan Mamdami become president of the United States before 2045? Here's what Kalshi markets are showing. 86 % of users say no, thank God. Well, this video is sponsored by Kalshi. It's like buying or selling a stock, except the line isn't set by some algorithm working against you. it moves based on where the money actually goes. It shows people where.
13:41It shows you where people are putting their money, not what the media wants you to believe. So if you put 100 bucks on no, that Mom Donnie will not become president. You can earn 115 and correct, if you're correct. Download the CallShe app. Use code RubenReport to get$10 when you trade$10. K-A-L-S-H-I. CallShe. Put your money where your prediction is. I wanna show you a Venn diagram. That's a slight deviation of one we showed you last week. Can we put this up? This type of diagram has been going around making the rounds that basically what ties Nazism, communism, and Islamism, three of the most authoritarian political ideologies together, what they're sort of all overlapping with is the DSA, or in the middle we've shown you another one where it's just showing the Palestinian cause, right?
14:32Like just the Palestinian flag. Like that's why the communists, the ding dong communists, gender queer furries who are screaming, we want$85 minimum wage and Medicare for all, while we're wearing dog outfits and walking around like this. That's why they're in bed with the Islamists who are like, yeah, we're gonna take them out pretty quickly. And you can see how it all makes sense. And then the most important thing now is that it all coalesces around the DSA. So now I wanna explain this a little bit further. Nate Silver, who's a statistician, who we've shown on the show before, he put this up.
15:08I thought this was rather interesting if you wanna see where some of the frustration by these crazy lefties are coming. He wrote, income and education are usually positively correlated, but sometimes the relationship breaks down. What's the most democratic vote, sorry, what is the most democratic voting group in America? People with postgraduate degrees, but lower to middle incomes. You get that? So these people who have these very fancy degrees, often from Ivy League schools, and they get degrees in lesbian underwater basket weaving and all of these things, suddenly they get out into the real world, they have all this debt, they've been taught nothing or the wrong things, they don't know how to think, they don't know how to do anything, they can't get a good job, and now they are pissed.
15:55Next thing you know, you're hanging out with a jihadist. Take a look at this, it's a chart showing income and education correlated to Democrat voting. So you can see this, 70 % of post graduates are making 30, who are making 30 to 60 ,000, which obviously is not much, are voting Democrats. So now let's go a little further on this. Palantir CEO, Alex Karp, I love showing you videos of this guy, he just gets it. Here he explains the conundrum that these LARPing socialists, LARPing overeducated socialists who come from privilege, which is why they were able to go to those fancy schools and study these ridiculous things, why they are so radicalized right now, because their degrees are useless.
16:41And I think the average, you know, Ivy League grad voting for this mayor is highly annoyed that their education is not that valuable. And the person down the street who knows how to drill for oil and gas, who's moved to Texas has a more valuable profession. And I think that annoys the the out of these people. I think that's right. Sometimes you don't have to overthink everything. Imagine if you're someone who went to all these fancy schools and you got your doctorate and all of this stuff, and then you get out into the real world and you can't really get a job because it doesn't really do much and you don't really have great skills.
17:13And we know that most kids in schools are learning all these awful things. And I literally at this point would not hire a college graduate. My preference would be to hire college dropouts. And I've got a few of them here or people who didn't go to college at all. That would be just fine. If you are a hard worker and you're dedicated and you seem like a decent human, I might give you a job. I got a couple of companies. Feel free to send us an email. We're doing all sorts of things. But you could see how not only would they become embittered about their lives, then they would look down the street.
17:43And here he uses the example of a guy who knows how to drill and then is suddenly making six figures. But you could look at almost anyone, anyone that has some actual skill, whether it is doing electric work or literally the ability to build a house or anything else, they'd suddenly be like, but I'm so much better and smarter than those people. I'm a coastal elite and they're not, they're, what, how do they have a job and I don't? Well, it's because the left sold everybody all of the wrong ideas for decades. And this video, one of the guys who promoted almost all of the horrific lefty ideas, you've got Bernie Sanders, he's the standard bearer on that, never created a job or anything, just ushered in horrible ideas.
18:21But one guy who got super rich on it over the past 30 years is Jon Stewart. And I've mentioned many times, I was an intern at The Daily Show in 1999. I had a couple of nice chats with Jon. But he should have been what Bill Maher became, which was a standard, he should have been a standard bearer for liberalism. Instead, he decided to go all in on this leftist lunacy. Well, now what he's realizing as the communists are here and the jihadists are here and Jon Stewart's real name is Stuart Leibowitz. And generally speaking, jihadists don't like guys named Stuart Leibowitz. So clever, Jon, that you changed it to Jon Stewart.
