0:58with us right now ross arnston ross you are the co-founder of infinity matrix you're found on the web at hacking the infinity matrix.com sounds very sci-fi ross thank you so much for joining us not as sci-fi as you think um there's a big backstory to that i don't know if we'll go into Our consulting company is called Infinite Mastery Consulting. And we just approach things differently. We take people beyond the norms of personal development, business growth, sales. We just take them to using different techniques and different processes that nobody's actually ever seen before. And we have gotten amazing results.
1:43So it works for us. It works very, very well. And we have a very different type of clientele that we work with. We work with what I have to call the vagabonds and the rebels and those free thinkers that, you know, they don't want to stay within the norms and the societal limitations. So they're searching for something else. They're searching for something that's going to give them courage and inspiration and self-esteem. And we fill that hole. And as I said, we've had some amazing results. So it works really well for us. Okay, well, good. So I hear a lot of different, unique. Let's now maybe get a little bit tactical or specific, Ross, if you can maybe take me through like what exactly we're talking about.
2:25Well, so my partner, Gary Johnson and I, we got together, wow, 14 years ago on a whole different project. And we just found that we had a lot of things in common. We had found that our craws had passed in the prior to that, that we never realized. We're like, you know, this just seems like it's supposed to happen. And we both were in the personal development business and speakers on stages and doing programs and such. But what we both noticed at the same time is that, you know, there was this cycle of people going in and out of these seminars over and over and over again. And when you start talking to them about it, you're finding that they're looking for something, but it doesn't lapse.
3:07So they're just trying to kind of re-up that dopamine hit. And it's like over and over again. It's like, wow, there's something missing. It's just that they don't have the retention that we think that they should have had. So we worked for almost 10 years developing what we call the infinity process. And the infinity process is so unique and so powerful because basically it takes the seminar and puts it inside you to where you are constantly being stimulated by your existing environment. So, for example, if we use the sciences being used now in marketing as an example, in your PR, marketing, such, we use that.
3:48You look at when you see logos and you see all these different memes that are on the billboards or on TV and stuff like that. They all inspire a particular feeling, particular sensation, sometimes a particular memory and such. And so we take that and we're like, well, wonder if the entire environment can stimulate in a way that is more empowering. So whether you're walking down the street or you're watching something on TV, you are on a minute by minute being stimulated by your environment. That is going to be a more empowering feeling. And it keeps you very, very focused. It keeps you moving forward.
4:29It keeps you motivated. and it takes you through those really, really, really tough times. And when a business person uses something like this, they are super focused because their environment is keeping them focused. And, you know, this is the age of the shiny object syndrome. We all know that, you know, where the average individual, our attention time has, it's slow. Event is just down, it's going to be down to two seconds here pretty soon. And that is really, really harming a lot of people who are in business, who are entrepreneurs or business owners or executives or managers, whatever the case may be.
5:07It's making it harder and harder for them to stay focused. And then if they have employees, they're trying to keep this. That's like corralling cats. It's just like it's such a difficult. The environment that that's created for them is just very, very difficult. and what the infinity process does is it just keeps them constantly focused and um it's worked out very well i mean in fact i had one of our clients just got into a bad car accident a couple weeks ago and uh she's just like she goes this was just that this was a piece of cake and she got a looks like concussion such but she goes all i could think of was my training and it just kept me focused.
5:48It kept me calm and it kept me moving forward. And we're just like, that's what it's supposed to do. Yeah. Ross, let's unpack that a little bit. I mean, I feel like we keep talking about just it, the training and that's great. And I trust that you do fantastic work. What are some actionable things that leaders listening right now might be able to do to kind of keep a better focus and also surround us? Cause it sounds like, you know, just being mindful about what we're exposing ourselves to because that stuff truly makes an update. Yeah. I mean, I could talk about myself personally, you know, one thing that I learned very early on is notifications are just not what I need.
6:25Like, I don't need to be dinged with, you know, just because maybe wants to send me an email or something like that. So in fact, the way I've got my phone set up, and I'm sure, you know, just thinking about some actionable things that we could do, right, is the only thing that will cause a notification on my phone is an SMS from my immediate family or a phone call from my immediate family. Everything else is quietly delivered or doesn't get delivered at all. I don't need to, I'll get to it. I'll get to it when I'm ready for it. So, I mean, I think that would be an easy one. But then I think, you know, what you're talking about is that you do want positive influences, right?
7:04So how might you advise on this? Okay. So let me give you a real quick example. So So one of the parts of our program is, let's say, for example, we anchor everybody to the number zero. So when somebody sees the number zero that's gone through our program, the first thing they're going to think is that I think like a hero. I am what I think. I think like a hero. Boom. That's just going to happen. And then attached to that are another seven, well, up to 21, but there's another seven degrees that are attached to that for where now they're going to change their posture. They're going to, they're just going to base, and this all happens within seconds and such, and it keeps them centered.
