In short

The episode is a lifestyle round-up mixing January “wellness energy,” fashion shopping talk, and celebrity/style news. They discuss the app “The League,” which is highly curated and selective (approval required) to help adults meet like-minded people; it also hosts in-person events with conversation starters to break the ice. They review Dubai’s Soul DXB, noting it shifted from sneaker-only to concerts, regional brands, and more accessible party areas. Fashion segments include leather jackets (Noor Hamor), Nigerian “wearable arts” brand Her Tumba, French-Armenian Paramaz belts, and Repettos Camille ballerina flats with a small platform heel. Wellness mentions Amy Sessions’ “Wealth” app for aligning energy, plus Fitbits and wrist/ankle weights.

Guests

none named; it’s a panel-hosted episode featuring Tal, Hiba, and guest(s) referenced only as “Sarah Jessica Parker” (interview coming). Key claims/examples: SJP will gush about Dima Yad and is Astria London’s creative director; Kate Middleton is starting her own styling agency; Hailey Bieber’s Rhode is teasing pimple patches.

0:00Talar:On today's podcast, we discuss the app that builds meaningful connections. I don't know if you guys saw the league. So it's like this platform where you build meaningful connections with people. No one's approaching anyone anymore. Such a bubble, especially here. I love that this app is actually very curated and it makes it feel like meeting people is easier. The fashion finds we're currently obsessed with.

0:20Tamara:Noor Hamor does the best leather jackets.

0:23Talar:Noor Hamor. Gorgeous jacket. What a brand.

0:27Tamara:It is a dream. Every time I see someone wearing her pieces, I'm like, what is that? And it has to be her.

0:32Talar:And the latest celebrity news that everyone's talking about. Rama Duwaji, have you seen her? Yes. The Cut's editorial. First Lady of New York, she looks insane. It's like a movie poster or something. Honestly, it makes me so proud. Like, she is Syrian. She is from our region. She is so beautiful.

0:55Talar:for hello and welcome to the very first sheer luck smidley's podcast of 2026 hello to my team

1:02Tamara:members and hi 2026 we made it but like i think we all needed the rust and i'm really happy we got some time off yeah there was amazing i think everyone the weather was phenomenal i know we're

1:14Talar:very different to a lot of the other parts of the world where actually it was so much fun to be out outside and the weather was perfect and now right the january blues you know you're coming back after you know let's say a couple weeks of vacation and normally you're like quite down and sad because you've had such a great time and you go into winter and it's even more sad but we're really fortunate that we're going into like the best months of the year like the weather's phenomenal

1:39Tamara:but as it's here there's gonna be a bit of a storm over the next week like rain and thunder

1:44Talar:actually yes oh great which is kind of nice at the same time because we don't really get it it's like constantly changing your perspective you're like let me just find ways to make it

1:54Tamara:more reason to pull out my leather so exactly is ready for the season jacket head to toe and

2:00Talar:leather clearly you guys look so beautiful can we talk through your outfits yeah so i mean the set

2:06Tamara:is from h &m which i love i have to actually get it from india because they run out of stock here oh my god that is like dedication no way is it thick no it's not like that thin yeah but you know when something's sold out but they have in a different location yes so i always shop and ship from that location because if i want something i have to have it okay how do you get onto the like the indian website so i just search for the code on google and it shows me the places that have so it could be like netherlands it could be u.s yeah great in case you're looking at i've gotten things from like the uk before from the u.s so if you really want something you can find it also

2:48Talar:yeah this is a tip for our listeners uh hiba is great at sourcing products if you ever need if you need something like just be like hey i'm trying to find this call me yeah that means

2:59Tamara:like i want to help you find something yeah i know that feeling of like if you really want something

3:04Talar:just have to honestly the set looks so luxe it's a really nice set you know when someone's like

3:10Tamara:oh fast fashion sometimes like they don't have great stuff that lasts i've had this for more than four years already and i wear it i thought it was new me too wow it's lasted that's really

3:22Talar:good you're beautiful and i love your shoes too i got these from zara love gorgeous tal you look

3:29Hebah:so chic as always what are you wearing i decided to be a little cozy today i'm wearing this really

3:36Talar:cute cardigan from burshka oh my god it's really cute another really luxe like looking piece

3:43Hebah:and actually my pants are also burshka are they i haven't shopped at burshka for any these are these are my go-to like wide leg palazzos they had them in four different colors and they're just very easy to wear. I love their quality as well. It's really good. The earrings are mango and the shoes are old Zara, which I love because they're just, they're a great color that kind of goes with everything. Like an eggplant.