19:00Well, he's suddenly realizing that some of their ideas are bad, but he's so muddled and confused and doesn't want to admit he ushered it all in. Watch the confusion here from his show last night. And now, and we're in that same bull**** place now where all these new ideas, suddenly the Democrats are, these democratic socialists, They're crazy. And you're like, well, but that generally they're crazy ideas aren't where the energy is. The energy isn't around like we shouldn't have prisons or borders. The energy is around a belief that their economic populism. And when you call it socialism, I think it's a misnomer, like in the same way that if you call Social Security socialism, that's kind of a misnomer.
19:42It's about strengthening a safety net for a country that has suffered too long overvaluing capital and money and undervaluing labor and work. That's a million for. He's such an embarrassment actually, and it's really disappointing. You know, first off, he says the energy isn't around the crazy ideas. And then the two crazy ideas that he now says are crazy, but the energy's not around them, are no prison, no borders. What are you talking about? Every single one of the socialists is for those ideas. When they do their little struggle session and they bow down to Hassan Piker, are you for no prisons?
20:17Yes. Are you for no borders? Yes. They are all for these things. So what do you mean there's no energy around it? Also, he's saying there's no energy around the crazy things. The one that, of course, he left out was the Palestine stuff because he doesn't want to admit that either because secretly Stuart Leibowitz is actually not for it, but he has fed them too much and eventually they will eat him too. I would also say, look, so what he's trying to say is This is really about that these people, they just want a social safety net. They just want a social safety net. Well, if you care about economic populism, what you would wanna do is free up the economy and lower regulation and lower taxes and get competition going and create more jobs and everything else.
20:56Those are all the reverse of what the Democrats are doing. I would also say, Jon Stewart, you're worth$120 million. So I always shave off, I wanna leave these guys with a nice round number. So with Ro Khanna worth 240, I always say, Could he just give 40 million away, keep them at 200? Who was the other guy yesterday that we were shaving off some money off the top of? Who was that? Well, whoever it was, doesn't even matter. Jon Stewart, it's like keep 100 million, throw in 20 for these people. Who was it yesterday? Richard Gere. Oh, it was Richard Gere, right. How much is he worth? He was worth around 130 himself.
21:28So throw in 30, thank you. All of these guys, I want you to keep your 100 plus million. And if you think that that's gonna stop the revolution from eating you, good luck with that. but throw in a little something, but you have it all backwards and suddenly, you know, it literally is the Nietzsche quote. You know, if you stare into the abyss long enough, eventually the abyss looks back and what you're gonna find is you did all of this during the revolution and they're gonna get you, Stuart Lebowitz. We'll see about that. Guys, let's talk about chapter for just a second. If you or someone you love is on Medicare, this is worth paying attention to.
22:02Medicare can be confusing and a lot of people end up on the wrong plan without even realizing it. That's where Chapter comes in. They're independent Medicare advisors who compare every plan available, not just the ones that pay them the most. They'll look at your doctor's prescriptions and healthcare needs to help you find the plan that's right for you. If you're already on the best plan, they'll tell you, and if not, they'll help you switch. The call's completely free, takes less than 20 minutes, and seniors who work with Chapter save an average of$1 ,100 a year. Don't guess when it comes to your healthcare.
22:32Call Chapter today at 332-867-0207 or visit askchapter.org slash Rubin. Once again, that's 332-867-0207 or visit askchapter.org slash Rubin. So let's continue with these DSA lunatics. Connor, can you put that Venn diagram up for one more second just to really get this in people's heads? You've got the Nazis, you've got the Islamists, you've got the totalitarian communists, and what brings them together is the DSA, which hates the West, which hates the United States of America, obviously hates Israel. Okay, fine, you get all of that. Well, over on News Nation, my friend Katie Pavlich, she had the DSA co-chair on the show, Grace Masur, and asked her a little bit about supporting this Hassan Piker guy who's calling for blood in the streets and he'd vote for Hamas and America deserved 9-11 and how to make a, that you shouldn't make suicide bombs anymore.
23:27There's easier ways to kill people with drones. Yeah, kill them. Kill those motherfuckers Murder those motherfuckers in the street. Let the streets soak in their red capitalist bloods. He also just started displaying a newspaper from September 12, 2001, in the background of his stream showing the Twin Towers engulfed in flames. So as one of the loudest pro-DSA voices, is this something that your movement represents? Hassan is a shock jock and he is a very successful one that has brought a lot of young people who are disaffected, who spend a lot of time online into a movement that actually connects them with their politics and with real action that they can take at the ballot box and talking to their neighbors.
24:16So I'm not in the business of defending the views of every single one of our 120 ,000 members. But I think he's speaking to a real anger that people feel and that we are turning into something that is a democratic revolution. And I want to emphasize the democratic aspect. Yeah, it's democratic for now, meaning you're using our democratic systems against us. That's what socialists do. And then when it flips to communism, adios democracy. So you can see what's happening here, and this will consistently happen. They are afraid of condemning this guy because if she condemns this guy, and says, you know, the 9-11, or the 9-12, because it was the New York Times from the day after 9-11, that he suddenly has on his set.