7:45That's the first thing that we want people to constantly be is centered. Where am I? What's my now? The majority of the public, they think in the future or they think in the past. They don't think in the now. They think, how is this going to affect me? Or this is how it affected me. But what is it doing for you now? When you realize that right now, this very moment is when you have all of the power in your entire life, right then, whatever decision you make. And that decision point, we call the CCP, the choice convergence point. And this is where your internal matrix, which is all of your feelings, your memories, your history and such, is now going to integrate with the external matrix, which is everything that's affecting you from the outside of your body.
8:32Okay. And that's going to be your, whether it be your, your news stations, your phone, your social media, whatever you decide to, or your actual environment of you're walking down the street. So when we converge those two into the choice convergence point, you are in the moment, you're in it right now. So you're not thinking about how is this going to affect me, you know, an hour from now, or how did this affect me an hour ago? You're thinking right now. And that is a place of incredible calmness. We call it the eye of the storm, where what this process does, it keeps people always in the eye of the storm, where they are observing.
9:12They're observing that chaos that's swirling around them. They're just observing it, though. They're just looking at it going, that's very interesting. So they're going to observe it, they're going to interpret it, and then they're going to respond to whatever is going on around them. And so then they have the choice of interacting with it or not. And when we see, I think the last couple of years on social media, you know, everybody saw the snippets of the people who are just simply reacting. They just got caught in that chaos and then they just reacted. And so many of them, you know, they had, you know, some repercussions on that, that, you know, they're going to feel for quite some time.
9:51But what this does is just allows you to, whether you're in business or whether it's your personal, It just allows you to just kind of look and see what's going on. And when you do that, that chaos stands out a lot more for you, but you have the choice of whether you're going to respond to it or not. So we're basically setting up anchors for the future. And so when this happens, am I on the right track? So the idea is you want to set up anchors for yourself in the future. So when this happens, here, I'm going to respond. It's kind of like the train engineer that trains for years and years and years and years and years.
10:27Should something happen, they've rehearsed its muscle memory for them. So they instantly know how they're going to react in that moment because they've practiced it in their head or real life practice hundreds of times. So there's that. You could call it mind memory if you want to use that kind of terminology, which exactly. It's just like, OK, I'm already ready for this. Now, we're not conditioning for an actual specific scenario. OK, it's every scenario. You will handle every scenario relative the same way. It's kind of like taking a 10 ,000 foot view of everything of your life. And there I am right there.
11:03And there is a storm going on. And I'm just going to stay right in that calm place and such. And I'll make my decisions from there. And what you'll find after a while is that now people start to gravitate towards you. They start to gravitate towards you. Just like, how come, you know, all of this is going on and you're kind of cool and calm and, you know, you're not getting pulled into this chaos that's going on, whether it be a family issue, whether it be a work issue, whatever the case. Then say, how are you doing this? It's like, I'm just in the now. I'm in the center of this storm where it's nice and calm.
11:35And let me show you. And then your leadership capabilities start to kind of come about as well. because i mean we've all been in that scenario where you know you had somebody above you what we'll talk about in the work aspect somebody above you and they're very emotional and they're making these these rash decisions because they're they're dealing out of they're just this pure emotion okay and now when you're in that choice convergence point you have you you take a pause and you're like i just i'm calm down okay this is what's going on i'm not going to make a rash this year. This is very interesting.
12:13This is how I'm going to handle this or choose not to handle it. Yeah. You know, obviously Eckhart Tolle, you know, power of now, I think would be a good reference in this general kind of thing that we're talking about. Any other resources that you'd recommend or, you know, for people that are like, I want to explore this concept a little bit more. You know, you've talked about my biggest resources and that's your damn phone. It's like, you know, I said, you, this, these things are, people are so glued to these and they, you know, they have to be notified. They have to, you know, they'll be in the middle of a conversation.
12:43They have to answer their phone because it rang and people are controlling it. I have my phone set up exactly the same way you do. I do. It's just like, no, you know, send me a text, do whatever. None of the notifications are on and such. I'm like, I don't need this thing dinging me constantly. And it will happen constantly. And that is, that's probably in my opinion, the first thing that a person does. And that's going to give you a little bit more freedom through the day. And the second thing is you have to look at the people in your immediate sphere of influence and how they are interacting with you.
13:22And are they controlling your day or are you controlling your day? And many times if somebody else is controlling your day, controlling, you know, I need to do this now. We don't have time. I waited till the last moment. And then it's because you have trained them that that's okay. And that's a little bit more of the hardest part, especially when you have, when it's family, but it still has to happen that you get control of the people around you. And ultimately, once you start kind of tightening these things up, they're not going to be as apt to interfere with you or your day in that spur of the moment.
