58with us right now, Megan Camille. Megan, you are an intuitive business consultant and you are found on the web at MeganCamille.com. Megan, thank you so much for joining us. My pleasure. So happy to be here. Thank you. Absolutely. You work with entrepreneurs, business owners, CEOs, and Megan, what is an intuitive business consultant? Yeah, yeah. Great question. So an intuitive business consultant, what I do is I tap in and tune into the energetics of my clients. So in addition to creating awesome systems and strategies, we're actually creating a business that aligns with their lifestyle and their natural rhythm.
38People's natural rhythm is different, right? It's their natural rhythm. And so when we are doing intuitive business or intuitively consulting, we're leaning into each individual person's natural rhythm to discover the strategy that's best for them yeah okay so is what we're talking about Megan is this is this super woo woo or is it actually like no here's how let's say well let's let's address the person's listening who says listen I'm not woo and so we want to use maybe some language that they can be like oh well Well, if you're talking about that, no, I agree with that. Help us out here. Yeah, sure.
20Not that there's anything wrong with Woo, but I just want to let people know you are welcome to continue listening because what you have to share is very valuable. Well, whether some people see it as Woo or see it as like mainstream, it's created multiple seven figures for me and my clients. And that is proof enough that it is a fantastic approach to doing business. And so, you know, intuitive is everyone has an intuition, right? Everyone has that gut instinct. Everyone has that initial knowing of what is best for them. And most people tend to lean back onto their logic. And so intuition is trusting that first knowing, that first voice, as opposed to leaning on the logic.
08And that's where it's, you know, some people might call that woo-woo and some people might go, that is the most trustworthy voice there is. Well, I think we can all identify with, man, I just feel off. I don't feel in my groove. I'm not like I'm exhausted. I'm burnt out. or like people were engaging with someone and we feel like maybe they're not really present with us. I don't think it takes a high degree of intuition, empathy to notice like something's off here. Like we feel it and that energy impacts everything. Correct, correct. And so some great ways to know that you're ready for more of an intuitively led business is if you are working 40 hours a week, no one is made to work 40 hours a week.
59There's nothing we do in this world other than sleep that we do for 40 hours a week. Like why in the world were we taught to believe that we should leave our home, our children, ourselves for 40 hours? So if you're working 40 hours a week in your business or for someone else, you're probably not in tune with your intuition. If you're feeling burnt out and tired at the end of the day, instead of energized by what you've done, another great indication that an intuitive approach would support you now. And if you're constantly in the mind, spinning your wheels, like what should I do next? What is the right way?
39How can I make more money? As opposed to simply taking action on that first nudge. Those are all really good indications that you've tapped out of your intuition and have clung to mainstream or nine to five programming. Yeah. And how do you work? Like Megan, who, who are you working with? And like, what does that typically look like? Is it, is it kind of like, you know, you're working with a client and they just kind of start downloading, you know, like, here's what's going on. And then are you unlike a therapist, you know, my wife is a family therapist, you know, so she's going to be obviously paying attention to some of those non-verbals, which, you know, is, you know, any good therapist would, aside from just the language you're using, but, but how do, how are you working?
27Like, how do you do what you do? Yeah, well, I'm tapping into their energetic sphere. Of course, there's so much non-verbal that goes with that. We're all familiar with that because our words are the smallest amount of what we're communicating with. And what we're communicating mainly with is our energy. And so again, we can feel when someone is out of alignment. We can feel when their words are actually not aligning with who they are or what they teach. Surprisingly, my most ideal clients and the people that I work with most frequently are not into the woo-woo. They are family, they're doctors, functional medicine practitioners, realtors, those who really haven't dove that deep into the spiritual, but they're like, I am drowning.
19I am just trading my time for money, what gives. And so being able to tap in for them initially, and then teach them how to tap in themselves. We really, I'm really a proponent for freeing people, becoming really sovereign so that they're not always relying on my intuition, that they can learn to tap back into their own. You know, and I was talked about this with someone not too long ago, and this was really revealing and eye-opening for me. I think, you know, when I take the time to just center myself and meditate and just, you know, just relax and let great ideas come to me as opposed to my logical brain that wants to jump in there and fix everything, I feel like, you know, that inner knowingness or that, you know, you know, you could call it whatever you want, but just this intelligence that when we allow ourselves to be still and quiet that mind a little bit, like that stuff seems to be pretty good advice or, you know, or direction or insights or, you know, or maybe just emotionally resetting, like when I take the time to do that.