25:00Well, actually, why don't we show it right now? And then I'll continue. So, okay, wait, no, so this is mine. Do we have the image of his set? I think we have it, no? Also, you might've noticed something, some changes behind me. um i finally framed the cutie cinderella newspaper from 9 11 the morning of 9 12 the newspaper right there um the newspaper that covered 9 11 um it's now officially sitting behind me and i moved the north korean uh poster up uh in in place of the fan art okay so uh connor I'll show the image that my mom sent me this this morning. This is from my childhood bedroom. I have had this newspaper since that day.
25:46That's the paper that I bought in New York City on 9-12. I lived in New York City. My dad was at work, called me when the first tower hit. My grandma was in New York City. I have a cousin who was a firefighter that day. I'm gonna get this. I'm gonna have my parents bring it, and I'm gonna frame it and put it in my studio, except the difference between me and Hassan Piker is he's putting it because he's for it. He has said that America deserved 9-11. It was blowback. He has said he would vote for Hamas quite literally. You saw the blood in the streets thing. And now he has the gall to put that behind him.

26:19And then you've got DSA leaders. I'm not in the business of condemning all of my 120 ,000 supporters. All right, how about condemn one guy? Could you condemn that guy? But this is what happens. They're basically in a, like a game of Russian roulette right now with this guy because he's making it worse for everybody, but everyone's afraid of saying something because they're going to get shot in the head. And I don't think that's actually hyperbolic when it comes to violence, because as you know, two days ago, there was this fire bomb attack at an ICE office in New York City, and we've got a follow-up on that, so we'll just refresh this in your mind for a second.
27:02Guys, oh my God!
27:14Okay, well we subsequently, so again, this is, oh, you can shoot the United Healthcare CEO, Donald Trump's mean, I can understand why people would shoot him, Charlie Kirk said some things about trans people, so anything could happen. This is mainstream within this DSA socialist movement right now. And now to really drive home the point about the Venn diagram we showed you, check this out from Andy Noe. Watch this, watch this.
27:42Right there screaming N-word, N-word at the Jewish guy. That's Andrew Arabaqa. Yeah, there he is. The guy who did the firebomb here. Did you get that? And of course he has a pro-Palestine symbol on him. That is the Venn diagram in action. Pro-Palestinian calling a Jew the N-word. He's part of the DSA. If you just swap out DSA for the Palestinian flag, it's the exact same thing. It does not change anything. And of course, what else do they wanna do? They wanna flood the country with anti-American people, make sure that they can vote, and sure, they might rape your daughter and everything else, and then they'll really care about them and they won't care about you.
28:29and they want to make sure we have no mechanism in place to deport people. So here's Mamdami on ice. I think the fear has always been that something like what happened in Minneapolis, something like what happened in Los Angeles is going to come to New York City. Do you feel like you need to stay on his good side in some ways to prevent that from happening? Or is that a risk? I think I need to continue to be honest with the president. And that honesty is in places of disagreement. I've spoken to him directly about how I think of ICE as a cruel agency that does nothing to serve the interests of public safety.
29:07And I've spoken about how I think that ICE should be abolished. We should have an immigration system that has humanity at the heart of it. We should have. It's just meaningless, right? Like what a perfect example of what I'm always telling you. They have a thin veneer of tolerance, but underneath it is something very nasty. So you might watch that, and if you know nothing about nothing, you might be like, boy, he's whispering, and he's sort of smiling, and his suit does fit, and, well, he seems, it sounds nice, like, why would I want to kick anyone out of the country? But people are here illegally, and that means they have broken the law.
29:43And this year, ICE has only deported, I'm being told right now, 350 ,000 people. Okay, so ICE isn't even doing that great of a job. And my hope would be that if the Republicans win the midterms, Trump can really unleash them because that's a core thing for him, getting rid of the illegals. And yes, you are breaking the law if you are here illegally, even if you are otherwise a nice person. But again, none of his faux niceties have anything to do with being nice. If you're a taxpayer of New York City, right now, $11 billion of capital has moved out. We know that in six months with him,$11 billion because you were gonna tax the high hell out of these people.
30:20most of them are now here in Florida. You've already damaged those people. Now you're freezing rent subsidized houses and now we know the price of houses going up, price of apartments and rentals are going up. You're doing nothing to get more business into the state. People don't want to move there, nobody's moving there. In essence, you're slowly imploding everything, which is actually what you want. And the thing is, it's everywhere across the Democrat Party. Everywhere. You know this guy, he looks like a werewolf. He has a cane, he's always yelling at Donald Trump. This is outgoing Texas representative Al Green and just somebody.