4:12Talar:Very nice. I love your outfit today. Not going to lie, I'm a little bit warm. I was like, it's winter. Yeah, this cape is suffocating me a little bit. It's from ASOS. beautiful my pants are actually vintage um men's trousers that i've uh tailored amazing i love the yeah the dual two-tone me too it's very nice thank you chic and then my boots are dear francis dear francis yeah and i love your ear cup yes this is why paris why paris okay love his stuff he is the like i mentioned this in the podcast before but he is the king of ear cups he's so so good you definitely need a pair like they're really cool ear cuts yeah but you look great in

4:55Tamara:an ear cut yeah i think i need one especially now i'm trying to pull up the wet hair look oh yes you

5:01Talar:did it once i did it in soldia i liked it a lot it was a really nice look that you had like down

5:07Tamara:well yeah so i do because i always see people with wet hair look and i found that chris appleton oh yeah one of his products that like gives you that wet hair look oh actually i thought like if you google the process of doing a wet hair look back in the day it was so difficult but now he just created one product that gives you that like it's like you just pump it you put in your hair and it

5:27Talar:just gives you that what is it color well or is it it's color so yeah because he's the ambassador for color well oh i didn't know that yeah i mean i just kept looking for products because i was

5:37Tamara:using gel for a bit and then a bit of like spray mousse but it doesn't give you that hold it's

5:43Talar:It's very hard, by the way, to do that look.

5:45Tamara:You do that on your own. I did it on my own, yes.

5:47Talar:Wow. I mean, we're going to...

5:49Tamara:You need to show me a picture after. Yes, I will. No, very, very nice. Yeah, but no, I tried it. I mean, Seoul DXB was my first thought.

6:01Talar:On to new and noteworthy. Actually, speaking of Seoul DXB, we were just there last month. One of the best events of the year, I would say. I love Seoul DXB.

6:11Tamara:Honestly, you get transported to a different universe. And it's something that's so boring to me, at least. But to see a different culture and different people coming out, different installations. I love that they also focused on so many regional brands this year. Yes, that's the difference.

6:27Talar:So I think the perception of Soul DXB was that it was heavily a sneaker event, which is true. It was the case. But now it's being shifted into more of like a concert, high-living regional brands sort of vibe, which I think is... F &B. F &B, huge F &B focus last year.

6:43Tamara:I think they did a good job. Obviously, if you want to compare things, it's always going to be different. And the bigger you grow, the more you have to adapt. Totally. But I think, I mean, you can focus on the positives or negative. But like, I really enjoyed myself. I think even the concerts, the talent they brought. So good. Was insane. The parties that they had also. I mean, back in the day, it used to be parties dedicated to brands. Yes. but now they had dedicated spots for parties versus brown so I think that for me was a positive

7:13Talar:as well definitely more accessible exactly because I remember like the Adidas stand or the giving movement stand or all these other stands you have to have specific accesses to these parties it was

7:23Tamara:a line to enter and now there wasn't a line and you can just like go in and out after you please and I think that for me was what was enjoyable because I'm like okay if I want to shop I know where to go and shop and if I want to go to a party or I want to go to concerts like it had

7:39Talar:designated it was organized yeah yeah and the crowd I love seeing people's out for me for me

7:45Tamara:I was there for the fashion yeah like people were there for the food or for for the fashion or whatever it was for the concerts I think mainly people went for the concerts I loved seeing people's styles mainly like what people were wearing that gave me the most inspiration yeah

8:01Talar:it's fun it's nice and i think pedestrian life in general is quite minimal in the region we don't really see people on the streets walking around so when you have a space where you do that it's really concentrated yeah also i don't know if you guys saw but there was a pop-up right next to where

Read the full transcript

8:16Tamara:the concerts were called the league i've seen it but i didn't know what it was yeah so it's like

8:20Talar:this platform where you build meaningful connections with people and it's highly vetted so it's like not everyone can join it's really selective it's really hard to meet people it's so hard honestly

