06With us right now, it's Andy Audate. Andy, you are the founder and CEO of Audate Media. Your website is andyaudate.com. Andy, thank you for joining us. Josh, thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here on this episode with you, my friend. Sure, sure. Well, give us an overview of the work that you do. So my journey has been I'm the youngest T-Mobile franchise. At 19 years old, I opened up my first franchise with them. I had four locations with them, transitioned into running a marketing agency because I saw the trend take place with digital marketing. And so I run a global marketing agency today where I help small businesses get in front of more prospects and automate the relationship with their customers.
44Okay. What would be some examples of types of folks that you work with? We have business consultants, coaches. We have local small businesses that utilize our technology to automatically send out text messages, emails, and build a relationship with their customers. So our platform sends out emails, builds their website, the marketing funnels, emails, marketing campaigns, text message marketing campaigns, and so forth. Sure. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. All kind of, you know, I'd say bread and butter aspects to marketing. Um, so, you know, this is obviously, so, you know, rather than speaking generically marketing, what I'm hoping to do is maybe just kind of let's focus our conversation on the parts of, uh, or the aspects of marketing that you would consider yourself to be in that, you know, kind of that top 0.01%.
31Like, so if there's one aspect of, of this system, or maybe it's one, you know, particular or audience that you work for or work with, what would that one aspect be? So there's twofold that you asked in your question. The first one is going to be where we're at in the top 0.01 % is going to be the one-to-many sales approach where we host webinars. Okay, so webinars. And our system is completely around hosting webinars and group presentations to sell a product. And we help many small business owners do the same. who who's watching webinars today like what are the trends on show up and um consumption um because you know i i i wonder uh you know if the traditional webinar that requires opt-in and you know just you know if we're going like old school kind of click funnels you know marketing automation um is has there been some burnout from your observation in the market no not not at all I think the challenge is when we're making an effort to duplicate the founder of ClickFunnels, for example, and you're communicating in that way, yes.
43However, the customer still wants to make a decision and wants to be educated on solving a pain point. So if we can communicate to them with their pain point and understand their pain point and how this presentation is going to solve that pain point or give them the direction that they need to go, they're going to join and attend that webinar. And we're seeing that to be consistent. Okay. And then the like, so what would be examples of webinars that you see that are performing well versus maybe types of webinars that are not performing well? So I just had a consultation meeting with a gentleman in my office where he's hosting webinars specifically for enrollment specialists that run sales in daycares.
20So he runs a marketing agency. In that marketing agency, they work with daycares and childcare facilities. And there's a pain point on the sales conversion for an enrollment specialist, which is essentially another term for a sales assistant. And they need help on how to greet, qualify and present and close transactions for daycares. And those people are excited to go to the webinars because they're solving an actual pain point. So this is not the, hey, how to get rich today webinar. This is going to be the, hey, there's a specific pain that you have. And the way that I'm going to deliver the content is through a group presentation.
56Yeah. For someone that maybe they've been a little too vague, maybe they've been a little too general, maybe they're, you know, again, they're spending too much time trying to duplicate, you know, somebody else that's out there. What steps would you take to help someone hone in on a message and a problem that they can solve that is specific and actionable. To understand your question, there are some, for the person who's vague, who's communicating vague, how can they get very specific? Right. Is that correct? Correct. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because, you know, again, I think what you illustrated, that's something pretty specific.
32Like it's a very specific audience. And I absolutely agree that, you know, that, you know, the old sentiment, you know, the riches are in the niches kind of thing. Yeah. Yeah. A hundred percent. So like the call that I had before this, Josh was with another consultant who runs Google ads and specifically for personal injury attorneys. And there's a specific tool that they use in the law space that, so in his example, his webinar is going to be on how to increase your show up rate on your consultations through your calls. And the problem that they're having is people are hanging up. So someone calls the personal injury attorney office and then there's a there's a hang-up there that nationwide they're having this issue where people are calling in because the billboards say a phone number people are calling in and when people call in the person hangs up because the process that most injury attorney uh injury attorneys have is that they have like a call center and it's done through voice over ip so there's this delay so the customer on the other end is like i don't know if i called the right number i hung up so there's a solution that this person has and so by addressing that pain point that many personal injury attorneys have, it's going to say, hey, I'm going to come to that webinar.
45This is not a how to get rich webinar. This is not how to generate leads webinar. This is a very specific problem that I have. And I'm going to this workshop or I'm going to this program and they don't even call it the word webinar. They just call it something else. They'll call it a word, a program, a workshop, a masterclass, something of that nature. Yeah. So the way that someone gets very... Yeah. Yeah. How do you... I'm so sorry. Andy, I'm sorry. I'm too enthusiastic. I'm sorry. Please say what you're going to say. So the way that someone gets specific is to identify in the process of fulfillment of their business, because we're going to presume that you're an expert.