31:00What's that barbershop in the mall? What's it called? Something for men. What do they got in the mall? You can go in Bel Shave you. It's in all these malls. Come on guys. Anybody, anybody? No, no, it's like a chain. They'll men something. Google barbershop for men. What? What? Oh yeah, Art of Shaving, thank you. The only guy with facial hair here, besides me. Okay, like someone send this guy to Art of Shave. I'm gonna get him a gift card. Can I, do they sell gift cards? Let me see, take in here, well, just go, whatever. I don't think the president has a heart. He simply desires to do whatever he can to push people of color out of the country if he can.
31:35And he's doing it with the Haitians, he's doing it with the Latinos, and he's doing it with the blessings of my Republican colleagues in Congress, which is what is wrong. I don't even feel like addressing that. He's not pushing anyone out because of the color of their skin. If you are illegal, you have to go, but just get me back to the picture because you cannot have hair encroaching into the eye. This is a simple fix. Do they sell gift cards over at Art of Shaving? With 250, that'll take, all right. I'm gonna send him, we're gonna figure out, send it to his office, get me an address to his office.
32:09We'll send him$250, get this guy cleaned up at least, if I'm gonna have to listen to this backwards racist nonsense. but everything, everything about the, God, I need August, everything about these people, they lie about everything, they make up stories, they don't care about Americans, and every now and again, one of their own people kind of call them out on it, so this is over on MS Now. Stephanie Ruhles, the host, and she asks Massachusetts representative, Seth Moulton, about what's going on with ICE, and he goes on a fantastic story about people that ICE catches secretly being killed, but of course has no evidence for it.
32:47There are also, these agents are getting disappeared. There are also a lot of immigrants who are getting killed and we don't even know about it. And that's the story I heard in Minneapolis. Because we need more witnesses on the ground. We need more Americans to show up. We need more members of Congress. No, but why do you think more immigrants are getting disappeared or are getting killed and we're not aware of it? Because the administration just covers it up and they want this story to go away. But what makes you think this is happening? Oh, because I heard very specific, detailed stories on the ground in Minneapolis when I was there.
33:12I heard that guy killed 12 dogs the other day. Like you just made it up. A lot of immigrants are being killed by ICE. He just made it up and then she, I can't believe I'm giving someone over there credit. Could you give me any evidence? What makes you think that? Well, I heard it. I heard it. I heard that guy fucks chickens. Like what? Sorry, sorry about the F-bomb. Let's just continue. Let's continue with the Democrats. Here's California Representative Sidney Komlager-Dove. And she thinks that if we pass the SAVE Act, women will not be allowed to vote. We're going right back into, what was that show on Netflix?
33:54We're going right back into Handmaid's Tale. Put them in the bonnet and the thing and go. You know, they see a speaker who has no shame and who is pushing forward bills that are going to hurt the American people like the SAVE Act, which isn't going to save anyone. In fact, it would prevent a lot of women from being able to vote. And it would put our identity at risk if you now have to send in a copy of your ID with your mail-in ballot. Look, I'm sorry, lady, but you're just a moron and an imbecile and a liar and a buffoon if you think that if the SAVE Act would pass, that women would not be allowed to vote.
34:27They're all getting this hung up on, well, women change their name when they get married. Let's pretend that was true. Let's pretend the bill was passed and it was like, you will not be able to in any way prove that you were married to that guy, even if you have a marriage license and a regular driver's license. Well, then what you might wanna do if you guys actually cared about tightening, having legitimate elections, is then just have some additional bill using government funds, which you love, which would allow every married woman to get a simple document from the government. They could probably send it over email that would say you're married and you change your name and you're good to go.
35:04But the reason they don't want the Save Act passed is not having anything to do with black people can't get to kinkos or white women are changing their names when they get married. It's because they want fraud in the system. Oh, and by the way, we are now finding out there is plenty of fraud in the system despite everything they've told us over the last couple of years. We'll get to that in just a second, but first, Lean. Guys, everybody's talking about weight loss injections because the results can be so dramatic. They work by lowering blood sugar and reducing appetite. But if you're looking to lose weight and aren't interested in weekly injections or some of the side effects that come with them, there's another option.
35:37Doctors created a weight loss supplement called Lean. Its studied ingredients have been shown to help lower blood sugar, support your body's ability to burn fat for energy, and curb appetite and cravings so you're not going hungry. Lean isn't for someone just trying to lose a couple pounds. Brickhouse Nutrition designed it for people with 10 or more pounds to lose who are looking for extra support alongside a healthy diet and exercise plan. Right now, you can get 20 % off plus free rush shipping. Just visit TakeLean.com and use promo code Rubin. That's TakeLean.com, promo code Rubin. All right, so voter fraud.
36:10Is Donald Trump some crazy person who just wants to make sure that elections are fair and you have to identify yourself? Or is he some crazy person that wants to never have elections again? Or is he some other version of a crazy person as they keep telling us? Is he making all this stuff up or not? Well, now over in New Jersey, even the Democrat governor, and she ain't great. She ain't great. Mickey Shirell. She now admits that 6 ,600 non-citizens were registered to vote back in 2023. In June of 2023, nearly three years before I became governor, a serious software error in New Jersey's motor vehicle system led to the improper voter registration of what we believe to be roughly 6 ,600 people in our state.