8:31Tamara:i can vouch for that 100 and i wish i knew earlier because i definitely would have been there i mean you can still apply it's not too late i mean i would because i find it so difficult to find like-minded people we are always working we're focused on our careers it can be really hard to

8:46Talar:just like make plans in general so i love that this this app is actually very curated and it

8:52Tamara:makes it feel like meeting people is easier how do you meet new people as an adult obviously you go out everyone's so focused on the people that they're with in general yeah and no one's approaching

9:03Talar:anyone anymore and that's such a bubble especially here yeah everyone's like so to themselves my mom

9:08Tamara:always asks me like you know Hibba when are you gonna meet someone in general and I'm always thinking how do I tell her that it's just not as easy as before it's really not you know you have friends that are married or friends that are not like I mean you met all of your friends friends at the sport right exactly so I love that now there is a platform where you can meet and create

9:27Talar:intentional connections it takes the headache away of like trying to vet someone and going through multiple rounds of like vetting someone in your head also they do events outside of the app so you can actually go and meet people in person which I think is like the best part about it definitely amazing so they had conversation starters on the tables so long community tables It's actually a really easy way to like break the ice.

9:50Tamara:So what's the process like? How do you join or become a member?

9:53Talar:It's really selective. So you have to be approved to join. Basically, you sign up, you get approved, and then you are presented a very select few profiles per day. I think it's like a much more streamlined, like less crowded, less overwhelming, less noise compared to other apps.

10:10Tamara:So it's like quality over quantity.

10:12Talar:Exactly, exactly. Which is really good.

10:14Tamara:Yeah. But what about you guys?

10:15Talar:Anything new and noteworthy on your minds?

10:17Tamara:Yeah, I saw that. I mean, I'm sure you've seen it as well, that Zara now introduced this new AI tool online, which I think is like now the new way forward in fashion. But what I find crazy is that you can create your avatar on their website or in the sitting room. Oh my gosh. And it looks like you and you can try on different items. This is a game changer. How it looks on you before you purchase it.

10:40Hebah:It's like Clueless. Remember when shares begin with an outfit?

10:44Talar:Yeah, we always refer to like the new technology as like going back to Clueless. I'm like, it's like Clueless. Cheers. I think it's going to really change the game in terms of shopping. I think already we're so advanced in how we shop and I feel like it's a great tool to make us more consumerists. Yeah, I know. Like we need another reason to shop more.

11:03Tamara:This is like the debate is that they're trying to make fashion faster and then it gets any faster. We're already consuming so much. Everything's so quick. I know. That it's like so much faster.

11:14Hebah:It's so accessible too. What about you, Tal? Anything new and noteworthy? So this month and in December, I stayed close to home. We didn't travel and we just kind of were big homebodies. And I was exploring new restaurants and new boutiques. And I found a really cute interior boutique in town center, Jumeirah. Love that mall. OG mall. Love that mall. And it's called Heart Cottage Lane. So cute. It's amazing. they have the cutest chicest things for your kitchen living room great for gifts like if you're going over to someone's house and you want to take something they have amazing things that i've never found anywhere else in dubai yeah it's really aesthetically pleasing right it's so beautiful colorful and cute and yeah it's right next to my parents house which is why i i knew the oh yeah it is it's on it's next to mercato exactly so it's so perfect for like last minute like you said Like going to someone's house, you want to get something for their house.

12:12Hebah:I got a lot of last minute Christmas gifts there. Perfect for that. And they have a really beautiful candle sets. It's just a fun store to get things for the house. And that was what I was proud of this month that I found out. Well done.

12:26Talar:Now it's awesome because it's really hard to find like cutesy boutiques like that. I think in Dubai, we have like big malls. We have the big brands. Everything's so modern. And everything is so modern. So this is quite nice. It's eclectic. It's funky. Yeah. Really cute. I love that. What about you? I also just discovered this app called Wealth by Amy Sessions. So Amy Sessions used to work at Emirates Woman. She's left now. She's always been into healthcare and wellness. And she's developed an app which helps you sort of align your energy and kind of give you the tools you need to be the best version of yourself.