22If you're hosting a webinar, we're going to presume that you're an expert on the topic. Now, you may be well-versed in an industry, or you may be well-versed in a problem or solution for a specific industry. If we can dial down onto one specific pain point and communicate that this presentation has a solution for that one specific pain point, that's when you're going to increase your job rate. Yeah. So, you know, from a trend perspective, you know, and there likely may be others like me who have this question, so they're wondering. And so I'll just ask the question that they might be asking. I personally haven't attended a webinar for over a year, mostly because I just use ChatGPT for everything.
04I use AI to get immediate, and I'm sure you hear this, right? But I get immediate answers specific to exactly what I want. I hope that it's a little bit more objective than someone who's teaching me something who also has a bias toward also marketing something. Whereas I would probably look at AI as being a little bit more objective rather than it's the salesperson that's teaching and selling me something. How do you overcome that both today and if we're looking down the road over the next year or so? I suspect that that's only going to become more so an issue. Yeah. So, I mean, in this scenario, you're someone well-versed in digital marketing, Josh, without a question or a shadow of a doubt.
46You're someone well-versed. You're bringing up names just in the last few moments. You're bringing up names of technologies that are well-versed in digital marketing. So that tells me that you studied and that you've gone to past webinars in the past. So you now have a framework and understand that the framework is, I go through this presentation at the end of the pitch. Now, for the local small business owner, they're not part of this world. They don't know what a click funnel is. They don't know what a go high level is. They don't know what a funnel is, per se. So depending on the target demographic, many of them are just coming to a presentation.
16They're coming to a program. They're coming to a workshop, and that's where I'm starting to identify that there's still a huge market that does not know what a webinar is and does not have context of the framework. But they're going there to identify a solution. So, for example, in Andy's case, I run a white-label software called ProGreta. We took Go High Levels platform. We white-labeled it. Now, our objective right now is to exit that business for$100 million. Well,$100 million in top-line revenue. So our process is through partnerships, affiliates, and acquisitions. Now, if someone who's had a presentation, even if it was a webinar, on how to exit a SaaS for nine figures, I'm going to that presentation.
01Whether they sell something on the end or not, I'm going to that presentation because they're communicating to a pain point that I have. And I want to learn and identify what that process is going to be as I do my exit and as I prepare for a sale. Yeah. And by the way, forgive me if it sounds like I'm pushing back. I just, you know, again, kind of advocating for who this audience tends to be. So I know that these are the same questions. So I guess the other trend, you have a point, right, in that not a huge percentage of the population are leveraging using AI tools currently. However, what we know about Apple, Google, and everybody else is, and Meta is including it more and more, it's going to become more ubiquitous where it's inescapable.
48In other words, you don't even have to think that you're using AI. You are just using AI because it's naturally built into everything else that we're using. So, again, these are just big, broad kind of, you know, trend things mostly. And again, I'm kind of thinking of, you know, our typical listener in kind of the decisions they're making. Do they go all in on webinars? Or are there something that might be a little kind of thinking ahead to where their customers are going to be over the next year? So that's the only reason I kind of push back on that. And I'm sure, again, you hear these same questions.
19Great point, and I appreciate it. Just talk about this publicly to get your point of view on this. 100%, and I appreciate that. because now, so the next thing is going to be that a webinar is a step in a sales process. Identify as not the all in, you mentioned the word all in. Webinars is a tool or a process that's gonna be part of your sales process. So when, if you're selling a product or a service, there's one of two ways that you can promote it. You can do it one-on-one or you can do it one-to-many. So if you're running an advertisement, you're doing that one-to-many. If you're doing one-on-one, you're hopping on a Zoom call, a phone call or an in-person meeting or something of that nature.
56My invitation to your audience is rather than doing it one-on-one, if you already know that you have a solution, whether you're selling a device, you're selling knowledge, you're selling a product, you could be selling life insurance. Sell life insurance one-to-many. Sell a solution one-to-many. So rather than doing it one-on-one, transition into one-to-many, and that's where the webinar comes in. It's part of your sales process where you're communicating and educating your prospect on the value of your service or your product in a group format rather than a one-to-one format. That's what my position is as far as why the webinars, to have people optimize their business for a lifestyle.
37No matter what stage of business that you're in, optimize it for your lifestyle to create higher results in a shorter period of time. Andy, I am so sorry that we run quick on time so quickly. Your website is andyaudate.com. And I know you've got a demo. Do you mind maybe sharing, you know, both for people that have been listening to a conversation and listen, they just need to have a conversation or maybe work on their webinar, their marketing automation. And they're absolutely in the right place. So I want to make sure that they know what to do. And then maybe there's some other folks that just like, well, look, maybe I don't necessarily want to talk to anybody yet, but I'd like to learn more.
15So those kind of those two paths. When someone goes to andyaudate.com, they're going to learn more about the digital marketing landscape and how to get started in digital marketing, or really how to scale up and get in front of more consumers. So when someone goes to andyaudate.com, there's a demonstration on our marketing system where we call it mass awareness marketing, where you get in front of more of your potential customers and you automate the relationship with those customers via text message, email, and prerecorded voicemails. Yeah. The website, again, andyaudate.com. Andy, sorry, go ahead, go ahead.