37:04When New Jerseyans applied for a driver's license or identification at the MVC, they were asked if they wanted to register to vote. In the case of this error, some individuals indicated that they weren't citizens and weren't eligible to vote, but the software registered them anyway. So do you get what's happening here? We have been told for years it's never happening or it's negligible or it doesn't really do anything or don't look over there. And now we're finding out more and more evidence that it actually does happen. And in her case, she's a Democrat. So you might say, well, why is a Democrat doing it?
37:45Because at some point when it becomes so obvious and when it becomes so clear that this has happened, she's trying to get ahead of it, right? And I'm not blaming her for it. Again, she said it was from before when she was in office, but it was a software error. So the question is, do you think that software error only affected those 6 ,600 non-legal citizens in New Jersey? Or do you think that might've been going across the country? Donald Trump referenced this last Thursday with his speech. But of course, at the end of the day, even if you admit something's wrong, If you're a good Democrat, you've got to blame Trump.
38:18Let me be clear. Donald Trump has zero credibility on the issue of election integrity. For the past 10 years, he's cried wolf and peddled bizarre conspiracy theories about fraud with no evidence. I saw the consequences of Trump's lies on January 6th. I was in the Capitol when he and his followers tried to steal the election and put the lives of hundreds of members of our law enforcement at risk. I can't even believe we're doing this still. When he and his followers tried to steal the election, a bunch of people, including grandmothers, had barricades moved and wandered into the Capitol. I'm not defending anyone who did anything really violent or the guy who farted on Nancy Pelosi's chair or the guy who wore the crazy Simpsons hat and whatever.
39:05If you did something that was really illegal, fine. We know there were feds involved. They were ginning up the violence. There was no plan. There were no weapons, they weren't trying. What were they going to do? It was a bunch of people who got a little juiced up, but somehow you find election problems in your state and you, it's a bit to do to do January 6th. It's like a get out of jail free card. Here's Donald Trump on truth. 35 ,152 is the new number just released by Homeland Security of non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey. These are just the ones that got caught. The real numbers will prove to be many times this amount.
39:43They are all Democrats. Republicans get smart and straighten out our crooked elections, pass the Save America Act. Okay, so look, I don't have any more evidence than you do on the 6 ,600 that she was referencing and the 35 ,000 that he's referencing. So we can all look into that a little bit more and we will look into it a bit more. But the point is they're finally, for years, they've said there's nothing to see here. Now they're slowly admitting there's something and Trump's giving more specific numbers. I tend to think as Donald Trump has been directionally right about basically everything for the last 10 years, he's gonna probably be right about this too.
40:20Over on CNN, Jake Tapper, a man who wrote a book about a scandal that he was part of, the Joe Biden mental problem thing. Here he is saying that he even now admitting that the New Jersey announcement that we just showed you about these 6 ,600 illegals that were registered to vote, that it is not going to look particularly good for the Democrats. For Democrats, I'm not saying that the Save America, the Save Act is going to pass. Yeah. But this is not good for Democrats' argument that there's no such thing as undocumented immigrants voting. This is not good for our country generally, I would say.
40:55Even better. And it is not, it is, this is a terrible problem to have. I think she handled it correctly. Wow, Jake, that's very impressive. So you actually acknowledged that when we have proof, and again, it was a Democrat governor, not a scary Republican, when we have proof that there is illegals being registered to vote, that it doesn't look good for Democrats and that there really is a problem here. That's so strange because last year you told us there was nothing to worry about. The Republicans here are talking about a solution to a non-existent problem. Again, Jake, to make it very clear, this country does not have a problem of election security in any measurable level and certainly not based on people coming from other countries.
41:37Right. It happens, but at very, very minuscule numbers. It's not a serious threat when it comes to election security. Again, it happens, but very seldom. It's just mannishingly small. I mean, it's so small that it's just beyond compare. Yeah, it's so small that nobody, well, that was last year, Jake. Yeah. And you just know it's so small. It doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean and anything now that a new, again, a Democrat governor's talking about it and you're pointing out that, oh, it does really exist. And unfortunately, because you're a Democrat operative, not a journalist, it doesn't look good for your party.
42:10But every now and again, the reality is so right in your face that you get smacked by it. But it's not just you, Jake. I don't wanna pile on little Jake Tapper. Let's go to Abby Phillip, the dimmest woman on television. And here she is with a little juxtaposition of her feelings on this from January to now. He's been in office for a full year now. They have not come up with any of this purported evidence of voter fraud. You guys are in search of something that there's been no evidence exists. New Jersey is double-checking its voter rolls tonight after a software error added 6 ,600 non-citizens to the voter rolls.