12:59Talar:she literally just launched so I haven't really discovered the app yet but I know that Amy is a very well-researched person and she's really into the wellness space so I feel like it's a really good app to to keep in mind it's all downloaded okay everyone's on their January exactly it's a perfect time exactly it's a perfect time to like everyone like even driving here I'm like everyone's the gyms are full everyone's like on their diet plans and health care my son's a personal trainer

13:28Tamara:and she was like, when are you guys going to stop? Is it end of January?

13:32Talar:And I'm like, when will the gyms start to slow down their memberships? Exactly.

13:42All right, guys.

13:43Talar:Fashion finds. What have you been seeing recently?

13:46Tamara:I mean, you know how much I'm into leather and Noor Hamor does the best leather jackets.

13:52Talar:Noor Hamor. Gorgeous jacket.

13:54Tamara:What a brand. It is a dream. Every time I see someone wearing her pieces I'm like what is that and it has to be her and even my sister is like I keep getting ads for Noor Hamur and I need to either way talking about how much I love her pieces but she has this jacket called the artiste jackets and it's in this like hockey green colorway with like a matching mini skirts oh super beautiful sounds like a you outfit I definitely can picture a bit right oh my god I love her brand love it um also I just came across this Nigerian brand called her tumba she markets herself as wearable arts and I just love her pieces honestly from like the dresses to the tops to the pants she has such eclectic taste the way that it falls on the body the way it's just shapes the woman's body as well so beautiful she has this beautiful corset top that also comes in a dress that has like the eyes and the lips as like the top oh so it's like shaped in that way shaped in that way it's so beautiful and then she also has this dress which is a halter but then the rest is like fringe gorgeous so beautiful and she just has such beautiful pieces like you know when you find a brand that you're like i've never seen this before that's the best kind of find you're like i've never seen this so unique style it's so rare and also like she ships worldwide so i'm so excited like take a look through her stuff i love that i love that you said nigerian brand because i

15:18Talar:just watched a tiktok this morning of someone talking about like three nigerian brands that they love and I was in a rush so I saved the video so maybe she's a part of the list

15:28Tamara:honestly like I think they're the ones to watch because I mean you know how much I love color as well they really love to play with like colors and materials and textures and they really work on like a woman's body so I really think they're the ones to watch out I'm excited to see you come to the bureau and wearing the outfit maybe to the league but not

15:50Hebah:What about you, Tal? Any fashion finds? Yes, there are two things on my current wish list. One is a beautiful leather belt with silver hardware from this. It's a French Armenian brand called Paramaz. And they have a boutique in Paris, which I'm dying to go to. And it just looks like such a beautifully well-made belt. And it's like the leather looks incredible. It's reasonably priced. they ship worldwide so I'm definitely going to put an order in for that nice and no belt never goes out of style like you always need a belt belt is always a lifetime piece for me I've had my belts for like more than 10 years yeah um and I recently saw a pair of repeto ballerina flats that I really like rollback I haven't owned a pair in so long they're called the Camille ballerina flat and they have like a little it's like a two centimeter three centimeter platform like a little heel nice because now in 2026 i want to stop wearing super flat shoes and kind of

16:55Talar:elevate myself a little more physically yeah yeah i just feel like whenever you wear just a little

17:03Hebah:bit of a heel it instantly makes you look more elegant yeah it's the structure it's it's the

17:10Tamara:it's your less you look less like i don't know swampy yeah that's not always in heels because it instantly puts me in a different mood yeah your posture is more straightened down i've never seen

17:21Hebah:her slouch in my life yeah it's amazing i swear i see mine a lot i know i'm like literally yeah so that's the goal for 2026 more heels i i will watch you yeah she'll keep you on chat and get

17:37Talar:them yeah yeah for sure that i obviously was in new york in the winter just now and i was i didn't get a chance to but i was dying to buy a pierre laborde bag have you guys heard of this designer no so he's a haitian designer based in new york and he has these like one-of-a-kind bags that everyone in new york is obsessed with um and he hosts these uh pop-ups at the grand bazaar in new york i think it's the upper west side and the lines are so long actually i i've seen it Let me see it on TikTok. I watched a reel about it. It's all over socials now. Everyone's like, I don't need a Birkin. I want this bag.