14:00Right, right. Right. It's boundary setting. Like, this is how I live my life. And listen, I love you, but, you know, this is when I'm, you know, say my wife is a licensed marriage and family therapist. You know, when she's in session, there's no getting a hold of her. Like a message will be silently delivered. And in between sessions, other than that, she ain't going to see it. I mean, I'd have to, you know, pull out all the, I guess, call her maybe two, three times in a row. And that might signal. I think there's a setting in the iPhone, you know, if it's truly an emergency, but other than that, you know, just respect how important it is for us to be in the moment at all times.
14:36So it could be a hundred percent present for the work and the folks that, that, that we're engaged with Ross. Yeah. I wanted to share this. So your website, hacking the infinity matrix.com someone that's been listening to our conversation. You know, obviously we talked about some books and stuff, but I know you've got some really good resources here as well. What would those resources be? Sorry, that was a toss to you. Well, if we look at my partner and myself, so my partner is a minister hypnotist. He's been doing, he had a practice for 20 years. And myself, I've been in corporate management for well over 40 as well.
15:12And we don't rely on, here's a video, go watch this video. And so we're very, very much hands-on. And so what we do on the website is that you see a lot of the programs that we have, but moreover, you're going to see a lot of stuff talking about us being connecting to you. And it's like, hey, listen, let's get on a call. And it's not, people are so leery now, and I can't blame them. They're so leery about actually wanting to talk with you. You go, oh, I'm not going to talk to you. We're busy. No, I'm trying to help you. You know, it's just like you you have all these things that you're complaining about or that are I don't mean complaining in a nagging way, but these problems that you need solutions for and they can't be solved with a meme.
15:58They can't be solved over text and such, which is where we are kind of going. I said, I need to ask you more and more questions. And again, people are just simply looking for that pill. Like, no, I want the easy fix. well what you're dealing with has you've been has been growing for 20 years and you want me to fix it in 20 minutes yeah something we can do some things can we can do but there's a lot of different training modalities that we use for different situations and you'll see on the website you'll see where we we work with you know um hypnosis and we've got some really cool um hypnosis uh mp3s that people listen to every single day.
16:40And there's 16 of them. And we have, we use a lot of EFT. We use a lot of NLP. I mean, just a lot of different modalities that will help people with their individual needs. Got a new program that's coming online next year for people with PTSD. You know, that's a huge one. That's not on the website yet because we don't have all the details worked out on it. That's going to be huge to help a lot of people. And PTSD, people get the, oh, that's just for soldiers. Like, no, PTSD is for virtually anybody. Everybody. Yeah. Whether it be, you know, I mean, your wife was probably tell you a lot about that.
17:15But I mean, it can it can be for, you know, from home issues. It can be for your job. It can be for first responders. It can be for soldiers. It can be for teachers these days. I mean, absolutely. Everybody is coming down with some variation of PTSD and it is stopping them. It's stalling them completely. Even entrepreneurs will come away with some PTSD of something that went wrong. Oh, I had that business before and absolutely failed. I'll never do it again. Well, let's look at that. You know, okay, so maybe that was a bad business, but let's look at how that event is still affecting you five years later, 10 years later.

In this episode of the Thoughtful Entrepreneur, your host Josh Elledge speaks to the Co-Founder of Infinity Matrix, Ross Arntson.
Ross and his team have carved out a niche for themselves by catering to what he describes as "vagabonds and rebels." These individuals are not content with the status quo and are pursuing courage, inspiration, and self-esteem that transcend societal constraints.
A key component of the Infinity Process is its ability to help individuals remain focused and motivated within their existing environments. Ross shared how this approach encourages staying centered in the present moment, which allows for decision-making from a place of calmness and observation. This is crucial in a world where external chaos often leads to impulsive reactions.
Ross also emphasized the significance of being mindful of what we expose ourselves to. He spoke about setting up anchors for the future, which involves deliberating the environments we create and our interactions. This mindfulness is essential for maintaining control over our surroundings.
Ross highlighted the hands-on resources and programs available to assist individuals with their needs. The firm offers tools to support personal transformation from hypnosis and EFT to NLP. Ross also mentioned a new program tailored for individuals with PTSD, underscoring the importance of addressing the lingering effects of past events on our present lives.

About Infinity Matrix:The Infinity Matrix, co-founded by Ross Arntson, is not about simulated realities or dystopian narratives. Instead, it's an innovative concept that redefines our understanding of reality and our role in shaping it. Far from fostering a victim mentality, the Infinity Matrix empowers individuals to acknowledge their significant role in crafting their experiences and reality.
At its core, the Infinity Matrix is a metaphor for what we perceive as our "Individual Reality." It combines the concepts of "Infinity" - representing the limitless nature of space, time, energy, and matter - and "Matrix," signifying the environment or structure where something develops. This fusion creates an environment where experiences and non-experiences unfold continuously.
This concept highlights the dynamic interplay between...