42:51The suggestion that this is fraud suggests that these people were trying to vote. Sometimes what happens is that when state systems are incorrect, people receive information and they are confused. But some people who are ineligible to vote are not aware that they're ineligible to vote. I do think it's whether it is widespread or not. So clearly. I do think that the numbers actually matter. I'm not even sure I was following her logic on why people, why this happens or anything else. But the point is months ago, it's never happening. There's no evidence of it. Now there's evidence of it. She has to cover it and then run cover for it.
43:27So good old Scott Jennings. God bless him over there, having to deal with these people every day. He's like a, whatever they're paying him, it just seems odd that he walks in. It would be like somebody going like, find me the craziest mental institution and I'm just gonna spend an hour there every day. Like, I'm gonna, and not just an hour there every day, like with them behind bars, like I'm going to visit Hannibal Lecter downstairs at the maximum facility prison. I'm gonna actually get behind the bars with them and sit at a table with them and we'll see what happens. So here he is asking Abby what her tolerance for fraud is.
44:07What's your definition of widespread, by the way? Is it 1 %? Is it 2 %? I don't know, more than 100? I think it's a big problem. What's yours? What's your tolerance for this? Hold on. This is not about tolerance. This is about widespread, or is it something that is relatively rare, Scott? You're pounding him over the word widespread. I just would ask you, what is your tolerance for any fraud at all? Is it widespread? Absolutely. Over 6 ,000 people. What is your bar for widespread? And she said, my bar is I want no tolerance. I have zero tolerance. So what is your tolerance for American citizens?
44:38By the way, this isn't the only place this is happening. What is your tolerance for American citizens whose valid voter registrations are invalidated by incorrect databases? What's your tolerance for that? I don't have tolerance for any mistakes in the electoral system, including putting non-citizens on the rolls. I don't know how he puts up with this nonsense, like it's always moving the goalpost, right? The point is, I think everyone, any sane person can accept that the system will not be perfect, right? I talk about this all the time. We are humans, we are imperfect, we cannot create perfect systems.
45:09I do think through AI, hopefully we'll be able to create better systems and better ways to verify and all things of that nature, and that's down the road. But putting that aside, and even that will be able to be manipulated or whatever, but putting that aside for a second, he's basically saying, let's focus on the fraud. The fraud that you told us months ago isn't happening. Now we have evidence that it's happening and she just wants to get him hung up on the word widespread. We don't know how widespread. We just got a democratic governor out of Jersey to admit it. So do you think we're gonna find out some more stuff?
45:41And again, just imagine what's going on in California where you don't have to show an ID. I have said this a million times, but when I voted, the last time I voted there, It was the recall of Gavin Newsom and I very proudly voted for Larry Elder. I tried to take out my ID and the guy recognized me. He's like, Dave, don't even show me that. All I needed was my name and my address. So if you were quite literally anyone and you knew someone's name and their address, my God, you might be able to walk down the street and open up a mailbox and be like, I'm Bob Smith and I live on Havenhurst. Congratulations, you could vote.
46:16And then you know what you could probably do? You could probably go to another polling station and do it a half hour later. Here is Scott Jennings smacking her around again. Using a system that a federal judge recently found was actively removing U.S. citizens from the voter rolls based on inaccurate information. Why are you comfortable with that system being used to check the voter rolls? This is a convenient deflection for you. This is the worst possible story that could happen for Democrats right now regarding the debate over the Sayback. These are pretty simple questions. on the walls in New Jersey.
46:50No, Abby. Scott is not defending every single thing that happens here. And if there are discrepancies on voter rolls and something else and that stopped someone from voting, he would be for fixing that. It's you that does not seem to care when illegals are registered to vote and you really don't care about just the general absurdity of not having to show an ID to vote. Abby Phillip, when you get on a plane, do you show an ID? I'm gonna guess the answer is yes. So why is it that you don't want people to have an ID to vote? There was a screenshot going around, there was a story going around over the weekend that at Olive Garden, what do they have?
47:30The unlimited pasta bowl? And people were signing up for this thing. Okay, maybe we can get the headline. People were signing up for the unlimited pasta bowl, whatever they call it at Olive Garden. And then once you could get it for a year, so you pay whatever it is for a year, we'll try to get the numbers. Then people, these sons of bitches, were getting their pasta and then giving that pass, that pasta pass to their friends and their friends so they were abusing the system. So now Olive Garden is making sure you will not be able to abuse the system. So do you understand that Olive Garden has a more secure system around their fettuccine Alfredo than we have around our elections?
48:06I think we got a screenshot coming to this thing. I mean, what in God's name is going on here? There's a limit to how many breadsticks one should have. I think, do we have something? I think we've got some and it's coming, it's coming, it's coming, it's coming, it's coming. There you go. This is the official Olive Garden account. What you need to know before the pasta pass sale starts tomorrow. And yeah, you can't transfer it. You're gonna have to prove you are the pass holder whose name is printed on the pass. Yeah, man, and to think I was gonna take you guys all out to lunch on my pasta pass.