18:11Talar:And each one is like a one of a kind. I think so. I think it is one of one. They have these cowhide prints. It has like a chain connecting the handle. And then the rest is like quite slouchy. It's a really, really beautiful bag. The shape is amazing. The colors are amazing. And it's a very difficult bag to get in New York currently. And it's somewhat expensive. It's between like$200 to like, I think it goes up to like$800, dollars depending on the print depending on the fabric but he's really well known for these bags and I would have loved to get one but it's actually really hard to get one these days

18:41Hebah:and I think we're unable to get it next trip next trip when I go to the States again and I think

18:47Tamara:that's what makes people want things more is the fact that it's not so easily accessible yeah I feel like you get something like that you're like okay I scored something so like yeah it's nice

18:57Talar:and it's it's one person who does everything and it's it's a it's a cool way it's a memory to have

19:01Tamara:as well with you. Yeah. Even like waiting in line, getting the bag, etc. So true. A bunch of experience. Yeah, we don't wait in line anymore

19:08Hebah:for stuff.

19:13Talar:Okay, guys, on to Must and Miss. I literally cannot wait to say this. I'm so excited for our interview with Sarah Jessica Parker coming out. Can't wait so much, Sarah. I know. She is honestly a dream. She was so kind. She could not stop gushing over Dima Yad and she kept wearing Dima Yad during her trip.

19:31Tamara:Honestly, she looked,

19:31Talar:stunning yeah she does stunning i mean dima knows how to dress a woman like she looks so phenomenal i think she wore like three four outfits in her like two-day trip it was amazing amazing to see so i'm really excited for that to come out she is the new creative director for astria london yeah amazing which is a lab grown diamond jewelry brand and i'm really excited for that to come out because we just talked about the brand itself but then also her favorite fashion moments which is so nice and it was cool to see it from the queen herself sjp literally what a monumental moment

20:02Hebah:i really want you should do a premiere night at someone's house and watch it that's a good idea

20:07Talar:that's a good idea yes let's do it what about you guys anything we mustn't miss i'm super pumped for

20:13Tamara:the never fully dressed events that we're having i think it's next week already yeah part two we

20:19Talar:did this one last year this is the second one we're doing so successful last year but i love

20:23Tamara:it this time we actually get to meet people we also have our own curated rail which is gonna be fun i'm excited for that yeah so it's super interactive as well so it's a bit different than last year but i'm excited anything fashion related if there's clothes if there's people

20:37Talar:i just love such a fun brand events are the best i think it's so nice to meet the people that listen to us and read our stories and just be able to interact yeah so true like that lime

20:47Tamara:thing that we did was awesome and the fact that lucy is going to be there as well she's honestly She's so inspirational and I love her energy. So the fact that she's going to be there as well is super exciting.

20:57Talar:And her mom is coming too, which we remember from last year. Yeah, honestly, I love that she was so cute. Yeah, so that's going to be really fun.

21:04Hebah:What about you, Tal? This month, I'm really looking forward to the, we're doing a special area guide video that will be coming out soon. I'm not going to say where, let it be a surprise. I'm really excited for that one, actually. I am too. That's a good area. It's a new area that people, yeah, won't expect. And another great video that will be coming out soon. In the spirit of the January wellness energy that we're all feeling, it'll be a wellness video, like supplements, kind of like a market dash, but with healthy supplement. That's great.

21:41Talar:Honestly, I love your dashes. They're my favorite thing to watch. I literally am like, I'm going to rewatch. I'm going to rewatch it. You're so good at it. It's amazing. Yeah, so I'm super excited.

21:49Tamara:i'm excited to see it because i want like collagen brands different things there's just so much now

21:54Talar:on the market yeah definitely so when you have like kind of a curated selection it really helps exactly

22:06Talar:okay guys hot topic celebrity news anything you've been seeing recently

22:11Hebah:i mean mine's not so much it's more it's celebrity makeup news um hailey bieber has been teasing some new road products which i'm so excited for i mean i think everyone knows why now i love her product and apparently there's gonna be pimple patches oh i know i need that i actually

22:30Tamara:am facing a demon today so i need that asap doesn't it work because like i think they work

22:36Talar:they do help with reducing every madness and information they do and i love that the woman

22:40Tamara:who initially created the pimple patches like she was targeting gen z and now she has a billion company because of all like the stickers and the stars and now I think everyone's jumping on it