33But here's the thing. My logical brain doesn't want to do that. And so my logical brain will fight against it. Like, just solve it. You just need better ideas. So what's going on? Yeah, this is so common. So our logical brain only has the past to recall, right? The logic is what we have experienced and what we've learned. And so when we're accessing our logic, we're saying, how did I survive the past? And then that's how I'll survive the future. Most people who are in business and they're ready for financial sovereignty, they want to do more than survive. And so if we're really looking at thriving, it's important that we can make a decision neutrally out of our logic and out of our emotion.
19And the most reliable place is going to be our intuition. It has that 30 ,000 foot view that knows past, present, and future, and always has our highest good in mind. Now, the logic has our highest good in mind, but the logic thinks the highest good is survival. And if we're talking about making millions of dollars or having a large impact, that is moving beyond survival. And so the first thing we get to do is know that we're not our thoughts, our logic is not who we are, and we're not our emotions. And so when we can regulate our nervous system, remove ourself from the identity of thought, then we can hear that initial voice.
01Most of my clients who come to me have been in the hustle and grind for so long that they don't hear that voice anymore. Dr. Hollis is a great example. She has a practice and she is trading time for money. She was capped at about 600 ,000 a year and there was just no space left. She couldn't take any more patients. She had a wait list of eight months, and she also wouldn't be able to make any more if she kept doing what she was doing. And what her logic was telling her is this is how a doctor practices. I must trade my time for money, and I can't raise my prices because I'm already at the highest that my state has seen.
42And so when we can go in and remove that logic that says you can't do this, you can't do this, stay safe, then we could hear what she truly wanted, which was no longer a person-to-person practice. She wanted to leverage the online space. And that lets us know that we can now reconstruct the way she does business and her pricing. Her logic was telling her, you can't do it. People won't come to you if you raise your prices and restructure your business. Her intuition is you're ready for the next. And so it's really bridging between the logic and the intuition, what steps do we take to get closer to the intuition?
23Yeah. Megan, your website, MeganCamille.com, and you've got a pretty good, your Instagram is pretty great. Someone just listened to our conversation and they want more Megan. Where can they find more Megan? Like how do they engage with you? Yeah. Instagram at TheMeganCamille at TheMeganCamille on Instagram. You can also find me on Facebook, MeganCamille. And then my website, MeganCamille.com. Yeah. And tell me more about like working with you, what that typically looks like. Yeah, well, there's a great range of how to do that. I work in group settings, a business mastermind where we carry an amazing business blueprint for the next six to 12 months.
14I also do one-to-one for those who are ready to really reconstruct a business that supports their lifestyle as opposed to a business that dictates their lifestyle. I take a small handful of people one-to-one that is really for those who are scaling from six into seven figures. My group program is great for those who may be launching or they're ready to increase their income to multiple six figures. And they just need some new ways of like, how do they build their audience? How do they become really magnetic? How do they use their intuition instead of a template? If strategy were the answer to business and making more money, everyone would be making more money.
01And we would have more than 2 % of coaches making a million dollars in their career. Yeah. Awesome. Megan Camille, again, your website, MeganCamille.com. And you are an intuitive business consultant. Megan, this has been absolutely fantastic. Any other kind of like, give us, I want to, I want to lead, I want to kind of leave everybody with like something that they can do today. you know something that maybe advice that you generally give to business leaders you know stop doing this and do more of this or take some time and do this like give us something to do that we could that we could practice yeah well I would do two things one is stop identifying with your business your business is a very own entity your business is not you and your business is also not your baby.
57I hear people say, oh, my business is my baby. And as mom of two toddlers, believe me, you do not want a baby. If you're trying to make money, babies are dependent. They do a lot of taking and they do a lot of needing and crying. You want to see your business as its own independent entity that is a co-creator and creating an amazing life. The next thing I would recommend is allowing yourself to be fully visible as who you are. Again, so when you stop identifying with your business, then you can show up fully as who you are instead of, I hope people like me so then they'll buy in my business. You get to show up unabashedly the way that you are, whether you think other people will receive you well or not.
43Yeah, awesome. Megan Camille, thank you so much for joining us. Your website, megancamille.com. Thanks, Megan. My pleasure. Thank you.