48:40Shit. Anyway, here, well, let's continue with CNN. Here is David Urban on CNN. And, well, he's muddling things as it pertains to undocumented and the Democrats' feelings of these people voting in elections. Democrats can't keep coming on TV and saying, this never happens. There are not undocumented immigrants voting in elections. Well, here's case one of it happening. It's happening in New Jersey. I guess it's happening in other states as well. So you can't say it with such definitive certainty these days. Yeah, I intro that a little muddled in my own way. He wasn't muddling it. He was saying that the Democrats have been muddling it, and now we have evidence of it, so they're gonna have to stop doing it, and it's interesting.
49:25So now you've got Tapper suddenly acknowledging something's not wrong here. You've got Abby Phillips, something's not right here, right? Like you can see that there is something happening where they are shifting. But let's jump back into the culture wars for a moment outside of election integrity for just a second. There was a wild hearing, a congressional hearing, the other day. This was yesterday and two days ago. The Smithsonian director was brought in front of the Congress to talk about some of the things that they've been doing over there. And Brandon Gill over in Texas, who is just absolutely fantastic.
49:59We got to get him on the show in the fall. Here he is asking Anthea Hartig, again, she's the head of the Smithsonian, about white supremacy as it pertains to some of their programs. Excuse me, sir? Is it important to be polite? Yes, sir. It's also interesting because the same mass action toolkit that your organization has been promoting references politeness as a defining characteristic of white supremacy culture. Ma 'am, are you a white supremacist? No, sir. You're not? can you help me square why your organization says that being polite is part of being a white supremacist? I'm not exactly familiar with that passage of the Mass Action Toolkit, which is not one that we developed.
50:49I can show you the passage right here. Well, this is the thing that you guys are promoting, and it talks about how being polite and having manners is white supremacist stuff. As I mentioned on Newsmax when they asked me about this yesterday, I was recently on a plane and I got on and the stewardess was black and she said, hi, how are you? Can I get you something to drink? And I was like, shit, she's a white supremacist. Well, hot diggity damn. He's good. This guy could be president. I would vote for this guy. Here he is. He continues grilling her on some of the nonsense that they've been pushing at the Smithsonian.
51:21History, even if it's not properly carried out, would you say that the goal of history is to be objective? Is objectivity one of the goals of history? We strive to be objective and nonpartisan and not based on any ideology. So it's one of the goals. Doesn't that seem a little bit concerning? It certainly does to me because as part of this white supremacy document that your organization has promoted, objectivity is a core and defining aspect of white supremacy culture. Do you think that it's the goal of the Smithsonian Institution to promote white supremacy culture? Sir, do you mind sharing with me which document?
52:01White supremacy culture right here. This is part of the Mass Action Toolkit that your organization has promoted for several years now under your leadership.
52:15Are you promoting a white supremacy culture at the Smithsonian?
52:23Am I promoting a white? Ma 'am, is this a difficult question? No, sir. I'm just thinking about the mass action toolkit. We didn't develop it. All right. I like how she's writing throughout this. Well, let me see. Is politeness, if I carry the one and then I put this here, is politeness white supremacy? Objectivity, is that white supremacy? So why is it that the Smithsonian is promoting this mass action toolkit? Again, these are just little things that leak into the culture. And then you wonder why everyone's brain is broken. And speaking of broken brains, we don't play videos of her that often anymore because she's not going to be in Congress much longer.
53:00Here is Jasmine Crockett. And she somehow explains that Argentina and Spain, the World Cup, was about racism, although she's a little confused as to who won and people who were supporting who, but watch. The World Cup that captured the imaginations of the entire world when they saw all of these people of color that was playing for all these teams. And ultimately, if you recall, the last two teams, it was Argentina and Spain. And it seemed like the vast majority of the world was rooting for Argentina or actually against Argentina, right? And why was that? Just give me an explanation if you could guess, if you'll just let them finish the answer.
53:43Spain had the best team. Maybe that's why they were rooting for him. Who is Dr. Blight? I don't know who this man is, but can you imagine? Like, he looks like he's probably, like, he's been in academia or something. I guess he works at the Smithsonian. Like, he's had a career. He looks down, he's probably late 70s, and then being subjected at a congressional hearing to a woman who doesn't even know which team people were rooting for or anything else, and somehow it had something to do with racism. Like what did that guy do karmically that got him subjected to that? But more importantly than any of that, you know, she was wearing this shiny thing.