22:52Talar:yeah yeah it's everywhere it's it's such a honestly it's it's it's crazy especially road at Sephora because obviously now it's available at Sephora not not here yet I wish it was but it's empty like people like are selling it out like people are obsessed also because of the

23:07Hebah:price point yeah I think it helps it's reasonably priced yeah it's not too bad like I've I've seen

23:14Tamara:a lot of videos about it and they're like the products are not actually as great as the hype

23:19Talar:it depends it's mixed reviews but let me tell you again guys it's on noon minutes and it's verified it's on me to say that but it's just a hundred dirhams and not everything but some most things it's just a hundred dirhams more expensive okay just just if you want if you're desperate enough

23:36Tamara:you can get it on yeah you can get it in under an hour so so it's actually reading that kate Middleton is now her own stylist oh so she has had the same stylist for the past 15 years and now she left and she's starting her own agency and Kate Middleton said that she wants to have

23:52Talar:control over her own styling really that's a big deal actually because nobody absolutely have a

23:58Tamara:stylist yeah it takes a lot of work to curate like your outfits and put things together but she is actually making her styling more personable where if she's attending an event with the um with Donald Trump she knows that he likes gold so she'll wear something that's gold and then she's had responses where she could see that they appreciated what she was wearing making things like even I think she had an event with Macron and she wore reds for a certain reason so like I think she wants to position herself and also position herself as a fashion girlie yeah okay Kate Middleton

24:33Talar:yeah I find that interesting yeah that really cool well speaking of you know women in power in positions, Rama Duwaji. Have you seen her? Yes. The Cut's editorial. Firstly, New York, she looks insane. It's like a movie poster or something. Honestly, it makes me so proud. Like, she is Syrian. She is from our region. She is so beautiful. I think she is amazing. Great styling.

24:57Tamara:She wore a combination, which I think is super beautiful.

25:00Talar:A Lebanese brand. Renaissance. The coat. And then underneath, she wore some Frankie Shop and Mista boots. I literally searched the holding i was like so cool she's just naturally cool and she and and even she posts on social

25:14Tamara:she's like someone who actually shares on hinge as well yeah yeah i didn't even know you see

25:21Talar:that's a great i've heard for hinge that's amazing no no she is so stunning i think she what's amazing is she's actually an intellect like she's actually smart and she has something to say and she's amazing in her art and creativity like i'm excited to see what how her style is

25:36Hebah:lady yeah it's amazing you were in yeah you were just in new york i was just in new york

25:41Talar:donnie's new york i actually wasn't because it was before he got sworn in it was right before i was thinking about all my flights to new york i was like i'm gonna go to mom donnie's new york and then i was like actually he's not sworn in yet but i'm sure the vibe was my name it was really honestly i did you did you see a difference um i was only in manhattan for 48 hours and when i go to Mahan anytime it's always electric like yes when I go to LA I actually feel like it can be quite depressing in certain capacities it's so mellow because it's mellow it's chill I know you're an LA girl I know but I find that it's just so like vast whereas New York is like city hustle bustle and yeah electric energy um and I loved it was really fun also guys did you see Timothy Chalamet's speech and he did a nod to Kylie Jenner I had no idea that he was dating

26:28Tamara:her for three years wait just in a while can you just discuss though how he said partner yes he said partner but what's wrong with partner like why didn't he say her name like oh yeah he wanted

26:42Talar:to be discreet yeah or maybe he wanted maybe it was strategic because he wanted this speech to last yeah also ever and he also wanted people re-watch it they don't have it could be anyone

26:55Tamara:i don't know but that's what i find sketchy about the whole situation is like i heard well not heard i read i heard i heard who's your source him up i actually read somewhere that she got annoyed at the last speech that he did where he didn't mention her so i felt like maybe i mean correct me if i'm wrong i don't know maybe i'm giving false rumors but she she maybe got annoyed at him for not mentioning her before and now he felt the need to oh you know and also within the actor's world it's an kind of an embarrassment to be with a kardashian yeah i know yeah so i think for him he's like how do i make her happy she's there but then also keep it like keep it discreet oh wow

27:35Hebah:i think also i think americans just love to use the word partner because it's like no no it was very intentional intentional with his vagueness and he's like and also i want to say thank you

27:46Tamara:to my partner that has been like who says but then they like panned her and she's like i love you yeah did you yeah she's like i love you i don't watch that far i was like this is super cringe