54:17I think it's taffeta. I don't think women should be able to wear this except for Tina Turner. I just think Tina Turner is the, you know, she wore it, she wore it better. I don't like you Jasmine Crockett. I don't want you wearing those things and your fake glasses and your fake eyelashes. I just don't like you very much. Speaking of people I don't like very much, you know, just the garden variety, ding dong progressive. They're just losing their minds whether they're burning down courthouses or chopping off genitals, or just making selfie videos, ranting and raving about Trump, they are mentally ill and we should be treating them as such.
54:48This video has been making the round. Here is a woman of a certain age and she wants to fight Donald Trump in a cage match. Hey Trump, I'm still waiting. This 74 year old woman is still waiting for you to accept my challenge to a cage fight. Okay, I know, you're old and fat, But this is what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna put my right hand behind my back and I'm gonna do your dumb s**t dance and give you time to try to take a punch. Dumb s**t dance. And then I'm gonna... That's what I'm gonna do. So I'm giving you a lot of advantages. Come on. I'm I'm waiting. Guys, how much time do you think we have to spend analyzing that woman?
55:41Probably not that much, right? The reason I'm showing you that is that there is something wrong with these people and it is everywhere in society right now. So we can say, oh, it's just the 16 year old kid who's out there that doesn't know anything yet, or it's the college kid or whatever, but it's also the 70 plus year old woman who thinks who's LARPing fighting Donald Trump. It is worth noting that Professor Blight, Dr. Blight, who we just showed you up there, I mean, in the ultimate irony of irony, He is an African American history professor at Yale. Like, he should have just retired right there.
56:12Like, he should have looked at that woman, black Jasmine Crockett, and been like, I have been an African American history professor at Yale for the last 40 years. Here's my resignation, lady. I failed. Here's a, well, here's, just play it. What, just play it. Say! Say! Say! Say! Say! Stop mischievous me! Okay, again, I don't know exactly what that is, and you might go, Dave, this is low-hanging fruit showing a crazy 70-year-old woman screaming about Trump and a gender-confused purple-haired lunatic screaming, except it's not low-hanging fruit because these people became this way intentionally.
56:57They have been programmed to be this way. We have shown you videos of Yuri Bezmenov before. He was a KGB defector in the 1980s. And listen to him explain how useful idiots, say 74-year-old woman who wants to have a cage match with Donald Trump or purple-haired lunatic being misgendered, that they are programmed to be exactly as they are. Useful idiots, the leftists who are idealistically believing in the beauty of Soviet socialists or communists or whatever system, when they get disillusioned, they become the worst enemies. That's why my KGB instructors specifically made the point never bother with leftists Forget about this political prostitutes aim higher But to eliminate the others to execute the others don't they serve some purpose wouldn't they be the one they rely?
57:47They serve purpose only at the stage of destabilization of a nation for example your leftists in United States all these professors and all these beautiful civil rights defenders they are instrumental in the process of the subversion only to destabilize the nation. When their job is completed, they are not needed anymore. They know too much. I mean, do you guys get it? Like, there's a reason I've played that clip so many times into the backdrop of that lady and that boy girl with purple hair. They are useful idiots who the revolution will eat. You barely have to do anything with them because they are the foot soldiers and then at some point you will simply not need them anymore and what might you do to them?
58:35Here's one more. Some of them, when they get disillusioned, when they see that Marxist-Leninists come to power, obviously they get offended. They think that they will come to power. That will never happen, of course. They will be lined up against the wall and shot. But they may turn into the most bitter enemies of Marxist-Leninists when they come to power And that's what happened in Nicaragua. You remember most of these former Marxist-Leninists were either put to prison or one of them split, and now he's working against Sandinistas. It's the same pattern everywhere. The moment they serve their purpose, all the useful idiots either be executed entirely.
59:14And when I always say that queers for Palestine is different than Palestine for queers, it makes no sense. Everyone, I think, viscerally can understand this. Having a bunch of queer trans people, walking people with dog masks on, while they have the Palestinian flag where if they went to Gaza, they would be murdered immediately. Now fortunately, there's less tall buildings there, so if they got pushed off a building, they might just twist an ankle or something. And then the Gaza Health Ministry can add them to the numbers. This is what it is. The revolution will eat everyone. So Jon Stewart and any of the Democrats now that are suddenly going, there's some wacky ideas here.
59:59Van Jones from yesterday. It's too late, it's too late. For the last 10 years, a whole bunch of us, and I'm very proud to include myself on that list, have been fighting against this stuff. And you guys ushered this in. And I would say at the moment, it's your problem in your party, but it really is a societal problem that we're gonna have to deal with, which is why I keep covering it and talking about it. We got a lot of work to do. Well, I think I fulfilled my commitment up top, which is that we gave them a pretty great show today. We're gonna do it again tomorrow. Thank you for watching, post game show, 30 seconds, rubinreport.locals.com.

Brandon Gill grilling Smithsonian Director Anthea M. Hartig about some of the more radical ideas promoted by the Smithsonian under her leadership, such as Mickey Mouse being racist and politeness and objectivity being associated with white supremacy; and much more.