28:02Talar:okay guys product you cannot live without ride or die product at the moment

28:06Tamara:i i mean i can't live without my fitbit i thought i lost it last week and i use it to track my that's mainly wow that's like my ride or die I think I can't live with you wear it just here on your wrist I wear it and I have the Fitbit Luxe I mean I'm not wearing it right now it doesn't go with the look it doesn't but no I bought there I actually bought the Fitbit Luxe which has a golden bag so it actually incorporates with my jewelry oh nice I'm bringing Fitbit because I only remember Fitbit from being like a very simple strap right so it is simple but I can't do the Apple watch because it's too chunky for me it's a bit too masculine for my look so I kind of found the

28:45Talar:Fitbit Luxe you just want it for one thing yeah I'm not someone who's obsessively yeah I'm gonna

28:49Tamara:track like your blood pressure yeah like how did I sleep last night yeah I sucked so for me I lost it last week it fell under a table and I left the restaurant anyway long story short I realized how

29:01Talar:much I'm attached to my Fitbits so that is I get one wearables are really making a thing I'm really into i really want to discover the aura ring i'm not someone who wants to track my sleep and i'm not someone who wants to do any of those things like i'm really because then i'll get obsessive and then it ruins my day etc but i feel like i would like to know i would like to have some insight so i feel like the aura ring could be interesting to do you're like oh someone's

29:28Hebah:triggering me why am i being triggered it's just so like bulky yeah i know they made it there's a gold there's new versions that are there's that bronze that we discovered yes Suzanne Calan

29:40Tamara:exactly where she has like whole diamond they're called tech jackets they're so cool so it makes

29:46Talar:your wearable look so much more chic so it's kind of like what I have on right now that's a great idea so imagine the gold band is an aura ring so it has like these diamonds that make it like a tech jacket very chic yeah I'm actually really obsessed with pajama sets now I wasn't that person at all matching sets I was always like big t-shirt shorts I guess it or like honestly sometimes I don't wear a t-shirt to bed like I'm literally just like as bare as I can be but I've been recently loving pajama sets obviously um I got upgraded on my flight into to New York and Emirates gives you pajama sets and they're the softest is it the one with the hood the hood and the high neck like the funnel neck it's like so on trend such soft pajamas Olivia Von Hall sent me a set that was beautiful gorgeous like really soft comfortable even Atlantis the royal have like amazing pajama sets yeah I don't know if it's for the public but I got sent them and I'm obsessed with them as well um so reading into pajama sets like you so

30:42Hebah:very cozy it's nice to go to bed feeling good and not sloppy I realize that too yeah yeah and like

30:49Tamara:doing your especially you guys are both newlyweds so like yeah my husband has seen the worst yeah

30:55Hebah:wearing like stained shirts to bed and yeah yeah matching sets are the way to go it's nice it's

31:01Talar:especially before bed when you're winding down and you're just watching a show like it's a really nice thing to do after your shower yeah um but i've been obsessed with obviously on a health journey wrist uh wrist weights and ankle weights you have them on and i actually ordered them from after yeah i'm excited together they're honestly amazing so i follow so i'll take it a step further i follow this account on tiktok her name is gabby george she is a um she's everything actually she's actually a professionally trained dancer i think she does she has a musician as well but she's a pilates instructor by trade and she does these bridal arm series and they are the the results i've seen on people's um arms amazing obviously bride to be so i'm like on the kick right now

31:47Hebah:on every day it's really approachable and easy to do it's like seven minutes a day and you should

31:52Talar:definitely do it with your with your space i need to i'll send i'll send you that and you can probably put them on your ankles too ankles and wrists and you and i i i did one pound weights to start and i was like okay this is easy i can go for two pounds and i'm gonna increase my um weights but it's honestly so great i use it even while i'm driving like i would i would have worn them today for an after picture yes i will i'll do some like shots it's actually really great i love i love the product so does she give you exercises yeah it's only seven minutes a day amazing and they're it's tough by the way like you think you're you know your wrists are like oh it's lightweight but it's actually so hard the worst upper body struggle oh this will help you so much i promise you you'll see a difference well that wraps up today's chat if you like today's podcast please like subscribe and we'll see you next time
